The Boundary Ballroom packages were such a great, affordable option as a bride who was doing her own wedding planning. Having an all-inclusive package took so much stress off my plate, and Elena was so helpful and kind throughout, even in the times that we made things complicated ourselves. The food was good (the mac and cheese bite appetizers and the slider late night snack were particularly big hits), and our bartender was amazing. All of our guests raved about how fun he was, suggesting new drink options to those who were unsure and always making sure my husband and I had a drink in hand. The banquet manager Tony was also great, everyone got their selected meal without any trouble, and he checked in with us throughout the night. We had a few hiccups in communication with the hotel, but overall the experience was well worth the price. Our guests were as happy as we were, and we would definitely recommend the Boundary for any event.

The venue was exactly what I was looking for. Great packages, great food, and wonderful service. Elena was helpful and attentive from the walk through and all through the event. She literally served my husband and me personally. And Luke was literally perfect. Stoic, honest, and went above and beyond with everything. I never felt stressed about anything because I felt very supported. Outstanding team, and they should be proud. Thanks for making our celebration so very special!

Quite possibly the best local wedding venue for the price. Words can not properly convey my level of happiness with how well our wedding went.A beautiful ballroom that includes the tablecloths, centerpieces, plate chargers, background curtains, table numbers, sweetheart table decor….literally everything. You really only need to bring your cake and your gift box for your cards. Everything else is included.Menu choices are outstanding. Their “Gala package” includes 3 entree choices + a vegetarian option. So we were able to give our guests the option of beef, chicken, fish or vegetarian. The Gala also includes a 5 hour top shelf open bar. And they let you choose a bride’s signature cocktail and a groom’s signature cocktail AND they make a sign for the bar, going over the drink options.Also included were a choice of 4 appetizers for cocktail hour and a coffee and donut bar at the end of the night alongside the cake AND a late night snack (we had tamales!)We had the best wedding ever for almost 100 people and with taxes and gratuity, it was still less than 10k total. Elena, the head of events, is a consummate professional and went above and beyond to ensure our day was magical (yet still a good value). I can’t recommend this place enough for an amazing time just outside the city. Literal minutes to O’Hare, so our guests (mostly city folk) and us (nw burbs) found it extremely easy to get to.We half joking half seriously said we should come back in five years on our anniversary to have another party. That’s how much fun we had ❤️

The Boundary Ballroom was PERFECT for my wedding of 130people! What made it perfect was Elena, the director of catering at Comfort Suites O'Hare Schiller Park. Elena made sure we had every \"i\" dotted and \"t\" crossed. She was responsive and detail oriented so my wedding planning was made much easier through her. Her experience in the field also made wedding planning smoother with her tips and tricks. I felt like she was on my side the whole time and really was trying to be a partner in this rather than just a vendor. The ballroom was beautiful with a large dance floor and multiple chandeliers! The extra up-lighting gave a smooth and warm detail to the lighting of the room. Their staff was attentive and supportive. They were able to start the room for the ceremony with an arch display and then easily change the room for a wonderful reception, including the wedding party table. Elena made sure I had the extra tables I needed for a photobooth, guest signing, gift table, and more! They offer nice, up to 10 people, tables and chair covers with customized napkins and linens colors. The FOOD-absolutely amazing. We picked the grilled cheese bites, mini crab cakes, and veggie spring rolls for our cocktail hour and everyone was pleased. Along with dinner! The people who needed special dietary options were accommodated and the guests who got the New York Strip or Chicken Chardonnay loved their meals. I know I ate very bite! The drinks were delicious as well-ask about their signature drink options-very fun! To end the night with a snack of mini Chicago hot dogs-our guests LOVED! The hotel rooms at Comfort Suites were nice, spacious, and clean, every room is a suite! Living room and bathroom were PLENTY of space for 12 of us to get ready in. And they have large closets for your dresses/tux's! Not to mention the HUGE jacuzzi tub in the bathroom! ALSO steamer included in the bathroom so you don't need to bring one!Lastly, the BEST part of this place is the price. You get a TON of bang for your buck here! HIGHLY Recommend! I hope we have another party/celebration we could throw here in the future! Thank you Comfort Suites and Elena Hall for making our wedding so magical and perfect!

We toured this location for my cousin and his wife's 20 year vow renewal. I must start by saying the customer service was outstanding. Elena, the Catering Director, was professional, responsive, flexible, fun and welcoming. We also met the chef who was very personable, professional and funny. This is a model example of how I would expect customer service for a bride. The space was very nice. The chandeliers were gorgeous and the size of the ballroom was great. Their menu and pricing was very inspired yet affordable. I would recommend this location to any bride who is looking for the venue for her exciting day.

My daughter had her wedding reception at Comfort Suites The Boundary Ballroom. The service was excellent. We only had 75 people but the ballroom could easily fit over 200 people. The food was great. The entire staff made sure that everything was perfect that night. Also, the hotel rooms were very nice and spacious.

My fiance and I first booked with Comfort Suites back in August 2019, pre-covid, and I was in awe of their great price and service from the start! Since we had to postpone the wedding, Agnes has made sure that the new date we choose is both safe and an easy transition. Comfort Suites was recommended to us by my brother and I would definitely recommend it to our next family member and friend for their future nuptials!

Elena Hall (Director of Catering) Having spent over fifteen years in hotel event planning, I am highly accomplished at turning your wedding day into an event that is truly memorable. My hotel and event planning journey started in southern California where, in both Los Angeles and San Diego, I choreographed weddings and events from small, intimate gatherings to elaborate 500 person extravaganzas. I have recently relocated to Chicago and it is my vision to put all my experience in action with the Boundary Ballroom team.
