The Cardinal Room Golf Club of Indiana is an elegant wedding venue located in Lebanon, IN. Located on a 175-acre property with lush greenery and woodland, it's a peaceful and scenic setting for ceremonies and receptions. The Cardinal Room Golf Club of Indiana offers a variety of spaces where you can host each part of your special day. The venue's manicured grounds provide a wonderful setting for romantic outdoor ceremonies, with a backdrop of picturesque countryside views. Afterward, your guests can mingle and sip cocktails in the beautiful Ruby Room, located just off the main clubhouse. You can then head to the stunning Cardinal Room, a 6,700-square-foot event space that accommodates up to 280 guests, for your reception. This elegant space can easily be customized to fit any wedding vision. The dedicated team at The Cardinal Room Golf Club of Indiana will do everything possible to ensure your special occasion lives up to your dreams. They'll be on-hand throughout the planning process to provide support, and will be there to assist you on the big day. Their in-house culinary team will work with you to create your ideal menu for your reception meal, which can be served in the style of your choice. We’re not even sure how to start this review for the cardinal room & Aubrey along with her staff because it exceeded every expectation that we had going into our big day.For starters, we booked the venue over a year in advance. Leading up to the day Aubrey would occasionally email me to see how wedding planning was going & if I had any questions. She promptly answered each question and made sure to also provide the same amount of amazing communication to my vendors before the event.The bridal suites were a huge pro on our list when looking at various venues. The groomsmen can’t stop talking about how much fun they had with their own little driving range area. & my makeup artist and hair ladies were loving how much natural light filled our space to get ready. I have some amazing detail photos & group photos because of the bridal suite.The team helped set up & tear down our ceremony & reception areas, making everything a breeze for our parents and families that agreed to help with those areas.Overall, we’re literally so thankful to have found the Cardinal Room. So if you want the best wedding day, I can’t suggest the Cardinal Room enough. You won’t be disappointed!!

Our wedding at The Cardinal Room was amazing! Right away, Joe was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with for my initial inquiry and subsequent questions. We also met with Karin for our first tour, she was so informative and gave us additional recommendations for vendors that worked out so well. Aubrey was the event coordinator and she made everything seem so easy and smooth. Her helpers the day of took all the worry off of us so we could just enjoy the day! I can't put into words how incredible this team was. They listened to us, they worked with all of our special requests and dietary needs, they always made us feel special and not once did I feel like a burden (which is an experience we had with some vendors we did not go with). All in all, we have had so many compliments on our wedding day and it wouldn't have been possible without the fantastic staff at The Cardinal Room! Not only that, but this venue was so beautiful with the natural light and golf course background. We have amazing pictures too!! Highly recommend.

My husband and I got married at The Cardinal Room in June of 2021, and it was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for anything more from a venue. We had our ceremony outside on the covered deck, and it was exactly what we were looking for! It allowed for an outdoor ceremony while providing shade for every guest and wedding party member. We used the wrap around porch with the gorgeous tree for our cocktail hour and many guests spent time out there after dinner. The reception space has lots of great, natural light and can be decorated to fit any style, which is hard to find in the area! The bridal suite was recently renovated and was a perfect place for the girls to get ready. The guys were able to use the driving range on the wedding day which made for a nice place to relax before the ceremony. There is also plenty of parking on site which was perfect for our out of town guests who didn’t know the area well.Joe and Aubrey were incredible to work with and made sure that our every need was met during the wedding planning and the wedding day. They both gave great suggestions and vendor recommendations, and they were always open to our ideas. The rest of their staff was professional and very helpful to all of our guests on the wedding day. Joe and Aubrey alone make the venue worth it! We would recommend The Cardinal Room to anyone and can’t imagine getting married anywhere else!

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue for my wedding. My husband and I got married on September 26th. As you can imagine, it was a stressful time due to planning a wedding during a pandemic. The staff at The Cardinal Room was there for every step of the way. We specifically worked with Joe and Aubrey, and they are both absolutely amazing. Aubrey made all of my Pinterest wedding inspo come to life on my big day! I HIGHLY recommend getting married at the cardinal room. It’s a beautiful venue and everyone there truly cares about your big day! Not to mention the guys get a golf bay during the day and the girls have a beautiful modern area to get ready in.

We were married here last year and the staff was amazing. All of our guests still talk about the wonderful time they had and so did the wedding party. The guys loved being able to golf at the driving range. The bridal suite was so cute and was a good little hideaway for us. For some reason I did not think about needing audio at the ceremony and the coordinators did a phenomenal job figuring out what we should do and getting with my DJ to make it all work out. I am extremely grateful to this venue for making our day so easy and painless.

We were married here last year and the staff was amazing. All of our guests still talk about the wonderful time they had and so did the wedding party. My wife and I got married here in September 2019. We are so happy we chose The Cardinal Room. The planning process was a breeze because the staff is so professional and efficient. There are no hidden fees in the contract which is rare to find nowadays. Joe was our Venue Manager and was a pleasure to work with. He goes above and beyond to make your day run smoothly. Jen was our Wedding Coordinator and we were so thankful to have her. She made sure all the little details got handled while my wife got to relax day of. The venue itself is like none other. The covered deck for our ceremony was perfect! We never had to stress about bad weather because the covered deck can become an enclosed room with clear sidings. So regardless of weather we would still get our outdoor wedding. The exposed deck is the perfect location for an outdoor cocktail hour. Your guest will have plenty of room to mingle, grab drinks and enjoy appetizers! We received so many compliments from our wedding guest on how beautiful and unique the venue was. I can not say enough good things about The Cardinal Room venue and their staff!

The Cardinal Room is close to the airport, which was ideal for out of town guests. There was a large parking area, which is tough to find in the Indianapolis area! The venue offered a spacious and newly remodeled bridal suite, which was included in the venue cost. The groomsmen were able to use the driving range on wedding day! Perhaps the most valuable part about the venue is the staff. Joe and Aubrey are incredibly hard workers. Throughout the entire planning process, they were very responsive and quick to help in any way they could. Wedding day was seamless – Joe and Aubrey made sure every detail was perfect!

We used the Cardinal Room for our wedding in September. Cannot say enough good things about the facility and their staff. Joe and Susie were outstanding and so professional and took care of EVERYTHING on our big day. There was literally no worrying on our end because they made sure things were handled. They blew off the ceremony space just an hour before the start, even helped filling up champagne glasses for the bridal party and were very much present during the reception. If we could get married again we would 1000% go back to the Cardinal Room.

We just got married here yesterday and the entire experience was so wonderful. Our day-of coordinator made sure things went smoothly, incredibly accommodating, and they even made sure my now-husband was able to play golf the morning of our wedding! It was the perfect day and I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. I recommend it to anyone looking for a outdoor feeling with plenty of space! We went with the covered porch instead of inside of outside and an indoor reception because anything can and will happen.

Our day-of coordinator made sure things went smoothly, incredibly accommodating, and they even made sure my now-husband was able to play golf the morning of our wedding! It was the perfect day and I can't imagine getting married anywhere else. I recommend it to anyone looking for a outdoor feeling with plenty of space! We went with the covered porch instead of inside of outside and an indoor reception because anything can and will happen.

There is an option for a full outdoor wedding or on the covered deck where we had ours! The covered deck was perfect for a day with a chance of rain. It kept the guest dry and cool with ceiling fans and shaded from the sun. The reception hall indoors is the perfect size for a 150-200 person wedding. Bright sunlight is let in with the abundance of windows and shades that allow you to keep it out when dancing begins. The staff was wonderful to us all night! Joe was our first impression of the venue. He was so professional and open to all of our questions. He allowed us to call, text, or email at any time. Quick responses and willing to work with all of our requests. Joe made us feel important and personalized everything for our day! Aubrey was our day of coordinator, which was included with the venue! She was so sweet and accommodated all of our needs day of and leading up to the wedding. I felt comfortable leaving day of decisions up to her, knowing the day would still be perfect. My husband and I were in several weddings leading up to ours and this was by far the most smoothly run wedding , thanks to Aubrey and Joe!I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone! This is the most perfect place for your wedding!

The venue is GORGEOUS, we loved the covered deck for our ceremony and the spacious reception hall was perfect for hosting our 150 guests. The guys had a blast having access to the golf academy and indoor driving range the morning of the wedding, and the girls enjoyed the newly renovated bridal suite complete with mimosas and snacks! The staff was incredibly accommodating in listening to our wants and needs to bring our vision to life, which was a huge help as most venues have heavy restrictions on food, decorations, etc. We mainly worked with Joe and Aubrey, and we were super impressed by their attention to detail. They went above and beyond by checking in with us regularly leading up to the wedding, and even contacted the vendors the week before the wedding to make sure everyone was on the same page. Having Aubrey as our day-of event coordinator (which is included with the price of the venue) was an absolute life saver. She was so sweet, and it was a relief to be able to relax and enjoy the wedding day knowing that the small details were being taken care of. The day turned our absolutely perfect and we wouldn't change a thing!

We had our July wedding at The Cardinal Room and could not be happier with how our day turned out! We chose The Cardinal Room as the venue for our May wedding. We had about 100 total guests plus vendors, which was perfect. Bo, Joe, Jen, and Audrey all made us feel so special leading up to and on our wedding day. They were on top of every detail! We liked that there was a cool space for the groom and groomsmen to get ready in the morning (the golf academy, complete with indoor driving range bays)....it seems like this is often overlooked by other venues. The ladies got ready in the newly-renovated Bridal Suite, which is upstairs in the clubhouse and was perfect for our group of 6 to get hair and makeup professionally done. The Cardinal Room itself has a wrap-around deck, most of which is covered which meant we could have an outdoor ceremony regardless of the weather. Everything we asked of the venue staff, they agreed to. They even handled details we hadn’t even considered! The only thing we feel that they could improve was the clarity of their contract and pricing. We had a couple of rounds of questions before we fully understood all of the details, as compared to other venue’s quotes. Despite this relatively minor thing, we would HIGHLY recommend The Cardinal Room for any large event where you want to impress your guests and you need things to go flawlessly.

We absolutely loved this venue! We had our ceremony and reception here. It was such a nasty, rainy day, but we had the best time! The covered porch was perfect for the ceremony and we had a blast in the reception room! The people are amazing too. Everything went off without a problem!

We were able to customize so many aspects (linens, decor, outdoor furniture, food, etc.) with their network of vendors. Oh, and our favorite part - the big, beautiful outdoor deck! Our wedding reception was everything we wanted and more... and our guests were wowed! I would highly recommend The Cardinal Room!

It is a beautiful setting with indoor and outdoor options! Bo, Bev and Susie walked us through every step, gave advice on other vendors, made contact with local hotels and just went above and beyond. I just recently had my wedding reception at the Cardinal Room at The Golf Club of Indiana and I was 100% pleased. Bo, the General Manager and the rest of the staff were amazing to work with. They were easy and fast to contact with any questions and they made sure everything ran smoothly for your big day! The venue itself is breathtaking. The outside deck where the coctail hour was held was a huge hit with my guests! The inside is just as beautiful. If I could do it all over again, I would in a heartbeat. The bridal suite was perfect for my size bridal party. I cannot thank the Cardinal Room Staff enough for their kindness and helpfulness. I definitely recommend The Cardinal Room to host any event.
