The Warehouse is the spacious indoor portion of the venue and is the ideal blank canvas to create your perfect event. The Dauz Reviews
As a wedding and planner, I get to work at different locations to bring my couples/clients visions to life. Walking into The Dauz, my mind went wild with all of the wonderful ways to create memories and events. The space is wide open. There are high ceilings that allow for beautiful hanging decor or tall centerpieces. The walls are bare so you don't have to hide or overcome any static decorations. There are power outlets high and low to accommodate lighting, music, entertainment, and more! Plenty of parking, restrooms, and beautiful in-house furniture (lounge seating, farm tables, cross back chairs). You can tell the owners put careful thought and time into revitalizing this historic building. Love a good comeback! On top of all this, I had the privilege of hosting an event at The Dauz. The owners were helpful and communicative. We were able to stop by often for walk-throughs and tours as we had a large event. Dee Dee answered every question we had and even went out of her way to measure and layout the space. The grounds were cleaned and cared for especially on the day. It is so helpful working with people that care as much about the success of your event as you do, I'd host an event here again and again! Thank you Dee Dee and Mark!

Meet the The Dauz Team
Dee Dee Daus (Owner) The owners, Dee Dee and Mark Daus, have lived in the Valley since 1997 raising 2 sons and a daughter. Mark successfully grew a few screen print and embroidery businesses for U.S. retail, corporate, and schools. Dee Dee spent 15 years doing interior design, decorative painting and murals all over the Valley, then taught art for 8 years before joining Mark in their own adventure, X-treme Apparel, the largest of it's kind in AZ. They discovered 750 W Polk Street and saw the potential to take their production facility downtown as well as creating a unique venue for all occasions under one roof!
