After attending a 3 hour meeting with the bride to be in order to be her extra eyes and ears , take notes and pics and be the person to ensure she had no stress on her big day … the majority of what she asked for was not delivered. On her big day I asked to view the reception space before the ceremony started to endure everything was up to par and was told no. The ceremony space was not accented in her color selections , the drinks to be available on bride and groom suite were not there and I had to have someone get them , no red carpet as agreed upon at front door( they said because of potential rain … 0% chance on that day ) no greeter for guest as agreed upon , no uplighting as agreed upon , many guests complained coordinator was extremely rude to them , so many things that were in the contract were not honored that to list them all would take several pages . The excuses for why contract wasn’t honored were beyond ridiculous. This venue needs to close down and spend some serious money upgrading the facility PROPERLY, purchase items they’ve offered in the packages ( and wait until last minute to tell you the items are not available) and properly train staff . Some of it I didn't notice till after the wedding. I believe they told me everything I wanted to hear to lock me into an agreement and then on the day of my wedding when I couldn't do anything about it there was no follow through. They made several last minute changes (week before the wedding). For a bride that is scary. First, they decided to change the tables from round to barn style. Which I didn't like because it didn't go with the theme. They changed it back. But complained about how much work it takes. The coordinator was unprofessional and rude to guest and bridal party. I didn't like that she talked badly about past and current customers and former employees. They redid the floors (it was needed). 2 days before my wedding. It was a completely different design than before and didn't really go with the current tile. But I didn't make a fuss. At that point it was nothing I could do. They didn't have the right color for my centerpieces. I was informed of that the night before the wedding. I'm assuming that's why they didn't incorporate the colors downstairs in the ceremony area like they told me. Chairs had a lot of dust and dirt on them. Ceremony was still being setup as guest arrived. Guest was coming in the backdoor (not organized). The package comes with a day of coordinator. Who didn't coordinate that much. My family had to greet guest as they entered. I didn't get the red carpet or red velvet ropes or canopy that was in my agreement. I texted my feedback to the owner who made up excuses as to why I didn't get things. She took no accountability. There was alot more stuff but I didn't want to complain. Reviewed on 29-06-2022
