The Charter at Beaver Creek is a European-style lodge and wedding venue located in Beaver Creek, Colorado. This picturesque hotel is situated in the heart of a ski resort and boasts on-site restaurants, pools, and hot tubs for guests to enjoy. The property offers elegant accommodations and multiple versatile event spaces for ceremonies and receptions, including a brand new wedding deck overlooking Beaver Creek Mountain. The venue provides both local and out-of-town to-be-weds with a destination experience for their special day overseen by professional event staff. Facilities and Capacity: New in 2022, The Charter Wedding Deck is located just outside the Terrace Restaurant, our primary wedding reception space. The hotel wraps around on either side to create a cozy and secluded atmosphere with stunning views of Beaver Creek ahead. Guests will be blown away by the towering evergreens and immense aspen groves, there is truly nothing like it. The deck can accommodate up to 125 guests for wedding ceremonies. The Terrace Restaurant and Patio is our premier wedding reception venue. Renovated in the fall of 2021, this space offers floor to ceiling windows, a large private patio overlooking Beaver Creek Ski Resort and can accommodate up to 125 guests for a sit-down dinner. The Black Diamond Bistro is one of our inhouse restaurants that can also host events. This intimate space features a stone fireplace and picturesque scenery, creating a romantic ambience for any celebration. The setup allows us to be flexible with the type of events and number of guests we can accommodate. Host a welcome party or a farewell brunch up to 100 people or an intimate plated dinner in the Wine Cellar Room for 30 or less.” Site Fee Includes: Six hour wedding package, exclusive use of the Wedding Deck and The Terrace during contracted time, white ceremony folding chairs, (1) hour cocktail hour, cocktail tables, banquet tables, banquet chairs, plates, flatware, glassware, (1) built in bar, white table linens (not floor length), dinner napkins (black or white), buffet/food service equipment, staffing, 1PM reception setup time, printed menus and (1) hour reception breakdown/cleanup. Accommodation: After the last dance of the evening, you and your guests are welcome to rest in any of the hotel’s accommodations. Lodge rooms (one king or two queens) are available as well as one to five-bedroom condominiums, complete with kitchens, living rooms and washer/dryers. Relax and stay awhile. Amenities: The Charter is one of Colorado’s most celebrated mountain properties, offering an unparalleled collection of amenities, complemented by its outstanding, ski-in, ski-out location. Guests will enjoy: -Two on-site restaurants, The Black Diamond Bistro and The Terrace -Indoor saltwater lap pool and hot tub -Outdoor saltwater pool with sundeck (seasonal) -Three saltwater hot tubs -A fitness center with weights and cardio machines -On-site Spa Anjali and nail salon

The Charter at Beaver Creek is the perfect place to host your dream wedding! As a professional wedding planner, I love working at this venue! The Staff make every step of the planning process easy and the venue really makes you feel like you are in the heart of the mountains. I love to take a staycation at the hotel as it is located walking distance to Beaver Creek Village. The views from the property are stunning, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.I planned an event at The Charter in July 2022, and it was absolutely perfect! The client was so incredibly happy with the experience! The food at The Charter is TOP NOTCH! They have a large selection of wines to satisfy any critic! What really makes this the perfect venue to host your event is the service! Everyone from the servers to the front desk were attentive and friendly, The staff at The Charter went above and beyond to make my clients wedding day rehearsal dinner extra special. They were always available to answer our questions and help us with anything we needed. They even went out of their way to make sure that our guests had a great time.The Charter at Beaver Creek is truly a magical place, and I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding.

We loved working with Kaela at The Charter. She was so professional and kind throughout the process. She always responded in a timely manner and went above and beyond. The venue was beautiful. The food was amazing. All the staff was super helpful and courteous. We got several compliments that this was the best wedding ever, and we couldn't agree more.

Kaela was incredibly helpful in making our day go smoothly. From opening the parking garage for guests, to organizing several staff members, and receiving our vendors. We know there's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make a wedding day run smoothly. The effort and care put into making our wedding day flawless meant so much to us!

Kristin and the Charter team were wonderful to work with. We had a micro wedding of 25 people there and everything was perfect. Kristin was extremely reachable and took the time to answer any and all of my questions and concerns. The venue and hotel are so incredibly beautiful and well maintained. They originally told us their new wedding deck would not be finished in time for our event, but they were able to get it done and offered it to us as the first couple to use it! It made the day even more special. Our photos are incredible and I would HIGHLY recommend the Charter to anyone looking to get married in the Beaver Creek area. I seriously can’t thank them enough for executing our perfect day!

We held a rehearsal dinner at The Charter. We were so grateful for all The Charter did to ensure our night was a complete success. We appreciated the team making for certain the room was ready and assisting us with all of the details for an event of this nature. Everyone that I worked with at The Charter was so incredibly welcoming. The room looked great, the terrace was perfect for our group of outdoor enthusiasts, and the food was terrific. We received many compliments and that’s due to the hard work by Kristin and the team at The Charter. Thank you for helping us create a memorable night for our guests!
