The Club at Tartan Fields is a stylish country club wedding venue in Dublin, OH. Built alongside the simply sublime Arnold Palmer Signature golf course, this unique destination exudes an atmosphere of luxury and sophistication. No matter what, you can be sure that the seasoned staff here is committed to doing whatever it takes to make your celebration an unforgettable experience. The venue has both indoor and outdoor event spaces for you to choose from and a spectacular tented reception area option for large weddings. Ceremonies are held on one of the many meticulously manicured lawns featuring breathtaking backdrops like the sprawling golf course. The venue can accommodate intimate and extravagant gatherings with up to 300 guests depending on the event space. Inside, guests can socialize with one another in the foyer. Then, the crowd can make its way into the reception areas. Private and decadent, one of the rooms features its own built-in dance floor. The chef deserves high praise for his delicious food and excellent service! He took a personal interest in Caleb and I to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and checked up on us multiple times throughout dinner. Numerous guests complimented the meal and beautiful cocktail hour scenery!The service staff did a great job flipping the room during cocktail hour. My ceremony was inside, cocktail hour on the outside patio, and then back inside for the reception. The bartenders were efficient and accommodating! The ballroom has BEAUTIFUL windows with white trim. I felt it was very modern and the perfect space for 100 guests. I was however dissatisfied with the finer details of our experience. My impression is Tartan Fields' main focus is definitely their members and the golf side of things, not weddings. The physical space is not the cleanest or prettiest, like the bathrooms and dance floor. There is not much space for both the bride and groom to get ready with their respective groups, so make sure to get ready at a nearby hotel. I would suggest having your own wedding coordinator to iron out details with TF's staff, so planning and setup goes more smoothly. Every business is short staffed at this time, but I truly had a wonderful wedding day and could tell all hands were on deck for my event and I really appreciated that.

Everything was a smooth process, from booking the venue, to choosing our options, to the day itself. Our wedding was outside under a tent and it rained in the morning, but at no point did we feel like Kendra and her team didn't have everything under control. We would recommend Tartan Fields to anyone looking to have an amazing wedding experience.

Back in 2019 when my husband proposed to me we decided to look at a few venues. Tartan Fields Golf Club was beautiful. We decided on it. It was honestly the first and only venue we went to. My heart was set and I loved it and Kendra so much. Now after all the reschedulings Kendra has become a good friend of mine. And the ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful. Back in 2019 when my husband proposed to me we decided to look at a few venues. Tartan Fields Golf Club was beautiful. We decided on it. It was honestly the first and only venue we went to. My heart was set and I loved it and Kendra so much. Now after all the reschedulings Kendra has become a good friend of mine. And the ceremony and reception were absolutely beautiful. Thank you so much Tartan and Kendra. You guys are phenomenal.

I had my wedding at Tartan Fields in September and while it was so perfect in the fact that i am now married to the love of my life and at the end of the day that’s all that matters. However, there are a few things i wanted to say. We booked with Tartan because of the first coordinator who sold us on how accommodating they were, pricing and because my husband is a golfer and he really liked the space. Then the coordinator left and Kendra stepped in. Ever since then we did not get the service that I expected. Sarah, the GM promised to do research for me about something i requested and she never did that. Never got back to me. This is the same lady that told me not to think about the previous coordinator any more because she can coordinate a wedding better than she could, but yet, couldn’t get back to me with an answer to a simple request.Also, the morning of my wedding i was not thrilled with my napkin choice and asked to switch to black. Kendra said they couldn’t do it (my sister who spent time working at a country club said she is pretty sure black is their dinner napkin and they should have plenty of those around the club house). It just felt like they were NOT willing to go the extra mile for us. My family has hosted 4 weddings in the last 5 years. We are VERY familiar with what to expect at venues. My sister, who is also a wedding coordinator on the side, got married at scioto reserve in 2017 and when she was not happy with the napkin color the day of, their coordinator got the napkin company to DRIVE down the correct napkins from cleveland THE DAY OF! Now THAT is going above and beyond and Tartan Fields couldn’t even switch mine to something that should have been relatively easy to do.The ceremony space was beautiful! We turned the ceremony a little to the left so the alter was out by the pretty flowers and tree line instead of where they usually do it with golf carts right behind you. The building is absolutely stunning and the ceremony space looked so good in our arial video footage from our videographer.The food/drink package was great because the beer and wine package includes white claws which were a hit!! Food was different then what we tried which was kind of frustrating but we had good reviews from guests.Overall, i feel like this venue has SO MUCH potential but they just aren’t there yet. They need to not just say they are going to go above and beyond but do it! And they shouldn’t promise things and then don’t fulfill that request. If they work on this then i think this place has the potential to be great!

Where do I begin about the amazing experience from start to finish we had with Tartan Fields. Long story short, we had booked a venue one year before our wedding date that fell through because of unfortunate circumstances with the previous venue six months before our wedding date. We planned to have an outdoor reception so had previously booked a tent and already had room blocks for our guests in Dublin as our ceremony was taking place at a nearby Catholic church. We stumbled upon Tartan Fields and crossed our fingers that our date was still available - it was and Kendra worked so quickly to ensure our tent would fit on their lawn so we could have our reception there! We are THRILLED that our other venue did not work out because our wedding was everything and more we could have dreamed of thanks to the amazing staff at Tartan. They were the friendliest, most accommodating group of people and all of our vendors and guests loved meeting and working with them. The Club went above and beyond for us and we will never forget how beautiful everything turned out. Our guests are still RAVING about our food still - we had filet, seabass and chicken marsala for dinner & all of the appetizers during cocktail hour were a hit as well - which is just another added bonus about TF. You would be lucky to experience a seamless wedding planning process with Tartan Fields and the most magical wedding day will be had there. Thank you Kendra and all of the staff at TF, you are the best!!!

We are pretty disappointed with our experience with Kendra, but I am giving Tartan Fields a 4/5 because everyone else was amazing and made our day perfect. Kendra seemed very nice and reliable in the beginning, and she promised us up until the last time I asked her (the week before the wedding) that she would be there for the wedding, but she never showed up. Instead, when asked on my wedding day where Kendra was, her manager told us Kendra had told her she notified us and made it very clear she wasn’t going to be there for our wedding, which was not true. It was extremely unprofessional. However, Kendra’s manager, Sarah, helped our day stay on track from the rehearsal to the wedding and she did a good job. The drink manager, the bartender, Luda, and all of the wait staff was AMAZING! Incredibly friendly and on top of things. Overall, I think you would be able to find something a bit higher quality for the price (because it was fairly expensive) but it was a beautiful venue and we all had a great time.

We had our wedding at The Club at Tartan Fields on 6-29-19. It is a perfect venue for a wedding. We got married outside. There is a beautiful view of the golf course and they include a white wedding arbor that would match any color and style of wedding.The golf course is also a beautiful spot for wedding photos (bridges, greenery, paths). The reception area is large and tastefully decorated. They provide a large dance floor and cake table. The venue SETS UP and TAKES DOWN all decorations. There is a bridal suite for the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in.The venue provides a Wedding Planner and team of assistants to help plan every last detail of the wedding. Our planners were Sarah (General Manager) and Kendra (Private Event Director). They both did an amazing job and I could not be happier with the outcome of the wedding. Sarah planned a tasting for us. We were stuck between having a buffet dinner or plated. She created a plan that worked for us. She made an amazing plate. I think she called it a DUET plate. It included chicken, steak, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. We also got to choose a variety of appetizers. It was amazing having a plated dinner at a great price. Kendra did an amazing job helping us plan the wedding. She met with us several times before the wedding. We had many detail meetings. She is super organized and kept everything on track. I showed her how I wanted the centerpieces and she made sure everything was set up perfectly the day of the wedding. She kept everybody on time and helped with anything I needed. She even helped bustle my dress! She was there throughout the whole day and that helped ease my nerves. The Club at Tartan Fields is an amazing place for a wedding. The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious and the staff are AMAZING and the price was great. I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding.

I cannot say enough positive things about this venue and especially the event team! Our daughter's wedding and reception were held here on 9.1.19 and it was an incredible experience throughout. Kendra - event coordinator and Sarah - general manager along with Jesse, Chef Marc, Luda and an incredible team made our night seamless - delicious - perfect for our family and our guests in every way. The coordination was thorough, professional, helpful and fun from the first steps through the grand finale. It was everything we had envisioned, hoped and dreamed of. Despite some crazy and unusual weather - the team managed to monitor for safety and make adjustments to our timeline so that our daughter's wedding could take place outside under the Chuppah. The team made our wedding dreams come true. This venue is beautiful!

Kendra - event coordinator and Sarah - general manager along with Jesse, Chef Marc, Luda and an incredible team made our night seamless - delicious - perfect for our family and our guests in every way. The coordination was thorough, professional, helpful and fun from the first steps through the grand finale. It was everything we had envisioned, hoped and dreamed of. We had the most amazing wedding ceremony and reception at Tartan Fields! Kendra was an absolute pleasure to work with and the food was incredible! Truffle deviled eggs, steak & chicken duet, and Halibut- yes please! They even accommodated our outdoor ceremony with a minor rain delay which could have potentially ruined the day but they still made it happen. Tartan met and exceeded our every request and we couldn't be happier with the final result!

We had the most amazing wedding ceremony and reception at Tartan Fields! Kendra was an absolute pleasure to work with and the food was incredible! Truffle deviled eggs, steak & chicken duet, and Halibut- yes please! I was so excited to see this place! It seemed perfect AND they had the date we wanted! Everything seemed perfect....until we visited there.....The wedding coordinator (Kendra) never answered my calls that day or returned any of them. When my fiance and I got there for our appointment to tour the club no one greeted us we just walked in to an empty country club. Of course I tried to call her again with no answer. We walked around to the bar and finally someone approached us and put us in the right direction. We got there and Kendra went so fast, the tour of the entire facility was honestly 10 minutes I thought she was taking us somewhere else to show us, but she was leading us out to exit. I asked if I could go back and see the room we would have our ceremony a little bit more in detail. I was a little unsure how the room would work with our wedding with the pillars and all... but instead of her helping encourage me and plan it out she disappeared. We also noticed the outside was very beaten down, paint chipped off fence and part of fence broken on the ground. When I let her know we were leaving I gave her my email and asked if she could email me more of the small details and save the date. She said yes. But many weeks later I never received an email.... For someone who was so excited for my wedding I left crying and overwhelmed. She made me feel like she had something way more important to attend. A bride should never feel that way! :( just be cautious.

I fell in love with Tartan Fields from our first tour/look. From the beautiful grounds to the decor, lots of parking and wonderful staff & food. Danielle and her staff were so helpful and nice! Having a Bridal Suite Available with what ever I needed such as Mimosa's was Awesome. They went the extra mile: examples was having Vegan dishes for some of my guest, to holding my granddaughter while we walked down the isle till her father got there. The food was appealing and delicious! We had several options in case it rained (Danielle you said \" it won't and it didn't\" ) too taking us & the photographer to ground locations for pics was great. Packing up our decorations for next day pick up was so easy and nice. I would have another event there! and recommend this place for sure!

I fell in love with Tartan Fields from our first tour/look. From the beautiful grounds to the decor, lots of parking and wonderful staff & food. Danielle and her staff were so helpful and nice! Having a Bridal Suite Available with what ever I needed such as Mimosa's was Awesome. They went the extra mile: examples was having Vegan dishes for some of my guest, to holding my granddaughter while we walked down the isle till her father got there. The food was appealing and delicious! We had several options in case it rained (Danielle you said \" it won't and it didn't\" ) too taking us & the photographer to ground locations for pics was great. Packing up our decorations for next day pick up was so easy and nice. I would have another event there! and recommend this place for sure!

We had our wedding here on 10/6/2018 and it was beautiful. Communication was kind of hit and miss but overall it was good enough. The event staff were AMAZING and really the big issue was them throwing away our cake and only keep a few of each dessert. Other than that and communication issues a few weeks out - I would suggest this venue! The picture ops and surrounding area were breath taking.

I cannot even begin to express how wonderful Danielle and Becca were on our wedding day. They took care of every single detail, even the tiniest ones, to ensure our day was perfection. Their energy just added to our excitement, and even with the rain, they stayed excited and encouraging so that we couldn’t have been happier to be getting married despite the last minute change in plans.The venue is absolutely stunning. The food was amazing. Their food and beverage coordinator, Jesse Smith is so hard working. And despite a few things going wrong, I didn’t find out until days after because Danielle and Becca were amazing at their jobs and kept my husband and I happy and comforted the entire time.As for the negative reviews on this venue, please take them with a grain of salt. With weddings, you work closely with your coordinator, and they know every detail of your wedding. A replacement person just wouldn’t be the same, and knowing that, Danielle still showed up and created perfection for us on our wedding day despite family emergencies that rightfully so required her attention.If you want a venue with coordinators who feel like lifelong friends, amazing food, a gorgeous space, and the comfort in knowing Jessie, Danielle, and Becca are there for you from start to finish, this is the place to be. We booked this venue a year in advance and with a different event coordinator. Sadly, 2 months after booking we were told the initial event coordinator was quitting. We then had the assistant who was non existent and then the now current event coordinator. We must have just had a string of bad luck with this place; from the first scheduled food tasting meeting that “somehow” was not scheduled after all and the coordinator and chef rushing around to fix us tasting plates, to being a week out from our wedding date and unable to get in touch with anyone by phone or email to ensure food and guest numbers were correct. I understand a family emergency came up, but there were no back up contacts in place to assist us or return messages,leaving us quite stressed and frantic. The day of the wedding we were informed that 3 people had called off, and the event coordinator made minimal contact with me while she was at the venue in the morning. If it wasn’t for Becca (the day of assistant) and Luda (the head wait staff), the actual day of my wedding would have been a disaster. My mother, mother and law, and bridesmaids helped me set tables with centerpieces, napkins and silverware, the cookie table, and decorate the ceremony arch way. Moments before walking down the aisle, I noticed multiple people standing due to not enough chairs being placed outside for the ceremony.Hundreds of dollars in cake were thrown away in the trash at the end of the night because they cut the entire cake up, when it was requested they would only cut cake for those sitting at tables. Instead they placed cake at every seat regardless if anyone was sitting there. The cherry on top came when we returned to pick up our decorations the next day and one large vase was broken in pieces with no explanation and our yard hooks with mason jars were MIA. A week and a half later the hooks were found, but the mason jars are still no where to be found.Although this is a beautiful venue, the stress and lack of communication are terrible.

Living out of state makes it very hard to plan a wedding but Danielle made it easy to communicate and accommodate our requests to plan a vow renewal. Danielle and the rest of the staff were so sweet and made us feel welcomed. I Can’t say enough about how nice and attentive they were. The food was so delicious all of our guests loved it. Tasted just as good as when we came in for a taste test. We also got lot of compliments on how beautiful the venue was. We really enjoyed having our vow renewal at Tartan Fields. I definitely recommend them to everyone for any occasion.

omg, where do I begin??? we picked Nov 11, 2017. we both wanted the autumn scene of the fall foliage in the back drop. Tartan delivered in so many ways. the scene alone was perfect for us. We started with Jaime until she moved on to another venture. then Danielle stepped in without skipping a beat! We got to meet most of the team over the year. they were all very responsive and catering beyond expectations. plus they were so nice and accommodating. Danielle even followed up with our vendors and kept the food and liquors flowing!The staff were of the best, sweetest, funny, accommodating, and professional we've experienced. Can't thank them enough and hope they had as much fun with us as we did with them.The food, sweets, and drinks were amazing! period.I hope we can follow up with a milestone anniversary celebration in the future.

The Events Coordinator left a week before my wedding reception. A lot of small details were overlooked. We had the reception space booked until midnight. The staff started tearing down the dance floor around 11:15. The reception was lovely, but I left a bit disappointed.

After searching all of Columbus to find the perfect venue for our wedding ceremony and reception, we knew Tartan Fields was where we were going to make all of our special memories as soon as we walked in. There were so many great qualities we were looking for that we couldn't find anywhere else except at Tartan: the beautiful outside ceremony space, gorgeous reception room, delicious food (many people came up to us at our wedding raving about the food), and Jaime was the biggest help and supporter. She made us feel comfortable throughout this whole process. We trusted her with everything, loved her great ideas and appreciated how generous she was with assisting to even the smallest details. As a bride, I was not stressed once during the day because everything was professional and taken care of! We seriously could not have asked for a better venue. Family and friends are still drooling over how beautiful the space and everything was. We are beyond blessed to have chosen and worked with Tartan Fields. Would recommend in a heartbeat!!

I searched and searched Columbus Ohio and surrounding areas for a location for a tent for 200 people that was not downtown. I had looked at least 12 locations that were supposedly \"tent friendly\" prior to finding Tartan Fields. The other locations did not have ideal spots for the tent. Immediately after walking outside the back of Tartan Fields I knew it was the place. The wedding was wonderful - food was amazing (so many compliments from my guests!), staff was friendly, and the tent was perfect! Working with Britney their events coordinator was great! My only negative review is that because we were not members of the golf club, the groomsmen could not golf there on the wedding day which was unfortunate. They only do a few weddings a year so I never felt like \"just another bride.\" I had the wedding of my dreams in large part thanks to Tartan Fields!

Elegant and neutral on the inside, beautiful landscaping and golf courses, perfect scenery for wedding pictures. They provided the buffet for the reception and the food was delicious. I would not have picked a different place for my reception.
