The Chateau is settled on twenty-one beautiful acres of vineyards, trees, and gardens, ten minutes outside of Ankeny, Iowa. With a vast amount of space for seating guests and two full-time event coordinators to think of every detail and ease your mind, we have it all! Come out and see our breathtaking grounds and the magnificent facility, it's sure to win your heart. Facilities and Capacity This venue can accommodate up to 250 guests in two beautifully unique spaces. Enjoy scenic views when you host your ceremony on the lawn at The Chateau. The beautifully restored gazebo and natural vine setting serves as the backdrop, and a paved aisle makes for a smooth and elegant entrance that you and your guests will remember forever. For an indoor ceremony or reception, the 6,700-square-foot facility boasts vaulted ceilings and hardwood floors as well as plenty of windows for natural lighting. Services Offered Celebrate your wedding in this remarkable space that offers all-inclusive packages to make your day absolutely seamless. An on-site bridal suite means that you don’t have to stress about where to get ready before taking the trip down the aisle, and their event planners will assist you in putting together a day that’s as unique and beautiful as your love story. From setup and on-site event items such as chairs, tables, and more than 60 linen options, to dinner and clean up, the staff at this venue is ready to help you make your day easy and stress-free. The Chateau has a gorgeous all-wood bar, fully stocked so you can mix and match what you’d like to serve your guests. The Chateau allows you to bring in any outside caterer that is insured and licensed. Our staff is happy to fill all water glasses throughout the event, bus all tables, do all dishes, replenish the beverage station, and help with clean up at the end of the event.

The Chateau made our wedding day an absolute dream! The wedding party suites were comfortable and gave us plenty of space to get ready in. The staff was incredible, they were there to help at every turn and kept the groom and I completely stress-free. The venue is stunning, we got so many compliments from our friends and family about how gorgeous everything was! The bar staff were so fast, no one ever had to wait for a drink. Overall, I highly recommend The Chateau as a dream wedding venue!

The Chateau was an absolutely amazing vendor! When you go with the Chateau, you are not only purchasing the vendor, but you are purchasing a whole wedding planner as well. We were able to have 3 visits with a wedding coordinator that works with the Chateau. They will go over absolutely everything and basically hold your hand as much or as little as you need. They helped our day run as smoothly as possible! They set up and tear down all the tables which is an extreme added bonus! We have been in many weddings where the wedding party ends up setting up and tearing down the entire venue. This added so much value that we could spend time enjoying the wedding instead of having to figure out tear down/ set up/ ect. All we brought was our decor and made the set up super easy. There are 60 different colors of cloth napkins and table cloths that can literally accommodate any color combination! A fully staffed bar as well kept the room and bar moving as smoothly as possible. I love that the dance floor is in a separate room from the dinner which makes it easier to hear people for those that don't dance.

I can not recommend this venue more. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, they staff are amazing! Everyone was so helpful and really helped bring everything to life. Larissa was awesome, she was there from the beginning to the wedding day. She was quick at responding and answering any questions we could think of! The food was so delicious, many many guests were talking about it all night. If you’re planning a wedding, The Chateau is most definitely the best!

THE BEST VENUE! My wife and I had the best experience here. Larissa was amazing and helped us from the day we booked through the wedding. The venue was beautiful, the food was AMAZING & the atmosphere was perfect. I had many guests reach out to me saying how beautiful the venue was and how tasty the food was. The day was so perfect and we couldn’t have done it without Larissa. She truly went above and beyond for our special day. I cannot thank this venue staff enough for giving my wife and I the most perfect wedding day. I could not recommend this venue enough!

The Chateau is the most perfect wedding venue anyone could ask for. It is a beautiful place that is run by beautiful people. There are so many amazing things about this place that I need to make a list. 1. The outdoor space. The outdoor gazebo with the paved aisle was so beautiful and an amazing place for the ceremony. There are also beautiful wild flowers, trees, and the vineyard that make for beautiful photo backdrops. 2. The indoor space. The dinner and dancing are separate which is a huge plus. We had people on the dance floor while other people had a place to talk. The getting ready rooms are also amazing. 3. The FOOD!! This was one of the things that I was complimented the most about. Every single thing was so delicious. Literally the only complaint about my wedding was that we didn’t have any leftovers to take home. 4. The Staff. Every single person that works here is amazing. The bartenders had a lot of my bridesmaids drinks memorized. The coordinator (Larissa) is literally the best person you could ever dream of running your wedding day. She assisted the entire day. She not only coordinated aisle waking but walked around with me and fluffed my dress all night. She got bugs and stains out of my dress and was there to soothe me when I was freaking out. I cannot say enough good things about these people!!I love this place so much. If I could convince everyone to have their wedding here I would. 10000/10

The Chateau was a beautiful place to have our wedding reception. The staff was all very friendly and super helpful. Larissa communicated with us from the very beginning, throughout the entire process, and made our day run smoothly. Seriously, we had no complaints. They tailored meals towards people with food allergies, helped decorate with last minute requests, and helped make our day perfect!

We had the best experience with The Chateau! The staff is super professional, made everything super easy, and are great at communicating. I had never been in a wedding, let alone planned one, and they were a huge help. They had recommended vendors, step by step instructions, and the food is AMAZING! The space was perfect. Having the foyer as the dance space, while the main space was still quiet, made the party super fun. People could dance all they wanted in the foyer, and everyone else could still chat in the main space. Cannot recommend The Chateau enough!!!

The Chateau was everything I could have hoped for for my wedding. I loved the venue as soon as I walked into the building. It was the staff that took the experience above and beyond. Not only did they have everything that we could have wanted, but they helped with making sure things were set up and everything ran smoothly. They kept us on track with our schedule and make sure we had everything we needed to have a magical wedding. The gazebo out back was a beautiful spot to have our ceremony. I can't say enough good things about this venue and its staff. They truly made our wedding day unforgettable!!

Jenna and Kenzie were amazing to work with. They were always one step ahead and led the way through the entire process, which I greatly appreciated!!! Everything was so beautiful for our wedding and we wouldn't be more thankful! We went with them for our food as well and had SO many compliments that it was the best wedding food they had ever had. They were very accommodating with all of my requests. It was such an easy process and everything turned our PERFECT. I am so beyond happy that we had our wedding here. Their team was amazing! Planning for the wedding went super smoothly each meeting, and most of it was provided by the company! I only brought a few decoration and they were very accomadating for them too. THe food that they served was super delicious and I honestly wish I had their recipe. The ceremony went super smoothly and so did the reception. Again they were super nice and helped us throughout the process to make it go as smoothly as possible. I would totally recommend them as a place to have a wedding or any other event!

Everything from the beautiful scenery, and wrap around deck to the amazing staff was just wonderful! Kenzie and Jenna truly care about all their clients and make an effort to get to know you. They set up several meetings in the months leading up to your wedding to make sure every little detail is exactly how you want it. I didn’t know a lot about planning a wedding and was a pretty laid back bride and these ladies made it so easy and stress free thinking of many things I never would have considered! It is also so convenient how much is included with the rental price! You will not go wrong using this venue for one of the most important days of your life :)

My husband and I got married at The Chateau this past summer 2018. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. The setting for our outdoor wedding ceremony was beautiful near the grapevine fields and in front of a quaint white gazebo. The reception dinner and dance moved indoors where the Chateau staff did a wonderful job decorating before hand and then making sure everything ran smoothly during the celebration. We have received many compliments from our family and friends regarding the location and staff at the venue. From the meetings leading up to our special day and then to the logistics on the actual day, Jenna and Kenzie were there every step making sure our wedding vision became a reality. All the staff at The Chateau were professional and met expectations on our wedding day making sure we had an enjoyable time. I'm so glad we chose The Chateau as our wedding location!

The reception dinner and dance moved indoors where the Chateau staff did a wonderful job decorating before hand and then making sure everything ran smoothly during the celebration. We have received many compliments from our family and friends regarding the location and staff at the venue. From the meetings leading up to our special day and then to the logistics on the actual day, Jenna and Kenzie were there every step making sure our wedding vision became a reality. All the staff at The Chateau were professional and met expectations on our wedding day making sure we had an enjoyable time. I'm so glad we chose The Chateau as our wedding location!

The venue is gorgeous and everything is included in the rental fee (setup/tear down, tables, chairs, linens, venue coordinator) so all you have to do is add your special touches. They were there every step of the way in the planning process to answer questions and offer suggestions based on their experience and expertise. Kenzie and Jenna were so wonderful to work with! They made the planning easy and fun. They truly did anything and everything I asked of and more. Their puntucality was something I noticed while communicating with them, as I asked many questions-especially days before the wedding. They always got back to me right away. These two gals wanted what’s BEST for my wedding day! I haven’t even mentioned how absolutely beautiful the Chateau is...but pictures show you that! My husband and I got married at the Chateau on a rainy Friday in October of 2017. Kenzie and Jenna are the perfect duo to get the job done- Kenzie is super sweet and organized while Jenna is a \"get crap done\" kind of person. They compliment each other so well and gave us a lot of confidence that everything would be just how we wanted it on our wedding day. Since we knew it would be rainy that day, they told us they would do their best to make the ceremony work outside, but ended up having to move it inside. They called me that morning to run this by me and gave me plenty of notice on what they would be doing. They made it work without a hitch. They did a really great job of responding to any questions I had, as well as checking in on us throughout the day (my husband was so nervous Jenna ended up tying his bowtie for him!!). The venue is beautiful and clean. The only complaint I have is that they changed the contract last minute so that we wouldn't be allowed back up to the loft area, which seemed like kind of a rip off since we were paying the same price and not even able to use part of the venue as we were expecting to. They were flexible with us and let my husband and I back up there for a few minutes to eat dinner together immediately after the ceremony. The bar prices were on the average to maybe a little high end. We brought in outside catering, which ended up being a better deal than using the in-house catering. I would highly recommend the chateau!

Jenna and the staff at The Chateau at White Oak are absolutely amazing!!! We had both our wedding ceremony (outside by the vineyard) and our reception here. Jenna, the coordinator, is fantastic to work with. She makes everything from planning, day before set-up, the wedding, reception, and the clean up easy. It is nice not to have to worry about rental of linens, chairs, chair covers or a caterer. All of this is provided, if you choose. The catering is done in house and is some of the best wedding food we have ever had, with multiple compliments from people attending saying the same. There is an option to bring in your own caterer, but there is no need! The Chateau is gorgeous, as are the grounds. You can tell they have worked hard and take pride in making this venue beautiful, classy, and unique. Everything is tastefully decorated, with no need to cover up anything on the walls or outside you don't want guests to see (like there are at some other venues). This makes decorating your wedding easy, allowing you decorate a little bit less than you would have to at other venues, to save a bit on the budget if you choose. If we could get married here every week, we would!!
