Getting married at NHCC was the best decision we could have possibly made! We wanted an indoor wedding (we don’t trust Ohio weather enough lol) but had trouble finding venues that still had a lot of natural light. The Edgewater Room was the perfect place for us, as it’s basically just wall to wall windows! Desi, our assigned wedding planner, was absolutely incredible and made the whole day extremely easy for us. Our families couldn’t stop talking about how helpful she was and how much they liked her! We also had a lot of out of state guests so being able to have a room block and a place for our guests to stay without having to worry about driving was amazing. The getting ready space we were in was so spacious that even though there was 14 people in there at once, it didn’t feel cramped. I would definitely recommend booking one of the 2 spaces they offer! If you have enough guests that book with the hotel, you can get one of those rooms for free, on top of the complimentary room you already receive! The food was amazing as well, all our guests were talking about how it was some of the best wedding food they’ve had! I definitely recommend booking one of the vendors on their preferred vendors list. We did and it made everything go even smoother since everyone had worked in the space before. Plus, all our vendors knew each other so they worked very well together. Overall, getting married here was amazing and worth every penny!

The experience at Nationwide was beyond incredible. They were very kind and understanding the entire time. We had some financial issues and Tiffany did not hesitate to work with us and was very understanding (we were never given a late fee or anything) We were given the option to choose a less expensive room after booking to help with our situation and that was such a blessing. Let me start with the venue, it is unbelievable, its secluded and every season there is just beautiful. You have so many options for ceremony and reception spaces. Both indoor and outdoor ceremony spaces. The food was literally AMAZING everyone ate good and we loved the additional French fry bar at reception. We had our own coordinator through the venue who was extremely helpful and understanding of all our wants. Danielle was amazing! We were given linens, cups, a space to store decor, a tasting, help with set up. option for adding decor, storage for the week prior to wedding, a suite for two nights, a room block for family, they were more than accommodating to my gigantic family and our needs. I had the perfect wedding. I wouldn't change a single thing it was so smooth with their venue

My husband and I are so glad we got married at Nationwide. Our day-of coordinator was so helpful and easy to work with. She set up all our decor and worked with all our vendors. She made our wedding day that much more seamless. Staff were very friendly. All of our guests raved about the food(try the Chicken Saltimbocca). It was incredibly convenient having our venue as part of the hotel. We got a lively after party at the on-site pub. Couldn’t ask for a better location for out of town guests.

I had the most wonderful experience at NHCC. Tiffany was quick with responses, even at night! Desi was our coordinator and she was the BEST! She made my day even more amazing that I could have even imagined! Literally took the stress out out me! She handled everything! The only thing I didn’t like was that since they are so busy, you cannot set up early. This stressed me out because I didn’t know how things would look. WOW, everything looked incredible!! Every vendor I had, has also worked at NHCC and talked so highly. They work with you to ensure that you have the most perfect day!!

We celebrated our wedding in the Edgewater space on 10/14/23. We could not recommend this venue enough. The space is absolutely beautiful with floor-to-ceiling windows, a big fireplace, and wood beams. It's intimate and cozy while still being able to accommodate a large wedding. With the venue, hotel, and pub on site (perfect for an after-party or welcome party), plenty of free parking, and a short ride to the Columbus airport, we literally couldn't ask for anything better. Their wedding packages include almost everything you need (catering, bar, tables, chairs, linens, silverware, etc.), which makes the process so easy and eliminates the stress of searching for separate vendors. Packages seem fairly priced for the Columbus market, the bar list is comprehensive, and the food is amazing. It was even better at our wedding than at the tasting. Everything was cooked perfectly, hot, and delicious. Our guests commented on how good the food was! The only thing I wish this venue had was a separate indoor space for cocktail hour. They have a beautiful patio that we were suppose to utilize but due to the rain, we got moved inside the ceremony & dinner rooms which made taking family photos a bit chaotic. Tiffany and Desi were a delight to work with, both very responsive and helpful. Desi was very helpful throughout the planning process, offered advice when asked, and knew all the questions to ask to make sure we had all the bases covered (plus has a great eye for setting up decor and details) and made sure our day ran smoothly. The decor storage before and after the wedding was super helpful as well so we didn't have to worry about it the day of. The hotel was clean and had plenty of space for all our guests and the getting-ready suites were very nice and spacious with a mix of soft seating, barstools, and tables, a half bath, a closet, and a kitchenette area. The staff boxed up a few dinners and desserts along with champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries and left them in our suite on the wedding night which was much appreciated and such a cute thought! We could not recommend this venue or Desi enough!

WOW, what an amazing venue. We celebrated on wedding on 10/7/23 and it was perfect. Everything from the food, beverages and staff were excellent. We worked with Desi and would recommend her to anyone wanting to plan a wedding with Nationwide. She helped my husband and I bring our wedding vision to life and all of our guests raved about how wonderful the wedding was. Nationwide is truly the perfect place for a wedding and I would highly recommend this venue to host your celebration.

She was easy to talk to, helped with so much including our hotel block. Very fair price for the rehearsal dinner and worked with me to create a custom dinner menu!

Say 'YES' to this venue! My wedding date was 9/23/2023. Everything about the venue was perfect. NHCC is an all inclusive which takes out A LOT of the stress. They provide you with a wedding planner/ day of coordinator. Who mine was DESI! I will be forever grateful for her. I think a told her many times how much I appreciated her when planning throughout the year... I was a very stressed out and an emotional bride. Desi was very warm and welcoming. She was my personal cheerleader and I loved it. She truly made it feel like you're planning with a good friend. I paid extra to have the staff decorate.. I gave Desi my Pinterest page and I had full trust she would do a beautiful job and she did! Lastly, my flower girl has Down Syndrome and she was extremely sweet and patient with her. Desi deserves wedding planner for life award! LOVE YOU DES!The food was AMAZING. All my guests were raving about how delicious the food was. I had many people tell me they don't often go to weddings where they get stuffed full. My personal favorite was the cheese stuffed pretzels and the 5 cheese tortellini. The rooms were very clean. If you secure your date before any other couple you have the option for a getting ready room. We went with it and it was a perfect spot. 10/10!!Thank You again NHCC you guys gave us the wedding of our dreams. XOXO The Korbars

We got married on 9/9/23 at Nationwide and had our reception in the Edgewater- to say that the services provided by Nationwide were flawless would be an understatement. Our wedding coordinator through Nationwide, Desi, went above and beyond with every single detail. She knew all of the questions (and answers!) that needed to be asked/answered before the biggest day of our lives, kept us on track, and worked tirelessly on our day to make it the best day of our lives. The edgewater was positively stunning, and our guests raved about the beauty that came with the reception room, the water-front cocktail hour, and the beautiful windows in the dance hall. If we could do it all again, we’d do it 3x over with nationwide hotel.

Everything was wonderful and beautiful for our wedding during Saturday, 8/26/2023. All of our guests loved the atmosphere and food, too. Danielle and the team were really accommodating and patient with us. I also wanted to include that there was some miscommunication with the front desk staff, however. When we checked out, they acted like they did not know where our cake was stored and were unfriendly. The front desk also gave my husband the hotel room connected to the bridal suite as well. I still highly recommend this venue because that was more on the hospitality services.

The Northpoint Ballroom was set up beautifully, and every detail was maintained from the rehersal dinner at The Pub, to the ceremony and then on to the reception.Her attentiveness and consideration was far beyond what we could have imagined for our daughters' wedding. I would give a 3.5 but it isn’t an option. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and the food is amazing!! In the end though, there were a lot of minor details that were wrong for our day. Just so there is no confusion for another bride - when I viewed the venue I didn’t want a public space so I asked about the pool. They said the pool is closed for weddings. Well they meant literally only the ceremony. So you will have people right next to your dance floor screaming and jumping in the pool. I just did not realize that. Our seating chart was also off. Our VIP tables were correct but all the other tables were in different spots which put people farther back in some instances than they should have been. We were supposed to have champagne toasts for the VIP tables and they were not filled before the speeches. Our bar ran out of both Michelob ultra and vodka which I would think you would just have extra at all times with all the weddings there. Lastly, we were told we would have food and chocolate covered strawberries to our room after the event but they went to the wrong room. Like I said lots of little things but in the end our guests had a great time it seemed so I do still believe it was slightly above average experience. Just want to be honest and help with areas of improvement.

The perfect venue, especially when many of your guests are from out of town. We had my daughter’s wedding in the Virginia room, and even though there were three weddings happening on the grounds at the same time, we did not even notice. Everything ran like clockwork. Our wedding coordinator, Jo was fabulous, as well as the staff, food, and accommodations. No complaints, highly recommend!

Our wedding on 6/30/23 was everything I could have ever wanted and more, and that was due in large part because of our absolutely incredible wedding coordinator, Desi. Desi's professionalism, attention to detail, and warm/kind nature made everything come together seamlessly. Even leading up to the big day, she was incredibly response and attentive to every single part of the wedding planning process. She was always quick and helpful to answer any and all questions I had. As for the venue itself, all of our guests loved the beauty of the campus and how easy it was to transition between the different locations. I could not recommend NHCC and Desi enough!

Our experience with NHCC is worth 6 stars! We held our daughter's wedding here on 6/17/23, and our guests are still talking about it. The ceremony was on the Tennessee Lawn, followed by the cocktail reception and dinner reception in the Grand Ballroom. Our wedding coordinator, Desi, is top class. She guided us thru two planning sessions and was attentive to every detail. From the moment we arrived for the wedding weekend, Desi greeted us with a warm smile, then went to work with organizing the people and executing our wedding plan. The food was delicious, the hotel was clean and convenient for all of our guests! The best part for us...we could sit back, worry free, and enjoy the day with our daughter, family and friends. Beautiful venue, great service, and centrally located. This is a reasonably priced venue that provides everything you need to ensure you and your guests have a wonderful time and not have to drive between hotel, ceremony location and reception and the Pub for your after party. We had so many guests compliment us on the location and the quality of the rooms, service and food. We definitely made the right decision planning our wedding with NHCC.

Our wedding on 5/26/23 was absolutely amazing. Leading up to the wedding Danielle answered all of our questions and requests. She kept us informed and up to date on how things were progressing and had great diagrams of the venue space to make sure we were all on the same page for set up. When it came time for the tasting appointment it was so hard to decide! Food was fantastic and there were so many options. And the quality did not disappoint on the wedding day! Everyone was raving about the food and no one went hungry! The beer and wine options were great and for the people who wanted something else the on-site pub was a great option for us. For the bridal party we rented the hospitality suite to get ready in and it was totally worth the extra money. It gave our hair and make up artist plenty of room to set up comfortably and had bar height chairs for us to use. It was a wonderful space for us to hang out in all day getting ready. We also paid for set up and Danielle and Ben knocked it out of the park. They absolutely understood our vision and brought it to life. Everything about our day went so smoothly and we wouldn’t change a thing!

November WeddingGetting to have our wedding at nationwide hotel and conference center was honestly a dream! The location is beautiful, the amenities are wonderful, and the staff really helps to generate a flawless experience! My husband and I just got married there in November and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day ❤️ getting to work with Desi made the experience that much more enjoyable. She was attentive to detail, there for not only us but our family/guests every step of the way, and just all around a wonderful person to work with! We were impressed with NHCC and booked our wedding for the North Pointe Ballroom. We had worked with one planner and that person left the company. We were transitioned to Desi as our planner and we were nervous about a new planner. Desi went out of her way to assure us that everything would be great, scheduled calls, and met with us. On our wedding day, Desi was beyond incredible and did so much more than we could have ever imagined! From set up, to talking to vendors, to keeping the wedding party organized, she did so much work. As the groom we probably spoke every 20 minutes that day making sure everything was perfect. We had a few hiccups with guest not coming or coming without Rsvping which complicated our plated meals and assigned seating. Desi told me about it and we got it taken care of right away and the party didn't miss a beat! Without Desi, our wedding would not have been the dream that it was!All of the rest of the staff at NHCC was great as well. From Brittany helping us in the beginning and during our planner transition, hotel staff, bartenders, set up, everyone was great. The property was beautiful, for our fall wedding and a summer wedding that we attended. The food was great. Bar on site to go to after the wedding. Nice rooms for you and guests to stay in. We could not recommend this place enough. And make sure you ask for Desi!! She was so thorough, so detail oriented, so focused on making our day perfect. And she did, and we will be forever grateful for that!

Our 11/5/22 wedding was a joining of family and friends from all over the country so NHCC was the best decision we made! The rooms were prefect for our out of town guests, and the campus was so easy to navigate for our local guests. We continue to hear how wonderful the venue was, how amazing the food tasted (the butternut squash ravioli and beef short ribs are mouth watering!), and how fabulous the entire staff was throughout the weekend. I work in the event industry and am so thankful for the spectacular service that NHCC provided. Brittany was our coordinator and set my mind at ease from start to finish - seriously the best human and event professional. I could go on and on about how great the NHCC was, but do me a favor and just go meet with them if you are looking for a venue - you won't be disappointed!

NCHH was the best decision we made for our wedding! Brittany was our coordinator for our 10/22/22 wedding and she was phenomenal. Everyone went above and beyond to make our day the best it could be. They took care of our decor (setting up and tearing down) and any issues we had during the day. The room was beyond gorgeous when we walked in just us two. Brittany was so attentive prior to our wedding. She answered all of my questions and was there for anything!Our guests raved about the venue with the hotel and pub on site and the food. They continue to talk about how much fun they had and how much they loved the venue. Multiple people said they went to a bunch of weddings this year and this was the best planned and most fun one they went to this year!Thank you NHCC for bringing our dream wedding to life!

Our wedding was absolutely flawless! The hotel & venue accommodations were impeccable! Everyone was super friendly & the coordinators have it down to a science! Brittany was always very professional but personable at the same time. She's a doll! I had nothing to do or worry about! She handled everything from rehearsal through reception! She answered any question & addressed any concern I had immediately down to the seating arrangement. Tiffany in Contracts was absolutely wonderful! She answered any question I had immediately. The grounds across the entire campus are absolutely beautiful...soo many perfect picture spots. The food...let's just say by the end of the weekend, everyone was a few pounds heavier! We will book again just as a weekend get-a-way! I highly recommend Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center! Top Notch!!

My husband and I had our wedding at NHCC and Julie was our coordinator. Let me just start by saying Julie was the most amazing coordinator I could have ever hoped for! She did everything and was the exact person I needed to help keep me calm. She also took care of everything and made sure no stress made it’s way to me! Okay next is the FOOD! We STILL (2 months after our wedding) have people telling us that they are still dreaming about how good our food was at the wedding! Everything from our appetizers to the main course was delicious. I highly highly recommend that you book your venue at nationwide because it truely has everything! Excellent staff, beautiful ceremony and reception space and the hotel space where we stayed was beautiful and so clean! We booked the Green Meadows room for the bridesmaids getting ready space and it was perfect. Our pictures for the space turned out amazing because everything is just so beautiful. Book your wedding here because you will not be disappointed!!!

The Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center was an absolutely AMAZING venue for our wedding! The entire staff was so helpful, friendly, professional, and efficient, and our guests gave us tons of feedback on how beautiful this space was. The rooms were gorgeous and the food was great! We have to give a special shoutout to the Event Planning Manager, Julie Wagner - this entire wedding would not have been what it was without her. She was so helpful in making sure the entire event ran smoothly, she gave us lots of helpful advice, and she had a huge part in the coordination of all vendors, decor set up, and all of the timelines leading up to the wedding and the day of. She is also so personable and funny - she helped both parties with anything they needed in a timely manner and helped us enjoy this special day! We highly recommend Julie & NHCC!

My husband and I got married at NHCC in the Edgewater room last Friday. There was a great deal of planning involved over the last year but the wedding planner, Julie, from the venue was super helpful for getting things figured out. Our stay at the hotel for the two nights was quite comfortable. We got lucky with good weather and the ceremony and reception both went perfectly. Numerous family and friends complimented the dinner food from NHCC as well. All of the other vendors we worked with were really familiar with the Edgewater venue and had nothing but praise for the venue so we realized we made a smart decision by going with them. No complaints to speak of.

We held our ceremony and reception in the Edgewater room and it was honestly the best decision I have ever made. From day one, they have made me feel comfortable, welcomed, and have truly made planning a wedding so easy and fun. Our wedding coordinator, Brittany, was absolutely phenomenal. She was always there to answer questions and make beautiful recommendations. As a bride, you worry about every little detail and every little thing that could go wrong on your wedding day and I can truly say with confidence that I got to enjoy my wedding day because I knew NHCC had taken care of everything. As for the food - absolutely delicious, simply incredible. We still have guests, including my husband and me, talking about how amazing the food was. Everything was truly wonderful and I could not be more grateful for NHCC.

Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center went above and beyond our expectations. It is truly a hidden gem in Columbus, Ohio. What drew us to the venue, and specifically the Edgewater room, was how relaxed, yet elegant the space was. The room is surrounded with windows and an abundance of natural light. We looked at many venues in Columbus, but the cost, quality of food/drink, and quality of the venue space/hotel, is incomparable to the other venues. The customer service provided by all of the staff members was incredible. The staff and event team is highly organized and they did a fabulous job communicating with us and bringing our reception vision to life. They were extremely accommodating and did everything in their power to make even the smallest details a priority. I cannot recommend Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center enough!

We had our wedding reception at NHCC in the North Pointe Ballroom. It was absolutely beautiful, and Emma, our coordinator, made sure that everything ran extremely smoothly. We did not have to worry about a thing on our big day! The whole staff was extremely kind and helpful, and they even helped sew my dress when we discovered it hadn’t been properly hemmed before the reception. They go above and beyond at NHCC, and we couldn’t recommend them more!

We had a wonderful wedding reception at the grand ballroom! Emma was incredible and extremely helpful in the planning process. She knows what she is doing and is for sure an expert at events! She sat down with us for over two hours to go over every detail of the wedding weekend and answered every question no matter the time of year or time in the day. The food tasting was also incredible and a wonderful way to bring both our parents together and get excited about the day. Highly recommend this venue to anyone!! The only negative feedback we got from our guests was when the pub closed at midnight the worker was rude to them when asking them to leave, and a recommendation is to request guest rooms next to each other. Other than those two things the day was perfect!

Our experience at NHCC for our wedding was outstanding! They really know how to take care of their guests! All of the staff was helpful, kind and professional. We had our wedding outdoors on the Tennessee Lawn and and indoor reception in the Great ballroom. Even though it rained a bit on our big day there was always a backup plan and a plan to the backup plan which was a huge stress relief. The food is phenomenal!! Our guest kept talking about their meals. Emma, Our wedding coordinator at nationwide was the most helpful and kind person! She had answers to everything I asked and knew how to support me when I needed it!! I couldn’t have chosen a better venue for our big day and I would suggest to anyone to pay for the experience it was to have your wedding at nationwide hotel and conference center

I wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommendNationwide Hotel and Conference Center for anyone looking to hold an event. I was looking to plan a wedding. From my first contact with NHCC, I was completely at ease.Tiffany B. was professional and showed an attention to detail that I hadn’t even begun to contemplate! Tiffany B. and the event staff at NHCC – Brittany M., Kristen B. Emma K. – thought of every detail so I didn’t have to – and I didn’t! From menu, to linens, to lighting, to timeline, they handled everything, and I mean EVERYTHING so all I had to do was show up, say “I do!” and enjoy myself!! The entire staff at NHCC made me and my guests feel like we were the most important people there and any request we put to them, they handled immediately and graciously! You might price your event at NHCC and think that you can ‘do better’ somewhere else. But I encourage you to consider your time and your peace of mind when determining what fits into your budget. The day before my wedding, I had lunch with my family and dinner with all my out-of-town guests. The day of my wedding I had breakfast with friends and family, went to church, had lunch with my guests and enjoyed a leisurely ‘getting ready’ with my bridal party. I didn’t have to run around, pick anything up, answer any questions, see to any details. My time was much better spent enjoying myself and leaving the event handling to the professionals!Basic details: the hotel rooms are comfortable, clean. The food is wonderful! The venue is lovely – we celebrated in the Edgewater. The staff is responsive and warm. I don’t plan to get married again, but if I did, I’d call Tiffany and the team at Nationwide in a heartbeat!

This venue has everything we dreamed of having: outdoor ceremony space, cocktail hour over a terrace, and a modernly designed reception space. Plus, your guests can stay at the hotel afterwards. It was nice to have everything in one place. From day one, our coordinators kept everything organized and easy to follow. They were reliable, which is something refreshing to have when you are juggling so many things at once. They also shared a list of preferred vendors to work with. We went with most of them and were very satisfied! It rained during our ceremony and Julie flipped us inside in lightning speed! The filets were amazing and overall my guests had a wonderful time.

This venue is gorgeous, but their team will make your wedding seamless. Our wedding coordinator was Brittany, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience from start to finish. Every time i called with questions or concerns they were answered promptly and they worked with us every step of the way. Brittany made the rehearsal seamless and go so smoothly without a hickup. And she printed our vows since we forgot to do that, even in that, she put 100% and made them on cardstock and everything. On my wedding day i had my guests come to me to tell me how amazing Brittany was at coordinating and making sure everything was covered. I didnt need to worry about anything. AND at the end of the night, they sent all of our stuff boxed up in our get ready room from the venue. This is trully an amazing venue and their coordinators are fantastic.

Amazing. That’s the best word to describe our experience. Our coordinator, Emma, was phenomenal and so helpful. The food was amazing. My husband and I toured several venues, but this one stood out from the rest for several reasons and having our ENTIRE wedding weekend here was the best decision we ever made! From the start, Jamie was extremely helpful and attentive in answering all of our questions throughout the booking process, and even gave us a tour more than once when we wanted to show our families who were in town. Brittany was our day of coordinator, and she is literally the BEST! We had zero issues the entire weekend and I was as relaxed as I could be knowing that everything was in her extremely capable hands. She is also the sweetest human and truly felt like a friend. We had both our rehearsal and rehearsal dinner there (which were both so wonderful, we can't recommend having a cozy and intimate rehearsal dinner in the Northpointe Study enough!!) and then our ceremony and reception were in the Edgewater Room (also SO cozy and beautiful!). It was so, so, so amazing to arrive on Friday afternoon for rehearsal and be in one place the entire weekend, and our guests also really appreciated being able to walk to their room rather than having to find a safe ride home or to a hotel. The staff the entire weekend was just incredible, they truly thought of everything and were so sweet! The rooms are beautiful and so nice, the food is outstanding, and the location is perfect for out of town guests. We got so many compliments from guests about how lovely the weekend was, mostly about the hotel, staff, and food. You will never regret booking Nationwide for your wedding!

Having the hotel right on site made it so easy for our out of town guests to stay in. The Pub onsite was so much fun for our after party! We had our ceremony and reception in the Grand Ballroom which was so romantic and elegant and just perfect. We had around 155 guests and the room was the perfect size. The food was excellent and we had so many compliments from our guests! Kristen was our event coordinator and she was incredible! I didn't worry about a thing the day of because she had it covered! Communication with her was excellent leading up to the wedding, any questions I had she answered. I can't say enough good things about this venue and staff! Highly recommend!

Our wedding at NHCC was amazing! We had so many guests approach us before, during and after the wedding telling us how great a venue it was. We were looking for a venue where we could have our ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel all in one place so we didn't have to worry about transportation for all of our guests. The outdoor wedding on the Tennessee Lawn gave a great outdoor touch and the Grand Ballroom was perfect for a wedding our size (240ish). Not only was the venue great, but our wedding coordinator, Brittany, was amazing as well. She was very organized and helped us plan everything out so that everything was smooth sailing the weekend of. She not only helped answer any questions we had but also give ideas and answer questions we didn't even know we had! We highly recommend NHCC if you are looking for a great all in one option that your guests will really appreciate!

I cannot say enough good things about the Nationwide team and the Nationwide venue. Everything felt seamless for us. Julie was extremely fun and easy to work with and we are so so happy she was there to handle everything. All the logistics happened behind the scenes and Lucas and I got to completely focus on having a good time. The Edgewater venue itself is really beautiful and easy to use for weddings. We were able to have our ceremony outside and it was a very easy transition for guests to go from ceremony to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing since everything is on-site. I thought the contract pricing was very transparent and the initial guess of the total cost was within a few hundred dollars of our actual final amount. The venue was also great about rescheduling to 2021 due to COVID-19.The cherry on top was coming back to our suite after the reception and finding champagne, desserts, and leftover meals from dinner waiting for us in the fridge! We are so so happy we chose Edgewater for our wedding and would absolutely recommend it to other couples!

We were eligible for a complimentary shuttle to and from our venue which was very nice for our guests. The only thing I would say about that is that the front desk did not have information about the shuttle for our guests because it was a third party company. That would be the only improvement I can think of, otherwise perfect experience!

Nationwide Hotel was a beautiful venue and the staff did not disappoint. My husband and I chose this venue for the convenience of having the hotel and venue in one spot without the reception hall feeling “too hotel-y”. Our reception was in the edge water room and our ceremony was outside. We had a beautiful day, coordinated by Julie, who did a great job keeping everyone on time and staying organized. The staff decorated which was also a huge plus as we only had to worry about drop off and pick up Sunday. The food was fantastic and we received many compliments about how great our food was from our guests. This was actually also the only venue we toured in person, as the pandemic was in full swing when we got engaged. A comforting factor is that this business does not rely on weddings to get by. It’s run by a massive insurance company and everything was handled extremely professionally during the planning process. I also want to put a plug in for Brittany, who handled all the meetings, contact, and planning with us for the majority of the time leading up to the wedding before she got promoted. Her attention to detail is impeccable and we felt in great hands as she was always prompt to respond to questions and is a true subject matter expert in all things wedding! Anyway, we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend this venue for any couple searching for a beautiful wedding day. Even my vendors complimented nationwide as one of their favorites to work with due to the professionalism, food, and beautiful landscaping.

As a Wedding Planner, I have worked with hundreds of venues and I have to say that Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center is one of the best I've had the honor of working with. Brittany thought of everything. For a wedding I planned this past weekend, there were so many details and the set-up alone would have added so many extra hours to my contract. Brittany and her team stepped right up and with no hesitation helped to ensure that everything was set-up the way our client wanted while I was able to focus on the client and the ceremony at the church 30 mins away. Throughout the event she and her staff were so accommodating and flexible not only to guests but also to me and the other vendors. I almost felt like a guest myself! As a vendor, I have NEVER been fed before the wedding party and if you've ever worked a wedding, you KNOW how amazing it is to get to actually enjoy dinner before rushing back to work. Brittany and her team truly made our clients day and certainly made my day go smoothly. I can honestly say, I couldn't have done it without her. I highly recommend Nationwide Hotel & conference Center, especially the beautiful Edgewater venue. You will NOT regret booking your wedding (or event) at this gorgeous venue and having its amazing and talented staff with you on your special day. Edgewater was the perfect location for our wedding reception! The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL and the hotel is a great place to have your guests stay and not have to worry about driving anywhere after the fun. Unfortunately due to Covid, we had a lot of changes to our original wedding plans, and NHCC was overly understanding and accommodating throughout the entire process. They helped make my dream wedding come to life, and managed to make it completely stress-free for me. They did all the set up and tear down of decorations, all the food and alcohol, and even had an extra dinner in the complimentary wedding suite for us after the reception ended! Wow - we LOVED having our wedding at the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center! The Edgewater room was so beautiful for both our ceremony and reception. It is truly a unique venue in that they have so many different spaces to utilize (we also took advantage of using an entirely different space for our rehearsal dinner & welcome party the day before). It is literally a picturesque campus with all of the benefits and conveniences of a hotel. The food was amazing, and all of the staff catered to our needs. Plus, all hotel guests get a complimentary hot breakfast the next morning! We are so happy that we chose NHCC for our entire wedding weekend and all of our guests had an amazing time. Cannot recommend enough!

The Edwater room at NHCC is absolutely stunning and takes very little work to dress up for a wedding. We worked with Brittany who was kind, helpful, and extremely detail oriented every step of the way. They were accommodating to all of our ideas and requests and executed on the day of the wedding without a hitch. We used them for our catering as well. The tasting was made to be fun and covered a ton of details including wines, napkins, salad dressings, and more. They are an incredibly well organized venue and really take the stress out of the details. We also loved the extra touches for the couple the night of the wedding. Brittany was our coordinator and she was incredibly responsive via email and text, answering every question and meeting every need I had throughout the entire process. The venue is immaculate. She was awesome at answering all the initial questions we had while choosing a venue. Kristen was the coordinator we worked with and she was great at helping us figure out what we were doing and answering all the questions we had along the way. Kristen was there on our wedding day along with Emma and Julie and they were all great about making sure everything stayed on schedule and we had everything we needed. The food was awesome, everyone loved it! Everything turned out really beautiful and went even more smoothly than I was hoping it would. Highly recommend if you want a venue that has inclusive packages to keep things simple for you when planning.

I cannot say enough great things about this venue and all of the amazing people that work there. From start to finish I have nothing but wonderful memories during our almost two year relationship with them. Unfortunately our first date was in the middle of the shut down, however the venue was very prompt at helping us reschedule for a later date in the year. We were lucky enough to work with Brittany as our coordinator and while I’m sure we would have had a good experience working with someone else, she made the experience unforgettable. While we had our wedding during the pandemic and it was far from what we originally planned, everyone at NHCC did everything in their power to make our day unforgettable. Everyone paid attention to every little detail and made us and our guests feel at home. If you want a venue you can count on, with some of the best people You will ever work with, please consider NHCC, you will not be disappointed!

I truly cannot begin to describe how wonderful the NHCC wedding venue and staff were for our October 2020 wedding. Brittany, Jaime, and each additional team member at NHCC were knowledgable, helpful, selfless, and went above and beyond for our wedding. Their skill and expertise in hosting a flawless wedding is unmatched. Not to mention navigating planning a wedding during a pandemic! We felt cared for and safe throughout the planning process, and the team did an excellent job helping us understand our options. The hotel put a number of measures in place to ensure social distancing and a clean environment. The additional details NHCC has thought of and implemented will ensure you don't have to worry about anything on your wedding day except exchanging your vows and soaking in the day with loved ones! I would recommend this venue over and over again. Our day was truly a dream because of this venue and the people who helped bring it together.

When we started \"venue shopping\" we had an idea of what we thought we wanted... A friend suggested NHCC to us and we took a look even though it wasn't what we visioned. I am so glad to say we were wrong and had no idea until that moment what we wanted! Choosing Nationwide was the best decision we made for our wedding. The grounds are so meticulous and the photo opportunities are endless. The food is delicious and was cooked to perfection. The staff was so friendly and accommodating! Our event coordinator, Brittany, was simply a God send! Her job is already stressful enough without a pandemic but keeping myself and many other brides calm during the pandemic planning process is something she should win an award for! NHCC worked to make all of our dreams come true! The hotel was great and the suites to get ready in were perfect, I would not change a thing about this venue!

We are so thankful to have found this venue! Brittany was an absolute blessing to work with. Our wedding was supposed to be in March, and we had to change our date twice because of COVID. They were very accommodating and flexible with every change we had to make. Having the hotel connected to our venue was also extremely convenient when getting ready for photos in the morning. Everything turned out beautiful and the staff is very professional. All of our guests were raving about the food afterwards and complimented the staff as well. They handled the COVID procedures very well. We highly recommend the Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center!

I couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding. The entire grounds are beautiful, the hospitality is amazing. Our wedding coordinator's Brittany and Kristen were both next level. Brittany was extremely personable with every interaction. Kristen was everything on my wedding day. She was so patient with the constant last minute changes. She guided us throughout the entire day while running around making sure our day ran smooth. That girl is a rockstar!! From leaving behind the boutonnieres, to needing some eyelash glue, to keeping us in the timeline, she was there. Our day wouldn't have been the same without her. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and each night came with breakfast which was so delicious and the staff was so awesome. They were engaged wishing us luck prior to wedding and following up to find out how our wedding went. Sara at the front desk was so accommodating and just made me feel special. I literally have no complaints. My wedding and wedding weekend experience was perfect!!

Brittany, Jaime and the Nationwide team did an exceptional job handling our daughter and son in law's wedding reception. Having to plan a wedding and reception in general is stressful, but doing it in a pandemic is crazy. These people went above and beyond in every way. Their communication was exceptional, and their flexibility was amazing. On the day before and the day of the reception, they took care of all of the little details so that we didn't have to. Brittany and her team were quick to handle any special requests even at the last minute. The food was fantastic, and her team was very professional. We were so happy with how it all went, and our daughter said it was better than she ever expected. Thank you so much Nationwide Hotel❤

Their team went above and beyond, understanding the importance of teamwork on wedding day to execute a smooth event. Having our September wedding with NHCC was one of the best decisions we made when planning our big day! Kristen Bland was an amazing help and she was incredibly professional. The team at NHCC did so much to assist us, it was more than we could have imagined. Planning a wedding during a global pandemic was a challenge, but NHCC was extremely flexible with us when we chose to downsize our wedding from 150 to 35 guests - they even let us lower our minimum payment amount so we weren’t stuck paying for a large wedding that we weren’t going to end up having! I would absolutely recommend NHCC to any couples out there, pandemic or not.

If I could give this venue and their amazing staff more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I were married in August on the hotel courtyard and had our reception in the Edgewater room. I worked with Brittany throughout the planning and had Kristen there on our wedding day and I can’t say enough good things about both of them. We were originally a May wedding that had to be rescheduled. As an out of state bride they kept me up to date on all regulation changes and restrictions. We took one step at a time and had a beautiful day! On the day of our wedding the girls used the green Meadows/ hospitality suite to get ready. It was just enough space for hair, make-up, and snacks throughout the day. If this is available, it’s worth every penny! Our dinner was amazing! We received so many compliments from our guests that not only was it delicious, but it was still hot when it hit their tables!We had one mishap, our cake did not arrive on time. However, Kristen and her team went above and beyond to make sure that we not only had a cake to cut, but that we had something similar to what we had chosen. We had quite a few guests drop off our guest list and want to social distance during the reception. They made place cards reminding people to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Our older crowd was very pleased with their precautions. We still had a blast on the dance floor! I can’t thank them enough for all they have done to make our day amazing. I highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at NHCC in their Edgewater venue and it was absolutely amazing. We worked with both Brittany and Kristen who were wonderful. They are so incredibly sweet and helpful. My husband and I were actually a couple who came to NHCC following Dock 580 and were originally supposed to be married in May. So we experienced both being a \"COVID\" couple and had to deal with switching venues last minute due to the closure of Dock 580. Brittany and Kristen could not have been more perfect. It was honestly a blessing in disguise. Brittany met with us for our first meeting ~1 month and a couple weeks before our actual date and was so incredibly helpful and patient during what could have been a hard transition with such little notice. Everything went smoothly for the meeting and on our big day. Additionally, every guest we talked to LOVED the food and the venue. 10/10 would recommend and am so thankful that we actually had to switch venues. It led us to NHCC where we honestly had a perfect day.

I am a Wedding Planner here in Columbus, and we recently had a wedding at The Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. The Hotel staff was very accommodating, and the Green Meadows Room was a perfect spot for the Bridesmaids to relax and get ready for the wedding! Across to the next building was the event space. We worked with Brittany during this process, and she went above and beyond to make sure the wedding went perfectly! Love her!! This venue was awesome, and the staff was phenomenal! We definitely look forward to working with them in the future!

We cannot recommend the staff at Nationwide Hotel & Conference Center enough. They are exactly who you want for help planning your wedding. We worked the most with Brittany, who was super friendly, and seems a like a friend of mine now after working with us throughout our two year engagement for planning our wedding. She was patient in answering all our questions (we had a LOT) and organized in planning for us. She even provided dates the ballroom was having weddings and allowed us to pop in before the wedding started so we could see how they decorated. Our wedding turned out to be scheduled for during the height of the coronavirus pandemic, and Brittany and Jaime were SO prompt in helping us reschedule - we were able to find a new date that worked for everyone in only a few hours due to their responsiveness. They even adjusted some terms of our contract to be more flexible due to the pandemic. We cannot recommend Nationwide HCC enough and I will keep it in mind for future events!!

The staff is all really warm and friendly, super helpful when we needed something, and pretty flexible. Also, the grounds and buildings are beautiful, perfect for wedding photos! We love the classic, clean lines, and natural light. Here's to hoping we book a few 2020 weddings at Nationwide as well!

My husband and I got married on the Tennessee Lawn and had our reception in the Grand Ballroom! Everything was so beautiful and my wedding day could not have been more of a dream! Everything went so easy and everyone made us feel so special! However, communication during planning months could have been a lot better. Often it took 2+ weeks to get a response or have questions answered. As an out of state bride, that was pretty frustrating at times, but other than that it was a beautiful experience and we have nothing but happy memories!

Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center has a wonderful campus for a wedding weekend. The Grand Ballroom was particularly beautiful. The coordination on the day of the wedding was fantastic. From setup to cocktail hour to dinner to dancing, the day flowed smoothly and seamlessly. Preparing for the wedding day with Nationwide was easy but communication with the venue was not always efficient and sometimes we were left with unanswered emails/calls. Overall the experience was pretty painless and the result was fantastic. Would recommend.

The Edgewater Room Nationwide Event staff and Brittany went above and beyond everything we could have hoped for our daughter’s wedding day! The venue was absolutely stunning and so unique! We love that everything was right there on campus. The hotel was amazing and accommodated a lot of our guest. All of our guests are still talking about it! The food and drinks were amazing! The staff is beyond wonderful, Brittany and her whole team was everything you hope for in a wedding team! From the very beginning they were so accommodating, answered all the questions we had and did so in a timely manner, to the day of made sure every detail was perfect! Everything was exceptional and I could not recommend this venue enough! Was so impressed with the fact that any small request I had during the actual wedding day directed to the staff or Brittany herself all were addressed within minutes of me asking for something. They were so professional and obviously were all on board to make the day perfect for the bride and groom. A great big THANK YOU to Edgewater Room @Nationwide Event Hotel Conference Center! You will not find another place in the Columbus area that has everything covered AND excels in those areas. GREAT food, pub/restaurant on site, hotel accommodations, beautiful scenery, across the street from a state park, awesome reception hall...the list goes on. Kristen and Hayley were hands down the icing on the cake. They were invaluable with their services and had all of the bases covered. I was truly amazed at the amount of time and effort they put into helping our event turn out EXACTLY the way we wanted. You will not be sorry if you chose this venue. At the very least, add them to your list of venue's to check out. We liked the place from day 1, but as we looked at other places we were constantly making comments \"Nationwide has that\" or \"this place would be better if they offered XXXX like Nationwide\". We eventually cut our venue visits short and knew our decision was already made.

My husband and I got married at NHCC over the weekend, and we were simply blown away by the incredible service we received! Bryan was readily available for our first few meetings to go over general concepts, and Brittany took over for our finer details leading up to the big day. Brittany was absolutely wonderful to work with—no detail was too small or too large! She was able to take the vision I had for my wedding and make it even more beautiful than I had expected. The front desk was very pleasant, the ambiance of the hotel was wonderful, and the food was INCREDIBLE. Our wedding vendors were very familiar with NHCC, and the staff made it very easy for them to drop items off/set everything up. I did not have to worry about a single thing on my wedding day, including the rain! NHCC has so many beautiful indoor spots and outdoor spots that are sheltered from the rain for photo opportunities. My photographer was so excited about the location. The Pub was a huge added bonus as well. The bartenders were able to easily handle my very large (and very rambunctious) extended family, and they had a blast. Overall, my family raved about the entire wedding weekend. But more importantly, my husband and I firmly believe that the weekend could not have gone better. We are so, SO grateful for Brittany and the wonderful staff who helped make sure our wedding weekend was perfect!

We worked with a handful of different people at the NHCC at first while making payments the road was a bit bumpy, we got some conflicting information or, we had issues with having payments taken on our final payment dates. But even with those road blocks I would get married here 10 more times. Kristen was our day of contact and handler of all our requests and boy did she come through. I remember telling my husband that she probably hated us because we were “that couple” but she was incredible. She had little surprises for us on our big day, that I didn’t expect. She was always so pleasant, and made sure to keep me informed. The food is delicious, the wait staff was great, everyone made sure that I had all information. The day after the wedding we started loading up our cars with all the wedding decor and I realized I was missing a couple of things. I went to the front desk and they were able to find my missing items. If you want great service, and a flawless day of book the NHCC and make sure Kristen is your day of coordinator!

I can’t give enough thanks and praise to the team and NHCC. Every staff member we worked with was friendly, organized, and wanted our dream wedding to come to life! Brittany, our coordinator was a delight to work with. She had such a great knowledge base for events in general and gave us some great suggestions on pieces we were unsure about for the day of our wedding. Every last minute email I sent her she responded quickly and handled EVERYTHING I could have needed. She was present the day of the wedding and kept us updated on what we needed to know. Not many places include a coordinator and I was definitely one to think I could handle it myself had we picked another venue. After having our wedding at NHCC I now realize I could not have been successful (or as relaxed) without all of her help and organization. My husband and I truly had the best day ever and didn’t stress or worry about one single thing. She is truly the best! Our guests have complimented the staff , food, drinks, and spaces at NHCC many of times to us saying that they were over the top friendly and had an amazing time. I would highly recommend having your wedding or any event with this group of amazing people; you won’t regret it!

We got married at the NHCC in September with 160 people in attendance. (On the Tennessee Lawn -- Reception was in the North Pointe Ballroom) and Oh. My. Goodness. We have nothing but wonderful things to say about the venue. First off, Bryan was our initial contact. He was transparent and totally not pushy when giving us a tour of the place. Kristen was our event manager and she was a saint. I cannot imagine going through the weekend without her! She was patient and chill, and helped us through every decision and detail. The venue, of course, was gorgeous, and the food was amazing. (The beef filet practically melts in your mouth!!) To everyone who made that day happen: THANK YOU! The day was absolutely, 100% perfect, and I would not change a single thing.

We absolutely fell in love with Nationwide after searching a few other wedding reception venues. My parents had previously been to work parties there and never forgot how good the food was! We needed a place to accomodate many out of town guests- the hotel at Nationwide was so nice, updated and had incredible customer service. We also loved that it had The Pub on site- after our recption we had it packed with our guests who wanted to keep the night going. Everyone at the pub gave us wonderful service. The food was OUTSTANDING! I continue to get compliments from our guests that they have never been to a wedding with food that good and I couldn't agree more! Our planner, Brittany, and one of the head planners, Brian, were absolutely amazing! They put forth such a effort to make sure that all our requests were met and helped us plan the best night of our lives. Brittany and Brian really showed interest into what WE wanted and made it all happen! All the staff, from the hotel receptionists to the bartenders to even the maintenance staff, really made us feel so welcome and at home here and were so accomodating to all of our needs! I wish we could do it all over again at Nationwide because they really made it an unforgettable night! I would highly recommend this venue for anyone and encourage anyone thinking about going here to schedule a visit!!!

We had our ceremony and reception at Nationwide Hotel and Conference Center. It was fantastic! Lisa was amazing and made sure everything went off without a hitch. She also made sure the space looked beautiful the day of. This venue was also very convenient for us since we had a lot of out of town guests. All of our out of town guests (and even some in-town guests) stayed at the hotel and were able to walk straight to the wedding and also enjoy the pub after without any driving. I'm still getting rave reviews from guests on the venue!

We loved it here! The venue itself is fantastic. Everything is in one place and everyone was very helpful. Our coordinator and helpers all took care of setting up EVERYTHING for the ceremony and reception so I didn't have to worry about decorations at all! It was a very stress free night for us which was my number one priority. Everyone LOVED the food!!! And had an amazing time. I'd do it all over again and have no complaints.
