The Encore Hall is a beautiful wedding venue located in Berlin, OH. Nestled in the heart of Ohio's Amish country, this timeless and romantic venue provides a picturesque backdrop for any wedding. With many versatile event spaces, chic furnishings, and idyllic surroundings, it can accommodate any wedding size and vision. The Encore Hall is home to indoor and outdoor event spaces, perfect for every phase of your special day. You can host a memorable outdoor ceremony on the manicured lawns, surrounded by breathtaking views of the property and leafy trees. After, enjoy a celebratory cocktail in the light-drenched atrium or the furnished patio. For your reception, you and up to 300 guests can celebrate your forever union in the Grand Hall, a chic space with sweeping ceilings, hardwood floors, and elegant chandeliers. There are comfortable dressing suites available for the wedding party to get ready and relax before the event begins, and ample parking is available for guests' convenience. At the night's end, guests can retire to the attached Berlin Encore Hotel. This comfortable, well-appointed hotel has over 81 rooms to lodge guests overnight. The Encore Hall team strives to provide everything needed to host the celebration of your dreams. They will provide you with a list of the best local vendors to assist with your planning process, including photographers, florists, DJs, and more. Their in-house catering team will work with you to craft the wedding menu of your dreams that features elegant hors d'oeuvres, such as cheese boards or shrimp cocktails, and delectable main dishes, like parmesan crusted chicken and pan-seared steaks. You can even opt to add on fun late-night food options, such as a s'mores bar or cotton candy station.

We just got married here 8/26/23 and had an incredible experience! Madison and her team were a dream to work with. We received so many compliments on our venue and the attached hotel for guests. Madison also helped us find our caterer, DJ, and hair/makeup (who all were also amazing!). My husband, family, and I cannot say enough positive things about this venue and would recommend it to any couple. As an extra bonus, many of our friends and family made a weekend trip out of it to explore Amish country and loved that experience!

I always recommend this place to all couples looking to get married, they truly are a one stop shop, having everything you need at your fingertips. As a family we had number of meetings with Madison and her team not only did we all grow a great friendship with them but they always made sure every want/need for the wedding day was met! including my (the Bride's) favorite butter from Heartville kitchen! Our wedding was truly perfect and I can thank Madison and her team for making sure everything was amazing! BOOK THE ENCORE HALL FOR YOUR WEDDING!!!

Madison and Niki did an amazing job emailing me back quickly, taking care of everything I needed on my wedding day. Me and my bridesmaids popped a bottle of champagne all over the floors for some cute pictures and they cleaned it up without any hesitation. One thing all of our guests raved about was the food! We toured the encore and knew immediately we wanted to get married there. It was the most perfect venue and absolutely beautiful. Not only did we fall in love with the encore, we completely fell in love with the coordinator we met, Madison. The whole year leading up to the wedding- Madison was always so quick to respond to all my emails and sooo helpful during the planning process. She is the most friendly and sweet person. I had so many compliments after the wedding about Madison and Nicci who also helped coordinate our wedding the day of. Nicci was also sooo sweet and amazing. They were both a blessing. I showed them a few pictures of my vision for the ceremony, and they completely went above and beyond anything I couldâve ever imagined. They were both so accommodating; My family does not drink alcohol, and they made sure to put a refresher station with tea/water etc at the complete opposite end of the bar during cocktail hour to make my family feel comfortable while still accommodating our other guests. Everything went so flawless with the wedding and their coordination. They truly helped give us our dream wedding. During the wedding; my guests fell in love with the gorgeous grand stair case and the outside patio. We had a cigar bar on the outside patio and it was a huge hit. Encore also had a gorgeous atrium for cocktail hour. All our guests loved the option that they could stay at the hotel there and not worry about transportation post wedding. / everyone just walked up to their rooms after the wedding. I also loved that they had inside and outside option for the ceremony.Encore had the most beautiful wedding decor to use. For example; we used so many votives, candles, lanterns, card box, easles , multiple arches, cupcake stands and so much more. They provided ALL linen for the tables with many different colors and options (including cocktail hour) and had so many different charges, plates silverware to choose from. I can not say more great about the encore and their staff. We were are so grateful for them and our dream wedding on 8/13/22. đ

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for this wonderful venue. Madison, Alexis, and Niky from The Encore Hall are the best wedding coordinators you will ever find. Our big day was nothing short of absolutely perfect. No matter the day of the week or time of day, any one of these amazing woman were just one text, email, or phone call away. They answered my endless list of questions, gave the best recommendations, and always made sure I was happy. Everything went perfectly, even when our venue had to change two days before my wedding. The week of the wedding, a horrible storm hit and left our venue without power. With the power outage being so extensive, there was no way that Encore Hall would be able to host our venue. So, just like magic, the wedding coordinators as well as other staff members from Encore pulled together and brought every single detail of my plans to an entirely different location. Not once did they complain, charge us extra, or make me feel a hint of stress. They handled every obstacle thrown at them with compassion, love, and grace. Encore Hall and its staff went above and beyond to give me everything I planned for and asked for. Not only that, but they added on extra surprises and personal touches that made our wedding unforgettable. They transformed my dressing room with adorable decorations, created fun bird-inspired mocktail names, and created a cotton candy live-action station from scratch. Looking back, I am astounded at how they pulled off such a big day at a whole different location in under 48 hours. I will never be able to thank this venue enough for all that they have done for me and my husband. If you book with Encore, I promise that they will treat you like royalty and make sure you feel as though you are their only bride and an absolute priority.

Madison and Bethany made my wedding planning and day an absolute dream. They are the most kind and caring individuals and really have a heart for their couples. I had lost my mother unexpectedly two weeks before my wedding and Madison was there to help me in anyway possible. My wedding day went from something I was looking forward to- something I was dreading because of losing my mom. Madison helped with absolutely everything and made it more than I could have ever asked for! My Husband and I will recommend this venue to everyone we know and more! Everything was so easy to plan with them helping. You will never regret choosing this venue, I can promise you that!

As I gather my thoughts to leave this review, I honestly donât even know where I should start! I will try to consolidate my thoughts as much as possible but, fair warning, this is going to be a long review. đ We had worked with Encore Hall for a year and half planning the most âperfectâ wedding for our oldest daughter. We met with Madison and her amazing team a few weeks before the wedding to finalize all the details. This team of wedding planners are highly knowledgeable, very thorough, detailed and extremely organized. All was great and now all we needed to do was wait for the wedding day to come. The wedding was 6/17/22, on a Friday. Unfortunately, the Monday before the big day our area was hit by a double derecho, with winds exceeding 100 mph. Our house and property sustained damages and our surrounding area was without power 5-7 days. On Wednesday (2 days before the wedding) we received the most disheartening call from Madison stating that the venue was still without power and, long story short, their insurance company would not allow them to host the wedding. What!?! The most âperfectâ wedding that took us a year and a half to plan couldnât happen?!? We were all devastated, to say the least, and we had no idea what we were going to do. Well, that was until we reached our florist who offered to do some calling to other venues to see if they would be available to host the wedding within this short amount of time. He found a venue that was available and we scheduled a meeting that afternoon. I had sent Madison a text to let her know that we were meeting with the manager at this venue and that I would let her know what we decide. When we arrived for our meeting we find that Madison & her team are already there and inside with their venue blueprints, trying to figure out how to fit everything we had asked for and paid for into this new location. And they successfully made this happen for us!! We never asked them to be there for this meeting but they took it upon themselves to be there. As soon as I saw them, I felt that everything was going to work out and be okay. Encore Hallâs amazing team went above and beyond to make sure that this wedding happened and that it was still the wedding of our daughterâs dreams. They literally moved their tables, linens, decorations, place settings, etc. and transformed the new location into the most beautiful wedding!!! (I wish I could post photos here to share.) All of our guests commented on how wonderful the wedding was and how smoothly everything went. They all mentioned that, had they not known about the location switch ahead of time, they would have never guessed that the wedding wasnât supposed to be held there in the first place. The only thing that really changed was that the wedding was not held at the Encore Hall. We also received a credit back for the amount the new venue charged us to rent their place!! Our family cannot thank Madison, Michael, Lexi, Nikki and Jaydon enough for all that they did for us. Honestly they could have credited us all our money back and tell us that we were on our own. But that certainly was not the case! These amazing people have become like family to us and we have been so blessed to know them and to work with them!!We đŻ recommend planning your next event with the Encore Hall! You definitely will not be disappointed!!

The facility is extremely clean and very well kept. The food was amazing. The outdoor ceremony area is beautiful! As the Mother and Father of the bride we were more than pleased with The Encore Hall. The Encore Hall was the perfect setting for our big day! The hall itself is so beautiful that we didnât have to do a ton of decorating which was nice. Our guest also enjoyed the option to stay at the hotel. Bethany was amazing to work with through the entire process, from answering all of our questions to assisting our vendors as they arrived the day of. We couldnât have ask for a better day!

We had our wedding here on September 14th 2019 and our guests cannot stop talking about how much they loved this venue. The Bridal and Grooms lounges were extremely comfortable and exceeded our expectations as well as the reception hall itself. The staff went over the top to make sure our day went perfectly and one of the managers even got cigars from his personal collection for our guests. Mark, Isabelle, Bethany , and the rest of the Encore staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly. 12/10 would definitely recommend the Encore Hall for weddings, or any type of formal gathering.

There was clear communication and every question we had was answered. The venue itself is amazing, but our experience with the staff was what made our day perfect. I can not recommend this venue enough to future brides.

Choosing Encore Hall for our ceremony and reception location was one of the first decisions we made in our wedding planning process and we couldn't be any happier that we did! Having everything for the ceremony, cocktail hour, pictures and reception in one location was so convenient for both the bridal party/family and the guests. The venue itself was BEAUTIFUL. We are still getting compliments on how impressive the ballroom was. We also utilized the patio area for our rehearsal dinner and cocktail hour - which was a huge hit! Our event coordinator, Bethany, was an absolute rockstar. From the day she gave us a tour of the venue - all the way through to the end of our reception, Bethany played a huge part in making our special day absolutely perfect. I didn't realize how much value there was in selecting a venue with on-site event coordinators until we actually did! Bethany met with us multiple times prior to our wedding weekend, gave us fantastic recommendations for other vendors (florist, officiant, etc.) and answered all of our odd-hour emails and texts with ease. We highly recommend getting married here - and we HIGHLY recommend Bethany as your coordinator!

I didn't realize how much value there was in selecting a venue with on-site event coordinators until we actually did! Bethany met with us multiple times prior to our wedding weekend, gave us fantastic recommendations for other vendors (florist, officiant, etc.) and answered all of our odd-hour emails and texts with ease. We highly recommend getting married here - and we HIGHLY recommend Bethany as your coordinator!

Our event coordinator, Jen, made having our daughter's wedding and reception here almost effortless. To put it in one word... fantastic! The venue is beautiful and it made it simple for us as well as our guests to have everything at one place. The connected hotel made it very convenient for out of town guests. Thank you for such a wonderful facility. But mostly, thank you to Jen and your staff for all the coordination that took place to make everything come together so well.
