Tyler was so helpful, organized and available for the entire planning process. She made me feel so comfortable and stress free. Not only did I feel this way but many of my guests mentioned how smooth and seamless the actual day was. The venue itself is gorgeous. It’s the perfect mix of blank slate if you have a specific vision but a knockout if you want to let it speak for itself. And the windows on the chapel are enough to book this spot. I would choose this venue again and again.

Bella Donna was really GREAT with the wedding planning process and throughout the day of the wedding. Everything looked so BEAUTFUL on the wedding day! Christel worked with us to plan everything and we met with her multiple times (12, 6, 3 mo. out) to make sure we had decided on all of the details. I was planning a wedding in Oklahoma from Virginia so we communicated by phone and she met with my mother in person. Having someone who knows what they are doing like Christel, was really important to me and made the wedding planning process a lot less stressful. On the day of the wedding, the Bella Donna team placed all of my decorations exactly how I asked them to and set up the room and all the extras so that neither me nor my family or wedding party had to deal with that. This was really great! A few things to note: The Bella Donna is pretty strict with time, I had a few of my bridesmaids show up to the venue early after asking what time we could be there, we were given an earlier time then was told to us before, so I thought oh that's great we can just go early. Well no, when it came close to the end of our time we were told we were going to do the send-off which was 30 min earlier than I expected and everyone was still dancing. We were informed that the time was moved up since we came in early. The Bella Donna does not have the chavari wedding chairs, which is an additional expense that other venues we looked at already had for us to use and most of the pictures on Bella Donna show the chavari chairs so just be aware of that. They also provided the cake stand and plates. However, a family member pointed out to me later that the plates were square and we had round chargers! Which the plates were round for the tasting so we would never have thought to ask what our plates were supposed to be. Additionally, the cake stand was silver and we went with a gold theme, which meant it did not match anything, so just make to check on the details. OVERALL, everything was really great! We had an awesome experience and I would definitely recommend this venue to my friends and family!

Leading up to our wedding, everything seemed like it would be perfect on the day of our wedding. We ran into the following issues the day of our wedding: - We paid $400 for valet service, and they only parked 4 cars. When FOB asked valet service to assist guests, they said no and kept on sitting in the walkway of guests.- Not enough food-- we paid for 205 guests to eat and had about 130 show up due to COVID-19. There wasn't enough food for the 63% of our expected guests when we were told that there would be enough food for 210 in case we had a few extra guests than expected.- We had to search for the wedding coordinator when she was needed during the reception formalities.- The wedding coordinator did not appropriately share the timeline to their preferred vendors, so champagne was not dispersed prior/during toast as we had discussed with the wedding coordinator and included in the timeline we (bride and groom) took hours to make.- Owners tried to kick our families out 20 minutes before our scheduled time was up.- Owners started cleaning around our family members as if they weren't there.- MOB went around the venue to make sure nothing was left behind that belonged to the guests, and the venue owner's husband told her she had no business doing so.- Multiple items were returned broken.- Multiple items remain missing.The venue is breathtaking, but we were very dissatisfied with the services provided considering the price we paid.

Vesica Piscis was the best possible decision we could have made for our wedding! Christel was so willing to help at every stage of planning, and they truly do their best to help you have the most stress free wedding possible. Almost everything you need, they provide for you! Vesica is by far the best venue in Tulsa. The grounds and building are beautiful,and Judy and the staff put it over the top! They are beyond helpful and you don’t have to worry about a thing. I love that my family and friends could just enjoy the day and that everything was handled for us. They are professional, courteous, and truly made our wedding the best day! They also make the planning so much easier- I didn’t stress once about wedding planning because they take care of so much of it! Highly recommended!

We were married in October 2017 and the venue was perfect! Vesica Piscis Chapel is beautiful all around. The outside has beautiful landscaping and is on top of a large hill. The inside is perfect and needs minimal decoration. I was very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff at Vesica. They were all very knowledgeable and truly inviting. We had an amazing wedding and couldn't imagine it any other way!

I just cannot say enough good things about this place. They took what should have been a stressful event to plan and made it almost fun. And the actual wedding and reception were super fun.The chapel is beautiful and I know immediately after seeing it that this was where I was getting married.The people there are fantastic, super friendly and helpful. You can tell that they know almost everything about putting on a wedding.Not that I plan to ever get married again but I would totally use them again... maybe in a few years we can have a vow renewal here.If you are on the fence about where to book your wedding. Go see the chapel and talk with the staff and you will be booking your wedding date in no time.

The women at Vesica did an amazing job! They went above and beyond to make sure nothing interrupted my or my husband's enjoyment of our wedding day, the food was delicious, the pianist for the ceremony did a great job, the cake looked great, and the chapel is absolutely beautiful. Having them coordinate the catering, DJ, and cake made wedding planning much easier and they were a lot of fun to work with. My mom also really appreciated that they handled getting all the gifts and decorations into our cars. They just make everything so much easier and more enjoyable. If I had to pick again, I would pick them without hesitation. I just have a couple tips for brides - know that 7 hours is not enough time to get ready there and plan on getting a hotel room at the Holiday Inn or La Quinta by there (they have studio suites that were perfect for having hair and make-up done), make sure you emphasize what you want from the DJ (he got everyone dancing at my wedding, but ignored some of my requests. The other man I met from the agency was great so maybe this dude was just having a bad day), if the day-of coordinator is not one of the 3 main women make sure she knows to not yell at your bridal party (I found out later she had yelled at mine while they were waiting to walk in and obviously that was unnecessary), and if you use bartenders and don't want them to have a tip jar out make that abundantly clear (we paid them plenty to be there for our reception and they still had a tip jar out which I did not appreciate). But honestly, if those are my only even slight qualms, Vesica did an absolutely amazing job. They even sorted through their trash because my husband's wedding day gift got lost. I can't emphasize enough what a fantastic job they did and how happy I am I picked them as our venue. If you're waffling between Vesica and somewhere else, I'd pick Vesica over any other venue in Tulsa in a heartbeat.

Let us begin by saying we were married July 1, 2017 at St. Benedicts Catholic Church and we celebrated with a reception at Vesica Pieces Chapel. Knowing we were going to have a Catholic wedding, we were only searching for a venue for the reception. As we traveled from place to place looking for something large enough to accommodate 170+ guests we were finding it difficult to choose the right location for us. That is until we came across the wonderful people and beautiful venue in Catoosa known as Vesica Piscis Chapel. When we first walked in the venue we thought to ourselves, “This place is beautiful but there is no way we will be able to afford such a luxurious reception.” Boy were we wrong. After our meeting with the team (Judy, Crystal, and Kyla) at Vesica and understanding what all the reception package included (reception hall, servers, table settings, bar tenders, catering, cake, floral centerpieces, DJ, limousine, and some of the best staff I’ve meet) we did the math and quickly realized their package costs were equivalent to sourcing all these services out to varying vendors. The best thing was, we only had to worry about paying one business and they would handle coordinating all the vendors.We cannot say enough good things about the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel. They helped us handle every little detail of the wedding and always put our minds at ease when we worried about something not getting done properly. From meeting our needs when it came to the layout of the venue, to putting up pictures of loved ones who had passed, they covered it all for us. The staff here was very professional and after the event, we had numerous compliments from our guests about how pleasant everyone was and how helpful they were when it was time to pack up all the decorations and goodies from the evening. One of our favorite things about choosing Vesica was having them help coordinate all the other vendors. We were very pleased with each vendor (Blue Label Bartending, Serving Hands Wedding and Flowers, Icing On The Top Cake, Banks Entertainment, Absolute Limousine, and the in-house catering). Everyone involved did a wonderful job of making us feel extra special on our wedding day and for that we are thankful. If we would make any changes to our experience with Vesica, it would be to add a photographer to the wedding package. Personally, we choose to use Stapleton’s and they were AMAZING! We would love to see them team with Vesica Piscis Chapel because the combination of those two produced some of the most beautiful wedding pictures we have seen (yes we are probably a little bias LOL). Once more, enough cannot be said about how wonderful the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel is! We certainly would recommend anyone using them for your wedding needs. The staff here was very professional and after the event, we had numerous compliments from our guests about how pleasant everyone was and how helpful they were when it was time to pack up all the decorations and goodies from the evening. One of our favorite things about choosing Vesica was having them help coordinate all the other vendors. We were very pleased with each vendor (Blue Label Bartending, Serving Hands Wedding and Flowers, Icing On The Top Cake, Banks Entertainment, Absolute Limousine, and the in-house catering). Everyone involved did a wonderful job of making us feel extra special on our wedding day and for that we are thankful. If we would make any changes to our experience with Vesica, it would be to add a photographer to the wedding package. Personally, we choose to use Stapleton’s and they were AMAZING! We would love to see them team with Vesica Piscis Chapel because the combination of those two produced some of the most beautiful wedding pictures we have seen (yes we are probably a little bias LOL). Once more, enough cannot be said about how wonderful the team at Vesica Piscis Chapel is! We certainly would recommend anyone using them for your wedding needs. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the staff is super friendly and wonderful and a lot of the planning is taken care of for you because of the packages they offer. The only things I would say that wasn't absolutely perfect was that the person whom you meet with during the planning process wasn't there on the big day. I wanted our head table to have enough chairs to accommodate our bridal party's significant others and discussed with them during our meetings with the number of people and that didn't end up happening on the big day. We also had a misunderstanding on when we could bring our decorations and the only other thing was our dj ended up playing our first dance song on shuffle before we were introduced. None of this ended up being that big of a deal and there were a million positives and only a few negatives. I definitely wouldn't change my decision if I were to do it over again! We were extremely happy with our choice!

The chapel is beautiful and while my original dream was to get married in the mountains, I have to say that this venue turned out to be more beautiful and perfect than the first! Since the wedding, I have heard tons of positive feedback from our guests who found the chapel to be beautiful and the service at the reception excellent! I felt so blessed by the positive attitudes of each staff member and their dedication to making my wedding memorable and unique. The staff was so helpful, flexible, and super patient with all of our many requests and questions. They have these gorgeous doors that I came in through that added so much to the ceremony, it was awesome. The staff and everything that is included in our package helped me decide that this is the place I would start my marriage. I almost felt like I was cheating while planning my wedding since so much was already taken care of. We did have one little hiccup but once it was brought to their attention it was handled in a timely and satisfying manner. I would tell everyone who is planning a wedding in our area that this is the place to be for sure. It was a wonderful and beautiful day!

The chapel was beautifu. I provided most of the decor. I am not rating 5 star because:\rthey did not light the unity candle as planned however our wonderful pastor made light of the situation and ask for a lighter. They also did not light out memorial candle for my Dad and the grooms parents.\rMt main complaint was removal of the food as soon as we entered the reception. I only saw the set up of the food from pictures. They did this even after I asked them to leave out. They made two take out plates for us that amounted to only sandwiches. We were rushed through the reception so they could clean up and leave. Overall, the money we spent for the food was not enjoyed by us or our guest. The limo did not have wine opener or ice. We were told we can pull over and by some.

The chapel was beautifu. I provided most of the decor. I am not rating 5 star because:\rthey did not light the unity candle as planned however our wonderful pastor made light of the situation and ask for a lighter. They also did not light out memorial candle for my Dad and the grooms parents.\rMt main complaint was removal of the food as soon as we entered the reception. I only saw the set up of the food from pictures. They did this even after I asked them to leave out. They made two take out plates for us that amounted to only sandwiches. We were rushed through the reception so they could clean up and leave. Overall, the money we spent for the food was not enjoyed by us or our guest. The limo did not have wine opener or ice. We were told we can pull over and by some.

Vesica is practically a one-stop shop! They are so on top of everything and really know what they're doing. I loved knowing that everything was scheduled out from our meeting times to the timeline of the wedding. All of the vendors contracted through Vesica contact you and are so flexible! It was THE best thing, knowing that they had things taken care of and were so organized with everything. Another reason we chose this venue was the outstanding views and scenery and architecture that came with the venue and the surrounding area. Also, the food, cake, DJ, and music were more than I could've asked for! I cannot say enough great things about Vesica and it's staff!

This is the best place to get married. Period. Christel and Judy as well as their staff take care of every aspect of your special day. I was not worried a bit on my wedding day and neither was anyone in my family because Judy had everything taken care of! They are so easy to work with and truly make everything about you and making sure you are 100% satisfied!

I loved this venue. It is absolutely gorgeous, and the girls there worked very hard to make everything on our day PERFECT. They were there for the rehearsal and the actual ceremony and were always very understanding and patient in answering my questions. Even though it seems a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it for us. We planned the wedding here from Oklahoma City and had no problems. I would DEFINITELY recommend this venue.

I loved this venue. It is absolutely gorgeous, and the girls there worked very hard to make everything on our day PERFECT. They were there for the rehearsal and the actual ceremony and were always very understanding and patient in answering my questions. Even though it seems a bit expensive, it was definitely worth it for us. We planned the wedding here from Oklahoma City and had no problems. I would DEFINITELY recommend this venue.

I chose this place for my wedding based on the photos from the website. After I saw the chapel in person I was truly amazed. It's not overly ornate but it's none the less gorgeous and exactly the type of atmosphere I was looking for. It's not cheap and there are some strict rule policies. The price includes many aspects such as food, DJ, bartender, etc. You are limited to picking from a list of venders that the Chapel contracts through, with a couple exceptions on florist and photographer. The staff was always very pleasant to work with and they did everything from set up to clean up which made things easier for me. There is a baby Grand Piano in the chapel and a ceremony pianist is provided. I did not want traditional string/trumpet style ceremony music and the pianist used his unique spin on the older pieces of music to fit my style perfectly. He played beautiful music for the atmosphere. My brother also sang in the ceremony and the acoustics of the chapel made it sound really amazing. The reception hall is attached to the Chapel and also very elegant looking. All of my guests were pleased with the provided food. One of the strict rules is that the food is closed down and removed about halfway into the reception. Although not a deal breaker, this was uncomfortable to explain to guests (and yes, they kept asking me about it). It would have been much nicer to leave the food out until it's gone or the ceremony is over. As I mentioned earlier for the price you pay I think this rule should be changed. The guests loved the DJ and the bartender service. Everyone was pleased with the party atmosphere and several guests commented on how much fun they were having. Finally included in the price is a Limo to take us to our evening destination. The Limo driver was very accommodating and even drove my new stepdaughter around for a couple miles so that she could share in the experience. He then brought her back to the chapel and took me and my husband to our hotel. My overall experience was amazing and totally worth the expense. I would absolutely recommend this venue. As a side note my wedding photos look great due to the elegant decor of this chapel, inside and out. Some of my best wedding pictures are on the outside of the building next to the large ornate chapel doors. Another spot that photographed well was in front of the small waterfall surrounded by lots of flowers. Everyone should at least check this place out. I am a very satisfied bride.

Judy Odum (Owner) In 1999 I had a dream of building a wedding chapel. I married in 2000, however my husband was diagnosed with cancer which took his life. Everything went on hold for 3 year, then finally I began looking for properties with my son, Dane. After looking at over 50 properties we found the perfect spot on a hill in Catoosa. We had an architect draw up the plans then Dane made the adjustments to make it flow better. We completed the Venue and had our first wedding on Sept 9, 2006. It is wonderful to fulfill a dream that in the beginning I was not sure was possible. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE!!
