Our seaside ceremony site is just feet from the aqua blue waters of the Pacific Ocean where local surfers, humpback whales and green sea turtles play! I live in Southern California and did a lot of research on the internet for wedding venues in Kauai. Getting married in Kauai was a dream of mine and also my (now) husbands. It's difficult to decide on a venue by just looking online. I called all the top wedding venues and really couldn't decide. It's such a big commitment and so nerve racking to think you could be making the wrong decision. I then found The Beach House and spoke with Tiffany who is the head of weddings or maybe runs everything there ... haha. Unlike anyone else I spoke to, from our very first conversation, Tiffany gave me over the top customer service. She was not only on top of everything, but really cared about understanding my dream wedding and all it's details come to life. I was very particular with my decor and she went the extra mile to get exactly what I wanted. Calling her incredible is an understatement. I was lucky enough to visit The Beach House months prior to our wedding during a work trip. I was really excited about this opportunity to check out the venue and try the food.The location was insane and the food was incredible (which was also very important to me for the wedding) Unlike, beachfront venues, you're not on the sand with the water in the nearby distance. You're right up against the water. Not to mention, it's the spot to be for sunset. The staff was so sweet and their fun and friendly vibe was a definite bonus on our special day. The officiant Kevin made every single person cry with his deep and sacred words. The acoustic musician, the DJ ...amazing. Literally EVERYTHING about my wedding, down to EVERY detail was perfect. Ambiance was most important and it was beyond magical. All because Tiffanys professionalism, attention to detail and not settleing for anything but the very best. She is so reliable and genuinely cares which made planning from afar SO stress free. When we arrived to The Beach House on our wedding day... it took our breath away. I said magical earlier... that's actually an understatement. All our guests still talk to us about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. It was honestly all the reasons anyone would want to get married in Kauai. The best venue with the best staff..The Beach House... it's a no brainer!

Our wedding experience with the Beach House was terrific!Tiffany did an amazing job in the lead up of making sure our options were explained and questions were answered. Even the different time zones didn’t stop her from replying in a timely manner and we were never worried about any part of the process. She also helped connect us with vendors ahead of time so that we could coordinate with them for a pre-wedding makeup test and photo shoot.Then, the day of the wedding was incredible! Franny led the charge and she was so on top of it, always making sure we were taken care of and in the know. The venue was absolutely stunning on our day, and we will never forget the scene.Tommy was our officiant and he also contributed to the memorable experience. Even though we just met him that day, he did a great job of leading the ceremony and it felt like he was a part of the family.Additionally, the food and drinks were all incredible. I still think of the wasabi-crusted fish from time to time. And of course, the signature Mai Tais were as advertised and the guests enjoyed plenty of them.We were also so glad we chose the clear tent with the twinkle lights. It made the evening portion with dancing a sight to behold and we still gush over the photos of the beautiful tent.Extra shout outs to Brady House Photography and Fresh Shave for being part of the day as well. Our photos were jaw-dropping and we look at them all the time and have our walls covered in them. Micah and Dayna were our photographers and videographer and they were a blast to hang out with in addition to taking amazing pictures. Every part of the day, from getting ready and first look to the final dance, were documented and are stunning. And then Fresh Shave is still talked about from our family and friends for how great of an extra treat that was to end the night. All in all, we are so glad with our choice to use the Beach House for our wedding! We felt no stress throughout the entire process and had a wonderful day, highly recommend for anyone looking for a destination wedding.

We could not have asked for a better experience working with The Beach House and more specifically Tiffany. She made the experience not only easy, but also enjoyable. If you are on the fence about planning a destination wedding, this is your sign to DO IT! My husband and I got engaged in Kauai and knew we wanted to get married on the island and bring our friends and family to enjoy one of our favorite places. We also knew we wanted to get married at The Beach House and from start to finish our experience exceeded expectations. Tiffany, the wedding planner, is amazing - quick to respond to any questions, invested in making your day amazing, exuding aloha spirit and truly EXCEPTIONAL at planning weddings. You are in best hands having Tiffany plan your wedding day. The Beach House has everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, streamlined to make your wedding day perfect to what you envision. Our guests were blown away by the experience - many people told us it was the best wedding they've been to. It's been almost 4 months since we got married in March and my husband and I still talk about how magical and amazing our wedding day was!! Without hesitation I'd recommend any couple get married at The Beach House. You could not pick a better venue and the all inclusive wedding package has everything covered to make your wedding planning process stress-free.

I read so many reviews of wedding venues in Hawaii and I knew I found something special when I found The Beach House. First of all, the director and manager, Tiffany and Sylvia, are absolutely amazing! They book all of the vendors and coordinate every single detail, so I didn’t have to stress at all. Tiffany responds quickly to emails, even with the time difference between Hawaii and California. I know she is coordinating multiple weddings at one time, but she makes you feel like the only bride she is taking care of! Her energy is amazing and gets you so excited for the wedding. Although the inclusive package comes with so much (florals, live musician, DJ/sound, table settings, photographer, etc.), you can add any personalization to your day and they will help your wedding dreams come true. We added shave ice from The Fresh Shave (which our guests loved!) and they made our menus look like our wedding invitation - such a thoughtful touch!The Beach House itself is a gorgeous venue. We got married in front of the ocean, but on the lawn so we didn’t have to worry about sand. We had a very short moment of rain (in Hawaii it is considered a blessing!), but it was so welcome on the warm day and gave us a double rainbow! The sunset was epic and our guests still cannot stop talking about how beautiful the venue was. Everyone also loved the food and drinks, especially the infamous Monkeypod Mai Tai. Fran was our day-of coordinator and was there whenever we needed anything from bobby pins to Benadryl. She made sure we were on time for each event.Every single one of our vendors was amazing. Sunrise Blooms did our florals and nailed the peachy-pink color palette. She gave me hair florals too and they lasted all day and night! Freida Gayle was our officiant and she wrote a beautiful ceremony. We spoke on the phone before the wedding day so she could get to know us and what we wanted to include. Paul was great as our live musician for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Ben from Kauai Kustom Sounds kept our guests dancing until the very end.Special shoutouts to Matt and Tamao from Aya Productions as our videographer/photographer team! They have shot so many weddings at The Beach House and know where the best spots are, especially on the ocean rocks next to the venue. We have only gotten our sneak peeks so far and they are all SO beautiful. We can’t wait to see the full gallery!I can’t say enough great things about The Beach House. If you want a low-stress and fun wedding planning experience, look no further! Tiffany, Sylvia, and the Beach House team will take care of you and you will have the most magical day ever!

Working with Tiff, Sylvia and Frannie was so easy and fun. All three of them made our wedding stress free throughout the planning process and day of- executing our wedding wishes perfectly. We did all of our communication through email/calls without seeing the venue/vendor options in person due to it being a destination wedding. They are organized with the virtual planning process that includes surveys, and spreadsheets so you can let them know your preferences on option choices. Every necessary vendor is included (DJ, officiant, florist, food and beverage, etc) so you don't have to worry about contacting different people, you have the luxury of doing everything directly through Tiff. We selected an extra vendors for shave ice and trolley service for guests and I would recommend it- they were both a hit. We stayed right across the street from the venue leading up to the wedding and it made everything easy day of. Overall venue was beautiful, food was awesome and execution was amazing and I would highly recommend The Beach House for a destination wedding - they know what they are doing.

The Beach House helped throw us our dream wedding! They made the process of planning seamless - their responsiveness during the planning process and attention to detail made me feel at ease. The actual event was more than me and my husband could have dreamed and went off without a hitch. It was everything we would have wanted for a destination wedding!

The venue is beyond beautiful and the staff are incredible. Having a destination wedding was daunting at first until I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany and everyone at The Beach House. They all make you feel like family and truly care about your special day! Would recommend a million times over!

Our wedding was absolutely magical - and it's in large part because of how wonderful The Beach House was to work with in bringing our special day to life! We had just moved to Chicago from SoCal, and were a little nervous about planning a wedding from far away.But Tiffany (our coordinator) was excellent in answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns. From our first introductory call to the day of the wedding, the BH team took SUCH great care of us. The wedding planning process was extremely stress-free and straightforward, with room for us to incorporate our own creative, personal touches. Being able to coordinate all the details through Tiffany (versus balancing multiple vendors) was so, so helpful. She is a pro! Additionally, Franny and the on-site team were very on top of the day-of program and schedule. This allowed us to enjoy the moment and take it all in. I'm pretty sure one of the groomsmen even asked Franny to be his life coach. All in all - from the streamlined planning to the most perfect day ever (stunning ceremony, florals, music, GREAT FOOD & DRINKS!), we are very glad we hosted our wedding at BH and would definitely recommend them.

The Beach House was absolutely perfect for our wedding day. Tiffany was our coordinator leading up to our big day and she took such great care of us. Responses were almost immediate and she answered any and all questions with great detail. She coordinated the vendors so I had zero stress. The food, florals, officiant, and photographer exceeded our expectations. The venue alone is beautiful but adding on the love and support we received from The Beach House staff, we couldn't have asked for more. I thought wedding planning was stressful but thanks to The Beach House, that's far from the truth.

I will start off this review with some advice I read in another review months ago now. Why are you still reading all these fabulous reviews? Just book the Beach House!!! Choosing the Beach House for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. Tiffany, Silvia, and Franny are the dream team. These three are your fairy godmothers that make all your wildest wedding dreams come true. My husband and I are busy, and I knew I wasn’t the type of bride to want to micromanage every decision. I saw the Beach House online and read all the reviews (I am thorough) and just knew it was going to be right for us. We had turquoise blue cresting waves during the ceremony, a gorgeous sunset for dinner, and a magical lighted tent under the night sky for cake and dancing. Our guests continue to talk about how beautiful the venue was.The Food: The food was delicious. I heard a lot of different feedback on this one: “The fish was the best.” “The filet was the best.” “The crab cake was the best.” People also enjoyed the beautiful and delicious wedding cake. Go with the Lilikoi, you won’t be disappointed.The Drinks: A resounding “best bar ever!” Apparently, the bartender was working his magic on our crowd. Muddling lime into shots and adding all sorts of special touches to other drinks. Feedback was superb regarding the cocktails. We choose the Mai Tai and the No Ka Oi as our specialty drinks and had zero bar restrictions.The Music: We sent a list of songs for dinner and dancing to the DJ and the music simply rocked. The DJ did a great job keeping the vibe lively and fun!The Staff: Everyone at the BH was so kind and helpful. I will start off this review with some advice I read in another review months ago now. Why are you still reading all these fabulous reviews? Just book the Beach House!!! Choosing the Beach House for our wedding was the best decision we could have made. Tiffany, Silvia, and Franny are the dream team. These three are your fairy godmothers that make all your wildest wedding dreams come true. My husband and I are busy, and I knew I wasn’t the type of bride to want to micromanage every decision. I saw the Beach House online and read all the reviews (I am thorough) and just knew it was going to be right for us. If you’re reading this and are considering a destination wedding PLEASE just trust me and go with this venue. The team at the beachhouse is just absolutely beyond incredible. Literally everything from A to Z was covered with so much love and grace. We had our wedding on 2/11/23 and it was truly the most magical day, we hosted close to 90 guests and I’m not lying when I say that each and every single one of them can not stop talking about it. My husband and I both have very strenuous work schedules and I truly had zero stress during the whole process- I even worked up until the day we left from California to Kauai. I was at peace the entire time (to the point where people thought I was crazy for not stressing over anything). These ladies are busy ok, just follow their lead and know that you won’t need to call them every second to check up on things. I think I had a total of 3 phone calls the entire planning process (but be on top of your emails with them, it will make everything easier for both parties).Tiffany is an angel- I showed her my vision board and we worked together to make my dream upgrade items fit into my budget. She and Sylvia were both there for me immediately to answer any question or concerns I had by email or text. These ladies know what they are doing- honestly just put your trust in them and show up for the most magical day of your life. Franny was my day of coordinator, I met her at the venue rehearsal and she was also amazing and so fun to work with. Sylvia was there on the day of my wedding as well and made sure everything ran on time and seamlessly. Our officiant Tommy left everyone in awe!! We didn’t do personal vows (unpopular opinion), but I’m so happy we didn’t because it gave time for our officiant to give the most beautiful and meaningful mini sermon. The FOOD omg. We did the filet mignon and crusted fish duo with several appetizers during cocktail hour everything was DELICIOUS. The serving staff and bartender for our guests were so kind and just the best. Our acoustic musician Paul was wonderful, and the DJ! They were able to incorporate some traditional Persian songs that I really wanted and it was so fun and just perfect. Everyone had a blast. The florals, I can go on and on about these. Everything I dreamed of and more. Timeless and just so beautiful. Their work is amazing.This was the best decision I made and please just put your trust in these ladies you will not be disappointed. I got engaged on this island a year before and I’m so happy my guests were able to experience the magic of it. It’s so special to us. If you’ve been peeking around The Beach House looking for reviews to give you that affirmation that you should have your wedding here, THIS IS YOUR SIGN!I did the same and let me tell you it was seriously THE best decision I’ve ever made in my life. It was actually a very easy decision once I spoke with Tiffany (the girl behind all the magic) as her response time was literally within minutes and super helpful. I looked no further (only venue I ever considered and had never been to!), it was a one and done situation for me as I knew in my heart The Beach House is the perfect place for us. A big reason why as I mentioned earlier is because of Tiffany. Working with her is like working with a fairy God mother for weddings. She seriously made all my dreams come true (and then some). What I appreciated most about Tiffany (besides her crazy fast responsiveness) was her ability to keep it real. She consulted me every step of the way - educated me in areas I was no familiar in, pushed back in other areas because she anticipated things I wouldn’t have known, and just walked me through things step by step. She was always very patient with me- I know I was a little more hands on than other brides who choose to do a destination wedding, but that’s because details matter for me and she understood, accommodated, and executed! On the day of the wedding, I was a nervous wreck as my big day had major down pour of rain (rain in Kauai is very unpredictable but always passes shortly). I will never forget when I called Tiffany in a panic since I was heading to my first look shoot and there was just so much rain. She was what I needed in that moment- giving me confidence that the rain will subside and that it was regardless be an amazing day. And it indeed was. The rain was actually a blessing as it brought all the guests so much closer and made the wedding a memorable one that no one will ever forget! The day itself was nothing short of a dream. Our officiant, Tommy, did such an amazing job- not a dry eye in the room! The florals and decor seriously did the most amazing job- one of the biggest reasons I picked this venue was because of how romantic and dreamy it is. I wanted all the twinkly lights, all the beautiful hanging garlands, the gorgeous florals- I got compliments from literally all my guests that this was one of the most beautiful, gorgeous, magical weddings they’ve ever been to! It warms my heart that I made such priceless memories with all of our nearest and dearest on our big day and I seriously cannot wait to come back (maybe for vow renewals, right Tiff? :) )!!!Again, if you’re looking for that sign to just pull the trigger already and do your adventure wedding at the most beautiful magical island- this is your sign. My fiancé and I met on kauai over 3 years ago. The island worked it’s magic and we fell in love. This place means so much to us and the team at the beach house went above and beyond to capture the spirit of aloha at our wedding. Tiffany and Sylvia the wedding planners made this the easiest most stress free process. They were super attentive and accommodating. Being in a long distance relationship ( my fiancé from australia and me from new york ) we didn’t have time to go to the venue so we took a leap of faith and decided to go with the beach house ! Let me tell you every detail was perfect. The location overlooking the ocean left guests speechless. The whimsical lit up tent at night was a bit hit ! The bartender was fantastic, very personable and his drinks were the best we’ve had on the island ! The floral arrangements were so beautiful right down to the table decorations. Everyone loved the food ! Our efficient kelvin was well spoken and truly captured the essence of our love and put on a great ceremony. The dj had people on the dance floor all night long! The night was absolutely perfect, we couldn’t have been more blessed with an amazing team to make everyone feel welcomed! I have no regrets in booking with the beach house and if you have any doubt in booking DONT it will be the BEST decision of your life!

I cannot possibly heap enough praise on the event staff at the Beach House. Tiffany and Sylvia are the ultimate wedding coordination dream team. From the very beginning, they made things so simple for my husband and I, who not only were a couple engaged and married during the pandemic, but also at our wits' end trying to figure out destination wedding logistics before we settled on the Beach House. If you are waffling between venues, especially if you are located on the mainland, look no further! Tiffany and Sylvia will take care of everything except your lodging, travel and makeup/hair appointment. Because they coordinate so many of the actual day-of details, you don't have too much to worry about! You basically show up to the wedding of your dreams and let them conjure magic (I'm not convinced they aren't actually sorcerers)! My husband and I planned our wedding from Cincinnati, Ohio. I was initially a little nervous because we could not fly out to Kaua'i prior to our wedding date to check out the Beach House in person. Let me tell you - not even the beautiful photos of the restaurant all over their website do this place justice. I think my heart actually stopped (in a good way) when I walked in for the wedding rehearsal, turned the corner at the hostess stand, and saw the breathtaking view of the ocean fifty feet ahead of me from where I stood in the lobby. The food was phenomenal - the best I had on Kaua'i. Tiffany and Sylvia give you an assortment of appetizer options to choose from. If you like raw fish, definitely spring for the ceviche spoons. I still daydream about it. Likewise, the crabcakes, filet mignon, and pork were insanely tasty. I heard guests praising the watermelon salad as well. Franny was our day-of coordinator. She helped me feel so incredibly at ease from the time I arrived to the time we were ready to pack up and leave. She even bustled my dress! Micah of Bradyhouse Photographers was our photographer and he, like Tiffany and Sylvia, made magic happen! My husband and I are not the most photogenic, but Micah somehow made us feel and look like celebrities. Our musician, Paul, played beautifully! Many thanks to him for beautiful renditions of our non-traditional song selections, \"Just Like Heaven\" by the Cure and \"In My Life\" by the Beatles. Calvin, our officiant, guided our ceremony and helped my husband and I both feel the love from relatives who could not attend the wedding and from loved ones who have passed. I may have cried. A lot. The one thing I would change: brides, please request to be placed on the right side of the arch (where the groom and his groomsmen typically stand). All my husband's groomsmen had sunglasses and they were not directly in the path of the sun. The ceremony was still amazing and beautiful, but would have been even more so if we weren't squinting!That said, we still could not have picked a better venue. Tiffany, Sylvia, and all the rest throw all of their energy, talent, and expertise into making your day stand out. My husband and I didn't feel like we were just a number... by the end of it all, they made us feel like we were family.

I cannot possibly heap enough praise on the event staff at the Beach House. Tiffany and Sylvia are the ultimate wedding coordination dream team. From the very beginning, they made things so simple for my husband and I, who not only were a couple engaged and married during the pandemic, but also at our wits' end trying to figure out destination wedding logistics before we settled on the Beach House. If you are waffling between venues, especially if you are located on the mainland, look no further! Tiffany and Sylvia will take care of everything except your lodging, travel and makeup/hair appointment. Because they coordinate so many of the actual day-of details, you don't have too much to worry about! You basically show up to the wedding of your dreams and let them conjure magic (I'm not convinced they aren't actually sorcerers)! My husband and I planned our wedding from Cincinnati, Ohio. I was initially a little nervous because we could not fly out to Kaua'i prior to our wedding date to check out the Beach House in person. I reached out to The Beach House back in 2020 and had a wedding planned for December of that year. Then we had family emergencies (during Covid) and had to postpone, just 3 weeks out from the wedding date. Tiffany and team were extremely gracious and understanding and kept me on the books with no definite date planned! We finally made it to Kauai and The Beach House in August of this year (almost 2 yrs later) and we couldn’t have asked for a better team! Huuuge shout out to Fran and Courtney who were AMAZING all through the night, tending to us and taking care of all of us! The Beach House’s lawn is an absolute best and the ceremony and the sunset was priceless! Really, they are the best team and the best food and the best location! Couldn’t ask for a better destination wedding experience! It’s really hard and stressful to plan a wedding miles and miles away. Tiffany and her team were very quick with their responses and attentive to my needs! They think of everything! I recommend them 10000000% and you won’t be disappointed! My husband and I have lived almost our whole lives in Washington State, but didn't feel like any of the local vendors matched our vibe. The island of Kauai has been on my travel bucket list for awhile now, so I perused through its venues and sent some inquiries. Tiffany from the Beach House was the quickest to reply, and was very warm and willing to help with any questions I had. And I had a LOT lol.To be completely transparent, in case it might help you relate, I am all about the details. They are an all-inclusive venue which means that every vendor has to be booked and coordinated by them. This meant putting a lot of trust into their hands, and letting go. They gave me a couple of things to take care of myself but everything else: The Officiant, the overall design, the solo Guitarist, DJ, Photographer, Florist, Rentals, Food & Drinks, Day of Coordinator... They handled it all! Even though they communicated with me thoroughly and promptly throughout the entire planning process, I was wrecked with nerves the days leading up to our wedding day... hoping that the day would turn out the way I had envisioned for the last 2 years. But oh my... It was BETTER. I wish I could put into words just how dreamy and magical it felt when I walked down the aisle to meet meet my groom at our ceremony arch overlaying the beautiful view of Poipu Beach... UN. REAL.All of the vendors were amazing. Kealoha, our Florist, designed the bridal bouquet of my dreams!! And Kelvin Ho, our Officiant, is a man of true aloha and a poet! His words were so heartfelt and sincere, and had us in all the feels. Aya Productions, our videographers were awesome! They had a vision and gave my groom and I clear direction for the footage they wanted to capture. I cannot wait to see the video they produce for us!! Julia, our photographer, delivered a breathtaking wedding gallery. Paul, our solo guitarist, played such beautiful tunes, I almost forgot he was playing live for us until he came up to my husband and I after the ceremony to give us his best wishes <3. I could go on and on!AND THE FOOD was by far THE BEST wedding food I've ever had... and our guests all agreed! As I mentioned earlier, I am all about the details, and almost everything went perfectly :) There were just a couple of snags, but nothing too major that took away from our overall experience and perfect day. I'd like to wrap this up with a big shout out to Tiffany Lee. I did not have the pleasure of meeting her in person, but I love her already :) She's one of the hardest working people I know. Even though she's probably speaking to 50 brides on a daily basis, she knows how to make you feel like you're her biggest priority. Her passion and dedication to her work really shines through, and she made the whole experience with the Beach House that much more elevated. Dear Brides... Book it. You won't regret it :)

After cancelling and rescheduling our wedding three times during the pandemic, my husband and I finally decided to scrap our original plan and get married where we always dreamed: The Beach House in Kauai. Even though we had been there many times, we were nervous to plan a destination wedding in another state where we didn't know any of the vendors and couldn't go on site. But from the moment we first spoke to Tiffany on the phone, we knew we had made the right decision. We are SO glad we went with our guts and booked the Beach House. From day one, Tiffany was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, detail oriented, incredibly responsive (seriously, she responds more quickly than anyone I know!), helpful, knowledgeable, and most of all, made our planning process so easy and enjoyable. After postponing three times we had no interest in worrying about a fourth wedding and all that went into planning it. She took care of every single detail and let us know when it was time to make another decision. She presented information in a clear and concise way and made our decision making process actually fun! Our wedding went off without a hitch and was truly the perfect day. The vendors Tiffany works with are magic (shoutout to Aya Productions, Kealoha Flowers, and Meghan Daul, etc.), the view was to die for, and everyone talked about how the food was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. I could go on and on (clearly), but the bottom line is: If you're considering hosting your wedding celebration at the Beach House, book it!Tiffany, Fran, Sylvia, and the entire vendor team, THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts. I did not have the opportunity to visit the Beach House prior to our wedding; however, after my initial phone call with Tiffany Lee (Director of Sales), I had zero doubts or apprehensions about moving forward with them. Tiffany Lee and Sylvia Shin (Sales Manager) are beyond amazing—They are both kind, approachable, patient, and responsive. Their attention to detail is impeccable as well. During the planning process, Tiffany was forthcoming with suggestions and advice yet very accommodating to our requests. Sylvia, Fran, and Beth were all present on our wedding day. My husband and I communicated what we wanted as far as style/personalization and they made it happen working with vendors on their end. They were extremely prompt at answering questions via email or phone call throughout our almost two year planning process, and made it feel like a breeze to plan! When we finally reached our wedding day Fran was there to make sure everything ran smoothly. She was so sweet and helped ease my nerves about last minute questions/details for the big day. The ceremony was truly beautiful and we received many compliments from friends and family that it was the best ceremony they've been to! For dinner we did the filet mignon and wasabi crusted fish and could not believe how awesome the quality was for everyone, especially given we had 76 guests. (We also received a lot of compliments on the food!) After cake and dancing we surprised our guests with fire dancers to end the night and it was truly the perfect ending to the perfect day! I could not recommend the Beach House enough for a wedding on Kauai!!

It was the most magical experience in my life! I have so much appreciation and gratitude toward Tiffany and her entire team for making the day so memorable for us and we will forever cherish it. First, Tiffany, she understood your vision and executed with perfection. I mentioned to Tiffany that I wanted an intimate wedding and only shared with her a few pictures. The actual wedding was way beyond my imagination! Second, during the wedding planning process, you can really tell she is very experienced and talented. I relied on Tiffany’s expertise a couple times during the wedding planning process. I was so glad I listened to her honest opinions and went with her suggestions because the wedding turned out to be perfect and I would not change a single detail! Third, Tiffany is always on top of everything and kept us on track.Tiffany and her team took care of every detail and made our wedding planning process stress-free!The venue itself was just breathtaking! We had our eyes on the Beach House based on Instagram pictures. Let me tell you, there are no pictures that can justify how beautiful this place is! I was literally jaw dropping when walking into the Beach House the first time at our rehearsal. We met with Franny (our wedding day coordinator) at the rehearsal. She was so warm and welcome, just like a sister! She was truly an angel and she gave me so much emotional support and confidence on my wedding day when I was feeling nervous and unease. My makeup artist, Misti at the Artists Co. went above and beyond to ensure I looked absolutely the best on my wedding day. I got so many compliments from friends and families. Our florist Jolene was so talented and she delivered the most beautiful flower arrangements for our reception, arch and my bouquet. The flowers were so dreamy that I only wished I could preserve them if there was an option. Kevin, our officiant, made our ceremony truly special. Our photographer Micah and our musician Paul were so fun to work with and brought so much good energy! Big THANK YOU to all our vendors! This was my dream wedding that came true!! The staff at the Beach House were all amazing. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. To start off Tiffany worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our vision of the day would go exactly how we wanted. When we showed up for rehearsal Frann was so sweet and loving that I felt like she was a close friend. All of our guests raved about the staff and their attentiveness. Our Officiant, Kelvin, was the best I had ever seen and made our ceremony truly special. The flowers were so tropical with bright vibrant colors thanks to Kealoah Flowers. Our live musician, Paul, was wonderful, he played both Ukulele and Guitar amazing well and provided the Aloha vibe we were going for. I have to say that the food was delicious and honestly the best I have ever eaten at a large event or wedding. I didn’t have to think or worry about one thing and could focus on celebrating this amazing day with my best friend. Getting married and toasting to the start of our new life with ocean waves in the background was magical. I cannot tell you how many of our guests said this was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended and I have the Beach House and their amazing team to thank for that. Also, special shout out to the photographer (Micah with Bradyhouse) and videographer (Pona with Aya Productions) who were phenomenal. I remember telling my fiancé, now husband, how impressed I was and how I felt comfortable from that first moment and knew our wedding planning and wedding day was going to be taken care of. I of course started reading reviews and checking out the venue on social media. Every single review was positive and had nothing but the best feedback, including how easy the process was. The photos on the site were amazing and from personal experience does not even do the venue justice. You can basically say from that first contact, I immediately fell in love and booked The Beach House as our wedding venue. As all other reviews read, the entire process was super easy. Tiffany and Sylvia were very accommodating and everything during the planning process was a breeze (choose colors, choose themes, etc all from a spreadsheet). You can tell this team is a bunch of professionals that know what they are doing. Our vision of what we expected of our wedding day was perfect. All of the guests enjoyed themselves and are still talking about how perfect the venue was with the picture perfect sunset and how tasty the food and drinks were. My only complaint was there was not enough time in the day and I wish it went on forever! (Suggestions to those reading would be to book an earlier start time). The entire day flew by so fast! All in all, I would absolutely get married here again in a heartbeat and if you are reading this questioning if you should do it, I highly suggest booking here

Tiffany, Sylvia, Fran & entire Beach House staff— was truly amazing. I could write a novel about the dedication this team has ensuring your wedding is literally perfect. My husband and I wanted to get married rather quickly, due to sudden health issues. We were not able to fly to Hawaii (or anywhere) to check out venues. I searched top venues in Hawaii (just on a whim) and Beach House came up first. I watched wedding videos (balled my eyes out) and knew this was the perfect place for us. When communicating with Tiffany and Sylvia- it was the best customer service I could ask for. They responded quickly and promptly (no matter the time difference). The best part- Tiffany (and team) chose vendors, and gave me a selection of choices to choose from, when picking out flowers, food and decor. I WAS NOT overwhelmed as I previously imaged, when planning a wedding. They made this process so simple. Day before wedding- I met Fran. She welcomed my family with open arms and made the rehearsal process a breeze. Day of wedding- NOTHING went wrong (or at least I was not aware). The wedding was literally perfect. From the communication and coordination- down to every single detail, it was a dream. My sister brought her 7 month old baby to the wedding- I kid you not, when I say the staff on-site that night, were magical. My sister was able to sit down and enjoy the wedding, dinner etc while the staff pushed the stroller in circles around the table, to care for my niece Logan. They truly went above and beyond to make sure our night was PERFECT. If you are questioning whether to book in Hawaii (sight unseen) you have nothing to worry about. Beach House made my wedding dreams come true

We had our wedding at the Beach House earlier this month (May 2022) and it was truly one of the best days of my life many thanks to the Beach House and the AMAZING team (Tiffany, Sylvia, and Fran). I can't thank them enough for all their work behind the scenes leading up to our special day, the day of our wedding, and even after the wedding. I Initially thought planning a destination wedding would be such a daunting task but it ended up being so chill because Tiffany and Sylvia have proven they had everything under control. The team communicated quickly and frequently- I appreciated the follow ups and the confirmation emails, or even the \"got it\" or \"looking into it\" type of emails because I never felt like I was left hanging. Tiffany’s perspective and suggestions were super valuable during our planning stages and we really trusted her advice and recommendations but also appreciated how she respected and allowed us to make the final call & decision. She always reminded us that it was our day and we ultimately get to decide what we want. We always felt cared for/ looked after, and that our wedding was just as much of a priority to us as it was to them (even though I’m sure they were planning 100s of other events at the same time!)I also really appreciated the fact that Tiffany have so much knowledge and have a vast network of vendors that when I bring up a “nice to have” idea to Tiffany, she would go and make it happen! We had an idea of having a “coconut experience” where our guests would be delivered a fresh whole coconut drink upon arrival to our welcome dinner and Tiffany was able to make it happen! Although it was for our welcome party, Tiffany was still able to step in to help coordinate. For a bride planning a destination wedding miles away, having someone you can rely, depend, and trust is so important. Tiffany was this person for me! I can go on and on about all the things I appreciate about Tiffany and the team at the Beach House, but in short, for anyone considering on having their wedding in Kauai, I would highly recommend The Beach House. Not only is the venue beautiful, food delicious and drinks strong, but you also get to work with such an amazing and dedicated team! Where do I even begin?! I could write a short story just gushing on about Tiff and her rockstar team!I had been so discouraged and down trying to plan a wedding during Covid. Nothing seemed to pan out until I took the chance on The Beach House. From the very 1st call, we felt the aloha spirit. We knew right then we had picked a winner! Tiff & Sylvia were able to accommodate every need/want, from budget to Pinterest inspiration! Most importantly, they were able to keep me on track. It’s true what the other reviews say, Tiff is a master when it comes to communication!! She is always on top of it, & that is such an important component when planning a destination wedding. Even hours before the ceremony, Tiff was available to sort out any last minute speed bumps along the way! We had never been to Kauai & put our faith into Tiff 1000%. She did not let us down. We felt the aloha spirit from the very first day we set foot in Kauai. Everyone was so very kind & the hospitality was just unreal. Call me crazy, but I think the island knew we were getting married and showed us many blessings throughout the week. From getting an up-close and personal hello from momma, baby, and escort whale (shoutout to Captain Andy’s) to the two sea turtles who joined in on the ceremony to the double rainbow that laced across the sky during our vows. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect day! I get emotional just thinking back on all the love & support we received. Truly so special Mr. Kelvin Ho performed such a beautiful ceremony, even with the light rain shower. I think they say that’s good luck?! For those of you who worry about the rain, don’t fret. It comes & goes within 5 min! Its so light you hardly even notice. Honestly, I loved that it did rain & consider it a blessing from the island! AYEPRODUCTIONS KILLED IT! Matt and Tamao are a one of a kind couple! The first time meeting Tamao, I was in the backroom getting mic’d up, feeling all the nervous. She took me aside and had me feeling cool, calm, and collected within mins. They are seriously the best husband and wife duo ever! They make you feel so comfortable, and they know exactly what they are doing. They bring all the aloha and good vibes! I think at one point in the night, Tamao and I were getting down on the dance floor! Tiff seriously has gold stars across the board with her vendor team! Kealohaflowers helped turn the venue into a dreamy tropical wonderland with all the bright and beautiful flowers. I loved the flowers so much that I strongly negotiated with TSA to bring my bouquet back to have it pressed! You will get warm fuzzy feelings to know that they will donate the flowers to the cemetery so that their beauty doesn’t go to waste. There are no wrong decisions when choosing the menu. Ben our DJ was AWESOME! He had the crowd going at all times and even came in clutch saving the day by running my shoes to me before taking off on the troll to the hotel. I have the BEST polaroid picture capturing that moment that made the cover of my film album!I could go on and on about that day. The amount of love and support we received is unmatched! I never got to see Tiff in person, but I wish I did so I could have given her the biggest hug! She is responsible for orchestrating the happiest day of my life and I cannot thank her enough! If there was an award for the best wedding planner, she deserves them all! She made the planning process so effortless and exceeded my expectations

I loved the flowers so much that I strongly negotiated with TSA to bring my bouquet back to have it pressed! You will get warm fuzzy feelings to know that they will donate the flowers to the cemetery so that their beauty doesn’t go to waste. There are no wrong decisions when choosing the menu. Ben our DJ was AWESOME! He had the crowd going at all times and even came in clutch saving the day by running my shoes to me before taking off on the troll to the hotel. I have the BEST polaroid picture capturing that moment that made the cover of my film album!I could go on and on about that day. The amount of love and support we received is unmatched! I never got to see Tiff in person, but I wish I did so I could have given her the biggest hug! She is responsible for orchestrating the happiest day of my life and I cannot thank her enough! If there was an award for the best wedding planner, she deserves them all! She made the planning process so effortless and exceeded my expectations

Tiffany and Sylvia were a dream to work with and kept me on schedule. She patiently answered all of my questions (very often on east coast time) with enthusiasm and expertise. Even though we never saw the venue, we were confident that planning a wedding at The Beach House would be super easy after talking to Tiff. Tiff is absolutely incredible. She is super responsive, kind, helpful, flexible - the very definition of professional. When COVID hit, we asked to postpone and Tiff and Sylvia handled everything with empathy and grace. When we had to postpone again in 2021, Tiff and Sylvia were there for us as well. We never felt any pressure to go forward unless we were comfortable. When our wedding day finally rolled around in spring of 2022, Tiff and Sylvia picked right back up and had kept meticulous track of everything we had planned in 2019/2020. They were incredibly flexible with some last minute COVID cancellations/guest change of plans. I truly could not imagine planning a wedding during COVID without Tiff and Sylvia. The venue itself is gorgeous - right by the beach and the views at sunset are unbeatable. The food was fabulous, the service impeccable, and all of the vendors who work with The Beach House are phenomenal. I just showed up to Kauai with my wedding dress and Tiff and team ran everything else - officiant, DJ, flowers, favors, photography, videography, you name it, Tiff's got you covered. The truth is that no amount of words will ever be enough for us, they are all ohana now.Planning a wedding as a lesbian couple can be daunting task when first reaching out to vendors. Are they inclusive? Will they make me feel comfortable? This is, afterall, one of the most special days of our life together! Feeling confident that we would be surrounded by energy that matched ours was at the top of our priority list. Tiff BEYOND exceeded those expectations. From our very first call, we were greeted with nothing but love. It felt like catching up with a friend we hadn’t heard from in ages and we immediately connected. We shared pinterest boards, wedding visions, ideas and more. The entire time we were thinking, isn’t all this wedding planning supposed to be stressful?? ESPECIALLY planning one on an island we had never been to before? Our minds were blown by how seamless, incredibly detailed and organized the entire process was start to finish. We knew and could feel we were in good hands and that Tiff was the GOAT. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. Tears are swelling up in my eyes just remembering how insanely beautiful it was. From the immaculate florals by Kealoha flowers to some of the best steak I’ve ever had in my life (literally cut with a butter knife), our wedding day was nothing short of perfection. Mai Tais stayed in constant flow and the aloha spirit was felt by all in attendance. Special shoutout to Sylvia for being a ROCKSTAR at coordination and for making these two brides feel so incredibly special!! We could have never in our wildest dreams envisioned how absolutely breathtaking our wedding would turn out to be. Also, THE FOOD. Enough said. Needless to say, we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. In fact, just 6 months after our wedding, we booked a ticket straight back from Kansas City to spend Valentine’s Day together here! We walked in through the door and I kid you not, multiple of the team members remembered us and instantly came up to give us hugs. With the craziness happening around the world and with what stress you think you would have planning a destination wedding, Tiffany made all of that go away! After our first chat with her on the phone, we put our deposit down sight unseen. A couple months later we flew to Kauai to see our wedding venue and just completely fell in love with the space, vibe, food, views, etc. It was perfect. Tiffany and her team made everything so easy and at times when I started to feel stress, she told me not to worry as she has everything taken care of, and SHE DID. The communication was a 10/10! We e-mailed A LOT!!! And she responded instantly every time. She helped keep our spirits super high and kept us so excited while planning. We asked for Silent Disco at our wedding with two DJs and she went above and beyond to make sure that happened. We had 80 guests at our wedding and the whole night went by so smoothly. This was seriously the best experience ever! My husband and I are so grateful for everything. Not sure if I mentioned this but the food is AMAZING, and all of our guests kept complimenting the fish. We of course just love the Beach House, so we went back a few days later to enjoy the restaurant itself. I would personally love to experience someone else's wedding there so I can take it all in from all aspects. Currently referring this venue to all my engaged friends!!! :) THANK YOU AGAIN SO MUCH FOR MAKING THIS EXPERIENCE SO INCREDIBLY SPECIAL FOR US!!!

Choosing The Beach House as our vendor was the BEST decision we have ever made (aside from choosing to marry each other)!!! Tiff and Sylvia made the wedding planning process a dream from the start. As an LGBTQ+ couple, we had some concerns around picking a venue and people we had never met to help us plan our wedding. Those concerns quickly faded as soon as we had our first phone call with these gals and never returned. Every single vendor they hired (photography, videography, DJ, florals, officiant, ect.) were welcoming, kind, and treated us like we were not any different :) This is even more of a feat considering we had never visited the venue. Tiff and Syliva saw our vision from the start and worked tirelessly to see it come to fruition. My wife and I often found ourselves wondering why wedding planning always seemed to be so stressful to other people... Our experience was a breeze because we had the BEST support. And that isn't even including the day of!! The wedding was BEYOND perfection. From the florals to the food, day-of coordination (thanks Fran!!!), and entertainment, everything came together perfectly and many guests told us that our wedding was the best they had ever been to! The attention to detail cannot be overstated here. These people think of everything!! Now I am sitting at home wishing I could do it all over again.... Long story short, pick The Beach House and you will NOT be disappointed.

If you're on the fence about booking The Beach House for your wedding - do it!!!! We had our wedding on 2/05/22 and to say that The Beach House was a dream come true is an understatement. Sylvia and Tiffany plan weddings all day every day I'm sure and yet, everyone still made us feel like our day was the most special day.Since day one we've been committed to having a low-stress wedding. I refused to let our engagement memories be centered around the stress of planning. I genuinely do not think I could have come close to doing this if it weren't for the incredible team at The Beach House. They made wedding planning EASY. It honestly felt like I had to do nothing but show up. I am truly grateful for this because three months before our wedding my stepfather was hospitalized and my life was turned upside down. I have no doubt that if I had booked any other venue, I would have had to postpone our wedding due to how stressed and incapable of making decisions I was. Luckily for us, Tiffany and Sylvia were already on top of everything and I was able to focus on my family while they did the heavy lifting. I am SO grateful for how easy they made this experience. Our day-of coordinator, Katie might be a real-life superhero. While we focused on each other and having the most magical day, Katie was running around behind the scenes making sure everything was perfect. This angel of a human bustled and un-bustled my ridiculous dress (19 bustles, I'm so sorry Katie) more times than I can count to make sure we had the perfect photos and videos. Every time we turned around, she was smiling at us with drinks in hand and asking if we needed anything, while still being in a hundred places at once. She reminded me that I looked incredible at least a hundred times, and I believed her. I didn't realize that booking The Beach House meant getting a built-in best friend, hype girl, and superhero for the day but TRUST me, you need her. Everything else - the florals, the musician, the DJ, the photo/video, the FOOD, our cake, the drinks, bartender, EVERYTHING was just perfect. Truly top-notch. Our guests had a blast and so many of them told us that this was without a doubt the best wedding they had attended. More importantly, we truly had the night of our lives and I'll never get over how much fun it was. I still can't believe that all we had to do was show up and it worked out that perfectly. Long story short - booking the beach house just about guarantees you have the best night of your life with minimal effort. Thank you to the ENTIRE team for being incredible.

If you're on the fence about booking The Beach House for your wedding - do it!!!! We had our wedding on 2/05/22 and to say that The Beach House was a dream come true is an understatement. Sylvia and Tiffany plan weddings all day every day I'm sure and yet, everyone still made us feel like our day was the most special day.Since day one we've been committed to having a low-stress wedding. I refused to let our engagement memories be centered around the stress of planning. Wow - where do I start?! Our January 2022 wedding at the Beach House was seriously a dream. It was 1000% perfect and surpassed our expectations completely. The only negative is that it had to end lol. Almost a month later, I’m still sad it’s over. If you’re considering having your wedding here, DO IT!!!! Believe me when I say, all the positive reviews are all completely true (I’ve read them ALL!!) You’ll be in the best hands with Tiff and Sylvia. They are SO quick to respond, friendly, positive, and kept me as stress-free as possible the whole time. I’m a natural over-thinker and can be pretty indecisive lol, but after talking with Tiff and Sylvia we KNEW they were it. We looked into a few different options, but nothing made us feel as confident and well taken care of as they did. And just 8 months (!!) later we had our perfect wedding :) Being from California, we were definitely nervous booking a venue we’d never seen on an island I’ve never been to, but it was the best decision ever. I plan events for work and have worked with tons of vendors/venues. The team at the Beach House is top tier for sure. Tiff booked and coordinated everything for us — Pete Bradyhouse, Aya Productions, our officiant (kelvin was the best!), photobooth, DJ, guitarist, shave ice, fire/Tahitian dancing, trolley, florals, and everything else in between. They were all the best of the best on Kauai, and we felt so much love and good energy in the air from everyone! Tiff kept in constant contact over email and text whenever needed, which honestly wasn’t very often (she really had everything covered for us!)The day of the wedding, you’ll be completely taken care of by your coordinator. Katie was amazing and made sure all I had to do was show up and have fun. She even bustled my dress, gave me sips of mai tai between group photos and made sure I wouldn’t miss out on all the best songs on the the dance floor! The whole serving staff (Christie and Seth especially!) kept the food, drinks and good energy flowing! Everything tasted amazing (guests are still talking about the furikake shrimp and pumpkin ravioli) and the drinks were on point. I could really go on and on. Already looking for an excuse to go back!! How soon is too soon for a vow renewal…?

My husband and I just got married at The Beach House last month (Dec 2021) and it was a total DREAM!!! First, to be honest, we hardly did any research before we booked The Beach House for our Hawaii wedding. We are worst at planning anything and we're all the way across the country in NY so it was going to be an impossible feat for us but OMG working with Tiffany and Sylvia made everything sooo easy, stress free, and fun! They took care of everything from flowers, to booking photography, makeup, band, DJ and the officiant. Even though I wasn't able to see the venue before our wedding, I had no doubts in my mind that they were going to do the BEST job. They were so responsive and trustworthy, it was such an honor to get to know them while planning our wedding.The few days leading up to our wedding day, Tiffany was in constant contact with us through text. She made sure that everything was going smoothly and that were were prepared for our big day! She handled conversations with our makeup artist and photographer so that we didn't have to worry about it at all. We did a rehearsal the day before with Fran at The Beach House and she was incredible to work with as well. During our rehearsal, Fran took us through our whole wedding schedule hour by hour and made sure we were ready and confident walking down the aisle! On the day of our wedding, Fran looked after every detail and made sure the whole day was perfect for us.The Beach House was the PERFECT wedding venue with the PERFECT team. Our wedding day was all we ever dreamed of and MORE!!! From the ocean views to decorations to the food, our guests were blown away! The team truly put together the best day of our lives. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or planners. We 100% recommend you book your wedding with The Beach House. I hope all brides get to have the same experience that I had, it was the most magical day and it wouldn't have happened without The Beach House team. Our much anticipated wedding at the Beach House finally happened after covid delayed us for almost 2 years, with multiple date changes in between. It was worth the wait and everything we'd dreamed, thanks to The Beach House and the wedding legend Tiffany Lee. Tiffany's work ethic, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for her couples are above and beyond. All the 5 star reviews about her and the Beach House are 100% true: the setting is drop dead gorgeous, the food and cocktails are delicious, and the vibe of Poipu (less rain than Princeville, amazing sunsets) and the beauty of Kauai cannot be beat. I was nervous at first about planning a wedding remotely without having seen it, but now I can't wait to be hopefully invited to another couple's Beach House wedding because it was such a stunning, incredible, once-in-a-lifetime experience for everyone. We heard from so many of our guests that it was the best wedding they’d ever been to and several of our non-married guests are now considering The Beach House as their future wedding venue. Tiffany took care of every detail and made us feel confident throughout the (first) planning process but little did we know...When the pandemic hit 2 weeks before our original wedding date, Tiffany & The Beach House came through for us on another level. Tiffany offered us all the options we needed to make the best decision (including a full refund - not all wedding venues were this understanding as we learned from friends), helped us navigate through the stress and difficulties of rescheduling all of our vendors, and basically put in the work to re-plan the wedding with all of the changing variables in play. Of course this made us even more committed to waiting to reschedule at the Beach House. As covid restrictions lifted and the venue started getting super booked, Tiffany still treated us like we were her VIPs, answering every email within 10 min (no joke), and being on top of every detail. I don't think I could've paid top dollar for a wedding planner to be so caring and helpful, and to think that she \"came with\" the venue goes to show why you see so many raving reviews about her in particular.We loved The Beach House so much that during our honeymoon, we made it a point to go to their sister restaurant, Monkeypod Kitchen, just to relive the yummy food, cocktails, and desserts. You will not go wrong booking here. If you are planning a wedding and want an unforgettable experience of a lifetime, this is it.

My fiance and I were engaged on NYE 2019 and were trying to tour venues around the same time that the pandemic hit in March 2020. Since so many places on the mainland were closed, we had to venue shop via the internet and social media. We stumbled across The Beach House's Instagram page, fell in love with the location and their team of vendors, immediately got on the phone with Sylvia, and everything just fell into place from there! Planning a wedding in 2020-2021 was not an easy feat for many brides and wedding planners, but Tiffany, Sylvia, Katie, and the team at The Beach House made every part of planning seamless from start to finish. They take care of everything and communicate with every vendor, which is absolutely necessary for a destination wedding. They were extremely responsive via email, phone, and text, and they are the nicest people and have the nicest vendors as well! We never had a chance to tour or taste the food beforehand and it did not matter. When we got to our wedding day, everything was absolutely perfect. The appetizers, dinner, and mai tais were more delicious than I could have ever imagined, and the event was seamless. We ended up having about 75 people travel for our wedding in Fall 2021 and we had so many compliments and people telling us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! I had family and friends telling me beforehand that \"something always goes wrong, so just plan for a hiccup and let it go!\" Well, NOTHING went wrong! I could have danced all night and never wanted it to end. We are so lucky to have found this incredible venue and team of people who have wedding planning down to a tee. I cannot thank Tiffany and Sylvia enough for everything they did for us. No bride should ever have to lift a finger or have one worry on their wedding day, I sure didn't. If you are looking for the perfect venue and team of people, this is it! Our wedding day was literally the best day of our lives thus far, and we can't wait to go back to The Beach House for dinner in the future.

The Beach House gave my husband and I our DREAM wedding! For any couples who are looking for a destination wedding in Hawaii, look no further! We knew we could not take any site visits and had to be willing to put full trust and faith into whatever venue/coordinators we went with, and we could not be happier with our decision. Our coordinators Tiffany and Sylvia were such a pleasure to work with, they clearly have a true passion for what they do. The location is unbeatable, the sunset we had that night was beautiful… one we will never forget. It has been about two months since our wedding and our friends & family are still talking about how amazing our wedding was - The Beach House helped not only us, but our guests as well create memories that will last a lifetime. Our photographer Peter and videographer Matt made us feel super comfortable, plus the two of them had a great working relationship which is so important in our opinion. We felt the same about our officiant Tommy, the DJ, the servers , etc - all of them were just so kind and really did help create a magical evening :-) We chose to serve dessert from The Fresh Shave and YUMMMM, that was a hit! We also decided to surprise our guests at the end of the night with fire dancers and they loooooved it! Such a cool experience for everyone to have. Now we can’t wait to take another trip back there and reminisce our special day!

The Beach House gave my husband and I our DREAM wedding! For any couples who are looking for a destination wedding in Hawaii, look no further! We knew we could not take any site visits and had to be willing to put full trust and faith into whatever venue/coordinators we went with, and we could not be happier with our decision. Our coordinators Tiffany and Sylvia were such a pleasure to work with, they clearly have a true passion for what they do. The location is unbeatable, the sunset we had that night was beautiful… one we will never forget. It has been about two months since our wedding and our friends & family are still talking about how amazing our wedding was - The Beach House helped not only us, but our guests as well create memories that will last a lifetime. Our photographer Peter and videographer Matt made us feel super comfortable, plus the two of them had a great working relationship which is so important in our opinion. We felt the same about our officiant Tommy, the DJ, the servers , etc - all of them were just so kind and really did help create a magical evening :-) We chose to serve dessert from The Fresh Shave and YUMMMM, that was a hit! We also decided to surprise our guests at the end of the night with fire dancers and they loooooved it! Such a cool experience for everyone to have. Now we can’t wait to take another trip back there and reminisce our special day!

As if our experience couldn’t get any better prior to us even stepping foot onsite, we met Katie for our rehearsal walk through. Katie is the Event Manager and day of coordinator and somehow also your BFF on your wedding day. Truly makes you feel like she’s one of your bridesmaids helping throughout the whole day. The team the day of the wedding was 100/10 from our amazing angel of a photographer Mami, to Matt with Aya Productions who was just all around good vibes and so fun the day and team could not have been more perfect. I can’t even talk about our officiant Kelvin without tearing up, he did the most BEAUTIFUL ceremony and truly made us feel at home and so comfortable, all our guests could not stop talking about how amazing he was. People always say your wedding is a blur and you don’t remember a thing, Kelvin really makes you stop, take in and reflect on everything and just be in the moment. The flowers were beyond my Pinterest dreams and truly stunning. We also LOVED our DJ I really feel like the DJ makes or breaks a wedding and he made it ten times over. I could spend hours talking about every single person that helped contribute to our day and make it the most beautiful and fun day ever, truly in awe of this team and how well the all work together. We loved the team at the Beach House so much my husband and I found ourselves talking to them more than our own guests. We can’t wait to win the lottery so we can come back and relive/redo this day over and over again each year (wishful thinking). We love you all so much!!! Our wedding was at The Beach House this summer and we cannot recommend the venue or the team highly enough. While we got married in June of 2021, our original date was August 2020. With the global pandemic pushing our date and a venue far from home (we're based in New York and until our wedding had never been to Hawaii), it's easy to imagine how stressful planning could have been. That was absolutely not the case. Tiff, Sylvia, and the entire team made every single decision and plan easy to manage and took care of every single detail.From unbelievable views and food to beautiful flowers, amazing photographers & videographers, musicians, decor, and ambiance there wasn't a single part of our wedding that we would change and Tiffs team organized it all. We can't emphasize enough how thankful we are for Tiff and the team planning an event from thousands of miles away during a global pandemic. To top it all off, after moving the date and finally getting close to the big day we found out just 15 days before that we'd need to cap the guest list at 40 people due to pandemic regulations. Tiff helped us handle this unfortunate situation in stride and instead of cutting our guest list we set up two unique ceremonies (both beautiful, and both at The Beach House). It was an incredible experience and we couldn't be happier. This venue is even better than it looks in pictures and the value of the team managing these events cannot be topped. We highly recommend it to anyone considering planning their big day in Kauai to book The Beach House. You won't regret it.

There are not enough words to express how happy and grateful we are for the Beach House Restaurant & Team! Tiffany & Sylvia were the best at responding and coordinating from beginning to end. We had a vision and they executed it flawlessly and surpassed our expectations beyond measure. I am a very detailed person which I’m sure most brides are… every little detail I had to be involved in and they always made me feel heard and understood and most importantly they made me feel at ease and peace every single time I communicated with them. They were very thorough, organized, and just had everything under control. We literally just had to show up! Fast forward to the day of, we and our guests were well taken care of. We really felt like royalty, the staff made sure we were well taken care, they catered to our every needs and want. Seriously… the hospitality from every single person from the waiters, on site coordinators, DJ, bartender, AYA Productions, Tommy (musician who played a very special request for me), to Kelvin the man of the hour who truly made our ceremony full of Hawaiian island spirit, the food (very important because we didn’t get a chance to taste things first, our guests couldn’t stop talking about our appetizers and dinner, everyone wanted to go back and eat at the restaurant), the shave ice FRESH SHAVE and KAUAI photo booth, Mia & The Artist & Co. (makeup and hair), Trolley driver, !!!! I can go on abs on and on… but if you decide to have your wedding on Kauai, at the Beach House Restaurant, you will not regret it! This is the only place you should be looking at… we definitely set the bar high for our other engaged couple friends. If we could… we definitely would do it ALL OVER AGAIN! Our dream wedding….thanks to this venue and everyone and everything involved, you can’t put a price on the QUALITY & AUTHENTICITY this venue has to offer. They are truly one of a kind! As I sit here and reflect on our wedding, I contemplate how to write such a well-deserved review without repeating what everyone else has said. These reviews speak for itself and if you’re looking for sign to book this place, well.. this is it😊(you’re welcome). Our original wedding date was set for April in our hometown in San Diego, with the infamous covid-19, we decided to postpone our wedding. Our initial inquiry took place in March and Tiffany and Sylvia were so quick to respond with all our questions that we were easily sold and booked out wedding for 8/08/2021. Never in a million years would I have ever thought to book a destination wedding… to a place I’ve never been, with a venue I’ve never seen with food that I’ve never tasted. Tiffany and Sylvia walked me through the process, provided checklists with due dates and always offered a phone call meeting at any given time. They were so easy to communicate with through e-mail and text and I had an answer to all my questions almost immediately. These girls do weddings I’m sure almost every day, but without a doubt make you feel like you’re the only bride they are taking care of. They respond promptly, and even if they can’t get you an answer within 10 minutes, they’re sure to confirm that they r3ceived your e-mail and questions and assure you they will get back you asap. For me, communication alone with these ladies deserve 10/10. These ladies truly did all the work for me. Throughout the process you feel like you’ve known them all your life and they become your support system as they’re always hyping you up for your big day! The Beach House is your one stop shop, the vendors they work with are top notch and their packages are truly hard to beat. You select what you like and what fits within your budget and Tiffany and Sylvia wave their magic wand and do the rest. They communicate with all the vendors for you—this by itself made the wedding planning such a breeze. Tiff and Sylvia literally do all the work for you and ensure you that all you have to really do is show up! Now for the big day… completely blew away all our expectations. My husband and I agreed that the day of the wedding was so stress free that we were able to soak it all in. The venue, tent and the backdrop of the beach you really can’t beat. Our ceremony was officiated by Kelvin and he by far got the most compliments from our guests at how beautiful the ceremony and his words were. With the recent passing of my father weeks before our original wedding date, he truly made I so special to include him and we felt his presence more than anything that day. The day ran extremely smooth, the food was delicious and highly recommend the furikake shrimp and filet mignon with the fresh catch fish! We last minute added on a personalized signature cocktail after our pup called the Mako Mai Tai and that was a hit (and also strong lol)!The pictures truly don’t do justice as to how much magic happens under that special tent for so many people. Once the sun goes down and the lighting hits, its truly breath taking.Planning was such a breeze with Tiffany and Sylvia, something not many brides can say!

The whole beach house staff that we got the honor to work with were amazing! From the very beginning Tiff, and Sylvia were very responsive and very accommodating with what we wanted for our special day. Due to Covid we did have to push out our day but honestly glad that we did, our wedding day was a literal dream! They are the dream team for weddings! It was so beautiful and everything we imagined and more! They definitely know how to plan a wedding and make it stress and worry free! We were able to choose our arch, flowers, photographer and food all they email. I was a bit nervous I’ll admit not have been to the restaurant before or trying foods, however everything was very tasty! We even went back a few days after our wedding just to eat again! Katie, was so amazing and made me feel like the most stunning bride. Day of, she helped with anything I needed and so happy to have met her and had her there to have everything go as planned! If you are thinking about having your wedding here I would definitely recommend, they are there to help. Get that inquiry and I promise you will not regret it!

I was a bit nervous I’ll admit not have been to the restaurant before or trying foods, however everything was very tasty! We even went back a few days after our wedding just to eat again! Katie, was so amazing and made me feel like the most stunning bride. Day of, she helped with anything I needed and so happy to have met her and had her there to have everything go as planned! If you are thinking about having your wedding here I would definitely recommend, they are there to help. Get that inquiry and I promise you will not regret it!

I have nothing but great things to say about this venue and their entire staff. I don't even know where to begin. For starters, they made planning so enjoyable! Both Tiffany and Sylvia were in touch with me throughout the entire process and were always available if I had a question or concern. There is literally a wedding at this venue every day of the week, so they are pros at this! They know all of the vendors on the island (it's a very close community - almost like a family) and they maintain great relationships with them. If we had questions about the vendors, they reached out to them for me and helped me get all of the information I needed. We had one point of contact for everything, which made it a lot easier for us. They reached out to us whenever one of the vendors needed information (e.g., DJ song list, photography shot list, flower selections, etc.) and then relayed that information back to them.We had to move our wedding back because of COVID, and they were so helpful in making all the necessary changes - we didn't have to lift a finger. I could go on and on but really, they were amazing. Trying to plan a wedding, let alone a destination wedding, can be beyond stressful, but they made the process easy and fun.On the days leading up to the event and on the day of the event itself, the on-site coordinators (Katie, Sylvia and Kristy) were amazing and made everything go seamlessly. They made sure my flowers were delivered to my Airbnb for my hair, coordinated with the photographers, they made sure everything happened when it should, and even helped the photographers with shots. I literally didn't have to worry about a thing and could really relax and enjoy my wedding day (not something every bride can say!). It was the most magical experience and the team blew my expectations out of the water! If I could do it all over again, I would!

I wouldn't change a single thing about our wedding day, it was perfect. From the very first email Tiffany was so helpful and prompt. Any questions or concerns she always got back to me almost immediately, very impressive! She was a huge help in keeping me calm while planning and postponing a destination wedding during the pandemic. Minus the whole Covid thing, the planning was a breeze. We booked the venue site unseen, however our neighbors had gotten married at The Beach House and highly recommended it, and now we do as well! They also had the most epic wedding photos we had ever seen, we knew we wanted that to remember our special day. We had a small wedding, only 30 people. The day of the wedding everything thing went so smooth and was very stress-free, ahh the magic of Kauai. Our photographers were amazing, they really put you at ease in front of the camera. The photo/video teasers that we have gotten so far are so good. I can hardly even believe that they are our wedding photos! The staff at the venue were all so wonderful. All of our guests had a great time and went on and on about how perfect everything was. Food and drinks 10/10. We didn't write our own vows but the ceremony was so special. It was so much more than I expected, so intimate and heartfelt. We will forever have the most beautiful memories of our wedding day thanks to The Beach House.

The wedding ceremony was beautiful, the tropical florals were stunning, the food was amazing, the service was top notch, and the sunset views were spectacular. I have the best wedding photos ever!!! The Beach House is the complete package! From the quick responses from Tiffany & Slyvia (planners), their suggestions on vendors, the AMAZING food, this was the least stressful wedding planning that turned out beyond our expectations. Being a \"COVID Bride\" who had to push out the wedding a year, the team at The Beach House made it so worry-free and breezy to reschedule and make sure our wedding went off without any stresses. We have never visited Kauai and went into wedding planning completely blind, and we based our decision completely off of reviews from the Beach House. Everything we read about having a wedding at The Beach House was 100% true and magical - it almost made it even more worthwhile that we couldn't see the venue until our actual wedding. The team, all the vendors - shout out to the boss babe Mia Moriguchi, sweetest team from Bradyhouse Photography, badass Aya Productions, the LUAU FIRE SHOW, the talented officiant (who is also very good at playing the ukulele and singing), the cake (!!!!), the incredible Shave Ice stand, the picture-perfect and such respectable surfers in the backdrop who stopped surfing to pay respects to our ceremony, the wonderful patrons of the restaurant who all clapped and gave out the sweetest compliments - everything was perfect. Just writing about our experience makes me tear up because I wish I could re-live that night again and again a million times. I could go on for days just raving about our wonderful experience, not only for us, but it was truly a magical time for our friends and family. We will always cherish these moments and owe Tiffany, Sylvia, and the entire crew/vendors at The Beach House for their hard work. And when we say that this crew went above and beyond, we mean it! Our friend got a little too wild on the dance floor and injured his ankle, and The Beach House coordinator personally took him to the Emergency Room and waited with him during our reception - talk about BEST SERVICE EVER! We feel like they are part of our family, and we will forever cherish them and hopefully go back again soon just so we can give them all a big hug and watch them work their magic on all future weddings. Also, my husband genuinely thanks you guys for not making me a crazy Bridezilla (which I totally would have been if we had our wedding in Dallas, hehe). My husband and I got married at The Beach House on July 16th. It was a dream come true. Every detail that we could have ever imagined came to life. I wish I could go back and relive it in slow motion.We got engaged in September of 2020 and knew that we wanted to get married sooner rather than later. Planning a wedding during a pandemic is stressful, but the team that The Beach House has assembled made everything so simple. We booked without ever seeing the venue! Tiffany, Sylvia, Erica, Katie, and Kristi were phenomenal. Tiffany and Sylvia helped me keep calm when COVID restrictions would change. I am a Type A kind of gal, so I included some very fine details throughout the planning process. I’d sometimes send a few emails per day…and every email was responded to with a few hours! I truly believe the wedding wouldn’t have been the same without Tiffany and Sylvia. The venue was on a grassy area just outside the actual restaurant. I was surprised that the restaurant was still up and running while our wedding was going on. The sounds of the ocean blocked out the noise pollution so every was able to enjoy their evening. The food was delicious and catered to our allergies (dairy and gluten) - they were even able to get us a special cake. The floral arrangements were elegant and lush. The trolley we booked was fun and unique, allowing our guests to fully enjoy their night without worrying about transportation. The DJ selected great songs off our Spotify list that got the crowd grooving! The photographer and videographer team was amazing and made us feel comfortable (we aren’t big on taking photos). The photo booth was a big hit for our guests and the pictures turned out great!If you are considering a destination wedding, love Kauai and a great time - book The Beach House.

Many guests mentioned that it was absolute best wedding they have attended. And that is all because of Tiff, Sylvia, the rest of the staff AND the awesome vendors that they have relationships with. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! literally the best day of my life.

At 18, I took a trip to Kauai with my mom and best friend. One night, we stumbled upon The Beach House where I saw a bride in the window of the restaurant. I told my mom, “that’s the wedding I want.” A couple...decades...later, I got engaged. ;)When I reached out to The Beach House’s wedding planning guru, Tiffany (Tiff), in January of 2020 to plan a wedding for May 2020, rather than saying the timeline was too tight, she basically said, “challenge accepted.” She proceeded to plan our dream wedding with a calm confidence that instantly put my mind at ease. She also fielded an onslaught of disjointed communication from me and my wonderful mom with impressive grace. Planning a wedding from California (2020)/Colorado (2021) with a stranger in Hawaii could easily have felt overwhelming and daunting but Tiff has a gift. She’s such a strong, and gently persistent, communicator that she gained our trust immediately and made the experience seamless. Like a lot of brides in 2021, I had to reschedule our 2020 wedding. I was tempted to abandon our Kauai wedding dreams and take a simpler approach (think: courthouse/eloping to a field). Thankfully, we decided to go for it and Tiff picked up right where we left off as though no time had passed. In May of 2021, we had our dream wedding (I miiight watch the teaser video 1-7.5 times daily in an effort to relive that day). The coordinators, officiant, servers, DJ, and photographer/videographers that Tiff recommended worked together so harmoniously that I didn’t have a single stressful moment. Unheard of for my type A self. My in-laws coincidentally booked Beach House-adjacent lodging so we witnessed several weddings at the venue prior to and following ours; I was blown away by how unique each one was. Tiff is able to sense a couple’s vibe and realize their vision. Trust me, this is your wedding venue and Tiff’s your planner. The one complaint I have is that the wedding was over in the blink of an eye and I’m envious every time a new bride’s dream wedding is featured on The Beach House IG. Hehe.

I looked at so many places to get married in Hawaii and The Beach House Restaurant seemed so professional and efficient from the start. I feel like they have perfected how to perform a wedding. You can literally choose every detail you want, or leave it more up to them. You can go big, you can go small. Not only was the planning a breeze, the execution of the wedding event was flawless. Now lets talk about the AMAZING VIEWS, the AMAZING sunset and the fantastic food and service. In our time in Kauai, every local said this location was the BEST for a sunset. It truly is. The food is delicious and you get to choose from a pretty wide variety of a menu. Worth every penny. The service was top notch. Literally loved our waitress so much I tried making hiking plans with her :). I never dreamed I would have such a perfect wedding, but that is what they do. The food is delicious and you get to choose from a pretty wide variety of a menu. Worth every penny. The service was top notch. Literally loved our waitress so much I tried making hiking plans with her :). I never dreamed I would have such a perfect wedding, but that is what they do. The Beach House Restaurant makes dreams come true!!

Pictures will never do this place justice, although the pictures online are beautiful as well. I communicated mostly with Tiffany and Sylivia, the Beach House Coordinators. I did all my correspondending with the coordinators through email, if I ever had any questions or needed answered via telephone conference, the coordinators always made themselves available to speak with, which is exteremly reassuring when planning a destination wedding. They were very helpful and organized. The Beach House has amazing vendors they work with, making plannng hair/makeup, photographer, videographer, florist, etc. that much easier. Every vender did an an amazing job. The Beach House website has a wedding blog and Instagram you can reference for ideas when planning. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a Kauai Destination wedding. Almost all of my guests said that The Beach House was one of the most beautiful wedding venues they have been to. If you get married in Kauai, The Artist CO. for hair and make up. They do amazing work. Mia and her team are so talented. Videographer and photographer @ayaprductions. They pull out the best in you and your partner! AMAZING! @Kealoha florals! There are not enough words to express the amount of Aloha Tiffany and her team at the Beach House showed us on our wedding day! Everything was beyond perfect! Mr. Ho (our officiant) performed such a beautiful ceremony that made us feel so in love and honored to be represented with the Hawaiian culture. (we even had sea turtles feeding on the rocks as the ceremony was taking place!!) Everything was breathe taking! From the beautiful florals to the beautiful strums of Tommy Tokioka on the ukelele, everything was just beyond anything we could ever expect! When taking our pictures, Aya productions NAILED IT!!! They did such an AMAZING job at capturing our love & made us feel so comfortable taking the pictures! Despite having to organize a wedding during a pandemic,Tiffany was prepared for it all! There wasn’t a moment where she wasn’t in contact with us (sending updates and information on the progress of Kauai & sending us available vendors ). Even before we decided to go with the Beach House, Tiffany was on top of all of the emails I was sending her, she answered all my questions, all of my concerns & we hadn’t been fully committed to The Beach House! Tiffany made our decision to go with The Beach House so easy! She’s an angel we never got to meet (since she is only behind the scenes) Our wedding at The Beach House was worth every penny!! To say that the beach house SAVED our wedding is no exaggeration. Our wedding was scheduled for March 20th, 2020, right in the early stages of the coronavirus pandemic. We left for Hawaii under the assumption that things would hopefully go as planned but all of that quickly changed. The day after we arrived in Hawaii the President announced that gatherings of more than 10 were not suggested and we knew that our wedding plans were in trouble. My now husband, sister, wedding planner who was still in Tennessee thought it was best to move the wedding up, as we weren’t sure if we would be able to have a wedding by March 20. Somehow, and I’ll never know exactly how they pulled it off, the entire team at The Beach House miraculously came together to move our wedding up TWO DAYS to March 18. Tiffany and the whole team at The Beach House were answering calls at all hours from that moment on doing everything they could to organize the florist, the rentals, the waiters, the DJ, the photographers, and all the other vendors to move an entire wedding two days up with only about 36 hours notice. They also managed to throw together a luau for our rehearsal dinner on the 17th at the restaurant, as the event we had scheduled at our hotel was canceled due to the virus. I still don’t know how they did it!! If you had been there you would have never known that all of that commotion was happening behind the scenes. As the bride, my family and the Beach House tried to keep me as uninvolved as possible to lower my stress level, so I was blissfully unaware of many of the things going on. The luau was so incredible, I got so many compliments from our guests saying it was such a great way to kick off their trip to Hawaii, especially because all of our trips wound up getting cut short. They called everyone they knew a day before and asked them to come and do us a favor, as so many of our original plans were falling apart. I’m so glad that the original plans fell apart because I can’t imagine a better more personal experience! Not only were we dealing with coronavirus, on the NEW day of the wedding as I was getting ready, tropical storm winds and sideways rain presented outside my window of my hotel room. I thought there would be no way we could salvage an outdoor wedding and I was so disappointed, but at this point I was grateful that we were getting married in Hawaii at all. I knew for sure that the tent outdoors would not be able to be put up because of the weather, but Tiffany was texting me all day telling me they would do everything he could to at least have the ceremony outside. As I finish getting ready it was still drizzling rain and I just assumed the indoor wedding was in evitable. As we arrive at The Beach House I was greeted by their staff, who I am meeting in person for the first time, and they were so positive and uplifting! They told me that the chairs were set up inside but they had put the arch outside in case they were able to find a break in the rain. As the guest arrived, the rain stopped and the radar showed less than an hour of clear skies. The Beach House event coordinators quickly moved the chairs outside and at the very last second and we were able to have our ceremony outdoors like I always dreamed!!!Tiffany and Sylvia were BEYOND amazing, and if you want to get married in Hawaii this is the only please I would even consider!! 100% my wedding would not of happened if it weren’t for them. Us “type B” personalities with conservative parents are just going to have to throw the same traditional wedding that our parents had; and their parents before them. Nothing wrong with that, if that’s what you want. But my wife and I wanted something different.Type B personality? No problem. From day 1 Tiffany and her wedding coordination team carried us. They made the planning so simple & effortless. We literally can only take credit for answering a few simple online questionnaires, setting our date, buying a dress, inviting our friends and family, buying our plane tickets, booking our hotel(s), and showing up. The Beach House team took care of all the rest. Based off conversations with our other married friends, we got off EASY!And once we did show up, our conservative parents just melted away and forgot what they were so concerned about. That’s because this venue is absolutely gorgeous. It’s just that enchanting. It’s every bit as nice as all the pictures suggest. Now our parents can't stop sharing our wedding photos and videos to their siblings and friends.My wife and I highly recommend The Beach House as your wedding venue. It has honestly been one of the best first \"life decisions\" we have made together so far!

The best decision we’ve ever made!I don’t even know where to begin in expressing my gratitude and appreciation of The Beach House and their amazing staff. To all brides everywhere considering a destination wedding in Hawaii - CHOOSE THE BEACH HOUSE! It was the best decision my husband and I have ever made together, and I wouldn’t change a single thing about my wedding day. We are from cold Minnesota, and on a bit of a whim decided to switch gears from planning a 300+ person event in Minnesota to a 70 person party in Kauai. Neither of us had ever been to Hawaii, so we essentially googled “wedding venues in Hawaii” and started calling/emailing various venues. The minute I looked at pictures from The Beach House and talked to their wedding coordinator, Tiff (every bride’s dream wedding planner), I was sold.Brides - everyone talks about how stressful planning a wedding can be. But let me assure you, that's not the case with the Beach House (largely thanks to Tiff!). I actually found the experience to be so much fun. Every question I sent to Tiff was answered within a few hours (and considering the 5 hour time change between MN and Hawaii, I’m convinced she never sleeps). In terms of decor, I literally went on their Pinterest page and snapshotted pictures of what I liked. Easy and fun! And the actual day turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. In addition to Tiff, the rest of the Beach House staff is top-notch. Everyone was so kind, and our guests were welcomed and treated so well. Erica, who is the “day-of” coordinator, was on point with everything. The food was AMAZING, and the Mai Tai’s with the foam on top...SO GOOD! Our guests still talk about them. My husband and I made a list of songs to be played both during the dinner and for our dance, and the DJ did a fantastic job mixing them up and emcee’ing our event. It was honestly the best day of our lives, and we are forever grateful for the memories and experience we were able to share with our guests. If you want to get hitched in Hawaii, trust me, you want to book with The Beach House.

Planning a wedding from Texas and not being able to see, touch, smell, and taste our selections took a lot of faith, but the whole team knocked it out of the park and exceeded our expectations! All the guests were so impressed and could not believe that we planned the wedding through email. Working with the Beach House made it easy and stress-free because we only had to work with two AMAZING people through the whole process. Also, we want to thank Naomi, our photographer for capturing every moment of our special day. She has such a good eye for the perfect shots and we are so thankful that we will forever have those memories to relive the moment! Another thanks goes to our videography crew, Matt & Tamao. We recently received our video teaser and we cannot watch it without getting emotional. We are so grateful to have the footage to watch over and over again! A BIG THANK YOU to Erica, our onsite coordinator, she was fabulous and truly made our wedding day smooth. Throughout the night she checked up on us and made sure we knew what was happening next. In addition, I also want to acknowledge Blend Designs for making our arch and flowers arrangements gorgeous; seeing everything in person was stunning! I really cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous venue and the rockstar team there. The Beach House EXCEEDED our expectations and provided us with the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding day truly was the best and most magical day of our lives!When you’re planning a destination wedding and can’t be there to see all the details, it really helps to have an incredible wedding coordinator to help bring your vision to life and make sure that all the small details are taken care of. Tiffany is that 100% that person - she is organized, lightning quick with her responses, funny, kind, and just on top of it! She and Sylvia were such a pleasure to work with. The Beach House really has the secret sauce down as far as wedding planning goes. I even second guessed my floral color scheme a couple months into the wedding planning process and Tiffany was so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. And of course, the florals turned out absolutely perfect and everything I had ever dreamt of! They really went above and beyond to get picture perfect shots to incorporate in our wedding video and we couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. Erica was our day of coordinator and was such a kind and calming presence during our ceremony - it rained during our ceremony and the entire team was so quick to get all of us under the tent temporarily in order to continue. Our guests really enjoyed themselves, felt very well taken care of by The Beach House staff, and especially loved the Mai Tais! A few guests even told us it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever been to. If you are even considering having your wedding at The Beach House – just do it, you will not regret it!To The Beach House - MAHALO from the bottom of our hearts for being so incredible to us and to our guests! We feel so incredibly grateful to have had our wedding here!

I really cannot say enough good things about this gorgeous venue and the rockstar team there. The Beach House EXCEEDED our expectations and provided us with the wedding of our dreams. Our wedding day truly was the best and most magical day of our lives!When you’re planning a destination wedding and can’t be there to see all the details, it really helps to have an incredible wedding coordinator to help bring your vision to life and make sure that all the small details are taken care of. Tiffany is that 100% that person - she is organized, lightning quick with her responses, funny, kind, and just on top of it! She and Sylvia were such a pleasure to work with. The Beach House really has the secret sauce down as far as wedding planning goes. I even second guessed my floral color scheme a couple months into the wedding planning process and Tiffany was so accommodating, flexible, and understanding. And of course, the florals turned out absolutely perfect and everything I had ever dreamt of! They want you to have the best day ever and really do such a great job to ensure that happens.Aya Productions (Tamao & Matt) provided us with absolutely stunning videography – what an amazing husband / wife duo they are!
