The Chadwick is a wedding venue located in Wexford, PA. This expansive property provides a plethora of indoor and outdoor event spaces for couples to use during their celebrations. Situated just north of Pittsburgh, this site allows couples to escape the insulting big city and celebrate in complete tranquility surrounded by loved ones. Those seeking to make the most of the Keystone State’s sunshine can do so with a ceremony on the gorgeous Patio. This covered space is complete with white drapery, an altar, and ample seating for up to 200 guests. We also feature a Rustic covered Pavilion with seating for up to 160 guests. You and your partner can exchange vows with the gentle breeze flowing as your family and friends watch on in joy. The Pavilion also provides beautiful views of the nearby woodland, ideal for photo opportunities. A night of dancing and laughter can follow in The Chadwick’s stunning Ballroom. My wife and I got married a few weeks ago, and since that amazing day I don't think a day's gone by without one of our guests telling us how awesome our venue was. We found The Chadwick on The Knot and they were the first venue we toured. We knew instantly that it was perfect, but still wanted to make sure we did our due diligence. After viewing several other venues, our feelings were confirmed and the decision was easy. Nothing could've prepared us for the incredible experience we got with the Event Manager, Stacy, the Wedding Coordinator, Judy, and the entire staff at The Chadwick. Right from the start they were exactly what you want as a couple planning a wedding: friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. All for a great price. We held both our ceremony and reception at The Chadwick, and my wife and I simply could not have asked for a more perfect day because of it. They handled our delicious food, our full bar, tables, chairs, linens, cake, the list goes on. All of that meant that we had to deal with fewer vendors, and ultimately meant that we were able to enjoy the day that much more knowing that everything was taken care of in-house. They were all so helpful, communicated incredibly well through the entire process, and most importantly, helped turned our day and night into the party no one will ever forget. We will forever be recommending The Chadwick to any couple looking for the absolute best venue for their big day.

I am very pleased with my experience at The Chadwick! They made planning all the details, menus, and tracking payments very easy. They were transparent about all prices and worked hard to bring our vision to life. They set everything up for us and even packed up our decor and extra cookies after our event. The various staff members knew their respective roles and they were all professional and positive. It was very easy to communicate with the staff and in the end, everything was beautiful! I can not stress enough how much I would recommend this venue for your wedding!! Stacy, their wedding planner, was unbelievable. She helped us effortlessly put together our vision! She was kind, helpful, organized, and truly was able to execute everything we had envisioned and more. Some thing that really stood out to me about the Chadwick was that I didn’t feel like they were trying to scam you for money. I felt like their prices were fair and what you got for them was better than all of their competitors. My husband and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better day, we had our ceremony outside in the pavilion in a reception and ballrooms A and B. Everything was gorgeous, and if you are looking for an effort free wedding venue, this is your place! I promise you, you will not regret it.

My husband and I can not say enough about how fantastic Stacy and her team at The Chadwick were to work with. Stacy and Judy were a dream to work with from the very beginning of our venue search. They are responsive, detail oriented, and honest. There was never any question or doubt about any changes that were going on during our planning process and what the potential impacts may be, which was really refreshing when trying to keep a budget in mind. The Chadwick truly does handle everything they say they are going to, which on my wedding day, took so much stress away from me. Our food for the rehearsal dinner, happy hour, and reception was outstanding! We still have guests raving about the food, and several people asked for recipes from the staff because it was simply that good. Stacy and her team coordinated with our vendors for day of delivery, which was just one less thing I had to think about that day. They also set everything we brought up for us, and did a great job. Every detail was set exactly as discussed, and honestly exceeded my expectations. We did have to change hotels roughly 3 months before the wedding, which would have typically been incredibly stressful, but Stacy provided a list of options and we had it resolved in a week. We were so thankful to have her guidance on this as we wanted to ensure our guests were in a nice hotel. Her relationships with the vendors she recommends is truly outstanding, and I felt comfortable taking her recommendations at face value. We were so thrilled with the service we received from The Chadwick, and recommend them to anyone we know getting married in Pittsburgh.

The Chadwick makes planning your wedding very easy. They keep you on schedule and provide food, cake, cookie table, alcohol, set up, and tear down. You can rent an aisle runner and some other decorations as well. We barely had to bring anything to the wedding itself, just a seating board, wedding favors, and cookies for the cookie table. They provide a vendor list of DJs, florists, and photographers that have worked with the Chadwick before and are familiar with the vendor. We worked with Stacy prior to our wedding and she kept us organized and on track and was very kind and easy to work with. All this was at a very reasonable price. Would recommend the Chadwick to anyone looking for a stress-free Pittsburgh wedding!

I truly cannot express how amazing The Chadwick is. We worked closely with Stacy to plan our wedding and she was very professional, kind, and easy to work with. It was the smoothest wedding cocktail hour and reception our guests have ever been to (according to their feedback). 10/10 on every category.

I would give the Chadwick 10 stars if I could. These people know what they are doing! The overall price was a little more expensive than some other venues we looked at, but they were well worth the money. The venue is pretty itself, with an outdoor area that we booked for cocktail hour. They provide linens and a basic centerpiece which made it super easy for us. We made a few of our own decorations and they set them up and made the space look beautiful. The food was delicious and we received many compliments on it. The staff was responsive, helpful, and overall so pleasant to work with. Kudos to Stacy, Judy, Jackie, and Val Jean - you rock! If you are looking for a venue that will alleviate your wedding stress, look no further.

This was the only one we visited, and after meeting Jackie and Stacy and seeing the ballroom in person and the outdoor wooden, rustic pavilion with string lights for our cocktail hour, we were sold! Deciding on The Chadwick was the easiest and BEST decision we made in all our wedding planning. After putting our deposit down, Stacy gave us a list of the vendors they often work with (only the best of the best makes the cut for this list) and this led us to our incredible photographer and DJs. Stacy was there with us every step of the way and was always super responsive to our questions via email or phone. Our families kept asking us why we were so calm the week leading up to our wedding, and it was truly because the staff at The Chadwick take care of everything for us – set up, tear down, etc. All we had to do was drop off! Chris and I had been to The Chadwick before for sports banquets which were very nice, but they way they elevated our room for our wedding was so impressive. It was gorgeous! Our vision was executed to a T, and we were able to use some of the decorations they already had and put our own personal touches on them. The staff was so attentive to us, our family, and our friends, and they were so friendly! Thank you, Stacy, and the rest of staff, at The Chadwick for making our wedding day so perfect and stress free!

If you want a stress-free and beautiful wedding, go to The Chadwick! Stacy was absolutely wonderful in walking us through the whole wedding process. She made sure every detail was how we requested and really made the experience personal. We booked the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception here and they handle EVERYTHING. Food, alcohol, cake, set-up, take-down, vendor management, day of coordination, etc. so you can really just relax on your day. In comparison to what other venues could offer, The Chadwick was the best package. Not only is everything very reasonably priced, but they deliver so many services that other venues didn't. They are truly the best!!

BOOK THE CHADWICK! We worked mostly with Stacy throughout the planning process. She was wonderful and so fun to work with! She made the planning process so simple. Our wedding day turned out perfectly. We had our reception and cocktail hour outside in the Pavillion. Even though the morning and early afternoon were rainy, they let us wait until the absolute last second to make the rain call. Luckily it stopped and we got our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour like we wanted. We had many compliments about how beautiful the ceremony space was. We then moved into the ballroom (we had ballroom A and B). They added decor to the decor I provided and made the space perfect. We had a very large cookie table which was plated and displayed beautifully. Stacy never blinked an eye when we delivered over 260 dozen cookies the day before. The food was delicious. We upgraded to top shelf liquor which provided us with many, many options including 4 different draft beers. Our wedding cake was included (Lincoln Bakery) and was done beautifully and also was delicious. We received so many compliments about the space and the wedding overall. I can’t say enough good things about the Chadwick and Stacy. I highly recommend booking your wedding, shower, rehearsal, etc at the Chadwick - you won’t be disappointed.

If I could give The Chadwick more than 5 stars, I would! If you are a bride that wants to all the decisions to fall together, this is the venue for you. As an all-inclusive venue, it could not have been easier to make the necessary plans. The packages provided all have great options - we went with the basic package with a few select upgrades and our event was perfect. It was great peace of mind to pick a venue and get more than half the decisions made at the exact same time - ceremony, cocktail hour, reception space, linens, chairs, catering, cake, bar, etc. The outdoor ceremony space is absolutely perfect! We were worried about rain, but Stacy assured us that the patio would provide coverage during the ceremony. It is beautiful in itself and barely needs any accessories or decorations to make it perfect!Everything about this venue and the staff was amazing as well! Stacy coordinates everything from the start - she is extremely helpful and responsive. This were a few minor faults in communication between prior conversations and execution day-of the wedding- but nothing that couldn't be fixed within seconds! Lorraine and Val were so great at listening to us and executing our expectations! We appreciate The Chadwick staff immensely!

I cannot recommend the Chadwick enough! So much included in the price including alcohol, food, even the cake! Stacey was amazing and helped through every step of the way. I didn’t even need a wedding planner/coordinator because they took such great care of us. They truly went above and beyond. When we delivered our centerpieces, some of the flowers came off, and they took it upon themselves to glue them back on for us! My guests raved about the venue and the staff serving them. I got so many compliments on the food as well as the late night pierogi bar was also a huge hit!!

I cannot say enough great things about The Chadwick! My husband and I got married on 11/12/2022 and the staff was INCREDIBLE. For all of you clueless and panicked brides, this is your venue. I had a 5 month engagement and the staff at the Chadwick did amazing ensuring that our day was perfect. They offer so many services that makes the day so much easier for you and your family like complete set up and tear down, cookie table display, tables chairs and linens, and more. Even our wedding cake was included in the cost. While this certainly wasn’t cheap, it felt like we did everything we could to have a nice wedding. Stacy was incredible in helping us plan our wedding and extremely patient, I was truly a clueless bride. My only critique would be the food the day of the wedding wasn’t as good as when we tasted it, but is to be expected when you cook for a crowd.

My wedding was everything I hoped it would be. I keep looking back on the photos and reliving the day. The staff really was the cherry on top. Stacy was amazing to work with. During the getting ready process all the way to the very end I felt like an honored guest and was constantly asked if I needed anything. During dinner I would get stuck in conversations and there was always someone there a second later grabbing my plate for me to take to my table so my arm wouldn’t get tired holding it up. There was one gentleman filling drinks and chatting and was super friendly and he just felt like a friend just walking around the room. My goal was to have a beautiful ceremony then share a delicious meal with close family and friends and we got exactly that. Everyone was raving about the food. My aunt with a gluten intolerance loved that she was able to eat and thoroughly enjoy the food. And Brigette is rightfully on the top of their list for suggested florists. She was friendly and her work was stunning. The decor was beautiful. All of my friends and family told me it was one of the best weddings they had been to in a while.

If I could do it over, I would have never had my wedding here. I got married in October 2021. My first very big issue is that we were never told initially that there would be another wedding happening on the SAME DAY as mine. When we found out, it was July 2021, 3 mos before our wedding and too late to do anything. When Stacey (the manager) saw my apprehension, she assured me that the wedding was on the opposite side of the building. That was completely false. The ceremony was on the opposite side of the building. The reception was directly next to ours; which caused much confusion throughout the night. People signing the wrong guest book, putting cards in the wrong card box, going into the wrong reception room, etc. I would have never had my wedding here if I had known there was another wedding on the same day. When I asked Stacey about if I should hire a day of coordinator, she said no as they would “step on the toes” of her day of coordinator. The issue was, there WAS NO day of coordinator. There was a woman there who was so unhelpful I don’t remember her name. She was there for the ceremony and then LEFT. We were never told she would not be available to us during the reception. To make matters worse, I asked her to do one thing; after the ceremony ask immediate family to stay in the space for pictures. She did not. Never saw her again. My rehearsal dinner was also an issue. I was told they ran out of chicken before all my guests had eaten. I gave them the # of guests prior to this. Later, when my mom and MIL went to speak to someone about it, they were told there WAS leftover chicken and they “forgot”. You forgot? Also a waitress was very rude to my aunt when she asked for coffee as if that was such an inconvenience to her. I was told, as the bride mind you, that I was “not allowed” to take the shuttle provided to the Chadwick before the ceremony as she “didn’t want guests to see me”. We had to rent our own bus to get me there even though 1 was provided with our package. THEN, when I told her that I wanted to go in a back door when i arrived before the ceremony, she told me there was no back door and that it was “unavoidable” that my guests may see me before I walk down the aisle. Completing contradicting herself as to why I couldn’t take the shuttle provided. Some other things that were just unprofessional; guests from the other wedding coming into our reception and taking our cookies. I had to spend the night looking for someone who worked there to get our family tables drinks, dim the lights, stop people from putting our cards into the wrong box, etc. As the bride, that should not be any of my concern that day. I also should not have to be LOOKING for someone to help me at my reception. Also, I am not even sure why I was working with Stacey over 9 months when she was not even there the day of. I had no one familiar to help me with all the issues listed above. She also tried to push me multiple times to move my ceremony from the covered patio to the reception room. It was calling for rain but only in the AM and I told her multiple times that this was not something I was planning to change my mind on. I did not want my guests seeing the reception space before the reception. She was very adamant on me changing it and I am pretty sure it had something to do with the other wedding and not the rain at all. Also, it did not rain during my ceremony. Truly was so disappointed in my overall experience and would not recommend to anyone.

We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at The Chadwick this past weekend and it was beautiful from start to finish. All of the staff, especially Stacy and Judy, were super friendly and helpful! I highly recommend The Chadwick if you’re looking to have everything at one location.

We had our ceremony and reception at the Chadwick. We worked closely with Stacy leading up to our wedding. Stacy was amazing and helped make the process smooth and painless. She was on top of everything and answered all of my questions no matter how trivial. She was also able to give her opinion on things I was unsure about, and everything turned out perfect. We had our ceremony on the pavilion side which was recently enlarged. The pavilion was beautiful, and it was nice to have something covered as it was threatening to rain all day. We were supposed to have our cocktail hour on the pavilion but had to move it into the ballroom at the last minute due to concerns for rain. This adjustment was expertly handled by the staff, and you would have never known it was a change from the original plan. We then had our reception in the ballroom which was beautifully decorated. We were very surprised at the extra décor the Chadwick had put out near our place cards. It really made it look like a finished table. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone loved all the hors d'oeuvre and entrée options. We also had pretzels as our late snack which were delicious. The bar line moved very quickly. Overall, we had an amazing time. We would definitely recommend the Chadwick to other couples. Stacy was amazing to work with and there were so many extras that we got the day of the wedding that we were not expecting (like the extra décor) that really made it special.

Stacy made the planning process so easy, and it turned out perfect. Beautiful decorating, delicious food, great bartending, wonderful staff. There was even another wedding going on at the same time as ours, but we didn't even notice - flawless! If we did it all over again, we would choose The Chadwick.

We had planning and replanning meetings with the pandemic and moving the wedding thank goodness only once. It was seamless with Stacy's assistance. Let's just say, the Chadwick was a lifesaver. My, now husband, and I had planned on getting married at the University we went to and long story short - due for COVID, we had to change ALL of our plans less than 3 months before our date, May 14. Stacy went above and beyond to not only book us IMMEDIATELY but she made everything we had in mind happen on such short notice. Our day was absolutely perfect and once we got into the reception hall from our church ceremony, everyone was professional and on the same page making the flow of the evening so easy and stress-free. The food was delicious and hot & the cake is probably one of the biggest things we get complimented on. It was DELICIOUS. Anything we wanted to do or try for the day, we were never told \"no\". Stacy knew how much we've been through and truly treated us like friends instead of \"clients\" making sure we felt heard and important. My mom planned my bridal shower on the garden patio at the Chadwick. Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we had to postpone the shower from April to July.The staff made necessary adjustments to make my guests feel safe with everything else going on. They all wore masks, the food was served instead of buffet and the appetizers were on served plates as well. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the communication with restrictions was not the same the day of. My mom had purchased luau umbrella straws and we were told we weren’t able to use them. We were also told ahead of time that guests needed to wear a mask until they were seated at their assigned seat and then they could remove the mask, but the staff made numerous announcements about guests having to wear masks the entire time as well as myself while opening gifts. Also, we had ordered the same meal for all guests grilled chicken with mango salsa, potatoes and a salad. I felt that the potato portion was very small and would have probably been more if it had been buffet, but nonetheless, it was delicious.We have had numerous events at The Chadwick my entire life since we live so close. I understand that Covid has changed everything, but my only wish is that the staff and directors get on the same page about the rules moving forward.

We LOVED The Chadwick! Wexford is close to where most of our family/friends live, so location-wise it was a good choice to begin with. We worked with Stacey most of the time to get our package, decor, and other details in order. I can't say enough good things about this venue. The Chadwick was the PERFECT wedding venue for my husband and I. We were looking for a beautiful, rustic outdoor wedding, with the security of having an indoor reception to avoid the unpredictable Pittsburgh weather. We have said over & over again since our wedding on 8/24/2019 that the best decision we made throughout the planning process was picking The Chadwick as our venue. Stacy was our go-to girl from day 1. We were planning our wedding from out of state, and she made everything so easy & enjoyable. The modern style of the venue, the price, the location, the friendliness & professionalism of the staff (shout out to Stacy & Miss D!), the packages available to you with food, alcohol, decorations, etc. Everything about this venue was exactly what we needed/wanted. I cannot say enough amazing things about The Chadwick. We had our ceremony in The Pavilion and our reception in the larger reception hall in August. The venue was absolutely gorgeous as they always keep their flowers fresh outside and so much of the decoration is included with the venue. I could go on and on about the beautiful setting, but the best part is the incredible staff. Stacy was my wedding planner, and she was super responsive, thought of everything that I wouldn't have, and was always so kind and positive during our meetings. Any time I reached out to her with a question, she got back to me by the next day. Her assistant was around when I was dropping things off the morning before the wedding. She came out to our car with a cart, helped unload everything, double checked what we gave her to the list that she already had, and we were gone within five minutes. I thought we were going to have to hand carry everything in and help set things up! Ms. D was our wedding coordinator for the day, and she was awesome as well. She was strict in making sure we stayed on schedule and nobody goofed off but was so fun and sweet. Without these women helping me through this process, I would have lost my mind. They were all included with the venue and were basically like having a built in wedding planner. The food was quick to come out, the filler decorations matched my vision perfectly, and the bartenders were quick with the drinks. I didn't have to set a single things up or fix anything that they did for me. There was literally nothing about the venue or the staff that I would change. I 100% recommend!

We had our wedding at the Chadwick on 9/7/19 and I don't think anything could have gone any better. We had a little over a 2 year engagement and started researching venues pretty soon after, with a good idea of what I was looking for and a date in mind. We looked at 1 other venue that had promising reviews and upon visiting I knew it wasn't going to be for us. I set up a meeting with Stacy to visit the Chadwick and I immediately knew this is where my wedding needed to be. It checked every box I had; outdoor ceremony space that wasn't a barn, ceremony and reception in the same place, reception in a ballroom, onsite catering, shuttle to the hotel, etc. We worked with Stacy for our entire process and she couldn't have been nicer. She was able to accommodate everything I asked for and always responded to every email/phone call within a day. I never had to wait around and wonder what was going on. Come wedding week, she had a detailed list of everything we talked about and when I took all of our wedding items the night before, she went through with me and made an itemized list of all of our decorations we wanted. She also through in her own touches to cover the things we didn't have that made our wedding look that much nicer. Come actual wedding day, Ms. D made sure my whole bridal party knew where to go and when (not an easy task with 16 people), and made sure the guests were comfortable and in their seats on time. At the reception she made sure not to interfere with all of the fun we were having, but was always around and available if we needed anything. We chose to do a buffet and I had requested to have 2 buffet lines. Ms. D made sure everyone got through the line quickly so there was more time for dancing and fun! Overall she was such a joy and I can't imagine our wedding running so smoothly without her! At the end of our wedding she had everything broken down and organized in boxes for us to put in our cars and take back to the hotel along with boxes up all of our leftovers from the night. Our waitress Marisa was also phenomenal. She was our only waitress for our cocktail hour and was quick and attentive the entire night. I was so excited when I found out she would be working our wedding too! She was our personal waitress for the whole night for us and our bridal party and made sure everyone had full glasses and was so quick in serving our tables. Oh and the food was AMAZING! I had heard good things about it from people but was truly blown away when we went in for our tasting. I knew I didn't want the hassle of trying to find my own caterer while searching for venues to knowing that the Chadwick has their own restaurant was a total bonus. Everyone that attended loved the food and they were able to accommodate 2 of our guests that are vegan on short notice. I really can't stress enough how amazing our wedding was from start to finish and it was all thanks to the amazing staff at the Chadwick! If you're starting the planning process I recommend going to visit the Chadwick. It truly has everything you could want in a wedding venue and the staff is one of a kind! We had our wedding at the Chadwick on 9/7/19 and I don't think anything could have gone any better. We had a little over a 2 year engagement and started researching venues pretty soon after, with a good idea of what I was looking for and a date in mind. We looked at 1 other venue that had promising reviews and upon visiting I knew it wasn't going to be for us. I set up a meeting with Stacy to visit the Chadwick and I immediately knew this is where my wedding needed to be. It checked every box I had; outdoor ceremony space that wasn't a barn, ceremony and reception in the same place, reception in a ballroom, onsite catering, shuttle to the hotel, etc. We worked with Stacy for our entire process and she couldn't have been nicer. She was able to accommodate everything I asked for and always responded to every email/phone call within a day. I never had to wait around and wonder what was going on. Come wedding week, she had a detailed list of everything we talked about and when I took all of our wedding items the night before, she went through with me and made an itemized list of all of our decorations we wanted. She also through in her own touches to cover the things we didn't have that made our wedding look that much nicer. Come actual wedding day, Ms. D made sure my whole bridal party knew where to go and when (not an easy task with 16 people), and made sure the guests were comfortable and in their seats on time. At the reception she made sure not to interfere with all of the fun we were having, but was always around and available if we needed anything. We chose to do a buffet and I had requested to have 2 buffet lines. Ms. D made sure everyone got through the line quickly so there was more time for dancing and fun! Overall she was such a joy and I can't imagine our wedding running so smoothly without her! At the end of our wedding she had everything broken down and organized in boxes for us to put in our cars and take back to the hotel along with boxes up all of our leftovers from the night. Our waitress Marisa was also phenomenal. She was our only waitress for our cocktail hour and was quick and attentive the entire night. I was so excited when I found out she would be working our wedding too! She was our personal waitress for the whole night for us and our bridal party and made sure everyone had full glasses and was so quick in serving our tables. Oh and the food was AMAZING! I had heard good things about it from people but was truly blown away when we went in for our tasting. I knew I didn't want the hassle of trying to find my own caterer while searching for venues to knowing that the Chadwick has their own restaurant was a total bonus. Everyone that attended loved the food and they were able to accommodate 2 of our guests that are vegan on short notice. I really can't stress enough how amazing our wedding was from start to finish and it was all thanks to the amazing staff at the Chadwick! If you're starting the planning process I recommend going to visit the Chadwick. It truly has everything you could want in a wedding venue and the staff is one of a kind! I wish I could go back and have my wedding there every year!

The Chadwick gave us the wedding of our dreams! Everything was absolutely perfect! Stacy, Jackie, and Judy were all so easy to work with and made the whole event so much less stressful. Stacy was always quick to answer my million questions during the planning process was always so nice too! Our guests have told us that it was the best wedding they had ever been too! The food was EXCELLENT! They also did an amazing job transforming the space into exactly what I was picturing, and used some of their own decor items to tie everything together. They also cleaned up everything so quickly at the end of the night and boxed everything up for us! I am nothing but impressed with The Chadwick and would recommend to anyone!

The Chadwick gave us the wedding of our dreams! Everything was absolutely perfect! Stacy, Jackie, and Judy were all so easy to work with and made the whole event so much less stressful. Prices reflect 2019 price. For 2020 and later....expect an increase of $20 per person and less amenities than listed in the packages. 😔Very disappointed with this website for advertising all we could ever want, and upon visiting the venue, telling us that we were terribly misinformed.

They not only handle all of the ordering of tables, chairs, linens, etc., they set up your decorations, tear everything down and even plate your cookie table as part of the cost. Other places charge you for all of those things. The food was amazing and our guests haven’t stopped talking about it!Stacy who does most of the planning with you is AMAZING. She is so easy to work with, answered all of my questions, no matter how weird or silly they ended up being, and definitely knows what she's doing. She's been with the venue for a long time and it shows. She knows everything inside and out. I couldn't have been happier with her!Dana (Miss D) who handles your event the night of is also so amazing. She made sure we were on time, everyone was where they needed to be, that we had food and champagne - anything we needed. And she made the ballroom and cocktail hour room beautiful!The only issue we had was with one specific staff member on the night of the wedding. It seems like it was a one-off issue, but was still disappointing after having such an amazing experience with both Stacy and Miss D. Overall there were a few issues we ran into, but things are bound to happen anywhere you go and the good DEFINITELY outweighed the bad. They made the whole planning process enjoyable and easy and I appreciate them so much! You can’t go wrong if you choose The Chadwick!

Every single person we encountered from the start of our planning process to the closing of the wedding were absolutely delightful to work with - wonderful customer service and professional, responsive, and positive attitudes all around. The food was great, and the space is elegant and easy to transform into a classic, beautiful event. I heard countless compliments from our guests on the staff and the services, and I would choose the Chadwick all over for my wedding. We truly felt cared for the entire time! If you're looking for a hands-on staff and a beautiful inside/outside venue, I strongly recommend you tour the Chadwick!

She made the day absolutely wonderful, and her staff made us feel so at home from the very beginning. My husband and I helped my son and soon to be daughter-in-law plan their wedding in Pittsburgh as they lived in California . I have to say that from the start, we loved the look of the Chadwick. It is a beautiful place. We wanted a venue that could handle both the ceremony and the reception. We loved the look of the patio for the ceremony! Once we decided this was the place, Jackie, our event coordinator was great at helping us stay on track with all of the details. My daughter-in-law was only able to come in once before the wedding and Jackie took extra time with us that day to make sure she knew exactly what the bride had in mind. The one detail that was extremely important for the bride and groom was the size of the dance floor, they are both Latin ballroom dancers and wanted room to shine! The wedding was a smashing success, the patio looked perfect, the reception hall was beautiful! Everything came together just as we had envisioned. Miss D attended to our every need and made sure everything ran smoothly. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. If you want a stress free wedding day that is beautiful, this is the place!

The Chadwick is absolutely phenomenal! Stacy was our planner, and she was awesome! She was very helpful, kept in constant contact with us, and was available whenever we needed anything during the planning process. Planning a wedding can be very stressful, but everyone at The Chadwick made it as stress-free as it can be. The facility is gorgeous! On the day of the wedding, our coordinator was Miss D., and she was outstanding as well, making sure that everyone was taken care of. They did such a great job of decorating, using stuff we brought in and their own decorations. And of course, the food was delicious! The pork with onion cream sauce, chicken parmesan, mac and cheese, and roasted potatoes were all amazing! 5 stars is not enough for them. Definitely a 10 out of 5!

It is so hard to transfer the overwhelming and joyous feelings I have towards this place into words, but I am going to try! The Chadwick is simply amazing! We had our ceremony and reception there. Stacy was a pure gem to work with from start to finish throughout the planning! I could not think of a better person to go through such an important process with when it came to planning, executing, and her always being willing to accommodate my quirkiness (I was not a by-the-book bride). She was always available to answer my questions, give me advice, and was just a fun-loving person in general to deal with. She sees lots of brides, but Stacy made me feel so special! The day before and the day of, The Chadwick’s staff BLEW US AWAY with their execution of our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, cocktail hour, and of course the reception. We do not have a single thing we’d change about any of those events. How easy is it to drop a ton of decor, favors, etc. at their door and walk in the next day to see it placed even more beautifully than you imagined without having to give any direction? The staff itself was so kind, and so professional! We received compliment after compliment on how good the food was and how beautiful The Chadwick was. Brides, grooms, their families- you will NOT regret having your wedding here!

so I requested info on this space knowing my date was in 2021. most places have already begun booking. once contacted they let me know they had not begun 2021 pricing. I was totally ok with that but asked to still come see the venue to see if this was something we wanted to continue with once they had their pricing available. the ladies got super rude and told me no they would not do that. if I really wanted to so bad I could come in and walk myself around but no one would help me if I did so. we have now decided to not even consider them in our top choices. lost business from me and everyone I have told has told their friends and family as well

From the time I booked until the time my car was loaded with my items after my wedding! Stacy was amazing walking me through each step throughout the process to make sure nothing was forgotten. She was so quick with her responses to to my calls and emails. He day of the wedding the manager Karen took care of me to length of making me feel so special and making sure I knew it was my day and for me to enjoy it! My wedding party was well taken care of the entire night as well as my family table and my husbands family table. Let alone each guest I spoke to had nothing but nice things to say about The Chadwick and the entire staff they works there. The good was amazing at my wedding and at my rehearsal dinner. They are all so organized and on time with everything! I could RAVE about The Chadwick. I would highly recommend this venue as one that does it all. It was during the planning meeting, I really realized they are doing it all for me! Opposed to having multiple meetings for linen, food, cake, decorations, etc. - it was all in one. Every person I worked with was a dream. Stacy was there every step for the planning and extremely responsive and open to customization. We met Val and Miss D at the rehearsal and they were so kind, accommodating and patient. One of the first things Miss D said to me was if there was ANYTHING I needed done, had a problem with, needed changed, etc. she was there to make it happen. In fact, during the reception, Miss D asked me about the temperature if the room to make sure I was comfortable (talk about above and beyond service!). Val was wonderful at keeping the groom and I fed and served throughout the night for all our needs. It was absolutely the best day and I owe that all to Stacy, Miss D and Val. If anything went wrong, I didn't know about it.

I could RAVE about The Chadwick. I would highly recommend this venue as one that does it all. It was during the planning meeting, I really realized they are doing it all for me! Opposed to having multiple meetings for linen, food, cake, decorations, etc. - it was all in one. Every person I worked with was a dream. Stacy was there every step for the planning and extremely responsive and open to customization. We met Val and Miss D at the rehearsal and they were so kind, accommodating and patient. I’m in tears writing this review because it honestly does not get any better than these ladies and this place right here!! Stacy made every step of planning so easy and as stress free as she possibly could. Val was a shining light, and there is honestly not enough praise I can give to Mrs D. I want to get married every year just to be at this place!! Everything was beyond perfect!!! My bridal party was a handful and Val and Mrs D kept them in line and made my day perfect. There is honestly no words to express how amazing these women are. The place was beautiful, they set everything up for me and offered so much with there packages that all I had to do was bring any extra things and wanted. They had the venue set up absolutely beautiful when I got there. They had a timeline and stuck to it so we got everything in we needed. Honestly, I can’t speak more highly of this place, absolutely amazing.

She is incredibly organized, professional, and always responded to our questions immediately. We dropped off some extra picture frames and other decorations the day before and the staff did such a nice job with using their judgment and expertise to make the cocktail hour space, our escort/gift/cookie tables, and the ballroom look gorgeous. I can't express how impressed we were with how smoothly the whole night went! The Chadwick staff are absolute professionals and took care of everything so we were able to enjoy our night. We had our daughter's wedding at the Chadwick in Wexford on Saturday. The wedding was outside on the pavillion, as was the cocktail hour, and the reception was in the ballroom. The venue looked beautiful on the day of the wedding...we just brought in 2 floral arrangements for the ceremony, and then moved them inside beside the sweetheart table later. Other than that, all decoration was from the Chadwick, and it was beautiful. The escort table was set up exactly as we requested, and the cake and cookie tables looked like something out of a wedding magazine. We were met immediately upon arrival by the wedding coordinator, Miss D, who stayed with us the entire evening, literally until we got in the car to leave. Her attentiveness to detail was incredible. She made herself available for every need that we had, even danced with us throughout the night! The staff was immaculately dressed, professional and friendly. Our server was Vincenzo....before we could even think that we needed something he had it in his hand.There were may compliments from our guests on the food and the atmosphere. The bartender was very efficient and friendly, and no one had to stand in line at the bar.At the end of the reception, the staff had packed up everything that we needed to take home, and even loaded it in to vehicles for us. The Chadwick is not the least expensive venue in the area...you pay for the service, and we expected to be treated well. But the end result was far beyond anything that we could have wanted or expected. We truly did not have to think about a single detail on the wedding day. Everything was taken care of. I am happy to recommend The Chadwick to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding. We worked from the beginning with wedding planners Stacy and Jackie, who are dedicated to making your vision a reality, and they certainly did that for us. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give, because they definitely earn it.

We are so glad that we chose The Chadwick for our daughter’s wedding reception, which took place on 8/18/18. Everything was absolutely beautiful! And the staff was absolutely awesome! Stacy, our Event Planning Manager, was there every step of the way, making sure everything we planned and hoped for became a reality. She was very easy to work with; she answered every question promptly, was extremely well - organized, and made us feel that we were her only customers! The staff who tended to us at the reception - Ms. D, Susan, Keith, Mike, Janet, Caroline, Chelsea, Allyson, Samantha, Andrea and Evelyn – could not have been more attentive to us and to our guests. The Chadwick is perfect for anyone looking for help with the planning, but wants to plan on their own also. They are always available to answer questions, no matter how small. I moved out of Pittsburgh, but they were still available when I was in town and easy to work with. And don't get me started on how beautiful the ceremony and reception were!!!! They went above and beyond our dreams and it looked like it was straight out of a fairy tale. Absolutely nothing went wrong, and if it did, I didn't know and they took care of it! We just hosted a bridal shower on the patio at The Chadwick. The patio is stunning and the staff did an amazing job setting everything up. The weather was a little humid and rainy but the air moved through the patio well and all guests were comfortable. The food was phenomenal (we had the brunch buffet). The whole day went smoothly because of the staff, they really have a wonderful team - from start to finish! I HIGHLY recommend The Chadwick for all of your event needs!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Chadwick and Stacy! What a fabulous experience we had! From the very beginning, Stacy was kind, polite, professional, and took so much of our stress away! She gave us several tours of the venue and allowed us to come back with our parents as well as on several other occasions to see the rooms set up for weddings with different package options. She was extremely responsive to emails – always answering questions in less than 24 hours – most of the time even quicker than that! Many of the other venues we explored were not nearly as receptive and we had difficulty even setting up a tour! Stacy took the time to sit down with us on several occasions to capture our exact vision, color scheme, and anticipated guest demographics to make our day magical and she did just that! The Chadwick took care of everything for us – ordering our cake, centerpieces, table numbers, displaying cookies on our cookie table, setting up the escort and memory table, decorating the room to perfection, hosting cocktail hour, clean-up, and providing us a day-of coordinator. So much of our stress was relieved by using The Chadwick as our venue. There was another wedding the same day as ours, but just as Stacy promised, we barely knew they were there! It felt as if we had the whole place to ourselves! We received so many compliments on our wedding and many of our guests asked if weddings are always that beautiful. We can’t stop looking at the pictures of how beautiful our venue was and are so thankful to Stacy and her staff for making our day perfect! My husband and I needed to plan our wedding in a short amount of time in the middle of peak wedding season. We contacted The Chadwick at the beginning of March, received a prompt response, and were able to get things together for our wedding over Memorial Day weekend. Planning a wedding in 2-3 months initially seemed daunting, but choosing The Chadwick was the best decision we made. We were so fortunate to work with Stacy, who walked us through everything quickly and efficiently. She honestly made the process extremely easy. We had our ceremony outside under the Pavilion, followed by a cocktail hour and reception inside one of the ballrooms. The venue is beautiful as is, so there really isn't much needed in terms of bringing your own decor. We brought in our must-have decorations, and the venue was able to supplement with supplies they already had to complete our rustic theme. Stacy made it her priority to make us happy, offered us suggestions, and listened to our ideas and made sure to incorporate them in all of the planning. We also had the pleasure of working with Judy who walked us through the rehearsal the night before and with Lauren on the big day who made sure we were taken care of throughout the entire evening. Our guests were so happy with the service and commented on how incredibly friendly and attentive the staff were. We had an amazing time and are extremely grateful. Highly recommend The Chadwick!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our venue selection! From the moment we began working with Stacey, she made the entire wedding planning process as easy as it possibly could be. Whether it was decorating the venue, choosing meals, rehearsal...you name it, she was on top of it!What we didn't realize come our wedding day was how wonderful the staff treated us and our guests. Every staff member made sure to take care of us, in addition to our guests. If there was one story that demonstrates why The Chadwick receives my highest praise, it would be this. One of our guests was coming all the way from Netherlands. Unfortunately, due to unexpected weather, she wasn't able to make it to our wedding until 9pm that evening after traveling for more than 30 hours by plane & bus. As soon as she arrived, I asked the staff for some help and they went above and beyond anything we could have hoped. They provided her one staff member who was able to custom make a dinner for her and made she she was taken care of the rest of the evening. In addition, they called the next day to make sure she was alright and was taken care of by the hotel.If you want a place who not only says they make your wedding day special, but go above and beyond anything you could have hoped for, then I highly recommend The Chadwick.

We have nothing but good reviews for The Chadwick! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at this venue. Everything went so smoothly thanks to the help of everyone there. Stacy and all the other coordinators were so helpful and accommodating through our entire wedding planning process. We never had a question unanswered, even when I sent multiple emails a day as things popped into my head. The day of our wedding we were assigned a coordinator that made sure that everything and everyone were in the right place at the right time. It helped to make our day much less stressful and more enjoyable. Furthermore, the food at the reception was phenomenal. Almost every guest that we talked to said that the food was fantastic. Overall our wedding day was beautiful, stress-free, and fun thanks to everyone’s help at The Chadwick. We couldn’t be more grateful and would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a simple, elegant day.

She was with us at every step, and was one step ahead at every moment. Amy and Stacy were so quick to answer any questions or requests and made it the easiest part of the whole wedding planning process by far! They walk you through each step of the way and make sure you are right on track. The space itself is beautiful and creates the perfect romantic, elegant ambiance. The staff is amazing and made sure we were all taken care of all night. Our guests talked about the food and cake for weeks to come. Do yourself a huge favor and at least make an appointment to visit! You won't be disappointed.

Our wedding reception at the Chadwick was absolutely perfect and we are so happy we chose this venue.The Chadwick was our second venue to visit after getting engaged last summer. The first was a barn venue that was not air conditioned and required too much coordination with outside vendors. With the Chadwick, we were able to have the best of both worlds. We wanted to have the option of an indoor/outdoor space, so our cocktail hour was out on their beautiful covered patio (they even honored our request to keep it open all night for a small fee) and the indoor reception area accommodated our 232 guests comfortably. The best part, for us, was not having to coordinate with other vendors, which made planning a wedding and working full-time jobs (I'm a teacher and my husband works in IT) because included in the Chadwick's packages are all of the vendors you would need - from the caterer (Fresco's), bar/liquor, and cake (Lincoln Bakery in Bellevue) to details like the cake server, linens, centerpieces (I added my own personal touches to them) and table numbers. We did upgrade to the highest package and that included shuttle service to the two nearby hotels (Hyatt Place and Holiday Inn Express), decor enhancements like uplighting and ceiling draperies, chiavari chairs, as well as the fun late-night snack bar (with great options - we chose the tater tot bar).Every single staff member we worked with was professional - responding to calls and emails promptly during the initial planning process, and caring - ensuring all of the details in the final stages of planning as well as the day of - were met. Working with Stacy and Amy during all of the planning was effortless. We had a lot of fun meeting with Amy to go over all of the details, and she really got to know us which was important. I feel like I was truly able to trust her with what I envisioned and the day of, I could not believe how gorgeous the space looked! I wanted a very classic look and provided some extra decor to add to the space, which Amy set up beautifully. She was amazing! Dana, the manager who worked the floor during our reception provided outstanding service. My dad absolutely loved her and could not stop raving about how great she was! She and her staff were so attentive to everyone, but especially to our families - no one ever had an empty glass in their hands. They worked the floor with ease. At the end of the night, they packed up all of our things so speedily, yet with care, I couldn't believe by the time the night was over that everything was ready to load up.Last things to mention was the quality of the food. For days after the wedding I was still hearing from friends and family who were complimenting how delicious all of the food was - from the appetizers during cocktail hour (coconut shrimp and risotto balls were two of the faves!) to the entrees (we had 154 guests choose the duet plate and there was not one complaint on the filet mignon!) We were asked by many who did our cake (it was marble with strawberry filling), and received comments about how fun the tater tot bar was near the end! Kudos to the Fresco staff for providing a fantastic meal!Overall, our experience at the Chadwick - from start to finish - was absolutely perfect. Even though we chose the highest package, they have so many options to choose from and are accommodating to special requests. Without question or hesitation, we highly recommend the Chadwick for a wedding reception!

We held our wedding ceremony and reception at The Chadwick. They were phenomenal from the day we contracted with them. We live out of state and Stacy was always available to us through email. She made sure that every single vision was created for our perfect wedding. We also had the pleasure of being with Amy, Dana, and Val on the night of the wedding. There are no words for how amazing they were all night! My husband's tux coat had a button pop off during our photos and Amy was quick to fix the problem for us. Dana made sure that everything was going the way we planned throughout the evening and Val made sure that we had everything we needed all night long. I didn't get to know the rest of the staff on as much of a personal level, but they were amazing! The food is beyond delicious! We have had many family members tell us how delicious the food was and couldn't believe how beautiful the venue was. Everything came out hot and there was plenty of it! They accommodated for family food allergies as well which was greatly appreciated! They took care of all of the major items (catering, cake, tables and linens, etc.) that I would have had to search for separately if I had used another venue. I would highly recommend this venue to any Bride or Groom looking. The prices of their packages are very reasonable for everything that they cover.

The Chadwick made the wedding process extremely easy and stress-free. Pricing and inclusions were clearly laid out from day 1 - no surprises. Amy and Stacy (wedding planners) answer every question in a timely manner and make sure everything is ready to go for the wedding. Amy was my wedding planner and was so easy to work with. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single detail because she completely understood my vision. The wedding planner will attend your rehearsal and the ceremony portion of your wedding. Once the ceremony is over, the manager for the night will take over. I had Dana and she was amazing! She made sure everything ran smoothly, to the point of perfection, and always made sure the bride, groom, and the bridal party was taken care of completely. All the servers were great - many family members complimented the attentiveness of the wait staff. I can't thank all the employees at The Chadwick enough. They honestly go above and beyond what you could expect from any establishment.

If I could give The Chadwick more stars I would. Everything for our wedding was perfect. From start to finish this place was more than we could have asked for. The ladies who helped with setting things up, going over options and all the other details were wonderful. Their venue includes a lot more in their packages than other places we looked into. They took care of table and chair decorations, cake and bar were included in our package and they had the option to use their card box and centerpieces. We had a shuttle to and from our hotel for guests. Their dinner options were great, we did not feel like we had to compromise with what we wanted vs. what they offered. The food was fantastic! The cake was from Lincoln Bakery and was delicious, they offered many options for cake, filling and design. They were very flexible and accommodating. We had to add a few people last minute and they took care of it with no complaints and no stress. Which for a bride planning a wedding is desperately needed! The majority of our wedding budget went into the venue and it was worth every penny spent! I got compliments all night on my venue choice and how great it was, how it was one of the nicest wedding venues my guests had been to. I have already recommended the place to several people and plan to tell more about them. I was absolutely blown away by The Chadwick and staff! From the beginning of the process until the end, they were amazing!

We recently had our wedding at the Chadwick and it was everything and more! Our event coordinator, Amy was spectacular! She worked with me throughout our engagement and really catered to exactly what I wanted. We were definitely an unusual couple with some interesting requests and she delivered on all accounts! We had both our ceremony and reception here and it was perfect. We had our ceremony out on the Pavilion and it was gorgeous. The property was beautiful and allowed us to take some great pictures. The reception was also amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and extremely attentive to our entire bridal party and family. The food was great--I had many guests come up to me to compliment how delicious it was. For the service and everything that's included with their packages, I would definitely recommend the Chadwick to any bride. They really helped make our wedding the most wonderful day!

We recently had our wedding at the Chadwick and it was everything and more! Our event coordinator, Amy was spectacular! She worked with me throughout our engagement and really catered to exactly what I wanted. We were definitely an unusual couple with some interesting requests and she delivered on all accounts! We had both our ceremony and reception here and it was perfect. We had our ceremony out on the Pavilion and it was gorgeous. The property was beautiful and allowed us to take some great pictures. The reception was also amazing. The whole staff was very friendly and extremely attentive to our entire bridal party and family. The food was great--I had many guests come up to me to compliment how delicious it was. For the service and everything that's included with their packages, I would definitely recommend the Chadwick to any bride. They really helped make our wedding the most wonderful day!

I wish I could give even more stars ! Everything was beyond perfect with this location . Amy was perfect and made everything so easy even when me and my husband probably weren't as easy to deal with . She also helped with any little bump that came up in our special day . She assured me everything would work out and it always did ! Plus , our girl Dana the day of was the best part . She made sure me , Cody , our bridal party , and parent table never needed anything . She was always there with whatever I asked or anticipated it and brought it to me. She joined the party and I couldn't have been more happy . She also helped hold my dress while we all danced ! She helped make our night . This place and everyone involved couldn't have been any more perfect . I would recommend them to anyone and everyone over and over again !!

I worked with both Stacy and Amy from about one year prior to the wedding all the way up to the big day. They were absolutely great to work with. Very personable and friendly. They answered plenty of questions (probably more than once for some!) and helped figure out so many little details. Amy decorated the escort table for us the day of-beautiful! The chef was fantastic to talk with the night of our tasting, so accommodating and friendly. The food was amazing. With so much going on the day of I didn't get to eat much but all of the guests were raving about it for weeks. The rooms were beautiful and the bridal suite to freshen up and hang out in before being announced was such a blessing! We could still enjoy appetizers, champagne, and the company of the entire bridal party while the ladies touched up hair and makeup, with a large mirror in addition to a private bath. The shuttle service was a huge bonus. The night went so smoothly thanks to great effort by the wait staff, kitchen staff, and Amy. I would most certainly recommend this venue for a wedding reception
