The Ben was the perfect spot for our client's rehearsal dinner and welcome party. A fabulous way to start their wedding weekend. Brianne and the day of staff were a joy to work with. Brianne was very helpful with suggestions for both occasions at the Ben. The day of staff was very friendly and accommodating and helped make a great party!

I recently had the opportunity to work with the team for my graduation brunch on 5/6/23. The team was phenomenal! They were always available to answer my questions and were extremely nice and warm! They were very understanding and patient and felt genuine about them wanting me to have the best experience at the venue! I can not express how appreciative I am for everything they have done to make my graduation day as memorable as it was!

We utilized The Ben for our guests stay and two amazing parties. Our welcome party on a Friday night for our traveling guests was located on the rooftop pool deck - Spruzzo. The views are stunning, the food was delicious and set up so beautifully and the drinks were flowing! Katie created the perfect atmosphere and managed the event with class. Our morning after the wedding brunch was set up by Brianne who knocked it out of the park with a delicious buffet located on the main floor. Morgan took care of our hotel needs - the rooms are spectacular and unique. Our guests were so happy with this location. The majority of our guests traveled from Boston and they are all still raving about the service at the hotel and what an amazing venue it was. The food was delicious, the vendors incredible, and the care and attention we and our guests were shown will long be in our memory. We can’t thank Brianne Moise and her staff enough for making this such a memorable weekend. We are all saying we will be returning to celebrate Claire & Keith’s first anniversary in 2024. I recently had my wedding at the Ben Hotel and it was an absolute DREAM. From the time my husband and I first got engaged we knew we would love to get married at the Ben. The hotel is stunning and has gorgeous views from the rooftop pool. We were very excited when we found out the ballroom was also on the top floor as it has those same views overlooking the water and Palm Beach. The hotel personnel were all fabulous to work with. From the start working with Morgan who helped us seal the deal on the venue. I then worked with Bri for all of the details of our wedding and Kendra for our rooms. Each one of them were AMAZING and so responsive. I must have emailed Bri 100 times throughout the process and she was also so sweet and quick to get back to me. Our guests loved staying at the hotel and the room block rate was such a great deal. Kendra was super helpful working with me to increase our room count and keep me updated with the latest bookings. The food was also incredible (shoutout to the chef)! Even small things such as the food tasting was such a wonderful experience at the Ben. The chef came out and spoke with us going over the details of the menu and letting us try the wine. They were also very helpful in setting up walk throughs and rehearsal. I do think the venue is pricier than some of the other options in the area (excluding Palm Beach) but if I had to do it over, I wouldn't change a thing. I love all of my wedding photos from the Ben and truly had the most magical day there.

We just held our wedding at The Ben last month and we would describe our experience at The Ben as overall extraordinary. From our first introduction all the way through the wedding, Morgan, Brianne & Kendra have provided great service and made our night incredible. The venue was beautiful and the food was delicious. During the event we were in awe of the attention and service we received, along with our family and guests. Not only did we have a great time, but we received tons of great feedback from our guests on their experience as well. The staff was very professional & friendly and took the stress out of planning a wedding by being attentive and answering all questions and giving us their expert opinion along the way. The only slight negative was that The Ben was not too flexible to some of our requests as they do have very strict rules and standards. Thank you so much to The Ben and their team.

We had an amazing experience hosting our wedding at The Ben. Having the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception all in the same place that our guests stayed made it so seamless and I believe truly enhanced everyone's experience. Aside from a few of the front desk personnel, the staff was unbelievable. Morgan, Kendra and especially Brianne ensured we were covered from start to finish. Additionally, Rick and Murray were awesome helping us move all of our stuff from the cars to the room. The day of the wedding, Kevin was super accommodative helping guests up to the cocktail hour and helping us to get every photo we needed downstairs. At the reception, the Luis and the waitstaff were top notch, attentive to all of the guests needs as well as rushing to clean up whenever there was a spill on the dance floor. Christopher especially made sure the Bride had whatever she needed. The food was phenomenal with my personal favorites being the goat cheese salad and red snapper. All in all we could not ask for a better wedding!

The venue is gorgeous. The hotel staff/front desk/vale and the event personnel are all amazing. The costs for an event are very expensive compared to what you get. So if you really want to get married in the Studio then go for it but the price per person far exceeds many other venues in the area. On top of that, their venue fee is also overpriced and you still need to rent chairs, and drapes, where that’s included in the venue fee of other places for less money. They truly only believe their competitor is the Breakers. This was difficult during negotiations because if you are looking at venues you know the Breakers is in a different tier. The Ben simply is not in the same stratosphere as the Breakers. Their food packages changed during our negotiations from when we started planning to the time of our wedding. So what we were offered compared to what they offer now has changed. They offered so little before that we needed to supplement the offerings (amount of hors d’oeuvres, stations, etc) but now their new packages have more options, however their price per person is very high. The room block was a whole other issue. Their price was not much cheaper then what you can get online direct from Marriott. Then trying to book the room block was a headache. It required multiple calls to their room block manager to ensure rooms were booked correctly. Front desk staff were unable to book the room block and multiple guests needed us to book for them. Our guests had multiple complaints on this process. It was not simple. I still don’t think we ever got that right.Despite this, we still did our wedding there since we loved the look of the venue but I would encourage you to look at all other venues in south Florida before finalizing your decision. Our daughter and her fiancee fell in love with The Ben during their wedding venue hunt. They recently wed on 4/22/22 and we all could not have been happier with the wedding weekend. From the moment we met and signed the contract to the hugs and well wishes as we departed from the weekend, The Ben and staff were outstanding to work with. Working with Morgan to bring to life the bride and grooms wedding weekend vision was a joy and could not have been easier. The venue is stunning inside with a very modern trendy vibe, not your typical \"Florida Beach feel\". The ceremony was held downstairs, cocktails and reception upstairs with a stunning view of Palm Beach and the beautiful yachts in the marina. The food received many compliments from our guest and the chef worked very hard to make sure it was delicious and prepared to our standards. Rooms were very comfortable and luxurious. The hotel is conveniently located from the airport and walking distance to many activities and dining options. Our guest enjoyed all the amenities the hotel and area offered. We cannot say enough great things about our experience and HIGHLY recommend The Ben!

Oh, The Ben and Riley......I can't even begin to express my appreciation for this venue!After deciding to cancel our destination wedding due to covid, my husband and I opted for a small, intimate wedding. I am SO happy I found the Ben. The space was unique, tons of light and beautiful art, and the hotel itself was gorgeous. I can't even tell you how many compliments we received from our guests on the hotel itself...We opted for a brunch wedding and the food was great and unique! We even were officiated via zoom and they were able to make that happen perfectly! Also the rooftop pool is exquisite, and we loved lounging there with guests after the festivities. The Ben and the event planner, Riley, were able to execute a flawless intimate wedding in just 2 months time! They were professional, punctual, and totally opening to working with us to make our day feel personalized and perfect. If you are looking for a completely unique venue for your event, I HIGHLY recommend having it at the Ben!

My wedding was the very first ever at The Ben and WOW, we were truly blown away by how incredible it was. The venue itself is simply stunning. The ballroom overlooks the water and has indoor and outdoor space. The ceremony space on the main level has a very cool, industrial feel that went perfectly with our vibe. We had our ceremony in The Studio downstairs, cocktail hour on the pool deck and our wedding in the rooftop ballroom. I think that what put our experience so over the top was working with the amazing staff at The Ben, especially Lauren. My mom and I worked very closely with The Ben's incredible events director, Lauren, for 9 months planning every detail of our 160 person wedding. Being the very first wedding at the hotel, the entire staff went so far above and beyond to make our wedding absolutely perfect. I am a very type-A, detail-oriented person and no matter how many emails or calls or texts my mom and I sent, Lauren was so incredibly patient and kind and diligent, making sure to always address all of our concerns and going above and beyond in everything she did. She truly made all of my wedding dreams come true, no matter what I asked for or how difficult it was, she found a way to make it happen. Despite having to take on a massive list of responsibilities that go along with opening a brand new hotel, Lauren managed to make me feel like our wedding was her first and most important priority. In addition to Lauren, the chef prepared the most over the top amazing food for us and Bernardo, the manager, made us feel like we were celebrities from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. On our wedding night, Bernardo arranged to have a photo of us from the wedding framed and waiting for us in our room when the wedding was over. It was truly top-notch, end-to-end, white glove service. Our wedding was absolutely beautiful and my husband and I (and all of our family and friends) can't stop talking about it. It was the most amazing and incredible night of our lives. I wish I could personally thank each and every person who contributed to our wedding at The Ben--they have given us the most beautiful memories and we will forever cherish them.

My wedding was the very first ever at The Ben and WOW, we were truly blown away by how incredible it was. The venue itself is simply stunning. The ballroom overlooks the water and has indoor and outdoor space. The ceremony space on the main level has a very cool, industrial feel that went perfectly with our vibe. We had our ceremony in The Studio downstairs, cocktail hour on the pool deck and our wedding in the rooftop ballroom. Working with the Ben and Lauren has been absolutely amazing! She has been available whenever I’ve needed her and knew exactly what steps to take to build the perfect wedding. We were able to take a tour of the venue before it opened to the public and I can honestly say there was no venue that we saw that was more impressive!! For our smaller wedding (50-60) they worked out splitting the ballroom that overlooks the water and has an outdoor balcony into separate areas for the ceremony and reception so it wouldn’t feel too big. The online photos of the ballroom don’t do it justice. Additionally the menu options and ability to customize and work with us on exactly what we wanted was amazing. Lauren has the best relationships with so many local vendors so it was very easy to work with her to plan everything. I can’t recommend The Ben highly enough! (P.s. they’re dog friendly!!!)

Courtney Simoncelli (Manager) Meet Courtney Simoncelli, our dedicated Catering Sales Manager who loves all things wedding and social events! Courtney is a northerner-turned-Floridian and made the leap from Connecticut to Florida 8 years ago. As a graduate of Florida State University, Courtney has been paving her way in the hotel industry ever since. Her positivity and passion are embodied in the seamless execution of her weddings and events! Outside of work, she loves hosting gatherings, going to the beach, trying new restaurants around Palm Beach County, and planning her own upcoming wedding!
