Newcastle, IN, is home to the charming wedding venue of The Crossing On 38. This elegant, spacious location covers over nine acres of land, providing couples with a customizable space to celebrate their love with friends and family. With indoor and outdoor options, newlyweds can host ceremonies and receptions in one glamorous site. The Crossing On 38 offers two gorgeous function halls. The Grand Hall boasts a beautiful high ceiling with wood paneling supported by exposed beams of darker wood. Sparkling chandeliers fill the space with warm light, complimented by natural lighting from the large front window. This venue can accommodate over 400 guests, providing room for dining tables, a head table, a band or DJ, and a dance floor. Wedding parties can use the adjacent entertainment suites, with vanities along a long bar top, comfortable seating, and great lighting, perfect for daily preparations and touch-ups. The Celebration Hall is another on-site venue for intimate gatherings of smaller numbers. With neutral gray walls and sheer, airy curtains, this room is the perfect blank canvas to add personal touches and décor. This can also become a space to serve cocktail hours for events in the Grand Hall. Couples are entitled to various amenities during their time at The Crossing On 38. Pre-wedding consultations can be arranged to coordinate with the team before the day arrives, followed by final details meeting closer to the date. The space is available to newlyweds and their guests for up to 15 hours, including indoor and outdoor sites. The happy couple and their wedding parties can make use of private suites on the morning of the wedding. An on-site kitchen can be prepped for the convenience of caterers.

I am very happy will our event held at The Crossing on 38. They truly have made it into a beautiful venue and is so unique and can be used for several different purpose/events. We had our market places Christmas party for Farm Credit and it was wonderful! The entire process was easy and stress free! They accommodate you to make your event just perfect the day of!

This venue is TOP TIER! Great communication from start to finish. The staff was professional, courteous and helpful. The facility was set up for us and clean up was minimal. They take care of everything . The kitchen was spotless. Our caterer was impressed with the kitchen set up. It made their job easier so they were able to really focus on our guest. Bartender, Ellis, was amazing! He was professional but fun! If you’re looking for an absolutely stunning venue, this is the place! It might be in a small town but it looks like a big city venue. The look, the feel, the staff, everything will make you feel like you are in a big city venue. Everything but the staff, they remind you that you’re in a small town and it’s all about you! Small town values with a big city feel. The best of both worlds.

This was a wonderful venue to work with. We (Primo) catered a wedding held here. There was plenty of space for us to serve a buffet. The kitchen is larger than most with a good amount of prep space. Loading and unloading was very easy with a back entrance for us. The wedding coordinator was wonderful to work with and helped with our timeline and dropping off of our equipment. We hope to work at this venue again in the future and highly recommend it!

This venue is beautiful with so much versatility! The management takes great pride in helping their couples have the wedding day they dreamed of. I recommend adding this location to your must see list

This place is a class act. They were always available to answer every question, even on a Sunday. Seveana, was the kindest person and I would highly recommend there venue. They have so much to offer and it is a beautiful venue
