The Bell of Blue Bell is an event venue that is resident to a country club located in Blue Bell, PA. This beautiful, sprawling environment has been a source of endless entertainment for many years. Inside the walls of this gorgeous venue, couples and their guests will find elegant surroundings and exquisite services! This delightful celebration space has seen a wide range of events within its walls. From smaller, more intimate occasions to grand and opulent parties, the event team at this country club is able to help hosts plan it all. The crew is dedicated to their clients, wishing to ensure that they have a fun and memorable celebration, whatever it may be. Crystal chandeliers, architectural embellishments, and natural light are all on show at The Belle of Blue Bell. When couples and their guests step into this space, they will take notice of the lovingly designed aesthetic. The room boasts an innate charm that can be dressed up in the fashion of the client’s choosing. There is plenty of space for entertainment to set up, and the newly married couple can sit with their guests of honor at the head of the room. Alternatively, there are a variety of other seating options that may be accommodated based on the couple’s preferences. In total, this stunning hall has a capacity of 240 individuals. This sophisticated venue has a plethora of wedding services on offer. Should couples wish to take advantage of the full experience, they can host rehearsal dinners at Normandy Farm Hotel and then take a shuttle to the main event space. The hotel may also be used for overnight accommodation, complete with a late-night bar and post-wedding brunch. There is outside space that may be used for ceremonies, or the entire event can be held indoors. The celebration doesn’t have to end with the reception, either. Various services are available into the morning hours including small bites and trays, as well as a complimentary DJ on Saturdays. My husband and I got married here in September and it was absolutely beautiful! The staff was so accommodating, quick to respond, and truly so nice throughout our whole experience, even when we had to change our date! My guests raved about the food and still talk about how much fun they had! We wish we could do it all over again at The Belle!

This is a wonderful venue for a wedding. Everything we envisioned was provided for our wedding day. The staff and services were excellent and very professional. Karen made everything simple and stress free so we could have a perfect day. She does an excellent job. The food was delicious and the ballroom was perfect.

We are so obsessed with The Belle and the Normandy Farm properties! My husband and I could not have asked for a better place to host our wedding weekend. The food is amazing, drinks were incredible, the venue itself is gorgeous, and the planning support along the way (we worked with JoAnne) was unmatched!I wanted to give an honest review so I am deducting one star since the shuttle service from Normandy Farm to Blue Bell was running a little behind. We started our ceremony 20-ish minutes late because of it. In the grand scheme of things, it all worked out and everything was lovely, but I wanted to let future Belle brides know to ask to start the shuttle at least an hour before your ceremony! Luckily we had hired outside wedding coordinators who took care of it.Regardless of the hiccup, everything else was absolutely PERFECT. If you are thinking about The Belle for your wedding, DO IT!

My husband and I had our wedding here in March 2022. The Belle was a beautiful venue and we loved having our ceremony outside under the White Pergola. I was a little worried that we were unable to do an actual rehearsal at the venue or with a staff member, so we conducted our own rehearsal in one of the conference rooms at Normandy Farm the day before. However, on the day of, for the most part all the staff members were organized and helpful and ultimately the day went very smoothly. I have to give a shout out to one of our maître d's, I believe her name was LIANNA- she was excellent! I met with her at my drop off appointment the day before the wedding and she took extensive notes to make sure that all of my decorations would be recreated as I wanted. On the day of, she was so helpful throughout the reception and made the order of events flow naturally. She was the best. The food was absolutely delicious- from the hors d'oeuvres, to the served dinner, to the wedding cake, and the chocolate fountain/hot chocolate station. We got reasonable pricing and some perks for booking on a Friday in March! The staff helped pack all of our decorations and gifts up at the end of the night. The Belle is at a great location and the property was easily accessible, with beautiful spots for photos.**ONE NEGATIVE COMMENT: We intentionally spoke to our initial wedding planners from The Belle about being able to have our ceremony outside even though it is not as common for a March wedding. We were told that even though the area wouldn't be planted with flowers until April, that the garden would still be landscaped and available for an outdoor ceremony if the weather allowed. We spoke about it multiple times during the months preceding the wedding, and I confirmed it was Lianna at the drop off appointment the day before the wedding. The morning of our wedding was overcast but dry, and in the high 50s. Our florist was set to hang a floral arrangement on the outside pergola as we were getting ready in our suite. Apparently, the fact that we were having our ceremony outside was not communicated to the entire team (I did not meet the additional staff members until we arrived at The Belle 30 mins before our ceremony). I was already in my dress and taking photos in the hotel room when someone from The Belle called the hotel room to say that \"Your florist is here trying to set up an arrangement outside, but your wedding cannot be outside. It is too cold and the chairs are not prepared to be set up.\" I was shocked and immediately took the phone saying that this had been the plan all along, it was still a beautiful day out, the temperature didn't bother us, and I had confirmed it at the drop-off appointment the day before. I said it needed to happen and they needed to figure it out. When we got over to The Belle, everything was set up perfectly outside like we had anticipated (so I don't know what the issue was). The staff members were holding the guests in the lobby of the building until just before the ceremony started because \"it is pretty cold and people are complaining...\". Despite being a bit windy, the ceremony took place outside and it went just as we had hoped. Later, the wedding planner named Karen apologized to us for the confusion, and ultimately there was no harm, as everything went well. However, this was a huge unnecessary anxiety trigger for me on the morning of my wedding and it should be something avoided.

We wanted an outdoor ceremony & cocktail our so when looking at venues, we wanted one that had beautiful outdoor options, but also would be beautiful if the ceremony was indoors. Our event coordinator, Ashley, and our maitre d', Karen, are both absolutely incredible. Ashley was kind, helpful, and prompt in her responses. After our drop off meeting with Karen, I knew our reception was going to look exactly as I hoped. Her attention to detail is so appreciated & I knew our decor was in great hands. They were both absolute joys to work with. The food was exceptional, cake was delicious, & service was top notch. All servers were kind, helpful, and did their best to ensure the day/food service ran smoothly. Our bridal attendant also went above and beyond to make sure my train wasn't stepped on & brought me orange juice when my blood sugar dropped prior to the ceremony. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough!

The staff at Blue Bell Country Club were absolutely amazing! I've never felt so taken care of and every Bride should feel this way! They did everything they could to make our wedding day still happen during the times of COVID. Every last detail that they did made our day extra special and we are so thankful for everyone who was a part of our day. They made everything run on time, the food was amazing, and their service was top notch! We highly recommended this venue, even the tent outside was perfect! Nothing but great things to say! When the ballroom opens back up, we are positive that you will have the best expereince inside as well! Thank you to everyone at BBCC! We love you!

The staff at Blue Bell Country Club were absolutely amazing! I've never felt so taken care of and every Bride should feel this way! We got married at The Belle January 18,2020 on a snowy winter day. The Belle and Normandy Farm staff were outstanding. You can tell the staff loves what they do. The venue itself is gorgeous with a very large dance floor and beautiful chandeliers. One of the things we liked best about The Belle is that you are the only wedding at the venue that day. You have the entire venue to yourselves. Normandy farm hotel provides a shuttle to the venue. Which is where our bridal party got ready. The bridal suite is large and filled with snacks when we arrived. Our point person Ashley was amazing. She answered every single one of my crazy questions and quelled any of my worries in a timely manner. The Belle provided us everything we wanted and more! The food was amazing. It wasn’t your typical wedding food. We also held an after party at the Farmer’s daughter and I can’t recommend the chicken nuggets enough. The bar tenders gave very generous pours at the reception and our guests needed that after party meal. It was a great time to talk with our out of town guests. Some people who were not in our party stole food and the staff at Normandy Farm quickly and professionally handled the situation and offered to give us more food if we ran out. The only con we had was with the front desk staff at Normandy Farm who did not hand out welcome bags to all of our guests. Other than that we cannot recommend The Belle at Blue Bell Country Club enough. Definitely book a tour and have lunch or dinner at the Farmers daughter.

We were originally scheduled to get married in July 2020 but made the personal decision to push it out to November 2020. The staff and our assigned event planner have been prompt in their responses and we are very thankful to have been locked into our current prices despite changing the date! Everything appears to have seamlessly rolled over to our date so far which we definitely appreciate during these crazy times!

My favorite part of my wedding was my venue. Blue Bell exceeded my expectations and everything was perfect down to the very last detail. JoAnne was amazing and I want to be best friends with her! My husband and I were upset that we didn't get to try or take home any of our cake and they offered to remake the top tier for us to pick up. It was beyond our expectations. THANK YOU blue bell!!

We chose BBCC for our Reception and we couldn’t have been happier. From the very beginning my husband and I got the best customer service EVER. Our wedding coordinator Heather was there for us through every step. She was so very helpful, friendly, experienced and professional. She answered every question we had, without hesitation and made sure that every little detail was taken care of so that he and I didn’t have to worry. It doesn’t stop there…in fact, all of the staff that we interacted with during our wedding planning and even more so on the day of, they were so welcoming and friendly. I had plenty of family and friends that later told me how great the service was. I can’t forget my Maitre d', she made my experience so stress free and made sure everything was running flawlessly. The food was excellent!!!!! I also got so many compliments on how great that was; We had the tastiest hors d'oeuvres during our cocktail hour, tastiest entrée (all 3 of them) and tastiest dessert, especially our cake, not to mention it was so pretty! Last but not least the venue….ugh!!! I cried when I first walked through and all of the wedding décor was set up, it was so breathtakingly beautiful. I wish I could go back and time and have this day all over again. We had such a fun time! I can’t think of one complaint or one thing that went wrong and I can say that thanks to all of the hard work that everyone at Blue Bell Country Club put in to make our day so special. We had our wedding reception at Blue Bell Country Club on August 25, 2018! It was absolutely perfect from start to finish! We had 175 guests and a 13 piece band and felt the space was very comfortable. The room looked beautiful with just the standard setup, the service, bartenders, and staff were excellent, the food was delicious, cake was gorgeous and tasted great, and everything seemed to go flawlessly. We also loved that it was really a one stop shop! Having the hotel, Normandy Farms, across the street worked perfectly. We also went with the in house photography studio, Tyler Boye, and florist, Willow and Thistle, and they all get rave reviews as well! Definitely recommend having your wedding or event here!

Blue Bell Country Club and Normandy Farm were the perfect choice for my son and daughter-in-law’s wedding weekend! The weekend started Friday with a delicious rehearsal dinner in NF’s The Farmer’s Daughter private Dowry room. We continued the celebration making our way to the Terrace’s outdoor bar for cocktails, sitting in comfy rocking chairs surrounding a huge fire pit. We enjoyed NF’s complimentary Saturday breakfast before preparations of the big day. The grounds at NF and BBCC are so beautiful and vast, the photographer had nearly unlimited backdrop options. As the day progressed we found ourselves in NF’s comfortable lobby welcoming guests spending the night. Our son and DIL had over 100 guests spend the night, many complimented their stays. The ceremony and reception were held at the Blue Bell Country Club. Complimentary shuttles transported guests across the street to the BBCC. There was a bridal suite stocked with food and drinks for the wedding party. The ceremony and cocktail hour, both held outside, were wonderful. Guests were able to enjoy gorgeous views complete with deer crossing the course as they sipped drinks. The reception, held in the Grand Ball room, was nothing short of spectacular. Compliments about the food, flowers (from the on-site florist Willow & Thistle), décor, and the band EBE’s LA Starz were abundant. Many guests said it was the best wedding they have ever attended. After the reception it was back to NF for the after party. In the Dowry we had snacks which were a big hit after all the dancing at the reception. In the bar a DJ played until 2am. The weekend wrapped up with guests enjoying the Farmer’s Daughter’s famous Sunday brunch. It was nice being able to chat with guests in a relaxed setting. I could not more highly recommend Blue Bell Country Club and Normandy Farm. All the staff were beyond helpful and professional and helped make the day unforgettable. It really was the perfect wedding weekend!

Our wedding was a dream at Blue Bell Country Club! We had the best experience, and although BBCC is a beautiful venue, the great experience had everything to do with the staff. The venue was gorgeous! The room was absolutely stunning and we had the absolute perfect wedding. For Blue Bell Country Club, all the personnel were extremely professional, the food was AMAZING, the cake was spectacular, and the room is as beautiful as pictures show. Overall, we had a pretty great experience with Blue Bell Country Club for our wedding reception in mid-September of 2017. We loved having our cocktail hour outside on the back patio! There was ample space for our 150 guests and plenty of opportunity for guests to take pictures along the course. The venue itself is well-kept, with beautiful neutral colors that worked with our fall color palette. The process during planning was generally helpful and individuals were responsive to questions and concerns. However, there were a number of \"switches\" from our first appointment viewing the venue, to signing a contract, then having the detail meeting, to final drop-off. It would have been nice to have continuity in point-person. The passed hors d'oeuvres were delicious (chicken and waffles!) and we opted for the Mexican bar, which was a big hit. Our cake looked beautiful and the entrees were overall cooked wonderfully (with a few exceptions). The bartenders were PHENOMENAL and super friendly and our bridal attendant was on point all night. Our instructions for setting up the guestbook, signs, etc. were generally followed, though no one helped to display the bridal or bridesmaid bouquets on the tables as indicated; my bridesmaids had to help me about 45 minutes into our reception to retrieve and place them. Overall, I would certainly recommend BBCC for a couple who wants consistent, attentive service, a beautiful venue that can be transformed to your liking, and an awesome day that doesn't break the bank.

We had our wedding at BBCC this past January and we couldn't have been happier. None of us have ever been in a wedding before so the entire bridal party was a bit clueless, but with out a doubt BBCC did an incredible job of making us all feel so comfortable and not nervous at all! They have an amazing staff that coordinates EVERYTHING for you and makes sure that the night goes smoothly! We could not be happier. The venue was so beautiful and spacious to accommodate everyone and may I also add that the food was incredible. Again, we are so happy. It was the wedding of our dream!

BBCC handled everything from catering and the cake, to day of coordinating, and provided a large open bar where they even created a signature cocktail of our choice! The ballroom was the perfect size for our 200 person party and our wedding honestly was so amazing and it wouldn't have been nearly as easy to plan or as warm, inviting, and FUN if it wasn't for BBCC. We had an Indian wedding at the Blue Bell Country Club. The wedding planning process was made easy with vendors affiliated with BBCC/Normandy Farms (e.g., Tyler Boye Photography, Whistle & Thistle) and the fact that BBCC already had a contract with an Indian restaurant to cater our delicious food. Ashley, our coordinator, was helpful during the entire process. We ended up having a lot of DIY decorations for the wedding that weren't organized the way we hoped. Blue Bell was so beautiful! The employees there worked so hard to help make our day perfect and it truly was!I will say that they need to update some of their decor/serving items. I understand that it is a sister company of Normandy Farms, but they are two completely different venues. Blue Bell is beautiful and elegant, so I was unpleasantly surprised by the tree stumps, mason jars, and wooden baskets that were placed on the table for cocktail hour. (They should change this ASAP. :) )I would still recommend BBCC without hesitation. :)

Amazing! Blue Bell Country Club was great to work with from the first minute we visited them. Always attentive and ready to answer your questions as quickly as possible! We had our daughter's wedding at BBCC and I couldn't be happier. Heather was an amazing planner. Her attention to detail, answers to numerous questions and her staff executing specific details that the bride requested were impeccable. We wanted for nothing. The bridal attendant was on point from the time we spent in the bridal suite until the end of the evening packing everything up. The staff was amazing working with a variety of allergies. The number of compliments we received on cocktails, appetizers and dinner was amazing. Cocktail hour was outdoors and the setting was picture perfect at sunset. I can't say enough about the execution of the entire evening. Professional, clean, accommodating, flexible. Just absolutely amazing.

We had our wedding at Blue Bell Country club on September 10th. The process leading up to the wedding went very smoothly. Our coordinator Heather was always responsive and helpful. We used on-site vendors and couldn't have been happier. All our guests loved the beautiful space both outdoors and the ballroom. The dinner got rave reviews as well as the cocktail hour. My grandfather even commented that the servers were attentive, always keeping his coffee cup full. However, we did have one unfortunate bump that surprised us. My ushers were leading the first guests down the aisle for our 4:30pm ceremony. At the same time, a BBCC representative was showing the property to potential customers, including bring them down the aisle in the opposite direction as we were trying to lead our own guests down. It was then noticed that all the seats were wet. It turns out that the sprinklers had gone off after the chairs were set up. I had ushers, family members, and our photographers running around trying to get someone to help out. My brother ran into the bar area and asked the staff for some towels. They were a little slow in their response causing my brother to just run out looking for someone who may be more helpful. My fiance was even running around searching for someone to help us out. By the time staff came out (at a strolling pace with no sense of urgency or appreciation to remedy the problem) with towels my family and friends had found a roll of paper towels and cleaned off all the chairs themselves. It was a little disappointing as basically all our wedding guests were now on-site and standing out in the heat while some family ran around getting sweaty trying to solve the problem. Other than that we had an amazing wedding and were happy in our choice at Blue Bell Country Club.

From our very first meeting and walk through until the last song of the reception, the staff at Blue Bell Country Club was AMAZING. The wedding coordinators were so helpful, specifically JoAnne. She is cheery and very knowledgeable about all of the options and offerings of BBCC. The only hiccup we had was a little lack of communication regarding accommodations for our guests. 85% of our guest were from out of town and most planned on staying over at Normandy Farms (the affiliated hotel across the street). You get 20 room block to start and can't reserve additional until they are gone. Well there are at least 3 weddings a day between the 2 venues and rooms go quickly. They didn't indicate this to me and by the time my 20 room block was full, the hotel was completely sold out. My guests, including my wedding party were spread out between 4 different hotels making transportation difficult. To clarify, I'm not saying that I expect that can hold all guests for all weddings, I just wish they, knowing that most of their clients haven't done this before, over communicate and help rather than leaving you to figure it out on your own, and in my case too late to do anything about it. The wedding was AAAMAZING! We held our reception at the Gazebo and cocktails on the Terrace and Reception in the Grand Ballroom. Both were stunning. Our guests were very impressed with the food, the service, the decor. It all really came together to make our special day absolutely unforgettable.The staff was superb! The Matrie 'D , Bridal Coordinator and the rest of the staff worked SO hard to make sure that everything was perfect! I didn't have to worry about any details the day of. It was all taken care of and I was able to have fun!! Thank you to everyone for making our wedding the best. day. EVER!

Ashley Wenger was our \"go to\" person and she seriously is the kindest, most professional and knowledgable person there is. She makes ever step of the wedding planning process so easy and simple and she keeps you on track with the important decisions that need to be made in a timely matter. Our wedding was 4-2-16 and people are still talking about it today. If you want elegance, great food, a beautiful venue and staff that really care about your needs, the Blue Bell Country Club is definitely the way to go!

I was shocked because everyone told me to prepare for that possibility since no wedding is perfect, however, I literally had the perfect wedding. \r\rI attribute a great deal of this luck to the professionalism of the staff at the blue bell country club. They were wonderful to work with. They paid attention to detail and were very organized. They just made it such a fun and special day with no concerns or issues at all. The venue itself is gorgeous inside and the reception food and alcohol package was definitely a great value! \r\rYou cannot go wrong with getting married there!

The minute I walked into the ballroom at Blue Bell Country Club I knew I wanted my reception there! The room has tons of space, not to mention the stunning chandeliers. Working with BBCC and the team at Normandy Farms was so easy, they all know exactly what they're doing and are great with communication. Any time I had a question, Joanne answered within an hour of my e-mail. The value is totally worth it. Living on the Main Line I came across some outrageous prices but BBCC was right within our price range and the food was FANTASTIC! We rented an after party room at Normandy Farms where everyone had a hotel room and I'm soo happy we did! Everyone really enjoyed the entire night. You can't go wrong here, you're in great hands!

The minute I walked into the ballroom at Blue Bell Country Club I knew I wanted my reception there! The room has tons of space, not to mention the stunning chandeliers. Working with BBCC and the team at Normandy Farms was so easy, they all know exactly what they're doing and are great with communication. Any time I had a question, Joanne answered within an hour of my e-mail. The value is totally worth it. Living on the Main Line I came across some outrageous prices but BBCC was right within our price range and the food was FANTASTIC! We rented an after party room at Normandy Farms where everyone had a hotel room and I'm soo happy we did! Everyone really enjoyed the entire night. You can't go wrong here, you're in great hands!

I got married at BBCC on October 4th. Everything was perfect. We fell in love with BBCC on our first visit! We started out with Monica in the sales department and she was extremely helpful, very down to earth at not pushy at all like we saw at other venues. After booking we were assigned two event planners Marissa and Ashley. Again both were extremely helpful and always answered all my crazy bride emails quickly. Very affordable for what you get. Top quality! \r\rWe had an outdoor wedding at the gazebo and cocktails on the terrace. The ballroom was beautiful! We couldn't be happier! \rThe food was delicious, the drinks were strong and our cake was beautiful. I would highly recommend BBCC to anyone looking for a wedding or party venue. My husband and i were both so pleased with everything and our guests are still raving about the food.

I loved every minute of having my daughter's wedding at Normandy Farm. The place is beautiful, everyone was helpful, the floral shop did a magnificent job, and we could not ask for more. We had an outside wedding fit for a Queen. the large ballroom was decorated beautifully, and the lighting and all else was great. having the hotel on the premises was absolutely the best. From the moment my guests came into the lobby, to the outside wedding, to the ballroom and to the hotel, just First Class. I would not have changed a thing!

My daughter got married at the outside gazebo. The views are fantastic. It overlooks a lovely golf course and fountain. From there we went for a cocktail hour and reception. The food was excellent and everything Blue Bell did was 100%. Plenty of staff on hand to help the bride and groom, as well as the guests. They have rooms set up for the bridal party and groomsman to hang out in before the ceremony. We looked at several different venues but Blue Bell came out on top and they came through for us.

Blue Bell Country Club was the perfect place for my recent wedding reception. The club is on beautiful grounds, has a large, bright and warm reception space and offers amazing food. My husband and I loved working with our wedding coordinator, Marissa, as she made the entire process easy and seamless! \r\rThe staff was absolutely amazing and very attentive. Kathy was our personal attendant and we couldn't have been in better hands. She helped us stay on schedule and ensured my husband and I stole some time away from our guests to enjoy the fact that we were married!\r\rIt is not easy to cook for 150 people, have every entree correct and served hot but BBCC did just that. All of our guests were thrilled with their entree choices and dessert. The menu options were varied which allowed my husband and I to provide multiple entree choices while still staying true to our reception budget. \r\rI truly feel that everyone at BBCC worked extremely hard to make my day feel as one of a kind as I wanted it to be. I never felt as if I was only a number of just another wedding that was on the books. Blue Bell Country Club was the perfect place for our outdoor wedding ceremony and an amazing venue to work with. Melissa was incredibly responsive to any and all questions/issues/concerns or ideas from the very day of booking. Melissa/ Blue Bell were incredibly sensitive to food/allergy issues and were completely amenable to altering our dishes to fit our needs. Not to mention the food was delicious! So many of our guests commented on how awesome the food was. \rWe had initially a scheduled a tour of Normandy Farm and Eileen showed us around. When we learned the revenue minimum for Normandy Farm, we were disappointed as there was no way we could afford it. When we voiced our dismay, Eileen offered Blue Bell as an alternative and even offered us an amazing deal!! Little did we know that Blue Bell had an even more beautiful outdoor ceremony site than Normandy Farm! With our booking at Blue Bell, we received a complimentary honeymoon suite at Normandy Farm, a room block for our guests and a $500 gift card to Normandy Farm and the Farmers Daughter.\rNot only was Melissa Incredibly responsive and organized in the year preceding our wedding, all of the staff at Blue Bell did an amazing job on our wedding day to make everything as perfect as could be. Marie was our bridal party attendant and she was amazing! She was so attentive and kind and responsive I felt like I had nothing to worry about. Even as an OCD bride, I felt completely confident that Blue Bell would take care of every little thing we needed. At the end of the night, Marie even had all of our things bagged back up and ready to go so that we wouldn't forget anything we had brought with us. \rI would highly recommend Blue Bell Country Club to anyone looking for an amazing outdoor ceremony site and a venue you can feel completely confident in.

The staff couldn't be more helpful. They have a lot of onsite vendors like the florist which we used that was great and all reasonably priced. We used Normandy Farms for the hotel since it's around the corner and since they are sister properties, they ran shuttle to and from BBCC which was fantastic! Melissa on the event planning team was beyond helpful and so responsive- it made wedding planning a breeze. Any tip she gave or vendor she recommended turned out great. The day of, we had Marie helping us as well and she made sure everything ran on-time and was organized. The food was delicious, the staff soo nice and the venue is just gorgeous! I literally could not be happier about how everything turned out. Guests have given it all positive reviews too. If you want a gorgeous venue and a great team that makes wedding planning easy, this is the place for you.

I had the wedding of my dreams 2 weeks ago at blue bell country club! The staff were professional and awesome, our wedding planner Dana amazing, bartenders great, the setting beautiful. No complaints whatsoever!! Our guests are still raving about the food! I highly recommend!!

I will start by saying that the actual wedding day was amazing. The place was beautiful, the service staff was attentive and the food was delicious. HOWEVER, the customer service of the Blue Bell Country Club/Normandy Farm staff leading up to the wedding day was terrible. When we booked our wedding we were told by Dolly (Saleswoman) that we would be able to arrive at the BBCC at 1 pm on our wedding day and that we would have access to the Bridal suite and BBCC grounds to get changed and take pictures. We were also told that they would provide the bridal party with light refreshments while we were getting changed. However, when my wife called 3 months prior to the wedding she was told that they booked an afternoon wedding the same day as our nighttime affair and we could no longer have access to the Bridal suite until 4:30 PM! They also told us that we would not be allowed inside the country club to take pictures until the guests had all left from the previous wedding! Additionally, none of our vendors could arrive to set up until 4:30 and our affair was scheduled for 6:00! We had to pay extra for our vendors to hire additional staff to speed up their set-up. They did not even call us to let us know, they waited until we called them. They were not accommodating to us whatsoever in trying to help find alternative spots for pictures. On our wedding day we were told that we could take pictures in the library at Normandy Farms, but 15 minutes after we started another staff member told us that we had to leave because they promised the room to someone else. To cap it off, we found out later that day that the earlier wedding was cancelled three days before and that we could have had access to the BBCC at 1 pm. after all. This would have saved us money from the vendors and hassel from the pictures. Unfortunately, no one from BBCC had the courtesy to call us and let us know! Overall, I would not recommend this venue. There are a ton of beautiful wedding venues in the area that, I can only assume, have much better customer service.
