I would not have my wedding reception here if I could do over again. They scheduled two wedding receptions at the same time without disclosing the simultaneous events to either bride. The food tasting was amazing, but food was prepared differently for the actual reception. The facility states they can accommodate 300, but even 200 required strategic planning with seating, dance floor, and flow of traffic. I would say Commerce Club is your standard venue with less than standard flair and charm. Stick to planning your next corporate lunch here.. not your special day.

The view from the ballroom in the Commerce Club is one of the best in downtown Greenville. Their private events planner, Julia Bankert, will seal the deal. Julia was a tremendous help in the planning and execution process. Her thoroughness and attention to detail helped make our wedding day as stress free as possible. Her expertise was a big help to me while planning our menu, reception itinerary, and decoration. Our guests are still talking about the amazing view and wonderful food. All 170 meals were warm and tasty. The only concern I would share is that 170 people maxed out the ballroom, so if your guest list is large, be prepared for the possibility to split between rooms. Thank you, Julia, and the Commerce Club.

The venue was a big part and help to allow my wedding day exceed my expectations! The place is beautiful with the best views. The coordinators are super helpful prior to the wedding and also on the day of. The location is perfect. Many guest told my husband and I that the food was awesome.

We had our wedding reception at the club and it was simply amazing. Working with Julia months up to the wedding day was so easy and organized. The commerce club is beautiful! It's everything we wanted in a wedding venue. Not only were the views gorgeous; but the food, drinks, and service were all wonderful as well! We couldn't have asked for better and the staff members were great!

The Commerce Club was wonderful to work with as our reception venue. Being from out of state originally, I knew I did not want an empty venue to have to rent tables, chairs, etc. We could not have asked for an easier, more beautiful venue! They were always professional, quick to respond to all my questions and concerns, and made planning an absolutely gorgeous reception so easy! All of our guests commented on our beautiful it all was set up, how kind and helpful the staff was, and how great the food was. I dropped off several decorations the day before and never had to think twice on the wedding day about anything that was going on prior to us walking in for the reception. They handled all the vendors coming to set up as well as set out all the decorations exactly as we wanted. We had an afternoon reception and the view of the mountains and downtown was breathtaking. I would not have changed a thing about our perfect day! Thank you, Commerce Club for our dream reception!

A beautiful and wonderful venue! Our guests had a great time and the view was a big hit! The Commerce Club is easy to work with, professional, and has amazing food! They answered all of our questions throughout the process in a timely manner and were flexible with the details. During the event the staff was very helpful- there was not a need that went unmet!
