We had our wonderful wedding at the Curtis this past May 2023 and it was amazing! The food was great, service was excellent, the venue was beautiful with access to the terrace rooftop. Cheyenne was so helpful through every step of the process. We also got to stay at our requested suite for the wedding night. Everything went so we well and we highly recommend this venue if you want to stay in the Denver area! thank you to everyone at the Curtis! Reviewed on 16-10-2023
Lindsey Welsh(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-05-2021 Finding a wedding venue during a pandemic is almost impossible, but Megan and her team at The Curtis made it not only possible, but pretty perfect! Megan went out of her way to allow us to tour the hotel even when it wasn't open to the public and was so attentive to our needs every step of the way. We were able to customize our wedding package, from the food, to the drinks, to the venue itself. I would get married every weekend if it could be at The Curtis!!! Reviewed on 22-06-2021
Carla Williams(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-09-2018 We were recently married at the Curtis and we would highly recommend this venue for your special day. From the minute we met Macy the Director of Events we knew we had found our place. She made the process fun and something to remember. The staff was amazing and our night went perfectly. Our guests could not stop raving about the service, food and wonderful personalities. We did not worry about a thing and got to step back and have so much fun. Reviewed on 14-10-2018
S Goodloe(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-11-2017 4.9 Fall weddings at the Curtis Denver are the best! Not only do you have access to a fireplace, great up-lighting, candles and games in the ceremony and reception space, but you get the opportunity to work with Macy and Kellee, two of the nicest people around! We first started off with Macy who was so instrumental with helping us in the beginning, but because life happens she could not attend our wedding, so she put us in the capable hands of Kellee, who did not miss a beat! They were responsive and helped make planning a wedding while living out of town so much easier. They worked well with our vendors and made sure that their staff took extra special care of us, the bride and groom and our guests. We had our ceremony and reception at this chic hotel because we wanted our out of town guests to be able to experience downtown Denver and all that it has to offer. The reception area and the ceremony space had beautiful up lighting that went well with our colors (orange and platinum/gray), access to the outdoor fireplace on the patio during and after our ceremony and all throughout the evening, exposed brick and just an overall cool and funky place with lots of cute and details. Most of the out of town guests stayed at the hotel and loved the themed floors (The Pac Man Floor was a favorite) and the fact that they could walk the 16th street mall. We got lots of compliments on the good food (the mesquite steak and parmesan chicken) the open bar (especially our signature drink) and the overall ambiance. Additionally, the morning after wedding brunch was in the Corner, the hotel restaurant and the food was just as exceptional (everyone loved the grilled cheese and tomato soup). Like our sister said, “If we could, we’d go it all over again!” Thanks for your all your hard work and making sure our wedding weekend went off without a hitch. Macy, Kellee & the staff at The Curtis are truly consummate professionals! - Mr. &Mrs. Kevin Brown Reviewed on 27-09-2018
Coree Parra(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 30-05-2015 We celebrated our wedding on 5/30/15 at The Curtis Hotel in the Four Square Ballroom We first contacted the hotel in January 2014 and were immediately contacted by the Princess of Party Preparation (a.k.a Director of Catering & Convention Services), Sarah Morris-Perez. After some initial conversations via email, we came in to meet Sarah, see the hotel and guest rooms, and tour the ballrooms. We were blown away with how professional, knowledgeable, and patient Sarah was, even with the million questions we asked. The space really sold itself, as you are surrounded by huge buildings with a fantastic view of the D&F Tower--a clock tower that is colorfully lit at night. We knew we wanted to have our wedding here after we left that day, and although we checked out other places around metro Denver, we made sure to select a wedding date at The Curtis quickly.\r\rLeading up to the wedding, we felt at ease with how helpful Sarah was. She responded to messages promptly, interacted with our other wedding vendors to make sure everything was perfect, and was a pleasure to work with.\r\rOur wedding day was truly perfect, and all of our guests have kept saying what an amazing venue The Curtis Hotel was. The staff was so attentive and truly made our day special. All of our special requests were met with a smile and the feeling that they wanted to be there to experience this day with us. \r\rThe Four Square Patio was a perfect location for our ceremony, and later in the evening, it was a nice place for our guests to enjoy a drink with a view of city lights. The accordion doors connecting the ballroom and patio were awesome and allowed a nice breeze from the outside. With all the little things you can customize (like the color of the lights), it’s pretty easy to make your wedding unique.\r\rWe had a great experience at The Curtis and completely recommend it for any occasion.\r Reviewed on 29-06-2015
