My husband and I had our wedding here in June and it was BEYOND gorgeous. The grounds are so beautiful and the staff made essentially every part of the club available to us. It's also extremely private - we felt like our wedding was in a private resort. There was so many beautiful landscapes for photos, including their bridge, lake and front of the club.\r\rThe one advice I'd offer would be to hire a coordinator. They have so many events going on and the staff is in and out of the office so frequently that it's helpful to have another event planner helping you sort all of the details. Other than that, they were extremely flexible and catered to all of our requests!

We had a beautiful sunset cocktail hour on the back patio with the formal reception in the ballroom and interior patio. We had 120 guests which felt just right - there was room to move around and yet never felt vacant. Having both settings allowed the older crowd to relax outside while the young ones danced inside while being fluid enough that no one feels left out or at a different party. They allowed us to bring things in a day or two early since the didn't have any conflicting events which really helped. We did have a coordinator but their kitchen manager was very on top of everything as well. The only drawback was the gate. It is a private community and we had constant trouble getting on site, including our vendors getting on site, leading up to and the day of the wedding. If they can get the gate listing more organized it would make my review a 5 star!

The Crosby is a beautiful private golf course in Rancho Santa Fe. The venue is perfect for an intimate wedding. The Crosby has personality, but not over the top. Much more stylish than your average hotel ballroom, yet laid back and elegant. The staff was great pulling together all the details on the day of wedding. Most guests would not have heard of this venue before, so it's a nice interesting opportunity for everyone to check out some place new.

My wedding at The Crosby Club was truly my dream wedding. The venue was beautiful. The rolling green golf course and flowers everywhere made for a spectacular and impressive view.\r\rEverything went above and beyond my expectations. Liz is so great to work with - she is kind, understanding, patient and calm! I didn't have to worry about a thing on my wedding day. It actually rained that day, and she moved the ceremony to a different spot seamlessly. The food tasted like a 4 star restaurant - the presentation was beautiful and the waiters worked flawlessly. \r\rThis is truly a hidden gem. I would have my wedding here 10 times over if I could. I'll never forget Liz's kindness the whole way through the planning process and during the day of. Absolutely amazing.
