The Club at Ibis is a Private Country Club in West Palm Beach, Florida. Classic sunsets and golf course views will stun couples and their guests, creating a romantic backdrop for any wedding. Located just across from Grassy Waters Preserve, couples and their guests are sure to encounter some of the local wildlife, adding even more smiles to an already joyous day. For couples who love nature but want to have an elegant affair, The Club at Ibis is the perfect venue. Facilities and Capacity The Club at Ibis has 10,000 square feet of space, making up five event spaces, for you to customize to your wedding needs. Our elegant ballroom has the capacity to host a reception of 350 guests, and we feature both indoor and outdoor ceremony locations. A bridal suite is also available. Whether couples are looking to have an intimate gathering of just a few witnesses or a grand affair, The Club at Ibis has the perfect space. Services Offered The Club at Ibis offers event planning, as well as in-house catering, so couples do not have to look far to make their wedding dreams come true. Below are some of the services included with our packages. - Tables - Chairs - House Linen - Dance floor - Drapery - Audio and Visual equipment - Set up and Cleanup - Valet Cuisine The highly-trained Culinary Team, led by our Executive Chef Jerome Nicolas, will provide you and your guests with the most mouth-watering cuisine available. The staff at Ibis is dedicated to helping make your day unique to you; therefore, we are proud to provide a variety of flexible menus that offer a vast array of options able to please the most discriminating palate and budget. Other Services In addition to wedding-day celebrations, couples may also host their engagement party, bridal shower and rehearsal dinner at The Club at Ibis.

The whole team at Ibis were incredible throughout the whole wedding process. From taking us on virtual tours (we were in a different state) to meeting with us throughout over the phone and when we visited FL, they made the process so smooth and easy. The venue was absolutely stunning for our wedding! They were able to accommodate all of our requests and really helped deliver on the perfect wedding day. Our guests still talk about the flow of our wedding, how beautiful the outdoor ceremony was and how incredible the cocktail hour was, and how smoothly (and fun) the reception ran! The staff were super attentive, always making sure my husband and I had food and drinks throughout the night. I wish I could relieve our dream day 100x over all thanks to the incredible team at Ibis!

The crew at Ibis was amazing for our March 23, 2019 wedding! My wedding dreams absolutely came true. Ibis was able to accommodate everything we wanted and everything we didn’t even know we needed! The flow of the wedding was perfect and easy for our guests, food was amazing and the service was perfect. The staff at Ibis took away all our worries on our special day and I couldn’t ask for anything more! Thank you!

\"Our wedding night was absolutely perfect. Anelise assisted us in coordinating the perfect night. She was with us from beginning to end. Along with the staff the bridal suite was set up to perfection. We had beautiful platters and champagne for toasts. She coordinated all of our vendors and kept in touch often Holly and Nicole were wonderful and available all night to assist me my bridal party and photographer. The ballroom looked amazing. All of our food choices were cooked to perfection and our guests really enjoyed the food and drinks especially our signature drink the perfect peartini. Our cake was beyond perfect in looks and tasted just as good. Our Viennese table has everything we asked for and more. I wish I tasted more of it I can’t thank everyone enough but special thanks to Anelise , Holly , Nicole, and William for their special attention. Will remember everything for the rest of our lives

Our wedding was perfect. Don’t let the location of the club fool you by being kinda in the middle of nowhere. The inside is freshly redone. The staff are fantastic. The food is phenomenal. Literally weeks after people were still texting us to tell us how delicious everything was. We have no complaints. A perfect venue!!!

First, I want to start out saying that communication with Ibis through the whole planning process was amazing. Whenever I would send an email to Jennifer, I would have a response within an hour. The reception room was set up beautifully. Jennifer made the menu cards with my colors, they looked so pretty (I didn't even know we would have the menu cards.) All the food was amazing! Everyone loved the sangria. I am 100% happy with this venue.

My husband and I could not have been happier with the Ibis and thier staff. They were professional, helpful, friendly, and fun to work with. We opted to do \"food stations\" and the prices beat out more than 12 other vendors I met with. The food was outstanding - our friends still rave about it. The Ibis was willing to work with my budget to produce an amazing night for all 250 of our guests. Jennifer and Amy were awesome! I had full confidence on my wedding day that everything would be perfect at the Ibis and it was. I visited over 15 venues in Palm Beach county before I selected the Ibis and I know that I made the perfect choice!
