Modern Farmhouse Venue
The Establishment Barn is a wedding venue located in Terrell, Texas. Situated only 45 minutes from Dallas, this one-of-a-kind 7,500-square-foot barn is set on 17 acres of sprawling green fields. The barn offers a rustic and farmhouse feel, modern amenities, and a variety of charming details to help you to bring your wedding vision to life. Facilities and Capacity This expansive venue is able to host weddings of various sizes, from intimate affairs to larger gatherings up to 275 guests. The complete second floor of the barn features an 800-square-foot bridal suite for the bridal party to relax and prepare on the day of the wedding. Here, you can find a full-sized mirror, a wall to hang dresses, four vanities, and a full-sized bathroom. The groom’s suite is on the main level of the barn and also offers plenty of space. This area includes a full-sized bathroom and an array of games to keep the wedding party entertained before walking down the aisle. Couples can hold their ceremony indoors or say “I do” outside under a picturesque arbor. Then, they and their guests can enter through the barn’s sliding doors and head to the large lobby area to convene for a cocktail hour. You can later enjoy sharing a delicious dinner and dancing the night away in the reception room. Two bar areas are also available inside the venue’s kitchen, and a built-in photo booth section helps to make your event all the more memorable. Services Offered The Establishment Barn can accommodate many wedding-related events, including engagement parties, showers, elopements, rehearsal dinners, ceremonies, and receptions. The dedicated staff strives to provide each couple with an unforgettable event that’s as seamless as possible. Setup and cleanup services are included, helping you to relax and enjoy your special day. While the venue has a list of preferred professional vendors, you may also bring in the vendors of your own choosing. Tables and chairs are provided for your celebration, and linens are available for an additional cost.

The Establishment Barn is a gorgeous venue! The bridal suite is absolutely amazing and so big, the guys loved the grooms suite, and the whole venue is just bright white and stunning. They have done such an amazing job and I absolutely loved having my wedding there. The owner of the venue, Sara, was my day of coordinator and made the day absolutely perfect. She handled everything, even when there was an issue with catering she made sure we didnt have to worry about a thing. I cant thank her enough for everything she did to help make sure we enjoyed our special day. Would reccomend this venue to everyone!

The Establishment Barn has it all - responsive, excited, professional staff + great space with furniture and indoor/outdoor ceremony options + you can bring your own vendors. They even have a beautiful rental inventory that saved me so much money in decor! The ambiance is absolutely gorgeous. We knew from our first visit that this was our spot. Sara & Christy both went above and beyond to ensure our day was both perfect and on budget. The Establishment Barn is the best place to have a wedding! We had to reschedule due to Covid and they were more than helpful and accommodating to the changes. We still got to have our beautiful wedding, just a little later. Sara and Christy helped make everything run smoothly and helped cover any hiccups that may have happened along the way. The venue is so beautiful and speaks for itself. The bridal suite is amazing and makes you and your girls feel like queens! The staff is amazing. We can’t recommend this venue enough!

My experience with the Owner and staff of this Venue was 5 stars from the first email to the last. They were so helpful and accommodating when booking visits and the actual event. I knew this was going to be my venue from the moment I walked in it for the first time, it felt just like finding the right dress. They were Helpful in coordinating details, helping me to think of things that are Often overlooked, recommending amazing vendors, and ensuring that my Wedding Day was beautiful and perfect. They were eager to help do anything and everything to make sure I felt relaxed and beautiful. They found extra candles, fixed falling flowers and even broken earrings. I just simply cannot recommend this place and these amazing people enough, you won’t regret choosing them.

Sara Brewer is the most AMAZING person to work with. She was there every step of the way during the wedding planning process and I was able to go to her with any advice I needed. The bridal suite is TO DIE FORRRRR. Getting ready with all of the girls was so comfortable and we were able to relax and have a great time with so much room. She has three amazing ceremony sites to accommodate a variety of different preferences. We used their new outdoor space for our wedding ceremony and had the reception set up inside the barn. With such a beautiful night, we were able to keep the doors open for people to utilize the outdoor space as well and were able to party all night long! In addition to all of that, they have a room full of items that you are able to rent if needed. I know for sure this came in handy when I needed several items last minute. Since there wasn’t a wedding the day before or the day after, we were able to set everything up and have our rehearsal at the venue the day before our wedding. I can’t say enough high words about this venue, the owners and their staff.

The venue itself is gorgeous and had three beautiful ceremony options to choose from. And have you seen the brides room?? It is absolute PERFECTION! Plenty of room for the bride/bridesmaids/moms all to get ready and to enjoy the day! Having to plan wedding during COVID was exhausting, but Sara and Christy were there every step to help us, calm us, and assure that it would all work. What can I say... this venue is a little slice of heaven tucked away in the woods. From beginning to end the process was professional and flawless, thanks to the Owner of the barn, Sara. Sara went out of her way to have a friend run to get a Bundt cake when my cake girl was unresponsive and late. She let us use the barn and the bridal suite for my bridals which turned out beautiful. My guests RAVED about how beautiful it was. Close (11 miles) to some brand new very clean, nice hotels in Terrell - they even decorated our room the night of our wedding! I loved that I didn’t need to bring much decor because the barn’s beauty was enough! We were able to get there super early in the morning to start getting ready and relax in the upstairs oasis - it was just perfect. Can’t say enough - really. If you’re looking for airy, bright, natural light by day that turns into a starry romantic wonderland at night - this is your venue!

What can I say... this venue is a little slice of heaven tucked away in the woods. From beginning to end the process was professional and flawless, thanks to the Owner of the barn, Sara. Sara went out of her way to have a friend run to get a Bundt cake when my cake girl was unresponsive and late. She let us use the barn and the bridal suite for my bridals which turned out beautiful. My guests RAVED about how beautiful it was. Close (11 miles) to some brand new very clean, nice hotels in Terrell - they even decorated our room the night of our wedding! I loved that I didn’t need to bring much decor because the barn’s beauty was enough! We were able to get there super early in the morning to start getting ready and relax in the upstairs oasis - it was just perfect. Can’t say enough - really. If you’re looking for airy, bright, natural light by day that turns into a starry romantic wonderland at night - this is your venue!

Best venue EVER! Not only is it absolutely stunning inside and out with attention to detail, but the owner is so sharp and helpful! It is so new, so all the amenities are flawless. We were able to come in on Friday and set up all of our decorations and tables, which made it possible to have a very relaxing Saturday while getting ready. Sara, the owner, met with us one month out and gave us such great planning suggestions and help ease our last minute stress. After the wedding, all of our friends RAVED about how gorgeous the venue was! Also, the bridal suite is massive and so pretty! Perfect for a large bridal party! I would recommend 1000 times.

The Establishment Barn and Sara are so wonderful, it’s going to be hard to put into words how perfect and amazing everything was for our wedding. If you are looking for a great wedding venue, look no farther than The Establishment Barn. It truly is a hidden gem and I can’t imagine having my wedding any other place.Our wedding was originally being held at a private home that is on two acres; however, due to the non-stop rain Dallas/Fort Worth had between March and May, we were forced to change our plans about three weeks before our wedding. It was very stressful, as I was convinced places were going to be booked. We also had to find a venue that would allow us to use all of the vendors we had already contracted with – caterer, photographer, musicians, rentals, etc. After doing some research, we found The Establishment Barn in Terrell. The day I went to visit the venue it was pouring rain and Sara still met me at the venue to give me a tour. But even with the downpour, I knew I had found the perfect place for our wedding.The Establishment Barn is a hidden gem just one hour east of Dallas. The property is beautiful and the barn itself is amazing. There is a beautiful and very large bridal suite upstairs and the groom’s suite is downstairs. There is a large kitchen for the caterer and a spacious area for cocktail hour. The main reception area is large with very, very high ceilings. Our wedding was small; only 30 people total. But, the way the room was set up didn’t make it feel like we were in a huge space. But, if you have a large wedding reception, you will have plenty of room. Another thing that we liked about the venue was that there were three places we could have the ceremony, depending on the weather. We were blessed and had perfect weather the week of the wedding, so we were able to have our ceremony outside on the grass. But, if it had rained the day before, there is a place to still get married outside and not be in wet or muddy grass. And, if it was pouring (like it was every weekend leading up to our wedding), we would have it inside.After the ceremony, we took family photos with the barn as the backdrop and then we walked around the property and took pictures with the most beautiful backdrops. Sara was so easy to work with and was very responsive anytime my wedding coordinator or myself had a question. She made herself available on a Sunday afternoon so my wedding coordinator and I could tour the venue together to discuss how everything was going to be setup. She was there during the setup up and our entire wedding, helping our coordinator if needed. She even texted me the day of my wedding saying congratulations and to savor the day because it’s going to be a day we will remember forever.

Not until I attended the Dallas bridal show did I stumble across this gorgeous venue. After taking a trip out there it didn’t take us long to decide that it was the perfect venue for us!
