The Bell of Camden Point is a spacious wedding venue located in Camden Point, MO. This countryside estate is ideal for those that wish to customize their special day while surrounded by nature. A tree-lined avenue leads you to the ranch-style pavilion, where an elegant occasion awaits you and your loved ones. This classic rustic structure has been reinvigorated with chic, elegant decor that was made for sophisticated celebrations. Surrounded by woodlands, a picturesque pond, and beautiful grounds, this is an idyllic spot for photo opportunities and making memories. For any out-of-town visitors, it is conveniently located near Kansas City Airport. The Bell of Camden Point stretches out over 40 glorious acres and has a capacity for up to 250 guests. You can exchange vows outdoors by the waterfront, where stylish wooden chairs are laid out on the lawn overlooking a wooden ceremony arch. Afterward, you can roam the gardens for photos, taking in the romantic wooden pergola and using the water feature as a serene backdrop. The main ballroom is where rustic refinement is taken to a whole new level. This spacious room is characterized by wooden ceiling beams perfectly balanced by polished marble flooring, opulent chandeliers, and a fancy private bar. Here, you can curate your dream day according to your theme and tastes. Plush preparation suites are available for your exclusive use, with everything from vanity mirrors, changing rooms, and white leather seating ensuring a relaxed pampering session. The event team at Bell of Camden Point aims to offer a full-service package for those that wish to celebrate there. Included in this are a number of event rentals, including indoor and outdoor seating, tables, portable bars, and propane heaters. Outside vendors of your choice are welcome, allowing you to customize your event to your specifications. The management will be on-site to work with your wedding coordinator to ensure that your event runs as smoothly as possible. In addition to this, a rental home is available for your honeymoon suite. This property can sleep up to 20 guests should you wish to spend the night at this location with your wedding party. From start to finish, our experience with The Bell of Camden Point was wonderful. They are easy to contact, extremely helpful and accommodating, and so kind and professional! The owners have added so many beautiful renovations to the space. We absolutely loved the new indoor chapel, the outdoor space for our cocktail hour, and the reception space was perfect for us and our guests. There are also so many beautiful places to take photos on the property. One of our favorite things about The Bell is the ability to choose any outside vendors we wanted (this was a big money saver for us). The Bell is a 10/10!

The Bell of Camden Point is a wonderfully spectacular venue! The new indoor Chapel is amazing and the outdoor wedding area is also a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding! My son & daughter-in-law were married there 10/23/22! The Bridal room is so pretty & spacious for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready on the big day! The Grooms area is the perfect spot for the men to be together and hang out before the ceremony! The reception area is beautiful with large windows to take in the breathtaking views! The decor throughout the venue is rustic elegance and is the perfect spot for a wedding! We also rented the house on the property for the bridal party for 2 nights and everyone had a fantastic time being together in one place! Memories to cherish! Owner Chas was amazing to work with and responsive whenever we reached out with questions! We would highly recommend The Bell of Camden Point! Thanks for making everything just perfect!

We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception at The Bell and we couldn't be more happy with our decision! Chas was our main point of contact and she was fabulous! She always responded quickly to any and all questions I had, she helped keep things in line and going smoothly on our big day, and she went above and beyond to any hiccups that happened. The venue is full of beautiful backdrops that make for the best wedding photos for the newlyweds and their guests. We used the outdoor ceremony location, but it was nice to know there was an indoor chapel option if weather wasn't ideal. I would 100% recommend this venue over and over again!

There is a list of vendors they have used, but you can use your own as well. There is a lodge you can add to your package that is on the property. It is so nice to have the extra room for the wedding party and provided the opportunity for the wedding party to stay at the venue the night before the wedding. I highly recommend The Bell at Camden Point.

I never seen such a beautiful venue in my entire life, and the fact that they allowed our dogs be part of our big day was huge to me! While we felt so special, considering they were finishing the chapel. They personally sent photos, and videos knowing how excited were to use the space. They accommodated every request we had and every struggle with a smile. They responded quickly. Never asked for additional fees and were upfront about their expectations. Where do I begin!?!? The Bell of Camden Point was like a hidden gem for us (especially since it was during Covid). The country scenery was absolutely perfect for pictures of a Lake view and we even had amazing sunset pictures in their outside arbor. The venue felt private, was handicap accessible, beautiful, had many different variations to accomplish our dream wedding, and was very reasonably priced. Kristy (Owner) was super nice and accommodating to our needs for our big day. Our first visit at the venue and with Kristy was so good I had three tours just to show my family and my wedding coordinator. We had our ceremony and reception inside which was nice because the chapel and the reception room where connected to each other through these dark wooden double doors (which made a great entrance for when I when down the isle). The reception had a romantic feeling with the crystal chandeliers and huge windows for natural light for a huge area to dance the night away. Now to the best part…. The chapel! The chapel had this huge crystal chandelier that hung with in the middle of the room that made the area with my decorations very elegant. My guest were in awe of the place and had so many complaints! I’d recommend to anyone and everyone! Thank you Kristy and her husband for making our day magical!

The Bell is a true secret gem just 15 minutes north of KCI airport. My daughter's wedding was here and our family was so blessed by the venue, the venue owners and the whole day. The grounds are such a natural, beautiful setting - lending itself to not only rustic but truly classic beauty. Nature at it's best - coupled with crystal and iron chandeliers, perfect Bride's and Groom's Suites, and from indoors - a stunning view overlooking the rolling hills and pond. The owner's pour everything in to making this your special event. Exceeding all expectations of personal service and absolute elegance!

The Bell is a true secret gem just 15 minutes north of KCI airport. My daughter's wedding was here and our family was so blessed by the venue, the venue owners and the whole day. The grounds are such a natural, beautiful setting - lending itself to not only rustic but truly classic beauty. Nature at it's best - coupled with crystal and iron chandeliers, perfect Bride's and Groom's Suites, and from indoors - a stunning view overlooking the rolling hills and pond. The owner's pour everything in to making this your special event. Exceeding all expectations of personal service and absolute elegance!

My best friend was married here. It was beautiful! I loved the bride’s dressing room the most. It was the perfect place to get ready for her big day and made all of us feel like princesses. We also stayed in the house the night before and had one last hoorah before she got married and I loved having the five beds all in the same room so that we were all together gossiping through the night. After watching her have the fairytale wedding I am definitely considering coming here for my big day.

This venue exceeded all of our expectations. It’s absolutely stunning! We rented the house and had the bridal party spend the night after the rehearsal the night prior to the wedding. Everyone LOVED it! We also got a ton of compliments from our guests about how beautiful it was. The outdoor ceremony space is so well kept! And the chandeliers are unlike any others! They even have a small nursing room for anyone with little children. The owners were extremely cooperative and friendly! Our day was just perfect. I couldn’t have built a more perfect venue myself. The groom’s room has a patio for the guys that is fenced in. The bride’s room has separate lights and outlets for all the hot irons. It’s just absolutely everything we wanted and more!

Our wedding was special because it was the first wedding ever held at The Bell. And what made it even better was that it felt like they had been hosting weddings for years. They were prepared for anything and everything we needed and we felt like their number one priority the whole time. The owners and staff were so accommodating and intentional in making our day the best it could be. As far as their amenities go, the bridal and groom suites were perfect for us to get ready in. They provided all the tables, chairs, and linens. They also set up and tear down. All in all, our expectations were exceeded and I could not recommend this venue more. You will not be disappointed if you book them for your big day!

Meet the The Bell of Camden Point Team
David Holland & Chas Breedlove, Kristy & Rob Ritz and Dave Cassasdy (Owner) While looking for a barn venue for our daughters wedding, we found a beautiful farm in Camden Point. Once a tobacco barn & recently 10,000 sq. ft horse arena, we remodeled into a gorgeous space for weddings while our closest friends joined this journey with us. We repurposed all the natural hardware from the horse arena, selected crystal chandeliers to complement the original rustic hardware to make an elegant 5,200 sq. ft setting. An adjacent indoor chapel will join our venue in the near future! We can't wait to meet you!
