Owners Kerry and Anne Easley bought this historic spot in 2014, and ever since, they have been creating unbelievable events with their clients. Set in the historic downtown Minden, this property offers beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces to host your one-of-a-kind event. The idyllic location, in combination with its enthusiastic support from its professional staff, is here to help you see your dream wedding come to life. With old red brick walls, lush greenery, and hanging bistro lighting, The Courtyard Event Venue provides a blank canvas for couples to get creative. This property is able to accommodate from10 to 150 attendees for events and is also ideal for engagement parties, showers, rehearsal dinners, and elopements. You can say your heartwarming vows in the fairy-talesque courtyard surrounded by your family and friends. With its vibrant shrubbery and water fountains, this outdoor area has many photo opportunities for you to enjoy. If you prefer to have your special day inside, this venue can offer their warehouse, which was once an old hay storage unit. The Courtyard Event Venue staff welcomes couples from all backgrounds and budgets. They look forward to helping you achieve your desired event vision. Quaint courtyard. Perfect for intimate gathering or casual meet and greet event. You can dress it up or scale it back. Off the main road and lots of tree canopy

We used the Courtyard for my daughter’s reception after a small backyard wedding nearby. The space is intimate and beautiful, with plenty of amenities. Our caterer was able to set up just outside the back fence, and it made setting up the food line super convenient! The proprietors are fun, relaxed people who enjoy working with their clients.
