Maya Klein(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-11-2021 Janos Wilder, the chef and owner was a delight to work with. We were working with a tight budget, and Janos worked with us to make sure we stuck to that budget. Not once did he pressure us into anything that would go above our budget. The food was of course AMAZING. We told Janos that we wanted a North African inspired menu and he did not disappoint. Most of our budget went to food, which makes sense when a James Beard award winning chef is catering your wedding. He even worked with us to create a signature cocktail made with whisky Del Bac, my fave. The staff was truly amazing. Everything ran smoothly and there were no hiccups at all. The wait staff even followed me around to make sure I got to actually eat the food! All our guests commented on how it was the best food at a wedding they ever had, and how smoothly everything ran. Honestly they exceeded our every expectation. If you are looking for an intimate spot to throw a smallish wedding with amazing food in the heart of downtown, seriously look into The Carriage House. Stephanie Jensen(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 03-11-2018 The Carriage House completely exceeded our expectations. We were blown away by the thought that was put into the food that was served, from consulting with Megan and Chef Janos himself, to the tasting, to the night of. We were thoroughly impressed. Planning the event with Megan was a breeze. She was very responsive and always answered our questions, no matter how small. She was also very accommodating when it came to us trying to plan within our budget and helped us find the best options for the price. The venue itself was gorgeous when it was set up, and many of the pics online in their wedding gallery do not do it justice. Highly recommend. Reviewed on 10-11-2018
Bryna K(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-03-2019 My husband and I were married at the Carriage House December 2017. We did our ceremony and reception at CH. In addition to working with Megan at CH we also worked with a wedding planner for the floral and other details. We had an absolutely lovely and stress free wedding at CH that completely suited our relationship. We were really pleased with the organization, the quality of the hor d'oeuvres and dinner, level of attention and service in both the planning phase and the day of the wedding. The downtown Tucson location and historic feel to the venue was a major draw for us as well as the opportunity to work with Chef Janos Wilder. Reviewed on 01-01-2018
