Our wedding day at Bella Collina on 1.2.23 was amazingly beautiful with warm, fresh air that beautified the grounds and enhance the look even more! The rehearsal brunch in the Wine Cellar was so beautiful and helped to set the mood for our wedding day! We too felt that the venue made us feel we had been transported to Italy without leaving Florida. Working with Daniela and Melanie was easy, they answered all our questions and helped us understand the menus. They were communicative and explained the process well. I recommend going to Wedding Bliss to get a feel of what it would be like to have a wedding there. Everyone was courteous, the food service flowed very well, and most importantly, the food was hot and oh so amazing! From the pre-ceremony cocktails (Marilyn Monroes), to the hors d’oeuvres, soup, salad, lamb craving station, desert station, and late night bites, oh my it was all very delicious! They even allowed us to customize our menu with collard greens as an accompaniment to our meal, and everyone continues to rave about how good they were- accolades to the chef and staff!- even a year later people are still talking about it! The staff were all amazing, my guests felt like royalty. I recommend going with their preferred vendors as they know the venue best and can help you truly bring out it’s essence! We love the scenery and how well the venue looked in our photos and just made everything pop. I would chose this venue again! Who knows, maybe a renewal down the road…Clark & Sharese.

My daughter's wedding was beautiful, and the venue was beautiful. Fortunately, hat cannot be taken away. There were, however, lots of problems, and the staff does not seem to care. They decided to book another event the same day, which we were not aware of until 30 minutes before the wedding, but it complicated things. We thought we had the run of the place, but this was a mistake. When you spend that kind of money, you would think you would not have to compete with another event. We were not able to take pictures outdoors due to that other event, and the guests had to take a different, confusing route to the reception. They had a tractor on the grounds in view of everyone, so we had to skip the sunset pictures. Very attractive. We had their table linens that were either stained or moldy. My daughter was told there would be a safe, private place to change from her wedding gown to her party dress. In that room, where she was told to go, there was no lock on the door, and people kept walking in . At one point, a male staff member walked in while my daughter was disrobed, and he had to be told to leave. Not an, \"I am so sorry,\" and avert the eyes. No. Just the opposite. Had I known, that night that this had happened, there would have been hell to pay. The banquet captain was dressed for a round of golf, which when one is spending in excess of $$76,000, one would expect a bit more professional attire. To top it off, the guy paying the bill-me, ordered the salmon, which was listed on my seating card, and I was given the filet. Small mistake, but par for the course. We brought all these concerns to the catering manager after the event through our wedding planner, and the response back to me was wholly inadequate. Don't let the pretty setting sway you. Have your wedding another pretty place that perhaps genuinly cares about your special day.

If you’re looking for a piece of Italian bliss, Bella Collina is the place for your special day! From the atmosphere to the fine, minute details, everything was set to perfection. The staffs mentality, friendliness, work ethic, and attentiveness to what we wanted out of our wedding was fantastic. Keeping in mind it comes with a price tag and the inflation of weddings, Bella Collina raises its expectations and exceeds the bar along with it. We highly recommend Bella Collina and wanted to give a special thank you to Taylor Tufts. She was incredibly sweet, thorough, and timely through all our communications, especially our lengthy emails. Never once did we feel we were being a bother. She genuinely cared about our planning experience and was determined to help us have the absolute best day ever. 12/10 recommend Bella Collina for your dream wedding!!

Look no further you have found your magical venue for your wedding or any event. We had the pleasure of working with Taylor in the catering department. She was on top of all the details, made sure every wish was carried out, and to top it off she was so nice to work with. I have been to many wedding and by far this was the best menu and food. Each dish was excellent and the service was the best!!!!!!

If you’re looking for a venue that will leave you speechless look no further than Bella Collina. That being said, everything has a cost, and you get what you pay for. I wish they were a little more accommodating in terms of letting you use more of the amenities however we wouldn’t change a thing about the way our wedding came to be. There is no other place like Bella Collina, and we knew it the moment we stepped foot there for our tour. Their staff is always prompt and attentive and help you every step of the way to make sure you wedding is everything you wanted. Every square inch of the property is flawless and beautiful. Melanie the director, Krista the catering coordinator, Kyle who made sure we had everything we needed at our reception, everyone is phenomenal and they all work as a team. We will never forget our wedding day at Bella Collina and how everyone made us feel.

Our wedding day was an absolute dream! Bella collina is a breath taking venue from every single corner. The staff is absolutely amazing. The communication throughout our wedding planning process was extremely efficient and each individual we spoke to made the process extremely smooth. The food is delicious…out of this world! The atmosphere makes your heart skip a beat! The warmth and kindness from the bella collina staff was worth it. Our wedding day was outstandingly beautiful and all of our guests enjoyed every single minute. Our dream became reality and we could not be more thankful. 100 percent recommend this venue!

Bella Collina is the one of the most beautiful wedding venues I’ve ever come across! I really wanted an Italian wedding and it was exactly that and more! My overall experience with Bella was incredible. The team was very responsive and willing to answer questions while I was deciding on the venue without ever seeing it in person. I did FaceTime calls with them and spent a lot of time discussing menu options. I was not pleased with one of the options and Danilla was fabulous in helping me navigate it. She provided me with additional options and allowed us to do an additional tasting for that option to ensure that we were happy with it. Once wedding day came, everything was amazing! The team was once again so accessible and helpful for the entire day. The food was the best wedding food I’ve EVER had and the portions were very large. The staff all ensured to check in multiple times to ensure that everything was taken care of. Our guests loved the venue and ambiance as well. I heard from many guest about how much they loved the food as well and how great the portions were. Overall, everything was perfect and I’d 100% have my wedding at Bella Collina again!

Extremely expensive. Quoted for 2023 for $50k food and drink minimum. Add up other fees and taxes and you’re at over a $60k wedding for JUST food/drink/venue. Nothing else. Beautiful venue but unaffordable for most.

Beautiful location but the cost for a Sat wedding is $8000 to rent and for 2023-2024 a $50,000 food and beverage minimum. So many other venues that are stunning for 1/2 that price. BTW, I can't change the wedding date because it's stuck on April 2022 in this review.

If you are looking for the most romantic, elegant, and breathtaking wedding venue in Florida, look no further than Bella Collina! My husband and I toured and considered at least a dozen wedding venues around Central Florida for our January 2022 wedding, and now that it's over, we could not imagine starting our happily ever after anywhere else. Our entire experience with Bella Collina was outstanding, from beginning to end. Not only was the Senior Catering Coordinator, Danilla, always incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful, but the big day was absolutely stunning and stress-free. Everyone on the catering and bartending staff was extremely professional and attentive, and the food was spectacular! We are thrilled that we were able to spend the best day of our lives at Bella Collina, and we guarantee that you will be too!

We were married at Bella Collina on 12.11.21 and it was everything we could have hoped for and so much more — an absolute fairytale and dream. We knew we had to get married at Bella Collina as soon as we saw the photos, and the venue was just as perfect in-person. There are infinite views and photo opportunities that are so beautiful and unique. There really is no where else in central Florida like Bella Collina. The event spaces themselves would have been enough for us, but on TOP of that, the food was exceptional and the service was impeccable. We were so surprised by how delicious the hors d'oeuvres, soup, salad, main entrees (especially the braised beef short rib!), and desserts were. The bartenders and servers were wonderful with all of our guests, and we as the bride & groom had someone assigned to us just to ensure we had everything we needed.One of our guests dropped a glass on the dance floor…the staff at Bella Collina cleaned it up so fast I had no idea until the next day when people started A) telling us how dreamy our wedding was and B) sharing fun stories.We were also very glad we had a few rooms booked at Siena (so convenient!).We enjoyed working with Victoria V and Sarah W as our catering points of contact. They answered every question we had and we incredibly helpful! Everything was executed perfectly. Thank you Bella Collina!

Besides the breath taking venue and views, the staff is amazing. Melanie and Danilla were extremely helpful and quick to answer any questions we had and make any changes we requested. Planning a wedding half way across the country was extremely scary for us, but Melanie and Danilla helped us remain calm during the entire process. The catering team allowed us to completely design our own idea of dinner meals and sides as well as replicated my idea of a wedding cake exactly. Three words for the food -- oh. my. gosh!! We chose three different entrees and allowed our guests to pick what they wanted before the wedding and Bella did not disappoint!! So many people told us that the food they had that night was the best \"wedding food\" they have ever had! We STILL have people talking about how wonderful the food was! Every staff member we encountered was professional, kind and willing to help in any way they could. They treated us like royalty and made sure every thing went smoothly from the moment we booked until the end of our wedding. We didn't have a single issue our whole wedding day and I know Bella Collina had something to do with that! Everything was absolutely perfect!! There are not enough good words to say about Bella Collina!! We fell in love with this venue the moment we stepped out of the car for a tour. My dream wedding came true because of Bella Collina. After an unexpected wedding day surprise, their quick thinking and fantastic team brought to life my dream wedding with the most important person, My Person. If you are on the fence, maybe I can help.Before Bella, I visited at least eight venues in the SE. In the end, it was between Bella or a venue in another FL city. The other venue was great but they could not touch the overall of Bella’s immaculate venue, team, and transparency. The other venue asked me who their competition was that had me on the fence. I told them, and they said, “Bella is gorgeous and, if we must, we would rather lose to them than any other venue.” That speaks volumes, in my opinion.Honestly, I was nervous signing. I was about to try to plan a wedding from hundreds of miles away. From the beginning to the end, Bella made me feel at ease and put aside any worries.They are a straightforward yet cheerful venue. I loved Melanie; she was calm, reserved, and lovely. She answered all of my tons of questions. Plus, Melanie went above and beyond, connecting with the best wedding planner for my needs. Thank you, Melanie!Bella is transparent. They were upfront about their costs, terms, and preferred vendors. Their contract is easy to refer back to in case you needed to provide information or refresh yourself. The Catering Staff is terrific. I first met with the Cake master. She had excellent ideas and worked with me to figure out how to incorporate dairy and nondairy into a small piece for the cake cutting. Also, Danilla is wonderful. She was always kind and helpful. She took the time to figure out what I wanted and ensured it met my standards, and provided fantastic suggestions. The food was beyond excellent! Everyone raved from the Brunch Rehearsal to the reception dinner. One of my guests asked for a peach mimosa because she knew I liked those. Before I knew it, a peach mimosa was in my hand. Bella went hunting for the necessary peach to make it great. I was surprised; it is the little things that go a long way. That kind gesture meant the world to me. It probably was not a big deal for them to get, but it was to me. I want that level of detail and service with a venue at any event, no matter how large or small, and Bella Collina came through every time.They have the best Wedding Day team. My Wedding Day turned into beyond my perfect dream. I was worried about the rain, and when I say I was concerned, a few days before, we had rain appearing on weather apps and disappearing. It disappeared the night before my wedding, and on my wedding day; everyone was delighted. With less than 2 hours before guests arriving, the rain cloud came out of nowhere. Bella quickly, along with my wedding planner, jumped into action. They do not host weddings in a specific part of the venue anymore (understandable why not). However, they asked me if they could move my ceremony there instead of the usual backup rain location. It was my exact dream spot on their property I always wanted. My original outdoor location was beyond exquisite, but that one area on their property reminded me of something special in my life. Their kindness and willingness to let me move it to that exact location gave me my beyond perfect dream wedding at Bella and my beyond perfect day with My Person. They made it a dream from day one but made it beyond a dream on my Wedding Day.

First of all.. I'm writing this review for all of the future brides planning a wedding and trying to decide whether bella is the right place for you. To put a long story short..ABSOLUTELY! So, I got engaged in December 2019 with plans for a wedding in 2020. However, Covid happened and turned all of our worlds upside down as you can imagine!! I found bella collina coincidentally on the knot and decided to go visit!! When you arrive and see this place you will be stunned at the beauty initially!! What made us ultimately decide was not just the beauty of the place but the staff!!! I worked with Melanie, Danilla, and victoria who helped to make the process as smooth as ever despite dealing with covid and all of my concerns!! Covid is a real thing and i thought maybe i'm crazy to plan a wedding let alone host one during a pandemic!! However, the process stressed me out but these ladies helped me out and communicated well and answered all of my questions no matter how anxious i was and made me feel at ease with everything they were doing to keep people safe on their end!! I could not be more pleased with the way the wedding turned out!! My day was SPECTACULAR..and it was because of the staff and lemme tell you.. the food was SLAMMING!! We discussed food options with the head chef and also did a cake tasting with the head baker. They listened to our recommendations and made the necessary changes and were so accommodating!! This is coming from a family of haitian and puerto ricans so if EVERYONE tells me the food and cake were amazing.. then they truly were!! I am so grateful to everyone at Bella for all of their hard work and for exceeding my expectations!! If you are considering bella.. don't think just do it because it's all worth it.. every penny!! Bella collina is hands down the best venue I’ve ever worked with. We were booked at Disney world for our 10 year vow renewal, but 42 days out they cancelled us due to the pandemic. We were devastated and panicking. That’s when I stumbled upon Bella Collina on google and then they were recommended to me by my videographer and officiant. After contacting them I immediately loved the responsiveness and kindness of Melanie. We scheduled a site visit and Victoria showed us the grounds. We instantly fell in love and booked. Danilla the catering manager was so attentive and we chatted often. She was so understanding when some of our guests could no longer make it and helped us choose options to fill our budget. The pricing was amazing. And there were bonuses for booking when we did. I could not believe how accommodating they were and how many added bonuses we got. The food was amazing and the head pastry chef Ely Nave carried out my cake vision even better than I had dreamed. The desserts were out of this world. The staff was so attentive and kind. They even packed up some things for us to go as a surprise because they knew as the bride and groom we were so busy running around that we didn’t get to eat as much as we would have liked. I truly feel it was meant to be and that my wedding would not have been as magical anywhere else as it was at Bella Collina. I can’t thank them enough for the most amazing day ever.

Danilla the catering manager was so attentive and we chatted often. She was so understanding when some of our guests could no longer make it and helped us choose options to fill our budget. The pricing was amazing. And there were bonuses for booking when we did. I could not believe how accommodating they were and how many added bonuses we got. The food was amazing and the head pastry chef Ely Nave carried out my cake vision even better than I had dreamed. The desserts were out of this world. The staff was so attentive and kind. They even packed up some things for us to go as a surprise because they knew as the bride and groom we were so busy running around that we didn’t get to eat as much as we would have liked. I truly feel it was meant to be and that my wedding would not have been as magical anywhere else as it was at Bella Collina. I can’t thank them enough for the most amazing day ever.

We got married at Bella Collina in September 2019. When we first went to check out the venue we were blown away, this place is right out of Tuscany and gave us the Italian vibes we never knew we needed all hidden away right outside of Orlando. The wedding team was absolutely amazing, from the beginning they worked with us to make everything perfect and gave me great ease at such a stressful time. They truly know what they are doing and they do it well! We used a wedding planner at the Club named Vangie De La Concha and she was incredible! She has such amazing taste, professionalism, and really saw my vision and made it come true. She also provided the flowers, for the Ceremony and Reception and I highly recommend going that route as you will not be disappointed. Danilla was our contact for the menu, she also was amazing and listened to what we needed and the Food was incredible. We had our Cocktail Hour in the Wine Cellar- it was such a nice way to get out of the heat and was a nice touch to the Italian Villa. We had our reception at the reflection pond because It was a smaller wedding and our guests were blown away. The place is gorgeous. If you are considering booking here, do yourself a favor and do it! I will be nothing short of a Fairytale wedding!

The wedding team were absolutely amazing. They were always available to answer questions and were extremely attentive. They truly took the stress out of wedding planning. Our actual wedding day was something out of a fairytale. We stayed at the condos and the house the night before and the facilities were gorgeous. We had a room for the bridal parties before the wedding and there was a round of drinks provided along with snacks. There was a butler in the room as well that handled whatever you could need. Guests got a champagne toast on arrival. The food was out of this world! The wait staff was absolutely amazing and attentive to all guests. the wait staff helped our grandparents get to the elevator and were extremely attentive to their needs being they are in wheelchairs. They provided a non alcohol beer for my husband (since he is unable to drink) per our request and special ordered it. Those are just some things off hand the list goes on and on on the special and remarkable things they did for us. They also invite the couples to an evening of wedding bliss complementary before their wedding. They put on a whole event to try the menu and experience a wedding a Bella Collina before your big day. My husband and I felt like a king and queen for a night it truly was amazing. We had our ceremony in the atrium, cocktail hour at the reflection pond, and reception on the event lawn. It truly was amazing having the three separate spaces and each one was equally as gorgeous. Danilla handled most of our questions and wedding details and she was AMAZING! Moments before the ceremony was scheduled to begin, we were in our separate locker rooms, guests were beginning to arrive, and a typical FL storm decided to make an appearance. At this point, most venues would have made the rain call and moved the ceremony inside. However, the Bella Collina team knew how important the outdoor ceremony was to us and instead, they tarped the entire ceremony area. The ceremony started about 10 minutes later than scheduled, but everything was dry, the sky was blue, and we didn’t miss a beat. We actually had no idea that it even rained at all. We cannot express our gratitude enough for how well the vendors and the Bella Collina team pulled this off for us.Every single thing about our wedding experience at the Bella Collina was amazing. The staff was thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the entire experience. The venue was absolutely stunning. Outside you could not ask for a more picturesque atmosphere. The lighting inside created the perfect ambiance for a reception. A wide range of food and drinks were available and each dish tasted amazing. We wanted to have it all. This is an absolutely gorgeous venue to have a wedding at. Unfortunately, we did not experience an equal caliber of customer service.Throughout the planning process, it was incredibly difficult to get any sort of reply from someone at the venue. As soon as we signed the contract, all communication went downhill. In most cases, it took at least a week to get an email back and nobody ever answered the phone in the wedding department. When we did speak with someone, they were nice and professional. The level of communication just needs to be drastically improved. I often had to send at least one follow up email before getting a reply.There were a few problems on our wedding day as well. We found out about 15 minutes prior to our reception that our cake topper was not able to be put on the cake. We were never asked about the size or weight of our cake topper prior to the wedding. I would have appreciated knowing that the cake wasn't able to support a cake topper before spending $150 on a beautiful cake topper that was sat next to the cake on the table in the end. In addition to that, we paid a bit extra to have a top tier to keep for our first anniversary. When we got the top tier back, it was in pieces in the box, separated by wooden dowels. Prior to the ceremony, there was a male worker at the venue (I don't know his position) that told my husband and his groomsmen that their outfits looked bad without jackets and the boutonnieres did not look good on them with those outfits. He decided to say this to them right before they were to walk down the aisle. Finally, I was trying to give my dad the wedding gift I got for him (custom cufflinks) before we walked down the aisle. He came to the locker room where I was getting ready so I could give him the gift, and the young attendant in the locker room told him he could not come in. We were all dressed and there were no other women in the locker room that were not from the wedding. Our male photographer was allowed inside, and when my dad inquired about this he was told that men are only allowed in the women's locker room when they are taking photos. Eventually, she let him in, but it kind of soured an important moment.The pros about this venue are that it is an absolutely gorgeous place. You and your guests will feel as though you have gone to Tuscany. The locker rooms to get ready in are amazing as well. The food was not bad, and the bubbles package was great. My guests had mimosas with four different choices of juice from cocktail hour to the end of our brunch reception. This would be a five star review if it weren't for the customer service that we experienced.

Bella is a dream come true. I always have such high expectations and feel like they can never be met, and this venue exceeded everything. I worked hand in hand with Danilla and she was on it! Her response time is amazing, and they truly make you feel like a special bride and that your day will be handled at its finest. Even on the day of my wedding, my hair and makeup girl cancelled on me, and they called two people to come onsite at the spa and they got me in right away and made be feel beautiful, and were so accommodating, we also rented out the executive house and that made our weekend with family and friends a weekend to remember. They have the best customer service that is 5 star, the venue is 5 star, the food is 5 star, I booked this place blind w/o even visiting and my first trip for wedding bliss, I was blown away, my coworkers and family kept saying that our wedding was like the royal wedding and asking how I found this place. It truly was the most perfect wedding weekend as we traveled from Ohio, and I wish I could relive that day for years to come, it truly was heaven. So thank you.

Her response time is amazing, and they truly make you feel like a special bride and that your day will be handled at its finest. Even on the day of my wedding, my hair and makeup girl cancelled on me, and they called two people to come onsite at the spa and they got me in right away and made be feel beautiful, and were so accommodating, we also rented out the executive house and that made our weekend with family and friends a weekend to remember. They have the best customer service that is 5 star, the venue is 5 star, the food is 5 star, I booked this place blind w/o even visiting and my first trip for wedding bliss, I was blown away, my coworkers and family kept saying that our wedding was like the royal wedding and asking how I found this place. It truly was the most perfect wedding weekend as we traveled from Ohio, and I wish I could relive that day for years to come, it truly was heaven. So thank you.

My husband and I got engaged in Italy and knew we wanted to have an Italian themed wedding so when we found Bella we knew immediately that it was where we wanted to get married. The customer service from the day we completed our tour, to the actual wedding day, was always very professional and nothing but super helpful. Dana worked with us to create a custom menu, and the guests are still talking about how amazing the food was. We were one of the unlucky couples that experienced rain on our wedding day, and I was originally really bummed. However, they turned the ballroom into what looked like a small chapel with the big windows and the guests had no idea that was the backup plan. Then they were able to quickly turn the ballroom into our reception space and it was a flawless execution. The atrium is a perfect location for your big exit, and they have also many places in the area for the perfect photo opportunity. If you do go with Bella, I highly recommend Andrea from Wedding Unique as your day-of planning and Rhodes Studio as your photographer. They do a lot of weddings at Bella and that really helps make the day go smoothly and they have ideas you would have never imagined. Where do I even begin? This place is heaven. You truly do walk into this venue and feel like you went to Italy and back without even whipping out your passport. What's even more impressive is the customer service, Stacey, Gina, Dana, Melanie, and Corina have been the most amazing people to work before, during, and even after the wedding! They were always getting back to me so quickly and have such a great way of making each couple feel like they're the most important couple in the room. When you get married here, purchase the extra hours because you'll never want your night to end! In fact, if I could ever afford it I would plan to remarry my new hubby there once every year or maybe even twice a year just to get to do it again and again. Right when I thought it couldn't get any better, it did. I was greeted by Lauren, the most amazing day-of helper at the venue and she took away any fear I had, reassured me, wiped every happy tear so my makeup wouldn't smear, she made sure I ate, and always had a beverage in hand. She was the most accommodating and comforting woman I've ever met in my life. The whole staff the night off and even at the brunch the day before was incredible and memorable! The atrium absolutely stole my heart and our wedding turned out even better than imagined. I will start off by saying that we were 100% set on going with Bella Collina for our destination Wedding Day but after dealing with Melanie and Stacy from the sales department it completely changed our minds to take our business elsewhere.I first reached out to the general inquiry page on Bella Collina's page. I was chatting back and forth asking questions as this is my first ever wedding and very first venue I reached out to. After a while, Melanie and I began discussing available dates and pricing and found ourselves playing email tag back and forth. It made sense to set up a call to discuss everything on the phone which I proposed. Melanie then stopped responding when I asked about setting up a call. A few days passed with no response to this and I sent another follow up email with no response. After seemingly hitting a wall, I reached out to a wedding coordinator I was also in talks with for another person I can reach out to since Melanie went MIA. The very next day Stacy reached out to me which was a pleasant surprise. I said that we were emailing Melanie back and forth with no further responses and wanted to set up a call. She agreed and we set up a call a few days later.Fast forward a few days to our call--About 20 minutes before our call Stacy asks if she can push our call back an hour due to an unexpected meeting. I said it was no problem as I understand things happen. We finally get on the phone with Stacy and began discussing what weddings are like at Bella Collina. It started out fine, but when we asked about if the package options could be modified to allow some flexibility with budget Stacy's tone completely changed for the rest of the call. She then started getting extremely defensive asking condescendingly if we 'actually looked at the documents Melanie sent over (we did) which shows what is included' almost like it was a quiz to memorize their offerings. She then passive-aggressively said 'that is why [they] prefer emailing', which explained their delay/reluctance/fear to get on a phone call. Especially being a destination wedding, you'd think they would have the service training to reassure someone about to drop a few thousand at their venue. Not surprising, we never received any follow-up notices and took our dead-set business elsewhere.

My husband and I had a destination wedding at Bella Collina this past spring. The venue is stunning, which was the final factor in deciding to go with Bella Collina. The staff was amazing on the day of and everyone we worked with was responsive, friendly and professional.The reason for the 3 stars really was due to some of the venue's policies that were disappointing for us. We were so awed by the site that when we learned that they do not provide tablecloths, we underestimated how much extra difficulty this would provide. We thought we would just use a vendor for extra items like that, but without spending a significant amount on extra rental pieces, no one would just provide tablecloths. We had to purchase them, ship them down, have them washed & ironed in advance and then our gracious wedding planner had her team set them up because the venue would not set up our \"extra\" items.Also, another gripe was that on our actual wedding day, the venue still allows their golf club members full access to the place. So I was half dressed with my mother and bridesmaids getting into my wedding gown when complete strangers breezed into the private changing room to show their friends their locker. I was really upset by this because I did not anticipate such a violation of my privacy on my wedding day. My husband also experienced this in his locker room; there were a group of rowdy younger men in the room with them when he was trying to enjoy the last hour or so with his brothers before the ceremony. Also, they started cleaning up the locker rooms while I was still in the reception area. This was really upsetting to me because I had wanted to take off my uncomfortable bridal shoes and wear my new flip flops in the car, and both my wedding dress bag and my shoes were missing from the locker rooms. They found my dress bag days later (I was flying home so I had to purchase a new one) and my flip flops were never found. I just would have expected better care of my personal items.With these items aside, we did receive endless compliments on how beautiful the location was and how great the food was.

My fiance and I looked at several venues (Private homes, golf courses, historic areas… you name it) and were starting to get super discouraged because nothing really “wowed” us. I was scrolling through Pinterest one night and came across a picture of this beautiful Tuscany looking building that said it was in Florida... I didn’t believe this venue was in Florida because it was so gorgeous! We scheduled a visit and we were both amazing. The photos are spectacular but they don't even do the whole property justice when you see everything in person. Once through the gates, the property was breathtaking. Our jaws dropped. We hadn’t even taken but 20 steps into the atrium of Bella Collina let alone met with the woman who was supposed to give us the tour and we both looked at each other and said aloud “this is it!” The tour of the entire property continued to “wow” us. It felt like we weren’t in Florida with the beautiful hills and scenery. We knew we had to get married there. Everyone was so wonderful! Bella Collina even sent me a pre-wedding gift (I won't spoil it for future BC brides and say what the gift was!) None of my girlfriend's venues sent them a gift so it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you BC for being so thoughtful and making a bride feel so special. I never imagined I would have an outdoor ceremony or reception but the entire property was so stunning, it would be a crying shame to waste the beauty of it with an indoor wedding. Our tasting was impressive as well. BC truly felt like a destination wedding abroad in Italy with it’s detail oriented Tuscany style ... Our wedding was a dream come true. Also, not to mention BC has a golf course which was an added plus for my groom! BC definitely knows what it's doing. I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. Get married at BC! You won't regret it!

I didn’t believe this venue was in Florida because it was so gorgeous! We scheduled a visit and we were both amazing. The photos are spectacular but they don't even do the whole property justice when you see everything in person. Once through the gates, the property was breathtaking. Our jaws dropped. We hadn’t even taken but 20 steps into the atrium of Bella Collina let alone met with the woman who was supposed to give us the tour and we both looked at each other and said aloud “this is it!” The tour of the entire property continued to “wow” us. It felt like we weren’t in Florida with the beautiful hills and scenery. We knew we had to get married there. Everyone was so wonderful! Bella Collina even sent me a pre-wedding gift (I won't spoil it for future BC brides and say what the gift was!) None of my girlfriend's venues sent them a gift so it was a pleasant surprise. Thank you BC for being so thoughtful and making a bride feel so special. I never imagined I would have an outdoor ceremony or reception but the entire property was so stunning, it would be a crying shame to waste the beauty of it with an indoor wedding. Our tasting was impressive as well. BC truly felt like a destination wedding abroad in Italy with it’s detail oriented Tuscany style ... Our wedding was a dream come true. Also, not to mention BC has a golf course which was an added plus for my groom! BC definitely knows what it's doing. I don't have a single bad thing to say about them. Get married at BC! You won't regret it!

To say Bella Collina is accommodating is an understatement. We changed our food to stations and added in a sushi station. After looking at the menu we decided to make a couple of our own rolls that were not on the menu and they said no problem and they came out perfect. Dana was amazing! She paid huge attention to details and is there with you every step of the way. During your food tasting she stayed with you and made changes as you go and will change anything you ask, no request was too large for them. Also the day was a little on the cooler side so they provided our guests with a special treat, hot chocolate! Our friends and family said that this was the best hot chocolate that they had ever tried! There is nothing negative you can say about Bella Collina because they literally never tell you the word no. The price you pay is for the quality they give, it was absolutely stunning and we would not change a thing about it. We toured multiple venues in central Florida but nothing comes even near how beautiful Bella Collina is.

Every location (ceremony in the Bell Tower, cocktail hour in the Reflection Pond, and reception in the Club House) is unique and beautiful so your wedding feels different from any other you have gone too. The food and staff were also wonderful. We used the Spa for both make up and hair and was able to get ready in the amazing locker rooms with assistance every step of the way. Bella Collina is breathtakingly beautiful. It is a Tuscan dream right in the heart of Florida. This was my dream venue from the moment I first laid eyes on it (online and then even more in person) and I was ecstatic when I discovered I would be able to get married there. My wedding in my eyes was as perfect as it could get and Bella Collina was the perfect backdrop for such a special day. The staff is very nice and professional and the value for what you pay and what you get is truly one of a kind. In addition to using the venue for the ceremony and reception, I also used their spa (makeup and hair) for the day before the wedding and we rented out both of the houses on the property. Everything was fabulous! The quality of the buildings, decor, and staff are amazing. Everything is top notch! My only complaint is that they changed policies and rules a few times throughout the process, but we were planning the wedding over two years so some of it can be expected. They did work with us to help us find solutions. Everything else about the experience was wonderful! The food is amazing and all of my guests cannot stop raving about the food, service, and beautiful location. I would definitely recommend Bella Collina to anyone and everyone who is looking for a beautiful, quality, and special location to host an event or get married! Thank you guys for everything!!

What a beautiful location to get married. An almost Tuscan feel in Florida. Over all we were very happy with the location and most of the staff at Bella Collina. With it being the only venue we viewed we knew instantly that it was the place for us to get married. We opted for the intimate package with only 14 guests in total. The food was quite expensive, but as there was a $2000 minimum spend for the food for 10 adults and 4 children this was soon covered ($160 per adult for the entre). We had no rehersal, no co-ordinator ($1500) and quite a stress free day apart from the very forward, bordering on the rude side Butler who was telling us how we should be seated and introduced to our family even though we were happy with our seating plan. The initial cost for the intimate package was $2500. We never saw much of the cocktail hour as we were away getting our bride and groom photos around the lovely estate. We found the Spa could have been more helpful at times as they seemed to know what was going on, but often weren't very proactive as they use an external stylist who can only communicate when they are not in their primary place of work. We would recommend this venue for your special day

We booked Bella Collina for our wedding in April 2017! It is jaw dropping, absolutely stunning, and the staff has been so helpful! I can't wait to have my wedding there!!!! Only down fall is there is not enough hotel choices for out of town guests (only 2 in the area) and one of them is not accommodating and the other is great! However, with 200 out of town guests, 1 hotel is only 80 rooms is squeezing it.

We were very happy with the overall result for our special day at Bella Collina. When we first visited the place we instantly knew that we wanted to celebrate our wedding there - it's just out of this world! You would not expect to see this kind of place in Florida.\r\rWith that said, we went with their intimate wedding package which compared to their initial proposal for both Ceremony and Reception it ended up becoming 3500$+ \r\rThey did not figure in any of the extra service charges for butler passed food, locker room luncheon, a more realistic menu choice, and they wanted to charge us for every single change we wanted to make (obviously so that you don't make any). They were not flexible about changing drink options, it was very hard to get an answer about it until the very last minute.\r\rThey offered their estate homes to spend the night before the wedding and after, and we liked the idea so we decided on having a rehearsal dinner and spend the night at the Estate the night before the big day. Expect another 1200$ for the Rehearsal and 1300$ for the Estate.\r\rThey penciled the date in for the rehearsal, but we couldn't really book it until 3 months before the wedding. They ended up booking another wedding on that same day, so we had to go with a luncheon instead of a dinner and were told to make sure to be out of there by 2pm. I thought it would work out since we were supposed to check into the Estate right after, but was told on the day that it would not be available until 4pm. My family ended up waiting 3 hours until the house was available at their restaurant and were not told to leave, so this was good. It didn't seem to affect the following wedding. I think this was unfortunate and poorly planned in my opinion. Convincing us to stay at the Estate and do a rehearsal, and then book a wedding on top of our plans and not give us any real solutions. Despite all of this, when we were finally able to check in the Estate was fantastic and the Rehearsal was a great turn out.\r\rThey also offered hair dressing options, but when I called to inquire they told me that our wedding was on a Monday - their day off- so they didn't offer their services unless it was a minimum of 3 people. When I found 3 people and called again, they told me that they had already made plans and were not available. I was not happy with this, the 3 people who were interested had to do their own hair and have the bridal party help out. \r\rPre ceremony - My family was not happy with how the seating arrangement went during the ceremony. Apparently they were rudely told by the butler to sit down and ended up having almost everyone sitting on the bride's side and left a bunch of empty seats on the groom's side which caught my eye and made it very distracting during the ceremony.\r\rCocktail hour - I would have liked to have more time during the cocktail hour. They only give you 1 hour, so the bride and groom go elsewhere to get their portrait pictures taken and miss it completely, after we hired the music, butler passed food and made a point to choose the spot, it was a real shame the bride and groom miss it completely. Some people told me that it went so fast they weren't even able to try any of the food. We had more than enough time to plan out accordingly in my opinion and had extra time during the reception which could have been allotted to the cocktail hour.\r

When we first visited the place we instantly knew that we wanted to celebrate our wedding there - it's just out of this world! You would not expect to see this kind of place in Florida.\r\rWith that said, we went with their intimate wedding package which compared to their initial proposal for both Ceremony and Reception it ended up becoming 3500$+ \r\rThey did not figure in any of the extra service charges for butler passed food, locker room luncheon, a more realistic menu choice, and they wanted to charge us for every single change we wanted to make (obviously so that you don't make any). They were not flexible about changing drink options, it was very hard to get an answer about it until the very last minute.\r\rThey offered their estate homes to spend the night before the wedding and after, and we liked the idea so we decided on having a rehearsal dinner and spend the night at the Estate the night before the big day. Expect another 1200$ for the Rehearsal and 1300$ for the Estate.\r\rThey penciled the date in for the rehearsal, but we couldn't really book it until 3 months before the wedding. They ended up booking another wedding on that same day, so we had to go with a luncheon instead of a dinner and were told to make sure to be out of there by 2pm. I thought it would work out since we were supposed to check into the Estate right after, but was told on the day that it would not be available until 4pm. My family ended up waiting 3 hours until the house was available at their restaurant and were not told to leave, so this was good. It didn't seem to affect the following wedding. I think this was unfortunate and poorly planned in my opinion. Convincing us to stay at the Estate and do a rehearsal, and then book a wedding on top of our plans and not give us any real solutions. Despite all of this, when we were finally able to check in the Estate was fantastic and the Rehearsal was a great turn out.\r\rThey also offered hair dressing options, but when I called to inquire they told me that our wedding was on a Monday - their day off- so they didn't offer their services unless it was a minimum of 3 people. When I found 3 people and called again, they told me that they had already made plans and were not available. I was not happy with this, the 3 people who were interested had to do their own hair and have the bridal party help out. \r\rPre ceremony - My family was not happy with how the seating arrangement went during the ceremony. Apparently they were rudely told by the butler to sit down and ended up having almost everyone sitting on the bride's side and left a bunch of empty seats on the groom's side which caught my eye and made it very distracting during the ceremony.\r\rCocktail hour - I would have liked to have more time during the cocktail hour. They only give you 1 hour, so the bride and groom go elsewhere to get their portrait pictures taken and miss it completely, after we hired the music, butler passed food and made a point to choose the spot, it was a real shame the bride and groom miss it completely. Some people told me that it went so fast they weren't even able to try any of the food. We had more than enough time to plan out accordingly in my opinion and had extra time during the reception which could have been allotted to the cocktail hour.\r

This is was the most beautiful wedding that I could have ever imagined. I wanted to have our wedding at the ritz carlton and once we stepped onto bella collina property we were completely sold. the entire property is absolutely stunning. every single one of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. there were so many places to take pictures because everything is so beautiful. the tuscany inspiration is just jaw dropping, the views are gorgeous, the clubhouse has very nice rooms and several options for the ceremony and reception. this is honestly the nicest wedding venue location in florida. the staff was very accommodating and they did everything in their power to make our wedding perfect. The dinner was delicious, and our wedding came our absolutely perfect. I hope one day we have a daughter so that she can get married here. We looked at other options around central florida and we almost flew our entire family to Europe because we couldn't find a venue that we loved until we found bella coliina. This was the best decision we made, it was just breathtaking.

Once our wedding planner suggested Bella Collina and took us to tour the property, we were hooked. There wasn't a place in the world we would rather get married. From the beginning, the staff at Bella Collina took excellent care of us. They paid attention to every detail, every need, every request that we had. They allowed us to change our minds and change them again until we were thrilled with the outcome. Our wedding was literally like a fairytale- it was better than I could have ever dreamed when it all came together. On the day of, the staff was attentive to all of my wedding party, my vendors, my guests, and especially my family. Their menu options and food were amazing and very versatile, with something for everyone. The locker rooms where the bridal party get ready are beyond compare- huge bathtubs, brightly lit mirrors, giant lockers, and lots of seating to enjoy each others' company. Also, they allow the groomsmen to play golf on their course the day of your event to keep them occupied while the women get ready. I would highly recommend Bella Collina to anybody who is able to afford it- you won't have any regrets once you see your dream day come to fruition!

Bella Collina is absolutely breathtaking. Every inch of the property is a stunning photo backdrop - all of which is available to you if you have an event there. The catering is exquisite. The staff that tends to the bride and groom on the wedding day...I cannot even begin to describe how amazing they are. They were constantly asking my husband and me if we needed anything, bringing us our favorite drink, they were always close by in case we needed anything. Dana is great and knows the venue so well and can answer any and every question you could have. Gina is always quick to respond to emails and has such a positive attitude. Three months later, my guests are still raving over Bella, and actually thanking me for inviting them to such an amazing place. I started my own event planning company (Affinity Event Creative) and I cannot wait to take my brides there to plan their dream wedding!

Bella Collina, really made our wedding day the BEST DAY EVER. Not only were all of our guests continuing to complement how perfect everything was from the ceremony to the reception they could not stop saying how beautiful our venue was. Sean and I felt so blessed to be able to spend the one-day that is most important to us with all of our family and friends. We really did feel as if we were in another country with all of the closest people to us. It was an exquisite day! The staff and service we received all the way up to our wedding day was beyond great! Every single person really made us feel special and we couldn't have picked a better place to call our wedding venue. Bella Collina was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved everything about it! The sales and catering staff were amazing in helping us prepare for our big day. Our ladies locker room attendant, Sonya was also super sweet and very attentive. The guys locker room attendant Julio on the other hand was aggressive and pushy and I did not like how he argued with my photographers and my wedding coordinator! Bella makes you pay for a wedding coordinator, they should let the wedding coordinator do their job and not have their staff get in the way or contradict them! This was very annoying!! Also have your guys be prepared to pay $85 for a 12 pack of beer, which is absolutely ridiculous, if they are hanging out in the locker room and drinking before the wedding. Other then that everything else went smoothly, the food was delicious and our wedding day was amazing! I would choose Bella again as my venue if I had to do it all over again!

Bella Collina is such a magical place! The staff are tremendously attentive and keep everything running the day of like a well-oiled machine. You simply cannot beat the views and the Tuscan glamour of the place. The wedding was the best night of my life so far and driving away at the end of the evening, I felt (cliched as this may sound) like a princess, and was certainly treated at such by everyone there. Thank you to everyone at Bella for such a wonderful experience. It was perfection. My husband and I were both incredibly impressed, as were my parents and all our guests.

Bella Collina is just a dream venue. When we visited it we had no doubt we would be getting married there. They were very helpful throughout the process. I am a very organized person, so I loved how they were very organized as well. Their contact was constant throughout the whole year of preparation, and they were very prompt to answer any questions I had. Thank you Bella Collina! We had the wedding of our dreams because of you!

The 2 highlights for me were that the architecture is absolutely gorgeous so all of your pictures have stunning backgrounds and you are the only wedding on a given day so you aren't competing with other brides and their guests. They have indoor and outdoor space so you can move your location the day of in the case of inclement weather. I absolutely loved this venue!
