Located in the rolling hills of Mount Pleasant, NC, only a short drive from Charlotte and Concord, The Coach House Wedding & Event Venue is a stunning banquet hall that offers indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces perfect for your celebrations. You will enjoy modern facilities in a tranquil setting, combining luxurious comfort with rural serenity. Whether a rustic country wedding or a sophisticated formal affair, The Coach House can provide the perfect dreamy backdrop for your fairytale day. The Coach House boasts over 3,000 square feet to hold your celebrations. The Courtyard overlooks picture-perfect white farmhouses, acres of rolling hills, and a beautiful pond, making for a stunning outdoor ceremony. There is ample room for 200 seated guests as you exchange vows. The covered patio is the perfect spot for a buffet dinner or cocktail reception area complete with recessed lighting and fans. The bar deck offers a relaxed, intimate atmosphere where your guests can enjoy drinks. The Bridal Suite and Groom's Room feature sitting areas, vanities, mirrors, and a wide-screen TV. Tables, chairs, and floor-length linens are included with the fee. It also includes venue access on Friday for decorating and rehearsal and a full Saturday for the wedding and reception. You are welcome to hire your choice of florist, caterer, decorator, and more to customize your day perfectly and we are happy to provide vendor recommendations should you need any assistance. There is ample parking space for ease of access and staffing will be on hand to assist with clean-up during and after your celebrations.

Rita at The Coach House made my wedding unforgettable. Not only was most of the decor there and ready to use but she helped get all the vendors settled and even added in something special for my bridesmaid, and Chris and I. The venue was gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for a better day. I was truly blessed with an amazing wedding and The Coach House made that possible!

My wedding was absolutely perfect! Me and my now husband fell in love with the venue as soon as we went to tour it. Rita was SO helpful and she was just as excited as every other member of my family. She was very well organized and provided us with everything we needed. I was able to take my bridal pictures out there and the field made for a beautiful back drop! If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I highly recommend checking this one out!!

If you’re looking for a venue for a sweet, country wedding, The Coach House is your spot! The space is simple yet elegant, and it is outside of town just enough to where it is peacefully quiet—which is hard to find in the Charlotte area! The crew over there are so incredibly easy to work with, and it is very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend this place enough! It was perfect.

We decided to have our wedding at The Coach House before we did anything else, and we are so glad that we did! The venue & grounds are gorgeous, and Tammy made everything so easy. There is a bridal suite as well as an area for the groom to get ready, which makes it incredibly convenient. We've gotten so many compliments from our guests as to how beautiful the location was, and how well everything flowed from our outdoor ceremony, to our cocktail hour outside on the patio area & bar, and then indoors for our evening reception. It was incredibly lovely - would recommend to anyone!

Loved it! The venue is classy and has a beautiful countryside view. The owner is great to work with. I loved the bridal suite at the venue and being able to use it with my girls to get ready and the strings of lights that are hung on the trellis at the front and from poles at the back patio. Great venue allowing you to have a rustic yet classy event.

Rita Gilmore (Owner) I was born and raised in Mt. Pleasant. I attended Appalachian State University and graduated from Pfeiffer University. My husband, Brian, and I have 3 children...Mary Carson, Logan, and Tanner and a toy poodle named Beau. We also own G2 Real Estate located in Mt. Pleasant. In our spare time we like to spend time at the lake and the beach or anywhere outdoors.
