Working with Myles and Erin through the Bolyston rooms truly made wedding planning SUCH an incredible experience. We live in NC so planning a wedding back up in MA was a bit overwhelming, until we found the Bolyston Rooms. They truly made the process so enjoyable, stress free, creative, and FUN! They helped talk me through some of my visions (I am very indecisive) and made it all come together so perfectly. They have ALL the decorations in house- it's like going shopping at TJ Maxx, Homegoods, and Target to pick out color scheme and decor items! Myles was our day of coordinator and he was INCREDIBLE. He made the rehearsal go so smoothly and thinking about how amazing and helpful he was on the wedding day makes me tear up. I felt like he was my best friend guiding me through all of the steps for the day, making it all go so so so so well. I would highly recommend The Bolyston Rooms to anyone planning their special day. They are organized, creative, helpful, professional, fun, officiant, supportive, and overall amazing. I cannot speak highly enough of our wonderful experience working with them!

We had a very small 'elopement' at The Boylston Rooms between Christmas and New Years. The entire ceremony and reception was planned in about 5 weeks, and no detail was missed. Erin & Myles were great to work with. They were knowledgeable, responsive and provided helpful suggestions throughout the whole planning process. Everything truly turned out perfect.

We got married at the Boylston Rooms on 3 Dec after a year of planning while living out of state for 90% of it. The entire team was phenomenal through the stressful process (Especially Myles!). From the beginning, he helped us with planning, decorations, and answering the hundreds of questions we asked along the way. The patience, kindness, and diligent effort put in by this venue is nothing short of amazing, and all at a very reasonable price. They took our dream and turned it into a reality, and on the day of made sure every detail was aligned with our expectations. Even throughout the night, Myles was right by our side, helping with coordination and making sure timelines were met. We are beyond grateful to find this venue and amazed at the hard work they put into every wedding, not just ours. While every single tiny detail cannot go perfectly no matter how much you plan, they sure make it feel like it did, and ensure you will be stress-free the entire night! Thank you again for helping us make our dream a reality!

The team at the Boylston Rooms made the wedding of my dreams come true. There are so many good things I can say about them. From their spectacular venue, their amenities, their staff, and their top tier communication, they excelled in every way. We booked their Button Wedding package, and while we only booked two vendors from their list (florist and catering) we still managed to save so much. I don't know how we would have pulled off the day without them. In the two years leading up to the wedding we visited multiple times to reacquaint ourselves with the venue and the beautiful surrounding town. The whole month leading to the wedding they were there to answer any questions and help us figure out logistics. We provided some inspiration pictures and decor and they made it all come to life. My wedding party was so surprised just how hands on they were. I am so grateful to the team for everything they did. If you book with them you will not regret it.

Boylston Rooms: Wow, what else can we even say about The Boylston Rooms?! They helped us to create true magic on our wedding day. When we set out looking for venues I knew we would need an all inclusive location. To say The Boylston Rooms is the whole package would be an understatement. They included any decor they had in stock with our package. The centerpieces, arches, napkins, candles, cardbox, and chairs were so beautiful, I wouldn’t have picked out anything better myself. In addition to their gorgeous stock of decor, they were the kindest, most helpful people. Erin was there with us from the beginning, helping to hand curate our dream wedding. She and Myles quickly became the integral center of our wedding team, being quick to answer any questions we had via email. Leading up to the big day they were helpful with decor drop off and any coordination beforehand. I would be remiss if I did not give a special shoutout to Myles for taking the lead on handling our wedding day. He ran our ceremony rehearsal and arrived at the crack of dawn to ensure our day started off without a hitch. His general enthusiasm was palpable, it’s easy to tell he loves what he does, and he is extremely good at it. He checked in on us, answered questions, and provided any assistance we asked for; from getting a bluetooth speaker, to sneaking me around to my first look. He truly made our day stress free and handled all tasks seamlessly. Jen was our other day of coordinator, which was a process I was nervous about. Being a super organized bride with a type-A personality, I didn’t want to be the one to worry about every little timing detail on my wedding day. Both Myles and Jen ensured that the timeline was taken care of, moving along our wedding day as planned, cuing everyone when needed, leaving both of us stress free! Jen then took point for the second half of our wedding. She helped ensure the breakdown process was simple and efficient. We were happy to donate some of our decor to The Boylston Rooms, and they took care of the rest! The process was so easy, the staff helped to make sure our day was stress free. This gave us the chance to focus on each other and our families. I can’t express my level of gratitude towards the Boylston Rooms for making our wedding so extraordinary. If you’re searching for a wedding venue that is stressfree and does it all, look no further, The Boylston Rooms comes highly recommended. The Boylston Rooms team was incredible. They made the wedding day easy, low stress, had amazing ideas, and could not recommend them more! We really could not have put together a more perfect wedding day without their help as they made vendor choices, wedding layout and design all easy. They were able to anticipate all of our concerns and were always 5 steps ahead of any challenges on the big day!

The Boylston Rooms was everything and more. We toured a few venues, and they didn’t hold a candle to Boylston. From the event spaces, their offering of decorations to use for free, their attention to detail, but most importantly their team, we knew this is where we wanted our big day to be. The team is downright AMAZING. From the beginning of wedding planning, to the big day, they pay attention to details but also the couple. They let you know that the couple is their priority and will do everything possible to make you big day effortless and stress free. They are so kind, personable, and professional. You will feel as if you have a friend and someone in your corner on your big day whether it’s to celebrate, amp you up (or calm you down), and make your day flow effortlessly with coordinating with all the vendors and staying on schedule. You will not regret having your wedding with them!

My husband and I got married here on September 23, 2023 and The Boylston Rooms was 100% the best decision we made in our wedding planning process! We stumbled upon the Boylston Rooms when looking for venues and we toured it, we instantly fell in love. The venue itself is absolutely amazing but what knocked it out of the park was the amazing service we receive from the team. Myles was there to help us through every little question, gave us great recommendations when we weren't sure on something, and his bits of advice he would give us through the process was so helpful. I am so grateful for Myles quick response to my random emails I would send, he made the planning process so smooth. The day of our wedding I did not worry one bit about the wedding decor, timeline, etc. Myles and Jen had everything down to a T. They came in periodically while we were getting ready in the bridal suite to check on us and update us as the day went and it was so reassuring to know they had it all handled and I didn't have to worry about anything. I'll repeat it again, choosing the Boylston Rooms was the best decision we made, the team there is absolutely top notch.

The Boylston Rooms exceeded our expectations!!! It is not your typical wedding venue. The huge windows, wood floors, bright lightening, it is literally a blank canvas It had an amazing, fun vibe from when we started getting ready right to the end of the night. The reception room was perfectly set up. The concrete floors made every inch of the room feel like a dance floor. It was everything we wanted! Myles and Jen made the whole day absolutely seamless. I seriously can not recommend them enough! If you are even questioning looking at or booking with them just DO IT!

We don’t have enough good things to say about The Boylston Rooms! We got married on September 9, 2023 and had booked them nearly two years prior. From the day we booked to the day we walked down the aisle, Myles and the entire team were organized, attentive, knowledgeable, quick to respond, and so fun to work with. We live in Virginia, and planning a wedding from 400 miles away is a daunting task. However, Myles and his team made planning an absolute breeze. The day of, their event staff ran like a well-oiled machine; constantly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, setting up decorations, coordinating guests, and keeping the wedding parties and families where they needed to be. If anything unexpected popped up, the entire team was on top of it. I walked through mud about 20 minutes before the ceremony; Myles and Aly quickly found some chalk, colored with it on my dress, and concealed the mud perfectly right before I walked down the aisle. Our pictures ran a little late before the ceremony, and guests arrived prior to all of us being ready. The staff quickly jumped in to make sure we could get where we needed to be without being seen. The team is truly dedicated to making your day special, and that did not go unnoticed during ours. The price of this venue is almost too good to be true for what you receive during the planning process and on the day of your event. In addition to their team, their vast inventory of decor was a huge relief for our wedding. While we did bring some of our own decor, it was great to have a seemingly endless collection of decor to pick from. Our own decor was returned to us the next day, neatly stacked on a cart for us to load in our car. The venue itself is stunning; no wildly-patterned carpets or banquet hall-esque wallpaper here. Just a stunning industrial setting that is a blank slate for your dream wedding vision. The one issue we had, which is to no fault of The Boylston Rooms but is worth noting, is the hotel blocks. Most of our guests were from out of town, so we needed a lot of rooms. Most hotels in the area were priced steeply and were mostly booked already (even a year out from our wedding when we inquired), so be cautious if you need a lot of rooms. The logistics were a bit wonky but ended up working out. I really can’t emphasize how perfect our wedding day was, and it truly takes a village to pull that off. I owe it all to not only our amazing vendors (who were all recommended by The Boylston Rooms, by the way), but to Myles, Walter, Erin, and the whole Boylston Rooms staff. My entire bridal party, parents, and I were so impressed with the day-of coordination provided to us. We never felt stressed or upset, and the team was just as enthusiastic and excited about our day as we were, which really added to the excitement of our wedding day. We’re beyond grateful for all the hard work that went into our wedding day and truly encourage other couples in the northern CT / southern / western MA area to book The Boylston Rooms!

Their organization, attention to detail, and overall excitement for everything (down to your place settings) truly makes the whole process such a dream. The day of our wedding, Erin even hunted us down where we were doing pictures in the building so I could taste our signature drink! Their team is truly dedicated to making sure you are taken care of. I would recommend them a million times over!

I cannot give enough praise to the Boylston Rooms! We had a fantastic experience working with Erin, Myles, and the rest of the Boylston Rooms team. We grew up in Easthampton, MA, but live in Northern Virginia. Planning a wedding from states away is no easy task! But the team was accommodating, quick to respond to emails, and made time to see us when we visited from out of town. There are a few things I wanted to highlight about our experience.First and foremost, Erin allowed us to make payments over time (with no interest) to pay off the venue costs. Being able to do this sets them apart from all other venues that we spoke to. The fact that we could do this made the wedding process so much less stressful and affordable. When you book with the Boylston Rooms, they provide amazing customer service by having their team on sight of the wedding and coordinating the entire event. I did not realize how helpful or important this was until the day. Your mind is thinking about a million other things, and the staff at the Boylston Rooms are thinking about you and everything the Bride and Groom need, which makes them so amazing to work with. Another perk that the venue has is that they have a ton of decorations from previous weddings that we were able to use. Using some of the decorations they already had helped us save money!! The venue itself is stunning and photographed really, really well. Meyers Catering was the caterer that came with the venue, and our guests raved about the food! So don't let them have a set caterer deter you from booking with them; the food was amazing. Huge THANK YOU to the Boylston Rooms and their team; our wedding was absolutely perfect, and we had a fantastic time!

We got engagement and planned our wedding within 8 months, so we definitely needed a lot of help to make sure that every detail was covered. Myles and the team at Boylston rooms went above and beyond to make sure that everything went smoothly on our special day, including letting us use the venue a couple of times for dance practice, and being so accommodating with last minute changes the week of.On the day of, there were some last minute things that came up and they were more than accommodating, and everything went fantastic for our wedding.The venue is beautiful, the staff is kind and helpful, and we would absolutely recommend Boylston Rooms to anyone looking for a wedding venue.

We originally chose the Boylston Rooms for our wedding venue because we didn't want to get married in a barn & we appreciated that they had so much to offer as far as decor, tables, chairs, etc. already at their disposal. While these factors made our initial choice, we can't say enough wonderful things about the service, the responsiveness, and just how incredibly special they made us feel. Our vendors told us & our experience confirmed that they are simply the best at working with their couples and making everything effortless. We had so much fun and didn't worry about a thing on our wedding day; we truly felt like we were in the best hands. Myles & Erin are exceptional at their jobs & made us feel so welcome, valued & cared for. Not to mention that the venue itself is so beautiful & made for amazing, unique photo ops. We couldn't be happier & would recommend the Boylston Rooms to anyone without reservation.

We cannot say enough amazing things about The Boylston Rooms! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful – it is a perfect mixture of unique and functional, plus it can be personalized in whatever way couples want. The staff are next level amazing. It's been almost three weeks since we had our wedding, and we genuinely miss the team! Throughout the whole planning process, the team is right alongside you – they give great ideas/feedback, respond quickly, and truly partner with you to create your perfect day. On the day of, Myles was our go-to person! Not only is he a true expert in his craft, but he is also an all-around great person and super fun to spend time with. I didn’t have any stress or worries on the big day because I knew I was in good hands. During the second half of the event, Walter was our guy! He is a true professional and managed the fast pace of events beautifully! At any point if we started to get anxious, he was there to ensure everything was all set and under control. The Boylston Rooms is an incredibly special place with incredibly special people – do yourselves a favor and book your wedding there asap!!!

Basically everything was taken care of from that point forward. Myles is incredible at his job and went above and beyond for us. I don't know what to say that hasn't already been said about the amazing staff and venue itself. Erin and Myles were my consistent contacts for 2 years when we booked The Boylston Rooms. They have a whole list of recommended vendors. I used Honey Hair & Beauty for make-up and she did a wonderful job on not only myself but my friends and family having their makeup done. Myers Catering their in-house catering service was also fantastic. The Boylston Rooms made planning an ease with the addition of the decor they offer helped us save so much money and space. Our wedding was EVERYTHING thank you Boylston Rooms.

There are not enough words to fully describe how amazing the team at The Boylston Rooms was for our wedding day. Throughout the whole planning process and then the wedding day, they were communicative, patient, understanding and truly cared about our day turning out to be everything we dreamed of and more. As the bride and groom, we were catered to the whole day! We literally didn't have to worry about a single thing. Myles, Alyssa, Walter and Erin made sure we had everything we needed from getting ready in the morning all the way through packing up at the end of the night! They reminded us to relax and enjoy, they even held up my dress most of the cocktail hour so it didn't get dirty (or so a picture looked just right!). We didn't know what to expect in terms of how attentive they were going to be. We knew they would be great from our planning experience, but they truly went above and beyond and you can tell they love what they do!! Any time we needed them, they were there and prepared for whatever happened!Our day wouldn't have been so seamless, relaxing, and enjoyable without The Boylston Rooms team. Words cannot explain how much Myles and Erin did for me. I was extremely stressed during the wedding planning process and they always were one email away to help calm my nerves and help me with whatever I needed. Myles and Erin will always go the extra mile for you and your significant other. I went to the Boylston Rooms because I couldn’t get over the natural beauty of the building and spaces for the ceremony and reception. I ultimately decided to choose them to hold our wedding after meeting them and hitting it off. I could go on and on about everything but I’ll keep it short and sweet. Thank you Erin, Miles and the rest of the Boylston Rooms team for helping my visions come to life and giving my husband and I the wedding of our dreams!

My fiancé and I weren’t sure where to start when we first set out to plan our wedding. I found The Boylston Rooms on The Knot and fell in love with the photos of the floor to ceiling windows and old mill charm. Then we met Myles on our tour and he really sealed the deal for us. This was the only venue we looked at and we did not regret that decision at all. Myles and Erin are the most accommodating and knowledgeable coordinators. Throughout our year and a half of planning, they were always available!! Any question we had, they had an answer for. When our wedding vision was a little blurry, Myles was there to give us advice and ideas. The available (and included!!) decor took such a huge weight off my shoulders when designing the centerpieces and ceremony row markers. Once we decided what we wanted, it was done and I didn’t have to think about it again!On wedding day, Erin allowed us to come in an hour early to accommodate all of the people needing hair and makeup done. Throughout the day, Erin checked on me to make sure I was eating and drinking water. The staff fully set up both venue rooms exactly as I had envisioned them. Our wedding day went off without a hitch, and I know that Myles and Erin are the reasons why! Do not hesitate to book The Boylston Rooms for your big day. I’m not sure if a lot brides/couples can say that they were able to actually enjoy their wedding day, but anyone that books at The Boylston Rooms absolutely can!

The Boylston Rooms was the first and only wedding venue my wife and I visited as we started to plan our wedding. If that says anything, it's that the beautiful rooms, the inclusivity of the wedding package itself, and Erin and Myles' responsiveness, enthusiasm, and warmth blew us away from the start. Communication in the months leading up to the wedding was flawless. My wife and I felt like we could make our ceremony and reception exactly how we wanted, and Erin and Myles helped our vision come to life. We saved so much money utilizing the copious amount of decorations the Boylston Rooms already had on hand too - I'm not aware of any other venue that does this! Our wedding day was actually perfect thanks to Erin, Myles, and the rest of the Boylston Rooms staff. The Boylston Rooms staff are THE people you want in your corner leading up to and on the day of your wedding. They were always accessible to answer questions we had along the wedding planning process and even took on a few DIY projects we threw their way to make sure the day of was picture perfect. We had the pleasure of having Myles and Erin for our big day and it meant a lot to us that they weren't solely focused on the wedding party but also accessible to our guests and added to their experience as well. They we instrumental in helping us prioritize and efficiently allocate our time and resources so that we just had to show up, get married, and party!As far as the venue itself, photos don't do it justice. I loved the history behind the building and having the different spaces made it feel like we didn't have to compromise. We went with minimal decor so that it would highlight the natural beauty of the building since that was one of the reasons we chose this venue. Working with Myer's Catering was also a fantastic experience. They were accommodating to our non-traditional requests, communicative, transparent with pricing, and service went off with out a single hiccup. Oh, and the food was absolutely delicious!We were cost conscious when choosing vendors and in the end we went over budget, but looking back on how perfect our day was, it was all worth every penny. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at the Boylston Rooms or the people who work there. I would absolutely recommend them if you were thinking of celebrating your wedding in the Easthampton, MA area.Myles and Erin did an exceptional job helping us develop a schedule 6 months ahead of the wedding to help prepare for the big day. Their advice and vendor recommendations aligned well with image we wanted to create for our wedding celebration which made planning that much easier. Many vendors they recommended (the photographer, bakery, makeup artist, hair stylist, and DJ) did an outstanding job and helped the create ambience we were looking for on our day. As the day got closer, they provided resources to help guide us through the final stages of planning, answered a ton of questions, and were able to provide many decor options for us to choose from. Myles was invaluably helpful to the bride & bridesmaids throughout the day by solving last minute problems, helping to place my veil, and showing/helping my maid of honor bustle my dress. The bridal party arrived for hair & makeup at 8AM, so he was really with us all day. He ensured a flawless walk down the aisle by directing everyone from grandparents to flower girls on when to enter the room which allowed me to just enjoy the moment with my parents. The day would not have been nearly as beautiful or organized without him. Walter also went above and beyond for us during & after the reception by keeping things running smoothly and setting up a quiet space for us to have a private last dance. It was a very special moment that would not have occurred without his kindness and help. Everyone at the wedding had a blast and the entire staff, even those not named here, made sure that we were having the most stress-free day possible. One thing that convinced us they were the right choice for us was the incredible lighting. The Boylston East room, where we had our ceremony, is so bright and open that even our friends and family took some impressive non-professional photos. We opted to take our professional family portraits & first look photos in there as well which helped us to capture (and experience) truly beautiful moments throughout the entire day. We would like to give our kindest thank you to The Boylston Rooms staff for their dedication and meticulous attention to every detail of this wedding.

When it came to planning our wedding we wanted a venue that included a lot as far as on site catering and full staff. We couldn’t have been happier with the crew at The Boylston Rooms. Everyone from our first meeting to walking down the aisle and even after were so helpful. You can tell they have done this before! The space is clean and classic industrial with endless possibilities for whatever you envision for that special day. They have an inventory of decor if you’d prefer but were also very welcoming of us bringing our own things. They completely got our vision and helped execute it perfectly! If anything went wrong that day, we did not notice. The day of staff was a well oiled machine and you know they take this very seriously. Best day ever!

The Boylston Room was the best choice we could have possibly made for our wedding venue. Erin and Myles went above and beyond every step of the way. They were incredibly responsive and thought of every detail making the entire process truly stress free. The room for both the ceremony and reception were flawlessly prepared and the bridal suite was perfect for me and my bridal party to get ready in. Myles and Erin also were prepared for truly everything on wedding day putting me at ease at every turn. I received countless compliments from our guests on the beautiful venue, great food (from Myer’s Catering, who were also excellent to work with), and amazing service from all the staff. I can’t say enough amazing things about our experience and would highly recommend this location for your wedding!

We can’t say enough about what an amazing experience we had at the Boylston rooms. My husband and I were overwhelmed at the start of the wedding planning process, but from the beginning, Erin, Myles and Jacquetta put us completely at ease. It is clear they are experts at what they do! They walked us through the process step-by-step, gave design advice, and were super responsive with any and all questions we had. The day of the wedding, we felt so well taken care of and truly did not have to worry about a thing. The day ran smoothly from start to finish and my husband and I could really just focus on enjoying the day with our guests. Aside from the incredible staff, the venue is absolutely gorgeous and we still receive so many compliments about what an awesome space it was. Highly, highly recommend having your wedding here!!

Erin, Myles, and Jacquetta are simply amazing at what they do. We fell in love with the \"Industrial Chic\" vibe of the building as well as the size, location, and convenience of all the rooms (reception, ceremony, groom, & bride suites, courtyard) being in the same building. The Boylston Room team was more that accommodating to all of our crazy DIY ideas and also had a whole entire huge room of wedding décor that could be used or could even spark more imagination. We were always in communication with them whenever a new idea came up, or if there was ever a question about any detail. Even last minute changes seemed so not last minute and easy to adjust! We both knew that they had everything covered and we did not have a worry in the world, nor would they let us! Our wedding day was magical. They were there making sure everything remained flawless and of course it did...we would of never imagined that we would feel so calm, comfortable, and at ease on probably one of the most important days of our lives! They are an AMAZING team and made us feel so special & important throughout the process. My husband and I were married at The Boylston Rooms last month in the peak of fall season. It was the most magical night of our lives and everything we planned for it to be. Erin, Myles, Jacquetta, Walter and their awesome event staff worked together to coordinate our day so perfectly. They are hands down the most dedicated people for this job!Jacquetta led our rehearsal and got us prepared for the big day while keeping us entertained and laughing. Her and Myles even arrived on the day of (both of their days off) to show us love and support. Myles was so involved in our portraits taken outside. He carried my train and assisted me with walking in my super uncomfortable heels (wear comfortable shoes! no one sees them). Erin even stepped in and insisted I wear her shoes to walk back up to the venue! One thing I could recommend from the experience is maybe a golf cart to get the couples around to the many beautiful spots around the property. We were kept on track of our timeline in such a graceful way by the team and when we found out our officiant would not be making it to the ceremony, Jacquette jumped into action. A situation that could've ultimately ruined our day was remedied within twenty minutes. From the very beginning of our planning (almost two years ago) they remained in touch consistently, professional and flexible with any updates/changes we needed. Did I mention this venue has a whole room of decor included? They brought our vision to life using a lot of their own inventory. There is a bridal and groom suite to get ready for the day in - so many fun memories made with our friends getting ready here. The only downside is that they are right next to each other which at times created some stress trying not to be seen. We had some mimosas and whiskey delivered by Myers Catering however, to loosen us up and alleviate some of the jitters. At the end of the night Walter was a huge help gathering all of our leftover belongings from the suites to be picked up the next day. Another thing to mention...there is only one catering option which eliminates comparing prices when considering your budget for the event. They were a little pricey and inconsistent with their communication. Also, we had several guests say the bartenders were unfriendly. The food was raved about though and it is one of the most important parts! I wouldn't say it's a make or break, but definitely ask for a quote ahead of time if you are having a large wedding. I could go on, but I'll leave it with a huge THANK YOU to all of the staff that made this the best night of our lives. OH, and get the trolley!! Just one of the many highlights of the night. Erin, Myles, and Jaquetta are miracle workers. They made planning and organizing a wedding as seamless as humanly possible. The amount that we got by booking this venue--the space, the tables and chairs and linens, an endless supply of decorations, PLUS three incredibly knowledgeable coordinators to help our vision come to life...it's kind of astonishing. Myles and Jaquetta made the day of run so smoothly, from bustling dresses and carrying trains, to making sure that we ate and remembered to breathe. Plus the dressing rooms were absolutely STOCKED with basically anything we could possibly need...the wedding party went to town with the fabric steamers that were on hand. My wife and I could not possibly recommend a venue more highly!!!

Absolutely amazing! Our entire experience from start to finish was wonderful. Miles and Erin helped out every step of the way and really made our vision come to life. The venue was beautiful inside an out. Day of wedding Miles was right by our side every step of the way making sure we everything ran smoothly. Venue staff even made sure my husband and I were able to enjoy some appetizers during our photography session. Over all wonder place, beautiful pictures inside and out of the venue. The Boylston Rooms was by far the best choice of wedding venue for us. Not only are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces gorgeous, but the entire team at The Boylston Rooms is extremely kind, caring, and will do anything to make sure you have the most special day. The venue also has a huge amount of decorations on hand, so there's plenty to pick from for decorating each space! Erin, Myles, and Jacquetta were amazing during our entire planning process (especially with all of the frantic emails I sent them!) and they were especially incredible the weekend of our wedding. I couldn't have asked for a better team to make sure our day went smoothly. They truly cared about making sure everything was exactly what we wanted. We had the perfect wedding and a huge part of that was The Boylston Rooms team! I am so glad we chose this venue and would recommend it to absolutely anyone looking for a gorgeous wedding venue that is managed by an amazing team!

My husband and I are so grateful we found this venue. The space itself is breathtaking and we also loved that we could have our ceremony and reception all in the same location. Their inventory of decorations was super helpful. In the year leading up to the wedding, Myles was an angel. He answered all emails quickly and professionally and worked with us to design what we wanted our day to look like. Myles and Jacquetta coordinated our wedding day and they did such a wonderful job setting things up and working with our other vendors. I highly recommend getting married here!

The Boylston Rooms was everything and more when it comes to wedding venues. Where do I even start?I came across Boylston Rooms on one of these websites and obviously the 5 star reviews sparked my interest. After cancelling 3 covid weddings in Mexico I was honestly kind of over it. I figured i would just reach out to see what the deal was. Erin answered my phone call and I immediately felt as if I was talking to a friend. She was just super personable and laid back. She sent me their wedding package options and I was surprised at the price point being so affordable. We requested a date and the more I looked at the weddings The Boylston Rooms was hosting on social media, the more I fell in love with the venue. Living in LA and never having seen the venue in person I felt a little nervous so I sent my (now) mother in law, who lives in Boston to set up a walk through. She was so happy with the venue and face-timed me in to see it. Erin and Myles were so accommodating in those beginning stages and we felt confident and booked it!Throughout the year of planning, The Boylston Rooms was super communicative and always responded to my email right away. they got me in contact with many vendors and also gave me suggestions. They were like a wedding planning team and went above and beyond for me. Jaquetta was also a huge help. I had no idea about tipping and she gave me suggestions and really helped tie everything together.The day of - Myles and Jaquetta were the staff working that day. Myles is seriously a ball of sunshine and he made the day fun and helped me to not feel any stress. He only checked in when he needed something but I trusted him to do what he does best and everything was perfect. Jaquetta was in and out checking to see what we needed in the bridal suite all morning and her presence felt like a supportive friend. She really kept everyone upbeat and kept the vibe up.There's really so many more things I could say but I just really felt so incredibly taken care of on my wedding day and it was so much fun, I couldn't have done it without the Team at the Boylston Rooms.THANK YOU TEAM!!!

Our wedding was absolutely perfect and the team at the Boylston Rooms made our day the best one ever!When my husband and I booked the venue tour, we instantly knew this was the place for our special day and while the venue is incredible in so many ways, it was the people that made it so easy to choose. Their timeliness, attention to detail, calm demeanors, understanding and passion for their work made us feel so taken care of. Every member of our wedding party and our families agree that the entire event was seamless and that is all credit to them. Any question I had was either answered before I could say or taken care of it immediately. That ease of mind was so important on our busy day! For anyone looking for an industrial vibe with attention to every detail, the Boylston Rooms is the perfect venue!

We had an amazing wedding day which was primarily due to the beautiful space and helpful staff of the Boylston Rooms. We had a very hot wedding day (95 degrees) and we were grateful for the air conditioned space that still allowed great lighting and beautiful pictures. In addition to using the two different spaces for the ceremony and reception, we were able to use some of the other parts of the property for great pictures with an industrial background. In addition to the interesting space, we were able to use a lot of the Boylston Room's inventory of decoration and other items which (1) helped saved us some money and (2) helped us not buy things that were wasteful. We used the arch, large sign holders, table number holders, candle holders, the card box and more all from the Boylston Rooms. When we met with the team to go over initial details, they were really helpful in suggesting what they had and were also able to assist us via email as we continued to make decisions. Finally, the staff of the Boylston Rooms were very helpful day of. They were constantly making sure that we had what we need (food, water, etc.) and they were very helpful in letting guests know when and where to go, to keep the day moving. Additionally, they were creative in their solutions and were willing to go the extra mile. When my dress got dirty from walking around outside during our first look, Myles suggested that a lint roller helps remove the dirt and got on the ground and helped clean my dress. Also, working with seasoned pros, the have the expertise to help present you with various options to make a decision (like seating charts), and provide solutions when problems arise. They are well versed in what they do, and have seen a lot of different weddings so have great example to go off of. One final item is that (at least when we had our wedding) you are required to use Myers Catering, which ended up being great because they have a lot of food options and the quality was great! Overall, we are so happy we went with the Boylston Rooms and would highly recommend

Where to start? As many brides I was totally lost and didn't even knew how to start. I found Boylston Room through here and also had a recommendation. Since I first walked in, Erin and Myles were amazing and so patience with the thousands questions I asked. As soon as I got out that day, I told my fiancé this is our venue, and we couldn't put our wedding on better hands. They guide me through every step of the planning process, made amazing vendor recommendations and any doubt/crisis I could have they will come to rescue the situation and made my life easier. Let me stop right here to say that by the end of my wedding planning, they had a new addition to the team, and I have to say as well as Erin and Myles, Jacquetta is amazing! I was really worried about how the wedding day was going to run and let me tell you that since the rehearsal until the wedding day everything was PERFECT. My family/guests were so impressed with how professional and organized all the staff were. Everyone use to tell me, be ready that last week everything is going to happened... well let me tell you the last week before my wedding nothing happened, and my day WAS PERFECT thanks to Erin, Myles and Jacquetta(if something happened, I never get to know it). We first toured the Boylston Rooms 18 months before our expected wedding date. From the first time we set foot in the Boylston Rooms, we fell in love with this beautiful venue. Erin and Myles provided us with a thorough tour, and took time to ensure we had a complete understanding of what their venue provided. It was an easy decision to book the Boylston Rooms for our special day. Throughout the planning process, Erin, Myles, and Jacquetta were very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. They also kept us on track with all steps in the planning process. The team at the Boylston Rooms was organized, professional, and kind throughout our entire experience. They were patient, flexible, and accommodating, helping us with all our wedding needs. The night before our wedding, they worked with our officiant to facilitate our wedding rehearsal. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of, and went exactly according to the plan we laid out with the Boylston Rooms’ staff. Myles’ energy was both calm and fun throughout the morning and day leading up to the ceremony. It was just what we needed! Erin and Myles were very attentive to detail. It was clear our happiness and ease was at the forefront of their minds. Erin communicated effectively, making sure all scheduled events were carried out on time. If you are looking for the complete package, including an amazing staff to work with, as well as a venue that offers breathtaking spaces both inside and outside, then the Boylston Rooms is the place for you. Jacquetta had an answer for everything! My fiance and I are not huge planners but he wanted a very special wedding with a lot of personal touches from us, but not much work otherwise. The Boylston rooms really stepped up, giving us their professional advice when asked and prioritizing our special requests. I can confidently say we had the BEST WEDDING EVER. Everything came together perfectly and all of their decor make the event a perfect balance of polished and intimate. I am SO GLAD my partner had the idea to check out the Boylston rooms. I do not regret for a second having my wedding at The Boylston Rooms. The space was perfect! I loved being able to have 3 different settings, all right next to each other. The best part about Boylston Rooms? MYLES! He was AMAZING! On the day of the wedding, he arrive before we did and was there every second of the day and knew what we needed before we even asked. I must first note about the staff at The Boylston Rooms, who made my wedding dreams come true. Erin, Myles and Jaquetta are the three musketeers of wedding coordinating. They were helpful, reliable, encouraging, thorough, flexible, and most of all, genuinely kind humans. Whether in answer emails punctually, offering decor advice when needed, accommodating our schedule pre-wedding day, or making sure that our night was flowing happily during our reception, they truly exceeded our expectations. I will sincerely miss working with them. Now for the venue itself... So. Cool. The best way I can describe it is \"industrial-chic\". The character of the brick foundation, beautiful greenery along the outside pathway, and access to other recreational activities all lent to this venue being our number one choice. Our 200+ guests ALL had the time of their lives at our reception. Young and old raved about how AMAZING of a time they had, come day after wedding. My heart could burst with all of the praises our family and friends were singing, as we recapped the wedding day. It truly took a village, but our wedding reception was more than we could have ever imagined. The utmost gratitude to The Boylston Room's staff, for making our dream come true. You will forever have a special place in our hearts.

After hunting wedding venues for a while, I finally came across the Boylston Rooms when I opened my search to western Massachusetts. The venue came right up on Google and immediately seemed gorgeous and honestly, too good to be true. Then I looked at their packages and pricing and I thought even more, this just can’t be. But I called and toured right away and put the deposit down that day. From start to finish, Erin, Myles and Jacquetta were kind, clear, and available for all our questions and planning. We met to confirm decor, day-of details, and menu. They had pre-negotiated prices with their trusted vendors so we didn’t even have to bring in outside people if we didn’t want. Everything they did just made SENSE!Wedding day . . . I’ve never had a more stress-free day in my life. Superheroes Myles and Jacquetta kept the day moving totally on time and not a single beat was missed. My family had prepared me for things to not go to plan, but everything did. Myer’s catering was SO GOOD everyone loved the food. I’ve never ever experienced a more perfect day, both emotionally and logistically. 10/10, beautiful venue and company strategy, I would recommend forever.

From the beginning of the wedding planning process, Erin, Myles and Jacquetta were available every step of the way. When our day arrived, each part of their team stopped at nothing to make sure that our wedding was as perfect as can be. (It was Jacquetta’s day off and she even stopped by to check in as she was in the area!)I initially booked The Boylston Rooms because it is truly a venue you can customize to your own vision. I loved that it was an industrial blank canvas that we turned into a floral disco dream. However, it was the team at The Boylston Rooms that truly made it the most special day.

We booked The Boylston Rooms during the pandemic and the team was amazing right from the start. Erin gave us a wedding homework packet which covered all the wedding planning 101 needs which made planning so easy. The venue was the perfect space, it is spacious and beautiful with white industrial walls and hardwood floors which made customizing the feel so easy. We were amazed with how versatile and different each wedding experience could be. The team was so helpful every step of the way, quick to answer questions and acted as planners not just venue owners. We used the trolley service too and from the venue and it made the transportation for everyone so easy. The catering was in house which made the catering seamless and the food was amazing. Our guests still remark on how good the food was to this day. The day of we worked with Myles and wow I wish I could work with him everyday. He was the best day of coordinator, checking in our me and the bridesmaids regularly and corralling the groomsmen. The team has the day of down to a science and it really made a difference. We had moments together that wouldn't have happened without Myles and the team. At the end of the day our wedding day was perfect, truly everything we could have wished for and it was entirely due to the team at The Boylston Rooms.

One of my favorite parts of the process was creating an aesthetic with all of the decorations already included at the venue. It ended up quite magical. My wife and I are beyond pleased. Our wedding photos were amazing because of our photographer Sam Smalley and this one of a kind venue. Industrial, classic, and nature outside. The coordinators Erin and Myles support you from day one. Having 2 people was beyond helpful. Both always having an amazing positive attitude and open mind to whatever you throw at them. Erin even bustled my dress for me. Food was great and have a bridal suite and groomsmen suite also made everything easy and all in one spot. Would get married here again in a heartbeat.

Booking the Boylston Rooms for our wedding was the best decision we made during wedding planning. We absolutely loved the style of the venue, and the responsive, supportive, and detail oriented staff made the experience unforgettable. We originally booked the venue in December 2018 for September 2020 - with COVID, we delayed to June 2021, and then to September 2021. We lived in the UK the whole time of wedding planning, which added an extra layer of stress, but Erin and Myles were there for us each step of the way to help make our wedding day special. They made sure our planning was on schedule, that we had considered all of our options, and were happy to help with suggestions where needed. They were very accommodating to help us fit in visits while we were in the US so we could maximizing our planning time while in the area. They have a great range of rentals that we used on our wedding day to help us reduce our costs and waste. The space itself is very flexible and the venue has everything you could need on your day - two suites, two rooms, beautiful patio space outside, and lots of parking in the area. We got coffee and drinks from the local shop in the same space as well. On our wedding day, there was a small issue where we were sure if we could go to the space we had planned to use for our first look photos - I'm not sure how Erin pulled it off, but she made it work that we could end up going there after all! I never even knew what happen, and she took all the stress away that day. Both Myles and Erin kept us on schedule and informed of anything we needed to know, while taking care of any little problems in the background. The day was perfect for us. I can't recommend them enough.

Our official wedding was two weeks ago and I'm still trying to find the right words to describe how absolutely amazing and well-taken care of we were with Erin, Myles and the team. We first toured the Boylston Rooms in 2018 and planned on having a 2020 wedding. Erin was very understanding and accommodating and allowed us to pick a new date for 2021. We initially picked this venue because it checked all the boxes. We wanted somewhere we could park our cars at in the morning and stay until it was time to leave. Both wedding parties were able to get ready on site. There is plenty of parking spaces, plenty of bathrooms for guests and a private bathroom in the bridal suite. This suite is very large, has great lighting, plenty of outlets, mini fridge and toiletries. We loved that this venue only held one event per day and allowed us to use both rooms. It has SO MANY cool photo spots, both indoor and outdoor. Seating, tables and standard linens, napkins, cups, silverware and plates are all included, no extra vendor needed. (they give you options on chair styles, napkin colors and if you did want something more unique they can help you connect with vendors to rent from). The string lights and bistro lights make the rooms look absolutely magical. Erin and her team did all of the setup and takedown for us, all we had to do was drop off the decorations with some instructions and notes. They let us come in early on the wedding day and I planned on helping set up because we had quite a bit of DIY decorations, but I was astounded to find everything was set up exactly as I imagined when I got there that morning. They really mean it when they say all you have to do is show up and have fun. The team helped the wedding party processional pacing, held doors open or kept them shut until just the right time. This venue also has a catering team right on site. I remember when looking at venues, I was indifferent about the food ... I just knew it had to be good. Looking back, I'm extremely happy this catering company was on site because that was one less vendor to hunt down and the staff knew the kitchen and layout so everything went smoothly. We got chicken, sirloin tips and gourmet mac and cheese. People are still telling us how good the food was. We did buffet and were impressed at the selection. The line flowed quickly and everyone's food was the perfect temperature. The bar staff was so kind and happy to be there. The team waited until after dinner to put out the cupcakes which was very considerate so that they weren't sitting out for too long. We also ordered lunch from the caterer but we appreciated that they did allow us to bring in outside food if we wanted to (we just wanted one less thing to worry about packing.)The whole day was amazing from start to finish. We were so impressed with just how well we were taken care of. Even leading up to the big day, Erin and Myles were able to answer my many many questions via email and always responded in about a day if not right away. Everyone on the team that day was calm, professional and kind. This day was pure fun and stress free. This team works with you and helps you see your vision come to life in a way that's even better than you imagined. They have hosted several weddings and events and know exactly what it takes to run a successful event and business. I would absolutely recommend The Boylston Rooms to anyone and I really hope to attend a wedding here in the future. Love this team & venue!!!

I don’t even know where to start with how incredible Erin and Myles were throughout our planning process! Their creativity, flexibility, and support got us through. They thought of every little detail to make our day special, managed other vendors on the day of, and overall went above and beyond to make our day perfect. For context, I am high maintenance- I’m type A and a planner, and giving up any control sends me into a panic. Erin and Myles took it in stride and reassured me they had everything covered- and they did! They brought our vision to life and we are forever grateful to them.Aside from that, the space itself is SO cool!! Raw space that you can make your own, they have a ton of decor that you can use (which saved us a lot of money!), and having a getting ready room for both bride and groom on site was so convenient throughout the night (a little home base for the bridal party). I can’t recommend them enough!

When we initially planned our April 2020 wedding, we did not anticipate a global pandemic. Erin and the Boylston Rooms worked with us through an initial postponement, an October 2020 \"mini-mony\" with close family, and a full ceremony in October 2021. We could not have asked for a better partner in this. Through the process, we relied heavily on the Boylston Rooms knowledge of local vendors, sense of precautions to take to keep our guests safe, and brilliance with space, lighting, and color to create a wedding that both honored our original vision and honored the changes we, our guests, and the world had lived through in the past eighteen months. Erin and her team came up with several of our favorite details and touches that brought the event to the next level, including moving part of the focal point for the ceremony into the reception space. Over all, they took excellent care of us, keeping the schedule and checking in to see if we needed anything multiple times day of as well as coordinating with the rest of the vendors to ensure everything went smoothly day of, for both the large and smaller events.

The space is so unique and beautiful; I can’t wait to see our pictures. My husband and I found The Boylston Rooms online and it was immediately our favorite. We scheduled a tour and met Erin. We loved the venue and could tell Erin would be an amazing coordinator. This was back in 2018 and little did we know COVID would push our June 2020 wedding to September 2021. Going through a pandemic with your wedding venue really shows how great they are. As stressful as it was to push our wedding date three separate times, Erin never gave us a hard time. She was always there for us with any questions and allowed us to push our event to a time when things would be more “normal”. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. Erin and Myles took care of everything and I didn’t have to do a thing. They decorated, made sure all the vendors arrived and setup and much more. Myles was so kind that he ran back into the building to get a step-ladder so I could climb up into a tricky spot for a wedding photo I wanted.If you book this venue you get a beautifully unique space with a clean, romantic look with a touch of industrial edginess. I don’t think there is another venue like this one. And there is a perfect suite for each the bride and the groom to get ready. So once you arrive in the morning you don’t have to leave! Not to mention the amazing in house caterer, Myers Catering. Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was. We had our ceremony in the east room, cocktail hour on the patio and reception in the west room. All of our guests had an amazing time as did we. And the pictures... they are just perfect. If you book this venue you will NOT regret it. I can’t thank them enough for bringing my wedding dream to life.

I cannot say enough about The Boylston Rooms and the AMAZING team we worked with throughout our entire planning process: Myles and Erin! We were unsure what to expect at first since most of our planning would have to be done virtually (due to Covid) but Myles and Erin were very organized, incredibly responsive with all communications and questions, and worked so, so hard to make sure our vision came to life. Walking into the venue the morning of our wedding left us speechless - from the draping to the string light placement - every single detail we asked for was executed PERFECTLY! We are still hearing from friends and family about how beautiful the space was and how it was like nothing they had ever seen before. Myles was on site early to take care of the bridal party, always making sure to constantly check-in, ask if we needed anything, make sure we were hydrating, and always had a big smile on his face with his calming and warm presence. Myles really put the bridal party at ease and made everyone feel comfortable, welcome and taken care of. When Erin arrived, she had the hard task of making sure logistically that everything was moving according to plan and keeping our timeline in check - which was not an easy task! Her absolute professionalism shined through during these moments and she was able to easily make sure that everyone was where they needed to be and all with a smile on her face, too. People always say that things are bound to go wrong the day of your wedding but this was not the case at The Boylston Rooms, and that is 100% because of the incredible Erin and Myles. We had a flawless wedding from start to finish and this day exceeded ALL of our expectations from start to finish. Nothing was overlooked and the attention to detail and care that Myles and Erin provided to everyone was truly unmatched. We are so lucky to be able to say we had our dream wedding, and we owe it all to Myles, Erin and everyone at The Boylston Rooms who brought our entire vision to life!!

This was the first venue we looked at, overall we visited five venues with three of them being restored mill buildings. The Boylston Rooms just had everything we were looking for. They have the option for indoor or outdoor ceremonies, a beautiful outdoor patio for cocktail hour, a bridal suite, a groomsman suite (added after we booked!), all tables/chairs and linens are included, day of coordinator and they have a wonderful caterer they work within the same building. Like most engaged couples last year we ended up having to cancel our original wedding date and reschedule. Erin, one of the coordinators that also gave us our original tour, was so kind and great to work with. When we contacted her about being undecided on the next steps as none of us knew how long the circumstances would last she was willing to work with us in rescheduling our date at no additional charge. We were able to keep the same date of June 19th but just push back to 2021, which was so great as the date had a special meaning to us. Within that year they added the groomsman suite which was an additional bonus and we think the building also had some other updates done to it. They also hired a second wedding coordinator, Myles (who is an absolute gem!).Erin and Myles were able to accommodate a rehearsal at the venue the night before our wedding. This was great practice since most of our wedding party had not been in a wedding previously. They gave great direction and made us feel comfortable and confident for the wedding day.The day of the wedding the team were absolute rockstars. Not only did they set the ceremony and reception room just like we wanted it but they also added extra touches that made it even more elaborate. Myles was running around making sure we didn’t (bride and groom) run into each other before the ceremony. Erin even went to the store to find a forgotten item for us! Having them part of our day took away so much additional stress that we couldn’t have imagined not having coordinators for our wedding.If you are looking for a beautiful venue with some character with coordinators that give you their all the Boylston Rooms is a great option!

Planning a wedding is stressful, but they made planning a wedding as the pandemic happened after booking the easiest it could’ve been. Our plan changed a million times due to state restrictions. I was able to reach out at any time and ask questions, double check details and update them and received a response quickly. It was a wonderful option to be able to borrow decor from the venue for the day of. The day of was an absolute DREAM. I gave them an idea of what we wanted and they ran with it, exceeding all of our expectations. We got ready at the venue and were very well taken care of by Myles & Erin. We loved having them around and they made everything absolutely perfect.

We knew as soon as we saw the event space that we wanted to hold our wedding and reception here. The venue is stunning, with the perfect industrial vibe we wanted, and has endless options for creating the exact style you want, including multiple great locations for your ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, and photos. We made use of each of the rooms as well as the patio, and all are gorgeous--including the bridal suite and groom room! We even rented ALL of our decor from the Boylston Rooms--they offer so many options and suggestions which made deciding on those details incredibly easy. I also have to fully commend Erin and Myles, the event coordinators, for their immense positivity, flexibility, kindness, attention to detail, professionalism, guidance, support, sense of humor, everything! We had to reschedule not just once but TWICE due to the pandemic, and despite that being a difficult thing to accept at first, Erin was nothing but patient, understanding, and flexible during the rescheduling process. When the big day finally arrived, Erin and Myles went above and beyond to make sure the day went smoothly, that our every need was attended to, and that all the details were perfect. I could go on and on--they both are so talented at what they do, have endless expertise, and made us feel completely at ease during the entire planning process from the moment we met them all the way through the big day. Our guests are still raving about how beautiful our venue was and everyone noticed how amazing Erin and Myles were throughout the entire event. You absolutely cannot go wrong with this venue. Everything you will need is right here, and you will absolutely have an unforgettable event. They are the best of the best!

I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. The venue itself is just beautiful. There are so many things you can do with it to personalize it and make it your own. Erin and Myles were just incredible. We booked the venue right before Covid happened and our original plan of a 250 people wedding completely changed. We kept our original date of April 17, 2021 and over the last year so many things were unknown and constantly changing. Erin and Myles guided us the entire way and always made us feel like we were the only bride and groom they were helping. After going from 250 people to 50, 25, 10 and then to 65 they were just amazing. Covid has been stressful for so many reasons but they made this process so smooth and easy for us. The day of our wedding they were both there and FANTASTIC. Right where you need them to be when you need them to be there. They gave us all the appropriate guidance so we knew what we were doing and when we were doing it. I felt so calm the day of our wedding because I knew we were in good hands. Nothing and I mean nothing went wrong that day, It was simply PERFECT. The venue looked gorgeous, the food was unbelievably delicious, and the staff was constantly checking in to make sure Matt and I were taken care of. They are absolutely amazing people and amazing at what they do. I would highly recommend The Boylston Rooms to anyone

We recently were married at The Boylston Rooms and I can't believe how magical it was. Our original destination wedding had to be retooled into a completely different vision after COVID. While celebrating an amazing night at the Boylston Rooms, I never once felt like this wasn't our perfect wedding. The Boylston Rooms felt like the plan all along. Erin and Myles, the event coordinators, are a dream to work with and are incredibly helpful. The spaces they offer, along with the planning and executing they offer is top notch, The bridal suite and the groom's suite are so perfect. Every single one of our guests raved about it the next day and said it was one of the best weddings they'd ever been to, Get married here! You won't regret it!

We had our rescheduled wedding on April 3rd and I am still trying to find the right words to describe my experience with Erin and Myles at The Boylston Rooms because I feel like amazing doesn’t do it justice! When we decided to reschedule our December 2020 wedding Erin was beyond helpful and super flexible. When we decided to plan for 25 people, we still weren’t sure whether that was even going to happen. Erin was reassuring through the whole process and assured me that everything would work out. Not only did everything work out, but it was beyond perfect! Although it wasn’t our originally vision, it was still absolutely perfect. Erin and her team were always responsive to my endless questions. The bridal suite was the perfect spot to get ready and Erin was so responsive on the day of, checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Myles was our all star music coordinator and was so helpful during our first look and for pictures after. The set up for the ceremony and reception was absolutely breathtaking. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at The Boylston Rooms. In a time of uncertainty and craziness, Erin and her team helped to bring a much needed sense of normalcy!

Unfortunately, I was not able to have my wedding at the Boylston Rooms due to the pandemic, but I had an amazing experience working with Erin. She was incredibly patient, kind, and empathetic throughout the entire cancellation process. She was also wonderful to work with prior to the cancellation and answered all of my questions and explained the entire process carefully and thoroughly. I felt very supported and really trusted Erin - which is so important when you're planning a wedding. Any time I was confused or overwhelmed I would reach out to Erin and she would offer guidance and help me sort the issue out. I highly recommend working with Erin and the Boylston Rooms!

I was not able to get married here due to Covid, but they will be my first call when we are able to have a big party again. The Boylston Rooms were very accommodating and flexible with everything that is going on. I never felt rushed or intimidated, and their responsiveness was amazing. They have a beautiful venue with a bridal suite on site for us to use. The catering kitchen was right next door. And I especially loved their one wedding a night policy. Even their new packages with lighting and décor added in is a burden off a stressful brides shoulders. I am excited to work with them again when we are able to have our friends and family together.

Erin is amazing and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. Every time covid changed the rules of what our wedding would be, Erin was there for us. At one point we didn’t know where we were going to be able to hold our ceremony and Erin went out of her way to contact a local farm to see if we could use their farm for our ceremony, she allowed my crazy husband to do a burn out for our send off pictures and she was even willing to move the wedding reception inside from outside the day of the wedding because it was freezing out. Erin and Myles gave us our dream day even though not all our guests could be there and I’m forever thankful.

We had our deluxe button wedding on 10/15/20, a midweek package with most vendors included in the price. The 3 month planning process was incredibly easy, and with COVID event guidelines changing frequently, Erin kept us up-to-date with every turn. Both Erin and Myles had amazing detail suggestions leading up to event. There was so much flexibility into how and where we could plan both the ceremony and reception at the venue, and they also had so many decorations to use for free. Fast forward to the big day, as soon as as I walked in the reception space inside and outside courtyard ceremony space, I was blown away about how they were both breathtakingly transformed into a true wedding vision. Every detail was so perfect. The bridal suite is huge and has everything the bridal party could ever need included. Erin’s presence by my side walking to the aisle was super comforting as I was getting a little nervous. Erin and Myles were unbelievably helpful throughout the day; both working so above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying every moment and our every request was granted. I felt like I was somehow royalty. Our 29 guests raved about the food provided by Myers catering, there was no struggle for anyone to get a drink, the photographer, DJ, and florist all included with the package were all so top- notch. We had planned two weddings prior to this one which were both cancelled, and at the end of our wedding, my new husband turned to me and said the other two weddings must have never been meant to be, because this one was absolutely perfect. We felt like we had a 30 thousand dollar wedding for about one- third of the price. We had an absolutely flawless wedding that was the best day of both of our lives and we will be forever grateful to the Boylston Rooms.

Erin and Myles are the most friendly and welcoming people I've met. The whole process from start to finish for my wedding they were there every step of the way! They did such a spectacular job in making my wedding exactly how I envisioned in such a short period of time. I had such a horrible experience with another venue due to COVID and lost some money but the Boylston Rooms took over and made the whole process enjoyable! The food catered by Myers catering was amazing and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend and will gladly do business with them again!

The wedding has not happened yet, but she has been very accommodating with us having to push the wedding off twice (once for my dad being in the hospital and once because of COVID). The Boylston Rooms is an amazing venue with staff that care about the safety of everyone while trying to piece together your dream wedding.

We chose to have our wedding at the Boylston Rooms because the space has such a beautiful, lovely, timeless, clean-slate aura that you can really make your own. I was immediately drawn to the massive factory windows, high ceilings, and alllllllllll the natural light. The Boylston Rooms was also a great choice for us because my fiance and I both have large families, and the rental/catering rates are so reasonable that we didn't have to worry about shaving down our big guest list and we could enjoy having everyone there. I will say unfortunately due to COVID-19 we were unable to move forward with our wedding as planned- but I still wanted to share our experience because working with Erin and the staff during this incredibly stressful and difficult time gave us one less thing to worry about. Although we will be moving forward with an elopement this year with our families instead of the big wedding we originally planned, we are so thankful for Erin and the The Boylston Rooms for being so incredibly flexible, supportive, accommodating, and adaptable when our plans changed. The way that Erin navigated our situation speaks a lot to her character, which is so valuable when trusting someone with your wedding day. All of this to say- even though it didn't pan out for us due to the current circumstances, we would 10/10 recommend the Boylston Rooms to anyone looking for a beautiful, elegant, affordable venue with helpful, caring, and supportive staff!

Aside from the beautiful and stunning venue, there is Erin. Erin is absolutely phenomenal. She is on top of her game, responsive, creative, informative, all while remaining laid back and calm. She made me feel at ease while planning our wedding and was always available/quick to answer any questions I had along the way. Unfortunately, COVID-19 put a stop to our wedding plans. Upon discussing this with Erin she was, once again, super flexible and understanding. She worked with us to try to reschedule/find alternatives, but due to personal reasons, we decided to do something very small for just the two of us. I am disappointed that we will not have our wedding as planned, but I am so grateful for the flexibility and expertise of Erin and her team along the way. Do not second guess it, if you choose the Boylston Rooms, you will be in wonderful hands.

Our Wedding was on 02-14-2020 Words can’t express how happy I am to have had my wedding at The Boylston Rooms! Erin and Team were AMAZING!! What saved me so much time and headaches was the Weddding Detail Worksheet she provided for us. It was detailed and it helped me think of things I think I would of forgotten otherwise. The bridal room for the bride and groomsmen room was amazing and so easy to get ready, not to mention they had everything you can imagine that you might forget for that day. The bridal room was even equipped with a streamer! I even noticed they had bobby pins to accommodate your hair color! The smallest detail which came in handy when I had to have my hair repined up from all the dancing! It wasn’t overlooked by me. Erin also helped me with the last minute setup of our seating chart and made it look like a heart on the pallet we had made for our special day. When I say I am beyond happy with this venue I mean it!!!! It was my first choice and I am so beyond blessed to have picked them. The venue itself is breathtaking. All my guest loved it! The lighting was beautiful and went with the decor we had our wedding planner do for us. Erin and her team worked with my wedding planner hand in hand and helped her out with anything she needed. It was the first time my planner had help when it came to a venue and it was amazing that Erin allowed her to come in and setup a day before the wedding so it give her enough time to have everything perfectly done and had her team on standby if she needed them which she did and she was so happy and grateful to have had all the extra help. The day of the wedding Erin was checking in on me and making sure I was okay and helpful with and keeping me on time. She did not skip a beat. She was also so helpful to our photographer‘s and videographer and making sure they were all set and if they needed anything to let her know. I would highly recommend The Boylston Rooms and Mayer’s Caterer was amazing Ive gotten so many compliments on the food and how everything was so beautiful. Thank you Erin and your team for making my Dream Wedding come true and made it stress free for the bride to be.

Erin and her team are amazing! Anyone would be lucky to work with them. We’ve only gone for our walk through (our wedding is in October) but I already feel confident sharing this review. I’m a HIGH maintenance bride and an event planner, and Erin has always been so responsive to my questions and giving us great guidance to bring our (okay, my) vision to life. She has gone above and beyond to make sure our day looks exactly how we imagine it and I’m so grateful. I feel like we are in such good hands and I know thanks to her our wedding will go off without a hitch. It’s also a beautiful, unique venue- but you know that already from the pictures. Added bonus: they have tons of beautiful decor in house!

We have had a rough couple of months before our wedding, picking the Boylston rooms for our venue was the easy part! My now husband wanted to get married in Easthampton so it was a no brainer! They helped us every step of the way! We could not have asked for a better team to be apart of our wedding day! They took a huge amount of stress off of me! They allowed us to have the best wedding day filled with our amazing crazy families! Our tables were exactly what we wanted, the food we chose was perfect, and the ceremony room was perfectly decorated! They thought of everything and didn’t leave out a single detail! We are so lucky to have had such a beautiful place near us for our special day! We could not have been happier! Amazing choice!

I don’t know where to begin, I have so many good things to say about Erin and her team at the Boylston Rooms. The venue itself is as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. You could decorate it as much or as little as you want and it would still be gorgeous. However, Erin is the real treasure here! Throughout the planning process she somehow read my mind and had answers to all my questions before I even asked them. She had ideas and advice when we needed it, but never made us feel like we couldn’t/shouldn’t do what we wanted. Our wedding day itself went flawlessly. I did not worry about a single detail. Erin herself was there most of the night which was very nice, and she even made sure my husband and I had a drink when we sat down to dinner 😊 Having a dressing room for the bride and groom right there was also really nice and convenient. Give yourself plenty of time for pictures because there are a million cool places. My one regret is that we didn’t do more exploring for our portraits! I really don’t have 1 complaint from our experience and would highly recommend the Boylston Rooms to anyone getting married!

The Boylston Rooms was so easy and fun to work with! Erin and Katy were incredible and were open to all of our ideas to make our day perfect. They made our day run so smooth and made sure everything was taken care of so that all we had to do was enjoy.
