Multi-purpose facility encompassing 192,000 square feet; 33,000 square-foot arena floor and 30,000 square foot mezzanine area. Meeting rooms accommodate from 10 to 400 people. Auditorium with stage and seating for 271. Specialized banquet facilities are available for up to 500; more than 1,000 can be accommodated on the arena floor. Arena may be used for a large exhibit hall with space to accommodate approximately 280 12' x 12' booths. Four dressing rooms, four team dressing rooms. Production office with dedicated phone lines. Wireless internet. On-site parking for 1,300 vehicles with reserved parking spaces for handicapped and tractor-trailer parking (2,000) adjacent paved spaces are available).

I began with a booking at the ASU Convocation Center. The rooms are kind of old and dank, as they are on the basement level, but it was my only option in a small town. \r\rThe on-site coordinator was helpful and did the best she could to accommodate everything I would like. Two weeks before my wedding a boiler burst and the rooms were too humid to use. She went to great lengths to find a replacement room and was able to book the Fowler Center's Grand Hall with a waived hall fee for inconvenience. The room was much prettier and much more inviting, as it was a lot newer and more open. Really the only complaint I have is I was charged in linens by catering much more than initially quoted, a clean up service fee and was not provided servers for the cake, even though promised. But this was mostly from the catering service at the school that you MUST use. No outside service allowed accept the cake. I would steer clear of using ASU simply because the catering service is unprofessional and ridiculous in cost.
