Located in the quiet community of Redland, this stone manor is nestled amidst the lush greenery of a working native plant nursery. If you’d like to say your vows amongst Florida’s rarest and most beautiful plant life, this is the venue for you. Made from oolite limestone, the Cooper Estate’s elegant well-preserved home and barn give you a glimpse back in time to the Old Florida of a century ago. Its stunning grounds feature huge live oak canopies, waterfalls, fish ponds, manicured gardens, and a sunken grotto, all shaded with rare palm trees. Whether you’re planning a grand affair or an intimate elopement, the Cooper Estate’s perfect blend of rustic and sophisticated will set your event apart. Wedding Date 18-11-2022
My husband and I chose this as our wedding venue almost immediately after touring the site. BEAUTIFUL beyond words! The site itself has everything you need for a moderately sized wedding-we had 100 people and it felt perfect, but we probably could have gone up to 120 before it would have felt crowded indoors (we also wanted as much space as possible for the dance floor!). Brides cottage is the perfect space for getting ready and taking super cute photos with the girls, and it had a view of the cocktail space which I loved so I could see people arriving from inside (without them seeing me). There is also a few beautiful spaces just outside of the cottage that are out of view from guests and made a great background for party photos and family formals. Ceremony space is amazing, a green grotto with a few steps down and a waterfall behind the couple which flows until its time for vows to be read. One caution-the steps were slightly steep for our grandmothers, but its an easy fix to send them down with someone strong, or have additional hands nearby the steps to help if needed. I personally had a broken foot while walking down the steps and even in my cast & long dress i had no problems. The cocktail space is amazing, the string lights give such a romantic vibe! we rented all our cocktail furniture directly from the venue (including two sofa sets-The Fred and the Diana Demask set) and our guests raved about the homey feel to the space. We brought in all of our decorations the day before, and Lori (Day of Coordinator)+ staff set up everything outside using some drawings and plans I provided and I felt the whole vision was perfectly put together! The reception hall was the icing on the cake! We actually were sold by the fact that the long table and wooden internal barn reminded us of Viking halls, and a bonus the whole place is so pretty on its own, that décor doesn't need to be over the top. The food, well lets just say its the first thing our guests raved about afterwards! We did the inhouse catering and chose the rodizio menu, Texas de brazil style. I cant rave about the food enough! We also got our cake through this catering package and went with Ruth's cakes from Panchis Bakery, so good! We did the package base for the cake flavor and icing, and upgraded the filling for guava and pineapple, yum! The bar and servers were all on point, our friends loved the two mixed drinks and the staff did a great job of serving everything quickly for our guests. At the end of the night we had sliders served to go, and our guests went crazy over them-one even asked me afterwards if the cooper estate caters outside parties! DJ Rey was awesome too! he did a great job of keeping the dance floor packed until the very end of the night! We provided our guests the chance to pre request songs for the dancefloor and he was able to get them through an apple playlist we created, making it so much easier than just requesting music on the night of. Overall so very pleased with Lori, Regina, Idalia, and the rest of the staff for making our night the greatest! The venues package included so much of what is needed, and really made my wedding planning experience a lot easier. I did the planning myself and almost all of our decor (besides furniture) so having their team available for my many many emails and questions was a great help. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great value for their money when selecting a wedding venue :)

Before we booked, we had a lot of questions, each one answered with professionalism and kindness. After we booked, things got even better. Every email, every text. every phone call, every question answered in a timely manner. I would book the place over and over again. Idalia, Regina and Lori are true professionals and they know how to make you feel relaxed. We dealt with Idalia the most, as she was the first person we met, the one we communicated with the most and our wedding day coordinator (yes you get one!!!). Idalia was my angel fairy. I think she got tired of me telling her how wonderful she is haha! When we went for the food tasting was another confimation we had chosen the right spot. The food was so delicious, and they give you so many otions for menus. The value we got for our money is unmatched. I compared prices with other venues and it just did not compare. Some were too pricey and some were too underwhelming. This is definitely a five star venue with a very affordable price tag. I would reccomend them to everyone who asks. If you are in the process of planning your wedding please save time and pay them a visit, I'm positive your search will come to a halt. The day of our wedding was magical. I enjoyed my party so much. They say brides get very stressed the day of their wedding, and they forget to eat. That was not my case at all. I ate, drank and danced a lot. I LOVED our wedding. Idalia and the staff went above and beyond to make sure our wedding was perfect and it absolutely was. Many guests have told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to. I have people constatly telling us how beautifl the venue was. The pictures here and on google give you a pretty good idea but do yourself a favor and see it in person. You will fall in love. Idalia, thank you for everything, we will never forget how great this day was, so thank you for making it run so smoothly, for being there at every moment you were needed. Our wedding day couldn't have gone any better! It was so dreamy and romantic. From start to finish Regina and Idalia were there every step of the way and answered all the questions and requests we had (there were A LOT!).The ceremony area is breathtaking and the grounds are immaculate! We did using their in house catering and went with their Rodizio Menu option (it's kind of like Texas De Brazil style) The food was GREAT! I even went with a few side options that I didn't taste at the tasting and everything was delicious. The whole team did such a wonderful job at keeping the drinks flowing and handled any concerns.My family and guests were really in awe at how beautiful the grounds are during the day and into the night. The staff service was top notch and everyone loved the food! Idalia ended up being my day of coordinator and really made sure everything was in place and that I had everything I needed! Regina, the in-house planner organized the menu options, linen and utensil options for me. That's another thing they have in-house options and upgrades you can choose from which is a huge plus! If I had to do this all over again I would choose The Cooper East time and time again!

When my fiance and I first toured the Cooper Estate in Feburary 2022, we both agreed this was going to be the perfect place for our wedding. We booked March 25 2023 for our wedding date and we were so excited. Unfortunately April of 2022 we experienced some unforeseen medical expenses and quickly realized we were not going to be able to afford the wedding we had hoped for. We immediately contacted Idalia at Cooper Estate to see if they could work with us to return our deposit. She initially said if our date was booked by another couple, they would gladly return our deposit. She put together a contract for the agreement and we signed. As our hospital bills were piling up, we were so grateful for her understanding.Since it was almost a year from our booked date during peak wedding season, we were optimistic we would get our $5,000 deposit back, which we so desperately needed. After a few months I went by, I reached out to see if it had been booked and was informed it had not been. As August approached and finances were thin, I decided to ask a friend to reach out to see if the date was available. When my friend contacted Cooper Estate, she was informed the date of March 25 was no longer available. I was very excited to hear this news and contacted Idalia, who told me that the date had NOT been booked yet. When I told her my friend had just spoke to her, she scolded me for questioning her integrity as a business woman and said she would never lie about such a thing. Believing maybe there was some miscommunication when my friend called, I decided to wait another month and have another friend contact them. Again, my friend was told March 25 2023 was not available. I called to confirm and again, Idalia told me the date had not been booked. At this point I decided to reach out to a friend who is an attorney for some advice on how to proceed. He has been helping me try to recover the $5000 deposit that Idalia and her team at Cooper Estate signed a contract stating they would return if the date was rebooked. From 3 separate sources that contacted Cooper Estate, the date of March 25 2023 had been rebooked by another couple, yet Idalia has refused to return the $5000, has refused to communicate or cooperate with my attorney when he has attempted to contact her multiple times. I understand if the date hadn’t been rebooked, it is very reasonable of them to keep the $5000. However, the date had been rebooked, they were able to make the money needed off that date. The greed, deceit and manipulation that I have experienced from Idalia and the Cooper Estate during this very difficult time has been desolating.

We lovedddd having our wedding reception at The Cooper Estate. Lori, Regina, & Idalia were so easy to work with. They were very cooperative & supportive with all our ideas. Lori was our “Day of Coordinator” & took care of everything. We were so relaxed because we knew she was helping us. DJ Rey was also awesome. He got the vibe we wanted for dancing & music. The venue itself is gorgeousssss. Our wedding guests could not stop raving about the beauty & uniqueness of the property. We loved our experience & definitely recommend The Cooper Estate. Where to even begin! We just had our wedding here and words cannot describe what a dream come true!!!!! From finding the venue to all the way to the end all was effortless. Let's begin with the actual venue simply stunning. The amount of extra decor needed was minimal. We didn't want to even add much so we didn't take away from it's beauty! Now the staff!!!!! What a dream team!!! I couldn't ask for a better group to make my vision come true. From Donna, to Idalia, to the whole crew they all deserve a medal for the work they do to make you feel comfortable the whole entire process. I would recommend this venue time and time again.

The Cooper Estate has left me completely speechless. What a venue. I had my wedding last week and it was a dream come true. It was more than I ever expected. Regina and Donna did EVERYTHING for me. The number one thing that I was looking for in a wedding venue was a stress free planning process. Thanks to their wonderful team, there was never a time that I was worried about something not working out correctly. I was able to focus on the things that truly mattered in the days leading up to the wedding. I am so grateful for everyone that helped make this day possible. Many of our guests told us that the Cooper Estate was the most beautiful venue they had ever been too.

What a magical, fairytale, dream of a venue. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on this property to check it out, we knew this was where we would be getting married. I had only spent hours watching YouTube videos of other weddings here and there was absolutely no way we could get married anywhere else.In all the times we spoke with Regina, she was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions with such ease. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated each call. She even checked in over the phone after the wedding, which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Regina, what you have here is so special.For the day of, Donna was spectacular! She really is Wonder Woman and keeps things on track. I don't think I've ever seen someone multitask as efficiently as she does. Speaking to her the week prior really put us at ease as she comforted us and told us she would take care of anything and everything. HUGE thank you!To all of the employees, thank you for being so amazing throughout. The food was mouth watering and to this day, people will not stop talking about it! As a matter of fact, people will not stop talking about the venue and its beauty. Our wedding was more than we imagined. Thank you for the most perfect day. We will forever remember every detail, and how we felt throughout the evening.

What a magical, fairytale, dream of a venue. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot on this property to check it out, we knew this was where we would be getting married. I had only spent hours watching YouTube videos of other weddings here and there was absolutely no way we could get married anywhere else.In all the times we spoke with Regina, she was so friendly, helpful, and answered all of our questions with such ease. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated each call. She even checked in over the phone after the wedding, which was a wonderful surprise. Thank you Regina, what you have here is so special.For the day of, Donna was spectacular! She really is Wonder Woman and keeps things on track. I don't think I've ever seen someone multitask as efficiently as she does. Speaking to her the week prior really put us at ease as she comforted us and told us she would take care of anything and everything. HUGE thank you!To all of the employees, thank you for being so amazing throughout. The food was mouth watering and to this day, people will not stop talking about it! As a matter of fact, people will not stop talking about the venue and its beauty. Our wedding was more than we imagined. Thank you for the most perfect day. We will forever remember every detail, and how we felt throughout the evening.

The Cooper Estate is definitely the most beautiful & unique wedding venue in Miami. I chose this venue for my wedding which was on 9/25/20. Regina helped us feel at ease about getting everything done even after having to postpone due to COVID. She was extremely accommodating to everything we requested & it turned out to be exactly what we wanted! The day of coordinator Donna was a sweetheart! She was on point with everything I requested & kept us on schedule through the entire night. The food was ridiculously delicious! I continue to get feedback from the gusts how good it was and how attentive the staff was. Overall 10/10! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I love this venue & the people working it I highly recommend!

The Cooper Estate is a dream, fairy tale wedding venue. I got married here in January 2019. Regina is amazing, she took care of everything from the very beginning, through the planning process to the actual day of my wedding. I didn’t have to think about a thing. Because of her I truly got to enjoy my engagement and bridal experience. She is the fairy godmother and made all my dreams and wishes come true. The venue is impeccable, from the grounds, to the grotto, DJ, photographer, food and flowers. Everything was so beautiful and everyone was incredibly professional. The bridal cottage is stunning and you really feel tucked away in your own little private cottage to enjoy your bridal time. Regina, Idalia and Donna made my experience so special. I am so thankful they were in my life during this special time. I could not imagine my wedding day without them. My husband and I feel incredibly blessed to have been able to spend our first moment as husband and wife there. It was a magical day that I will cherish forever.

The grounds are so beautiful even by themselves that we barely needed to decorate, and our guests are still talking about the beauty of the venue and the fun at the venue they had dancing with us into the night. Regina and the Cooper Estates team made the process very easy from start to finish, were great with our families and friends on the day-of, offered vendors that ultimately we were happy to have used and also worked well with our other outside vendors. There are many decisions one has to make during the wedding planning process, and choosing Cooper Estates was one of our best decisions!

We never felt any stress or had any issues with planning for our day and the day of the wedding, everything was just picture perfect. Starting with our first contact of Idalia and Regina, there was always great communication, a great overview of the venue and all have great input and ideas based on their experience. Donna who was the day of coordinator was amazing and helped with my husband plan a surprise guest to come sing for me. Donna makes a timeline breakdown and makes sure you are happy on your day and not worried about the small details because all that is taken care of. Our friends that have been married in other venues always told us the day goes by quick w all the photos and events, they didn’t get to enjoy their day as much as they would’ve liked. At the cooper, you enjoy your day and actually get to have fun and it didn’t just fly by. We got to soak it all in and it was due to the staff taking care of everything. The Cooper Estate is hands down the best place to get married in South Florida. I got married 8 months ago and my guests are still talking about the wedding. Most of them said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Best venue, best DJ and BEST FOOD! We did the Brazilian BBQ which I highly recommend. Regina's property is something out of a fairytale! The sunken grotto is the most gorgeous spot for a ceremony and the indoor reception area is unique and intimate but still spacious enough for a party. Donna, the day of coordinator, coordinated the entire night seamlessly, my husband and I didn't have to worry about anything! She started the event on time and kept things moving so smoothly, I didn't have to think about a thing. Regina went above and beyond to make this the dream wedding. Donna, the day of coordinator, made sure every single detail of the day was absolutely perfect, she made the day completely worry free. Regina was sweet and ensured everything was executed exactly as planned. If I didn't know any better I would have thought the controlled the weather, too! Every inch of the venue makes for the most romantic and unique wedding every bride dreams of. The ceremony space is beautifully set in the limestone Grotto complete with lucious greenery, orchids, and waterfalls. The stairs were a bit of a concern for some guests, but everyone managed to walk up and down without any issues. The cocktail hour is set beneath large beautiful trees with romantic lighting, and the indoor ceremony space makes you feel like royalty. The food was absolutely delicious and the service spectacular. Our guests raved about every aspect of the wedding. We planned a wedding from our home across the country and Idalia and Regina made the entire process seamless and I didn't have to worry about not being there at all! I wanted to have a wedding in Florida, but did not want your typical \"Florida Beach Wedding\". The moment I arrived at Cooper Estate and saw the grotto on our tour I got tears in my eyes, I knew this was the perfect wedding venue, and that it was! I worked with Idalia after we signed the contract, sending her multiple emails a week and I never felt nervous about not being there because her and Regina made me so confident they had everything covered and she was so very responsive. I honestly have nothing bad to say about this venue, our guests could not stop telling us how we had a truly fairytale wedding and the most beautiful wedding they had ever seen. When it came time for the wedding I worked closely with Donna Ingram the last month as our day of planner, if I wasn't already obsessed with this venue she definitely did the finishing touches. Donna worked with my vendors, put together a perfect day of timeline, and set up the venue to match the exact picture I had in my mind. She made sure I had every single thing I needed from finding missing family members, locating my moms lost speech cards, providing us with appetizers and champagne as needed, and even helping me figure out how to perfectly incorporate both my father and step father in my special day. She was the best person I could imagine to make this day incredible! She also operated as a courier service for us the day of the wedding when we realized we had no one to deliver our cupcakes to the venue, relieving a ton of stress from me and my family! Lastly, the food and DJ were incredible. The DJ really got the party started and played a great mix of oldies and fun current songs to keep people on the dance floor the entire night. My dad and I did a remix fun father daughter dance and the DJ mixed it to exactly what I wanted which the crowd loved! The cooper estate truly is the real deal, if you are looking for the most beautiful wedding venue to start your new beginning and an incredible staff to work with I highly recommend it 100%!

Growing up, my beautiful wife and I (since 2/3/18 yay!) never believed, or hoped for, a fairytale wedding. It wasn't until my actual wedding day at the Cooper Estate that I realized why perfection and \"dreaminess\" at one's wedding are so yearned. Though \"dreaminess\" is rarely ever achieved and delivered, my wife and I were a lucky recipient during our ceremony and reception at the Cooper Estate, and you can tell it was not their first. Let's start with the obvious priority of a wedding: venue. GORGEOUS. From the beautiful and natural surrounding of the gathering area and ceremony, the classy, expansive, yet so unbelievably intimate setup for the cocktail hour, to the grand and inexplicably majestic dining hall for the reception (that I still get praising comments on to this day...). The only factor that topped the indescribable setting was the service. Everyone was welcoming and professional from the very first \"hello\" to the successful \"goodbye\" as a newlywed. My best-man, being religious and unable to taxi or drive to the ceremony on a Saturday, had to bike to the Cooper Estate: one of the valets offered to return the bike back to my Airbnb host for me on his own initiation. There was just no request (granted, to the readers, these should be wedding related...) the Cooper Estate could not, and did not fulfil. Lastly, and surprisingly something me and my wife actually got to experience as a busy newlywed, as promised, the Brazilian bbq feast was just great. I, being a big fan of Texas de Brazil, had high hopes for the bbq option, and it was certainly met. The sides were beyond scrumptious as well (among others, we had the truffle mac n cheese!). Our special night at the Cooper Estate was truly an evening we, and our guests, will never forget. For those of you (congrats by the way) thinking of Miami for beach or by-the-sea weddings, scratch that; escape the impracticalities of blowing sand and high humidity (which are never mentioned in the movies), and have your dream day or night at the Cooper Estate. Very inclusive , reasonably priced and well worth the money!! The catering, food, and service was excellent. Regina , Italia, Donna and Dj Rey are extremely helpful, empathetic and easy to work with. The Cooper Estate is truly a hidden gem! The romance, beauty, and style of the venue is so unexpected, especially when considering the location in Redland/Homestead and just south of Miami. It was truly my dream venue. We've been married for a month now and our friends and family are still raving about it! The food is top notch, and Regina, Idalia, and Donna are beyond helpful and accommodating when it comes to their service! The pictures do not do it justice. The Cooper Estate is truly one of a kind!

When we went looking for venues last year to get married we visited several venues but when we visit the cooper estate it was love at 1st sight. Is nothing like you have seen especially here in Miami, FL. The venue is beautiful and a elegant rustic look with lush greenery and let’s not talk about the private cottage for the bride to relax and get ready before the ceremony it’s beautiful. The ceremony in the grotto was priceless and the reception in the barn it was something from a fairytale book. The staff at the venue is very friendly and professional. Also the wedding coordinator Ms. Donna wow! She is amazing! She will go above and beyond to ensure you’re not stress, the wedding is organize and flowing and what we loved is that she worked hard to make sure everything was perfect on our wedding day! Ms. Regina and her assistant Idalia they are on top of everything and easy to talk to. They answers emails and calls very promptly and their professionalism and hard work is amazing! And last but not least I highly recommend DJ Hurricane he played amazing music throughout the whole night that the dance floor was never empty! Our wedding day was on 9/30/17 and till this day our guests still talk about how beautiful our wedding was. I highly recommend this venue for your special day!

When we pulled up to the venue and all the decorations and flowers were out the venue was transformed. So if you love it immediately it will get even better. My husband and I had our wedding at The Cooper Estate on January 7 and it was the best day of our lives! I absolutely fell in love with the venue just looking at the website and when I went to see it, sealed the deal. I loved how the ceremony was outside and the reception inside. When we went for the tasting they made decorated as if we were attending a wedding to get a better feel for the venue and what it would be like on our wedding day, we asked all the questions we needed answers for. Idalia, Regina, and Donna are great at their jobs!!! We did not have a rehearsal but brought all of our stuff for the wedding the Wednesday before the wedding and got to take one more look at the place before the big day! It did rain on our wedding day but the staff quickly dried everything for the ceremony to begin! Dinner was a Brazilian BQQ with skewers of meat and chicken passed around. Everyone absolutely loved the food and we asked for to go boxes for us which was delicious the next day! We had a firepit outside with S'mores after dinner. We used mostly all of the vendors from the cooper estate list and they were all fantastic. We could not have imagined our wedding being any better, all of our guests had the most incredible time and have nothing but good things to say about the evening!

We just had our wedding 2 days ago! The venue is a hidden gem. From the minute you drive in you feel as if you have been transported outside of South Florida. The venue is an amazing setting for the wedding of you dreams. You defiantly receive what you pay for. The quality is SUPERB! The grounds, cottage and barn speak for itself. Regina and Idalia did a fabulous job coordinating my vision for that day. We started off our afternoon getting dressed in the cottage, what a beautiful touch. Donna, our coordinator went above and beyond to ensure my vision came to life. She was all over the details and kept the flow going. She made sure that we had drinks and appetizers during cocktail hour. Also that we were able to have moments alone to soak everything in throughout the evening. The food was amazing, we choose the steakhouse style menu. Once you book, the venue offers a wedding-style tasting. All the couples go and see the venue as if it would be set up during the wedding. It was amazing because you have opportunity to visualize your own day. We got compliments that the food was not your typical wedding food, tasted like it came from a fancy restaurant. I used Ron Wood photography which I found from the vendors list. 5 star service!!! They did DJ and photography. They incorporated all of my requests. Played the best music! Keep the crowd on the dance floor, professional and the ladies that were shooting the day were amazing! If you want an experience of a life time, you must have your wedding here. The Cooper Estate was the perfect venue for my husband and I. My mother stumbled upon their website and told us about it, and when we saw the first few pictures we had to visit! Once we confirmed that the place actually existed and wasn't merely a figment of our imagination, we fell completely in love! We checked out a few more venues around the area and nothing came close to the quality of The Cooper Estate. It possesses an extravagant, yet cozy feel in the barn, a tropical paradise atmosphere in the grotto, and sheer elegance in the cocktail area. The venue was a bit out of our budget, but with some DIYing and finding the right vendors, we were able to book our wedding date! The owner, Regina, her assistant, Idalia, and the day of coordinator, Donna, were such beautiful ladies to work with. Regina was accommodating and understanding of our vision for the wedding, Idalia was organized and always available for any questions, and Donna made us feel completely confident that the day of our wedding would be the best day of our lives. She was so right. Our wedding went perfectly, and it was honestly a dream come true! I have the pictures to prove it! As the night came to a finish I was so appreciative of the staff at The Cooper Estate. They worked as a solid unit and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to handle all of the labor behind the event. I would recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for an unforgettable experience. Also, for all of the Game of Thrones fans out there, you will particularly appreciate the reception area! The Cooper Estate was the perfect venue for my husband and I. My mother stumbled upon their website and told us about it, and when we saw the first few pictures we had to visit! Once we confirmed that the place actually existed and wasn't merely a figment of our imagination, we fell completely in love! We checked out a few more venues around the area and nothing came close to the quality of The Cooper Estate. It possesses an extravagant, yet cozy feel in the barn, a tropical paradise atmosphere in the grotto, and sheer elegance in the cocktail area. The venue was a bit out of our budget, but with some DIYing and finding the right vendors, we were able to book our wedding date! The owner, Regina, her assistant, Idalia, and the day of coordinator, Donna, were such beautiful ladies to work with. Regina was accommodating and understanding of our vision for the wedding, Idalia was organized and always available for any questions, and Donna made us feel completely confident that the day of our wedding would be the best day of our lives. I could not have picked a more perfect venue for my big day! I truly felt as though I were on a movie set, the grotto was gorgeous. From the moment I saw it online, I knew The Cooper Estate was where I needed to get married. I even booked the venue without actually visiting it in person first (I sent my amazing family as I live out of state). Regina and Idalia were amazing. Always available to answer any and all questions I had (and there were a lot!). Very accommodating and understanding to the fact that I was an out of state bride, always willing to go the extra step in keeping in contact with my family who did a lot of the day to day planning to help.And Donna, the wedding planner, was truly a gift. She made me feel like I had no worries leading up to the day, and that held true on my wedding day also. She did everything, from making sure my veil while walking the aisle to helping me change into my more comfortable dancing shoes, and she did it all flawlessly. The catering was delicious, all my guests agreed. Some of the best catered food I've had, some of the best food I've had, period!I really can't say enough great things about The Cooper Estate and all those involved. It was a beautiful and amazing day and I'm so glad with my pick of venue!

Who knew that I could have my dream fairy tale, woodland, Game of Thrones wedding in South Florida? The Cooper Estate is literally out of a fantasy. We had our ceremony in the grotto with the waterfalls, and used the moss aisle runner. It felt like we were in another place, another time, as if we had stepped into our own fairy tale. The reception in the barn was out of this world. The barn is absolutely stunning, and is like no other place you have been. Literally, the most common word people have used to describe our wedding is \"magical.\" Regina was AMAZING to work with - she is so calm, so bright, and soooooo creative. Regina will work with you to create the wedding of your dreams. Her vendor recommendations were perfect, as well (highly recommend booking the day-of-coordinator, Donna Ingram). The guests also RAVED about the food - cocktail hour, dinner, and the dessert bar were all delicious and beautifully presented. My husband and I only wish we could have eaten more! My husband and I started this entire process with a long and excruciating search for the perfect venue. We wanted something cozy, great atmosphere, country, great food and having a wonderful staff. I know it sounds like a long stretch, but we really wanted to have the perfect wedding. Our search was not rendering any good candidates that would meet our requirements. Then the Cooper state came into the picture. I saw several photos of this luxurious and cozy little barn with an amazing outside altar. I could picture are perfect wedding with the sun setting on the altar and our celebrations occurring in this beautiful barn. I first told my husband about it, but he was still skeptical and the price tag was over our budget. I decided to set an appointment to look at the venue. On a day that my husband and I were looking at venues, I told him about the Cooper estate appointment. I was just about to settle for something more in our budget, but not meeting our requirements, until he suggested we at least go look at the venue. Upon arrival, my husband already said that he was not pleased with the parking. I mean, he already had something negative to say before we walk to the doors. We met Regina and her assistant. It was like love at first sight. She gave us the grand tour of the Cooper's estate. We started with the altar, which I believe my husband's jaw dropped. My husband decided to ask about parking at this time where Regina explained that there is only valet parking. I could tell my husband loved that. Then we saw the brides quarters, which I absolutely loved. It provides a great atmosphere for the day of the wedding. The outside area in which your guests will be entertained during the cocktail hour, is absolutely gorgeous. It even has a little fire pit to roast marshmallows and do Smore's! And finally we get to the barn. The barn had everything we wanted. The lighting was perfect, the tables of great size, a comfortable lounging area right in front of the TV, and an easy accessible bar. The long table in the center of the barn sat us and 20 of our closest family members. At the end of the tour, my husband said this is it. I felt like this was it, but to hear it from him was comforting. We were absolutely blown away. It was truly a wonderful and perfect experience. Aside from the venue surpassing our expectations, Regina and her staff made the entire experience perfect. She was not all about business, but really connecting personally with us. Regina completely understands the needs of the bride and groom. On our wedding day, I cannot express how much both Regina and our wedding planner, Donna, meant to us. It's been almost a year and I still hear of how great our wedding was. Our family continues to tell us how much they enjoyed our wedding and the venue. Regina has two venues, the Cooper Estate and the Old Grove. You will not go wrong going with any of Regina's locations on your special day. Her and her staff are absolutely amazing and professional.

The moment we saw the venue we absolutely fell in love with it. It is stunning and just such an amazing scenery to have a wedding. Everyone knows the old saying, you get what you pay for. But at The Cooper Estate I feel that I got much more than I paid for. There are many extras that are included when you rent the venue. Regina and her staff really went above and beyond to make sure that my \"dream come true\" wedding actually came true. Having Donna, her day of coordinator, simplified everything. I did not need to even do a rehearsal, which worked out great since we wanted to have the rehearsal dinner in The Gables where most of my guests were staying. Donna had it all under control. I can't say enough about the quality of service that you receive here. I highly recommend The Cooper Estate.

I can't believe that my wedding came and went and I had no stress. Regina, the owner does all of the planning and told me that she would do whatever I would allow her to do. So, I let her do it all. LOL The only thing I pretty much had to do was, buy my dress, order by invitations, make my seating chart and taste my cake. She took care of everything else, DJ, Photographer, Photobooth, Flowers and Day Of Coordinator. They have their own in-house catering as well and it is wonderful. My guests kept saying that they've never had wedding food like this.\rIf you are looking for a stress free, beautiful wedding...then The Cooper Estate is your place.

The only reason I am giving them 1 star was because the grotto and barn were naturally amazing. I didn't realize that once I had booked the venue, it would be an uphill, surprise battle. Between the total lack of communication to having to pay for everything a la carte (without being made aware of this in the beginning), I truly wish I could re-do my wedding...somewhere else. Again, the grotto and barn were amazing but nothing else. The DJ she recommended had no clue about timing and completely ignored my moms request for a special Father-Daughter song as well as playing the wrong song when I was walking down the isle so do not use her suggested vendors as it seems they all get a cut of the large amount of money you pay for the venue. In addition, he servers ate my husbands \"Grooms Cake\" which were actually Krispy Kreme Donuts because they typically get offered dessert which we knew nothing about nor have I EVER heard that. She sent me 4 dozen donuts with our deposit via the horrible DJ as a \"sorry\". It was more of a insult than anything. I am missing champagne glasses (I had to bring since they don't provide and want to charge $.50 a piece) and huge 3 foot Sparkers. I had lists of how the tables should look and it wasn't done at all. I walked in and saw nothing that I had worked 16 long, hard months towards. It's worth going somewhere else and saving the money. I'll never get this day back and for the money and service, it wasn't worth it...at ALL!

The Perfect Night!\rWe finally celebrated our wedding on June 20th at The Cooper Estate and there are no words to express how amazing everything turned out. Everything from the moment we arrived to get ready to the moment we left for the night was complete perfection! The ceremony was short but lovely with the grotto backdrop, the cocktail hour was classy and had great food. The actual reception was a dream. The decor, the service, the staff, the food...everything was amazing. We had close to 80 guests and not one had a complaint. The guests raved about the service and the food and commented on how every detail was beautiful. Some described it as feeling like they were in a movie wedding. Some said it was the best wedding they had ever attended.\r\rIf you are looking for a venue you should really look into The Cooper Estate. Regina and her staff will make sure to treat your event like the most important event they have...at least that how we felt all night.

Where do i begin! There is so much to say about the Cooper Estate. First off, the photos you see online do not even depict the beauty of this place. The minute you enter the property, it feels like you are in another world. It is an atmosphere of tranquility, love, and happiness. It is just gorgeous in every possible way!\r\rMy fiancé and I reserved our wedding date a bit over a year in advance. The calendar gets booked quite quickly. The owner, Regina, is marvelous! She is always just one phone call away. Anything you need or want, she will give you. She recommended a few vendors that I used that without a doubt, were the best of the best. Regina and her staff provided us with an attention and professionalism like no other. \r\rOur guest list including wedding party, groom, and myself (bride) consisted of almost 130. Not one person had a complaint to mention to me. Everyone had something beautiful to mention or remember about my wedding. This would have not been possible without Regina and her staff. The grotto, the garden, the brides cottage, the reception hall, the food, the staff, the sparkler exit. Everything is just magnificent!!!!

The Cooper Estate was a dream come true. The venue itself is stunning. Regina was such a pleasure to work with, she has impeccable taste and really takes the wedding stress from the bride. She really goes above and beyond! She recommended Donna as a day of coordinator and I am so happy that we used her. Honestly, I was so relaxed the day of the weeding because I knew I was in good hands. Our wedding was a fairy tale. From the delicious Brazilian dinner to the gourmet sides. Our guests had such a wonderful experience, I still get comments on how beautiful everything was! I would definitely recommended this location to a bride looking for a romantic, elegant wedding. My overall experience was a 10 out of 10, thank you so much to Regina and her amazing team! The best south Florida venue hands down.

I wish I could give The Cooper Estate more than 5 stars. This place is just stunning and so accommodating!!! My guests were so impressed with the setting, service, food and the overall experience! It just couldn't have been more romantic. The staff was superb from the very first open house I went to until the very end of my wedding night. I really felt like a queen because of their world class service. I can't wait to renew my vows so we can do it again at The Cooper Estate!

I recently held my wedding here and I highly recommend The Cooper Estate for any big event! Everyone just kept telling me it was one of the most beautiful weddings they had ever been to. Even though we were allowed to bring in our own catering, we decided to go with the venue as the caterer and I am glad we did. I had a Sunday brunch and the food was amazing! The atmosphere of the place was exactly what I was looking for, quite, peaceful and understated. My wedding day was everything I hoped it would be and much more! Thank you Cooper Estate!

We are so happy we chose the Cooper Estate for our wedding venue. Every part of the property is so beautiful and unique. Regina was such a pleasure to work with. She did everything possible to help us make our day perfect. We chose to do the Brazilian BBQ and we were a little hesitant because we did not get to try it before the wedding. I saw the Cooper Estate on \"Four Weddings\" and immediately fell in love with its intimate setting, luscious garden exterior shaded by large trees, the grotto ceremony area with a small waterfall as a backdrop, and a beautiful reception hall, with large barn doors, dark wood tables and a castle-like romantic ambiance. It was even more magnificent in person, classy and formal, yet very inviting.\r\rOnce we met Regina, the owner of the venue, we were confident that we found exactly what we were looking for. Regina made planning easy, and we were very happy with just about every recommendation that she made, especially the Brazilian buffet which all the guests loved. We feel lucky to have found this amazing venue and would recommend it to anyone for an unforgettable night!

My wedding day was a dream come true and such a fair tale! I can't stop but thanking Regina for everything she has done. The whole experience was amazing and she made my day unforgettable! My family and guest were amazed by how everything turned out and stated it was perfect and a wedding they will never forget in other words best wedding venue! The ceremony, cocktail, reception, and food was all amazing! I'm so happy I found this venue and for everything I felt it was a big blessing for me! I really recommend this venue!

\rMy husband and I made an appointed to meet with someone. She showed us the property and we loved the place. She then told us she was going to Key West for the weekend and that she will call us back to let us know all the information for our weeding. She never called us back. We tried to call multiple times and she never called us back. Very back service I would never have a weeding in that place. Beautiful place but, horrible services. \r
