Beaumont Ranch is a beautifully rustic wedding venue located in Dallas, TX. With many locations on the ranch, this venue offers the perfect backdrop for a charming countryside wedding. The farm still operates as a working cattle ranch and is home to a herd of Texas longhorns, goats, llamas, and horses. Owners Ron and Linda Beaumont opened the gates of this magnificent ranch in 1997, hoping to share the culture of their locality with the public. Two decades later, their strong family and community values remain at the forefront of their business. This duo encourages their guests to experience the vast adventures of Texas while staying at their ranch. This unique event space is situated on 800 acres of Grandview's magnificent rolling hills. This venue is home to several indoor and outdoor locations to host your dream wedding day. It features two large barns, guest cabins, a bunk house, luxury suites, and small retreat spaces. The Blue Bonnet Barn accommodates 600 guests and features a dance floor, stage, full bar, restrooms, lighting, and audiovisual facilities. Similarly, the Lone Star Bar is ideal for your ceremony and reception. The Sydney Sausen Cattle Company Building caters to between 15 and 50 people for a more intimate celebration. An on-site chapel is available to exchange your vows in front of your loved ones. Beaumont Ranch has been reimagined over the years but still maintains its eclectic and rustic charm. Their wedding packages offer an extensive range of linens, fine china, crystal, silverware, tables, and chairs for the perfect setup. I was in my friend's wedding at this location. At first glance it seemed like a very cool venue, the small western town feel is nice. Cool \"themed\" lodging, theatrical type buildings with western alleys and such. I noticed throughout the weekend a TON of cobwebs on areas where you would want people to sit and relax. TONS of spiderwebs/spiders around those locations, not inviting to guests. Rooms were okay, our bed was rock hard with little to nothing in the pillows. Rooms did not all have same A/C. Shower pressure was very light. The food they provided was okay, we were not thrilled with it during the rehearsal or the wedding dinner. The reception hall is great, perfect size dance floor for the wedding. The gazebo for the wedding was nice, still cobwebs not cleared before the event. Landscaping needs work as there were dead brush around walk ways easily cleaned up with a blower or broom. The buildings could use some paint and maybe some new boards. Good area for kids to play and fish. They could have provided breakfast onsite with a vendor just have home cooked breakfast burritos available. The venue is not too close to anything, so we brought a lot with us as far as food and snacks.

Shelley is amazing. We had a late May wedding and while the rain completely ruined our plans of being married on the gazebo- Shelley was amazing at helping me stay calm and having a game plan for the changes. They do such a beautiful job. The venue is amazing. The catering is great with lots of options, Rosie the main cook is spectacular- You have to try her brisket. All of the staff was very accommodating and we had a brilliant time at our wedding and with our whole weekend stay. If you are looking for something rustic and a place to stay at the time- please consider Shelley and the Beaumont.

If you’re looking for a super cute, all inclusive venue, you HAVE to check this place out. They are so accommodating and the fact that they have lodging on site is a huge bonus. My wedding was this past Saturday and it was absolutely perfect. The BBQ is great, too!

I'm going start this review with Shelly Beaumont, she was the absolute best at answering my question and had a way of making me feel like I was in good hands! She made what can only be described as controlled chaos somehow less stressful! We made a weekend out of it and had friends and family stay at the ranch. The rooms are cute and fun. The rehearsal dinner was held on the patio behind the main house and was elegant and the food amazing. Shelly walked us through the time frame for the wedding and what each person needed to do and where to be. The wedding day was a blur of emotion and wonder! The gazebo overlooking the lake was idea and my vision came together without a hitch. The ranch is pet friendly which for pet lovers is a huge plus. My dog was the ring bearer and I felt he was safe at all times. The reception was beautiful and the food was delicious . All my guest had an amazing time and couldn't say enough good things about the ranch! So THANK YOU SHELLY AND BEAUMONT STAFF FOR MAKING MY DREAM WEDDING A REALITY!!!!!

My son and daughter-in-law wanted a country western wedding. My father-in-law told us about Beaumont Ranch as he had been there for dancing events. Met Traci and got a tour. Lone Star Barn and the ceremony venue was love at first sight. Ended up with around 170pp who had a blast. Weather turned out prefect considering it was mid May. Kids had a mechanical bull and bounce house inside the LSB to keep them busy with the rest of the party dancing away. Food was wonderful (Bar-B-Q). Literally ran out of their famous potato salad. Although we did not take advantage of the other offerings it is very affordable. Guests can stay in the old west town lodging, go zip lining, bow and arrow or just go fishing. Lastly Traci made it all a time to remember for years. Thanks Traci and all the staff from the Smith's!!

Beaumont ranch is absolutely beautiful!! I have had birthday parties, work Christmas parties, and most recently married the love of my life there. Ask for Traci, she has been my party coordinator and she is hands down the sweetest lady ever! She truly cares and wants you to have the best experience. I can't wait to plan my baby shower there.

Our wedding was 7/25/15 and even though it was hot outside, the ballroom was pleasantly cool and beautifully decorated. The ceremony wen smoothly with the exception of noise from food service, but at least the bride and groom did not notice. We got beautiful pictures under the lovely chandeliers! It was a great venue! I recommend!

Beaumont Ranch is amazing! My husband is the one that actually picked the place. He loved the fact it wasn't too hard to get to, yet you can walk outside and not hear the city noise. Shelley was WONDERFUL. She always helped me with the littlest things. She would constantly email me to see how I was doing or to give me an update. The rehearsal and the wedding day were so stress free. She handled EVERYTHING. It turned out beautiful and amazing. I would definitely recommend people using this venue.

Beaumont Ranch was absolutely WONDERFUL! Beaumont Ranch had everything we wanted and needed from lodging for our wedding party and guest, venue to hold our ceremony and reception, and catering; their staff was wonderful and Shelley is AWESOME! \rThe reason we chose Beaumont Ranch was because we had everything right on premise. Instead of a wedding day, we had a wedding weekend!\rOur family and friends enjoyed their stay; it was nice having the option of lodging for our wedding party and guest. Their rooms are absolutely beautiful!!! They are all decorated differently.\rThey have a couple of wedding packages to chose from, the reception rooms, Bluebonnet and Lone Star, are beautiful and unique. \rBeaumont Ranch has many activities to entertain your guest and wedding party.\r\rOur friends and family are still talking about how they had a wonderful time and how amazing the facilities were. \rAs the Bride, I could not have asked for a better place to have our ceremony and reception. \rAs a couple, we could not have asked for a better place for our family and friends to come together and have a relaxing and fun-filled weekend.\rBeaumont Ranch gave us a wedding weekend to remember!!

Beaumont Ranch had everything we wanted and needed from lodging for our wedding party and guest, venue to hold our ceremony and reception, and catering; their staff was wonderful and Shelley is AWESOME! \rThe reason we chose Beaumont Ranch was because we had everything right on premise. Instead of a wedding day, we had a wedding weekend!\rOur family and friends enjoyed their stay; it was nice having the option of lodging for our wedding party and guest. Their rooms are absolutely beautiful!!! This was an absolute adorable venue. It was absolutely stunning and had the most adorable little \"town\". The rooms were very clean and I thought the little theme that was set in each room gave it character. The people working there were accomadating and did not hesistate to answer any of my questions.

We selected Beaumont Ranch as our wedding venue because we went ziplining there one summer and loved the place. Shelley Beaumont is a wonderful coordinator and will bend over backwards to make sure you get everything you need! She made sure all of our needs were met and that we were able to keep our timeline for the day of the wedding. She was more than accommodating on multiple requests and kept in contact frequently. She didn't take long to return emails and was very quick to find answers. I would highly suggest staying the night in their western town. They offer breakfast in the morning in their Lone Star barn and offer many activities while staying there.

The folks that work at the ranch - from the smiling faces of the ladies in the office, to the knowledge and supreme efficiency of Shelley the coordinator, to the warm, friendly, helpful bar tender and the hard working behind the scenes crew - are an incredible team who come together to work their magic just for you. They make you feel at home and they work hard to make your special day exactly how YOU want it. They are quick to provide helpful hints and suggestions, but just as quick to accommodate your special requests. I could not be happier with how it all turned out. The atmosphere was perfect, the food was good, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend the Beaumont Ranch and the staff.

First of all, I have to say my wedding was perfect! Everything about it was wonderful! From the chairs to the tablecloths, the candles, the food!! It was all perfect! I opted to have an outdoor wedding so my ceremony was in the beautiful gazebo by the lake in the middle of awesome trees and honeysuckles. The reception was in the same area where the lights iluminated the party. The ceremony was so beautiful and the release of doves was the cherry on top. Our wedding coordinator, Shelly, was the one person that organized my thoughts and made sure everything went smoothly. Without her it would have been a fiasco. She was very accessible and I was able to visit the ranch and pick different things out whenever I had a chance. She kept constant communication with me to ensure that everything got done right. Shelly provided a list of helpful contacts such as DJs, florists, bakers, and anything else we could possibly think of. The ranch catered the event and made ribs and chicken strips with all the fixings. It was so delicious! There was absolutely nothing left. Our wedding was truly magical. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful. The night before, our wedding party stayed in the hotel suites at the ranch - and the rooms were spectacular all different. I felt like a princess the entire time we where there. My family loved it so much some stayed another night. The Beaumont Ranch staff extended all hospitalites including the gym, including a sauna, access to the lake for fishing, a complete breakfast, and great service at our rehersal dinner. Our entire wedding experience was wonderful. I am so glad we didn't go anywhere else. It is a place we will forever love.

It was a perfect day! Everything went smooth and as planned:) The crew at Beaumont Ranch was amazing and was super helpful! Shelley Beaumont and Steve Talavera made my dream wedding come true better than I could even imagine:)The venue was large and gave everyone enough space, the lighting was great, and the food was delicious! I would choose it again in a heartbeat:)

It was a perfect day! Everything went smooth and as planned:) The crew at Beaumont Ranch was amazing and was super helpful! Shelley Beaumont and Steve Talavera made my dream wedding come true better than I could even imagine:)The venue was large and gave everyone enough space, the lighting was great, and the food was delicious! Beautiful venue. My husband and I had our ceremony under the gazebo and our reception in the bluebonnet barn. Working with Shelley was so easy; she made sure I had EVERYTHING decided on time. Being engaged was quite overwhelming and she was an amazing support! We chose the venue because we live in the area and we had guests from out of state attend. The ranch has rooms and activities which are perfect for out of state people to get a Texas experience for the short time they visited. We had about 150 guests attend, and the service was excellent. The venue provided everything except cake, photography, DJ, and clothes basically. However recommended in the area services for them. We chose Mexican food to be served and it was delicious, not just 'wedding food'. The site is exactly what you'll need for engagement/wedding photos: pond, chapel, 'town', stables, gazebo, fields.

I visited the ranch with my dad, a country musician, and was in love at first sight. About 3 years after that day, I was getting married to the love of my life on their gazebo. \rI always liked the idea of an outdoor wedding and I am so glad I found this place. I am still getting compliments from guests about how beautiful the wedding and the venue were. For me, it was a bit of a drive, but it was so worth it. They have lodgings at the ranch and they cater pretty much everything.\rShelley Beaumont is a wonderfully amazing person. She helped me so much. Without her, my wedding wouldn't have been the success it was. She was always there when you needed her.

This venue provided as close to a perfect wedding as we could have envisioned. Their packages offer a lot of choices. The food (we chose barbecue) was very good as I knew it would be as we have dined there on other occasions. The coordinator Shelley Beaumont was INVALUABLE. Throughout the process she worked with our many and some unusual requests, all the while calming my increasingly nervous daughter and myself. On the day of the wedding, I do not think I could have survived and got everything done without her help. I was still running from pictures to the reception to the gazebo shortly before the ceremony, only to discover that Shelley had already taken care of my concerns. The service during the reception and the entire evening was flawless, and the bartender was friendly and accomdoating. By the way, it is a ranch but that doesn't mean it has to be a western or rustic wedding; on the contrary my daughter chose another direction and it was awesome. If you are looking for variety of choice, reasonable pricing, good location, dependability, great service and limiting the things you have to do during planning and the day of, you cannot go wrong with Beaumont Ranch.

My husband and I had many guest traveling from out of town and state. The guest rooms in the old western town were perfect. We could visit with friends and family the entire weekend. Since our wedding was in June on the gazebo, not much decorating was needed because of the flowers in bloom. The reception was in the Lone Star Barn, adults and children could relax and enjoy. With the bridal package we purchased, all of the food for the entire weekend was included. Food was amazing. Every member of the staff was so accomodating and sincerely helpful. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I dreamed of a western wedding with me pulling up on a horse drawn carriage to our ceremony on the gazebo, which was downright beautiful. Shelley Beaumont and staff did a wonderful job coordinating the ceremony and the reception. We wanted our reception in the Lone Star barn which was a public event, the food was great and the price was very reasonable. Awesome staff and venue!!! My fairy tale wedding for sure!!!

We had a wonderful experience at Beaumont Ranch. We had just over 100 people with a sit down dinner and it was priced fairly and such a beautiful facility. Everything is just so spacious when you have 20 foot ceilings. The wait staff was professional, the event timing was perfect and we enjoyed working with Shelley Beaumont. An amazing venue for your wedding! (the price is higher because we had an open bar but the base price for the facility and dinner was under 10k)
