The Carriage House is a beautiful wedding venue in Conroe, TX. This property is located just minutes from the Woodlands area and is surrounded by idyllic scenery, providing the perfect backdrop for any wedding day. They couldāve done a better job. Valerie took about a week to respond to every email. I ended up asking our DJ(Family friend) questions about the wedding since he has done tons of them. She never replied to my florist or DJās emails or phone calls. I thought we had our final meeting about a month before, but Valerie had told me that I missed a meeting..which I did every meeting there was. Our final meeting was a 10 minute phone call the week before. It took awhile to get our day of coordinator up to speed about the order of people walking down the aisle. During the reception, our toasts glasses were sitting by our cakes, so we didnāt even get to drink out of them. He asked my grandma if she wanted to throw the rest of the candy away from the candy bar(there was a lot left). Horrible customer service, but beautiful venue. Our other vendors (Dj, florist, photographer, baker) made everything turn out beautifully!

Hunter was an amazing wedding coordinator and made sure that we were taken care of the whole night! The carriage house team was very efficient in making sure the wedding went smoothly and was very flexible with changes. We appreciate them so much for making our night the best ever and would definitely recommend this venue and team! š

Terrible communication. My son had his wedding there this weekend. She had to badger her coordinator, Valerie for a meeting a week before the wedding. Valerie refused a face to face meeting stating my DIL had missed a meeting already with her, but she had no knowledge of this meeting. She would not return calls and emails from the florist or the DJ. Another coordinator was assigned to her fir the day if the wedding, Hunter. Whether Valerie did not inform him of things, I don't know, but he was nice but pretty clueless. We had to tell him the morning of the wedding all the people who were walking and in what order. Servers were nasty to guests who wanted more food. 30 min. after everyone was served there was a TON of food left, yet they were stingy on portions. Had to ask for a ladder to be removed the day of the wedding. No attention to detail and really did not make us feel welcome or special. I think because my son and DIL are soft spoken people, they took advantage of that and did not give them the attention they deserved because they didn't complain. Squeaky wheels get the grease here I guess. They should be thankful I wasn't in charge, but that's not the right way to treat a couple. That said, the place is beutuful, that's why I gave 2 stars if you can dream with the horrible customer service!

I have been a maid of honor twice at this venue. Both weddings had their fair share of bumps. The first wedding, the brideās coordinator was changed FOUR times. She did not have a consistent contact, and it would take close to a week to get a response regarding anything. The week of the wedding, I spent three hours on the phone trying to get ahold of anyone to confirm several items that the venue had not confirmed yet. The wedding was okay. The food was dry, and there was not enough dinner and appetizers for the guests. The wedding I attended this weekend was a disaster from start to finish. The coordinator was swapped at the last minute with no warning. Since Iād had experience with this venue, I asked the initial coordinator if she would see this event from start to finish. She promised me, the bride, the groom, and the mother of the bride that she would be there the whole time. She was not. She also apparently did not pass off any of her notes. Her replacement was unprepared and seemed very new to events in general. She did not help the mother of the bride with any of the boxes of decor brought in. I had to move them from the suite to their setup locations. I had to instruct her where everything went because she would not come to the bridal suite to get instructions from the mother of the bride. The coordinator did not know the table layout, the order for speeches, or how many of their own staff would be working at the wedding. Again, the food was unacceptable. We were told that no decor or cars could be left overnight to be picked up the next day, as there was no event, therefore no coordinator to open the building. That was a lie. Guests had changed their plans and the parents of the bride scrambled for no reason. Finally, cleanup was a disaster. The coordinator refused to begin cleanup until the exit (we asked). That meant that the family of the bride had to wait around an hour after the exit to get their items, such as family photos, items from the centerpieces, etc. Long story short, this venue bills itself as an all in one provider, and they truly are not. I would recommend hiring your own vendors and just using the space, as itās truly lovely, but the staff is absolutely unprofessional and untrained.

We just had our wedding at The Carriage House at the end of June, and we couldnāt have asked or imagined a more beautiful and perfect day! We booked it just over a year from our wedding day. We went through the change of new owners and management. It went very smooth, even though I was a bit nervous at first! We had two fabulous staff members help with our big day, Cheryl and then Phoebe. They were both so responsive whether it was through email, the venue portal, or by phone/text. They were very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. They gave some insight as well to things we were considering for our big day. The day of wedding team did a fantastic job cleaning throughout the night, setting everything up prior to the ceremony, their time management was wonderful, and the service was amazing! There are so many photo opportunities at The Carriage House like the adorable Siptini bar option, the vintage red pick up truck, the white tree swing, inside and outside the chapel, and the white double doors in the garden. This was the first and only venue we toured, and we fell in love with it instantly! I highly recommend The Carriage House for a wedding venue!

This is the first venue we visited. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions. The venue is beautiful and has a chapel, which was important to us. The outside space is gorgeous and the reception hall is beautiful on its own with no decorations. They gave us excellent referrals for vendors. They kept us aware of payment schedules and updated. The staff was great on the wedding day. I canāt think of anything to complain about. We did beer and margaritas and the margaritas was very good.

The Carriage House was an exquisite venue that created such a beautiful experience for us and our guests! It had incredible value all around, especially the elegant and timeless chapel that was able to accommodate our 200+ wedding as well as all the music accommodations the DJ needed to make the ceremony flow as smooth as possible. Day of staff was on top of it and so genuinely kind and interested in creating the best experience possible for the wedding party and families. The Siptini (alcohol beverage truck) for the cocktail hour was an elevated addition to the cocktail hour and the overall bar service was professional, efficient and it was a huge added bonus that all guests could use glassware for their wine and water. The reception hall was gorgeous without needing to add too much decor which made it so much easier on the planning side. We would have given it 5 stars, but the only hiccup was the gap of communication a few months leading up to the event which we understand was likely a result of the Carriage House going through an acquisition with Walters Wedding Estates. Our biggest barrier was trying to get ahold of someone a few months out, but once we were a month out our month of coordinator provided by the Carriage House truly took care of everything in an incredibly efficient and enjoyable to work with manner. Overall, this venue was a dream for our wedding day and I truly couldnāt imagine it being anywhere else. There is so much value in this venue because of the elegant beauty, spatial accommodations, intentional & friendly staff plus so much more!

Without reservation, The Carriage House is a special venue to make wedding dreams come true.Our journey began seeking a rustic setting that would also be beautiful and glamorous. Easy to find rustic; easy to find beautiful; and easy to find glamorous. However, The Carriage House was able to deliver on them all. Jennifer Tom, was our wedding planner extraordinaire we contracted for her full-service. She took us to see 3-4 venue options, she asked the questions we did not know to ask, advisor on our decor and floral decisions as we met with each vendor. We settled on The Carriage House. The beautiful chapel with scenic backdrop invited a spirit of reverence. The reception barn had chandeliers that created glamour . The bonus was having all inclusive vendor options. Our vendors were great in transforming the reception barn with glamorous decor, great meal, beautiful cake and FANTASTIC DJ. The rain put a damper on our plans for an outdoor cocktail hour and we had to make adjustments, but who can control the weather. Without reservation, The Carriage House is a special venue to make wedding dreams come true.Our journey began seeking a rustic setting that would also be beautiful and glamorous. Easy to find rustic; easy to find beautiful; and easy to find glamorous. However, The Carriage House was able to deliver on them all. Jennifer Tom, was our wedding planner extraordinaire we contracted for her full-service. She took us to see 3-4 venue options, she asked the questions we did not know to ask, advisor on our decor and floral decisions as we met with each vendor. We settled on The Carriage House. The beautiful chapel with scenic backdrop invited a spirit of reverence. The reception barn had chandeliers that created glamour . The bonus was having all inclusive vendor options. Our vendors were great in transforming the reception barn with glamorous decor, great meal, beautiful cake and FANTASTIC DJ. The rain put a damper on our plans for an outdoor cocktail hour and we had to make adjustments, but who can control the weather. My wedding was about two weeks ago (January 15, 2023) at the Carriage House. My wedding was a whirlwind to get to but let me say this the day went absolutely perfect. Couples who are considering this venue here is what you need to know. When my wife and I signed with the Carriage House it was under private ownership of a couple. We signed in around June 2020. At some point in mid 2021, we learned that the venue was sold to a corporation. Fortunately for us, the new corporation honored our original contract that we signed with the original owners. We got a very good price on the venue rental and our alcohol package. I do not know what the new prices will be under this new management but we got very lucky that we signed before inflation really ramped up. After we learned the venue had been sold, communication was very difficult for awhile. Now, everyone should keep in mind they were in a transition process of taking over the property. Eventually, after a few bumps in the road, we did manage to get a conference call and get everything hammered out. The three most important things I will tell prospective clients is keep all your receipts, stay on them (management), and ask lots of questions. Once we got to our wedding day, it was absolutely beautiful. Everything was set up as promised. Cheryl was our day manager and her assistant was Hunter. Both of them were absolute rockstars. Any questions we had or things we needed help with they were immediately available. They knew how to help but didnāt try to take over and dictate our wedding. They truly are hometown people who know how to connect with others. The bar staff was fantastic. Those guys were down to earth, talkative, and knew how to make every drink we wanted. They did exactly as I wanted them to and were fun to be around. Overall, this venue is a major go. I was going to give this a 4 star review due to the communication issues with corporate but Cheryl, Hunter, and bar staff saved the day and earned that extra star. This is a 5 star venue and staff and I would highly recommend the Carriage House to any couple looking to make their wedding day special.

The Carriage House in Conroe was the perfect venue! The staff and the owner, Kenni Bulger, made our day absolutely wonderful! Kenni and the staff were easy to communicate with, flexible, helpful, and quick to respond. Our guests kept telling us what a beautiful location we picked and how gorgeous the chapel and event hall were. The natural light that both buildings get creates jaw-dropping backgrounds for photos which is part of the reason we chose this venue. The photo opportunities are numerous and stunning, and we used them all. The grounds are lovely at all times of day, indoors and outdoors. If you have kids attending the wedding, the grounds outside allow for a lot of space for kids to play and let off steam. The bridal suite is spacious and has an awesome set up for getting ready with good lighting and plenty of seats for hair/make-up and just for people to relax. The groom's suite is nice and keeps the groom and groomsmen from seeing the bride. The furniture was set up exactly as we wanted it to be by the staff. The props such as the lanterns, photo wall, lounge sofa/chairs, table numbers, and easels provided by the venue were just what we were looking for. The only hiccup was that the alcohol arrangement is a little confusing and requires some math and estimation, but our bartenders were lovely and everything worked out on the day of. We couldn't be happier with our choice in venues, and we highly recommend The Carriage House.

We booked The Carriage House as our wedding venue for May 29th and it was fantastic! The venue speaks for itself with its beauty, and the pictures absolutely do the property justice. When we first toured, we were enamored with how perfect it all seemed to be exactly what we'd dreamt of. My dad later told me that he had tried to find a single fault and that he couldn't even find a cobweb! The staff was so kind and helpful throughout the entire process with quick responses and immense patience as I kept changing my mind on details. Any question was quickly answered and advice was freely given (which is amazing because they know this industry so well and give great vendor recommendations). Our wedding day felt so special because everywhere we looked felt like our own little world for the day. From the beautiful and spacious getting ready suites to the red door to the glass in the chapel, the pond, and the grand reception hall, it was just all so perfect. They also provided decor which made our lives SO much easier, and as we got deeper into planning, realized how much of a true gift that is. Kristi gave us our tour and is an absolute gem, and when we booked 20 minutes later she cried because she was so excited for us! Kenni has created a beautiful place and has a beautiful heart behind it all. Erika worked with us day of and helped the whole day go very smoothly. We cannot thank the people of The Carriage House enough or recommend them enough! Best. Decision.

First, The venue is beautiful! We loved the beautiful chapel right next door to the reception hall. The grounds are beautiful too and made great pictures. They have the place set up so the groomsmen have their own room and can stay out of sight with tv's and games. The brides room is so nice with makeup chairs and exposed brick. There was also a great place for the first touch- a white door outside in the middle of a green hedge! From the moment we toured the venue, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Questions were answered promptly by email or phone. We got vendor suggestions from them also. Their brochure is designed with most questions answered. It was a great tool. Refunds were delivered the next week promptly. I can't say enough about this venue. Smartly designed. Great kitchen for the caterer. Plenty space for our extra vendors, like a coffee cart and the photobooth.

I fell in love with this venue before I even toured it and knew that it had to be the one as soon as I walked in the doors. Kenni and her team were wonderful to work with. One of the team members always responded in a timely manner and every time that I went to the venue I was always greeted with a smile. The day of our wedding Erika was there to make sure that everything ran smooth. When setting up linens on tables we realized that one of the tables was missing so I let Erika know and she got it taken care of immediately. There were some issues with another vendor the morning of my wedding and Erika reminded me that it would all be okay and to not stress and I am thankful that she was there. The bartending staff was amazing. Not once did I look over and see a line of people waiting on drinks and once we got low on what we had preordered they let me know so that we could make the decision to either open a tab or move to a cash bar. The only things I can say that I wasnāt pleased with is I know that the bar package includes security and I did not see any security until we were getting ready for send off and then the deposit we paid was not returned until my mom reached out to the venue to ask about it almost 2 months after our wedding. The venue itself is gorgeous and does not need much if any decorations at all. There are so many photo opportunities to work with. We had close to 200 people at our wedding and it did not feel cramped at all and everyone had plenty of room to move around and dance. I can not give enough stars to this venue. Every single thing was perfect from start to finish. The owners and staff absolutely love what they do, and it shows. The attention to every detail is apparent everywhere you look. The venue offers so many unique photo opportunities that really give you photos that don't look wedding-y. Natural settings that are well manicured and simply gorgeous. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful and convenient this venue was. They also offer so much help in decor that you can use for the wedding that really helps brides on a budget get the most for their money. The Carriage House has amazing vendors that all worked well together. We had vendors excited that we were using this facility because they are so easy to organize and work with. We had several family members that are older and/or disabled. The venue's setup made it so easy for them to get around and not miss anything. I will absolutely send everyone I know to the Carriage House -

From Sip-tini, to the giant LOVE letters, to the red chapel doors and everything in between - it's all just perfect!! The Carriage House in Conroe is a fabulous wedding venue. What an answer to prayer! We were pleased with every aspect of our experience there ā but most importantly, the place and the people! The beautiful country setting and lush landscape set the stage. In the chapel, the wall of windows makes the glorious outdoors a stunning backdrop for the ceremony and works with beautiful chandeliers to create a rich, yet tastefully simple setting. The patios are welcoming and provide lots of gathering space. And the reception hall, complete with rich wood paneling and striking chandeliers is a beautifully blank canvas just waiting to be transformed. The other spaces worked as well - the Brideās Room and lounge with outdoor patio, the Groomās room and patio, the Sip-Tini bar outside and the main bar of the reception space. And the people! Thatās the best part! Everything comes down to people and the Carriage House folks are remarkable ā professional, attentive, personable, and kind. They made us feel that ours was the only wedding being planned at the time. They answered our questions promptly and warmly. I was an out-of-town mother of the bride and words cannot express what their help meant to me during our planning process. They also worked beautifully with all of our vendors ā those we got from them and those we did not. We thank God for the Carriage House venue and for the staff there. They made our daughterās wedding a beautiful one to remember!

The venue itself has everything you need to have a successful wedding. The inside/outside area is wonderful and all of our guests enjoyed being able to move in and out freely. The reception area inside is a beautiful space with natural light in the afternoon and beautiful, shiny wood in the evening. Our guests LOVED the venue, we received so many compliments! We opted to use one of their āinclusiveā packages which was a perfect fit for us. Ashley at The Carriage House did a fantastic job, she was prompt to answer questions and provide advice. The vendors suggested for the package were all excellent ā both in their trades but also their relationship with the venue came through with their careful planning and communication throughout the planning process. Finally, the COVID protocols they put into place really put us at ease. We didnāt want the focus of our wedding to be about the pandemic but did not want to minimize the seriousness either. The Carriage House did an amazing job of cleanliness and safety for our guests. To summarize, our wedding was perfect and The Carriage House made it all possible. Thank you!

Many of my guests told me it was the best and most beautiful wedding they have been to! The convenience of having the option between chapel and outdoor ceremony location was great, and the distance between the chapel and reception hall was even better! They also made sure to follow COVID guidelines and make every guest feel safe while not hurting the integrity of our wedding! The Carriage House is absolutely beautiful and with just a few decorations is absolutely breathtaking! We had our wedding in the chapel, which went off without a hitch. We also used their vendor package to provide linens, food, DJ, desserts, and day of coordinator. The Carriage House has relationships with wonderful vendors who helped make the day just that much better. We did plan a majority of our wedding during the pandemic, but the Carriage House team made sure to communicate every step of the way with the changes they were making to ensure our guestsā safety. I would recommend them to any couple.

The Carriage House is absolutely beautiful and with just a few decorations is absolutely breathtaking! We had our wedding in the chapel, which went off without a hitch. We also used their vendor package to provide linens, food, DJ, desserts, and day of coordinator. The Carriage House has relationships with wonderful vendors who helped make the day just that much better. We did plan a majority of our wedding during the pandemic, but the Carriage House team made sure to communicate every step of the way with the changes they were making to ensure our guestsā safety. I would recommend them to any couple.

This is the perfect simple & elegant, but also rustic venue! The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful, with the huge greenery arch and lake as your backdrop. Or if you don't want to have to worry about the Texas heat (like me) the white chapel on property is stunning. With the abundance of windows and high vaulted ceilings the natural light fills the space and makes a gorgeous setting for pictures and memories. The reception hall smells of pine and sets the mood for celebration! The staff worked with me every step of the way, answering all my questions quickly and thoroughly. They were very accommodating during the planning process - even allowing us to visit multiple times to take pictures and measure the space. My wedding was absolutely perfect and I have no doubt that it was because of The Carriage House!

If you are looking for a place to have your ceremony and reception in the same place, this is where you should book!They have an outdoor ceremony site or a chapel for indoors- both are gorgeous I had a hard time deciding which I wanted to use but ended up in the Chapel because I ultimately fell in love with the big windows and natural light! Another plus is that the Carriage house allows you to borrow their lanterns, candlesticks, signs, and sign stands- this is a huge help in saving money and not having to buy centerpieces! My wife and I highly recommend The Carraige House. Our daughter was recently married at the venue with approximately 250 guests. We could not have been happier nor could we now imagine a better venue for our daughter's wedding. The grounds were immaculate. The Wedding Chapel was beautiful and the Banquet Hall gave the reception a casual elegance that accomodated our guests in style. The overwhelming instant feedback from our guests was \"best wedding venue we have ever attended\". From start to finish, the Carraige House staff was extremely helpful and resourceful. While the venue can provide a complete turn-key experience, they will gladly assist you in locating wedding cooridinators, music and caterers, etc. In our case, the Carriage House introduced us to a \" Four String Quartet\" that was simply fabulous and gave the ceremony a classy feel while guests entered the Chapel and waited for the Ceremony to begin and also during the processional and recessional. The food and bar service were efficient and excellent. The accommodations for the bridal party and groomsmen were first rate and comfortable. Overall, the entire wedding could not have gone smoother. We have absolutely no complaints. The staff was spot-on on the big day and kept everyone at ease. They were very orgainized. In sum, I will simply say that the Carriage House is a class act that is a competent, helpful, and beautiful wedding venue . At the end of the day, contracting with this Venue was the best money we have spent in long time. The Carraige House provided my daughter and her groom with a very special wedding day experience. Parents too!

I fell in love with The Carriage House the moment I walked through those beautiful red doors and into the chapel. Getting married here was an absolute dream. We booked for August 31st 2019 back in late September/Early October of 2018 and they were almost already booked up for the next year. If you love this venue, book it ASAP before someone else does. Through the 11 months of our engagement, The Carriage House staff was so attentive and helpful with all my crazy questions. In the weeks leading up to our wedding they sent us information on all the decor that was available for me to use (I wish I would have known all the stuff that was available sooner because I bought a majority of it ahead of time but it was all great!). I highly recommend the Carriage House! Anna and the others at the venue were very kind and helpful, and she was very thorough in getting all the information she needed from us in a timely manner. They were all really easy to communicate and work with prior to the wedding.The bridal suite could use some more seating (I had six bridesmaids and a few other people who hung out in there), but the mismatched mirrors, tables, and chairs were beautiful. The groomās suite was classy and well-kept, and my husband loved the porch outside! It provided some awesome photo opportunities. They also provide complimentary mimosas for the girls and beer for the guys, which is always a plus. The chapel and reception hall are BEEEAUTIFUL. We had some guests comment that we could have added zero decorations of our own, and the venue would still be stunning. We totally agree. The chapel was pretty new when we booked the place, and the wrap-around deck and inside woodworking are gorgeous. The reception hall was huge (it fit our crowd of 250), and they have a lot of things available to use for decorations or centerpieces (lanterns, candle sticks, and wooden boxes). We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with the Carriage House, and we highly recommend them! Thanks for everything, guys! :)

We got married at the Carriage House in September and it was seriously a dream!! We had originally chosen the outdoor garden, but the weather was not cooperating so we moved it inside. I thought I would be disappointed, but it was seriously so beautiful and I wouldnāt have changed it for anything. Anna and Kenni were the nicest people to work with. Anna helped my mother in law with the bar setup and worked with my coordinator to make that day everything I wanted. Please check out the carriage house when looking for venues in the Houston area!

The Carriage House was the one and only venue we looked at! I do not regret one bit not looking at others. It is so hard not to absolutely fall in love with this place. ALL staff members were all so welcoming and helpful. This was such a wonderful experience. They made our day the best day!

We looked all over for a venue with a beautiful setting for an outdoor wedding and an indoor reception. Found it! Conroe was quite a drive for our guests but they were all complimentary of the venue. The patio area was beautiful with all the lights and a few extra touches from Sweet Tea & Linen. Kenni and Anna were very responsive to all our questions and things went off without a hitch... well, my daughter got hitched! :D

This place is so breath taking! everyone Loved the chapel and the reception hall and we got so many compliments! Besides its beauty, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Anna & Kenni are wonders and worked so hard to make sure our day was everything we wanted! We even pushed back our original exit time, and without a hiccup they helped make it happen and successful. I cannot thank them enough for helping make our day so smooth and perfect. This venue is one of kind, and I would recommend them a million times! If your looking for a beautiful venue thats also not way over priced you need to check out the carriage house!
