Located in North San Diego, Pala, CA, The Condor's Nest Ranch is an idyllic wedding venue perched above the valley brimming with outdoor beauty and magical vistas. Here, couples can celebrate their marriage in southern California's tranquil landscape. The photo opportunities are sure to be plentiful between this terrain and the red-tiled adobe estate with the classic barn. A 15-acre property, The Condor's Nest Ranch allows for a one-of-a-kind experience that couples search for. Couples can exchange their vows by the towering ash tree, which provides a sense of grandeur and majesty to the occasion. This venue offers nearly weds a combination of elegant, bohemian flair with rustic style that is sure to leave a lasting impression. It is also ideal for small and large gatherings alike, with options suitable for events under 30 people and celebrations with 150 guests. The Condor's Nest Ranch's wedding packages include both a ceremony and reception location. Catering is also provided, along with a coffee and tea station, popcorn on arrival, a refreshment station, tables, chairs, and linens. The packages offer beautifully mismatched chinaware, a range of decor items, and a dance floor. To further create a romantic and visually appealing setup, couples may use the string lighting with rice paper lanterns. The staff can assist with setup, takedown, and cleanup services for your convenience as well. They are also able to arrange shuttle services between your hotel and the ranch.

The whole team at the Condor's Nest made planning our wedding a breeze. The whole staff was a dream to work with. Mel and her team have really thought about all the fine details in order to host such an important day in people's lives. Everything included in the large wedding package only left us having to figure out desserts and appetizers which was very appealing to us with our hectic work schedules. The DJ was also included in our package and he was awesome, he knew exactly how to blend our love of country and alternative. I can't recommend this venue enough, they made all of our wedding dreams come true.

The whole team at the Condor's Nest made planning our wedding a breeze. The whole staff was a dream to work with. The Condor's Nest Ranch did an incredible job with our wedding. We were so impressed with the beauty of the location, how many wedding vendors were included, the quality of the wedding vendors, and their attention to detail. We had such a stress-free wedding and were able to show up and enjoy our day because they took care of so much for us. The Condor's Nest Ranch did an incredible job with our wedding. We were so impressed with the beauty of the location, how many wedding vendors were included, the quality of the wedding vendors, and their attention to detail. Want a beautiful venue for a wedding that your guests will be talking about well after the last guest has left your wedding? Want to have a stress free and unforgettable day? The Condor’s Nest Ranch is your place. We started planning our wedding in 2020, with a date of October 2021 for our wedding, thinking the worst of the pandemic would surely be over by then. Well, we all know how that went. However, even with all that hanging over our head, we couldn’t have asked for a better venue for our wedding day. After an initial venue search, we booked CNR because we wanted a destination wedding in a place that would give us the best chance to have great weather. Since we were planning from two different parts of the country, we also wanted a place that would make planning easy and stress free for the most part. For the cost of the venue and everything that was included, CNR seemed the most logical and obvious choice. After some discussion with the very responsive and patient owners and previous couples, we booked CNR without making a site visit. I was a little stressed about that, but the anxiety was unfounded. We (and our guests) were not disappointed. They have been doing weddings for years, and they know their stuff. We planned everything from several thousand miles away and picked from their selection of recommended vendors. Even though we couldn’t do the usual way of planning weddings with tastings, etc., every one of our vendors delivered beautifully. The food, drink, and DJ/MC provided by CNR vendors in their package were great and they were also very responsive. All the vendors they use and recommend know the venue and know what works best and work with you to ensure what you want can work logistically. The venue itself is beautiful, with a wonderful ranch house, and guests came early to feed the animals and walk around the ranch. The staff at the ranch were amazing — responsive and always there when we needed them and all worked hard to make sure we had an incredible day. Jenn, the day of coordinator, was fantastic. She was patient and kind and very helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The day was beautiful, with a sunset that seemed to last forever, and memories that still make me smile every time I think of that day. Yes, I am writing a review on here 15 months after our day because our wedding at CNR was that memorable. We still have friends and guests who talk about it when we see them and have pictures from that day framed in their houses. So go ahead and book your special day here if you’re thinking about it. You definitely won’t regret it.

As the groom, I was naturally concerned about everything going according to plan on our big day. But let me tell you, the ranch DELIVERED. It’s like all the details melted away into the background and were just executed precisely. Bride and I had an incredible wedding. Expectations completely exceeded. On top of that, we had an incredible stay with family on the ranch that added more memories to the experience, which we found particularly valuable as some family traveled internationally and our time together was limited. What more can you ask for?

We had the most amazing wedding at The Condor's Nest Ranch. We rented the ranch from Thursday-Sunday and had friends, family, and some vendors stay with us on onsite - that was honestly the best part. We knew we wouldn't have a lot of one-on-one time with our friends and family during the wedding, so being able to bring them together and stay with us during the duration was one of the highlights of the weekend. Aside from the amazing property and views, our wedding day was flawless. Our guests have repeatedly said it's the best wedding they've attended. Guests are conveniently shuttled from a location of your choice (default is Pala Casino, you'll just need to pay a bit extra for another pickup spot if you want), and shuttled back at the end of the night. The guests loved being able to walk around the property before the wedding - there's refreshments, popcorn, farm animals to feed, some games (cornhole, etc), and 15 acres to explore. Highly, highly recommend this place for an amazing, yet laid back experience. The sunset views during the ceremony and cocktail hour were spectacular. All of the vendors were easy to work with, and like I stated earlier, our wedding day was flawless. Thank you, Condor's Nest Ranch and staff, for the most amazing and memorable wedding experience!

We had the most amazing wedding at The Condor's Nest Ranch. We can’t say enough great things about The Condor’s Nest Ranch. It was the absolute perfect place for us to get married. Our family and friends would not stop commenting on how gorgeous the venue was and how wonderful the venue staff was and we couldn’t agree more.The entire team is helpful, kind, and such hard and passionate workers. The wedding coordinator - Jenn, Ranch Manager - Jess, wedding DJ - Jake, and of course the owners Mel and Dave are truly the best. They all were so willing to help, answer our questions, and they all have such huge hearts! They all felt like an extension of our own family and their vision and love for weddings are truly something special.Massive shoutout to Jenn! Her cool, calm, and collected spirit was the best presence at my side on what could have easily been the most stressful day of my life thus far. Our wedding at Condor's Nest Ranch was nothing short of magical! All of our guests kept asking us, \"how on earth did you find this place??\" It offers so much for all ages - absolutely breathtaking views, farm animals for guests (especially kids) to feed, lots of interesting and unique areas for photos. We chose Condor's Nest just based off of online photos, and we were blown away when we saw it in person. The photos don't do it justice. Mel and David are fantastic as well. I highly recommend this spot!!

I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the San Diego Area!When I first started looking for venues, we were limited a bit because I knew between my and my husband's large families, we were going to have a very large guest list. And I wanted an outdoor wedding. I had contacted a few other venues, but all the others I either left a message or had to fill out an email form, and they didn't get back to me until a week or so later. I called the Condor's Nest Ranch, and Bob answered right away! And my now husband and I were able to take a tour of the property within a few days. When we did the walk through, I immediately fell in love with the view and that was where our ceremony took place. We booked the next day. Bob and Lisa and all the staff were extremely accommodating and flexible, but also had a lot of good suggestions about what worked well at other weddings at their venue. Jen was our wedding coordinator and was very helpful and kept everything running smoothly. There were a couple of hiccups that I didn't even realize happened until the day after, that's how good the staff was!!Also, almost everything was taken care of, which was a huge bonus for me! Dj, Catering, set up, clean up, dinner service, desert, bar and even charter buses to get everyone up the mountain! They handled it all, and handled it all amazingly. Double bonus, since all the vendors were selected ahead of time, they all knew the venue and worked well together, which made the day go so smoothly. And on my wedding day..... I can't begin to describe how beautiful the entire venue looked! It was exactly what my husband and I wanted and we couldn't have been happier.

I got married on 5/22/21 at the Condor's Nest Ranch, and it was the most magical experience! Our original wedding was supposed to be a year earlier, but we had to postpone (twice!) due to COVID, and Bob and Lisa were the kindest, most accommodating hosts ever! We actually ended up staying at the ranch for a mini-vacation in August 2020 and had a great time, and then we had a 115-person wedding in May, and it was so perfect! We originally booked the venue back in March of 2019 after visiting and falling in love with the gorgeous and unique house, INCREDIBLE view, and the owners' enthusiasm and responsiveness. After communicating with a few venues, we were so impressed at how helpful Lisa and Bob were, and they were more than happy to answer any question we had (and responded to emails at the drop of a hat, even after we booked!). What was also great about the venue is that so many things are included, and you aren't stuck making decisions about what type of plates to have, etc -- they have done so many weddings that they know what will work, and you can feel confident that everything will turn out awesome. We even went into the prop room and picked out a few things to put out (they have everything you could imagine), but the staff took it to the next level on the actual wedding day, and everything looked so beautiful. In addition, they work with great vendors -- in particular, everyone was raving about Buckboard catering, who we also used for our rehearsal dinner. Their coordinator, Jen, is so fantastic and organized! Once we had our initial call, she maintained constant communication and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She even had lots of helpful tips for where to set things up and helped our day run very smoothly. I definitely recommend staying in the house for a few days if you choose CNR as your wedding venue -- it's such a fun place to stay! We stayed for four nights, and our families had a blast bonding together, and it's also fun to feed the animals and swim in the pool! There's so much to do at the ranch (and it also makes for a special experience for wedding guests -- we had lots of people commenting on how much fun it was to get off the shuttle and feed carrots to all the animals!). Thanks to Lisa and Bob for the most special day ever! We are so happy to have chosen CNR as our venue!!

We are so happy that we had our wedding at The Condor's Nest Ranch!\r\rThe venue itself is beyond amazing. The grounds are super expansive with a main ranch house, a cottage, hammock, pool, animals that you can feed including alpacas, hogs, horses, goats, a donkey... we can go on and on! The views are breathtaking and the house is decked out with incredible antiques everywhere! Let's just say, you will not have one ugly photo at this venue. It also has an awesome master bedroom where the girls got ready. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue. Everyone had a blast and it made for one magical weekend. It is just the perfect place where people can escape and enjoy themselves. \r\rOur wedding was in the beginning of July, so we were originally concerned about the heat. However, because it is situated on the ocean side of the hill, you get these wonderful, constant breezes coming all the way from the ocean, which helped make everything more pleasant. The venue also has parasols for everyone to use. It was warm, but the weather was absolutely amazing, especially in the evening. \r\rThere are multiple, all-inclusive packages to choose from. Since we had a lot of guests coming from out of town, we chose a package with a 2-night stay. We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the ranch Friday night and had the wedding on Saturday. You can sleep up to 15 people between the ranch house and the cottage! It really gave us a chance to spend some quality time with each other in an awesome location instead hanging out in some stuffy hotel lobby. My wife especially loved how you get access to their ultimate prop room. They have tons of vintage and nifty props and decorations that you can use for your wedding, which would otherwise cost a fortune.\r\rThe food vendor we choose (Alchemy) was great and super easy to work with. The bar service provided is great and will work with you on your drinking needs. DJ Jake is the man! We also used another of their preferred vendors for rehearsal (Urban Chow) and that turned out awesome too. Their entire staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, super nice, and very accommodating. What a great team! Thank you everyone! \r\rThere are so many great things to say about The Condor's Nest Ranch. We absolutely loved it there and didn't want to leave. Thanks again to you all! We can't wait to see everyone again at the end-of-year reunion!

The views are breathtaking and the house is decked out with incredible antiques everywhere! Let's just say, you will not have one ugly photo at this venue. It also has an awesome master bedroom where the girls got ready. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue. Everyone had a blast and it made for one magical weekend. It is just the perfect place where people can escape and enjoy themselves. \r\rOur wedding was in the beginning of July, so we were originally concerned about the heat. However, because it is situated on the ocean side of the hill, you get these wonderful, constant breezes coming all the way from the ocean, which helped make everything more pleasant. The venue also has parasols for everyone to use. It was warm, but the weather was absolutely amazing, especially in the evening. \r\rThere are multiple, all-inclusive packages to choose from. Since we had a lot of guests coming from out of town, we chose a package with a 2-night stay. We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the ranch Friday night and had the wedding on Saturday. You can sleep up to 15 people between the ranch house and the cottage! It really gave us a chance to spend some quality time with each other in an awesome location instead hanging out in some stuffy hotel lobby. My wife especially loved how you get access to their ultimate prop room. They have tons of vintage and nifty props and decorations that you can use for your wedding, which would otherwise cost a fortune.\r\rThe food vendor we choose (Alchemy) was great and super easy to work with. The bar service provided is great and will work with you on your drinking needs. DJ Jake is the man! We also used another of their preferred vendors for rehearsal (Urban Chow) and that turned out awesome too. Their entire staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly, super nice, and very accommodating. What a great team! Thank you everyone! \r\rThere are so many great things to say about The Condor's Nest Ranch. We absolutely loved it there and didn't want to leave. Thanks again to you all! We can't wait to see everyone again at the end-of-year reunion!

My husband and I were married here in October 2013 and it could not have been better! We had high expectations, as I'm sure most bride and grooms do for their wedding, and the team at the ranch exceeded them without a doubt. The venue is the most stunning place and the team is a joy to work with. Lisa and Bob are professional, but also warm and inviting. They, along with their team, go above and beyond. They truly care about every wedding that takes place there and they do everything they can to make sure you and everyone involved is happy and that you get your perfect day. They make the wedding planning process easy so you can actually enjoy it. Not only do they provide many things in their wedding packages (from the DJ, to the dance floor, to dinner, to lighting, and even decorations and a day of coordinator), but they also have great vendors to recommend for the very few things that are not included. For example, florists and photographers. They have thought of everything so you don't have to. They give you the essentials so you can focus on the details of your dream wedding.\r\rI cannot speak highly enough of this venue. They gave us the perfect day, actually weekend, since you get private access to the ranch the weekend of your wedding. The food was fantastic! The DJ was spectacular! Lisa, the day of wedding coordinator, took care of everything and handled it perfectly! Thanks to these people and the rest of the Condor's Nest Ranch team we were able to throw the best party! It was an experience we will never forget. We just can't wait to get to go back. \r\rEven after your wedding is over, that is not the end of your experience there. At the end of the year they throw a party at the ranch for all of the brides and grooms that got married there that year. I can only imagine every couple is as excited as we are to get to go back!

This place is really heaven on earth. We knew the moment we saw it that this was where we were going to get married. It is so peaceful and gorgeous. It is a hidden gem so everyone was asking how we found it! Lisa and Bob are the owners of the ranch and they are so so amazing..they were half the reason why we booked it. We knew working with them was going to be so easy and fun! Our wedding day was perfect and we couldn't have asked for anything more!

The best part of the venue is that the wedding party is allowed to stay the entire weekend (friday to sunday) instead of being hustled out immediately after the wedding. we had a chance to come early friday to relax, settle in, and make any last minutes preparations. The venue really makes the wedding, and we didn't feel the need to \"dress up\" the place with too much decor because the ranch already provides so much visual scenery.

My husband and I knew from the start that we did not want a stuffy ballroom wedding, although really beautiful for some it was just not our style. I found The Condor's Nest Ranch online and we absolutely fell in love with the idea. When we went to visit the property we knew this was the most amazing place for us to celebrate our big day. There were so many things we loved about the ranch, the red barn, animals, beautifully constructed and decorated house, and the rolling hills that had the most amazing view and sunsets.
