The Chateau at Lake Tahoe is a rustic chic wedding reception venue located in Incline Village, NV. Lakes, mountains, and coniferous trees surround this secluded, picturesque property. You will have full access to their expansive, flexible indoor space to create the ceremony and reception of your dreams. From elopements to extravagant celebrations, The Chateau at Lake Tahoe offers couples class, rustic charm with a modern edge. Their main indoor ballroom is ideal for weddings with up to 250 guests. It offers 5,200 square feet of space, which can be separated into three rooms for a more intimate setting. Inside features vaulted timber ceilings, exposed wooden beams, and two large stone fireplaces for a warm, cozy aesthetic. Romantic chandeliers and elegant drapery adorn the roof, creating a welcoming atmosphere for you and your loved ones. After your ceremony, your loved ones can convene in the lobby, which features lounge furniture and coat rooms, as your reception area is prepared. Wraparound decks are also available for cocktail hours and allow your guests to enjoy the bucolic views with their hors d’oeuvres and mixed drinks. For engaged duos that prefer an outdoor ceremony, they can take advantage of the manicured outdoor lawns and peaceful creekside locations. Separate dressing suites are available, allowing you and your wedding party to prepare for the altar in luxury. I cannot say enough positive words about our experience having our wedding at The Chateau in Incline Village. The team was professional throughout the entire process and communicated quickly and clearly. The wedding day was truly perfect and the beautiful venue at The Chateau set the stage for our dream wedding. It was also by far one of the most affordable Tahoe wedding venues that we looked into. We loved having the upper patio for our cocktail hour and as a place where guests could spend time during the reception. The food was absolutely delicious and we received many compliments from guests about the food. There were so many beautiful spots to take photos as well. I would recommend The Chateau to anyone wanting a Tahoe wedding!

We had our wedding at the Chateau September of 2022 and it was an amazing experience. The whole process was made smooth by the venu staff. Our communications throughout the planning process were always wonderful, clear, and they were extremely helpful. They were even extremely accomodating when disaster hit and I (the bride) got covid 2 days before the wedding, and they were able to help us shift everything over to a later date and were extremely kind and understanding throughout the process. The venu is absolutely beautiful and our guests still tell us how amazing everything was. I was too busy in the moment to remember much about the food, but our guests still rave to us about it months. I would highly recommend the Chateau to any brides and grooms to be as a wedding venue!

We got married here in August and it was the perfect venue! Our ceremony was held on the 10th tee box outside, and the reception and cocktail hour were inside and on the balcony the Chateau. Brooke and Lauren were incredible to work with and super responsive, helping us every step of the way. We had about 140 guests and it was the perfect size, even when we set up our DJ, a photobooth, and buffet stations, in addition to our guests' tables and the dance floor. The interior of the ballroom is so beautiful to begin with, you hardly need to decorate much more! The Chateau takes care of all of the food and drink, so we just needed to make package and menu selections. They also host a complimentary tasting. The food was great and our guests had a fantastic time and loved the location. Thank you so much for having us!

Working with Brooke and the team at The Chateau was an absolute dream! Brooke captured every detail which was a noteworthy feat, was quick to respond, and extremely professional while also keeping the planning process fun and exciting. The team that staffed our wedding day were so kind and helpful to our guests, I could not have been happier. I loved the venue and the vast majority of our vendors came from their preferred vendor list. The food was delicious (we did a buffet with the Prime Rib carving station, salmon, and wild mushroom risotto) and the team was super accommodating to our kids table as well where we selected the chicken finger and fries option (they were very happy!). Thank you again Brooke and team for an amazing day (and lead-up to it!) :)

My husband and I got married at The Chateau last June and what a beautiful and unforgettable evening! It was our dream venue. Lauren and all the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our big day went perfectly! Lauren was very communicative when regulations were updated last summer. She also assisted with our rehearsal providing pointers and being very patient with our large bridal parties! The food was wonderful and again the staff was very professional. Plenty of parking. We were married on the 10th tee box and can't say enough about the views! We couldn't recommend The Chateau more as a wedding venue. Thank you again for everything!

The Chateau couldn't have been any more perfect for our wedding. From the beginning Brooke promptly responded to my many questions and helped make the wedding of my dreams possible! I was sold on the venue as soon as I walked in and saw the stunning ceiling beams, fire places and gorgeous balcony views. We received many compliments on how beautiful the venue was. The food was also delicious. We even did a late night pizza snack that was a huge hit. Highly recommend!

I could not ask for a better experience planning a wedding. Our original plans were canceled (twice) due to COVID, so we decided to look for a destination venue in Lake Tahoe. When we found The Chateau we knew it would be the perfect place for our micro wedding. Not only is it beautiful but Brooke is honestly an angel. She has made wedding planning so stress-free and that is not easy to do from states away! She has kept in constant communication with me, is always SO quick to reply to any questions I have, and really wants to make it a special day for us. I highly recommend booking The Chateau if you are in the hunt for an Incline Village wedding. I cannot say enough great things! So professional. You will not regret it. 😊

Best Decision Ever! Words can not describe The Chateau at Incline Village’s overall beauty. We had our ceremony outside, our cocktail hour on the deck and the reception inside. From the very beginning, the Venue Coordinator Lauren, was so great to work with. She was always quick to respond to my endless emails and questions! She was so flexible with our requests. She even worked with my mother-in-law to surprise my husband and I - with a champagne table service during the reception and passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour. Since I had a specific vision in mind, it was so great to receive the stress free customer service The Chateau staff provided. As for the wedding itself, the bridal & groom party were well taken care of. After the ceremony, they made sure that the reception area was blocked off during cocktail hour, so my husband and I could enjoy hors d'oeuvres and cocktails before the guests entered into the reception area. The entire event staff was so well organized and made sure that the entire wedding ran smoothly from the ceremony set up to the last dance. We were so happy with our experience and our guests had a wonderful time. They are still raving about the food, drinks and of course the breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe!!

Aspen Grove was a fantastic place to get married! Our guests enjoyed the scenery and the ambiance that it provided. The food was outstanding and the staff was very kind. Couple things to keep in mind - this is a lower budget venue, so you need to plan a lot to bring it to life. If you're up for that, this is your place! Lauren was responsive and had answers to my several questions while planning. Tips: they say parking is reserved for 10 spots, but there is just a normal beach parking lot person at the front and they will not enforce for your wedding. Bring toilet paper because bathrooms are not restocked/cleaned through the night at 2 bathrooms for over 100 people means lots of TP is used!

We got so many compliments from friends and family about the quality of the venue! Everyone loved the view from the deck (so many people took personal portraits out there) and thought the reception space looked magical. We couldn't have agreed more! Our photos are amazing partially because there was so much to work with (trees, rocks, mountains, and pathways). Everything went so smoothly during the reception that we didn't even notice the staff. Everything was right where it was supposed to be at exactly the right time. Planning from a distance, we were so grateful to get a tour via Skype and were sent so many photos to help us get an idea of what everything looked like. SO HAPPY with our venue choice!!!

We had our wedding during one of Inclines finest snow storms. Due to the weather we had quite a few last minute cancellations. Everyone at the Chateau was very flexible and understanding. We started our ceremony 30 minutes late and still ended up perfectly on time with dinner, dancing and everything else. We had lots of compliment's on our food and appetizer choices and those that were able to show up had an amazing time. I highly recommend the chataeu for any event you might be planning.

Sharon FMy husband and I had our daughter’s wedding at the Chateau in October of 2018. The setting was absolutely perfect with the trees, mountains and the view of Lake Tahoe in the distance. We had friends and family that travelled from 9 different states and they all agreed the Chateau’s property was amazing.Kathy, Lauren, Char, and Jesse were all extremely professional, we used their list of recommended vendors who turned out to be excellent. Everything went so smooth and seamlessly because the staff was always a looking ahead and anticipating the next event of the wedding. We choose the chief’s buffet with a carving station of turkey and prime rib. Everyone raved about how great the food tasted. They had enough there to accommodate any dietary requirements. We highly recommend the Chateau for anybody looking for a beautiful venue, excellent service and a stress free wedding day. All in all we give the Chateau a 5 STAR rating.

I found Aspen Grove Incline Village on The Knot using filters. My husband and I were looking for a venue in Lake Tahoe that had as much \"all in one\" as possible (ceremony and reception in one place, catered on site, did the chairs and tables) , could handle 150 people AND stay under budget. We had a ski trip already planned, so we decided to take a look at the place in person while we were up there. We met with Lauren first up at the Chateau and she went over details (pricing, availability, what's included) , then we went down to look at the venue and fell in love. It was as close to a backyard wedding as we could get. A lot of the venues in Tahoe are not private like Aspen Grove. The fence surrounds the entire area, so you don't have strangers peaking in on your party (or possible wedding crashers!). The creek, the trees, and the hanging lights make the venue feel almost woodland fairy/magic like, especially at night. Our family and friends keep talking about how beautiful the venue is, and it's been a month since the wedding.The Lake is right across the street, so if you have a photographer with access, you can just walk across for photos. I did my family photos at the venue with the creek behind and then we walked across the street for couples photos and let our family and friends hang out at cocktail hour at the venue.Which brings me to food. It's delicious! They have two tastings a year, but we were not able to make either, so we just crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. When your guests take photos of your appetizers (specifically the tomato soup and grilled cheese shooters) and put them on social media, you know the food was a hit.I don't live in the area, so a lot of my communication and planning was done via email and phone. I did come up about two months before to look at the venue again to get an idea for decorations (we did them ourselves), and look at the napkin colors and table cloths and take measurements. The staff is AWESOME. I had some really random questions that come up when your trying to plan, and they were right on it (like, could I put a table on flat ground for the elderly and recent surgery guests, how many rows of chairs are there so I know how many flower bags to make, etc.). I had ZERO stress the day of because of their help. I can't thank them enough!You will have a beautiful, stress-free wedding at Aspen Grove!

I cannot recommend the team at the Chateau highly enough!! From the first email to the last dance, everything went so smoothly and easily. Lauren was an absolute pleasure to work with; she was knowledgeable, responsive, and always super helpful whenever we had special requests. We were married in Aspen Grove at the end of September, and the weather was absolutely perfect. The on-site banquet team was very professional and quick to carry out our last minute requests. The food was incredible, and our guests are still raving about their dinners almost a month later! We were so happy with how everything went, and are grateful for the amazing support and customer service from the events team. This venue is magical, but what really made our wedding so outstanding was all of their hard work. Having worked in the industry myself, I know what it takes to make such a big event seem so effortless. Rest assured, you are in the best hands when you book this venue!

The Chateau was the perfect place to hold our wedding. We had 125 people and our biggest concern was PRIVACY. In Tahoe, it’s hard to find a venue without strangers roaming or tourists galore! The Chateau was private and secluded, and the most beautiful place immersed in the woods we could’ve picked! The on-site coordinator was so helpful and they were incredibly accommodating. We had a ball and wouldn’t have it any other way!

I have nothing but 5 stars for this venue. My husband and I were blown away by Lauren and Cathy's excellent service, support, and professionalism. I would recommend this venue again and again. Our experience was beyond fantastic. Not only are the views from the 10th tee box breathtaking, but the reception room is spacious and elegant. The Chateau met every one of our needs and came at an affordable price. I would highly recommend this venue if you're looking for personable staff, amazing food, beautiful views, and an all around lovely venue.

We had a perfect wedding due to the time and attention that Cathy and Lauren provided to us throughout the planning process. My husband and I were planning the wedding from out of state, and they made everything stress free. Since the venue takes care of most everything, it made planning easy. All we had to book separately were photography, flowers and DJ. While working with Lauren and Cathy, I explained our budget at our first meeting, and from that point, they worked closely with us to find options to fit within our budget. They were patient, kind and responsive in discussing the information and options available to us. When things needed to be changed, or did not go as planned, they devoted time and assisted in resolving the concern. We had family from various parts of the country, and everyone provided compliments on the delicious food, and the gorgeous venue. The day turned out better than we ever imagined. My husband and I would highly recommend this venue.

We had a wonderful wedding over Memorial Day weekend. Family flew in from all over the country and everyone has been raving about the venue, the food, and just how smoothly everything went. I worked with Lauren and she was very responsive and easy going. I explained our budget and I felt that she helped to work with us to keep things affordable. The venue is so beautiful that you don't really need to add much. Another great thing about this venue is that they take care of almost everything -- making for a pretty stress free wedding experience. If you want a beautiful Tahoe wedding, I highly recommend the Chateau. I also recommend Love and Lupines for flowers/decor and Laura Reaney Photography (all have worked at this venue and do an amazing job!)

We were at Aspen Grove for the big day. Our wedding was perfect with a lot of thanks to our venue and their staff. The staff were always very quick to respond to our emails, questions were fully answered and concerns addressed, things were always confirmed, and the day of was spectacular. They really helped make this as easy as possible. Amazing staff who were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. The venue was beautiful, honestly we tried hard and you can't find a better forest location than Aspen Grove in the area for the price. The natural scenery made outdoor photos a breeze thanks to the lovely background virtually wherever we were (plus it matched our Mystical Forest theme perfectly!) and many guests told us they were impressed by how beautiful Aspen Grove is. The food was delicious (especially loved the appetizers!). The setup was lovely. I am so glad that this is the vendor we went with. Would definitely recommend!

We got married in July 2017 and the weather was perfect! There is a stream behind the back drop of the ceremony area that gives it a lovely trickle background and an excellent spot for pictures. Lauren was wonderful to work with via email and in person. She met us for the sign up, gave us a tour and talked details. She was also there for the rehearsal the day before and all the way through the ceremony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They dress the area beautifully for the food presentation. There was plenty of parking in addition to the reserved parking spaces given. As a resident pass holder, we got to take go rigth across to the beaches and take beautiful pictures by the beach. Loved this location

Cannot be happier with the service from The Chateau. From the beginning, it was so easy to work with both Cathy and Lauren. The venue itself is clean and well kept. All staff was very helpful and friendly. My husband is lactose intolerant and Lauren made sure to note it in our file after our food tasting. The food was delicious! I've received so many compliments from guests that they loved the food. I selected the Ponderosa Trail package with steak, fish and chicken tenders for the kids. They were also very helpful with setting up personally bought tablecloths for my party. My cousin/day-of-coordinator said it was very easy to work with Cathy. The venue was available at 10am the day of the wedding which started at 5pm. Even when the venue ran out of requested alcohol, their staff went out to buy more to make sure that my guests were satisfied. We had a large guestlist of about 220. The room was full, but not too packed with all the guests seated, gift table, donut (we don't do cake) table, dj, and photobooth. It was hands down the BEST DAY EVER!!!

I give 5 starts to a wonderful staff and a beautiful location for our daughters wedding. The Chateau helped create some beautiful photos and the windows allowed us to be able to enjoy the outdoor scenery during the winter it was great. The food tasted delicious and the staff was so helpful and courteous and professional you couldn't choose a better place to have any kind of event. The location and staff made my daughters wedding even more beautiful and we were excited to have been able to say we used this venue.

I'm a local in Incline Village so this venue was just perfect for us. The staff was so helpful in laying everything out just how I wanted and ensuring that everything went smoothly. The bartender was excellent. The team coordinating everything was polished and on point. We had a group of about 75 people and we had plenty of room, but the space didn't feel empty. I HIGHLY recommend attending their food and beverage tasting if you book with them. It helped me prepare for so much! The Facilities:We took advantage of their bride and groom suites to stay hidden before the ceremony. They were spacious enough for our small wedding party and thank goodness they had a fan! Those dresses trap heat...We did our ceremony inside (it was March and cold outside) by the fireplace, then had cocktail hour in the grill with the beautiful views of the golf course. We even saw a bob cat walking across the snow! They reset side of the main ballroom that had been set for the ceremony for dinner during cocktail hour. From what I and my guests experienced, it was seamless. Decor:We brought/made a lot of our own decor, but their staff was super helpful to my event coordinator in laying everything out. (I also hired a separate event coordinator in addition to the support I got from the Chateau, might have been overkill, but peace of mind is a gift). The Food:We opted to do family style service where platters of each dish were brought out to the tables. We figured it was a nice mix between a buffet (eat as much as you like and what you like, but wait in line) and a plated (lots more coordination, can't change your mind, slow) dinner. It worked out beautifully. We had the Mashed Potatoes, Tri-Tip, Salmon, Seasonal veggies and the nut & arugula salad. It was all so tasty. I actually ate seconds of the potatoes (who knew a bride had time for that!).The Beverages:Good selection of wines and beer. We opted for the Call Bar Package.

Lauren and the rest of the staff at the Chateau made everything so easy! I had a really short time frame and a limited budget to plan my wedding, and not a lot of clear ideas about what I wanted. I never once felt pressured to choose a more expensive option or feel like I \"should\" have something I didn't really want. They were very helpful with tips and worksheets, telling me what options I had to choose from to help narrow things down. They also have excellent relationships with the vendors I used from their vendor list, which meant that on the actual day, there was absolutely NOTHING for me to worry about!

Cathy was an absolute professional to work with from the moment we met her. I could write pages about how easy she made the whole process, but I will try to consolidate the big points. My husband and I are both in the military, stationed on different sides of the East Coast, and planned our wedding across the country. We met Cathy a year and a half before our wedding when we visited Lake Tahoe to find our venue. Leading up to the wedding, I spent hours coordinating every aspect with Cathy. She helped with the ballroom layout, dinner selection, and general timeline, etc. Due to Cathy’s experience, patience, and creativity, she was able to provide so many suggestions and guide me through the whole process. I had numerous questions about finer details of our reception, and she was always quick to respond via email and was always available for my phone calls. Cathy is such a sweet and pleasant person to work with, and will always go out of her way to ensure you feel comfortable with the plan and answer any questions you may have.The venue was perfect. We rented out the whole ballroom, so our reception felt so inclusive with just our family and friends. The venue is surrounded by mountains, has a beautiful balcony that wraps around it, high ceilings with chandeliers, a fireplace on each side, dance floor, plenty of space for the DJ, space for any extra tables you want, etc. I received so many compliments from friends and family about how beautiful our reception was. We used lights and paper lanterns to add more decorations, and it turned out to look even prettier than I expected. After our ceremony at St. Francis of Assisi (5 min away), my husband and I left to take portraits by The Lake. We had a timeline, yet this got shifted due to pictures taking a lot longer than we anticipated. Although Cathy had a timeline set with serving dinner, she was extremely flexible and understanding when we got back to the reception a lot later than we had planned. The entire reception went perfectly smoothly, from the champagne toast to dinner, to all the other events, and finally the cake cutting.We would have never chosen a different venue for our wedding reception; not only was it of course a gorgeous place and had all the features we were looking for, but also Cathy was so organized and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. We are so thankful for all of those working at The Chateau, and HIGHLY recommend this venue for any couples seeking to find the perfect spot!

We got married on the tenth tee box at the Chateau and had our rehearsal dinner event at Aspen Grove the night before. Both events were beautiful and went off without a hitch.Working with Cathy Becker was awesome; she was very accommodating and responsive to our e-mails and phone calls, which was important to us as this was a destination wedding.Our evening wedding was fantastic, the guests enjoyed the cocktail hour on the patio, and the reception was super fun. The staff at the Chateau were very professional and easy to work with. Our family and friends all comment on the beauty of the wedding and the fun memories they shared with us that day, I would recommend the Chateau to anyone looking for a wedding venue in the Lake Tahoe area!

It Was The Best Day Ever @ Aspen Grove 6/30/16Two words to describe our recent vow renewal at Aspen Grove \"PERFECT and BEAUTIFUL\". Cathy, who worked with us through the whole planning was great and very professional. I instantly felt very comfortable with her which made the planning a breeze. She answered every single question we had and there were never any hidden fees. We ran into a slight problem the morning of our wedding but it was taken care of within 30mins. The venue is so beautiful with the perfect weather. Our guests complimented us on how good the food was. They also enjoyed the venue, atmosphere and service. The Aspen Grove crew took care of us and we were so grateful for them. The deck with the string lights became our dance floor. I can go on and on and brag about this place because it really is beautiful. Everyone that came to our wedding felt relaxed, comfortable and had an awesome time. I would recommend Aspen Grove for anyone looking for an outdoor wedding in the summer. Apple Baytan

Our wedding at The Chateau was simply perfect! We worked closely with the Sales Staff this last year on all the details of the reception. They were extremely helpful and provided us with their best guidance on the food and beverage selection and room set up. They made the entire process easy for us and we knew going into this that the event would be a success. \r\rThe reception ran smoothly allowing us to fully enjoy our guests, music, food and beverage. The wait staff were professional, efficient and pleasant. There were no complaints by us or our guests. We received so many compliments about the food and we have to agree that it was delicious. Hats off the chef and his staff in the kitchen who provided us with over 100 dinners that were amazing! In addition, many guests raved about the appetizers! The bartender(s) kept the beverages flowing and we know they were busy throughout the night. \r\rMost people expect for something to go wrong the day of the wedding. The odds are usually not in ones favor when working with so many variables that a wedding often brings to the table, but the exact opposite was true for our special day at The Chateau. It was truly magical!

I chose this venue because I wanted a winer wedding in the snow in Tahoe. The view here was absolutely gorgeous it overlooked the lake and had amazing scenery. Inside the ballroom were gorgeous chandeliers and two fireplaces. I barely decorated because it was so simplistically beautiful on its own. Everyone was amazing to work with. They did set up and clean up which helped a lot!

My husband and I recently had our wedding there. With just at 130 guests I was very impressed with the quality of the food and the service provided. It was easy to work with the sales team, but once it came to logistics and setting the times we could come in for the rehersal and set up the day of I was told they were unsure. It wasn't until two days before my rehersal dinner that we were told when we could be there for rehersal and three days before my wedidng that I was finally given a time we could start set up. I also requested to not have twinkle lights in the room (they were there) and to have candles on the mantle (they were not there). If my friend had not sent me a picture of the ceremony site about an hour before it was to begin, we would have had an ugly arbor that I had requested to not have. \r\rAs I said wonderful place for a wedding, but I do suggest really monitoring the details towards the end to make sure details aren't over looked.

If you're getting married in Incline Village you won't find ANYTHING better than this location. The staff is amazing! The location is gorgeous and the food was great! Guests absolutely raved about the wedding. I honestly couldn't recommend this place more. Maggi, Susie and Cathy are so kind and willing to work with you. You won't be disappointed.

We would not have changed a thing about The Chateau...the openness of the room, the cabin feel, fireplaces, and wood beams made for a beautiful location that was intimate and fun. We also loved that the time alloted there was 4pm-11pm...plenty of time to enjoy the reception. The food was delicious and the service was great.

Invited to tasting, what a great ideal and defintely added to the decision to select this venue for my wedding reception. The Event coordinator, banquet manager and wait staff were so accomodating! We had a great time! Food and service were wonderful.

When we first visited the Chateau, my husband and I could see ourselves being married there. angelic was ver helpful during the sales process. We were then turned over to Maggi as our Event Coordinator. She is awesome! \rEverything with our wedding ran smoothly, thanks to Maggi's guidance. We provided centerpieces which The Chateau's staff placed on our tables exactly as we had directed. \rOur guests RAVED about the food (Pablo breaded fish, chicken florentine, filet mignon, caramelized onion bulgur, seasonal veggies, Caesar salad) They were also able to provide a tasty vegan meal.\rTo limits vendors, we had their cupcakes for dessert and a 10\" ceremonial cake for cutting. The cake (and the cupcakes!) were delicious and the cake was much bigger & more ornately decorated than I expected.\rWe knew The Chateau was the perfect place for our wedding but they exceeded my expectations/dreams in all areas!

Gorgeous views, friendly staff, very reasonable prices, as we had our wedding off season and on a Sunday (the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend);The staff was not extremely flexible since they knew how desirable the Chateau is and what a great deal we were getting.
