The Coco Plum was a gorgeous venue and the staff is amazing, especially Rosie and her family. They are professional and take great care and pride in making sure each wedding is perfect. Rosie thought of all the details, so I didn’t have to, and she coordinated with all the vendors. On the wedding day, someone was checking on me and my husband at all times making sure we had eaten, that we had a drink in hand, and that we were taken care of. It rained on the wedding day, so there was a pretty wet courtyard floor (you can see in the photos) but besides that, my wedding day was perfect and low-stress thanks to the CocoPlum team. I highly recommend them!

The Coco Plum was a gorgeous venue and the staff is amazing, especially Rosie and her family. They are professional and take great care and pride in making sure each wedding is perfect. Rosie thought of all the details, so I didn’t have to, and she coordinated with all the vendors. On the wedding day, someone was checking on me and my husband at all times making sure we had eaten, that we had a drink in hand, and that we were taken care of. We just had our wedding this past week and we were so blown away by Rosie and the entire Coco Plum team. From our first meeting with Rosie we knew we were in good hands and she truly took care of us every step of the way. The wedding day itself was beautiful, smooth, and so fun. Many of our guests were so impressed by how flawless the entire evening went by and it is because Rosie and her team are truly on top of their game. We also used several of their recommended outside vendors and we had nothing but positive experiences with them all. The venue itself is gorgeous and full of charm so you really can’t go wrong. We are so happy that we chose the Coco Plum for our special day!

We just had our wedding this past week and we were so blown away by Rosie and the entire Coco Plum team. From our first meeting with Rosie we knew we were in good hands and she truly took care of us every step of the way. The wedding day itself was beautiful, smooth, and so fun. Many of our guests were so impressed by how flawless the entire evening went by and it is because Rosie and her team are truly on top of their game. We also used several of their recommended outside vendors and we had nothing but positive experiences with them all. The venue itself is gorgeous and full of charm so you really can’t go wrong. We had our wedding at the Cocoplum a little under a month ago and we couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. Rosie was extremely attentive to all of our needs, and her and her staff executed all of our personal touches and extra details to perfection. We used only their preffered vendors for flowers, photography, DJ, and lighting, and each of them were exceptionally kind, curteous, and professional. I also cannot understate how absolutely delicious all of the food was, from the hors d'oeuvres to the main course. Best day ever.

Rosie and her team went above and beyond for my now hubby and I. We got married at the Cocoplum on 10/14/2023 and it was everything we could’ve wanted and more. They were super available to us with any questions we had 24/7 and being an out of state couple, this was extremely helpful. Their preferred vendors were amazing and it made the planning process easier since we didn’t have to booked with a bunch of different vendors. Everything from decor, to music, to florals was great and the food was delicious! If we had to do it again, we would definitely choose the Cocoplum, no questions asked! Thank you guys for making our day so special and memorable!

Rosie and her team went above and beyond for my now hubby and I. We got married at the Cocoplum on 10/14/2023 and it was everything we could’ve wanted and more. They were super available to us with any questions we had 24/7 and being an out of state couple, this was extremely helpful. My husband and I just got married on July 15, 2023 at The CocoPlum. We feel so lucky to have found this venue. After searching for the perfect venue for months, we stumbled upon The CocoPlum, and already felt how special this place was. From the first moment of seeing the space in person, to talking with Rosie, we knew this was the place. We felt so supported by Rosie and the vendors during the whole planning process (which we did from another state). Everyone answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. The actual wedding was a dream. Not only was it beautiful, highly organized, and professionally run, but we felt SO taken care of during the whole night. I would recommend The CocoPlum, Rosie and her staff, and the vendors over and over again!!!

On April 29th, 2022, my husband and I tied the knot at The CocoPlum venue after a year and 3 months of planning. Before booking this venue, we had gone to few other places to inquire about details and pricing. None of them really were what we where looking for which was convenience of distance, all inclusive, and pricing. Once I found The CocoPlum through The Knot, it really caught our attention. I would like to start by saying that since the moment we inquired further information about the venue, we got a quick reply for Rosie, the venue manager and coordinator. The booking process was extremely informative and smooth. The venue was all inclusive and it was absolutely stunning once we got the tour. As the months kept going by, the planning start happening and every questioned that we had it was answered right away by Rosie or the staff members.Finally, the big day had come after months of waiting. At first, I was a bit nervous about the way everything was going to come out since I did not hire a wedding planner but I knew that everything was going to come out just perfect as visioned and we knew we were in good hands. As we through, everything came out absolutely perfect. We tried thinking of anything that could had possibly gone wrong and we have zero complains. Rosie and his team went above and beyond to make our special day happen. The food, drinks, and cake were amazing, the DJ and flowers were phenomenal, and the staff in site, day of coordinator staff, and Rosie wen above and beyond to make sure the groom and bride and guest had the best time. If we could do our wedding all over again at this place we would. The only sad part about it is that everything goes by so quickly so enjoy your day as much as you can with your other half and your guest.

If you want a historic site with medieval architecture, located in the center of Miami, with a flexible estimate according to your budget, this is the place. Any venue will offer what you pay for, but there is one thing of utmost importance when celebrating an event; having a team that works professionally and that goes the extra mile to please your expectations, making it an exceptional and unforgettable day to remember. I want to thank everyone that made it a lovely wedding on Friday, February 3rd, 2023. Starting from Maritza who attended the coffee station, to Patricia, who catered to all our wishes, and Miguel, who provides great customer service and is always with a smile to answer any question, Martha who creates magnificent floral decor, Fabiano an enthusiastic and talented photographer, and finally Rosie and Fernando, THE BACKBONE OF THIS CLUB.It is my opinion, that is due to their hard work and commitment to this venue, that The Cocoplum's Woman's Club has achieved tremendous recognition and is expanding its growth in the social media. Rosie is the Event Coordinator, and she knows how to meet and exceed the expectations of each customer, and Fernando, who is the Master Chef, not only prepares delicious meals, but he is like an octopus with 8 hands, working and trying to resolve so many things in that one place. It's been a long time since I have experienced the customer service provided, which is rarely found this day. Please note that I did not know of this place, nor did I know these people prior to booking my daughter's wedding, but as the day approached, I realized I had chosen the perfect venue, The Cocoplum Woman's Club. Rosie was there every step of the way, even when 1 year of wedding planning turned into 3 years with covid delays. We had the most amazing time, and it was so stress free as they provided everything we could possibly need. Even though we planned our wedding from the other side of the world, Rosie was so accessible and made us feel so relaxed and prepared. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, without a single detail out of place. Cannot recommend enough that you choose Coco Plum for your wedding!

DON’T GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!From the minute we walked in the door we just knew this was IT! We saw a few other venues that were nice but surprisingly had a hard time getting return calls! Not the case here. The space is warm and so versatile. The building and grounds are stunning but most of all Rosie and her team are amazing. Every email was answered every text replied to and always with such a postings attitude. The chef is amazing and our guests are still raving about the food. It’s all in the details and Rosie is on top of everything. She was our wedding dream maker and I am sure she must have a magic wand because she gets everything done! The vendors that work with her were excellent. We have nothing but praises and extreme gratitude for the hard work from everyone at Cocoplum. The wedding was magic.

Selecting the Coco Plum Woman’s Club as our wedding venue was an excellent decision. From our initial meeting, our event coordinator, Rosie Hayden, was wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and patient. She is always prepared and guided me through the entire planning process. She followed up with me and ensured I had all preparations ready. I felt I was in excellent hands every step of the way. Their chef Fernando, is a phenomenal cook. Our food tasting was magnificent and I enjoyed every dish he prepared for us. The staff is outstanding. They are all so courteous and eager to assist. Patricia, in particular, was an angel on the wedding day. She checked in on me and ensured I had plenty to eat and drink throughout the day and well into the night. Miguel, was also of exceptional help. He was helpful and patient during our preparatory meetings and on the wedding day. Every single member of the Coco Plum team is outstanding. The venue is beautiful. We had our ceremony in the courtyard and it was perfect. I love that the venue only hosts one wedding at a time which made it all the more intimate for us and our friends and family. Overall, I highly recommend the Coco Plum Woman’s Club and their amazing team on your special day.

Definitely the most professional atmosphere and attention to detail, I could have ever imagined. I literally had my dream wedding and it could not be done without Rosie and her team and vendors she recommended. She made everything so easy and her demeanor is angelic, trust me she is a class act. CocoPlum has a list of vendors they work with (DJ, florist, photographer, etc.), which makes the process incredibly easy.On the day of the wedding, the team works hard to make sure everything is set up and in-place. They are professional, courteous, and kind. The venue is absolutely beautiful and there are several options you can choose from to hold the ceremony, all of which are fantastic.As has been said by many others, I want to sincerely thank all of the CocoPlum staff for making our wedding day so special. Rosie makes you feel so special and she will make sure everything gets taken care of so you can relax and enjoy your wedding. Rosie’s attention to detail is impressive. We work almost a year and she was always available to answer our questions and every single time we got the assurance that everything would be taken care off and gave us that sense of peace and comfort. Her experience, expertise, and advises helped us to make of our wedding day our big, best event of our lives. The Cocoplum team worked excellent side by side with our outside vendors as well. Marta, with her beautiful arrangements transformed the venue exactly as we envisioned it. JP with the lights and music services excelled our expectations as he accommodated our wishes and desires of music and lighting systems options. The food was exquisite, The Cocoplum chef, Fernando, and his team really put together an amazing testing menu for us and was exactly what was provided to our guests. The food taste, quality and presentation were stunning. It was amazing to get to know him and his team and we are grateful for their dedication for our special day. During our wedding day, another excellent asset was Jazmine, Rosie's assistant. Both, Rosie and Jazmine took care of us, our needs, and the program flow of the entire night minute by minute. Bartenders and waiters always on point. Our guests had an amazing evening thanks to all of them. We, as the newlyweds, only had to worry about having an AMAZING time, dance, and have lots of FUN from the breathtaking ceremony in the beautiful courtyard until the last dance in the amazingly beautiful ballroom. We would recommend The Cocoplum with no hesitance or reserves. The place is stunningly beautiful, and their people is the soul of this venue. The Cocoplum entire team was dedicated to make our wedding for us and for our guests an evening to ALWAYS remember.

I had my eye on The CocoPlum since before my husband proposed. The Monday after he proposed, I reached out to The CocoPlum about setting up an appointment. When I arrived with my husband (at the time fiancé) and my parents, I was pleasantly surprised that my date was available. After sitting with Rosie and getting a tour of the venue, we decided to move forward without seeing other venues and we do not regret it. Rosie and her team made our day special. The CocoPlum team were there for anything we needed. Marta, their florist, along with Rosie helped guide me every step of the way. As we got closer, the DJ, JP, and the photographer, Fabiano, were so very helpful. Every detail and question, was answered and to our liking. At the food tasting, we were blown away by the dishes we had chosen. It's clear that Chef Fernando puts a lot of love into each and every dish. Rosie and her team went above and beyond the actual wedding details. I had a hard time finding a hotel the night of the wedding, she put me in touch with her contacts and I was able to get a beautiful room that evening which happened to also be mother's day weekend and F1's Grand Prix weekend. The team recommended the limo company which also went above and beyond helping us that day. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the lead up. And what can I say about the big day itself? It was exactly what my husband, parents and I wanted. The entire team was there to help us on that day and make sure it ran smoothly. Ana, was assigned to my husband and I, and she was amazing as well. The guests raved about the venue, the service, the food and the amazing atmosphere The CocoPlum created. I do not regret choosing The CocoPlum and highly recommend it. If I had to choose again, I would not change a thing. The team were more than just a group of vendors, they felt like family that wanted to make sure this day was special. I will never forget that and appreciate all the work this team did. Where to start with the Cocoplum? Everything was absolutely wonderful! :). We hosted our wedding reception at the Cocoplum with an all-inclusive package. The venue itself is gorgeous and elegant - I first fell in love with the courtyard - and the staff are all rock stars. From Day 1, Rosie and the team were so helpful in offering advice and helping to envision a wonderful event. We are not a particularly well organized couple but the Cocoplum staff helped make sure everything went smoothly. The vendors that they work with were all great too - we threw a lot of requests at DJ JP and he really took them all into stride and threw a great party. The food was phenomenal - just be careful you don’t eat too many appetizers and save room for the entrees and cake! Marta the florist is wonderful - I didn’t know much about flowers so we offered her just a little bit to go on and she created something beautiful from that. And of course Fabiano Silva the photographer was wonderful too! We had a giant wedding party so getting everyone together for photos was a little tricky but he handled it all with grace and a sense of humor. There were so many little touches too throughout the night with staff trying to make sure we all had a good time. In terms of budget, it was not the cheapest venue we looked at but the value was excellent because the team and everything offered for the price was so great. If you have your wedding here they are gonna make sure it is a magical night you never forget :). Lots of love to the Cocoplum team and I would recommend it again to anyone!

This venue is amazing. It's beautiful, elegant and offers incredible flexibility for anyone to have a unique and personalized event that also works with the couple's budget. Their coordinator (Rosie), and their Chef (Chef Fernando) are the best! Rosie is an incredible human being and such a talented planner. She and Fernando are excellent professionals who are also extremely nice (and both so awesome!). Their team is outstanding too. The venue allowed us to have a very long and late party (which was my priority), customize our package to allow us to bring our own alcohol (which was better for us since we we wanted to offer very specific drinks) and vendors for things we were very particular about. They even allowed me to bring DYI decorations and set them up for me (which allowed me to personalize our wedding exactly how I wanted). Our wedding reception was 10 hours long and they did an awesome job the entire night. Our families and friends were so impressed with the beauty of the venue and professionalism of its team. I'm sure their full package events are incredible! (and I would highly recommend that to avoid the stress of making your own decorations). I can't recommend them enough! You can feel comfortable leaving everything in the hands of Coco Plum's talented team. Just make sure you tip well because they truly deserve it!On a personal note, Rosie helped me every step of the way and held my hand through two pandemic-related postponements, over two years of wedding planning and coping with the emotions of having our wedding in the middle of an awful war directly affecting my husband's family. Rosie was patient, understanding and so kind supporting us through all these unexpected hurdles. Thanks to Rosie and her team, my husband, our families and I truly enjoyed our wedding. They managed to help us suspend reality and momentarily set aside the pain and stress from the tragedies affecting our Ukrainian family and my mother-in-law's people, and somehow have mental and emotional space to enjoy our union (and cherish Ukrainian traditions). My husband and I will always be grateful to Rosie, Chef Fernando and the Coco Plum team.

The team at the Cocoplum is absolutely incredible! Rosie’s attention to detail and organizational skills are unparalleled. She made us feel so loved and so special not only on our wedding day but throughout the entire planning process leading up to the wedding (and it was extra long since we had to push the wedding out a year due to Covid). Rosie is professional, helpful and has an extremely calming presence. She 100% understood our vision and was very accommodating with our special requests. Even though we leveraged their premium bar, we wanted to bring in some of our own wine and spirits and Rosie was happy to oblige. She really is the best!! We could not have done it without her! Chef Fernando was awesome too - from the tasting to the wedding night the food was spectacular. We are big foodies, so having a menu we loved was very important to us. We ended up going a bit off menu and Fernando and team were so accommodating and helpful! Our guests were so complimentary about all the food served throughout the night. DJ JP was a blast - he knew how to get the dance floor party started and kept it going all night long. Our guests raved about the music. JP took the time to get to know us before the wedding to understand what type of music we liked and the vibe we wanted throughout the night. Marta the florist was also great! Her arrangements were beautiful and very affordable.The venue itself is stunning! It was great having the cocktail hour outside and the dinner and dancing in the ballroom. The high ceilings in the ballroom are amazing! The flow for the guests was great too - they entered in the welcome room, enjoyed cocktails and passed hors d'oeuvres in the courtyard, and then headed into the ballroom for dinner and dancing. We loved having the ability to go inside and outside throughout the night. Rosie and team did an incredible job with the setup, we were blown away and it exceeded all expectations! We loved everything about our wedding at the Cocoplum - they made planning a wedding fun, easy and seamless!

We got married here last weekend and it was truly a dream!!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous with its Spanish charm and perfect intimate size. We had a wedding of about 120 people and it was spacious, especially with the courtyard where guests can mingle and enjoy the starry night. What really makes this venue great though is the service. Rosie, the coordinator is so passionate and attentive. Throughout the planning process, she was very responsive and readily available. My husband and I were truly impressed by her, she goes above and beyond to ensure your special day goes smoothly. The food and appetizers were amazing as well. We got married here last weekend and it was truly a dream!!! The venue is absolutely gorgeous with its Spanish charm and perfect intimate size. We had a wedding of about 120 people and it was spacious, especially with the courtyard where guests can mingle and enjoy the starry night. What really makes this venue great though is the service. Rosie, the coordinator is so passionate and attentive. Throughout the planning process, she was very responsive and readily available. My husband and I were truly impressed by her, she goes above and beyond to ensure your special day goes smoothly. The food and appetizers were amazing as well. We highly recommend the Cocoplum for an intimate, cozy, beautiful wedding reception in the beautiful city of Coral Gables!

This is a can't miss venue and service staff. From the very onset, Rosie and her team were incredibly accommodating. My wife had a specific theme and mood in mind, and it was met perfectly. We met with Rosie multiple times leading up to the wedding, and she put us at complete ease. We purchased a package deal, only substituting the flowers. The cake, DJ, and photographer that work with Coco Plum are all excellent. The indoor/outdoor environment was perfect, even in the August heat. Comfortably fit 100 people, could have handled 50-200 more (especially when it cools down outside). Food was GREAT. Rosie handled the evening festivities flawlessly, there was never an issue with anything. The party was still going at midnight, and my wife and I were able to purchase an extra hour from Rosie, who met our last minute request with encouragement and a smile. Everyone from the bartenders, to waiters, to assorted staff all had great attitudes and contributed to what was the greatest night of our lives. The only reason I could give someone to go somewhere else is that you want a look that the venue can't give - the water, or beach, or modern. But Coco Plum was so charming that the whole night felt like a dream. Other things we loved were the easy parking for guests, bars nearby (my wife and I went to Bougainvillea's after with our friends for an epic after party), fast turnaround on emails, excellent pricing, and attention to our concerns. Picking Coco Plum was the best decision we could have made for our wedding.

My husband and I had our reception (wedding ceremony was at a different venue) at the Cocoplum two weeks ago and it was an absolute dream. Rosie, who is the person of contact at the Cocoplum, is phenomena and a true expert at arranging the perfect seamless wedding. I planned my wedding from Cleveland, OH with the help of my mother in law who lives in South Miami. Rosie was in contact with me every step of the way - over email, text, and phone she is always available. She doubles as a day of coordinator at the venue (and also helps along the way from day 1), so there is really no need to purchase a wedding planner separately from this (added bonus!!!!). Rosie is very meticulous and goes over EVERY detail and option with you involving the ceremony (catering, vendor options, timeline, etc). She also includes such thoughtful touches on the day of - before our entrance - Rosie set aside appetizers and drinks for my husband and I to just have a few moments alone before the party started. The rest of the staff is incredible - the caterer that is affiliated with the Cocoplum cooked up DELICIOUS appetizers and entrees!! Everything was out fast, every glass was always full, and the servers were courteous and astute. My husband and I went with the Cocoplum DJ, florist, wedding cake (ET cakes), but chose our own photographer. I highly recommend working with all three!!! They were fabulous and already have connections with the Cocoplum which make things that much easier. ET cakes made an amazing vanilla + rum cake that all of our guests went crazy over!! All in all, my husband and I couldn't imagine having our wedding anywhere else. <3 <3 <3

We just had our daughter's wedding at Coco Plum Woman's Club. It was absolutely wonderful. Rosie is an absolute delight to work with. She anticipates every need and is extremely attentive. Because of Covid we had to push our date and make a ton of changes but we couldn't have done it without Rosie! You will not find the dedication and service here anywhere else. I could tell Rosie truly cared about us and making our day happen -- she is truly amazing!!! We had our ceremony and reception at the Coco Plum and they made both look soooo beautiful!!! Better than we could have ever imagined. I highly recommend getting married here & using the services they provide (flowers, DJ, etc.). They made our wedding the best day ever. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. We wanted to get married in a historical building in Miami, and this one had the old-Spanish vibes we were going for. Sometimes historical venues can be difficult to work with, but not this one!! Our guests had an amazing time and couldn't stop gushing over the building and decor. The food is absolutely delicious (we had chicken and steak) and all our guests loved it. I wouldn't change anything about our day -- Rosie and the venue truly made it so perfect :)

The Cocoplum is great because they have made everything so easy, especially for out of town couples. They have identified a rock star team of vendors - everyone from the DJ to the florist Marta came together to make our wedding great - it has been six months since the wedding and everyone is still telling us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! The food is amazing, the coordination staff were on it, and the venue is beautiful. They will go above and beyond to help with any request! You can't go wrong with hosting your wedding here and working with Rosie and her team!

Tienen su propia cocina, asĂ que la comida es fresca y divina, hecha en el lugar. Lo mejor, sin dudas, el equipo liderado por Rosie, todos amables, eficientes y coordinados. Overall the venue is beautiful, and the communication with the coordinator was okay. The days leading up to our wedding were stress free because of the frequent emails with the venue. On the day of the wedding, I had a family friend go in to make sure that everything was set up the way that was planned. As a bride you plan every detail and hope that everything goes to plan, but some things are out of your control. We had a tasting set up with the vendor months before where we picked our menu, and everything tasted great. On the day of our wedding, when we were given our plates we were told that one of the menu options had changed. Knowing that the ingredients were bought days in advance, I don't see why this change was not told to us in advance. Furthermore, most guests enjoyed the open bar, but many people had mentioned that they only were able to take a sip of their drinks before the drink was taken away. This happened to me and my new husband as well. Once our drinks were placed down on any table they were immediately taken away by the butler service, which did not make any sense. So the guests had to keep going back to the bar in order to get new drinks. Many of the guests also were not able to taste the cake. Once the cake plate was placed in front of them, it was only a matter of minutes when it was taken away to clear the table. The clean-up service was good, but it was too good, where guests didn't have time to drink their drinks or eat their cake. Leading up to the day, everything seemed like it was ready to go, and on the day of the wedding some things could have been avoided. Besides the little details that I worried about, my guests were in love with the party. The DJ did an amazing job with mixing the playlist that we created. Many of the guests commented on how beautiful and fun the party was. Many mentioned that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They said that they felt the love in the room, and that it was a very special experience to be a part of.

So the guests had to keep going back to the bar in order to get new drinks. Many of the guests also were not able to taste the cake. Once the cake plate was placed in front of them, it was only a matter of minutes when it was taken away to clear the table. The clean-up service was good, but it was too good, where guests didn't have time to drink their drinks or eat their cake. Leading up to the day, everything seemed like it was ready to go, and on the day of the wedding some things could have been avoided. Besides the little details that I worried about, my guests were in love with the party. The DJ did an amazing job with mixing the playlist that we created. Many of the guests commented on how beautiful and fun the party was. Many mentioned that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. They said that they felt the love in the room, and that it was a very special experience to be a part of.

Guilherme was very prompt to answer any emails I sent to him, and was extremely helpful!The grounds at The CocoPlum are gorgeous and the outdoor area where the bar is located and where the cocktail hour was held is nothing short of breathtaking. My guests gave us tons of compliments on this as they were able to enjoy the beautiful evening we had. The ballroom was decorated so elegantly and according to the vision that I had.Guilherme and Rosie made sure my husband and I were taken care of the entire night, and Fernando prepared such delicious food! From our initial visit and consultation with Guilherme in February 2017 through our wedding reception on January 27, 2018, every interaction with Guilherme and Rosie at the venue was a breeze. The level of customer service and attention to detail was impeccable! David and I couldn't have hoped for a better team to get us through our wedding day. My parents, who hosted our wedding reception, have received almost endless feedback from our family and friends gushing over the reception. No detail was overlooked! Guests received a welcome drink as they arrived, the entry room and ballroom were both set up perfectly and - perhaps most importantly - my groom, family and I ALWAYS felt tended to. Guilherme seemed to be everywhere at once, coordinating our wedding day timeline effortlessly.I don't think we'll ever be able to truly express how much we appreciate Guilherme, Rosie, their Coco Plum team and their vendors for making sure our day went smoothly! Everything was excellent! They immediately stood out to us while venue shopping and they sure did carry out their promises. The staff was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process, from the first meeting, even through the weeks after the wedding. Guilherme and Rosie (two event coordinators) along with their professional staff ensure a flawless day and have the bride & groom's happiness in mind the entire wedding day. The price is very fair for everything you are getting. The venue is very elegant and they have multiple options for ceremonies without extra costs. The vendors that are included are all exceptional and communicate with each other, which makes life a lot easier for the bride & groom. You have the option to use your own vendors, but trust that their vendors are excellent. All of our guests kept complimenting on how smooth everything ran, how good the open bar was, and how great the food was. Guilherme made sure that my husband and I had some private time and that we were able to eat the delicious food the day-of. They also executed everything exactly as I requested, down to the smallest details. I highly recommend this venue.

You have the option to use your own vendors, but trust that their vendors are excellent. All of our guests kept complimenting on how smooth everything ran, how good the open bar was, and how great the food was. Guilherme made sure that my husband and I had some private time and that we were able to eat the delicious food the day-of. They also executed everything exactly as I requested, down to the smallest details. I highly recommend this venue.

The day of the wedding went off without a problem, with the team working on set up from early in the morning. The team was very sensitive to the wishes and wellbeing of the bride and the groom, and was flexible with plans as different situations arose. The event coordinator, Rosie, was very understanding and detail oriented. You can really tell she and her whole team are in the right line of work!

Everytime someone asks how was our wedding, we always look back in disbelief of how perfect and flawless our special day was. Rosie Hayden and her partnering vendors are the DREAM TEAM of wedding events. Being that we were planning a wedding hundreds of miles away from home, the whole process was stress-less with the help of Rosie. Just by showing her some pictures of ideas we wanted for the wedding, Rosie turned ideas into reality…FAR BEYOND what we could have ever imagined!! The Cocoplum has a wonderful history to it, and just by looking at the architecture from outside you can see the vintage beauty of the place, from the grand wooden doors and ceilings to the original floors.The Ceremony: We chose to have the ceremony in the courtyard, which comfortably accommodated our 130 guests. This is also where Marta Villar’s Floral Design comes into the play on making the most heavenly altar with white draping hung in between two columns and ends wrapped around a column, some garlands and flowers on stand-alone columns. Since we knew nothing about flowers we showed Marta pictures we found on the internet that we liked, and Marta made it happen. The Food: Cocoplum’s head Chef Fernando Smaniotto did a marvelous job during cocktail hour in the presentation of the hor d'oeuvres. We especially loved the Swedish meatballs, the spring rolls, and ceviche (the best!). Chef Fernando graced the guests with an even more delicious dinner. Our guest had the option to have either the Chicken Dijon or Steak Burgundy with mixed of seasonal vegetables and puree garlic potatoes. He also made specialty dishes for our guests with food allergies and a kid’s plate for all the little ones. The Reception: Each table had white linens with an over-lay detailed with silver embroidery, topped with silver chargers, fine dining ware, votive candles, and colorful floral centerpiece. The wooden-beam ceilings were decorated with lavishing white draping that gave the room a dramatic scene.The Cake and Desserts: For the cake we went with Ana Paz and her famous vanilla rum cake. Ana and her team were also very easy to work with when designing a cake over the phone or via email. The DJ: DJ JP knows how to get people on the floor! He played a mix of everything we requested. He is also very sneaky! Little did we know, the best man and matron of honor contacted JP to put a little signing duet during the toast, and it was a hit!. JP also did the lighting in the banquet hall. The Staff: The Cocoplum staff was so nice and hardworking, and some have been working there for more than 10 years! For the wedding they all were in a signature Cocoplum uniform with white gloves. The service was wonderful, for the servers made sure everyone was offer hor d’oeuvres during cocktail hour and filled up empty glasses of wine during the reception. VERY PROFESSIONAL!Guilherme Che, another event coordinator, was like our personal assistant the whole night! He helped us stay on schedule with each part of the night, made sure we ate well, and did anything we asked for. If it wasn’t for him, we would have been lost the whole night, because you get so into the moment of the wedding that time goes by so fast! Rosie Hayden was not only our wedding coordinator, but was also my fairy godmother the day of my wedding, she made my dreams come true that night. Rosie and Guilherme were so easy to work with and responded to our emails and questions quickly, which was important to us since we were not physically there to speak with them in person. They made the wedding planning process feel effortless and were always so accommodating with us. For instance, letting us do our tasting on a day they wouldn't normally do one. Had the best wedding ever at the Coco Plum! The staff there, especially Rosie, were amazing and SO helpful. We changed the location of the ceremony at the last minute and they totally come through in making it all happen. My wedding was full of person touches including drinks being served during the ceremony, a beer bar, band & DJ, an hora local, and even allowing McDonalds to be brought in at midnight. Wha can I say about the Cocoplum??? AMAZING!!! From the first time we contacted the Cocplum's staff via email, we saw their professionalism and helpful service. Rosie and Guilherme went out of their way to make our experience unique. Guilherme was present throughout the entire process helping us plan our special day in less than 7 months! He made the process easy and stress free. In addition to their on-going support, Rosie and Guilherme speak Portuguese fluently which made my Brazilian parents and relatives very happy.\rThey worked with our limited budget and helped us ensure that all of our \"must haves\" were included in our big day. The Cocoplum vendors (florist, photographer, chef, and DJ) were flexible, professional, and understanding. We had so many compliments on the FANTASTIC meal and beautiful flowers arrangements.\rThe venue is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I loved that in a modern city like Miami you can celebrate a beautiful event in a historic house. The high ceilings and exposed beams make the ballroom just magical. The lighting on the outside of the building made my night time wedding beyond special. \rI had the best day ever at the Cocoplum and am so thankful to the amazing staff!!!! I recently had my wedding there on Nov.22. When I was looking for a vendor for my wedding I knew I didn't want the regular banquets hall wedding. While looking at the knot for some vendors I and across the CocoPlum women's club and as soon as I saw picture of it I knew this was the place for me. I called and setup a appointment to met with Rosie to see the location and I instantly fell in love. The good thing about the CocoPlum women's club is that they include pictures, flower, cake and the dj so it made it so much easier to plan all the details. When it came to the wedding date the whole staff were GREAT!!! Rosie was there in the beginning but Guilherme was the one that was with us the whole night and made sure everything went prefect, even after starting an hour late. The food was AMAZING!!! All of our guest were saying how delicious the food was especially the toston with ropa veja... Must have. All the vendors that were include in the package were amazing, Fabiano silva ( photographer), Marta villar ( florist), and JP ( Dj). Planning a wedding is difficult, but planning a wedding in another state makes the process exceptionally difficult. Before I was able to go see Cocoplum, I sent my mom and mother-in-law to go look, and they both loved it. After speaking with Rosie, I knew that this was the place. Rosie was so amazing, as was the rest of the staff. When my husband and I moved back here, Rosie worked around our schedule and helped with all the small intricate details that are easily forgotten. The personalization, help, and attention to detail made my wedding day, the best day ever. I cannot imagine how other brides are able to do and remember everything, and I know that I would never want to imagine having to. Rosie and the staff at Cocoplum ensured that on my wedding day, I wasn't worried about a thing, and I wasn't. Not only is Rosie and her staff amazing, but all the vendors associated with Cocoplum were amazing and so wonderful to work with.

Planning a wedding is difficult, but planning a wedding in another state makes the process exceptionally difficult. Before I was able to go see Cocoplum, I sent my mom and mother-in-law to go look, and they both loved it. After speaking with Rosie, I knew that this was the place. Rosie was so amazing, as was the rest of the staff. When my husband and I moved back here, Rosie worked around our schedule and helped with all the small intricate details that are easily forgotten. The personalization, help, and attention to detail made my wedding day, the best day ever. I cannot imagine how other brides are able to do and remember everything, and I know that I would never want to imagine having to. Rosie and the staff at Cocoplum ensured that on my wedding day, I wasn't worried about a thing, and I wasn't. Not only is Rosie and her staff amazing, but all the vendors associated with Cocoplum were amazing and so wonderful to work with.

I turned and looked at my mother and best friend, \"It is beautiful, I want to get married here!\" And it happened. Rosie and Guille were so amazing from start to finish. The DJ was great, the food was delicious, and the service as extraordinaire!!! When I walked in everyone attended to me. Their entire staff was so nice and humble that I felt like a princess. The fact that they provide a small selection of quality vendors from which to choose helps make things a lot easier.\r\rThey dress it up to make everything look just right. We checked out other venues in the area and they were either outrageously expensive or the location was less than desireable.\r\rOverall it was a wonderful, lovely and very special evening.

From the moment I saw the Cocoplum in pictures I knew this was the place I wanted my wedding reception to be in, however I did not think I could ever afford such a beautiful venue. With this in mind I scheduled an appointment with Rossie and after meeting with her I knew I didn't need to look any further. From day one Rossie and her staff made themselves available to help me with everything. They always listened to my ideas and found ways to make the wedding as unique and beautiful as possible. I used all of the vendors that the Cocoplum offered and could not be happier that I did. The day of the wedding I had the peace of mind of knowing that everything would go according to plan and that I did not need to worry about a thing as I had seen Rossie and her staff in action for other weddings. Words cannot explain how beautiful the venue looked the night of our wedding, it was everything I had hoped for and more. The flowers which were prepared by Marta were better than what I had imagined, they had organized everything the way I had asked and the whole venue was filled with candles. The music and the food were to die for, the chef knew what my concerns were with the meal and gave me suggestions and made changes to accommodate my requests and the DJ (JP) made sure he had everyone dancing all night. As my mom said the wedding was better than we ever had expected and even though we worked extremly hard to have the wedding we would not have been able to do it if it wasn't for the help of all of the Cocoplum staff. Everyone who attended my wedding has continued to say how amazing the wedding came out and how beautiful everything looked. I would recommend the cocoplum with my eyes closed.

The all inclusive package is the best deal in Miami - and luxury is not spared for the sake of affordability. The food was superb (thanks to their amazing chef, which you will meet at the food tasting), the flowers were to die for (thanks to Marta who loves what she does), cake was delicious, DJ played great music, and everything - from linens to table layouts to candles and photos - were laid out exactly as I requested. Vinnie saw to it that my husband and I were attended to the entire night. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a huge umbrella (my wedding was blessed with an all day torrential downpour - we will have luck for the rest of our lives, they say, lol) and he brought us hors d'oeuve's and our favorite drinks while we hid out waiting for our guests to settle in. The entire night flowed smoothly and according to plan thanks to Rosie and Vinnie. To date, our guests often mention how this was the best wedding they have ever been to, and I could not have done it without the amazing staff at the Cocoplum. If we could do it all over again, we would not change a single thing.

Living in Washington, D.C. we were concerned about how difficult it would be to plan a wedding long distance, but Rosie and the Coco Plum staff made sure to help us plan everything in advance. Everytime we were in town Rosie had multiple appointments set up for us that made it easy to make decisions quickly. When we weren't in town she worked with my mother and sister to make sure everything was perfect the day of. \r\rThe best part I think was how EVERYTHING was in house. Including my photographer the amazing Marcio Cavalcanti. I didn't have to stress about having to book a separate caterer either because their chef was so amazing. I heard nothing but compliments about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. One of my friends said she is stealing everything from my wedding for her own, including the venue!\r\rOh it also has to be mentioned that their coordinator the day of is amazing and will keep you on schedule while still letting you enjoy yourself. Before the party even starts you get a room to yourselves to eat all of the appetizers and relax, something you WILL need the day of.

My fiance and I instantly fell in love with the setting - high wood ceilings and the beautiful Cuban tile. Rosie and her staff were extremely helpful and kind, and also very accommodating to our ideas and traditions. On the wedding day, every little detail was set up perfectly. The food was very good too! We heard nothing but compliments from our guests. Our wedding turned out exactly as I pictured it - classy, romantic, and elegant. I highly recommend the CocoPlum, with lots of confidence!

So a couple of months i married my best friend in the most amazing place! I really don't know where to start because everything was beyond my expectations..The cocoplum for us was comfort, romance, elegance, friendliness, but overall we felt like they really cared about our wedding, Rosie was a true guidance throughout the wedding from head to toe she took care of everything making sure everything was on time, always with a smile and answering all our questions, she really made us feel comfortable. As far of the actual day of the wedding everything was amazing, the food by Fernando was excellent, the Organization was on time, Pictures by Marcio were beautiful, the flowers by Martha were fresh and nice! the music by JP was just what i asked for, and the waiters were so kind to me and my family i really couldn't ask for more, I am truly grateful to God that he put Rosie and her crew in our path i really can't imaging getting married anywhere else, After so many bad experiences looking for our dream wedding we were able to find The Cocoplum and we are truly satisfied. Our guest were also satisfied and very pleased, they kept complementing everything in the place jeje \rOh! I loved this venue! It is gorgeous and does not need much decoration. It'll fit in perfectly if you're having a vintage, glamorous, or ballroom themed wedding. The Coco Plum staff was very helpful and decorated everything just as I wanted it and it looked as beautiful as I imagined. The total cost for my wedding was less than I thought I'd spend in comparison to other weddings I've been to at more expensive venues. You get a lot for your money, (cake, tables, linens, photography, food, drinks, dj, and even flowers)....I ended up upgrading some things in my package, but the overall cost for even the upgrades was very reasonable. I had a great time at my wedding, and would definitely recommend this venue. Everything was beautiful! Only reason I did not give 5 stars was due to the contract being a bit confusing, but hopefully they have fixed it since.

I loved this venue! It is gorgeous and does not need much decoration. It'll fit in perfectly if you're having a vintage, glamorous, or ballroom themed wedding. The Coco Plum staff was very helpful and decorated everything just as I wanted it and it looked as beautiful as I imagined. My husband and I had my daughters wedding at The CoCo Plum and were very happy with everything. My daughter and I would meet with Rosy every once in a while in the months before the wedding and Rosy was always very nice and helpful with what we needed to have done by certain times. We had no problems with the vendors that work for CoCo Plum and everything went smoothly. The wedding was beautiful and classy. My daughter was so happy and did not have any stressful moments because everything was done that was suppose to be done. Thanks Rosy and all the vendors! Cheryl

My daughter's reception was held at the Cocoplum in June, 2011. We booked Cocoplum a year and a half in advance as my daughter and her fiance lived out of town. Throughout the year of planning, Rosie Hayden and her staff were extremely patient and cooperative. Cocoplum took our vision and made it a reality! The reception area was exquisite, the flowers were beautiful and the food was delicious. The cocktail hour was beautiful and the hors d'oeuvres were amazing! Rosie had her staff waiting with welcome mojitos and our guests were extremely impressed. Everything was handled professionally from the moment we booked the site, to the staff waiting for my daughter and her husband's arrival and showing them the reception area, then taking them to their own beautiful private room where they were given champagne and hors d'oeuvres to enjoy in private before attending the reception. We were told by many of the guests that it was best wedding they had ever been to! Thanks Rosie and CocoPlum!
