I had a wonderful experience working with The Cedar Room when planning my wedding. From our initial tour with Jessie, who was so enthusiastic and up for anything, to our final tasting menu touches with Samantha, who was endlessly patient and accommodating, I can't say enough kind things about this venue! They truly were the most flexible and easygoing team, yet so organized, gracious, and on top of everything. They took food allergy concerns seriously, going out of their way to speak with guests over the phone and plan a safe menu for them. And the food? Amazing! (The desserts especially!) As for the venue itself, The Cedar Room was perfect for our big day. We fit two bars, a band, a dance floor, and 160 guests for a seated plated dinner and it never felt crowded (or too big). I would recommend this venue for anyone accommodating a crowd and looking to eat, dance, and party the night away at their wedding!

My husband and I selected the Cedar Room as our wedding venue, and every single guest commented on how stunning the space was. We even had friends from social media ask the name of the venue so they could use it for their future wedding just based off of our photos that were posted. On top of the space being beautiful, the staff in all departments was amazing. They all were so personable and willing to make this the best experience possible. The food was also AMAZING. Many guests voiced that it was some of the best wedding food they have ever had! Overall this is a 5/5 venue and we would highly recommend!! Thank you Jessie, Samantha and the rest of the Cedar Room staff!

My husband and I selected the Cedar Room as our wedding venue, and every single guest commented on how stunning the space was. I love this venue and all of the people that work there. I've never felt more important and special on my wedding day. The staff that works here make the incredible space even better. They think of every detail, they are kind and so welcoming. They helped me through a very stressful planning experience and I couldn't have done it without them. The Cedar Room was on our list of dream wedding venues before even being engaged. It was a no brainer that the space absolutely fit every single one of our needs. The industrial and modern feel is still very warm and inviting. We loved that we had options in terms of having the ceremony and/or cocktail hour inside or outside in the courtyard. The day of our wedding there was wild wind and rain but we never had to stress about having not having a backup plan. The Cedar Room team is beyond sweet to work with. They were extremely professional and communicative and made us feel so loved throughout the entire process. As for the food, it was the absolute best! Our guests all told us it was some of the best food they had ever had. We had several different stations which allowed our guests to have many different options. Wish we could get married all over again just to eat our wedding food. The Cedar Room will always hold a special place in our hearts!

The cedar room is truly stunning as was the perfect venue for us. Renee was fantastic to work with and very responsive. Everyone was raving about the food and everything ran smoothly. There is an elevator for those who can not use the stairs and and having the option to be inside or outside worked out well for us since it rained on our wedding day. Could not have been better!

The Cedar Room was the perfect venue for our wedding! After having to postpone in 2020, they were very accommodating and easy to work with in choosing a new date. The space itself is incredible and lends itself so well to any color palette and style. The staff at the Cedar Room are unmatched - every server and bartender was so attentive and friendly! Plus the onsite catering is delicious!! We are so happy we chose the Cedar Room.

We could not have been happier with experience we had with The Cedar Room for our wedding ceremony & reception venue. Renee was amazing to work with and we had such a great time at our tasting. Due to Covid, we ended up having about half the amount of guests that we originally planned on (around 85 came) and it ended up being perfect. There was plenty of room to space out the tables but the room didn’t feel bare at all. We had the ceremony on one side and the reception tables set up on the other side of the drapes and used the courtyard for cocktail hour. Everyone commented on how amazing all of the food was which was super important to me! If you are considering choosing The Cedar Room for hour wedding, DO IT!!!! We had the most amazing wedding day.

The Cedar Room was the perfect venue for our wedding! It’s a very flexible space, so it worked out perfectly for us trying to plan our wedding throughout this pandemic. Prior to Covid we had anticipated having about 200 guests, but ended up having about 130. I was so glad that we still had so much space though because it allowed guests who wanted to stay distant from all other guests the ability to while still attending our wedding. The catering service is fantastic and the staff are very helpful!

The Cedar Room was the perfect venue for our wedding! It’s a very flexible space, so it worked out perfectly for us trying to plan our wedding throughout this pandemic. I had no idea that the venue selection was a lot like the dress selection...when you see it, it just clicks. Man did The Cedar Room click for us. A beautiful open, rustic wood, exposed brick, big windows, and metal touches space that was able to accommodate every aspect of our wedding. We were able to have both our ceremony and reception in the large space without making it feel overcrowded. All the food comes up from the amazing restaurant below, Mercantile & Mash, including cake, drinks and staff. Speaking of staff, Renee and Graham were absolutely lovely to work with. Helping us with decisions we didn't have experience with and executing our every request. Compliments from our guests came in throughout the night and are still coming. Everyone was blown away.
