There is a reason why this resort is five stars. They were impeccable. I would highly recommend having your wedding here! From day 1, the planning team was responsive, extremely professional, kind, and worked with us on all requests. They handled setup and all the little details. The food was PHENOMENAL! I still have guests complimenting the service. The staff were kind, attentive, and present but not overwhelming. Katie Hogan was a dream to work with! She really made our day unforgettable. She was two steps ahead of the process the entire time, and it made planning our wedding so easy. I highly, highly, recommend having your wedding (and all other events) here!

The Broadmoor Hotel Colorado Springs. Worth every penny. It was stunningly beautiful. The food was amazing. The cake was gorgeous and delicious. Had a very Colorado feel with mountains in the background. Ceremony right by the lake and reception on the Mountain View Terrace. Thankfully the weather was perfect as well. I did not want to leave and I want to go back every anniversary! They thought of every detail and staying there is truly luxurious! Katie and Melissa the wedding team were fabulous and worked with my planner Angie from Sapphire Celebrations to make the day absolutely perfect!

The Broadmoor Hotel Colorado Springs. Worth every penny. It was stunningly beautiful. The food was amazing. The cake was gorgeous and delicious. Had a very Colorado feel with mountains in the background. Ceremony right by the lake and reception on the Mountain View Terrace. Thankfully the weather was perfect as well. I did not want to leave and I want to go back every anniversary! They thought of every detail and staying there is truly luxurious! Incredible. Katie and Melissa are the most professional, knowledgeable and FUN coordinators in the world. They are truly experts and I feel so lucky I got to work with them for my wedding. From the second I met them, they felt like friends. They went above and beyond for us and I couldn't recommend The Broadmoor more.

Every step of the way she was professional, happy to customize to our desired requests and such a pleasure to work with. We used the Broadmoor's Cheyenne Lodge for our reception venue and couldn't have been more pleased. The Broadmoor is the epitome of what a 5 star resort should be. They catered to every detail we could think of, and their follow through was excellent during the actual reception. Our planner at the Broadmoor was Katie Hogan, and she was EXCELLENT. She was attentive during planning and helped to create a perfect reception. During the actual event, she was a hawk, tending to every detail we didn't need to worry about. All in all, the Broadmoor couldn't be a better venue for a wedding and we appreciate everything they did for us!

Where do I even begin? When My fiancé and I started planning our wedding a year out, l was already set on having our ceremony and reception take place at The Broadmoor. Being a destination for us, I was unsure on how the planning process would all pan out when all of our decisions needed to be made via telephone and e-mail. I couldn’t believe what a breeze it actually was! Melissa, The Broadmoor Catering Manager, was my saving grace through it all. From the beginning, I was so impressed by her passion, professionalism, and customer focus. On the day of our wedding, The Broadmoor staff did such an incredible job catering to our guests and making our wedding day dreams come true. It’s been over a month since our wedding and everyone is still raving about what a fairytale our big day really was! We had our ceremony overlooking the Cheyenne Mountain on the Lakeside Terrace, a setting that truly looked like a page out of a story book. Our Reception took place in the Lakeside Terrace Dining Room which was just as magical. The food was to die for- we had several “action” stations instead of a formal sit-down meal, and it was a huge hit. Melissa and rest of The Broadmoor staff went out of their way to make sure our day was absolutely flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day, stress-free day thanks to the incredible staff and beautiful setting!

An absolute 5 star resort. I am convinced this is the best place for a 5 star wedding. I have been in some nice hotels but never have I experienced the level of 5 star service that the Broadmoor gave us during our daughter's wedding. It was absolutely over the top, beautiful and exceptional in every way. The food was delicious, the service from all the staff was amazing. If you have a wedding at the Broadmoor they make you hire a wedding planner. We hired Stephany Knierim and she was exceptional. I would not recommend doing a wedding without a wedding planner. We used 4 of the Broadmoor recommended vendors and they gave the Bride and Groom 2 nights free in the Edith Gaylord sweet (honeymoon suite) ( $6,000 bonus). They also gave the bride and groom a dinner in their 5 star Penrose Restaurant which was another $500 bonus. They treated us like royalty. They sent wine and cheese to our room as well as the bride and grooms room. The whole thing was an absolute dream. We created a memory there for all who attended. The best wedding ever!!

We could not have asked for a more gorgeous venue. The natural scenery was stunning, but Melissa Fike and the Broadmoor staff really went above and beyond as well. They were so great at accommodating us! They made our wedding cake and custom Texas A&M cookies for us, both of which were absolutely delicious. They even allowed us to fly a Texas A&M flag from the flagpole next to the terrace our ceremony was on! We had our dinner in the Penrose Room and could not have asked for better food or service. Everything was executed so perfectly.

My husband and I got married at the Pauline Chapel at the Broadmoor and then had our reception in the Penrose Room. We had a guest list of 50 people, and we had our own private rooms in the Penrose Room- the South Cornet for cocktails and the Mid-Cornet for dinner. \r\rThe chapel is beautiful and very intimate and was the perfect location for our ceremony. Our guests walked over to the Penrose Room enjoying the stunning lake in the center of the hotel grounds on their way over. \r\rThe Penrose Room is lavish and beautifully furnished with incredible Western facing views of the mountains and the lake. The jazz band at the Penrose Room is fantastic, and they accommodated us by playing specific songs for our first dance and father/daughter, mother/son dances. The food and service at the Penrose Room is incredible and was such a treat. I would highly recommend having a wedding at the Broadmoor. Our wedding was an unbelievable, unforgettable and incredibly special.

It was decorated for Christmas which made it just SPECTACULAR as we drove up after our wedding. I felt like a princess as we were taken care of every step of the way. Just beautiful beyond words!!

The staff at the Broadmoor Hotel is amazing! They help us create the most beautiful wedding reception at the Chyenne Lodge (mountain golf course). It was such an amazing experience. Everything was outstanding: Food, vendors, organization, suggested outside vendors, etc.

THE WHOLE VENUE WAS HIGH CLASS. EVERYONE FELT WELCOMED AND EJNOYED THE ATMOSPHERE MEAL AND THE OVERALL GRACE OF THE DAY. I HAD NOT ONE ISSUE THE WHOLE. IF THERE WAS A PROBLEM I HAVE YET TO HEAR OF IT.
