Located only a walk away from the historic Wimberley Square, this boutique property presents customized design features blended with a high-end atmosphere. Let us provide your guests with a backdrop that will leave lasting memories and capture once-in-a-lifetime images! $4000 and includes all of the following 7 hours of venue access • 2-hour set up and 1-hour breakdown • 4-hour event time • Additional hours may be booked upon request Capacity for up to 40 people House manager on-site during event Control 4 audio/visual system • 65-inch Art TV on a movable arm for video, presentations, and slideshows • Multi-room indoor and outdoor premium ceiling speakers for music, TV, or PA • Handheld or wireless microphones available upon request Complimentary 1-Hour Wedding Ceremony Rehearsal Reservation (based on availability) Lodging for two (2) nights in a guest suite Adjoining guest suite available for an additional fee Reduced pricing available for booking additional events within adjoining timeframes The Bell House Wimberley also hosts Rehearsal Dinners and Bridesmaid Luncheons The property that would become The Bell House Wimberley was mapped and planned in 1946, with a two-bedroom home constructed on 300 River Road. The owners added a drive-through snow cone shop a few years later. After that, the next-door empty lot was turned into an addition to the property, connected to the original building via what was previously the drive-through window. This area was variously a TV repair business, a front porch swing shop, and a floral shop. The property eventually housed the long-standing Wimberley Village Thrift Store before the Thrift Store found a larger home on River Road. The current owners of the property, designer Tracy Levinson and her husband, former wine and spirits rep Bruce, found this site in April of 2018. In February 2019, the reconstruction of this site into their home and the venue in which they host events. The Bell House Wimberley is available as a setting for wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as parties. It has a capacity of 40 people, making it superb for an intimate ambience. Amenities include a high-end audio-visual system and guest suite lodging for two across two nights.
