The Buttes at Reflections is an all-inclusive venue that offers a unique and spectacular space for events of any nature. Reflections has hosted weddings and different types of events for over 18 years. Our distinguished establishment offers two private rooms and ample bathroom space to allow you, your family, and your friends to prepare for your big day. We offer an extensive reception hall with multiple table sizes that are hand decorated to fit your needs and wants for your event. In addition, we offer a beautifully manicured landscape that provides an exquisite backdrop of the Pusch Ridge Mountains for any celebration. Our Philosophy The staff of Reflections is much like a family and we are extremely passionate about your event’s success. The Buttes at Reflections was a stunning venue for our wedding!! We were so happy we chose to go with them and their services! The staff, wedding planner (Debi), views, accommodations, etc were all excellent!! If I were to do my wedding all over again, I would still chose this venue! I was very impressed with everything! The DJ, catering service, etc exceeded my expectations! Our wedding couldn’t have gone better and with the help of the staff the day of the wedding was very smooth! There were no hiccups whatsoever! Everything was so well planned out and went very well! My husband and I are very pleased that we chose to have our wedding with the Buttes at Reflections! The entirety of the day of our wedding and still almost two weeks post wedding we are having countless people come up to us and tell us how beautiful and smooth our wedding was! Thank you very much to all of the staff, catering services, and DJ service for doing such an excellent job!

We would 100% recommend this venue! The Buttes at Reflections was the perfect spot for our wedding ceremony and reception. We spent a day and a half touring all the top venues in the Tucson area. Our visit to The Buttes at Reflections was set for our second day of venue touring and can I say, what a waste that first day was! The moment we stepped out of our car we were blown away by the beauty of the property, mountain scene and garden pathway into the reception hall. Upon entering the newly remodeled reception hall I knew this was where I wanted to marry the love of my life and celebrate our day. Georgina provided us with a wonderful tour and we didn’t even stop to talk about it with each other, we were ready to book a date! Along with the property/location being so beautiful… the staff, service and package options were top notch! Everything was so wonderful, from the planning process to the free engagement photo shoot to the actual wedding day! The Buttes at Reflection team, bartenders and partner vendors for DJ and Catering services were really great to work with and all helped to make our day so very special. Again we would 100% recommend this venue to any other couples looking for a wedding venue. We had the wedding of our dreams thanks to the Buttes at Reflections team! I cannot recommend this venue enough! We had the best experience every step of the way. Georgina and Jon had great communication with us and answered all of questions. I wanted to praise this venue so highly. I would 100% recommend this over and over again. I came across the venue at the bridal show expo. I met Debi. I just kind of knew this venue was gonna be the one from there. When I met Debi she was super fantastic from the get-go. Not saying that the other people were not as great like John or Georgina. They were fantastic with my engagement photos at the venue. Because everybody at the Butte was super amazing. They helped me every step of the way. Any questions concerns it was addressed.The day of all the employees like Debi Georgina John all said hi and checked on me. They truly went out of their way. They wanted to make sure I was good along with the groom. They help me get ties and boutonnieres to people. They made sure that the ceremony ran perfectly along with the reception. They helped me out in anyway possible. They did everything that I ever even envisioned and more. But I just can’t tell you how much I love Debi. Any concerns, any worries that I had she listened. She didn’t judge she really helped me through it all especially when I had conservative parents who tried to put opinions in. She was absolutely an amazing person to work with planning my wedding. She made the planning process so easy I really had no stress at all.I do want to thank Tim from unforgettable events that the venue provided. He made the reception and the ceremony to remember with the music, the sparklers, the clouds. Tim listened to my little fun quirky things I wanted to add and was totally on board for it all. My family and his family loved the venue. They have never seen a venue like this, they were so obsessed. His family had been to four previous weddings before this. They said this was the best wedding they have seen. The details this wedding had was beautifully done and were wowed from the ceremony to the reception.I just want to thank you guys for making my day magical. If anyone wants an all inclusive venue, I would absolutely recommend this venue hands down.

We got married on September 2, 2023. The buttes at Reflections made our special day so magical 🎉 Every detail was perfection. The venue has the most breathtaking views along with beautiful modern upgraded bridal and groom suite. Working with them to create our special day has been amazing! They are extremely helpful and will make your wedding a dream come true! Highly recommend ❤️ They are even dog friendly venue❤️ Our fur baby got to be apart of our special day!!

We booked our wedding on shorter notice (4 months planning time) and were so glad we booked at Reflections. Food, DJ, much of the decor, bar services, and more were included in the price we paid. Also included was time with the most amazing wedding coordinator we could have asked for, Debi. She made planning everything so easy, made sure we had everything covered, and even showed up on the day itself to help make sure it all ran smoothly! I can not say enough about how amazing Debi was. The venue was gorgeous, all of our out of state guests were extremely impressed with the views for the ceremony and how smooth and professional everything was. I highly recommend Reflections for a venue that includes almost everything you need and helps you plan things to create your dream wedding!

We are so happy we were able to celebrate our special day at Reflections where the employees are so helpful, the food is delicious, and the DJ kept everyone on the dance floor. I don’t even know how to explain how amazing my wedding was, thanks to all of my awesome vendors, but most of all the amazing people at Reflections. We had a tour with Hannah, and booked the same day because of her amazing and bubbly self. Everytime I saw Hannah after that, whether at the venue, or at the bridal fair she would stop what she was doing to say hi and give me a huge hug. Being a Covid bride and having to postpone twice, could have been far worse, but Debbie was the best. She made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Debbie went to all lengths to make sure all my wedding detail dreams came to life! Johanna was there the days leading up to the day of and she was amazing and so helpful, I can’t thank her enough!!!! Samantha was my day of go to, and she seriously went above and beyond to make my vision come to life! I was so worried about how others would decorate my wedding, but she was awesome. THE FOOD! I am still getting told how delicious the food was! Asher made the best food ever! So yummy!!!And last but very not least, Obi! Obi rocked the day and night! Family members who had said they hated dancing said they were on the dance floor because he played such great music choices! We could not have asked for a more amazing day, and over all experience. It was so beautiful it felt like a fairy tale. They took care of everything food, DJ, decorations it was all perfect. I didn't have to stress about anything. I went to go get ready there they even had a shower that I could use and a large area where I could relax until my bridesmaids arrived. They even came and brought me champagne with frozen fruit and aome popcorn because I didn't eat anything. They kept my husband calm when my family was late so we couldn't start the wedding yet. I definitely recommend it. It's a beautiful view as well!

Everyone makes you feel like your day is the most important from the time you set the date even years after you get married. They take care of everything from centerpieces, DJ, Food, day of coordinating, and much more. The day before my wedding I was able to be with family and enjoy the people from out of town because the venue made sure everything was just done. When I showed up the day of everything was ready except me to get into my dress and get married! Not even 6months later I have 2 close friends getting married there in 2022.

I don’t think we could’ve picked a better venue for our wedding and I say this confidently that we got so lucky it rained on our day! We were able to get amazing lighting and a RAINBOW, the mountains just brought it all together into a beautiful harmony. Everyone was so supportive during the rain as well, step by step letting us know where things were moving and how our ceremony was going to change. They didn’t allow us to be nervous or stressed about anything the whole night. They were very accommodating and willing to help in any way possible.

Nine years ago I attended my brother's wedding at The Buttes at Reflections. The garden was breath taking as was the rest of the venue. On that day I decided that if I was ever lucky enough to get married, I wanted my special day to be there. Like many others I'm a COVID bride. My original date was on April 3, 2020. I was heartbroken when I had to postpone my wedding not once but twice due to the pandemic. Debi was so empathetic and knew just the right words to say to make me feel at ease. She promised me that everything would be okay, and in the end I would have a beautiful wedding. She was absolutely right. The decorations were perfect, the food was amazing, and Obi the DJ filled the night with great music. My wedding day was everything I hoped it would be and more. Our wedding was on 8/20/21. Three weeks later I'm still receiving compliments about our wedding and how great everything was. It truly was a day to remember. If you're looking for the perfect place for your wedding I highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience here. The property is absolutely gorgeous, but we chose the venue originally because it had a generous groom’s area, which many of the other venues did not, or had to be shared with guests. Debi and Asher were incredible to work with and we received so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. Because so much was included, there was very, very little I had to provide. I showed Debi some pictures of what I had in mind and she did a beautiful job recreating it with their very wide selection of decor. She is just the sweetest woman and the entire night every time I turned around I could see her managing little details so that we didn’t need to even think about any of it. It was the magical, stress-free experience we could have hoped for.

Our experience with Reflections, from start to finish, was easy-going, smooth sailing, and lots of fun! We had a lot of freedom that we couldn’t get anywhere else to really make our wedding exactly what we wanted. Everyone on staff is super friendly and helpful, and recommend other great vendors to use (which we did!) The plethora of food we tried at the tasting was all so delicious! We got to book Obi as our DJ, and he made everything so easy! There was only moment where we didn’t know what song to use, and he provided many extensive lists of common songs to choose from. Debi was our planner and helped us to make any decisions we were uncertain about. She has the creative eye to know what looks good, but doesn’t push her style on you if it doesn’t match yours, which was very nice. Communication with everyone was easy and within a timely manner. We never felt left in the dark or unsure about how the day would go, because everyone has a timeline and checklists and details written out, extensively! Decorations and signs were so easy and saved us a lot of time and money trying to buy or create our own. Some signs are customizable, like our hashtag sign and bar menu. It was an easy choice to go with Reflections for our venue; you cannot beat those views!! The sunset shots we got with the mountains glowing behind us are gorgeous!! We couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The actual day of the wedding was so easy, calming, relaxing - no stress whatsoever. I cannot recommend Reflections enough! I hope to find another reason to book an event there. Thank you for everything, Reflections!!

The venue is beautiful, Debi and the staff are very helpful but on the day of the wedding I felt like we were a little rushed from one thing to the next. Unfortunately we didn’t get a lot of communication on where to be, we had to listen to the DJ’s song changes to get our queues. I wish Samantha had spent more time letting us know what was next so we weren’t running so much. We missed a lot of time with family and friends.

We absolutely loved our venue. As soon as we met with Hannah G. and toured this venue we knew it was the one for us. The staff is amazing and so helpful (especially Hannah, we LOVE her)! This venue is mostly all-inclusive which makes everything a little easier. They have catering, DJ, wedding planner, and decorations. We supplied our own cocktail hour appetizers (they are about $2.25 per person through the venue) and our own dessert bar, other than that Reflections really came through with everything else. I was fairly nervous about leaving the decor up to someone else, but my god it was so beautiful. They truly know what they're doing. My only complaint would be the appetizer situation is a very gray area. They do not let any fruits, veggies, nuts, open containers, meats, dairy, etc - you can purchase it from them (starting price $2.25 per person) but they do not let you bring them in. If you want to bring in something for an appetizer to be served during the cocktail hour it has to be a salty bar - popcorn, chips (no dips), pretzels, crackers. They do not have any of the hidden fees such as ice or cake cutting fees. All the way around amazing people and a beautiful place! I cannot recommend this place enough. We love The Buttes at Reflections!

We LOVED our venue. We first fell in love with the magical ambiance and then the staff really blew us away. Hannah gave us the tour and her energy and excitement was everything we needed to know this was the place for us. The entire staff takes every detail into consideration and it’s very clear that they want the wedding day to be every bride & grooms best day ever. I will say you need to stay on top of the dates and make sure you call/email to get everything scheduled right away. The food was obviously made with great ingredients but the flavors weren’t exactly there for us, (personal opinion). The day if we had Hannah coordinate our wedding and she was a real life saint. She made sure everything was smooth and was so happy and efficient the entire evening. She even sewed me into my dress when it broke (oops). Great experience overall! 10/10!

We had our wedding at Reflections in July 2019. From when we first stepped foot into Reflections, we knew that this would be our wedding venue. The entire site is gorgeous - from the interior (foyer, bridal room, groom's area, reception space) to the exterior (grounds, ceremony site w/gazebo, back patio), and the views create the most exceptional backdrop for a wedding venue that is truly a dream come true! Having a beautiful building in a great location pulled us in immediately, but knowing that so many things would be included with the venue is what really sealed the deal for us. We were able to use any decor items they had - and they have a ton, in a wide variety of styles! They have lots of cute signs available for use that are handmade by one of their employees. We were also able to bring in our own decor items and the staff set them up exactly how we wanted, though somehow it turned out even better than we envisioned!Not only is the space gorgeous and inclusive of so many options, but we could not have asked for better customer service! Each and every employee that we worked with was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They worked so hard to ensure that every aspect of our ceremony and reception turned out just the way we wanted, and had many ideas to help guide us if we weren't sure about one thing or another. Every time I called, emailed, or came to the venue in person, I felt so valued not only as a customer, but as someone that the employees truly cared about.The food was absolutely delicious - with so many options, it was hard to choose but the chef gave some suggestions and everything went together so well! The DJ was on point - not only did he get our input ahead of time, but it felt like he was reading the crowd and playing songs catered to the mood on the dance floor. The bartender kept up with our guests and was very friendly! The staff working the day of our wedding did everything possible to ensure that the whole day ran smoothly, from start to finish.Some of our items got left behind inadvertently and Debi was quick to reach out as soon as they discovered the forgotten box as well as hold on to it until I was able to come by at a later date.I wish I could get married again if only just to work with this fabulous crew once more! I highly recommend this venue!

We had an amazing time planning our wedding with the Buttes! They were extremely accommodating and honestly it was a one stop shop. They had everything we needed so we saved some money and they did an incredible job decorating, catering, providing a DJ, bar service, cake cutting, and the list goes on! There were a few minor things that makes this a 4 star rating but definitely nothing that would dissuade me from recommending their services. Our wedding turned out beautifully and I will cherish the memories made at The Buttes for years to come.

Every meeting I had with Debi she was so kind and warm and so so thorough in covering every little detail. From the decorations to the food, Debi makes sure everything is exactly how we pictured for our wedding day: she took extra care in making sure the catering staff was aware of my brothers specific dietary restrictions which was so considerate and helped decrease our stress and worry; she suggested the donut wall during cocktail hour to my now husband (who has a huge sweet tooth) which made him very happy and was a big hit with our friends and family; and she also looked after our wedding party helping them get a quick refreshment before they had to take wedding party pictures. The team goes above and beyond to make everything so special. All in all we cannot thank Debi and everyone at The Buttes at Reflections for helping to make our wedding day so perfect.

We had a church wedding so only our reception was held here and it was the perfect place for it. Debi was great to work with, very open to questions and changes that we had plenty of. During the day of the staff was top-notch, everything went off without any issues. When working with the contract and money stuff make sure you really pay attention as it can be confusing. No complaints at all, they made our day perfect.

It was a beautiful wedding! The venue is perfect, Debi and her staff were amazing to work with. They did a wonderful job decorating the venue and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the chipotle brisket. I wish more dancing would have happened but the outdoor area was beautiful and the weather was perfect so the majority of the guests stayed outside during the dancing portion.

It was a beautiful wedding! The venue is perfect, Debi and her staff were amazing to work with. They did a wonderful job decorating the venue and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the chipotle brisket. I wish more dancing would have happened but the outdoor area was beautiful and the weather was perfect so the majority of the guests stayed outside during the dancing portion.

Our daughter's wedding was simply stunning, thanks to the perfection offered by Reflections and the amazing staff on all fronts. From the planning sessions with the owner, to the tasting of the delicious meals by the incredible chef, to the endless music spun by the party-maker, Obie, and the kindness and exquisite service provided by all at Reflections. The location was private and the grounds were all dedicated to us, which made our guests feel most comfortable. Many of our guests said that the dinner was the BEST they have ever had at a wedding! Thank you, Debi, Asher, Joanna, Obie, Hannah and all others for giving us a most unforgettable wedding reception. We score you 10 out of 5, and recommend Reflections to all who are planning a memorable event!

From the planning sessions with the owner, to the tasting of the delicious meals by the incredible chef, to the endless music spun by the party-maker, Obie, and the kindness and exquisite service provided by all at Reflections. The location was private and the grounds were all dedicated to us, which made our guests feel most comfortable. Many of our guests said that the dinner was the BEST they have ever had at a wedding! Thank you, Debi, Asher, Joanna, Obie, Hannah and all others for giving us a most unforgettable wedding reception. Our wedding was in January of 2018 at The Buttes at Reflections. I have nothing but praise for the venue and staff. First of of all, the venue is beautiful with a gorgeous gazebo and breath- taking backdrop of Pusch Ridge in the Catalina Mountains. From the beginning, the staff was very responsive and helpful. Debi was our planner and she is amazing at what she does. If I had a question, I would shoot her an email and she would respond timely. We met with her several times to plan the details. They have a large selection of decorations, linens, etc. on site that you can choose from to use which makes it easy and is great money saver. When I arrived at the venue on the day of, the place was much more beautiful then I had expected. I don't know how she did it but she coordinated all the last minute details without a glitch. People were dancing the whole night. We served Chicken Picatta and it was delicious! All my guests were raving about the food and the wedding. I can't believe how many people told us our's was the most beautiful and fun wedding they had ever been to. The best thing about it was I was hardly stressed because Debi took care of everything. If I could give 10 stars I would. I highly recommend The Buttes at Reflections.

YES!!!! We booked this venue a year and a half out from our wedding date, we lucked out and got a Saturday in October in Tucson (the coveted wedding month here). This was the first and only venue we actually went to after researching online venues to get married at in Tucson. It was a mixture of what we both wanted in a venue. Their price is very fair for everything that is included. All of the little details you don't have to worry about bringing or having brought to your venue linens, food, bartender, mixers, dinnerware etc.). Debi was a joy to work with, she definitely knows what she's doing in the wedding world and is SO helpful for those of us who have literally no idea what we're doing. Tiffany was the night manager we were lucky enough to work with. She was amazing! Being able to wrangle a wedding party and guests has got to be a tough job, but she definitely handled it. IF something went wrong, I had (and still have) no idea about it. The day went smoothly and perfectly.Now, as for the chef who prepared our menu.... 5 STARS!! He was amazing!! We went with a Mediterranean meal because that's the kind of food my husband and I like to splurge on, and it was DELICIOUS! We were unaware of how our guests would react to it, and they LOVED it. We heard nothing but great things the entire night and the days following.DJ Obi did an outstanding job with the music and listened to all the input and opinions we had. We went non-traditional and he was on board and it was perfect!A beautiful venue. A great price. Wonderful staff. I've got nothing but great things to say about this place! I would recommend getting in and checking out the venue and dates available FAR in advance, as it does book quickly in the prime months.Thanks guys!

We have been working with Debi, John and the rest of Reflections team to plan our wedding for a few months now. We had a few venues in mind, but when we met the Fazios in person we knew that Reflections was the place for us. They really take care to add a personal touch to everything that they do and are upfront about the services rendered and cost. We chose to do an off season wedding and saved $2k on their standard wedding package and know that we will get what we’ve paid for an perhaps even more.They have planned thousands of weddings and it shows in how organized they are. They break down the wedding into manageable parts and allow you to think about and customize the details to your liking (so you can get as detailed as you would like or not). Debi also sends a us copy of everything we discuss in each planning meeting, which is really helpful when for coordinating with other vendors and the rest of the wedding party.They do almost everything in house and include the following in their wedding packages: catering (buffet with 2 entrees, salad, &sides), DJ, decorations, bartending services, John is a licensed to officiate and Debi is the in house wedding planner.They do not do: Cakes, flowers, photography; you must stock your own bar (which I prefer anyway)You are also not allowed to bring your own food. You are bound to their caterer. We have had issues trying to schedule a tasting, but hopefully we will be able to get that done before our January 7th wedding date. The price for the views and the services promised cannot be beat. We look forward to having our dream wedding at Refelctions!

My experience with my wedding coordinator Johanna was absolutely wonderful! 5/5! I couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. She truly made my dream wedding come true! She worked very hard to make every idea I had happen, she also gave wonderful advice and was very involved the entire time. My head table was unlike many, she knew it was important to me, and wasn't going to give up to make it happen! It was absolutely gorgeous! I had tears of joy my wedding night! She became my coordinator just less that six months before the wedding, quickly caught up with everything, and was extremely organized. I wasn't stressed during the wedding process and really enjoyed planning my wedding because of Johanna, I always knew I was in very good hands! I would recommend Johanna at Reflections to any bride! Wonderful personality and a pleasure to plan a wedding with! I can't forget the gentleman that helped Johanna with set up! He also worked very hard and went above and beyond! Also, Obi and his DJ services! DJ Karmuh was awesome! Pleasure to work with and really worked hard to show us a great night. Kept the dance floor full all night! I've never seen my now husband dance so much! Many of our guests commented on the great music! One of our favorite moments of the night was the first song after dinner, the dance floor was packed with all our friends and family, great song selections!

The decorations were wonderful, we were complimented again and again on the food, the DJ got the party going and everyone wanted to take pictures outside with the great view of the mountains. The only reason I did not rate this venue as 5 stars is that at times I felt like I was one of many many events they had happening. During the pictures after the ceremony we even ran into other people on site who were not part of our party and there were multiple times when my calls or emails went unanswered for days. However, for the price and for the day of experience, I would still recommend this venue to friends and family.

I changed my venue two months before the big day- Debi & her team at Reflections did an AMAZING job working with us to make it the best day ever in such a short time frame. Not only did everything go off flawlessly, but I didn't have to worry about a thing a week leading up to the wedding. The venue was beautiful, bride & grooms quarters to get ready are a perfect addition to the stunning ceremony & reception site. John who is the officiate did the best ceremony- filled with humor but also touching statements. The price included the DJ (who was perfect. He matched the mood of the event and played the perfect selection of songs when I gave him very vague and general music types) and the cater (I'm still hearing great things about the food) which was a HUGE plus. The big day could not have been more perfect and that is due to the venue and their planning team.

We chose this Venue for several reasons. First, inside and out it was spectacularly beautiful. Second, it was very affordable and you get so much included!!! Third, the staff is great, especially Debi! From planning the wedding to the actual big day, they were so helpful and everything turned out as planned and better. The only thing I would say was a bit of a disappointment was how short it was. We saved $2000 by booking a morning wedding so by 2:00pm you and everyone else needs to be out of there so that the wedding after you can get ready. I felt rushed the entire time, we didn't have enough time to get all the photos we wanted either. They stopped the music at 1:30pm instead of 2:00pm and basically rushed everyone out, I was a little upset about this. I was told it would go until 2:00pm so they should have stopped everything at 2:00pm and then started to clean up. I'm sure if you book a night wedding you won't have this problem. Overall, Reflections was wonderful and I would recommend them but I would highly recommend booking a night wedding if you don't want to feel rushed.

We chose this Venue for several reasons. First, inside and out it was spectacularly beautiful. Second, it was very affordable and you get so much included!!! Third, the staff is great, especially Debi! From planning the wedding to the actual big day, they were so helpful and everything turned out as planned and better. The only thing I would say was a bit of a disappointment was how short it was. We saved $2000 by booking a morning wedding so by 2:00pm you and everyone else needs to be out of there so that the wedding after you can get ready. I felt rushed the entire time, we didn't have enough time to get all the photos we wanted either. They stopped the music at 1:30pm instead of 2:00pm and basically rushed everyone out, I was a little upset about this. I was told it would go until 2:00pm so they should have stopped everything at 2:00pm and then started to clean up. I'm sure if you book a night wedding you won't have this problem. Overall, Reflections was wonderful and I would recommend them but I would highly recommend booking a night wedding if you don't want to feel rushed.

My husband and I had an exceptional experience through The Gallery. We could not have imagined a better wedding with the help of Debi Fazio and Christine, who made planning effortless and actually fun! I live in Pennsylvania, but my husband and I are both from Arizona and wanted to come back for our marriage. From the very beginning everyone had been extremely attentive and quick to respond to any question I had whether it be through email or phone call. Because I live in Pennsylvania I had my mother and grandmother do a lot of things like the initial walk through as well as the tasting, but they treated all of my family members as if they were the ones getting married. The run through of the ceremony the day before was easy and straight-forward, and went exactly as planned the day of. Christine even through in some \"extras\" as they had just received new (and might I add nicer) chairs and included them for our wedding. The overall look of the ceremony right in front of their fountain was beyond words. \r\rStaff at The Gallery are phenomenal! One in particular that I did not get the name of specifically served my husband and I. She never let us have an empty glass as I drank wine and champagne all night while my husband had an assortment of mixed drinks. Everyone was always smiling and congratulatory throughout the entire night. The food was amazing! They say the bride and groom don't have time to eat… You make time to eat here. You'd be sorry if you didn't. We had the chicken kiev which was unbelievable. \r\rThe DJ was spot on with all of his music selections and did a great job transitioning from one song to the next. He kept us informed of song selections and timing for each event the entire night. It was never a hassle. \r\rThe only negative I have is that there was a wedding going on at the Sports Club that we were not aware of until the day before the wedding. We originally were scheduled to do first look pictures there the day of our wedding, but could not due to the other wedding taking up most of the spots. It wasn't a bother as there were plenty of beautiful places to get photos done at our actual wedding location across the street which is where the Golf Club and restaurant was.\r\rThere was a previous review that mentioned there was no place to wait before the ceremony started for the bride and her bridal party. I'm not sure if this wasn't offered or not, but we waited in the golf shop, which was air conditioned and had a long L shaped couch that everyone sat on until it was time. \r\rMy recommendation would be to stay in the cottages the night before and for the day of. All of my bridesmaids stayed with me in cottage rojo while my husband and the groomsmen stayed in dorado next door. They are absolutely stunning. Pictures do not do it justice. Plus it makes it a great place to get ready before the wedding and take pictures putting the dress on. \r\rAlso to note: Our total cost listed on this review only includes their all inclusive package for 125 people (which includes the venue, meal, DJ, set up and break down, service, corking fees and cake cutting fees, etc) as well as a bar tab. You get a lot for your money here.\r\rAll in all I would not have done our wedding differently. I felt it was absolutely perfect and I am so happy with the way Reflections handled everything. Hats off to Debi and Christine for providing such a wonderful experience.

I got married through the Reflections at the Buttes at The Gallery location. The venue was beautiful and the wedding was fun, but they do Cookie cutter weddings. Things went their way not mine. We had several simple requests that were initially promised, but the month of the wedding they did not follow through. Overall, communication between the wedding coordinator, the sales guy, the DJ coordinator, and person who handled the tasting. Several things really disappointed me:\r\r1. There was no place to get ready. Initially we were told by the sales guy that we would have either a room at the Ritz or a guesthouse for several hours. I found out 2 weeks prior to the wedding that this was not the case. This also translated into me having no place to be prior to walking down the aisle. I was told most brides sit in the car. Do you know how hard it is to fit yourself and a wedding dress into a tiny car and then look presentable? They put me into their storage closet instead. \r\r2. Initially we were told we could be on the campus early to take family pictures before the ceremony. Last minute they provided us with a different location to do these pictures, which was not as nice.\r\r3. The tasting was forgotten about by the Gallery staff and we did not get to taste the dishes we requested.\r\r4. We were not able to have the alcohol options we wanted. Again, we told them exactly what we wanted and up front they agreed, but several weeks before the wedding they sent us an email saying that they could not do it. \r\rMy advice to brides is to get EVERYTHING in writing before signing a contract. Again, the communication between the individuals in the company was very bad so just because one person promised it does not mean another will honor it. \r\rThe positives:\r1. The DJ was fantastic.\r2. They did a great job on the decorations.\r3. It was affordable for the location and low on the do it yourself tasks

Everything about Reflection at the Buttes is perfect! We were married there in late October 2013. There were so many reasons why we chose RATB. For one it is a spectacular with picturesque mountain views. Another great thing about RATB is that they do not nickel and dime you. They do NOT charge hidden fees like, cake cutting fees, flower girl fees, or corking fees, just to name a few. Also, the price they give you includes taxes and gratuity! You pay what they advertise! John and Debbie are amazing people. They love what they do and it shows! Debbie helped us plan the wedding every step of the way and is a real, tried and true professional. John was the one who married us and he met with us several times to get to know us personally. He said the most amazing thing during the ceremony. It was personal and touching. Our guests were all crying and still rave about it to this day. Working with RATB was completely stress free. They handle what feels like everything! They include and set up all the center pieces for the tables. They order linens and set up and tear down everything, all included. They provided excellent, top notch bartenders and DJ!! The venue is gorgeous!! So many places to take pictures, and you will have the entire venue to yourself! The catering company they use is amazing as well and the food was delicious! What a wonderful, fairy tale like place to get married. Couldn't have been any better. Perfect, perfect, perfect!!

Everything about my wedding was perfect and it all started with Reflections. The people who work at Reflections are professional and oh so generous and kind. Joanna was my primary contact and she was AMAZING. I planned my wedding from Chicago and only visited Tucson once. I had no idea what I was doing. Joanna patiently guided me through the process and was very organized. She gave me honest suggestions which I appreciated and followed. And, I truly believe she and the other staff at Reflections really cared about us. In addition to their tremendous service, the venue is breathtaking! The gazebo, the mountains, the reception area...everything! And they have so many options for table cloth, decorations, plates, etc. Many other brides go crazy coordinating between so many vendors, but I only had to find a few because Reflections handled most of everything. The food was also delicious!!! I was thoroughly impressed. I never encountered any of the wedding planning nightmares thanks to Reflections, their professionalism, their availability, and their knowledge. Wedding planning made easy and stunning! I think everyone should get married in Tucson and at Reflections. I am forever grateful to Reflections for making our Big Day incredibly memorable and easy. Love you, Reflections! We were able to plan our entire wedding with no additional charges, so they make it completely possible. \rThe venue is ABSOLUTELY beautiful! \rMy wedding went without a hitch, the only glitch was they ordered the wrong food for us. It was a tiny bit of miscommunication between us and the planner that caused this to happen, so it really wasn't something that upset us. \rThey are very helpful in the planning process, and will even give you dance lessons! \r\rThey are amazing, and If I could do it all over again, they would still be my FIRST choice!!

Hi, I got married on March 16, 2013 at Reflections at the Buttes. The main reason that Josh and I decided to get married there was because the location was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the package included ALL the small details I didn't want to worry about (i.e. linens, variety centerpieces, table frames, chiavary chairs, beautiful while lawn chairs, isle decorations, etc). We doubted at first on whether the \"all-inclusive\" would mean that the quality would be compromised but decided that we would take a chance. The day of the wedding EVERYTHING was beautiful and we received first class attention! There were so many little details that the venue took care of perfectly which really unloaded \"to do\" items from my day. Things as little as a steamer for the bridesmaid dresses, passing out of the corsages, telling me where to be, what to do (once I was ready of course) with a great attitude and customer service. The DJ truly ran the night for me and made sure everything was how we wanted. Everything just went perfect. I am confident I could not have made a better decision. \r\rAfterwards, I heard a great amount of compliments from our guests who said the venue was great, and the wedding had unlimited details which I loved because a lot of those were thanks for Reflections. I could not say enough great things about working with Debbie and the team there!

Amazing! Absolutely perfect! Everything was coordinated the way we wanted it...down to the T! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way we wanted it! They also have such a beautiful property! Great for pictures!! The bridal rooms were so spacious and pretty! And the guys got a nice big room with a pool table. ;-) I could go on and on! The price was a little steep, but you get an amazing deal for the price! And it was wayyyyy cheaper than I thought it would be! Amazing! Absolutely perfect! Everything was coordinated the way we wanted it...down to the T! The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way we wanted it! They also have such a beautiful property! Great for pictures!! The bridal rooms were so spacious and pretty! And the guys got a nice big room with a pool table. ;-) I could go on and on! The price was a little steep, but you get an amazing deal for the price! And it was wayyyyy cheaper than I thought it would be! We almost didn't call them, thinking it would be too expensive, but I'm so glad we called!

And I did, and we are both glad of it. The staff at Reflections was nice and helpful every time I called with questions. They took care of everything from setting things up, to taking what I gave them & knowing what to do with it. We went with their caterer and absolutely LOVED the food!! I had complements from all my guests. I would and do recommend this venue for any and all Tucson Brides!!

My husband and I chose Reflections at the Buttes after we had attended a friend's wedding there. My friend had told me that planning was easy with the great staff. My friend was so right. My husband and I had 100 guests and the cost was a lot less than many other places. Many things come standard with your package as well. The DJ, caterer, and linens are all included. They also have many options for centerpieces if you don't have your own, and some decorations that you can use. Debi was great to work with to make sure that everything went smoothly and to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Christina, the music coordinator, was also great. All of our guests said that the food was great, the DJ was great, and the venue was beautiful. I'm so glad that we went with Reflections and I would HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this venue!

Everything was beautiful at our wedding and the staff was great about being available if we needed anything. A couple of things though... First, make sure that you pick the correct range for your guest count. They are not very flexible in that they will not let you move up if your guest count goes over what you originally decided. We ended up paying a lot of money because we were over because they charge a $78 per head fee for every person that goes over the original count :( . A problem we ran into during the reception was our tables somehow got switched around so some groups got separated; one group had one table on one side and the other table across the room. But overall, everything was great and I am glad we used RATB.

My invitations were amazing and so affordable. The coordinator was so sweet and helpful. The owner/officiant was funny and delivered a unique and memorable ceremony. The food was great! Everyone loved it. The ambience was perfect. I can't say enough good things!!

The staff at Reflections really know what they are doing. They put everything together, I was amazed at how well they brought my dream into a reality! They really explained to us what we should be looking for when thinking about venues depending on what is important to us and this really helped us tremendously. My husband & I chose them because of their attention to detail, great service, beautiful venue, and since we didn't have to do much on that day which was amazing. We were so pleased with the amount of choices of centerpieces, and other decor which meant we didn't have to spend extra money on these. They really went above and beyond in meeting our needs and we couldn't be happier with our choice!

Let me first start with Reflections at the Buttes is not owned and is not the same as Saguaro Buttes! John and Debi built Saguaro Buttes but then the new owners bought it from them. Saguaro Buttes is Reflections competition and I have heard several rumors that they have started about Reflections and none of them are true! So with that said REFLECTIONS at the Buttes is amazing! John and Debi are the sweetest people on the face of the Earth, had no problem signing a military addendum since my fiancé is military in case he got deployed or heaven forbid, was killed. I have had several questions and Debi or Joann has taken care of each and every one of them! For my centerpieces I am bought flowers to be delivered to Reflections the day before and they took care of putting them in water and preparing them for the centerpieces and setting up the centerpieces with them for no extra charge! Then my florist (Elaine Taylor) brought our bouquets and the other floral needs. Reflections is completely professional, amazing, and does not nickel and dime you! Might be what some would consider on the expensive side but if you look at what all is included in it, dinner with white glove service, tables, 2 linens, officiate, ceremony site, chairs, aisle markers, decorations, centerpiece vases, votive candles, dj, projection screen (normally a $250 charge everywhere else!), wedding night stay at WestWard Look, wedding planner, and people to set up everything at your wedding it truly would cost a lot more for you to get everything you are getting at their venue somewhere else! \r\rI couldn't have asked for a better place to get married. Everything in my wedding went off without a problem. Everything was perfect from them putting together my centerpieces for me to the grounds being kept that day. Beautiful, caring, and perfect is Reflections at the Buttes!

My sister just got married at Reflections and I was incredibly impressed at the level of service provided to her. The owners and staff went out of their way to ensure that her day went flawlessly. They arranged to have pizza brought in for the younger guests, brought water out to us during the photo shoot because of the very hot weather, and checked often to make sure the bride was happy. The bride's quarters where we got ready were lovely and very comfortable. The location was beautiful so the wedding photos turned out great. El Conquistador Resort is practically next door, so everything is very convenient for guests staying there. My sister wouldn't change a thing about her wedding day all thanks to Reflections at the Buttes!

Using Reflections was the worst decision I made in regards to my wedding. First I booked at the new hotel they were supposed to build, yet could not get finished, second they rebooked me at westward look which was okay because this was still 9 months prior to the wedding. However, 2 months prior to the wedding, Reflections finally decided to get a contract with them (which they told me they had already). So when they tried to confirm a contract 2 mo. before, Westward look had already booked the ballroom for a corp. event, because Reflections didn't bother to make one before this!!! So they tell me 2 mo. before my wedding, that I don't have a venue, so they call around, the only place left was the most expensive (Starr Pass). I originally planned on $13,000 for my reception, and I ended up having to pay >$25,000 because I was rebooked. Luckily the event planner at Starr Pass was fantastic, and made up for a lot of Reflections' short falls. Looking back, I would have just booked through a hotel/resort in the first place. Reflections' staff did not take responsibility for their incompetency, took weeks to return guests/my phone calls, and basically runs a terrible business. My advice is stay as far away as possible from this business and don't let your friends end up with them either.

Our wedding at Reflections at the Buttes was amazing. The staff there know exactly what they are doing, and on the big day they were there for anything we needed (even a run to the drugstore to get bobby pins!). The food, DJ, and bartender were all great, and we got many compliments from our guests as well. We had a blast. The setting is beautiful with the mountains in the background, and the patio area where the food and bar were located was perfect. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there was some construction happening on the property next to Reflections that made it all a little less picturesque. Also, some of the parking lot is visible from the outdoor ceremony location, which made pictures from certain angles hard. Overall though, I highly recommend Reflections at the Buttes. It might be a little pricey, but with so much included and the great staff, it was totally worth it.

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that there was some construction happening on the property next to Reflections that made it all a little less picturesque. Also, some of the parking lot is visible from the outdoor ceremony location, which made pictures from certain angles hard. Overall though, I highly recommend Reflections at the Buttes. It might be a little pricey, but with so much included and the great staff, it was totally worth it.

My wedding was incredible! There is really little to complain about. The venue is just beautiful. There was little I needed to do to decorate. The staff at Reflections was knowledgable, helpful, enthusiastic and patient. There was so much that I didn't have to worry about because their staff runs the entire show so smoothly. I had a stress free wedding day and I think that is what every bride hopes for.\rFew warnings if you do choose to hire reflections. Do not schedule an appointment first thing in the morning. Debbie never arrives before 9:30. She is a wonderful women, but consistently late. \rAlso I would not reccomend John Fazio as an officiant. In fact that is the only thing I wish I could have changed about my wedding. He did not return my phone calls. Was also late for appointments. Did not provide an ceremonial help/suggestions. He never reviewed his actual part (where I have heard of other officiants going over their script word for word) and I'm pretty positive he made the entire thing up on the spot at my wedding. He cracked jokes that I did not find funny, nor appropriate. I was just disappointed all around. It seemed to me that he was only involved because the wife said so.\rMore on the positive side though...The DJ was super! He just had an amazing personality and played great music. The assistant was super helpful with music suggestions for the entire event. The food was delicious! and all the food tastings before made selection so easy. Reflection has a collection of centerpieces that they share, which is wonderful on the wallet.\rI would definetly recommend Reflections to friends! Just with a few warnings :o)

John, Debbi, and the entire staff is absolutely amazing! They not only made our day beautiful, but they made us feel at home and loved. It felt as if they were family. So much stress was taken off me, the bride because of all the details they discuss with you, not leaving any item to be questioned. They put so much work into the decor, music, food, and they were amazing at capturing my visions and then some. They are awesome at Reflections. I'm so thrilled I went with my heart & shopped around until I found them.

Chris Robins (Owner) I am a 6-year veteran in the Air Force now a Wedding Venue owner. I never thought I would be in the wedding business but it has always been my parents' dream (co-owners) to own a Venue. Being a part of the wedding business is incredibly rewarding, especially after knowing every bride and groom had the night they envisioned! I was born and raised in Tucson, AZ, and love anything outdoors, especially golf, I mean we are in Tucson!
