We had our wedding reception here and it was absolutely beautiful! Natalie and Cindy were wonderful to work with - very responsive and open to anything you may want to have at your reception. They graciously allowed us to have a live band and ice cream sundae bar. It was absolutely worth it to have it here - they set up all of our decor and we didn't have to stress about getting it done or cleaned up after the event. I had enough things to worry about already - it was so nice to stop in the day before and check out the space already set up and beautiful. Also, this space includes the lobby/foyer area and so many of our guests enjoyed being able to get away from the music to just sit and chat. It was especially nice as our wedding was big and guests didn't have to be squished into one space all night.

Cindy and Natalie worked so hard to make sure everything was how we wanted it to be. The convenience of the full service allowed us to focus on getting ready while the staff set up all the decorations for us. They did so well to make sure that everything was set how we wanted it to look. The day-of staff were so friendly and high energy, they made sure the bridal party got some of the appetizers before the grand entrance, and just helped the whole evening run so smoothly. The Crown Room is a beautiful venue on its own and will look amazing however it is decorated. Between the beautiful place and the amazing staff, it was easy to have a fun, memorable, and stress free wedding!

We had the most beautiful wedding at The Crown Room! When planning our wedding we wanted to ensure that our venue would be supportive and helpful, which is exactly what we got at the Crown Room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the best night. Cindy, Natalie, and Tami were so helpful with tours, planning, setting up, and being accommodating for last minute requests and changes as the night went on. Our timeline was impacted by the ceremony starting late, and Tami was amazing with adjusting our dinner time. The rest of the staff was so kind and helpful. We had so many guests tell us what amazing staff members they had there. We also had a fantastic time using 3 beautiful spaces. A cafe, main room, and outdoor space offered people different areas to hang out and mingle with family members. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone because of the level of professionalism and care that went into our wedding. It truly was a magical night. :)

Day of, this was the VERY BEST team to work with. Their bartenders were wonderful, their serving staff quick and efficient, and their nightly crew was AMAZING! I have to give a HUGE shout out to the kids who were stuck cleaning up our dance floor multiple times throughout the night over our split drinks. They could have been so annoyed and upset, but instead they can out and danced while they cleaned! It was an absolute ball and my guests definitely wanted them to stay (they had some pretty sweet moves!). My biggest feedback is if you host a bar, make sure you talk to the staff in TOTAL spend (taxes and fees included) otherwise the 22% service charge could definitely ruin your night. Again, we love love LOVED our wedding night! Thank you so so much to the Crown Room team! <3

If you want the WOW factor this is the place to go. Cindy Hunnicutt, Banquet Sales and Marketing Director was phenomenal. She treated our wedding event as if it was her own personal event, she was all in. Cindy was professional, accommodating, helpful, understanding, calming, prepared, attentive, simply outstanding. I cannot put into words just how happy I am that we chose the Crown Room for my daughters wedding. If you are looking for a wedding venue, this is the place to go! When we were able to actually have out reception in August 2021, the experience was amazing. The staff and bartenders were very attentive and well trained. Many of my guest commented on how wonderful the service was and how smoothly the night ran. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

When Looking for a venue we cycled through quite a few amazing places, but when we found the Crown Room we knew we found the venue for us. The staff and the space were amazing. They were very open on all changes over the crazy year that was 2020 and kept us in the loop on all info as it became available. Great experience overall! Downside was the food we had as bride and groom. We picked the steak and a lemon shrimp dish and they were both horrible. However, our guests all said their food was fantastic. They had the pork and the chicken wrapped in bacon. Beautiful venue, overall good customer service, easy to work with.

When Covid hit she updated us on a regular basis, and was fair and flexible with the several reschedules we had. If you're looking for a beautiful affordable venue with amazing service, this is the place!

Everyone was so helpful and attentive during our tour and the process to begin planning. When COVID-19 hit Gina was so kind as to walk us through our options and help us figure things out. Also, highly recommend the wedding open house they hold! It is such a great opportunity to get to know the venue and all it has to offer as well as try some delicious food. You will not regret holding your reception at this beautiful venue.

I wish I could give Gina and the Crown Room more than 5 stars. When we first started looking for a reception venue, I had a pretty defined vision and budget. We ended up choosing The Crown Room because Gina impressed me with her organization, the fact that the staff took care of all of the decorating for us and all of it fit into what we had budgeted. Then we got to do the food and dessert tastings and we were even more excited. When COVID hit, we rescheduled our early April wedding to the end of July and Gina was outstanding making sure all the details got transferred and worked with me as I got all 6 of our other vendors switched over. We talked weekly in May and June as she helped us work through re-planning. Ultimately we decided to get married vs. postponing our wedding again from the July date, so we did not get to experience the awesome Crown Room for our reception and I was so disappointed. However, Gina continued to work with us as we to figure out details for our smaller wedding and even sent a message on our wedding day letting us know they were thinking of us. I wish we could have had our reception at The Crown Room and I would recommend them to anyone who asks, over and over.

However, Gina continued to work with us as we to figure out details for our smaller wedding and even sent a message on our wedding day letting us know they were thinking of us. I wish we could have had our reception at The Crown Room and I would recommend them to anyone who asks, over and over.

We had our ceremony and reception here. Gina and Jen were professional and knowledgable to work with and made planning our wedding from out-of-state easy, stress free, and fun! This venue was the perfect setting for a warm and cozy atmosphere and they partner with the best of the best vendors. It was the perfect size for our 130 guest count and our guests described the atmosphere as beautiful, gorgeous, and enchanted. We rented uplighting and edison bulbs from a preferred vendor and the Crown Room provided an amazing fireplace focal with fairy birch lighted trees. I also appreciated that this venue allowed us to release Sky Lanterns and Sparklers, features that many venues would normally not allow. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was not being able to have Gina or Jen on site with me the day of the wedding and having to work with staff I hadn't met prior to the wedding day. As with all weddings there were a few small hiccups throughout the day that could have easily been prevented had I been able to work directly with the day of manager. Other than that, you're in good hands here and have a team that wants to give you an amazing day!

We loved our December 2018 wedding at the Crown Room! Gina and Jen were a joy to work with. They made the whole process of booking and planning so easy and stress free. One of the main reasons we were interested in the Crown Room (besides the beautiful fireplace, large windows, and ceiling beams) was because they are a full service vendor. We had our ceremony and reception in the same room, they have their own chef and pastry chef, wait staff and bar service. The food is sooo good! From the open house in January that had appetizer/cake tasting and entree tasting a few months before the big day, we were constantly impressed and stuffed! We received countless positive reviews from family members and guest on how incredible the dinner, cupcakes and hors d’oeuvres were at the wedding. Some guests even describes the food service as “magical,” the servers seem to appear out of no where and serve all tables at the same time. We chose to have our ceremony on site as well as the reception. We loved being able to create our own aisle design and ambience. The guests did not sit in rows but instead at the tables they would be served dinner. I loved how this was set up, it felt more cozy and less formal and intimidating to me and my husband. We were allowed to take photos on site before the ceremony. There are many beautiful locations on the Crown Room grounds as well as inside to take photos as a large group or as a couple. We found it very sweet that this beautiful room was nestled in a senior living facility. There were many residents that would sit in their front lounge and admire all the beautiful dresses and give such kind compliments and advice to us newlyweds!I could go on and on about what an amazing experience we had at the Crown Room. Bottom line, if you love this venue book it before it’s too late!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Our experience at The Crown Room was beyond amazing! This was the first venue we toured, and nothing compared. The service, attention to details, professionalism, response time, helpfulness, flexibility, and kindness won us over immediately. Our expectations were met and exceeded by Gina, Jen, Kristen, and all of the staff! We constantly felt taken care of. It felt like we were their sole focus during the entire planning process. The food was AMAZING! Everything from the Potstickers and Meatball appetizers, to the main entrees, and finally the cake was impeccable. Our guests raved about the meals, the drinks, the service, and the venue itself all night, and still afterwards! The Crown Room definitely made our day go from great to unforgettable.

If I could give them 6 stars, I would! Our experience at The Crown Room was beyond amazing! This was the first venue we toured, and nothing compared. The service, attention to details, professionalism, response time, helpfulness, flexibility, and kindness won us over immediately. Our expectations were met and exceeded by Gina, Jen, Kristen, and all of the staff! We constantly felt taken care of. It felt like we were their sole focus during the entire planning process. The food was AMAZING! Everything from the Potstickers and Meatball appetizers, to the main entrees, and finally the cake was impeccable. Our guests raved about the meals, the drinks, the service, and the venue itself all night, and still afterwards! The Crown Room definitely made our day go from great to unforgettable.

If you're considering getting married at the Crown Room, my advice is to DO IT!!! We had the best day ever, and the Crown Room and their staff was a HUGE part of that! They were amazing with the whole planning process, provided such great feedback and suggestions, and always followed up on emails within a day or two. It was very easy to get in contact with them, which is a big thing when it comes to wedding planning! Gina and Jen are extremely organized, and have the planning process completely laid out down to the smallest details. They are very clear on their rules and expectations which is very helpful when it comes to planning. Our wedding day was better than we ever could have imagined - the ballroom looked STUNNING, all of the decor in the ballroom and all of the tables in the main entrance area with our guestbook, gift table, etc. were set up perfectly. The staff was so incredibly friendly and did an amazing job passing out our appetizers. When the wedding party arrived to the Crown Room from our bus, they were even waiting as we got off with appetizers for us! We got so many compliments on the meals and how delicious they were! The food was passed out in a very timely manner, and was all still warm and perfect when it was served, which was a big deal to us. We had two flavors of cake, and they were both so good! At the end of the night, the staff took everything down for us and packed it up, we hardly had any clean up to do! Everything from start to finish at the Crown Room was amazing, and I highly recommend them as a venue!

The pastry chef got lots of thumbs up on the two amazing cake flavors! People cleaned their plates! The banquet staff did great at serving and cleaning up and everything was very organized. Items were setup how explained/talked about. Overall the place is a 5 STAR!! The only negative is the parking, wish there was more closer but not the end of the world. We had 40 degree weather on our Jan 20th wedding so got lucky! RECOMMEND 100%. Love the place and the helpful staff.

Jen and Gina made the wedding planning process very easy. There was some miscommunication during the process and the bartender wasn't told our hosted bar restrictions. Besides that our wedding day was perfect. The food was amazing and the service was great.

The Crown Room was a beautiful location for our wedding reception. Our wedding planner commented that the place looked even better in person than in the pictures she had seen. Our experience with The Crown Room was beyond anything we could have imagined. From our first meeting with them to the day of our wedding, The Crown Room's staff was so easy to work with. Detail orientate in every aspect which made our day flawless! I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with! We didn't have to worry about a single thing the day of our reception -- they took care of everything! Set up, take down, and making sure that everything was where it was supposed to be. Bartenders, serving staff, everyone was wonderful from the start to the very end. When something was spilled they were right there cleaning up the mess and the young man managed to enjoy himself getting a few dance moves in while he performed his duty. Loved it!! All of our guests raved about the food and drinks! They were beyond impressed with the service and coordination. From the butler passed hors douevres, signature cocktails, to the meal presentation, everything was fantastic! The venue is beautiful indoors on its own and requires very few decorations to make a statement. We continue to hear so many comments on our wedding day :) Additional perks include the proximity to hotels -- within walking distance!We can not thank Gina and Jen along with their team enough for helping us through the planning process, recommendations and execution! Gina and Jen were great, though I didn't do much of the planning. My wife had nothing but great things to say about them both throughout the whole process! The room looked amazing the day of! I would suggest the harvest style dining setup for the bridal party, as it was a great way to interact with the people you are closest with, while also having a stunning view of the fireplace as a backdrop. The food was excellent, and the staff was amazing on the big day! I could not be more impressed with the whole experience from start to finish!

Additional perks include the proximity to hotels (it's within walking distance from 2) and the grounds are beautiful with lots of greenery for taking photos which made it super easy after the ceremony. Working with Gina and Jen - for more than a year - has been a pleasure the entire time, as they absolutely made the planning process a breeeze - on top of that, they genuinely care about your day, are fun, and truly know what they were doing (able to offer great suggestion, referrals, and advice). I truly felt like I was the only bride they were working with, with how much time they dedicated to meeting with you, letting you see the space, and listening to all of my questions/ comments/ concerns :) Their day-of execution was great - they decorated exactly as I wished (better, actually!) and have a great staff overall, from the bartenders to the servers to the door greeters. The reception venue was beautiful, the food was excellent, and our guests loved it! Gina was was very helpful and accomodating. Unfortunately, another coordinator, who was not organized, helpful, or very knowledgeable about the job, was in charge of our wedding. We were quoted a much lower price than was realistic for our guest number, and the planning communication was a nightmare at times. Overall, this was a perfect reception, but we were certainly not given the service that we were told we would get or that others had told us about, making the planning rough.

My husband and I found the Crown Room by \"accident\" when we were out on a walk. It is the best \"accident\" ever. Truly serendipitous. The crown room was the best. The staff is exceptional. Gina, the manager, is organized,kind, helpful, patient, and detailed. Shannon and the rest of the team are no different. Each person I met and worked with contributed to making our day perfect. The space is absolutely gorgeous, with no need for some of the expensive \"extras\" like ceiling draping, chair covers, etc. The food is absolutely amazing, including the cakes - we had the crown room signature steak and the chicken saltimbocca. Both were amazing and the serving sizes were generous, not even our groomsmen could finish their plates. We had cupcakes as well as a small cutting cake in two flavors- 1. Orange + strawberry and 2. lemon berry. Both were so delicious! The bar tenders were friendly, the servers were professional and so helpful. I cannot speak highly enough about the crown room. I highly recommend the Crown Room to anyone in the west metro {or anywhere!} for their excellent staff, great value, and delicious food.

You will find that the 2 wedding coordinators here handle everything!! They truly cared about what exactly my fiancé and I wanted, and made it reality!!! The service they provided is far above anything I could have ever imagined, and the food is amazing!!! All of our guests said they have never had such great food at a Wedding!!! \r\rAll in all!!! I would recommend The Crown Room to anyone getting married!! My sister in law was married there as well, and I know we will continue to recommend The Crown Room to anyone getting married in the future!!!

The coordinators(Gina and Stephanie) were very responsive throughout the entire wedding process. No matter how small of detail I was requesting, the made me feel the most important person they were working with and all questions were a good question. With all the last minute changes we had to make, everything was executed flawlessly. The most common feedback from our friends and family was the food was phenomenal! In fact we went to a wedding at this reception site and that is what tipped our decision. It has a wonderful welcoming open feel with vaulted wood rafters, stone water feature indoors, floor to ceiling fireplace, and separate fish room and lounge area. Price of the location was very competitive to other locations that accommodated the size of our event, and food prices were excellent. I have nothing but positive things to say about this venue.

The Crown Room will blow you away from start to finish. The location is spacious, open, and beautiful, and the staff really take care of the event as if it were their own wedding. Our family and friends were comfortable, happily fed, and treated with the utmost respect throughout the entire event.

The staff at the Crown Room were absolutely amazing from the very start of our planning process until the very last decoration was cleaned up at the end of the wedding night. I have received countless comments from our wedding guests that my wedding was their favorite wedding they have ever been to. The food and cake were excellent, location great with the Hampton Inn right next door, and they had fantastic reccommendations for other vendors. My wedding was my dream come true due to this reception venue!

The Crown Room was wonderful to work with. All my guests were tellling me what a beautiful venue it was and how great the service was. When my husband and I arrived at the reception there were literally 10 members of the service crew there to greet us and one person designated to take candid pics of my new husband and I. I was also very impressed with how quickly the food was served. The people in the back of the room were getting served at the same time as the front of the room because The Crown Room provided so many servers for our event. \rI can not say enough great things about this venue. If you book with them, you will not be disappointed!
