With Tuscan-inspired architecture and breathtaking scenery, this romantic setting is a wonderful spot to start your married journey. Whatever your unique vision, the tastefully decorated manor and its impressive grounds will set the stage for an unforgettable celebration. Designed with intimate gatherings and celebrations in mind, The Bella Collina Mansion can accommodate up to 175 guests. Several event spaces are available on the property, from the delightful flourishing vineyards to the magical lakefront lawn. To get your special day underway, you can exchange your vows outdoors among nature's finest beauty. With a soft breeze blowing in from the waters, you can declare your love to your partner while your loved ones look on. Afterward, you can take photographs against the picture-perfect backdrop of the estate, creating snapshots in time of your most precious moments. When you are ready for your reception, you can dine al fresco or retreat indoors for a delicious meal. At The Bella Collina Mansion, you can reserve the entire venue for your exclusive and private use. The welcoming staff will be at hand to provide all the necessities for your occasion, from tables and chairs to china and linens. They can also offer event planning services to ensure no detail is overlooked for an efficient and seamless experience. Bar and catering are available at the venue, with buffets and plated meals among the dining options. EXCEPTIONAL VENUE, LOOK NO FURTHER…We got married at this beautiful venue on 5.14.22. Our wedding was absolutely breathtaking. No other word could describe Bella Collina Mansion besides MAGICAL! Our guests are still commenting on how stunning Bella was & they’ll forever talk about our day. The staff…Where do we begin!!! The owner Joe Destafino=AMAZING HUMAN BEING. Joe & his director sweet Erin made us feel soooo special & welcomed from the 1st day. We had been to Bella as guests for a friend’s wedding in fall of 2019. We had the best time ever. I had NEVER heard of Bella. We fell in love immediately & I told my now husband when we get married my true desire is to get married here. I knew Bella was the ONLY venue before we were even engaged and I’m so grateful my husband saw the same beauty. It’s a beautiful hidden gem. Bella is so special to our hearts. Bella’s staff is family to us. They were nice and helpful from beginning to end. When I say they put so much time, love and hard work behind the scenes it’s an understatement. We had so many personal issues due to surgeries, Covid, a family member possibly not being able to arrive on time from overseas and dealing with rain on our special day. Joe held our hand every step of the way and constantly came up with a new solution. He always had plan A, B & C. We were NEVER in the dark or surprised. There wasn’t a time that he ever missed one question and believe me I had sooo many questions. He has an answer to EVERYTHING. Every single thing has been thought of. He has it down to a science. My husband & I call him genius! 😊 He was so invested in us and his ONLY mission was to make sure our day was truly perfect. There was a fire at Bella 2 months prior to our wedding with so much damage. There wasn’t one single wedding that was missed. The staff worked tiresly to make sure all of us couples get to have the wedding of our dreams regardless of so much repair & stress caused by this awful fire. We couldn’t even tell there was ever a fire. Bella was, is and will ALWAYS be so strong & beautiful. You will NEVER find another venue owner who cares more about his couples more than Joe and you’ll NEVER find a stronger army right behind him. It’s truly a white glove service. Joe & Erin were so prompt every single time and rest of the staff was so dedicated. Bella family exceeded our expectations and we are forever grateful. I recommend anyone who is looking to have a MAGICAL wedding experience to choose Bella Collina. Being a Bella bride is truly an honor. After visiting several wedding venues, we were dismayed by the services offered in association with the venues' costs and amenities. We were growing concerned we wouldn't find a venue offering the services, amenities & the date we wanted for our wedding. My sister previously attended a wedding @ Bella Collina (BC) & told us how beautiful the venue was. One afternoon, we drove to BC's location to \"sneak a peek\" & at first sight, we knew this was the venue for my wedding! The location is absolutely breathtaking, not to mention, inside the mansion with its vintage, Tuscany castle vibe. We prayed & God answered our prayers! Our 10-22-2023 Fall Themed- Sunflower Wedding at BC was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment of contract until the departure of our last guests on our wedding day, the staff at BC NEVER disappointed us! They were extremely professional and friendly; attentive & approachable; communicative & directive; extremely helpful, supportive & reassuring AND they listened to us and delivered! The technology- BOSS APP, made it extremely helpful to communicate with BC staff & our preferred vendors any time- day or night, knowing we would get a timely response to our questions or issues within 24 hours or less. The APP also provided many useful organizational tools-timelines, calendars & appointment reminders, budget information & invoices, etc., which we appreciated immensely! Because we are a seasoned couple, we desired a customized, non-traditional yet spiritual wedding experience. We wanted a venue that provided an all-inclusive experience, realizing our choice of excluding a wedding party would yield the majority of wedding planning & tasks being handled solely by us. BC's selection of services, amenities & wedding packages offered in their all-inclusive menu exceeded our needs. During the day of interviews, the direction & planning tools we received immediately lowered my anxieties about planning & vendor selection for all our services & specialty needs. Having a variety of vendors for selection can be useful but a bit overwhelming so, we appreciated and trusted the recommendations for the top vendors BC has partnered with. We felt BC knew the professional reputation of its vendors. After BC's staff spoke with us and understood our vision, the recommended vendors (DJ, photographer, caterer, florist, cake designer, rental supplier) matched our energy, engulfed our vision & worked phenomenally in our favor. I can't speak enough about how valuable the organization, coordination & consultant services from Erin and Kara were. Having a Type A personality and an over achiever mentality, I appreciate detail-orientation, punctuality, task completion, direct communication and active listening & Erin and Kara's personality styles blended perfectly with my type! The wedding rehearsal was well coordinated & we so appreciated having time allotted, prior to our rehearsal, to bring, unload & store any & all wedding personalizations, drinks, decorations, etc. We didn't have to worry about any logistics on our wedding, other than our attire & personal items. On our wedding day, we were enthusiastically greeted by BC staff- Kara, John and \"Ma\" and they catered to our every need! Our wedding ceremony will forever be remembered by us, family, friends & guests as THE experience like no other, orchestrated by God with the help of Bella Collina. Bella Collina is truly the ONE STOP SHOP that made our wedding dreams a reality!

Everything was amazing! Bella's staffing went above and beyond anything I expected. While nothing can make wedding planning stress free, I really don't know how I would have gotten through this without Bella's package and how easy they made everything! The response time from staff from the very beginning was always amazing and everyone was so friendly. Every single one of my guests made it a point to tell me how beautiful and fun the day was and I was just so happy. I can't say thank you enough to Bella Collina and am so happy I found them!

We had our wedding at Bella Collina in Mid September/23. The venue is beautiful, the view of the lake is stunning! The staff was very professional, the communication was always great. We can honestly recommend them. In our opinion you’ll end spending several thousand dollars more to get to the “all inclusive” wedding. There are minor details that need to be taken care off in the property but all in all a great venue.

AMAZING! Every staff member was incredibly friendly, seemed to love their job, and really made sure that I had a fantastic wedding. They were easy to work with, provided MANY solutions to questions/issues before the wedding and the day of (making sure we ate throughout the day, got food from cocktail hour, fixed part of our cake that fell, improved seating chart, helped with setup, and more). Not only was the property beautiful, but they provided excellent recommendations for the food, DJ, photobooth, and photographer, which made wedding planning SO much easier. We had a July 4:30pm wedding and the weather radar showed that it was going to pour in the middle of our ceremony. They gave me and my groom time to decide if we wanted the ceremony to stay outside or move it inside and gave us time to change our minds too. We moved it inside, and although it did not end up raining, we had an amazing time and were happy to have had a rain plan. I would absolutely recommend Bella!

I absolutely am in love with our venue. Our guests couldn't stop talking about the venue and how beautiful it was. It was exactly how we envisioned our big day. They are so extremely helpful and supportive in everything. I love that its an all-inclusive venue and they really have some of the best vendors I've ever met. I got all of my vendors through bella besides my MUA. They made sure my wedding day was super smooth and even if things went wrong, I couldn't even tell. Highly recommend to anyone! Amazing, beautiful, affordable! What's not to love!?

This was the best decision we have made to get married at Bella. Our process has been very stress free, and smooth. Erin was always available to answer any questions that I had everyone communicated very well everything was instructed and nothing was confusing. The day of the wedding everybody work together to make the day go as smooth as possible as peaceful as possible and it was perfect. Bella Collina team isn't just a team it's a family, and family works best together I recommend this place to anyone that is looking to get married here. 10/10!

We got married at Bella Collina on October6, 2022, and we HIGHLY recommend them, our wedding was everything I ever dreamed of!! This venue is ABSOLUTELY beautiful, and so unique. Very helpful and friendly staff. We worked with Erin for a majority of the planning, and she was always very helpful in responding to my many, many questions as the bride (I ask ALOT of questions and she always responded to fast and kindly!) Kara was our Day of Coordinator and she couldn't have been any more caring, understanding and professional! We had an amazing experience at this wedding venue. We are SO happy we got married here. It was an unforgettable experience, thank you Bella crew!!!

The entire vendor team and staff has access to what every vendor is supposed to do. It is also Bella Collina's responsibility to double check the agreements and make sure that everything is perfect. Disappointments: 1. Flowers - none of my grandparents received their boutonnieres or corsages (paid for). A member of either their staff or Bella Collina's said \"since they aren't walking down the aisle, they don't need it.\" 2. Bar – we were told all brand-new unopened liquor would be used for our wedding (very expensive). We received leftover, opened alcohol that was previously used at another wedding. We were given the same price as everyone else, no matter what was used. Apparently we were supposed to be refunded for any unopened liquor, but since it was all opened prior to our wedding, we were not. At our 45-day checkpoint I specifically told them what our 2 signature drinks would be, and was promised that they were no problem and they would have everything. They didn't have grapefruit juice on site for one of our drinks. For most of the night, they were still offering our signature drink, without grapefruit juice. I, the bride, never got to enjoy my own signature drink that night. 3. DJ Rone - let me be clear, he was the absolute best part of the night, and have no complaints about him. I specifically told Bella Collina in the app, in person at rehearsal, and again wedding day, yet somehow the garter toss and father of the bride speech were NOT removed from the itinerary. I know this because I never received updates on my app. On wedding day my father and myself were both very embarrassed when we were called up to do these things we did not feel comfortable doing. **4. Bella Collina Mansion - My MIL and myself unpacked the entire party bus, with no help from Bella's staff. A member of the staff unplugged my grandma's oxygen because it was a trip hazard, which caused her to gasp for air, choke during the ceremony, and later throw up because of the stress. I provided foam glow sticks for our reception, but they were taken and put somewhere downstairs without my knowing. I as the bride was scrambling to find them during reception. Please do not miss this – Joe, the owner, has already been made aware of everything in this review, good & bad (character limit here), and did not acknowledge a single concern. Instead, he harped on the fact that the mansion faced a fire this year (which we were NOT made aware of until the 45-day check point). Joe made us feel very uncomfortable, when he stated that \"it was on every major news channel,” and that we should be grateful and not complain so much. Yet, who randomly googles Bella Collina Mansion Fire? We should have been made aware, and given options. We received no emails, calls or messages = zero notification until 45 days out, when we walked in and smelled smoke. I am incredibly grateful we still had our wedding, as I'm sure many others were as well. Communication in a respectful and thoughtful manner (rather than assumption) would have been the professional and kind thing to do though. Joe's response to our email recently with all of these concerns was ugly, disrespectful and completely changed my perspective on Bella Collina and who stands behind it. Kindness, listening skills, and genuine concern for ways to improve your venue goes a long way. All I want is for anyone considering Bella Collina, is to be fully aware of what your experience could look like. No matter what, best day of our lives!!!

I would 150% recommend couples to choose Bella Collina as their wedding venue. The staff is extremely knowledgeable (Erin adn Kara are amazing!!) and does anything and everything they can to make your day perfect! Getting married is stressful enough and being able to rely on the Bella team took majority of that stress away. There are just not enough great things I can say about my experience and my wedding day. Our wedding day was the day hurricane Ian came through but they were on board to flip the space into plan B and made that transition seamless, we hardly even remembered there was a hurricane outside ;)

Wow, where do we begin. Bella Collina has to be, hands down, THE best event venue in the state of NC. I couldn't imagine anyone doing it better. From the planning, coordination and overall management of the process and the event itself, you all were wonderful. Erin and Kara held our hands the entire time throughout all of this and all of our guests mentioned to us that they had never seen a wedding like this. The flow and orchestration was beyond exceptional and we couldn't be more satisfied. Thank you all again for making our day as perfect as can be.

Let me just start by saying that I had a list of several wedding venues to consider for our wedding, however, Bella Collina was the first, last and ONLY venue we saw. Immediately after visiting and meeting Erin and Joe, we knew this would be it for us. The absolutely STUNNING mansion on the beautiful lake makes your wedding day one that no one will ever forget. The photos barely scratch the surface of how truly gorgeous the entire property is in person. It down poured, thunderstormed, and apparently there was also a tornado on my wedding day all right around the time my ceremony was starting. There was a fire at Bella only about 2 months prior. All of the things you wish and pray that do not happen on your wedding day. None of that mattered though because my husband and I celebrated our day with our friends and family who still, 2 weeks later are commenting on how beautiful and fun the wedding was. the staff at Bella Collina made every single possible effort to make the day seamless and stress free. Special thanks to Erin, Kara, Joe & Ma (and of course all of our wonderful vendors that were hand picked for us) I would do it all over again because I feel like I blinked and the day had gone by, I wouldn’t change a thing! Xox

STOP VENUE HUNTING! This is where you want to get married. This venue is so much more than just a location (although that’s perfect,) it’s your dream wedding made so simple and worry free. My husband and I just got married this past Saturday (3/19/22) and it just so happened to be the first wedding after an unfortunate fire just 5 days prior. The owner, Joe, is the first person I’d like to praise. With this being a first for his career, he moved mountains to make our wedding happen as if nothing had ever gone wrong. We’re talking 5 days and nights of the most extreme makeover. With credit due to SO many people, Joe still was the pillar for not just coordinating the restoration, but calling every single worried bride (me included) and being fully transparent throughout the entire process.You can read so many amazing reviews about Joe’s BOSS app used for vendor contact, scheduling, invoices, and so much more. This simplifies what would normally be a chaotic mess since now all your vendors are on the same page. Erin, the Director of Operations at Bella Collina is who I spent most of my time talking to. She was the main point of contact from the first walk through at the venue, to the day of interviews (this is where they bring in multiple preferred vendors to the mansion for you to meet and they scheduled the whole thing!) Any little question I had about the wedding, I would just send a quick message to Erin in BOSS and get a response in no time! She is AMAZING!Kara was our month/day of coordinator. She outlined and ran through our rehearsal with us the Thursday before and was pretty much my life line the day of the wedding. I can’t imagine hiring someone better myself! Her along with the entire staff made any problems disappear before I even knew there was one. She coordinated everything day-of with the vendors while I stayed the whole day in the “getting ready quarters.” When it came time for sunset pictures, she was the timekeeper so our photographer could do her job without needing to constantly check the time. I could go on and on but you get the picture… she’s great!The whole day ran smoothly and I can’t take credit for any of it. I spent my day with my girls getting ready and hardly lifted a finger. Definitely something to consider if you are a worrier or just want to ACTUALLY enjoy your wedding day :)Almost a week later and every day we get more messages about how amazing our wedding was to all our guests. It does go by fast and it feels a little like a dream now but hearing “It was honestly the best wedding I’ve ever gone to!” is exactly what I hoped and dreamed my wedding would be.

Can I just say, BEST DAY EVER?! Stop what you are doing and book the Bella Collina Mansion now! Erin made our planning process seamless and Kara (our Day of Coordinator) was flawless. The Day of Interviews with the amazing vendors eliminated so much un-needed stress, I can not think of one thing I would change. Our guests are still raving on how much fun they had and my husband and I are still on cloud nine!! THANK YOU BELLA COLLINA!!

My 2000 word review was way too long, but here’s some information we would have wanted to know before our 9/25/2021 wedding. Bottom line: we had an amazing wedding and would 100% choose Bella Collina again, but there were some issuesPros:-You’ll have a hard time finding a more stunning venue-I was very impressed with how smoothly things went on the day of the wedding. We had our timeline laid out and basically just showed up and watched things unfold (on time!)-Allowing you to supply your own alcohol is a huge cost savings -The BOSS app centralizes all the communication with the venue and vendors. Erin is very responsive.-A day of coordinator is included in the price- a huge value, and Kara was great!-About 10% of our guests cancelled last minute due to COVID. Bella was accommodating & the caterer even agreed to give us an extra appetizer instead of those meals. This went against the contract so I wouldn’t tell other brides to expect this, but it was very kind!-The indoor option is great- no need to worry about weather-Overall, the value for what we paid was greatCons:-The vendors are not much of a choice. The Day of Interviews has 1 caterer, 1 florist, and 1 DJ that they seem to almost exclusively use. You pick 2 photographers from their list. Using other vendors is allowed but seems implicitly discouraged. We chose to go with the usual vendors for convenience. Since they functionally work as one package and Bella strongly advocates for these specific vendors, I am including vendor issues in this review. -The package prices are a bit misleading. We were repeatedly told that most couples do not add on upgrades, which can’t be true. I spent hours researching photographers only to learn that the list on the website was outdated. We upgraded photographers ($500), then spent hundreds more because a second shooter isn’t included. The catering includes ONE entrée option, no hors d’oeuvres. The florist budget includes ONLY bridal party bouquets and some boutonnieres/corsages. All flowers for the arch, aisle, tables are not included. Overall, what we paid to Bella Collina was 35% higher than the package advertised & our upgrades were modest. Again, Bella was a good value compared to other venues, but the package is not an accurate reflection of the cost-Joe was extremely rude to us at the day of interviews- no room for details. There are posts from Bella Collina on the private Facebook page that are disparaging and unprofessional. I’m glad we didn't have to interact with him again.-Vendors: My bridal bouquet wasn’t what I asked for. I didn’t see my bridesmaid bouquets until I was walking down the aisle but they were not even the right colors. The caterers served the groom and me incorrect food (dairy/gluten free instead of vegetarian). We had said we did NOT want the top layer of our cake saved for us but they did (we weren’t aware at the time) and so we ran out of dessert-During our ceremony, someone on a boat loudly shouted “wooo congratulations!” for several seconds. Obviously, there is nothing that Bella could have done to prevent this- it’s a public lake, and people seem gather to watch weddings. If something like that would really upset you, take that into consideration, because I have a feeling that happens somewhat regularly-The bartending fee to have liquor (even a pre-mixed signature drink) was quoted as $38/person, which is prohibitiveOverall, a still a lovely wedding experience despite these problems!

There are no words to describe how insanely brilliant this team is..but i'm going to try! I just got married at Bella this past weekend, 12.11.21, and it was such a crazy day with a few last minute hiccups (road closures, unexpected parade downtown, unforgiving mother nature, etc.) and this team wasn't fazed at all...they continued to handle everything professionally and with such grace. I felt so safe and taken care of on my big day and I couldn't imagine a better place to get married. Kara, Erin, and Joe are wonderful and were always willing to go above and beyond to make my day perfect. Kara was ON POINT and I couldn't have asked for a more experienced, calm, and attentive day of supervisor! I highly recommend Brian Anthony Photography and Derrick at Siren Studies as they both went to GREAT LENGTHS to make sure I got every sweet moment captured inside/outside despite weather issues and time constraints (not to mention Brian laying down on the wet ground MULTIPLE times to ensure we got a great picture). Again...this was the best day I have ever had and it wouldn't have been possible without the Bella Collina Team. Much love always.

Bella Collina is the absolute best place to have a wedding! My sister got married there 4 years ago and it was so good, that when I found my soulmate, my now husband and I went back and got married there! The staff and vendors there are so professional and knowledgeable! They made our wedding day run so smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for anything better! We did not have to worry or stress about one thing because they handled every part of our day for us! I could not recommend a venue more than them! BEST DAY OF OUR LIVES!!!

My husband and I had an amazing day. It was the best day of my life because of Bella Collina. All of our vendors were professional, dependable and supportive. Erin was very responsive and always available for questions. Our coordinator, Kara, was awesome. I was a little worried about how everything would come together but Kara is very organized. I felt so at ease once our wedding started. The day went by so quickly but it was beautiful! All of my guests raved about how stunning and magical Bella Collina is. I wouldn't change a thing!

Initial communication and interviews were great. Toward the end somethings that we thought were included were not. Erin was amazing to work with. Cara was professional and was there for anything we needed and was very good about trying to give us breaks while also making sure everything got done. Venue was gorgeous, parts of the ceremony were a little unorganized example the unity candle had lots of confusion. Outside of that the venue and staff did amazing for everything. For future weddings when it does rain, to dry the deck so people do not slip and fall.

I want to take some time to talk about how PERFECT our wedding day was at Bella Collina Mansion. If there was ever an issue my husband and myself never knew about it and it was handled behind the scenes. Our job was to have a great time and they made sure of it! Joe managed our expectations in a transparent way the ensured the timing of our big day went smoothly and we couldn't appreciate that more! Erin answered every question we had no matter how small without ever making us feel like we were annoying her. Kara, the day of coordinator, kept everything on track throughout the entire day and night. She was behind the scenes making sure we were exactly where we needed to be for every big moment and she did a fantastic job. I want to give a huge shoutout to \"Mom\" who gave me crucial advice right before I walked down the isle and literally got on her hands and knees to scrub mud out of my train with club soda and a towel. The woman is an angel and you'd be lucky to have her and the Bella staff on your side on the most important day of your life. Not one guest had a bad thing to say about our day and every guest has told us how much they enjoyed themselves. Our wedding will be talked about for a very long time. I was gonna keep this short and sweet but there was no way to convey how proud we were to have Bella Collina Mansion as our venue in just a few short words. If you are on the fence about this location take a tour and I'm confident you will fall in love with Bella Collina Mansion just as my husband and I did. INCREDIBLE IN EVERY WAY. Bella gave us the wedding of my dreams. From day 1 they were helping me plan and followed my ideas of having the traditional aspects of a wedding but making them my own. The vendors they provided were impeccable. All of my guests were AMAZED at the venue and how beautiful it was. They make everything run so smoothly and efficiently . The venue is so whimsical and magical in every way. My husband and I booked this venue without touring it in person. We knew we wanted to get married this year and had about 8 months to plan the whole wedding. Erin was easy to contact and responded in a timely manner. And trust me, I called and emailed her a lot! She was always very pleasant to talk to. We loved the fact that the venue comes all inclusive because we aren’t from the area so it would have been that much more to do to try to find everyone. Also, because it’s all inclusive, everyone is used to working with each other so the communication is on point. I’ve personally been a bridesmaid seven times and been to many more weddings, and I’ll say this was my absolute favorite wedding I’ve been to! And not just because it was mine. The location is more beautiful in person, I love that that the ceremony and reception are both there so you don’t have to travel between times. My husband and I both had separate areas to get ready. If you book with a certain hotel, there is a shuttle for some people which is a safety factor for drinkers. My husband and I got way more alone time than I expected. There are just so many amazing qualities about this venue. I will also say, we did the Emerald package I want to say. The step up from the $10,000. And our photographer, Kellie aka KNHT Photography, did an outstanding job! She captured our emotions in our pictures perfectly which is a very hard task to do. All of our guests had a blast and absolutely loved the venue. Many people told us it was the best wedding they’ve been to. Oh and our food was amazing!! My husband and I were allowed to choose our own special meals and everyone else had a buffet style dinner. It was real nice that they gave us our own meal that we wanted though. It made us feel that much more special.

I don't know where to start. Bella Collina Mansion is the place to wed at. Their ability to provide their couples with everything they need is top notch. Joe and Erin are an amazing team. We booked this venue 2yrs ago because we wanted to have it all. We wanted to ensure that our wedding was everything we wanted it to be. They are so organized and beyond attentive. Our wedding date was 9.3.21. The setup was beautiful, the way that the entire Bella team worked with one another was amazing to watch. Our wedding was a dream that they helped make possible. We hired all of there recommended ppl. The Day of Interviews that they schedule helps to make that process a smooth and easy one. Joe and Erin leave no wedding planning stone unturned. I 100% recommend them and so does my wife. They are LGBTQIA+ friendly. They treated us amazingly well. Our bridal party had a grand time and they loved the way Bella moved. Our parents were pleased and felt that Bella went above and beyond to make the day so what it was. If you're thinking of getting married here, you will not regret it. The property alone will make you fall in love!!

Hello! Bella Collina is very much a beautiful venue with a lot of perks. However, there were many different things that made me feel a 5-star review that they asked for when they emailed me would not be the truth. I say this is just a fair warning. I am not looking for any arguments or debates because YOU asked for MY experience, so I’m giving it to you. Bella Collina is very much “this is how we do things and this is our way.” If that is what you’re looking for then this place is for you! I had a numerous amount of guests that were disappointed with the way the staff had treated them. I do not like conflict so this made things incredibly awkward and uncomfortable for me and my now husband. The wait staff was very swift to pick up food and drinks, however they emptied and dumped full bottles and glasses of beer, wine. I had people set their drinks down to go dance, then come back and their drink is gone. This once again wouldn’t be a problem if the full glasses wouldn’t have been counted in the inventory. Because people were getting twice the amount of beverages, with one being dumped out full, and one to hold grip tight. I understand that they want to keep things clean so they can leave early, but don’t clear a table the exact moment someone steps away. Give them a minute or two. Now the flowers…. Oh the biggest headache of my day. While I was having my hair done the florist (sweet lady) came to speak to me about the arbor. The first thing she said was “40% chance of thunderstorms” which made my brain freeze. I instantly started going through every weather app known to man to find this rain she was talking about. In the meantime she was discussing reusing the prior people’s fabric and just laying my flower arrangement around it and saving the expensive piece of fabric for the rain plan (which never got used so I paid for it for nothing). She did not mention to me that the fabric was bright pink and purple.. my colors were dusty blue and green. I didn’t want loud/harsh colors. The funny part is when I saw it at my first look with my father I said “uhhh why is the arbor like that?? That’s ugly.” She should have instead spoken to literally anyone else, or taken a photo and shown me. I was in no condition to make a decision like that. Or maybe referred to her notes where I say I want light, simple, and minimal. After a few hours they finally changed the arbor (so thankfully that ugly fabric was not in all of my photos) however they used fabric that my mother in law brought with her that she used the night before. Very unprofessional. Lastly, I was not able to do all of the games that we had planned for the evening. And they took their time to do the sparkler exit. Because it was a Sunday a lot of our guests left early (reasonably so). But I kept asking and asking to do a fake exit but no one would listen to me. With that being said a lot of my friends and family missed our exit because they continued to delay it to the time that they wanted. They said if you do it early it makes guests thing the wedding is over and leave, but they already were leaving at a RAPID pace. In all I still think our wedding was beautiful which is why I give a three. I just disagree with the statement that it was “flawless” and “non stressful”. I’m sure there are other things behind the scenes that I don’t know, but they really just need to work on the communication and professionalism with their team because picking fights with my guests is not ok.

From the first day of meeting with Bella Collina Mansion staff ( a year ago) until our magical day ( this week) my wife and I enjoyed the professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, and timely communication from each and every staff member and vendor. In specific, the owner Joe and his planning director Erin, made our experience throughout the planning process and wedding day a seemless process. I recommend that any couple who is interested in wanting an organization that will provide a wedding service that is specifically detailed to their specific needs to visit Bella Collina Mansion. The scenery of the venue and the luxury of the mansion is amazing. Our wedding guest have been calling my wife and I all week to thank us for allowing them to be a part of our special day and also commending our choice of utilizing the Bella Collina Venue. One a personal level, I experienced my wife enjoying the entire process to the point of seeing her not worrying if something was going to be incomplete or not properly prepared to her specific desires. This meant the world to me because it deleted any unwanted stressors or concerns and allowed us to focus on our everyday lives. It is literally a place where you can have top of the line vendors of your choice and create your dream wedding within hours. What an amazing experience. Thank you Joe.

Going with Bella Collina for our wedding venue was by far the best decision we made during wedding planning--besides getting married, of course ;-] From the start Joe and Erin made us feel like family. I read tons of horror stories in different wedding groups from other brides about things going wrong on their wedding day with their vendors and/or venue. We NEVER had to worry about that with Bella, we knew that every one of their vendors would show up and give 100%. I actually got to enjoy wedding planning because I knew they had everything under control. The communication was outstanding, the vendors were professional and accommodating, and they made our day the absolute best day of our lives!

My Husband and I were devastated after the way we were treated by the owner during the planning process and afterwards. We did our best to smile our way through on our wedding day. The owner even went further to suggest on google reviews and private messenger that our marriage won't last five years. I was made to feel like less than a bride and human being. The vendors here however were very good. But unfortunately the owner's poor treatment of us tarnished the whole experience.

Bella Collina is INCREDIBLE!!! My heart was set on this venue years ago. I didn't tour anywhere else. Joe and Erin made the entire experience so easy. I was never stressed about anything during the planning process with them. Day of Interviews allowed me to pick all my vendors all in one day, eliminating all the calling around and searching for people available on the same day. My wedding was a fairytale wedding. It was exactly what I dreamed about all those years ago when I fell in love with their venue. All my guests have commented on how incredible the staff of Bella Collina was. Even the smallest of details, they were on top of it. The day ran so smooth. Something was always going on to entertain our guests. At least half our guests have reached out to us to tell us that was the best wedding they had ever been too.I feel obligated to tell everyone engaged couple I know to entrust their day to Bella Collina. There is NO WAY you will be disappointed. Everyone went above and beyond to make my day perfect! Not even one hiccup! I'm a Bella Bride for life!!Thank you Joe!

Bella Collina was the absolute best choice for our wedding! The venue is absolutely beautiful, and guests absolutely loved taking pictures of the gorgeous views. From the beginning, Joe, Erin, and the Bella staff were responsive, knowledgeable, and made planning so easy. The day of the wedding went so smoothly with Bella coordinating. My parents raved after the wedding that it was Joe and the staff's coordination that truly helped make the whole day so wonderful. They really think of everything so you can concentrate on just getting married and having fun! I actually got a stain on my dress from walking in the grass during pictures before the ceremony and Joe's mom told me not to worry and quickly got the stain out with some club soda! Any possible issue is so quickly resolved and made everything so stress-free for us. Guests told us afterwards that it was one of, if not the best, wedding they'd ever attended! We would absolutely highly recommend Bella Collina to anyone!

We had a wonderful time here at out wedding. Would definitely recommend this venue! Joe was extremely well organized and hard working throughout the night! Less than an hour before the start of our ceremony we discovered it was supposed to start raining close to the start of our ceremony, so Joe gave us the last minute decision to move the ceremony indoors or proceed outdoors as planned. We moved indoors and everything was set up very quickly and smoothly! The night ran very well and was highly organized. All of the staff were very helpful. My only regret is that the night went by too fast! haha. Everyone absolutely loved the venue- one of our older guests even commented that it was the nicest wedding venue he had ever been to. The venue is absolutely beautiful. In addition, for the price and all inclusive offer with vendors, it's probably one of the most affordable venues around. For the price and gorgeous location, I really don't know that any other venue can beat this!!. . This was the first venue I toured, and I fell in love with it and booked immediately. It was an absolutely wonderful venue. We had an amazing wedding and are so thankful for all of the hard work and support of the staff that night.

I can not speak more highly of this venue and it’s staff. I would like to start from day one when I went for my tour. I met with Joe and the tour was absolutely stunning. I loved the fact that he was so up front with everything and answered all of my detailed questions. I also liked the fact they had different “all inclusive” packages we could choose from. Once we picked this amazing venue they took the reins from there. My then fiancé and I scheduled our day of interviews. This day was so convenient because we live in the Raleigh area ( about an hour and a half away) and all the vendors came to the mansion to us. We were able to get a lot of the choices for vendors that day. We designed our cake that day, we picked out food that day, we chose our photographers that day, and my florist that day, this helped us out tremendously. Such a great idea. I went to pick out the linens also near the venue and it was such a great experience. The BOSS platform they have is also amazing. It allows you to keep in contact with the mansion, their staff, and all your vendors in one space.They really know how to spoil and take care of their couples. They walked me through the planning process and made sure I was always on track. This venue is absolutely gorgeous and they know how to make the wedding day all about the Bride and Groom.We got married Nov 8 2020 and couldn’t be more happy that we chose this venue!! It was absolutely stunning, gorgeous, and perfect!!! It was smooth and Joe had everyone on point. All of the staff and vendors were so courteous and professional and really made us feel like a King and Queen on our big day!!! I really can’t thank them enough!!!! The food was to die for, the flowers were amazing, the linens were beautiful, the DJ was on point, the photographers were always snapping photos and getting every detail!!! Everything was honestly just perfect!!! We Love the Bella Collina and all of its staff and beauty!!!

Ahhh... Bella Collina! Where do I possibly begin??... well, for starters what you see is what you get! When describing it all I can say is absolutely stunning, breath taking mansion. It is intimately tucked away in the arms of a beautiful lake of Belews Creek and it is nothing less than extraordinaire. I recall seeing it on The Knot for the first time and stated, \"WOW. This is too amazing to be true, I know this can't be anywhere near me...must be a filter error lol\"... but to my surprise... it was only 25mins from me in Greensboro, NC. As the typical bride, preparing and planning for all the details of the wedding with a more laid back fiancé along for the ride to fulfill my dreams. I clearly remember his distinct look of amazement that he attempted to keep suttle as we cleared the hill and caught view of the mansion when we arrived for our tour. Afterwards, he was the one more captivated and motivated to make this the venue for our special day! We had a Thursday wedding in July due to a special date preference which was not included in the affordable inclusive weekend packages offered but Joe was there to provide us options and flexibility; even offering us same resources and rate pricing to vendors from his preferred BOSS list. We ended up using all external vendors but despite of that, Joe and his staff were still there, assisting, coordinating and welcoming all questions to assist with smooth planning . There is also plenty of space and adequate quarters for both bride and groom parties to get dressed. This staff truly enjoys what they do and it shows.When we found ourself in the midst of a pandemic, Joe was always calm, proactive, and practical of what options we could take. From the rearranging of rehearsal scheduling, to the backup weather contingency plan that in the end did not compromise the character of our decor and turned out beautiful. Everything went according to the Lord's plan. Not to mention the hero moment when the staff had emergency tools they were able to provide when my zipper busted on the back of my dress during my photo shoot. In conclusion, I cannot brag enough about the countless times Joe and Erin helped make this as close to perfect as reasonably possible. Life changing events of 2020 will surely be remembered by everyone but my husband and I are so blessed to have been able to move forward with our unity with all of the love and support admist us in such challenging times. Lastly, the weekend after our wedding we also lost a very dear friend, a father, a confidant to our family in a completely separate unrelated event but it was coincidentally the same lake where the mansion sits and because everyone had recently visited for our wedding the location was memorable; and who did we see on our Facebook timeline helping to spread the word in search for him in hopes of his recovery to his family, none other than Bella Collina Mansion! Bella Collina, you may not know the impact that type of voice and support exemplifies for your community but for our family just recently being at your venue days before this tragedy and then seeing that was a moment we'll never forget. We thank you for what you do and for making our day of celebration where two became one under God a day that we'll never forget! We recommend Bella to everyone and would many times over!

Where to even begin! When we found this venue, I would say that my husband and I had already toured over 10 other venues before Bella Collina and we had seen a few others that we had liked but none that we were set on that had quite the “wow” factor that Bella Collina has! We were actually just looking through venues and Bella Collina popped up and we read all the reviews and saw the awesome ratings and knew we had to check it out! From the moment we drove up the driveway and set eyes on the venue and the scenery. I knew without a doubt this would be where we would be getting married. The location is just so beautiful and the mansion is exquisite. It was perfect! Erin gave us a tour of the mansion and we instantly fell in love with everything that day. She was super friendly and answered all our questions! My husband and I both agreed that day that it was where we wanted to get married. We soon met the venue owner, Joe, and happily secured our date! Joe and Erin are both super friendly and easy to communicate with. My husband and I were super impressed with how everything was set up and how easily it is to get things scheduled with them. Their communication with us was spot on! They are so easy to work with. Something we really enjoyed was something called “Day of Interviews” where we got to come in and meet some of Bellas preferred vendors and then pick the ones we would like to work with. This helped take away a lot of the stress that lots of other engaged couples have to go through with finding vendors separately. Since our wedding ceremony was planned to be outdoors by the lake, when it came down to the last couple of days before our wedding and we had to make a decision about whether to move the ceremony inside or not because of the weather. Joe was absolutely amazing at making sure that we still got to have our dream wedding by watching the weather and helping us plan accordingly down to the last couple of hours! :) We got to have our first dance out on the balcony overlooking our guests out on the patio, which was breathtaking! All of our friends and family have been talking about it for the past couple of weeks since our wedding. Thanks to Joe, Erin, this amazing venue, and staff we got to have our dream wedding. It was everything we could have ever imagined! You can really tell that they love what they do and it shows. Thank you for helping us have our happily ever after! You really showed us that you genuinely care :) Bella Collina exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond what we could ever have imagined a wedding venue doing. We felt at ease on the day of our wedding in their hands.

I got married here this past Labor Day weekend, 9/06/2020. It was everything I could’ve hoped for and then some!! The whole ceremony and reception went so smoothly and way better than I even thought it would go. The staff at Bella Collina make planning so easy and think of every single detail to make your day the absolute best it can be. The vendors they recommended and work with frequently were amazing and you could tell how familiar and comfortable they are at the venue. They all KNOW THEIR WEDDING STUFF and you will not be disappointed if you book your wedding here. Even during all the Covid craziness, they were super understanding and professional about it. My wife and I first contacted Bella staff in February of 2019. We decided immediately that we wanted a Bella wedding. We scheduled our \"day of interviews\" for the end of April, 2019 and from that day forward our wedding experience was more than we could have ever wished for. Every vendor that we selected from Bella's Sapphire Package proved to be top notch in their field and made us feel like we were the only couple on earth. Our original wedding date was scheduled for 25 April, 2020, however the COVID19 lockdowns forced a reschedule to 11 July, 2020. I cannot describe how thoughtful and resourceful, Joe and his staff were and they provided nothing but rock-solid planning and preparatory support throughout this chaotic period. Upon the day of our wedding, all pre-wedding jitters for myself and my lovely bride melted away. Joe and his staff and all our contracted vendors provided a synergetic and seamless experience. I am a retired Army officer, and in my almost 20 years of military experience, I had never seen such a ceremony and event run with such flawless efficiency and synchronicity. We absolutely felt like, and were treated like, King and Queen. The photography was spectacular, the food was amazing, the cake was elegant, the flowers were both beautiful and affordable, our DJ was a true MC; the service among all the vendors was bar-none. We now feel like Joe, his staff, and all our vendors are family. I cannot urge having your wedding at Bella Collina Mansion strongly enough. With everything my wife and I have experienced in our highly eventful lives, our wedding day at Bella Collina Mansion is the happiest and most memorable day of our lives. Planning a wedding can be a daunting and overwhelming task. Joe the owner and Erin who helps him run the business are a dynamic duo that are there to meet your every want and need. They are professional and personal and make everything about you! We booked Bella the first time we toured it, the first venue we had toured at all and just knew it was the perfect place to have a dream wedding at. Every step of the way they are involved and make your day as easy and stress free as possible! We never dreamed we would have our wedding in the middle of a global pandemic but through it all Joe made us feel confident in the wedding we still wanted to have. He was available to us when we needed him for advice and help along the way when we were feeling uncertain. At the end of the day we had the most perfect day we could have ever imagined. Bella Collina is a magical venue that will not only make you amd your bridal party feel like royalty but your guests will also feel a sense of elegance mixed with amazing lake views and always a great party! Many of our guests claimed it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever seen. All the vendors that Joe contracts with are so amazing that it is so hard to choose who you want to work with on your big day! In the year leading up to our wedding down to the days before when people usually say brides are going crazy with stress I was still as stress free as I had been all along. Bella Collina makes your wedding process as easy and seamless as possible that even when I felt like I should have been panicking over something, I truly had nothing to panic over because everything was already taken care of! The day of coordination by the mansion staff keeps everything on schedule and running smoothly without you ever having to question what is happening. Joe's mother is there to remind the bride and her dad to walk slow and enjoy the moment as everyone looks at you make your entrance and was a calming bystander when me and my dad were starting to get nervous! Joe gave me and mt now husband a dance lesson 2 minutes before we walked out to do our first dance, he truly does it all! I keep trying to look back and find something wrong with our wedding day and I truly cannot think of one single thing. Bella Collina is by far the best choice we ever could have made when choosing where to have our wedding at! I can't recommend this stunningly beautiful and stress free place to get married enough! And trust me, they call it Tuscanys version of Cinderellas castle for a reason! Tucked away on a beautiful lake you can have your dream day, whether in a global pandemic or not, they will make it happen!

Trust me, my wife and I looked all over the state and Bella Collina blows all others out of the water! Most professionals who run wedding venues may be good at what they do, but Joe and Erin are at the top of the game. Both of them really LOVE weddings which you can really feel throughout all your experience with them. Joe and Erin facilitated our dream wedding at the peak of COVID-19 and still made it the best experience of my life! Who else could possibly do that?! Their BOSS network of wedding professionals make chaotic wedding coordination a breeze. Joe delivered an incredibly special and unique wedding experience that still has all our guests saying, WOAH! From a stunning venue, kneeboarding on the lake in the morning of our wedding, our first dance on a juliet balcony, coordinating all the professionals weeks before and the day of, squeezing in dancing outside while he carefully watches rain radar, and leaving by boat shortly after, Bella Collina delivers the ultimate VIP experience. There's no one else you want planning your wedding other than Joe and Erin. They will never BS you, always give you their honest and open opinion, and will deliver a wedding day neither you nor your guests will ever forget. I would give them 10 stars if I could. The only thing I wish is that my friends will have their weddings at Bella Collina in the future so I can experience their wonderful service all over again! Again, if you're looking for a wedding venue, stop right now and call them immediately.

Update-Unfortunately, Joe’s response was quite disappointing, intimidating and even a bit hurtful. There are not enough characters left to paste his response to our request.Fiancé be ware. Okay. So we are in a pandemic, and like most industries, the rather non-essential industry of wedding events has really harmed the livelihood of many. For some businesses, the response has been admirably community centered, with staff doing all they can to accommodate and interact with their clients with care and concern. For others, like Bella Collina, the response has been greatly disappointing. I have found, in particular, Joe at Bella, to be embracing a new level of condescension in his attitude towards very reasonable requests to meet vendors in North Carolina at a time when the infection rate is going up for Covid. At the moment I hope Joe’s behavioral issues do not relate to any sexist and possibly racist tendencies.He has never been particularly amenable in the past, but he has appeared to try to stay within the confines of out contractual agreement. Now, however, Joe has begun demanding we provide additional funds in advance of our contract date. I am still awaiting confirmation of our new wedding date as Joe has refused to work with us to solidify a new date. This is another breach of our contract. I will update this review as the situation evolves.

Bella Collina Mansion is hands down the best venue to host your wedding! It’s all inclusive, so that’s already an advantage. What we paid for our wedding is what some venues have the nerve to charge just to rent the building. We didn’t have to go looking for vendors, because Bella already had the best vendors working directly with them. It’s a one stop shop, and well worth it. When we first reached out to them, they responded promptly and answered every one of my 1,000 questions with a smile on their face. Upon our first arrival to the venue, goosebumps went down our spine. The house is immaculate. We met the entire staff and vendors, all of them treating us as if they’ve know us our whole life. You feel the love as soon as you walk through the 12 foot doors! On the wedding day, they’re by your side each and every step talking you through what to do next and answering any questions you may have. Trust me, you’ll have more questions than you could ever imagine. They’re so calm during all of this, which you end up feeding off of. I went from nervous and not knowing what to do next to calm and confident in my next move. I wouldn’t have been able to survive my own wedding day without them. My parents even want to renew their vows there and both my best man and 12 year old nephew want to only get married at Bella. Yes, this perfect venue made my 12 year old nephew think about marriage rather than batman. Truly amazing. I highly suggest the boat ride for the groomsmen the morning of the wedding. It costs a little extra, but we had a blast playing in the water at 11am and it distracted our minds on the big fact that it’s a major wedding about to occur shortly after. Before the boat ride we were all uptight, but after we were so relaxed as if we were back at home in the basement on a Sunday shooting pool and watching football. I also did a boat departure after the wedding, which was epic!A couple of days after our wedding night, my wife realized she couldn’t find a custom gift that she treasured so much. She reached out to Bella, who reviewed the camera footage of where she had it last, and then told us to check a certain spot in a particular plastic bag. Sure enough, it was there! Do you know how much camera footage you have to go through to find such a little gift?! I feel like I owe them all a steak dinner just for that kind gesture because my wife was in tears looking for this. They literally go above and beyond for you, treating your wedding as if it’s there own. My wife and I have a list of over 150 names that we would name our first child, even our first dog. Bella was never on the list. After experiencing the perfect wedding from start to finish hosted by Bella Collina, we both agreed that if we have a daughter, her name is going to be Bella. That right there goes to show what type of venue this is, how warming and welcoming the Bella Collina family is, and most importantly, how perfect the most important day of our life went. Wish we could give a million stars!!!From the day we first seen this venue we knew we would be getting married there. Joe and all the staff are beyond amazing! Very professional and they genuinely care. Everything from the planning months before, to the day of the wedding was so easy! They bring everyone to you on the day of interviews taking away a large majority of that stress. The day of the wedding was amazing! Everything was so beautiful and beyond perfect❤.Joe even helped us with a little dance lesson before our first dance! ( My dancing skills are not that good lol😂)You can not go wrong choosing this venue. They do everything they can to make your day amazing. From helping with the planning, and even timing those perfect sunset pictures by the lake. It was a day we will never forget with memories to last a lifetime! We are truly thankful for all of you at Bella Collina we couldn't have chosen a better place to be married!!!

Plus the venue is just beautiful, what more could you ask for besides a mansion on a lake! My wedding day was everything I dreamed of and it was made possible by this team and venue.

First off let me just say this is a beautiful venue! I was very excited to tour this venue when I started looking 2 years ago. Joe and his staff are overall pleasant to work with and know their job! My wedding day was overall absolutely beautiful and all came together just the way I imagined it. There were a few things that did bother me that were behind the scenes that my guests of course had no clue about but as a bride somethings did get a bit frustrating, To back up to my rehearsal day I felt rushed and couldn’t even think straight our rehearsal was from 4-5 we ended at 4:37 and Joe apparently asked about having any questions but I couldn’t think as fast as he wanted me to I had a lot on my mind and was very flustered as any bride to be would be. He disappeared back in the house and I didn’t get to ask what I needed to until the day of so that annoyed me a bit. I get he had another bridal party coming in but I also had some additional time left over, I get there is a job to be done but sometimes Joe can come off a bit rough and not personable and not everyone knows how to deal with that especially in this business, he knows his stuff without a doubt but I feel he was personable at times but others not so much. Now to wedding day I had high chairs requested that I paid for didn’t have them accessible to me I didn’t know where they even were and was told days after my wedding they were in the garage of the home, also my bridesmaids had questions here and there about certain things the day of when they were setting up and couldn’t find any of the workers to ask their questions I know it’s a busy day and things are being prepared for the big day but it was like nobody was in site at times. I also have to say the communication on the day of was kind of not what I anticipated their were somethings that I was told would happen that didn’t for an example when I was coming down for the first look some of my guests saw me that were inside of the house and I was told they would hide me so that wouldn’t happen. I mentioned these things to help out for the future, just something to be mindful of. I’m sure Not everyone may not be as easy going as my husband and I were because we put our trust in Joe and his staff we knew it would turn out to be an overall great and beautiful day and it def did! I am still very pleased with the outcome on our big day but I did have to also be honest on things that did bother me! I thank Joe and his staff for everything they did for us on our big day and have no regrets having it there! Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home to have forever memories with our loved ones and most importantly sharing that experience with my best friend!

From the beginning, the entire staff at Bella Collina and Joe have been absolutely wonderful to work with. They honestly go above and beyond to make sure that your day is EXACTLY what you want it to be. They are transparent about the house rules and are very detail oriented to make sure that all aspects of wedding planning are covered. On the \"day of\" interviews, they make it so easy by allowing all of the vendors to come to you! This made it very easy for me as I was planning my wedding as an out of town bride. They also provide a 45 day meeting which covered literally every detail of the day that you can imagine. Joe kept our best interest in mind and provided excellent ideas to us to accommodate not only our needs, but our guests needs as well. On the day of our wedding, Joe even offered to take the groom and his party out on his boat as they waited anxiously for the ceremony to start. Not only did Joe and his staff go above and beyond in keeping our timeline on track, but they make sure to make you feel comfortable throughout the entire day. The gave me a pep talk before I walked down the grand staircase (which is beautiful, but a lot scarier standing at the top than you would imagine); they brought cocktail hour food to the wedding party after the ceremony and before pictures to make sure no one went hungry; they also adapted our schedule beautifully when some parts of the wedding went a little longer than what was scheduled. Honestly, we could not thank the staff at Bella Collina enough for making our day perfect and for making us feel like part of the Bella family. They are phenomenal to work with and I would recommend getting married there a million times over.

First of all, I would like to thank the Bella Collina Mansion staff for making my wedding day absolutely amazing and making it seem like a true fairytale story!! I felt like one of the princesses from Disney!! I would like everyone to know that Bella Collina was the first venue I visited and when I got the opportunity to take a tour I absolutely fell in love with it!!! The venue is gorgeous, it looks like a castle and the lake in front of it gives it an amazing look! Couples do not need anything else because Bella has everything everyone needs! Aside from its beauty, I decided to go for this venue because they offer an all-inclusive wedding (so the bride does not have to worry about anything at all!) Because of this, they work with the most amazing vendors that couples would not even think known, top vendors in the country! As my big day was approaching, I only had to meet with some of my vendors once just to finalize small details like wedding colors, small decorations, few extra food options, and extra photography services. Other than that, Bella took care of all the preparation and coordination. They also host what they call \"day of interviews\" where you spend one day at the mansion and you get to choose the vendors that you like the most! I loved this day because it is so much fun and you get to do a cake tasting and eat a lot of food options. I keep telling people that this is an amazing idea and takes a lot of the stress out! :) In terms of how my wedding day went.... I can't say but absolutely amazing and wonderful things about my special day!!!! Everything went perfect, even the weather (I got super lucky!) Because the owner of the mansion has a ton of experience and he absolutely awesome to work with as well as his staff, he coordinated everything to perfection. All the vendors that Bella works with are familiar with the venue, so they all know where everything needs to go and the timing of things. From the make-up artist, to the photographer, to the dj, to the caterer.....etc..etc.. everything will go as planned without any mistakes. I do not know about any other bride, but i felt like my wedding was absolutely perfect. One of my favorite parts was the first dance!! I was up in the balcony with the groom while everyone is out on the porch and they all look at you while you dance! This truly gave it a feeling of Cinderella's Ball Dance/Disney's Magic!! Another favorite thing was when the bride walks down the stairs and everyone looks at her as she keeps walking down the isle, outdoors and during day time! I could mention another 100 things that make this venue so special. However, I am gonna try to keep it short....lol... my last favorite things were how the groom and I left on a boat (you have the option to rent it out) and the amazing pictures that you get to keep on your special moment. All my pictures turned out amazing and all the people that came to my wedding absolutely loved the venue and could not stop talking about how beautiful the place is! I absolutely recommend this venue for all couples who want to have a perfect amazing wedding day! Believe me, you will not regret it! Finally, I want everyone to know that once I renew my vows with my husband, I will come back to this venue again to relive another amazing day that will live in memory forever! Thank you Bella Collina Mansion and Staff!! Ernesto and I continuously brag to the whole world about the beauty of this place and our amazing experience!!

AMAZING!!! I had the wedding I had always dreamt of and more! The venue is gorgeous and that's what initially brought us to Bella Collina. The views are incredible but the staff made it a no brainer. From the moment we were greeted at the entrance by Erin, to take our tour of the property, up until the staff helped box things up at the end of our wedding night, they were truly amazing. Joe made sure that EVERYTHING and EVERYONE was taken care of and no stone was left unturned. The Bridal and Groom's quarters were very spacious and accommodating. Another great thing that kept us at ease throughout the entire process was knowing that if the weather didn't cooperate, there was a back up plan. The staff will bring the wedding inside, where there is more than enough room. Instead of having to book a backup venue, we were still able to have everything at Bella Collina, without missing a beat! This was BY FAR the easiest and best wedding decision we made! If you're considering the Bella Collina, look no further! You WILL NOT regret it!!!

We put a deposit down on the spot without looking at other venues we were so impressed. They are so incredibly organized from the moment you walk in. Joe and his team go above and beyond to make your wedding day super special and stress free. We had a destination wedding living out of state and everyone who attended our wedding lived out of state, why Bella Collina when we live in Maryland? Well it’s the best, with the most breathtaking views. We asked Joe for his vendor recommendations and they were all exceptional. We are three weeks post wedding and still have people telling us that our wedding at Bella Collina is the best they have ever been to! Team Bella Collina!

I can't say enough about this venue. Joe is the owner and coordinator of the Bella Collina Mansion. He and his team were absolutely amazing. Joe and the team talk you through everything to make your dream wedding come alive. They set you up with multiple options for vendors so you the freedom to choose who you work with. You can expect that anyone Joe recommends is one of the best in their field. The venue itself is gorgeous. It offers plenty of space and options. There is so much flexibility to do what you want in an already remarkable space. Joe is present for every wedding and he and his staff kept the reception running like clock work. If there was anything amiss during the reception I (the bride) did not know about it, Joe and his team worked it out. All my guest absolutely raved about the reception and how fun and beautiful it was. It really was a dream come true for me. I could not have asked for a better day.

From our very first tour at Bella Collina, I knew they would help my dreams become a reality. The venue itself is gorgeous, but the best part is how well they know weddings. They made choosing our vendors so easy with the Day of Interviews - a day you interview Bella Collina's preferred vendors chosen for your day. After only one day, we had a DJ, a photographer, a caterer, a florist, and rentals. Every vendor Bella Collina recommended went above and beyond our expectations. Not only are they all extremely professional, but they also know the venue inside and out. On December 1, 2018, Joe told us where to be and when. He made sure absolutely everything ran smoothly and it really did! It was a perfect day and I couldn't have done it without Joe and the Bella Collina team. Seriously, everyone should get married at Bella Collina.

I found Bella Collina on the knot, and as soon as I showed the online photos to my husband we knew it was the place for us! They make the wedding planning process very easy. We were planning a North Carolina wedding from Pittsburgh PA, and Bella Collina made it as stress free as possible for us. With a network of A+ preferred vendors and packages for all budgets, I can't imagine a more professional team. We knew we wanted a lake view, and the views at Bella Collina do not disappoint. There are so many options for ceremony and reception locations on the property, so every wedding can be as unique as you want it. We ended up with a ceremony on the deck in the month of November. You would think this impossible, but Joe monitored the weather conditions until the day before the wedding and made sure to give us everything we wanted! Our guests complimented the smooth transitions throughout the day and the venue itself they kept referring to as \"A Fairytale Wedding.\" I could not agree more! Bonus points: a lovely bridal quarters with enough space for your whole crew to get ready, a super cool grooms suite for the guys to hang out, photo op in so many locations, Juliet balcony for your first dance (private and dreamy), you barely need decorations since the house is so gorgeous (money-saver), a smooth flow from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception to dancing and cake since it is a home so the layout just makes sense! Take a look at the pictures on their website-it is EXACTLY as beautiful as it seems!

\"After searching through several venues, and trying to price out what it would cost for the DJ, set-up/tare down, food, beverages, flowers, cake...etc for our wedding, we came across the Bella Collina Mansion using the Knot app. My then fiance and I scheduled our tour. When we arrived, we were amazed at the views, and the house. We were greeted at the front door by Erin and made to feel like we were home. Every aspect of the mansion was perfect. It holds a sense of romantic elegance while being warm and welcoming. Erin shared the mansion and all it had to offer. Before we were even done with the tour I knew that this was where we'd be getting married. Then we met Joe, who laid out how things work with the different packages and all-inclusive experience. The packages are very easy to understand and Joe is on key with explaining and answering questions. Having all the interviews in one day at first seems daunting but it is the best option for picking. The choices are hard, and that's welcoming because you know the that you're only dealing with the best type of professionals. Working with each vendor after chosen was a delightful experience and you can see the family-like atmosphere that the Bella offers. The day of the wedding, the only thing to stress you out is the family. Each member of the Bella staff is well versed in what you want and is there for your needs and to accommodate if they are able. The staff is discrete and extremely helpful. They put their heart into their work knowing this is such an important day. Someone asked me if I would do it again and I would without hesitation. I highly recommend The Bella Collina Mansion to any couple looking to have the wedding of their dreams.\"

If you are on a tight budget this may not be the best venue for you, but if you can make it work I say it is totally worth it! Our guests were raving about how beautiful and perfect our day was, and I'm still obsessing over it weeks later!

I cannot say enough about Joe and Bella. You simply cannot beat the view, the price, or the experience of booking the Bella Collina Mansion. From the moment I toured the mansion, I knew I wanted to get married here. It had everything - romance, elegance, contingency plans for inclement weather, and all inclusive packages. Joe and Erin know their stuff. Information was overwhelming, but completely black and white and I felt like I was in competent hands from the start. Joe and his staff were highly responsive to all of my emails and questions throughout the planning period. The weekend of the wedding went incredibly smoothly. Any and all concerns were handled swiftly and efficiently by Joe and his staff and they went above and beyond to make sure the day went as perfectly as possible. By the end of the night, Joe felt more like a friend than a business owner. I have incredible memories of being at Bella Collina and my MOH has a new skill she can add to her resume - Professional Fluffer will follow her to the grave. Let me start out by saying that EVERYTHING you have heard about Bella Collina Mansion is true. And I’m pretty sure that you haven’t heard one bad thing about this place. It is as close to perfect as a venue can get. If you want a scenic wedding, complete with a lakeside ceremony, first dance from a balcony, beautiful sunset view, etc., this is the venue for you. If you want an all-inclusive place with seamless transitions for you and your guests from ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, this is the venue for you. And finally, if you want a caring, extremely experienced staff on hand to take care of all the little (and big) stuff so you don’t have to, this is the venue for you. This place is truly the big deal everyone says it is, and more. They clearly map out the process of preparing for the wedding, from the “day of interviews” where you meet with and select your vendors, to the itinerary that they stick to on your wedding day to move things along smoothly. Listen… Bella Collina is the real deal, and they have earned every one of their 5-star reviews. Go over there and check them out ASAP!

The staff is over the top on quality service and experience and even if something went wrong I never knew because they work so well together. They take care of you from the minute you decide you are a Bella Bride! I recommend becoming a Bella Bride! If you are even considering this place I say consider no more and just pick them!

I began looking for venues the day I was proposed to. This was one of the first venues I saw come up in my search. when we went to go visit, it was nothing but magical. It was not a difficult decision to pick this Castle as the place we wanted to get married. From start to finish, Joe made everything incredibly easy, and perfect down to the last detail. All of his vendors were top-notch, professional, and all contributed to make our day as smooth and beautiful as possible. The day before our wedding, Hurricane Matthew tore through and threw the power out. Joe went above and beyond, and did everything he could to make our wedding happen. the power still came back on late Friday night (thank goodness!), and our wedding was one out of a fairy tale. Every single thing was perfect. Everyone who came to her wedding said that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I honestly cannot say enough good things about how perfect Joe and his staff made our wedding, truly an unforgettable experience. looking for a fairytale wedding? In a castle? With barely any stress? You have found your place.

I'm a realist. I'm type A, a skeptic, and just overall your typical control freak. So letting go made me nervous... so seeing all of the 5 star reviews had me hesitant. But now I understand why. I got married on the 1st of September to the love of my life. The day was beyond perfect. Joe and his team do such a good job, making sure everything goes according to plan. I wish I could relive this day over and over and over again. You will still have to do some work of your own, but Joe makes sure everything you'll need is thought of, and the weeks leading up to the big day EVERYTHING comes together perfectly. I'm so appreciative of this experience and the Bella team. Great work! Best ending to that night? Boat departure and the radio coming on \"TAKE A DRUNK GIRL HOME!!!.... \" Haha such a perfect ending to the perfect day.

The first thing that comes to my mind when writing this review is Perfection!!! Five minutes into touring the mansion and seeing the beautiful views, we knew we had to get married at Bella. Joe and his staff took care of everything for us to make our special day perfect. From the day of interviews with vendors, to answering every single question we had up to our wedding day, Joe always had an answer, and always got back to me quickly. You can tell Joe and his staff are dedicated to making your wedding day perfect and exactly how you want it. Even Joe's mother comes and helps by escorting the older folks to/down the elevator to get anywhere that is needed. Joe tells you exactly where to be, when to be there, and even escorts you to where you need to be. Everything is on time, organized, and Joe will go out of his way to ensure everything is the way you wanted it. Did I say the view is amazing??!! We had guests taking more pictures of the view and the house then we did us. Driving down the driveway and seeing the mansion with the lake is a sight to be seen. You will not find a better place to get married, so don't waste your time looking!! We had many guests tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. What sets the Bella Collina even more ahead than other venues, there is a backup plan if the weather gets bad. You can have your wedding outdoors or indoors, both are beautiful. Plenty of room in the Mansion to have everything inside if needed. Joe, his staff, and his vendors all want your day to be perfect, and it will be. I was sad when our day was over because I had so much fun, and that's because I did not have to worry about a single thing. Our day was perfect and I cannot thank Joe enough for the perfect wedding of our dreams!!!

Stress free or someone who can do the stressing for you well that’s Bella Collina! My husband and I had quite a rowdy crowd and very specific things that we wanted at our wedding even some requests Joe had never had . He made them happen. At every moment he made sure I was ok and happy. Besides how beautiful Bella Collina is and how great the staff is what makes Bella Collina so amazing is how much they care. What matters most to them is that they see your wedding day as something special not just some customer. To say how blessed we were doesn’t explain enough how grateful my husband and I were to have chosen Bella Collina.

Before finding Bella Collina, I was at my wit's end and was pretty much set on giving up the dream of having a wedding. I was feeling defeated at how difficult the planning process was proving to be. Then my husband found Bella Collina. From the moment we saw the mansion for the first time to the final exit on our wedding day, the experience was perfection. Joe takes a true interest in each couple and provides exemplary service from beginning to end. We had very specific preferences and needs and they were all met without hesitation. While the planning process is wonderful, the true reason for our 5-star review is the day of the wedding. Every staff member is willing to go above and beyond for the bride and groom to make the day perfect and that is exactly what they did for us. The relationship between Bella Collina, the vendors and the couples they serve cannot be replicated anywhere else. We are still in awe at how magical our day was and we have Bella Collina to thank for that. There is no question that Bella Collina's services are worth the value. For this kind of service, attention and experience anywhere else we could have paid double or triple the price. Thank you does not even begin to cover our gratitude to Bella Collina for creating what was truly the happiest day of our lives. When Sam and I first started looking for “our perfect venue”, Sam and my mom both told me about Bella Collina. I was stuck on a rustic barn wedding, but I agreed that we could set up an appointment to go and look at Bella. Well, it was our first appointment of the day, and from the minute I opened the car door, I knew this was our place. I remember saying to Sam, ok we’re done! The view just looking at the Mansion onto the lake is just breathtaking. Then we met Erin and Joe, which only further sealed the deal for us. From the first meeting with Joe and Erin, we both knew that we were in good hands, and that they are passionate about what they do and for who they do it for. Every question I had, or concern was answered, right down to our seating chart. My “perfect vision” of our day would of been sunny blue skies, but we got just the opposite, rain and lots of it was in the forecast. Joe was absolutely amazing, I told him that I was good with whatever decision he made for the day of, and at this very moment (9 days later) our wedding day could not of gone better. We were able to have our ceremony outside, dinner inside and dancing outside, all because Joe did his thing and made our day unforgettable. Joe and his staff are incredible. I’m not going to tell you that you won’t stress, because well, your getting married and stress is what it is. But if you don’t want to have to worry about your DJ, florist, photographer, or venue look no further than Bella Collina. Not to mention they will recommend other incredible vendors that will make your day even better. Just make an appointment to go see Bella, and you will see what everyone else does, and that’s not just the venue itself, go see Joe and Erin, they will surpass every expectation you have! Thank you Joe for everything, I don’t think I can ever say that enough!

As both, my husband and I, have sat back and reminisced on all the events leading up to, as well as our wedding day, we are simply in awe! We first found Bella Collina Mansion by searching on Google for all inclusive venues that were in the right budget point. Being 2 hours from us, we took a leap of faith and took a tour of “Cinderella’s Castle” and that indeed it was! We fell instantly in love with the mansion by it’s timeless elegance. Being an outdoor/indoor venue by a lake, it was everything we ever wanted and it was at that point we knew this was the spot for us. We were impressed by Erin and Joe’s personality and professionalism. Joe and his staff goes above and beyond to make sure ALL details, big or small, matter and that your day is absolutely stress free. His hand picked vendors are nothing short of amazing. You truly feel like royalty! Our wedding day was absolute bliss! Even though we were planned for an outdoor ceremony, rain was in the forecast, so their back up plan for indoors was even more magical than we could have imagined and turned out for the best! There aren’t enough words to describe how truly marvelous Joe and his team are! We highly, highly recommend Bella Collina Mansion for your Dream Come True!! Bella made our wedding day a dream come true and we will be eternally thankful!!!

Bella Collina blew ALL of my expectations out of the park. Joe and his staff are an absolute dream to work with. From the wedding planning process to the actual day, this bride had ZERO complaints. We are so happy we went with Bella Collina for our big day. Every single one of our guests are STILL talking about how perfect our day was. From the overall atmosphere of the venue, to the superb service our guests experienced, to the great party that was thrown. I would recommend anyone who is in the area who is looking for a dream fairy tale wedding, to chose Bella Collina. You AND your guests WILL NOT be disappointed!

One word, PERFECT!!! Bella Collina Mansion was everything we wanted and needed, we cannot recommend them highly enough! We first noticed Bella Collina Mansion online, because of the beautiful pictures of the venue and setup a meeting hoping that it would be half as impressive in person. Not only is Bella Collina Mansion breathtaking, Joe and his staff are better than we ever could have dreamed of. We arrived at our initial meeting with a binder full of questions, but Joe was able to answer all of them as well as ones we never would have thought of. What makes Bella Collina Mansion so special is mainly four things:•\tThe beauty and the elegance of the venue itself.•\tJoe and his staff’s dedication to do everything they can make your wedding day not only perfect, but as stress-free and easy as possible.•\tThe relative turnkey ability that Bella Collina Mansion offers with features such as their single-day of vendor interviews.•\tThe affordability that Bella Collina Mansion offers as it works as a partner to drive down costs with their world-class vendors.Because of the affordability and turnkey features that Bella Collina Mansion offers, we were able to plan our wedding from over 1,500 miles away in Wyoming. We cannot stress enough how beautiful and perfect our wedding was. In fact, it even rained during our reception, but Joe and his staff were so on top of EVERYTHING that we had our guests and tables inside before they could get wet. Also, thanks to the design of Bella Collina Mansion, the party kept going without as so much as a pause. Leading up to our wedding our friends and family could not believe that we did not need their help, but because of Joe’s diligence we had already taken care of everything. We wanted an outdoor wedding by the water at a beautiful venue (that would require no decorating) and had indoor capabilities in case it rained. Additionally, we needed a venue that was affordable and involved enough that we could fly into town a few days before the wedding and have our biggest concern be if everyone would sign our guestbook (which of course Joe and his staff helped make sure they did). Bella Collina Mansion was everything we wanted and needed, we cannot recommend them highly enough! There are not enough words to praise Bella Collina Mansion! No need to read reviews you half to experience the most magical/stress free day of your LIFE this is where you need to be. From start to finish Joe and his staff and the vendors were AMAZING. Within a 30 day period I closed on a home, moved into our new home, had my son's big birthday party the day before the wedding and was training new employees at my job before I took a two week vacation. With that being said the wedding was the least of my worries because Joe from the beginning told me what to do and as long as I followed his instructions all will be well and his word was \" I want you to have an EPIC wedding\" and let me tell you it was EPIC!!! I can not THANK JOE and his staff enough for making this whole journey easy breezy and made our wedding day the most Magical day of our lives.... The venue speaks for itself but Joe and his staff will make this journey for you stress free...... I wish I could do it all over again because it was truly one of the happiest day of my life. Thank you again Joe you are truly a gift and so happy I was able to be one of the brides to be married at Bella Collina!!!!

I recently moved to North Carolina and was looking for the best wedding venue for my September 2017 wedding. When I found Bella Collina, I knew that I had found the perfect place! Words cannot express how beautiful Bella Collina is.. a beautiful mansion set on a lake. It really makes you feel like you are a princess! Joe, Erin, and the whole Bella Collina team go above and beyond to ensure your wedding day is absolutely perfect! My wedding was a little over a month ago, and literally nothing went wrong the entire day! It was a fairytale and something I will forever wish I could do all over again!My guests were SOO impressed with this venue. They raved about how beautiful the mansion was and how seamless the whole day went. Joe is a godsend - he does this day in and day out and can handle anything thrown at him during the process. The day was so stress-free for me - from getting there at 10am, through hair and make up and all the way until we left on our sparkler exit, everything was perfect. If you are looking for THE BEST wedding venue in NC (really anywhere), you MUST choose Bella Collina! Thank you again Joe & family for giving me the most perfect fairytale wedding. We found Bella Collina by chance on Google maps. For an all inclusive package Bella is hard to beat in both cost and setting. We searched all over the triangle area first and nothing came close to what we found at Bella Collina. Coming from 2 hrs away Joe and Erin worked with us to meet on our schedule. The day of our wedding was very well planned out and all of the recommended vendors were top notch. Joe does a great job making sure things run smoothly. Even though we were set up for a complete outdoor wedding when weather changed at the last minute during cocktail hour Joe and his staff were able to flip dinner inside extremely quick making sure things were seamless. Our family and friends can't stop talking about how beautiful everything was. Joe makes sure a wedding at Bella is memorable and we highly recommend it.

From the beginning I knew that it was going to be perfect and Joe and his team plus all of my vendors would have things handled, but boy I had no idea how handled they would be! If anything went wrong I wasn't aware, and when things started to look dicey with weather - Joe was on top of it and helped me call an audible that made the night a million times better! Bella Collina is literally the single best decision you can make for your perfect fairy tale wedding day!!There is no other venue in the triangle area who is going to support you and assist you in planning every last detail of your wedding like the staff and vendors at Bella Collina! They are a \"family\" that invites you in, as if you are their only priority. I am so thankful for everyone at Bella Collina and truly miss each person/vendor we worked with to make our wedding a dream come true. They are AMAZING and the venue itself is a surreal mastermind of beauty that still has my guests talking about our wedding! ! It has been almost 3 months since our wedding and many of my guests still tell me it was the best wedding they have ever attended! Your wedding should be the perfect day for both of you! Bella Collina is the only venue I trust for such professionalism and perfection. They have a plan for everything and working vendor relationships that operate together in perfect collaboration. Wedding planning with Bella Collina is just easy, even for those of you like me who do not look forward to the wedding planning part! Superb customer focus, premium levels of professionalism and proactive responsiveness is alive and thriving at Bella Collina! If you are looking for a once in a life time experience for your wedding and reception, you owe it to yourself to sit down and share your vision with Joe at Bella Collina. It is the venue where visions come to life!The night before our wedding, we were looking at a less than favorable weather forecast. Joe assured us the team at Bella Collina would be able to accommodate us with a shift to the beautiful indoor facility. We were disappointed but quickly saw the shift would be transparent to us in its implementation and it will still be wonderful.The next day the clouds began to break, Joe felt we could still have an outdoor wedding on his beautiful deck overlooking the stunning view of the lake. In what seemed like minutes, chairs were in place and things were beginning to come together. It was a compromise but the essence of an outdoor ceremony seemed to be happening after all.We went to our bride and groom quarters and began getting ready and preparing for our preliminary photo and video sessions. However, with the Bella Collina staff, our vision was still foremost in their minds. A final shift in the weather occurred while we were getting ready and despite the amount of work that had already taken place, Joe made one final shift in the setup. Instead of rationalizing a decision based on the amount of work or the time to implement, he maintained a focus on what we wanted. In no time, our vision appeared after all. Almost magically, we looked out on the beautiful lawn with the shimmering lake as its background, and our vision was nearly complete -- only our guests were missing.Professional to the highest level, top notch value and always flexible to our needs . . . a wonderful group to work with. Surpassed all our high expectations. We think of them of our friends now and hope you will too.

They always say you’ll find what you’re looking for in the last place you look. Our daughter had come home to visit from Wilmington, NC for the weekend. After searching, unsuccessfully, all weekend for a unique wedding venue, she decided to stay over until Monday and check out a place she’d heard about in Stokesdale, NC. She knew she wanted an outdoor wedding and to get married by the water, but the beach just wasn’t private enough. Driving up to the Bella Collina Mansion, the woods just opened up to what appeared to be a Tuscan version of “Cinderella’s Castle”. From the moment her eyes fixated on this breathtakingly beautiful mansion with gorgeous lake backdrop, she knew without a shadow of a doubt this was it. From the day of interviews with vendors to orchestrating a flawless ceremony and reception, Joe and his exceptional staff were completely in tune with Cameron and Phillip’s vision. From beginning to end, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. If you’re looking for a perfect venue, look no further than Bella Collina Mansion. You won’t be disappointed. Bella accommodates both indoor and outdoor weddings so there’s always a back up plan in the event of bad weather.We heard, almost unanimously, from all our guests that it was the most beautiful wedding they ever attended. This is much credit to Joe, his staff and vendors. Everything was spot on and they were always there to answer any questions and happy to accommodate our requests. Bella Collina is the perfect venue! A Tuscan mansion overlooking the lake, it's absolutely breath taking. We enjoyed every moment of our wedding day. All the guests were thoroughly impressed that they couldn't stop taking pictures at every angle of the house. It's absolutely beautiful!Joe is very helpful and has everything organised to the last detail that your wedding will surely go off without a hitch. While living abroad, all our preparation had to be done through my parents. Joe and his team worked really well with them, helping organise the suppliers and making sure we had everything sorted. He even warned us about the speed of the wind on our wedding day and helped us come up with back-up options to make sure our guests and I were comfortable. Our wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. We even asked whether we could do the mannequin challenge and they were easy to accommodate us and join in. Our guests enjoyed the day so much and gave us loads of compliments. If we could have our wedding day all over again we would because it was magical. I suggest booking with Bella Collina for weddings and any event!

What more could you want in a venue?! We just had our wedding here in September 2016 and it was absolutely perfect. Coming from a perfectionist - this means a lot. From the indoor space to the outdoor space, everything was a dream. My girls and I had so much fun getting ready in the bridal quarters and the boys had the best time in the grooms' quarters. We were able to have a stress free day because of Joe and his staff. Even though it was supposed to rain the day of our wedding (and actually was down pouring that morning when I woke up) I got there and Joe had a plan for everything. I was so stressed about it possibly raining during the ceremony and having the ceremony on the lawn but Joe checked the weather and came up with a whole plan for the ceremony to be on the deck at the perfect time and changed dinner around like a breeze. Even though this stressed me out in the moment because I had a plan that was all changed, I actually ended up liking the ceremony on the deck BETTER! The pictures were absolutely unbelievable due to the views - you can't get them like that anywhere else. My family is scattered all around the country and we are still consistently told how our wedding venue was the most beautiful venue they have ever been to. Joe and his staff kept all of my anxieties and stresses practically nonexistent - throughout the whole process they were around to answer any questions, speak with all the vendors, give me ideas and recommendations, and essentially just ensure everything was perfect for us and for our vision of the day. I mean it when I say everything was 100% perfect and I cannot thank Joe and the staff at Bella Collina enough.

Bella Collina is absolutely breathtaking! From the moment we stepped out of the car, my husband and I knew that this was where we wanted to get married. We toured many venues but after we saw Bella there was no need to look any further. After selecting this venue everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff at Bella Collina are wonderful to work with and the simplicity behind the wedding planning was one of my favorite parts. We were connected with many preferred vendors in an all inclusive package that made our wedding planning simply stress free. The day of the wedding went very smoothly and my husband and I didn't have to worry about a thing thanks to the entire staff at Bella! What more could you ask for out of a venue? All of my guests loved it and are still talking about it. Our wedding was really magical and I highly reccomend this venue to everyone. You simply won't regret it.

Joe and his team are very professional and make sure things are perfect for your wedding. They get down the details that you do not think of. Rain or shine you do not have to worry about anything because they \"Got you\". Awesome team, beautiful place, awesome everything!

Words can't even describe how amazing it was to work with Joe and his team at Bella Collina. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and the venue itself is breathtaking! We got so many compliments on the venue and how gorgeous everything was. From day 1, Joe helped us with everything and assured us that our wedding would be nothing but perfection. He wasn't kidding. From giving us amazing vendors to choose from, to providing a timeline for us and making sure our wedding day ran smoothly, we can't thank him and his staff enough! This was truly the best experience and I would pick this place over and over again. Thank you Bella Collina for making our wedding day so amazing. It was everything that we wanted and more.

I could not have been more impressed with our wedding venue. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful it was and how smooth everything was ran. It is a gorgeous venue and Joe is extremely helpful with the whole process. I am so glad I chose to have a Bella wedding it was the most stress free you could make wedding planning.

We have been asked on numerous occasions if we could recommend vendors that we trust so they may have their perfect wedding. We've done one better. Not only have we found the perfect, most experienced vendors, we have also negotiated with them our exclusive pricing based on our volume. We pass these savings on to you in our \"all-inclusive\" packages. We have wrapped most everything you will need into a package. Catering, DJ, photography, flowers and rentals in every package!
