The Crescent Beach Club is a breathtaking venue, providing a destination wedding without ever leaving New York. With our beautiful white sand beach, the magnificent blue waters of the Long Island Sound, spectacular sunsets, and gourmet dining, The Crescent Beach Club provides a memorable once in a lifetime experience. Imagine your ceremony on the beach in the most romantic background conceivable. Envision walking down the aisle on our boardwalk in the sand, surrounded by beautiful blue water and palm trees - a backdrop that most couples only dream about. Then, the cocktail party with a steel drum calypso band playing the sounds of the Caribbean. Everything was perfect! Denise was our point of contact at the beginning and she was fantastic to deal with. Quick responses, always knew how to help and answer any questions. Stacie was our point of contact as we got closer to and did not leave a page unturned. I have a gluten allergy and she made a list of foods I could eat to make sure they had on site which I was SO appreciative of. We also had an issue with one of our vendors the day of and Stacie handled it all behind the scenes, no questions asked. Genna was with me the day of and was nothing short of amazing. I woke up to about 100 photos she took throughout the day so we had something to look at before we got them back from the photographer. We couldn’t have asked for more perfect weather and although it was a bit hot taking photos, Genna ran over every few poses to give us water and was within earshot all day ready to help with whatever we needed. The food was fantastic and we had so much packed up that were leftovers. I literally can’t say enough about how amazing everything was from start to finish, and could not recommend Crescent Beach Club more!

Denise, Stacey, and Valentina are the most amazing people we could ever have had for our wedding. We still are hearing from friends/family how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. If we had anything we wanted or needed, these ladies accommodated us. They were attentive, accommodating, and understanding. Because of Denise and Stacey’s attentiveness to details, all of our hopes came true. Valentina was there within milliseconds whenever a thought occurred we may need a hand. The staff went above and beyond. Truly the hidden gem of Bayville. The venue itself was gorgeous allowing everyone to move freely while enjoying the beautiful sites. It was an absolute dream that was helped met with the staff included.

Crescent Beach Club was the perfect setting for our December wedding. Everyone we worked with during the planning process and day-of was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, responsive and pleasant. The team is very detail-oriented and on the ball. We cannot say enough amazing things about Stacie, who made us feel completely comfortable and supported - and ensured us that the day would be perfect and that the team had everything handled. Valentina and Adrian were both so helpful the whole evening, making sure the bridal party and guests had everything they needed. And Denise was a huge help in the initial planning discussions. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception space were beautiful. And the beach was perfect for pictures and a cozy after party. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue and level of service. Put simply, the day was perfect. Thanks to Stacie and everyone at Crescent for making our day everything we had hoped for and more!

The wedding of our DREAMS! A++++++Crescent Beach Club was the perfect location for our dream wedding. From the first meeting to plan our day, to the day of our wedding, Stacie, Matt and Denise were the ones who organized and created the best day of our lives!!! On the day of our wedding, we were so lucky to have perfect weather. Our guests were in awe of how stunning, well kept and \"island like\" the CBC felt. The food from the cocktail hour, reception, dessert, and after party was delicious! All of our guests could not stop raving about the food, and how all of their needs were met throughout the entire event. Stacie was the woman that made it all happen, she made the day feel seamless and stress free. The rest of the staff were extremely professional and friendly. My husband and I had the time of our lives, we wish we could do it again because our day was so perfect.

When we went looking for a wedding venue, we had exactly one thing in mind that was a “must,” and that was the beach. From the moment we walked in for our first meeting and saw their outdoor ceremony space, we knew this was what we wanted. What we didn’t realize was the small family we would end up making with the incredible staff and crew at the Crescent Beach Club. Even though it ended up raining, we were fortunate that the skies parted & gave us a 30 minute window to have our ceremony. The CBC staff were able to quickly dry off every chair and have all our guests seated in less than 10 minutes. This allowed us to still have our dream wedding on the beach before the heavens opened up and we danced the night away in their elegant, spacious reception ballroom. The food was excellent and they have pretty much any option you could think of. This covers all stations throughout the night (cocktail hour, appetizer, dinner, dessert). People still mention the poke bar to us, the fish was so fresh. The team also made sure to set aside plates for us throughout the night, so that while we were dancing and enjoying the party we still got the chance to taste everything we had picked out. Valentina was at our sides constantly for whatever we needed, even reminding my wife to eat! While we didn’t get to have our cocktail hour outdoors, we’d still recommend CBC for that potential experience - they have a beautiful beachfront deck and outdoor bar. A huge thank you to Denise, Stacie & Valentina for making our wedding planning process & wedding day experience as magical and meaningful as possible!

I am overwhelmed with how perfect my wedding day was and I have to say that a huge portion of that is due to the crescent beach clubs team. Our wedding was on 10/8/2023 and everything was PERFECT.I want to say our matre’d Stacie is amazing. She treated us like we were her children and calmed any concern and accepted any request we had. She is so sweet and just fantastic at her job. She took the time to go over exactly where I wanted every last decoration, she made suggestions based on her experience but always made sure we knew it was our decision. My mother wanted to pull a prank on a relative on my wedding day and Stacie made it her mission to even make this silly request happen. She was excellent at organizing all the staff and making sure everyone knew what was going on.Valentina my bridal attendant was the most helpful, supportive, and organized person! I wanted to take her home with me! She made sure we ate, got our drinks, and even put my change of shoes on my feet while I ate my dinner. You will be lucky if you get to work with her. The food was AMAZING. We got soooooo many compliments about the food for cocktail hour and for the entrees. They have so many station options it was hard to choose! They also worked with us so easily for family members with dietary restrictions. The wait staff was attentive and very professional. Everyone was well fed! The bartenders were also amazing!! They were getting well-made drinks out fast! Not once did I see a big line by the bar and that’s important because you don’t want people standing around waiting for their drinks and not enjoying day! There espresso martinis were some of the best I ever had and the signature cocktails came out great!This goes without saying but the crescent beach club is gorgeous. My guests were in awe of the beautiful beach views, but the staff made the day extra special for us!!! Thank you so much!!!!

I found Crescent Beach Club on The Knot and I am so glad I did! Our beach wedding dreams came true here on August 20, 2023. From when my husband and I first toured the venue, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. The grounds are gorgeous, clean, and definitely give destination wedding vibes! Exactly what we wanted. Planning our wedding went well and the staff were always responsive. Huge thank you to Kim and Stacie, who were so friendly and made the process easy for us. Day of, things were hectic, as weddings typically are, lol. Everything worked out and the venue accommodated us and our vendors well. My only critique would be about my bridal attendant, Lumi. She wasn't very friendly, rushed us while getting ready, and didn't really \"attend the bride\" in our bridal suite before the ceremony because she was running around doing other things. My bridal party had similar feedback. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and so did our guests. Everyone thinks the photos were from another country! Thank you, CBC!

Where do we begin! The Crescent Beach Club ensured that our wedding was something out of a fairy tale! So much so, that when I picked up all of our extra decorations, I cried tears of happiness. All of our guests raved about the absolute stunning views and how delicious the food was. But the flawlessness of the evening could not have been accomplished without the freakin awesome team. Their professionalism and kindness is unmatched! Stacie is the absolute best. She answered any of our questions with such promptness, and she is such a down to earth person. Don’t get me started about Valentina, she knew what we needed before we could even realize. By the end of the evening we were begging them to just party with us. The general manager, again, also down to earth and professional! We will definitely be back for any future Crescent Beach club events and to eat at their Ocean restaurant which is fantastic and the manager James is awesome! Love Mrs. & Mrs. Diaz

Exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and helped us figure out problems. The food was delicious and plentiful and included numerous options. We had rave reviews from our guests about the setting, food, and staff. While you might not consider this venue if you have a tight budget, the price per person is extremely reasonable, especially considering the level of service, open bar, and catering and if you choose an odd/unpopular date or day of the week you can save a lot of money because minimums vary by day. My only small complaint is that if you don't have a vendor bringing audio equipment the in-house audio equipment is lacking. In general this was an amazing choice for us and I highly recommended it.

Absolutely amazing! Everything we ever wanted for our wedding we found at the Crescent Beach Club. From the first day we went to look at the venue with Denise to booking it and working with Stacie, everything was flawless. You cannot ask for a better crew of people to work with the day of your wedding. Everyone was beyond amazing and made the day run so smoothly - it was everything we wanted. We recently got married there and everyone is still talking about how beautiful our wedding was. Never once did I have a doubt about booking with them and they were always available to answer any questions that I had. They go above and beyond for you and make sure that your day is truly special. From the food at the cocktail hour to the desserts, everything was delicious! If you want a beautiful wedding day, (we had an exceptional sunset) you need to book the Crescent!

My husband and I had our wedding here in Nov 2021. It was absolutely gorgeous, and I would highly recommend booking this venue. It's over a year later, and people are still commenting on how much fun they had at our wedding. One guest told me it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. The team made everything seamless, and easy. Stacie and Denise handled everything, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. We look back on our wedding day with nothing but love and joy. It truly felt like a piece of tropical paradise. If you're looking to have a gorgeous, beach wedding without traveling, book this venue :)

My husband and I had our wedding here back in April of 2022, needless to say we absolutely loved every single portion of the process with Crescent Beach Club. We booked with Kim who was so sweet and helped us throughout the beginning of the booking process. Then we mainly dealt with Stacie for the duration of the process, and she was nothing short of amazing before, during, and even after our wedding. The entire staff was very warm, friendly, and accommodating. We had a huge cocktail hour that everyone couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The dinner and dessert were a huge hit as well. My Wife and I mainly chose this venue for the views, and the outdoor area, and we were lucky enough to have a beautiful day in April to really enjoy everything crescent has to offer. The entire process was very smooth, and any questions or requests we had were taken care of with ease. Highly recommend this venue! They also sent us home with food which was a huge plus for us Lol. This venue was amazing. Denise answered all of my questions at the start and went over everything thoroughly. Stacie the Matire D, was amazing in the months leading to the wedding and the actually wedding day. Everything went as planned and they helped out so much, with any questions /fears. They where very attentive to my needs. The day of the wedding was Spectacular everybody was so professional everybody assisted me with anything I needed I couldn’t have ask for a better staff than the staff from the crescent beach club. The bridal attendant was incredible, as well as the captain. Everyone did a spectacular job, and I was able to have the best day of my life manifesting 70 degree weather in November having my outdoor ceremony and a once in a lifetime great reception party . Had our wedding there June 3, 2022. From the start, Stacie was absolutely incredible to work with over nearly 2 years of planning. She truly cares about her couples, and does everything possible to make sure your day is perfect. The view, food, service, and atmosphere was more than we could have ever hoped for. We had so many guests tell us if they could do their wedding over again, they would pick Crescent. The staff is so attentive, my husband and I were so well taken care of by them, both during the planning and actual wedding day. Their recommended vendors were also incredible, and we were so thankful for their suggestions. We owe Stacie, the staff, and Crescent a huge thank you for truly giving us the best wedding imaginable.

Back in 2020 after my now husband and I got engaged, we found The Crescent Beach Club on the knot and was in awe from all of the pictures we saw so we made an appointment right away. We met with Kim who is the absolute BEST! She showed us around and told us all we needed to know about the crescent and what they had in store for us. Needless to say, we were very impressed. We knew right away that this would be our venue and that we were in good hands. We especially wanted our venue to be on the beach with a beautiful sunset, and a ballroom with a huge dance floor, and an amazing menu and the Crescent had all of that and so much more. The Crescent was also our first venue we saw. We fell in love instantly and booked right away! Kim was there for us from the very beginning and basically became family. She was there for us if we had any questions during the first year or so and made me feel at ease. Then the last few months leading up to our wedding, we met with the absolute legend herself, Stacie, our Maitre D’. Where do I even begin!! Stacie is a Godsend. The sweetest, most patient and loving human you could ever meet. She is just incredible at her job!! She was there for us 24/7 if we needed her to answer any questions and to make sure we felt 100% at ease. We cannot thank her enough for all that she has done to help give us the most incredible day. She was like our fairy Godmother and was always there when we needed her. My husband dropped a whole plate of food on his suit and Stacie came to the rescue with Shout and a hair dryer and it was good as new. Stacie deserves every good thing in this world but mostly a nice long vacation because she sacrifices her life to give all of her brides the most perfect day you can ever imagine. We also want to recognize our bridal attendant, Valentina and our captain!! Valentina was incredible as well and such an amazing person! She was there to help me from start to finish. She always made sure I was taken care of, bustled my dress like a pro and so much more. I also need to mention that if you want a breath taking sunset on your wedding day for beautiful pictures and to wow your guests, the Crescent Beach Club is your venue. The best sunset in all of NY. We got so very lucky with perfect weather and a stunning sunset. Our guests still talk about it and say it was the best wedding they’ve ever been too and that they felt like they were on a tropical island on vacation. They also raved about the food and that the staff was wonderful too. Our wedding day was like a real life fairy tale and everything we could have ever imagined and more, all thanks to The Crescent Beach Club and their incredible staff!! We cannot recommend this place enough. Book it now! You will NOT regret it!

Not just for the warm weather! This beachside gem is gorgeous in the winter too! We had a perfect winter holiday wedding! This venue is a multi-faceted event space. We had different spaces throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception. The views here are stunning with impeccable indoor and outdoor spaces! Think cigars on the ballroom deck and cocktails in the Ocean Club overlooking the water! The ceremony was held indoors , uncommon for a seaside venue, but the fireplace and hearth proved to be a romantic setting to exchange vows. The food was decadent and delicious with so many choices for our guests- everyone loved all the options and the ambiance. The thing that made this event flawless was the entire staff. They treated us with such love, care and warmth, as if it was their own family members special day. Denise and Stacie are dynamic, event planning superheroes and all the visions for our wedding were met with enthusiasm and \"can do\" spirit! Stacie hand positioned every single flower herself and had so much creativity to bring everything to life! Attention to detail in every aspect was clearly paramount by the Crescent Beach Club. Amanda and Ludmilla made for caring and attentive Captain and Bridal attendant. We could never thank you all enough for everything. Matt, you have an amazing team and a very happy couple. We will enthusiastically endorse The Crescent Beach Club!

If you are considering the Crescent Beach Club for your wedding - DO IT!! We fell in love the moment we toured the venue. My husband turned to me and said “we need to book this right now”. We ended up having to postpone a year due to COVID. The staff was amazing to deal with and made the whole process seamless. Stacie, Denise and Linda Marie are actually angels! They took care of everything and put us so at ease. Our wedding was this past weekend and it was absolutely everything we ever dreamed of!

Wow, wow, wow! We loved the CBC from the second we walked in to tour. I knew that I wanted to have my wedding here. Fast forward to COVID and we were forced to postpone. They were extremely accommodating, working with us through the process, and helped to secure another date a year later. When my September 2020 wedding turned into an October 2021 date, I was nervous regarding the weather because I had my heart set on getting married outside. We certainly lucked out and our October 15 date was 80 degrees. Such a special day combined with absolutely perfect weather made for the most incredible experience. Denise, Stacie & Kim were so helpful throughout the entire process, always responding quickly to my questions. The food was amazing and the selection is expansive. The views are incredible and the sunset was absolutely beautiful. The venue looked absolutely gorgeous & my guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding they've ever been to. I am so incredibly happy that we picked the CBC and can not thank the staff enough for creating the most magical day ever! I can't say enough positive things about the CBC :)

I cannot say enough great things about the Crescent Beach Club!!! My husband Rob and I got engaged in December 2020 and when we started looking at venues, all of them were missing something. They were beautiful but just not quite right. Then I found the Crescent Beach Club after searching for beach front weddings and when my husband and I went to look, we just absolutely fell in love. There was zero hesitation. We picked our date and booked immediately with Denise. The venue is just stunning and the thought of having our ceremony and cocktail hour on the beach was exactly what we wanted!! We got married on October 23, 2021 and it was the best day of our lives!! Stacie worked with us during the planning process and she was just AMAZING! She knows exactly what she's doing and made us feel so secure that our big day would be perfect. If we had any questions, Stacie always got back to us immediately. She was such a pleasure to work with, and I wish I could hire her for future events! The staff at Crescent was so professional and the food was incredible. Our cake was gorgeous! We booked almost all of their recommended vendors too, and everyone was wonderful! I have heard nightmare stories about different venues and vendors, but that was absolutely not the case for us. Our day was perfect, and we are so happy we decided to get married at the Crescent Beach Club!!! Our guests have been raving about our wedding! We all had so much fun with such gorgeous views. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crescent Beach Club!!!! Firstly, the venue speaks for itself as being one of the most beautiful locations for a wedding on Long Island. We were fortunate to have our ceremony outside on the beach, and with the backdrop of the crashing waves in the background of the ceremony it was the most serene, beautiful experience we could have hoped for. From our first call, Stacie was such a pleasure to work with throughout the entire planning process. She made us feel so safe and secure in each meeting and is truly an expert at her craft. The planning process was extremely straightforward, and Stacie was able to accommodate all our requests. I wish I could hire her to plan all my events! The wedding itself was AMAZING. The staff that we worked with during the wedding were extremely professional, responsive, proactive, and accommodating to all our guests. Everyone had a fantastic time, and it is because of CBC that this was able to happen. We are so thankful to everyone at CBC for helping us to have our dream wedding celebration.

WE LOVE THE CRESCENT BEACH CLUB! Our wedding at the Crescent Beach Club was a DREAM wedding but their dream team. I do not know where to begin. From the minute my husband and I went to the venue with my family to check it out, we truly fell in love with every aspect of the Crescent and had not one doubt in our mind that this is where we wanted to begin our Happily Ever After. It is a true paradise, destination feel. From booking our event with Denise, to working hand and hand with Stacie every step of the way the Crescent Beach Club treated us like family. Getting married during a pandemic was stressful to say the least but Stacie made it feel absolutely seamless. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for our special day. She is truly WONDER WOMAN. We would like to thank the entire staff at the Crescent Beach Club from Matt to Denise to Stacie. On the day of our wedding our Bridal Attendants- Valentina and Gina were the absolute sweetest and helped us every step of the way. They were incredible to both my husband and I as well as our wedding party. We loved them! The Captain was fantastic- he checked the weather and ensured that we came out just in time to be able to get married outside with the weather. We cannot thank him enough for planning the timing perfectly. Our wedding day was perfect because it was raining earlier but the sun came out just in time for the ceremony and they made sure we were able to have our DREAM wedding on the beach just as we always envisioned. I know it was not easy on their part but they all went above and beyond for us. The views at the Crescent are like NO OTHER. The sunset was breathtaking! Every aspect of the night was perfect from the delicious cocktail hour, to the fantastic reception in their gorgeous Ballroom. We even had our after party “Under the Stars” on their gorgeous beach with fire pits. We did not want this DREAM to end. If you want to feel like you got married on an island but still have that formal wedding feel- the Crescent Beach Club is the place for you and you do not need to travel far. Be sure to ask for Stacie, I cannot say enough incredible things about her. She has become family to us. There are not enough words to express how magical the Crescent Beach Club is and how this venue made our Happily Ever After unforgettable. It is way more than a Venue, it is a FAMILY at the Crescent Beach Club. My husband and I are excited to be able to go back each year and celebrate our anniversary there. Absolutely amazing venue. I’m sure you can see by the photos that the views are breathtaking and you will without question get the best photos. But what makes their venue so exceptional is the staff- they made everything so seamless and easy. I’m so glad I didn’t hire a wedding planner because they would have had absolutely nothing to do! Stacie was my matre d and she was so responsive, especially in the weeks leading up to the wedding when I had a million questions- she would literally respond to texts within 5 minutes even if they were sent frantically at 9PM lol. Valentina was my bridal assistant and she did the absolute best job. She made sure we got all our photos, knew where to go and what to do- we didn’t have to think!! She made sure I had a fresh drink in my hand at all times (she’d even replace it without me asking if the one in my hand looked watered down!! I’m not even kidding, I felt like the Queen of England). The food was amazing, people were RAVING about the food and the passed desserts. They just know what they’re doing at the CBC. We had our wedding there because we had been to another wedding there and it was the best wedding we’d ever been to, and sure enough on our day we had so many guests come up to us and tell us it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. The dance floor was packed the whole night and almost everyone stayed for our bonfire after party on the beach. It was without question the best day of my life.

My daughter's happily ever after began at this spectacular venue. Our stunning photos are proof that we made the perfect choice when planning her special day here. Basically a hidden gem tucked away on the north shore of Long Island. Even more incredible is the exemplary service and dedicated efforts of the staff. No words can truly describe our gratitude for their commitment starting from day one.My daughters wedding was postponed over a year due to the pandemic. Denise, Stacie, Kim and Matt spent countless hours with us on the telephone helping to relieve the stress of the situation. They went above and beyond to reschedule and keep our spirits high. Denise was especially accommodating and supportive. It's almost too good to be true but I assure you this team is for real. They take pride in their work and offer 100% to make the day incredible. Our guests were amazed with the food most specially during the cocktail hour. It's been two weeks and our guests are still sending us messages to compliment the food and service. Every station provided fresh and delicious options. I would not have changed a single thing. Our party planner Stacie worked tirelessly to ensure the cocktail hour was flawless. She promptly answered every call and message at all hours of the day. Every detail and request was honored. Every wish granted...Most importantly this team treated us like royalty. First when the bridal party arrived they were outside ready to meet and greet them all. The party was escorted to the bridal suite with a never endless amount of attention to serve and please. Valentina our bridal attendant embraced the bride and groom with such love and care through out the night. She made sure my daughter had any possible need met. She even cleaned the sand off her shoes and feet after the beach photo shoot! I ask myself where else would you get such dedication. Thank you Valentina for all your care and attention. You so graciously offered your best.We first met with sales manager Kim to book the date. Soon after Kim became like family. She even stayed past her work hours to tend to our guests. I couldn't believe how many of our guests commented on all three of these fabulous ladies. I have thanked them endlessly for every minute.So basically, if you are looking for that perfect venue, Crescent Beach Club is the place. I know many of our guests are dreaming of planning their own magical wedding at the Crescent.

I honestly, don't know where to begin because they were incredible! Planning a wedding during Covid is not easy. Let me just say, I had my wedding last weekend at The Crescent Club and between LindaMarie, Matt, Stacie, Denise and Brianna it could not have been better or easier. They were all unbelievable and helped make it beyond beautiful. The bartenders,servers and all of the staff were incredible... You feel as though you are having a destination wedding because of the location and all its beauty. People are still talking about the food and how incredible it was. The desserts were beyond that my friends all took pictures of them to show everyone. What I will tell you on our special day they all made it smooth and peaceful and that there is no worry involved. The experience was incredible and our guest cannot stop calling us to rave what a fantastic place it was. I would tell everyone this is the place to get married its truly magical.

My now husband and I went to Ocean at The Crescent Beach Club for dinner in 2018. When I walked outside I said, “I’m getting married here,” without wanting to freak him out too much. We sat down for dinner and saw a beautiful Wedding ceremony and now he knew I wasn’t joking hah When we got engaged it was the first place I went to and because of all the COVID madness I was sad that the dates and times available didn’t line up. I spontaneously called about 6 weeks before the wedding we had planned in Central Park and asked if there was any chance they had May 1st available and they did! We were over the moon and immediately changed all our plans. Stacie and Denise went above and beyond to make everything run smoothly. Knowing our fears with COVID, they had a rapid test truck outside the venue 3 hours before guest arrived and it gave us the peace of mind of knowing that everyone at our wedding was negative. Our wedding day was absolutely flawless. The Team at the Crescent Club exceeded our expectations and handled everything. I didn’t have to think about one thing. After the ceremony, they brought a plate of appetizers to us so we could eat between portraits and not miss out on the incredible sunset photos. After taking portraits, they had appetizers and food from the stations we selected ready for us to eat in the bridal suite with the specialty drinks we had customized. We had such a great time soaking in the sunset, ocean sounds and incredible atmosphere. When my now husband and I finally sat down for dinner we laughed and said, “omg I forgot to order food, did you?” Neither of us ordered food and to our happy surprise they brought us a plate with three of the entrees we selected. They truly outdid themselves! My dream was to have a relaxed wedding, to listen to the water splashing, to cuddle under a blanket and have s’mores by the fire pit and it all came true. The Team at the Crescent Beach Club made the best s’mores for us to enjoy by the fire pit. I couldn’t have asked for a more memorable night and Wedding. Thank you to the incredible team at the Crescent Beach Club and special thanks to Stacie and Denise! You’re awesome and we already made a dinner reservation for next week :)

We just got married here this past weekend, and I couldn’t wait to write a review because of how incredibly perfect everything was. First off, the venue is magnificent. If you want a classy, elegant, yet laid back gorgeous beach environment, look no further. And it’s affordable! They are SO accommodating. Stacie, Matt, and Denise are the best humans on earth and will do whatever it takes to make sure your wedding is perfect. The chefs, the bridal attendant, not to mention the food and cake, the bar tenders, everything was so on point. I had nothing to worry about on wedding day because these guys took care of us. If you want all of your friends to talk about how your wedding is the best wedding they’ve ever been to (just like our friends did), book here!! :)

We chose Crescent Beach Club two years ago for a close to home and intimate “destination” wedding not knowing all that 2020 was going to bring. Through it all the wedding crew at Crescent Beach Club kept us informed with Covid-19 updates and worked with us closely in order for us to still have the wedding of our dreams. Despite all the regulations and new mandates, Crescent Beach Club went above and beyond to come up with new ideas to make our wedding special, but still within the guidelines. Our guests are still raving about every aspect of the event and the feeling they got of being away for vacation on an island for just one night. Now a month later we have received all our photos and the breath taking views make it seem like we’re weren’t even in the state of New York! Thank you to everyone at Crescent Beach Club for really making our wedding one to remember despite all that has gone on this year.

We had our wedding at The Crescent Beach Club, in August 2020, and this place made our day magical! Stacie and Denise were great handling our needs and concerns. The staff was very attentive, and made sure everything went perfect. The food here is amazing! A month later and my guests are still raving about all the delicious food they ate. When you get here you don’t realize the spectacular view you will receive. Enter the beach and you feel like you are not in New York, but a tropical setting. Also, considering the current pandemic they followed every rule and guideline for COVID-19 including temperature taking at the front door, guests were very comfortable. This venue went above and beyond to conduct their business professionally and still had a blast! We were not disappointed tying the knot here. It was the most happy, beautiful day we could ask for and so happy we chose The Crescent Beach Club!

We could not have been happier with our experience and wedding at Crescent Beach Club! Linda Marie, Stacie, Denise and the entire CBC team were outstanding and made our day truly memorable. My wife and I had originally booked our wedding for Memorial Day weekend 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we had to postpone the wedding to August 2020. To comply with the government mandated gathering restrictions, CBC came up with a creative and safe solution for us - we had back-to-back morning and afternoon receptions that allowed all our guests a chance to celebrate with us. Many of our guests were impressed with the venue’s palm trees and sandy beach that made everyone feel like they were at a destination wedding – they couldn’t believe they were on Long Island! The food was also a big hit with our guests – our guests especially could not get enough of the lobster mac and cheese and the lamb chops. No matter how many questions we had for the staff (and there were certainly a lot given the pandemic uncertainty), CBC happily answered every question we asked and eased all of our worries – given the circumstances, we could not have wished for a more perfect day!

I don’t even know where to start. We wanted a small intimate wedding and the Crescent Beach Club was the place to have it. So happy we found this amazing place! Everyone, literally everyone, at the Crescent is very nice, kind, and professional. A tremendous shoutout to Stacie who went above and beyond to make sure we get a wonderful wedding! She was very pleasant and easy to work with. I would contact her everyday with questions and concerns and she was always there to answer and ease the process. I was stressing out as any bride would, but Stacie was there with me just like my best friend would and did not let me worry about anything but showing up. She took care of everything and kept me posted as it goes, and it turned out amazingly! Our special day was PERFECT and all of out guests loved it and said they would come back. The beach view is breathtaking and I could not ask for more. I cannot wait to see our wedding pictures in such a beautiful venue and view! The food was great. The service was wonderful. Everything was top notch! Thank you very much Stacie, Denise, Valentina, and everyone at the CBC! You made our day happen during these tough times, and we appreciate that. Crescent Beach Club was really wonderful in making our \"mini-wedding\" COVID friendly and really special. We only got engaged 2 months ago, and we wanted to take advantage of some benefits of marriage now (while waiting for COVID to end lol). So we decided to re-imagine traditional weddings, and had a socially distanced mini-wedding! Stacie and CBC were SO accommodating in making our moment easy and safe. We connected to their WIFI for Zoom for some friends and out of town family, and we only had under 10 immediate family members present on site. They let us use their Chuppah on the beach, the \"bridal suite\" to hold our stuff, and we had a small private lunch by the open doors downstairs. We did this with only 5ish days planning, because our prior plans didn't work out. Stacie and her team were just splendid & thoughtful, and so great to work with. Thanks Stacie and CBC!

This July was suppose to be the best time of my life but because of COVID-19 I had to postpone my wedding. The Crescent has been nothing but spectacular this whole time. They let me hold a soft date for next summer when I was unsure of canceling and once I made the jump from this year to next they switched everything over no problem and no change in any pricing! Stacie and Linda are the best to work. It’s like talking with your cousins, so nice and personable. They truly care about you and your day! Also the view? COVID has upended the wedding industry and there's no playbook for anyone on how to have a wedding during a pandemic. Months of couples have needed to postpone or cancel. We had to reschedule twice and both times they have offered us new dates and have been willing to work with us to make sure our day is what we want it to be.

THE CRESCENT BEACH CLUB was our first and last venue we visited. We were blown away with the ambiance, scenery and amazing staff. Our rep. Denise Chevalier made us feel comfortable and at ease from the very beginning. Since the recent challenges in 2020, we have been faced with uncertainty and stress beyond what you normally feel during wedding planning. We were never prepared for what is now going on in the world, due to Covid-19 and the recent riots. We contacted Denise in a state of despair not knowing what to do regarding the wedding. She has gone above and beyond to ensure she understood what we were going through and put herself in our shoes. We can't begin to say how happy we are that Denise was able to explain the process and set up a new game plan for us. We would be lost without the caring staff at The Crescent Beach Club. This venue is truly the destination wedding of Long Island.

I do not think I would be as sane as I am right now without the help of the staff at the Crescent Beach Club! My situation has not been the easiest to deal with--I am a physician working on the \"front-lines\" and my husband-to-be also works in a very demanding field. As a result, we have not had the time to dedicate to the one event that is \"supposed to be the most important day of our lives\". With that being said, the staff at the CBC have gone above and beyond to help ease the stress and sadness I have felt throughout this time. We essentially gave up on any planning for the wedding because we knew our original date was not possible due to COVID-19. However, Stacie and Denise refused to let us abandon all hope. They have continued to work with us to help make our dreams a reality and we are now confident that we will be saying \"I do\" only a few months after the date we initially planned. Not only have they continued to communicate with me and be flexible with my hours, but they have also offered to help me with my vendors, as some of them will not be available on our new date and many of our plans have obviously also gone awry. We cannot wait to get married at our dream spot and we know that this would not be possible without such an accommodating venue :). On behalf of my family, my fiance and his family, thank you everyone! And thank you Kim for speaking with my parents when I could not be there to meet!

Since the beginning of these unforeseen circumstances, Crescent Beach Club and their staff have been nothing but compassionate, helpful and accommodating. We made the unfortunate decision to move our wedding from 2020 to 2021 this past weekend. Even with LIMITED, actually NO information from the state/county, Stacie, Linda Marie and Matt have gone above and beyond to calm my anxiety and make this NIGHTMARE livable! As all COVID brides know, the decision was not easy but good things are worth waiting for and why plan ONE wedding when you can plan TWO!? We can’t wait to celebrate next year at CBC! Post conference call, we had many discussions with Stacy. She knows our vision is helping us narrow down the options we received during our conference call, to better suit our needs/wants, like moving the wedding day by a week or two. Brides if you are scared, feel lost, and don't know what to do CALL STACY! She will help you navigate this new world we are in. NEW BRIDES:Congratulations first off! I came to The Knot to review tons of weddings so I hope you find this helpful. My fiance and I wanted a simple backyard style wedding, during the day, with some kind of water view, and amazing food. After debating back and forth on upstate venues, we decided to start looking at Long Island Venues. If you want to stray from the normal typical venues, with the same Italian style interiors and boring wedding food, you've come to the right place. We spoke with Kim, who totally understood our vision of a laid back wedding, and sold us on hosting our entire reception/cocktail hour on the beach. We are even moving our tables outside to take advantage of the beautiful views. The food options are endless (hello mini lobster rolls I'm talking to you) as well as the options to add on to your standard package (which you don't need because their standard gives you way more than any other venue). You and your guests wont regret hosting your big day here.

We fell in love with the Crescent Beach Club after attending a wedding there a few years ago. As soon as we got engaged, we knew we had to call them. The minute we got on the phone with Linda Marie our choice to have our wedding there was a no brainer. This review could tell you about how beautiful the space is, how the beach is to die for, and how delicious the food is. Which are all true, but this review is to tell you how the Crescent Beach Club made a difficult decision and easy one.When COVID hit, we had to make the tough decision to post pone our Summer 2020 wedding to Summer 2021. Thanks to Stacie and her team this move was one of the easiest things we have done. They were there every step of the way to support us, walk through the change, answer our 10,000 questions and make sure the transition was smooth. They made a stressful situation easy and we could not be more grateful. We can’t wait to have our wedding here!

Crescent was amazingly helpful and made the process of changing the date so easy. so easy to get in contact with and definitely calmed me down knowing I was in such great hands!! Denise has been super supportive and helped me calm down a bunch of times lol. I've never been to a wedding so I wasn't sure how a wedding was supposed to be. she has helped me with so much and always would check up on me to make sure I was on track. We fell in love with this venue in 2018 when we booked our 2020 wedding! When we had to postpone our wedding due to COVID this year, they were so kind and accommodating! Matt and Stacie offered so much support and have been so kind and understanding in helping us sort everything out. We cannot wait for our new 2021 date at the most beautiful venue on Long Island! It’ll be well worth the wait!!

So this rating is given before the wedding is going to happen... but it is still important for the current situation. Due to COVID-19, we are in the middle of postponing a day we have been looking forward to for over 2 years already! We are worried about safety so we have to push the celebration back another year. To say CBC has been great is an understatement. Denise was easy to contact when our fears started up in mid-April, and she talked us through all our options. We put a second date on hold for a little while to ease our fears, and when the deadline to decide on the date approached, Denise gave us a little more time to make this big decision. We appreciated that more than anyone can imagine.After finally making the call to postpone, Denise was on it by drawing up a new contract and honoring all the money we already put into the original contract. She has been patient, kind, and funny during this whole process & I don't think I would have kept my sanity had it not been for her. We feel the love at CBC and while we have to wait a little longer to celebrate there, we are soooooooo very thankful to have chosen them. It is crazy times like mid-pandemic when true colors are shown, and CBC(& Denise) are top notch. If you are considering Crescent, you will not regret it.

We are so lucky to have had our special day at The Crescent Beach Club in Bayville Long Island on Sunday. This place is so beautiful and immaculate. We had planned an intimate affair on a budget. Especially with the help of Stacie and all her suggestions, ideas, recommendations, time and effort, And especially Patience Through all the madness from the pandemic. Everything was just perfect looked beautiful and the food was delicious. 👍🏻Absolutely Perfect. We feel so lucky to have been able to get married on Sunday and just made it in time. I wish I could give 100 stars!!! From the minute we decided to have our reception at the Crescent Beach Club, we felt as though each staff member became family. The event planners genuinely wanted our wedding day to be exactly what we envisioned while also giving us crucial planning tips along the way. Everything was so incredibly well planned that we had ZERO stress on our wedding day. The Crescent’s beautiful scenery transports you into a tropical paradise and it truly feels like a destination wedding. The food and drinks are to die for. Our guests were in shock and awe at the quality and quantity of food. The food and drink pairings and creative dishes were out of this world. It’s hard to put into words just how happy we are to have had our special day at the Crescent Beach Club. Everything was PERFECT.

The moment we walked in I knew this was where we were getting married. We were able to get married on the beach just as I had always dreamed of. We had the water view and the palm trees! The weather was beautiful, guests kept saying they couldn’t believe it was Long Island. We had just a little over a 100 people which was perfect for us. This was the dream team that made this wedding happen - all of them were with us from start to finish and EVERY SINGLE promise was kept. This venue is magical, it is such a beautiful spot BUT honestly, the staff is what separates The Crescent Beach Club from the rest of the venues around. From start to finish, the team at CBC was honest, communicative and accessible. Any little question that I had, they answered immediately. I also wasn't passed around between people - the people I started with, I ended with. They also took meticulous notes on us and didn't forget things that we had mentioned. They were all over every single small detail. On the day of the wedding, they had everything set up perfectly - I couldn't have asked for a better, smoother wedding.Also, the pricing is amazing. They do not have a crazy \"25% service charge\" for the weddings so the price you see is what you pay. Next, the food is AMAZING. The veal chop at our wedding was 5-star steak house quality. There was so much delicious food at this wedding, couldn't believe it. Everyone was happy with their meals. From start to finish, this was a dream wedding. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK, you guys really made this wedding special for us.

The rating above comes with no exageration. People say that your wedding day should be one of, if not the most special day of your life. My wife and I would both agree that the Crescent Beach Club made this happen for us. The ENTIRE process of planning the wedding with them, to taking our bacon egg and cheese parting gifts with us upon leaving was absolutely seemless. The entire team at the Crescent are first class individuals. Our friends, familly and even complete strangers who heard about the wedding are still talking about how amazing the wedding was. The venue itself is breath taking and it is the first thing you realize without question. But what made the day so special for us were the people who work there. My wife and I would not change a thing. We can not thank everyone at the Crescent Beach Club enough for all they did.

Where to even start? I met Kim Mendelsohn at the bridal expo in January 2018. She gave me a ton of info and I spoke with her shortly after to set a meeting. I told her how my senior prom was at the Crescent in 2005 and I remembered how beautiful it was (the building as well as the beach setting)! The Crescent Beach Club was the first venue we looked at, and the other 2 we look at after didn’t even compare! We knew our hearts were set here. We booked our date in March 2018 and it was such a breeze to deal with Kim! She answered every single question we had right away and was so down to earth. We talked like old friends! She knew the boat we were in as she just got married a year before that (almost 2 now, Happy almost Anniversary Kim!). She was just wonderful. We’ll miss talking to her! After Kim, we were introduced to our Maitre’d, Stacie, another wonderful person! Stacie helped us with all of our last minute things and was so wonderful day of! Anything we wanted, they did. We like to think we’re pretty simple, and that’s how our wedding was. Simple and beautiful. The view of the water spoke for itself. Every guest came up to us saying they’d never been to a more beautiful venue before. We were married yesterday, 9/1/19.There isn’t enough wonderful things I could say about the staff, the food and the beautiful atmosphere of the Crescent Beach Club. They made our dream come true yesterday and we couldn’t be happier!

My husband and I got married at the Crescent Beach Club at the end of August. Overall, the wedding was beautiful, everyone had a great time and had great things to say about the food and the ambiance. The Crescent Beach club is a beautiful venue and Chef Val and her team are clearly an asset to the venue.But like with any wedding, there were a few snags - pretty much all of them because the Crescent’s events team missed a few beats. Honestly, they seemed to be under staffed to us and I am not convinced that they cared much about our wedding.- The events manager, has a lot of stuff that other brides and grooms have left behind that she offers future couples to borrow. We had arranged to borrow a sign for the ring bearer and nobody ever gave him the sign. He walked down the aisle empty handed. We had also arranged to borrow the venue’s cornhole, giant Jenga, and tic tac toe for the cocktail hour...those were never set up either...and our younger guests were genuinely disappointed about the beach games. My advice is don’t borrow anything, just bring your own, because they don’t remember to put it out anyway. Only things they remembered that we arranged to borrow were the card box and and some lanterns for the bride and groom table. - The officiant was not given a microphone and most of the guests were unable to hear the ceremony. Given that the crescent puts on 2 weddings a day, I would expect that they are used to having microphone checks. My officiant communicated that she didn’t think she had a working microphone to the events manager before she went down the aisle, and the event team’s response was “it’s fine, don’t worry about it.” This to us was a giant fail on the Crescent’s part. Is asking for a working microphone for the ceremony too much to ask? - The crescent has two bridal suites, one downstairs and one upstairs where all of the bridal party’s stuff gets moved when the reception starts so that the next bride can use the downstairs suite. The upstairs suite is basically a closet. And it is locked and the bridal attendant needs to let you in. However, anytime I needed to freshen up or put a gift in there my bridal attendant was nowhere to be found (or serving cake to guests one of the times). Each time was a 20 minute ordeal to find someone to get the key from her to let me in there. It was a pain in the ass. And when I went into the bathroom to see if the bathroom attendant could help me, she wasn’t bothered to stop her cell phone conversation to see if the bride needed anything. My advice to future brides is to arrange to have a solution to this ahead of time - especially if you plan to change dresses.- The upstairs bathrooms for the wedding are open to the public, so guests of the Crescent’s restaurant, Ocean, have access to them as well. We had put together an amenities basket for the men’s room, the entire contents of the basket had been pilfered by 1pm (reception started at 12:30pm). We suspect by restaurant guests, as men don’t carry purses and it would have been easy to see someone walking out with large objects. The only thing they left was the listerine. Our advice is don’t bother with a men’s room amenities basket.-Lastly, when we had our final meeting with the events team they made it sound like we would be getting a bunch of leftover food packed up. We had 10 adults no-show, and all we received was a piece of salmon, a braised short rib, and a half eaten piece of chicken. So set the bar low for leftovers.

I don't even know where to start, so I'll start from the very beginning! Our first time visiting the Crescent Beach Club (CBC), we fell in LOVE. My now-husband (weird to say) and I knew from the very beginning that we wanted our wedding on a beach and after a couple of site tours around the island, our last stop was CBC. We loved how we could have the ceremony and cocktail hour on the beach and during the reception, we could overlook the beach and guests could sit outside if they wanted too. We fell in love with absolutely everything, from the palm trees, the food menus, the space of the reception hall, etc. After choosing the CBC as our wedding venue, I would often go visit, JUST BECAUSE, it's absolutely gorgeous there and just straight out, amazing! All the staff at CBC are over-the-top. They are phenomenal and they really try to make everything as EASY as possible. Fast forward to the day of the wedding, our bridal attendant, Molly, was THE BEST. She was on top of her game, she had everything prepared and was there for us with whatever we needed. Molly made sure we had a great time, had some alone time after the ceremony to eat some food (she brought over all the food from our cocktail stations over for us!!). She made sure there was absolutely NOTHING for us to worry about. Our guests all enjoyed and fell in love with the CBC as much as my husband and I did. The food, the service, the venue, EVERYTHING was phenomenal and went as smoothly as it could possibly go. I hate to exaggerate but I cannot, CANNOT, compliment the staff at CBC for their exceptional work and service. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend the CBC, they will not disappoint.

If you ever wanted a destination wedding without the travel, THIS IS YOUR PLACE! The second I walked in I knew it was where I wanted to get married. On top of the beautiful beach and venue overall, the people who work there are so dedicated and know what they are doing! From the start, Denise was responsive and made our decision easy. Then we worked with Stacie leading up to the wedding and on the actual wedding day. This woman is AMAZING at her job! She gives you her cell phone number and tells you to text her at any hour at any time and she truly means it!! My best advice is to trust her and her team that they will make everything look beautiful and it takes away all of your stress! I loved how I was able to drop all my stuff for the wedding off a week before! Our guests raved about the food and the atmosphere overall. It was like we were on a tropical island with our closest family and friends and we had the absolute best time!

Paradise right here In New York! I’ve always dreamt of a destination wedding / wedding on the beach, our families however weren’t thrilled with the idea! Needless to say we went on a hunt to find beachfront venues and found this gem! From start to finish Kim and Stacey were beyond helpful and patient with us! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, food was amazing, guests were raving about every aspect of the wedding from food , to view( we had the most beautiful sunset),to even how helpful our bridal attendants were! One of our groomsmen ripped his pants and they sewed them back for him! This place is everything we could’ve dreamed of and more. My best friend told me this was better than any destination wedding I could’ve had! Our pictures look like we’re on a tropical island, and we didn’t have to get on a plane to get there!! It was the one and only venue we looked at for our special day.Denise was so accommodating with our price range, dates and amount of guests we wanted.Stacie was there for us every step of the way and at any time of the day. She was helpful, kind, sweet, honest, and made us feel like the most special and amazing couple in the entire world!On the day of the wedding, my bridal attend, Lume, was sweet and helpful. I was happy to have her by my side!Captain Deon was also so nice, accommodating and helpful during the entire day. He made our guests feel so welcome.Chef Valerie’s food is amazing and everyone is still talking about the delicious cocktail hour, the food overall and the desserts!All of our guests felt like they were at a destination wedding and were amazed at the views. This venue is absolutely amazing! Not only are the location and ballroom gorgeous, but the staff was incredible! I got married at the Crescent Beach Club on May 24th, 2019, and I have not one regret. The food was delicious and Molly the Bridal attendant made sure that my husband and I got to eat everything from cocktail hour! The Crescent Beach Club staff, especially Molly, Stacie, and Denise were the best! Stacie works with you throughout the most stressful times of wedding planning, Denise was there from the beginning and was a pleasure to work with, and Molly was absolutely amazing, she not made sure that I had my bouquet when it was misplaced, but she took the time at the end of the night to hold my flower girl when she was cranky and tired. I don't know any other staff that treats you like family! I would suggest the Crescent Beach club a million times over! Amazing experience!

A week after our wedding we're still getting calls and texts telling us how wonderful everything was from the food to the atmosphere to the service at the Crescent Beach Club. It was hardly surprising given how amazing they were during the planning process, but still thrilling to see that our guests experienced it, too.Everything was exceptional, largely because of Stacie. She helped us plan from abroad -- enabling us to feel completely involved with the details but at ease with the planning . She and Matt went out of their way to source Pimm's for our special cocktail and came up with wonderful ideas, including a beach ball toss rather than traditional throwing of rice. Stacie also worked with our photographer to make sure that was got some shots around the property -- it was important to her that the day was special for us and also that we had great photos to remember it.Kristen, too, was amazing as our bridal attendant. She make sure that both my husband and I had what we needed from food to some time to ourselves amidst the celebration. She managed to make us feel well taken care of, while still giving us privacy.The best thing that I can say about the Crescent Beach Club is that although our parents, my husband and I were hosting the wedding, the staff made us feel like we were guests.

We just had our perfect wedding at The Crescent Beach Club. It's a great location if you want to have a beach wedding close to NYC. Kim, Stacey, Matthew, Molly and the rest of the team did an amazing job from explaining everything in advance, keeping us on track for planning the big day and, most importantly, delivering everything we agreed upon and beyond on the wedding day. Everyone had a positive personality and made us feel more comfortable and calm on a day that can be very hectic. Our guests and we loved the venue and the food. We had welcome drinks, cocktail hour outside on the beach with open bar and plenty of appetizers and small plates, followed by a reception inside with a 3-course dinner.

My husband and I were married on Sunday afternoon, October 28, 2018 at The Crescent Beach Club. It truly was the best day of our lives. I’ve always wanted to get married here, since the day it opened. I was born and raised in Bayville, NY. And, I have frequented this beach every summer of my life. The staff at The Crescent, starting with Denise and Matt, helped us plan this event making all my wedding dreams come true with several meetings, changes, add ons, etc. They were extremely professional, very accommodating and they made us feel like family. On the day of the wedding, we met Stacie and Molly, and a few other staff members that guided us through every step of the event. The day was so perfect. They organized and decorated the entrance table and lobby, the beach ceremony, the cocktail room with food stations, and the main reception area so beautifully and better then I envisioned it could be! They even provided cute blankets for all my guests as they sat outside for the ceremony! We were so well taken care of by both amazing ladies all day, we truly felt like rock stars!! We would absolutely recommend this beautiful venue to anyone that loves the beach like we do!

The entire staff is incredible. Our guests can't stop talking about the evening! The food was delicious, you have the entire place to yourselves as well which is a huge plus ! From the minute we walked into The Crescent Beach Club, we knew it was the place we were going to get married. Besides falling in love with the gorgeous views, from our very first appointment, everyone was amazing to work with. Ron and Matt took their time to tour the venue with us and answer every question we had. While planning, we were able to attend several showcases and it was a great opportunity to try their delicious food and meet different vendors along with members of Crescent’s team. This was where we first met Stacie. Stacie was always available for any and all questions we had and made the planning process with picking food and table linens and other logistics super easy and smooth. Denise, who wasn’t even the maitre’d for our wedding, was there to support us with anything we needed along with all the other members of their team. The day of our wedding on 8/4/18, everything was beyond perfect. Stacie, Valentina (our bridal attendant) and the rest of the captains took care of every last detail. No one needed to lift a finger or worry about a thing. From making sure we had our private moment after the ceremony, to ensuring we enjoyed the food and drinks from our cocktail hour and reception, to transitioning from one moment to the next, the team had everything covered. We were able to enjoy and take in every moment of the whole day from the first look and ceremony on the beach, to cocktail hour and reception right through to the after party. Two months later, our guests are still talking about our wedding. They cannot stop raving about the gorgeous views and breathtaking sunset, along with the abundance of incredible food and alcohol from the cocktail hour, reception and after party. Getting married at The Crescent Beach Club was one the easiest and best decisions we made and are so grateful for the entire team. They made our wedding day truly an incredible experience. The whole day was magical and we cannot thank the entire Crescent team enough! Knowing we can go back again to their restaurant Ocean to see Stacie and the team, take in the sunset, and reminisce about all the details of our wedding day makes it even better!!! Stacie and Denise are amazing! They were both super helpful in planning my big fat Indian wedding. With over 350 guests, they helped me through the process and were accommodating to all my requests. The CBC was by far the best wedding venue that we went to and we knew that from our first initial meeting. Stacie our wedding planner and day of coordinator was and is the BEST!! The staff their is excellent and is willing to go above and beyond to help you out and be by your side the entire day. We ran into a slight issue a few days before but Matt the manager was able to help us out as best as he could. We knew that Crescent was the one for us from the moment we stepped in there. It is no where near your typical kind of venue. It was everything we wanted. Everyone there was very nice and they worked with us as we submitted our payments through the entire 2 years. The initial deposit was $5000 and let us pay it off a little at a time for as long as we needed to. The day of the wedding, everyone was perfect. Maitre D was amazing and helped us along the way when we got closer and answered my texts, even late at night. She checked up on us throughout our wedding day too and made sure our wedding was running smoothly. All our guests are still talking about how gorgeous the venue was. And everyone loved the food! Definitely highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!

The Crescent Beach Club is the nicest place to get married! The location is phenomenal - who doesn't love Long Island Sound - and the staff is exceptional. Stacie, Willie, Artie, Valerie, Kristen, I could go on and on...everyone at the CBC is a true pro and is focused 100% on the bridal party and on making sure that the event goes off beautifully. So many guests told us that ours was the best wedding they had ever attended because everything was so relaxed and the venue had everything to do with that. One tip - if you can, go with their recommendations for other vendors because those folks know the place inside and out. It made a difference, we thought. Beautiful place!

I cannot rave enough about the crescent! Everyone was saying my husband and I were such a calm bride & groom & that is LARGLY due to the amazing staff at crescent! They take care of EVERYTHING and will do whatever they can to make your day exactly how you want it! Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and so much more. Not to mention - it is the most stunning beach venue - our guests were floored by it! And the food is incredible !!

There are no words! Stacie and her team are more than incredible- they’re angels! They took care of everything from where to stage our photos- to making sure we ate at cocktail hour and dinner- to making us feel as amazing and special as possible. When it came to picking our perfect wedding day, this place had everything. This was the first venue we looked at and we instantly knew it was the pace. The beach was GORGEOUS and the rest of the venue was just impeccable. One event going on at a time and all the time, energy and attention you could possibly want/need on your wedding day. I had nothing to stress over and got to enjoy my wedding day with my husband, family and friends. And this is coming from the anti-bride lol. Not to mention, the restaurant alone is wonderful! Love, love, love this place and the staff!

Where do I even begin? Crescent Beach Club made our wedding absolutely perfect, down to every last detail. When we first visited CBC, we instantly fell in love. We met with Denise and she gave us the tour. It was the only venue we looked at where we just knew we could pictured getting married there. When we came in to sign our contract, they were accommodating from the beginning, and we felt a great connection to the staff. We had gone to a few showcases at CBC which was a great experience so that we could sample the food and get a feel for some of their vendors. The day we came in to pick our menus was daunting. We were worried about mixed opinions between us and my parents. However, the staff at CBC would not let us worry, or argue, and made sure to accommodate everyone (for example, my mom wanted Prime Rib for her meal but I did not want to have that as the beef option, so they brought a Prime Rib out just for her). I can honestly say that I felt we were in great hands leading up to the big day.The day of the wedding was just magical. The staff had everything set up as per my instructions, right down to the signature drink sign on the bar. It was these details that we really appreciated. We did our \"first reveal\" photos prior to the ceremony. There are so many wonderful locations on the property to take photos and we took advantage of them all. You have to get a photo on the lifeguard stand! As it came time for the ceremony, everything went smoothly. My bridal attendant, Valentina, and Maitre'd, Stacie, were both wonderful and attentive. All the staff gathered around to watch the ceremony which I thought was truly special.Cocktail hour and the reception were nothing less than perfect. We got so many compliments from our guests, stating that this is the best wedding they have ever been to. The food was amazing, from cocktail hour to dinner to dessert. CBC truly does offer something special for weddings and I am so glad we found them. Would 100% recommend!

Let me start off by saying WOW! Stacie, Valentina & the rest of the staff at The Crescent Beach Club were AMAZING!!!! We had our wedding there in April. Stacie helped us plan everything from start to finish, and to top it off, it was all so STRESS-FREE! Everything was beautiful. The Crescent Beach Club crew made our wedding day PERFECT! Our guest still are taking about how amazing our cocktail hour was! Not only was they food AMAZING, the food presentation is beautiful. My guest took more pictures of the food displays than of themselves! The main course and deserts didn’t disappoint either. I can’t thank them enough for everything. Not only does Stacie think of every little detail, she is very organized, attentive (answering text messages weeks to days before the wedding within minutes!) but they all care so very much about their client’s happiness. It’s very obvious that they all love their jobs, it shows big time in their work. If you book your event with The Crescent Beach Club, we promise you will NOT be disappointed!! Thank you so very much for making the Zablow wedding something we always will remember! ☺

Where do I start!? THIS IS THE BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER! We had our wedding reception there on 6-2-17 and it was a dream! Denise gave us the tour and immediately we fell in love. We LOVE the beach and this is the only place you can be right on the water! And there is palm trees! We were sold! Stacie was amazing at helping us plan everything from A-Z. So kind, so patient and so creative! She helped us so much during the planning and the day of the wedding! It was a blessing to have such an awesome woman with us every step of the way! We had a tropical themed wedding for 350 guests and if you were to look at any of our photos- it looks like a destination wedding! Our family and friends still rave about the wedding every time we see them! The sushi bar was a hit and we were lucky enough to have our cocktail hour outside (and extended) because we were blessed with a beautiful day! To end a night full of non-stop dancing and partying we headed back outside to an after party with fire pits and bar food. I know I am biased because it was my wedding but WOW! The Crescent Beach Club sure can host a rager! I tell all my friends I want them to get married there just so I can attend a wedding there! Plus, I know they wont be disappointed. We can't wait to go back to The Crescent Beach Club for our first anniversary dinner so we can relive the best day of our lives!

Everything about this place is amazing, from the people who work there to the beautiful ambience and beauty of this location. This was the first venue we looked at and new right away this is it. (We went to others but I knew I was going back to the Crescent 🤗) If you love the beach and or ever though about a destination wedding, it's hear right on Long Island. Another thing that I love about this venue is that it is updated and modern look. No old ballroom carpet! We first meet with Denise who worked with our budget and was more than accommodating with our dream wedding wants and likes. Stacie our party planner was just as amazing. Stacie had all attention to detail and made the entire night flawless! Both ladies I have to say love their job and always warm and welcomed by with big smiles and hugs.And the food!!!!! One word DELICIOUS! Everything that was served, which the bridal attended makes sure you have a taste of everything on your plate. (she was great all night was there seeing what we needed/wanted) All my guest are raving about the food. Crescent Beach Club is one of Long Islands best venues from start to finish hands down! Go check it out ladies!!!

Thank you to Ron, Stacy and the whole staff of The Crescent Beach Club! They helped my husband and me pull off a truly extraordinary, unusual and beautiful beach front winter wedding! From the photos on the beach (covered in snow!), to the ceremony in a heated tent on the sand, this venue provided true romantic wedding elegance. The food was fantastic and unexpected for wedding fare (ex. sword fish and lobster rolls), and the customer service was second to none. Additionally, the staff to guest ratio was great, and we always felt as if all of our guests were being catered to. Thank you for a truly incredible wedding night!

The Crescent Beach Club is an amazing wedding venue and I would highly recommend anyone to hold an event there. Our wedding was on 10/08/17 and it was absolutely perfect. The location itself is beautiful, transporting you to a destination that feels tropical, yet classy and cool. The staff at CBC went above and beyond for us, from the waiter to the general manager. They fulfilled every request we had, even preparing specific dishes and cocktails. The food was plentiful and delicious, and the bartenders poured generously. In addition, the platters and plates themselves were beautiful and interesting, not boring and stodgy. The chef (Chef Val) was wonderful and went above and beyond. In fact, that is the attitude of every staff member. The best kept secret of this place is the amount of support they give you in the planning process and on the day of your wedding. Stacie, the event planner, will not only answer every question you have but offer solutions and get creative with what she has on site. (Ex: She suggested we use some baskets from a previous wedding to hold our flip flops by the dance floor.) The amount and quality of staff who attend to the bride and bridal party was excellent. I felt calm and well cared for by people who know what they are doing. I also know that all my vendors were well treated, which is so important. This place really exceeded all my expectations and did everything they could to help me enjoy my wedding with my family and friends at a magical venue.By the way, we had our cocktail hour inside and outside, followed by ceremony outside and then our reception on the ground floor. Dining tables were on the deck and dancing was inside. It was absolutely magical!

My husband and I got married at the Crescent Beach Club in October. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. We live abroad, and had the difficult task of planning a wedding from London. Stacie was so helpful in the planning process and accommodative of our scheduling issues in the months leading up to the wedding. The actual wedding day exceeded all of our expectations! Stacie and her team worked so hard to make the day completely stress-free for us, and everything went off smoothly without a hitch! Everyone at CBC was so attentive. We felt completely taken care of the entire day - whether it was making sure we ate enough food, or even helping me bustle my dress. The food was incredible - our guests are still talking about how much they enjoyed cocktail hour and dinner. Everything about the reception was just perfect! I can't thank CBC enough for making the day so special.

The Crescent Beach Club was amazing! Exactly what we were looking for regarding a beach wedding on LI. The location was convenient and the staff there were super friendly. Especially Stacie and Denise. All of our guests had nothing but great things to say about the place. The vendor was upfront about everything, no last minute surprises and they work with you as a team rather than against you. Super accommodating and felt like family in the end! Would definitely recommend them.

As the parents of the bride, we recommend Crescent Beach Club 100 percent! We had our daughter's wedding here on Saturday,10/14/17. The wedding was absolutely incredible! One guest after another commented how this was the best wedding they had ever attended. Thanks to many meetings with Stacie and Ron, we were able to customize the appetizers, dinner entrees and after party selections to present the choices we wanted. Everything, from the cocktail hour on the beach, to the elegant ballroom, to the after party with bonfires and food, was perfectly executed. The large dance floor and stage was the perfect setup for a hopping dance party all night long. Stacie even thought of the mini egg bacon cheese sandwiches to go. Thanks to Stacie and Ron, the bride and groom's wedding fantasy became a reality. Stacie is a gem! She is exuberant and cares about making your wedding absolutely wonderful. Thanks so much to Stacie and her staff for a once in a lifetime destination wedding on Long Island!

I cannot say enough good things about the Crescent Beach Club!! The first time my husband and I walked into the venue we knew this was the place! We got the feels and they always say listen to your instincts! Our instincts were correct, our big day was absolutely perfect. From the first day with Denise and then wedding planning with Stacie, I couldnt have been happier with our experience. Everyone had a great time and loved the food. People who saw pix kept asking me where I had my destination wedding.. oh just in Bayville, Long Island, NY. I used almost all their preferred vendors and they were spectacular. This venue seriously knows what they are doing and made the experience all along the way a pleasure.

I wish i could give a 100 stars. I am still on a high from my wedding 1 month ago. Where do i begin.. Denise, Stacie and the entire beach club staff were impeccable and made my wedding the absolute best day. From the moment we booked the Crescent beach club we were made to feel like family. Stacie is the most incredible person on the planet. The personal attention she gave me and my family and her attention to detail was unbelievable. She answered every question, had an idea for everything, there was never a problem only a solution. The Crescent looks like a destination wedding in the Caribbean. The view is amazing, the food is delicious, the staff is personable and attentive ..I could go on and on. The day went by way too fast, i wish I could do it all again. We have already asked to crash another wedding just to see everyone again and actually have time to eat everything. I honestly miss Stacie and Denise and can't wait to visit the Crescent again to see them. You would be an absolute fool to not book the Crescent. They give a 1000% to every bride and groom. They made me and my husband feel like a king and queen for the day! I can't say enough good words I can't thank them enough! I am eternally grateful for making my wedding the most memorable an unbelievable event. The compliments we have been getting...best wedding ever..best venue..best food....I am completely in love with them and can never say enough good things!!!!
