The Creekside Banquet Facility knows the importance of getting every detail just right for your wedding, from the elegance of the venue to the quality of the food, prepared by our executive chef, to the attentive and efficient service. Our goal is to make sure your special occasion is a truly exceptional and a worry-free experience Facilities and Capacity Creekside Banquet Facility is happy to host outdoor and indoor functions. Whether you are hosting a small or large wedding, this venue has got you covered with enough space for up to 350 people. You and your partner can exchange vows under the New York sun, covered patio, large gazebo, or with their grand banquet hall. Their banquet hall, also known as the Camelot Room, is their main indoor space with dining tables, chairs, chandeliers, and a grand dance floor. The Camelot Room is available for you and 200 of your guests to sing and dance the night away. Furthermore, their charming chateau is an indoor ballroom with breathtaking architecture and bright decor. Services Offered Thanks to the venue's professional and courteous staff, you will have several wedding packages to choose from, such as catering and bar services for each wedding activity. Their catering services include barware, china, flatware, glassware, and fresh linens. As part of their bar services, they offer cash, open or limited bars. No matter the bar you choose, talented bartenders will serve house liquor, premium liquor, as well as signature cocktails. Creekside Banquet Facility also ensures that you and guests are comfortable and find the venue easily with wheelchair-accessible spaces and on-site parking

We just had our wedding on January 28, 2023 at Creekside and to say they are amazing at Creekside is an understatement. Our day was absolutely everything I could have hoped and dreamed for. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Jennifer and Brandy were beyond amazing. Every question or issue I had; they were able to accommodate. The venue has so many spots to take pictures too. The rooms are big, updated and breathtaking! I could not have imagined having my big day anywhere else.

We just had our wedding at Creekside on 11/11/23. It was absolutely amazing! Jenn and the rest of the staff at Creekside are absolutely phenomenal! From start to finish they walk you through everything and really make it all about you and super simple. There food is absolutely amazing and everything is super elegant there as well. They go above and beyond to make your vision about your day come to light as well! They work with you on just about everything to make it your day and there pricing you cannot beat! I truly recommend them for any banquet needs as they will not disappoint!

We just had our wedding at Creekside on 11/11/23. It was absolutely amazing! Jenn and the rest of the staff at Creekside are absolutely phenomenal! My son and Daughter-in-law had a wedding reception at The Creekside on August 5th. Everything was perfect. Jennifer the woman in charge was accommodating and very helpful in everything. We also talked to the chef, who helped us in choosing the meal. The hors d'oeuvres, both hot and cold, were very good. The food was hot and there was plenty. Service was excellent. I would recommend The Creekside to everyone.Great Job!!!

What a beautiful facility! We had my sister in-laws wedding at this facility. The pot roast with garlic whipped potatoes were out of this world delicious!!!! The outdoor patio had lights in the trees and a great gazebo for relaxing in.

5 stars for service, food and location. There are so many good things to say about our experience at Creekside. I’ll start with the food because three weeks later, I’m still thinking about the beef and potatoes. We love to eat out and try new, local establishments. So when we booked Creekside, we thought just how good could the food be that it justified the price? From my understanding, there is a new chef at the facility with decades of experience. I wish it was a restaurant so we can go back. We sat and enjoyed our whole meal and my husband went up for more. All of the food (including the appetizers) did not disappoint. The Garlic Parmesan Whipped Potatoes and Beef Top Round are the best in Buffalo. We upgraded the bar package twice. Coming from families that enjoy their beverages, we were not disappointed in our decision. The drinks were made well and people were not waiting in a long line to be served. As far as the location; it’s a hidden gem. We are from Cheektowaga and pass by here daily. It is conveniently located halfway between the North and South towns making it easy for your guests to get there in reasonable time and is located 2 minutes off the main thruway. There is tons of parking… free parking. We also had our ceremony in the gazebo. Thank goodness we did. It was nice all day and then bam, soon as our ceremony was to start; it started to sprinkle. We were under the gazebo and our 125 guests were all covered safely under the spacious awning area. The backdrop of the yard was still enjoyed by all. We are older and have been to many, many events. We have planned parties and entertained. Planning a wedding is time consuming, stressful, costly and exciting all at the same time. The owner gave us a tour, answered our questions via email, text and phone throughout the process and reassured us the evening would fly by and not to worry because they are professionals. All true. Looking back; we had a great time at our wedding and didn’t worry about a thing. We had our reception in the Camelot Room. Highly recommend. It has a drive up, covered side entrance and access to the back patio. The room itself makes a statement of elegance. The chair covers do step it up a notch if you’re thinking about them. There is little need to decorate more but if you wish to, the different set ups we seen were beautiful as well. Yes this is in Cheektowaga. We pass by it everyday at Union and William. You would never know from driving by. Make the call and book a tour. Thank you to Jennifer and her staff for providing a memorable evening.Mr. And Mrs. William P. Goeseke

I requested a tour of the facility and heard back immediately from Jessica to schedule. Thought this was going to be great. It was the last good thing about creekside. Upon arrival at the venue we had to go and find Jessica to start the tour. When we were waiting in the lobby for her. We had to walk through the kitchen, nothing was ready for us. Lights off. Doors locked. Jessica also bad mouthed other venues and vendors which was very unprofessional. The space was gorgeous but how the tour went we would have not booked our wedding their. Very unprofessional behavior.

Absolutely amazing! Jen and Barbara were so helpful, welcoming, easy to work with and just made my day so special. They were always available when needed, super accommodating and made everything so easy for us. The food was awesome, the service was great and the all around experience was 10/10. Had my reception there 8/15/15 the facility is nice but the service and and management is horrible! They are rude and lack skills proper communication skills. When we came to decorate as we had previously agreed they did not have the tables, chairs, or linens set so we had to do that our selves they did not help. They also rushed us even though they did not have another event planned , the owner Barbara told my decorator's that they needed to leave because she had to go to the mall and use her coupons before they expired. Barbara and the manager Jennifer do not coordinate with one another, one will tell you one thing the other will tell you something different. This people at this facility do not keep their word do not book this facility!

We had both our ceremony and our reception at the Creekside Banquet Facility in Cheektowaga. The hall was beautiful, clean, and classy, and the service was great on the day of the ceremony/reception. I have only two complaints: (1) We paid $1,000 up front to secure the date. It was not made clear to us that this would be held in ADDITION to the full cost of using the hall for the evening and that we wouldn't get the thousand dollars back until a couple weeks after the wedding. When it came time to pay the balance, we thought the money we already put down would count toward the balance, and it did not. Getting hit with an extra $1,000 payment a few days before the wedding was unpleasant, to say the least. I wish that had been made clear earlier in the process. That part of the contract only made sense after we found ourselves in that situation. (2) Every time I called to ask questions after booking the date (e.g., when could we have our rehearsal? could we bring in baked goods? etc.), a different person answered the phone and said to call again later to talk to someone who could answer me. This happened many times and was frustrating, especially since I was a pretty easygoing, low-maintenance bride. However, overall, I was satisfied. The food was delicious; the service was good; the hall looked great in all of our pictures and was comfortable on the day of the ceremony/reception. Just make sure you're clear on your contract and you don't mind getting tossed around to different people if you have any questions when not talking face-to-face with Barbara (event coordinator). (Also, Barbara made a few disparaging comments that we didn't appreciate. Not the most tactful of people.)

The large floor to ceiling windows. the dance floor bar and dinner were all in the same room. there is a patio area with a pond and gazebo for cocktails and or pictures. the people are wonderful to work with;the carpet is very busy but considering the price there is room to upgrade to chair covers etc and it takes the detail away from the carpet
