Taylor Busenburg(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-03-2022 We worked with DeAsarea and she was awesome. She ensured that everything was perfect for our day. She was willing to work with our schedule before the wedding and answered every question we had in a time manner. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! Reviewed on 08-03-2022

Jacqueline Thornton(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-11-2017 The Brick was the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception. My husband and I planned our wedding from Upstate New York and the manager, Keith, was so helpful and patient. The gorgeous industrial design on the building’s interior and exterior made decorating a breeze and really reflects my personal style. Our friends and family traveled from all over the country and adored the space as well. I loved the flexibility of getting to pick our own vendors for our wedding, the affordability of the rental, and we used the in house speaker system to play Spotify and it worked very well! The Brick made our wedding dreams come true and 2 months later we are still day dreaming about how gorgeous it was! Reviewed on 30-12-2017

Mary Messner(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-06-2017 The most gorgeous venue in all of South Bend. I give them four stars because of this. We were so happy with the natural elegance and cool features of the brick. The rustic nature of the old factory with a modern bar and cool patio/deck area. A few things: Do not consider the Brick unless you either hire a wedding planner, or else have a large family with DIY skills. The Brick is BARE BONES. You rent and bring in and set up everything. They do offer table rental, but you have to set up. We ended up going over our initial budget due to not taking a lot into consideration-- for instance rentals and set up/tear down/delivery costs. Definitely something to consider. Also, They say they can hold 300... we had 200 at our wedding and it was the perfect size for a buffet, tables and a dance floor. We did not have extra space. I would say about 215 is the max your want to seat, especially if a dance floor is important to you or you plan on having a band. Our DJ set up shop in the upper mezzanine to save space. Their bar is pricey and you have to use it. Overall, it was totally worth it. Reviewed on 09-06-2017
Courtney Coleman(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-04-2017 Great space. Excellent staff. Reviewed on 02-05-2017
Kristin Hepburn(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-01-2017 Gorgeous space. While the venue pricing just covers the space, that means you are free to decorate to fit your individual needs. If you need suggestions with vendors or simply had questions, Keith was readily available to answer them. Just make sure you have either a wedding planner or people who are able to help you set up and tear down since that is not included. Reviewed on 12-03-2017
Rachel Rigby(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-07-2016 Beautiful spacious venue that works as a great canvas for any wedding. Brides be aware that changing and prepping space is limited. Reviewed on 12-12-2016
Katie Diltz(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-08-2016 The Brick is a beautiful, unique venue in South Bend. One of the reasons was chose this venue was the flexibility to choose our own caterer. Brides be warned: they are very clear from the outset that they provide the space and run the bar but they are not involved in your planning and setup/cleanup... you will need to hire a wedding planner or recruit some trusted friends for your day-of setup. Keith and crew were very easy to work with and the bar was expertly run. Just about any question you have will be answered on their website, or you can stop by when the bar is open on Mondays or Tuesdays to check out the space and ask any lingering questions. Overall, we had a great experience. Reviewed on 09-10-2016
Ashley Schmitt(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-09-2016 This was an amazing venue to work with. They were very calm about everything, and there pretty much let us do whatever we wanted to do. All of the vendors that I talked to really like working with them because they pretty much let the vendors come in and do their thing. The bartenders are extremely chill and were wonderful hosts, and the venue looked absolutely gorgeous with all of the Edison bulbs hanging from the ceiling - which actually looked wonderful in all of photos! I wasn't sure how the lighting would work when someone took a picture with an iPhone but it looked pretty awesome. I can't say enough great things about the bartenders and Keith!!
