The Cornealius Properties is a contemporary all white aesthetic Birdsong Chapel and Carriage Hall" barn" venue situated just outside of Raleigh, NC. Immersed in the copse of Goldsboro's country side, farmland and woodland, this spectacular venue offers bright, neutral spaces with stunning rural views. If you're looking for a wedding amongst nature but fancy a little shelter in a chic, sophisticated location, then The Cornealius Properties is the perfect venue for you. There are many "green spaces" here. The Cornealius Properties offer an all-inclusive venue experience where you can celebrate everything from the ceremony to reception in one fantastic location. The Birdsong Chapel features a stunning natural backdrop that is beautifully woven into the white open-walled chapel, allowing you to listen to birds sing as you exchange your vows. This chapel comes equipped with antique pews and glinting chandeliers, creating a serene atmosphere where 200 of your attendees can witness your momentous occasion. After your beautiful ceremony in nature, you and your guests can retreat to the Carriage Hall for a reception of dining and dancing. Boasting 3000ft² of space and 28 foot high ceilings, this bright and spacious area can seat 200 guests in white Chiavari chairs. Attached to this reception area are restrooms, a caterers' kitchen and an expansive patio perfect for hosting a cocktail hour. The Cornealius Properties also offers The Honeymoon House and The Camp as get-ready rooms for the couple and wedding party. The Cornealius Properties offers rental of their exclusive venue for the ceremony and reception and overnight stays. In addition, The Family House is a luxurious 4 bedroom home where your family can retire after a wonderful celebration. While The Couples Cottage is available for the newlyweds to unwind and relax after the big day. To help you and your guests travel to Birdsong Chapel,at The Cornealius Properties, Personnel can facilitate a ride by golf cart from the parking lot. Additionally, their 1931 Model A Ford, that was Brooke's Great Grandfathers, is available for a brief chauffeured drive-away after your wedding.

You will not regret booking with the Neal family at The Cornealius Properties! It is a gorgeous all-in-one venue. I was blown away when I finally got to see the space earlier this spring. I got engaged January 2023 and married in September 2023. They were booked for the rest of the year when I went to see the venue in person in March. I wanted this place so bad Mr.Don approved for a Thursday wedding. He and his staff will give you the best southern hospitality. I am from NY so I was not used to the few days later responses at times but other than that this place is a 10/10.

The Cornealius Properties was my dream wedding venue!! Apart from the obvious beauty of the venue and the stunning open air chapel, the owners are absolutely amazing and were so easy to work with!! Don made sure the day was running smoothly and was very quick to respond during the planning process. He is very accommodative and you can tell he really wants the couples to have a good experience!! The most unique (and my favorite) feature of the venue is the multiple houses they have available on the property for bridesmaids and groomsmen to stay in before the wedding, and an adorable honeymoon house for the couple to stay in after the wedding!! This feature definitely sets this venue apart from others and I would definitely recommend!!!

A fairytale come true!! This venue is breathtaking!! We knew from the moment we saw pictures online that this was a little slice of Heaven on Earth. When we toured, we were not disappointed and booked without hesitation. This sweet family business was a pleasure to work with. They were so kind and helpful during the planning process and on our special day. We could not have dreamed of a more perfect day! Our guests are still raving about how gorgeous this venue is and how it was the most beautiful wedding they have ever attended. Thank you so much for making our dream a reality!

Brooke had always dreamed of owning her own wedding venue, since she was a young girl.
