The Estate at New Albany is a modern wedding and event venue nestled in New Albany, OH. Situated on five acres of wooded glens, tranquil ponds, and manicured lawns, this estate offers a breathtakingly lush backdrop for your celebration of love. Easily accessible off of 161, the property is centrally located while remaining romantically secluded. With indoor and outdoor event areas and an elegant neutral color palette, this venue can be fully customized to create the wedding of your dreams. Signature spaces at The Estate at New Albany include a Grand Foyer with a 28-foot fireplace, an expansive Great Hall, and multiple ceremony spots. Exchange vows out on the lawns in a dedicated site draped with string lights, or inside in the The Forest & Noble Room. This room features a chic minimalist style and can be personalized with your chosen décor and floral arrangements. The Grand Foyer comes with comfortable furnishings on which your guests can lounge during the cocktail hour, while the Great Hall accommodates 350 for receptions. Boasting glittering chandeliers and large windows that bathe the floors in natural light, this hall is ideal for dining and dancing late into the night. Two tastefully-appointed private suites can be used as changing rooms before the festivities and are equipped with Apple TVs for your enjoyment. Packages at The Estate at New Albany come with tables and chairs, flatware, goblets, linens in approximately 80 colors, and five hours of DJ services. In addition, the venue's team of florists will create fresh centerpieces for guest tables and the ceremony altar. Catering is provided in-house and includes a full bar, coffee and tea service, a custom cake, two appetizers, and a buffet, family-style, or plated dinner. The friendly and helpful staff will also assist with setup and breakdown so that you can focus on spending time with your loved ones. In case of rain, they can even set up both indoor and outdoor locations to ensure your wedding day is nothing short of magical.

I could not be happier with how our wedding at The Estate turned out and would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married. Maddie and the entire team of The Estate made our wedding day absolutely perfect. Maddie’s communication, attention to detail, and ability to make our wedding day vision come to life was greatly appreciated. In the days following our wedding, our guests kept raving about what a wonderful time they had and how beautiful the venue was…they also constantly complemented about the delicious food that was served. The Estate is also a fantastic option for people like me, who did not want to have to search for vendors on my own as nearly everything was included, from the food, linens, cake, DJ, beer & wine, and floral centerpieces – it greatly reduced the stress of planning for the wedding. My husband and I could not be more pleased with how everything turned out and it will be a night we remember forever!

Everything was FLAWLESS. Maddie and Patty and Kurt the DJ made sure everything ran smoothly. Maddie even helped me bustle my dress & Patty calmed my nerves so much before walking down the aisle. Highly recommend.

The Estate was such a beautiful venue for our wedding. We got so many compliments on the venue and how beautiful and nice it was for the day. The all-inclusive nature was a life saver with the DJ, caterer, bar, cake, and day of coordinators all included in the bulk cost. Having that team there was crucial to the success of our wedding. The best part, in my opinion, was having someone there to decorate for us and coordinate everything the day of. There are a few reasons that I took away one star. The main being that we had a great coordinator that we trusted and got along with so well up until one month before the wedding. Then, one day out of the blue, we got an email from our new coordinator, saying that the previous one was no longer with the venue. We were bummed, but the new coordinator was friendly and we liked her too. Then, the day before the wedding, at the rehearsal, a different coordinator showed up to introduce herself as our day of coordinator, dismissing the fact that the second coordinator wasn't there with a reason that she was at an Ohio State football game. That's all fine, but why assign the second coordinator to us if she wasn't going to be our actual coordinator? Just a bit strange, and all three coordinators were wonderful, we just would have appreciated less whiplash with that part. The second reason that I took a star away is that when cleaning up, which is also 100% so nice that they were there to clean up, they collected the name cards and some things from the tables that appeared to be trash, but I really would've wanted to keep.Overall, The Estate was so wonderful and one of the best decisions we made for the wedding. There were just a few bumps the weekend of that would've made it THE best decision. It was a great experience and they are so knowledgeable, experienced, and organized for your wedding!

The venue was beautiful and it felt transformed to be just for us that day. The staff did an excellent job setting up all the decorations and tearing it down for us at the end of the evening. If I had any additional requests, Hannah or Maddie made it happen for me. Barrett and I felt very taken care of with food and drinks and having time to visit with our guests. The Estate at New Albany is a gorgeous, fully customizable venue. It's simple elegance is beautiful as a blank canvas and will easily accommodate any number of decor styles. As Mother-of-the-Bride, I immediately fell in love with The Estate. Danielle greeted us with a friendly smile, gave us a full tour, and thoroughly answered every question we asked. She immediately put my mind at ease, and I was amazed at all the things that were included. She stepped us through the initial steps of wedding planning. We also had the privilege of working with Emerald, who served as our wedding coordinator. Both ladies maintained timely, personal correspondence and helped us with every phase of the wedding planning process. They were both FANTASTIC to work with. This greatly increased my peace of mind, which allowed me to focus on the extra-special personal touches my daughter wanted. We made beautiful memories!The wedding day went very smoothly. We had a garden wedding, then the reception inside. The staff went above and beyond my expectations. They were so happy to help with everything we needed. It was absolutely beautiful, and we had many compliments on how delicious the food was, too! I highly recommend The Estate at New Albany!

Recently got married at The Estate (June 2023) and it was so perfect. Our coordinator, Emerald, was so attentive, flexible, patient, kind, and personable. She paid close attention to detail and made sure our day ran as smooth as possible. Finding a florist, DJ, and decorator all in one venue made the wedding planning process so much easier! We planned our wedding in a 6 month time frame and after we booked The Estate the stress felt lifted off our shoulders! The space was completely customizable to what we wanted & I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a timeless, classy venue!

They prompted us through the planning process and helped with ideas, timelines, and all the small details. It truly felt like having a wedding planner without hiring one. I also appreciated that our DJ, Mike, made an effort to come to the rehearsal to finalize details with us. Our coordinator Danielle was so kind and fun to work with. She was quick to respond to all of our questions, and she put me at ease on our wedding day by taking care of all the small details, letting us know what’s next, and asking if we needed anything. We added lots of florals from Fiori, and we got so many compliments on how beautiful everything was. The food and cake was delicious, the serving staff did an excellent job, the timeline ran smoothly, and we were able to relax and fully enjoy our day. We are so happy we chose the Estate for our wedding!

We got married here in April 2023. Everything was fabulous and it is truly a one stop shop. The First Look event is a wonderful opportunity to taste the food and see what all the venue has to offer. We cannot recommend this venue and company enough! It was the easiest wedding planning experience ever! Everyone we worked with (especially Emerald, our coordinator) was extremely helpful and responsive. When we arrived on wedding day everything was set-up and people were on hand to help us with anything and everything we needed. The cake (Sauer Cakes) was amazing. An anniversary cake was provided for us to take home! Such a delicious cake!! The food from Gourmet Fresh Catering was insanely delicious! Our guests raved about the quality and taste (and it was a buffet and still amazing)!Serendipity Designs provided some additional drapery in the indoor ceremony space. It made an incredible addition and provided the extra warmth and romantic vibe we needed for our ceremony. The florist (Fiori Florals) was amazing. The flowers were there when we arrived at the venue and exceed our expectations. We added flowers to the already provided centerpieces and it was worth the extra investment! The DJ (Mike Small of D and M DJ Entertainment) was truly incredible. I mean, amazing! He helped everything run smoothly and rolled with all last minute adjustments. To Emerald (and everyone else at The Estate and other vendors), thank you!! Our wedding was truly a magical experience. It was as low stress as planning a wedding can be. We cannot recommend The Estate at New Albany and BTTS enough! P.S. the added S’mores bar and “dancing on the clouds” was a fun edition!

The Estate at New Albany was the most magical place to have a wedding. The power had gone out right before our ceremony but emerald called backup and we were still able to have the most amazing ceremony with no hiccups. The power came back on right before the reception. Emerald was the most amazing wedding coordinator to work with. She listened so well and kept you calm throughout the whole day. There is no one else I would I’d rather have coordinate the most important day of my life. If you are looking for a place to get married this is your place, especially since the ceremony and reception rooms are separate it allows things to go even more smoothly. Thank you again!!

Everything was exceptional. The day of the wedding, they were there to make everything run smoothlyfrom the rehearsal dinner through the wedding. They even helped with the personal touches we brought in, turning on lights, packing things up, etc . The caterer , dj and florist were also excellent. I live out of state and my daughter was getting married there. It meant everything to me knowing I didn't have to run up there once a month. Guests were coming up to us saying what a beautiful place this venue was. Everyone loved the flowers and the food was excellent. So glad we found this venue. Made the wedding even more memorable.

I recently had my wedding at The Estate in New Albany, and I couldn't imagine a better wedding day! The Estate takes care of DJ, wedding cake, and center pieces, which saved me so much time and stress not having to find additional vendors. You receive a day of coordinator, which was truly life saving. Emerald was the best coordinator I could have asked for! She answered all of my questions from day 1 through the wedding day and was so helpful with anything I brought up. On the actual wedding day, she was coordinating all vendors, managing where my bridal party should go, and made sure me and my husband were brought anything we needed. I don't have enough great things to say about Emerald and The Estate!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about The Estate! They were so helpful from the beginning to the end. Communication was always more than timely and effective. I feel like through the process I had lots of “silly” questions but our coordinator Danielle never made it seem that way. She was incredible throughout the whole thing and definitely helped play a part in our day going seamless. The fact that it is an all inclusive venue is just a cherry on top and made planning so simple. All of their in house vendors are incredible, and we received many compliments about the staff night of. Thank you again everyone!!!

My husband and I can’t say enough good things about The Estate! They were so helpful from the beginning to the end. Communication was always more than timely and effective. We fully expected to have a few hiccups during our wedding day but with this venue and their staff, we barely had any. I had pictured what I wanted the wedding to look like and on the day of was absolutely blown away with how beautiful it was. As the bride, I was asked several times if I needed anything- drink, food, etc. I really felt very special and it was because of the staff at the venue. I would definitly recommend this place- especially for the \"lazy\" bride who just wants help with doing everything because this place does! It was so perfect, I wish I could go back and relive this day!

So many positives with the Estates at New Albany. All the food was delicious, but the beef wellington appetizer and the braised short ribs in the buffet were both amazing! Fiori Florals was very professional and I thought they did a spectacular job! They made the decision making so easy for us and I loved their designs. I was concerned about the back round for the sweetheart table, but Danielle suggested I work with Becky from Serendipity to come up with a solution. She made recommendations for a fabric wall behind the table with the color suggestions for the ceiling swooshes and the fabric wall and it all looked warm and very elegant. It was the perfect fix! Mark, the DJ, did an excellent job with the music! We had over 200 guests and he made the suggestion to do the table hop in 3-5 minutes to some fun music so the bride and groom would get a photo with each table and all the guests had a great time preparing for their 15 seconds with the bride and groom. He was a wonderful communicator and so positive and reassuring during our pre-wedding meeting. My daughter picked 3 different flavors of cake and filling for the wedding cake and each were really amazing! People commented on how tasty the cake was! Danielle, with the estates, was very patient throughout the process answering all of our questions. We had a ton of stuff we brought to the venue for the reception and they did a great job displaying it how we wanted and then collecting it afterwards so we could get out of the venue in a timely fashion. We did have a couple of table number corrections that we just happen to notice prior to the reception, but they were able to make those changes so people were sitting just how we'd planned. Only a few things I would change if I had to do it over again. 1) Request an additional half hour with the photographer prior to the ceremony....the 2 hours wasn't enough because guests arrive so early. 2) We brought home tons of leftover cake so I fear many guests did not get dessert. It might be helpful if the DJ pointed out where the cake was and announce that it was cut and that guests should help themselves....more than once if they see there is still a lot of cake leftover. 3) I'm not sure how much of our late night bites were eaten. I would suggest the DJ announce that has been served more than once so the food doesn't go to waste. We spend a lot of money to make the night amazing for the bride and groom and our guests...we really want them to enjoy everything! 4) I thought it was really loud and difficult to hear....so toning down the loudness of the music just a bit would have been great. I was having too much fun to even think about talking to Mark about that during the event...so it must have been minor :). Overall, a superb experience! All the vendors were wonderful and I'd highly recommend to anyone to use this venue for a special event.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding! Danielle and Emerald were absolutely amazing. They were always happy to answer any questions and always put my mind at ease leading up to the big day and even on the big day. The food and cake were excellent and Mike our DJ was awesome! We were told by everyone how great the food was and how they loved the music-which is all we could ask for. The Estate really turned my vision into a reality and it was more than I could have ever hoped for! Thank you!!

WOW! I seriously cannot say enough amazing things about The Estate Team. Our wedding day was everything we dreamed of and MORE. The Estate Team and its wonderful team of vendors made all of our visions come to life and covered every single base, even the ones we didn’t know needed covered. We are so grateful for the teamwork and communication provided through every stage of planning. Every question or concern was addressed quickly. We had an unexpected death occur in our lives and Danielle was more than accommodating in rescheduling our final meeting to ensure we were able to attend the funeral out of town. The Estate Team truly cares about their couples and makes them feel so special and loved. We are so happy and blessed to have gotten married at The Estate!

Don’t get me wrong the location is gorgeous and we had a beautiful wedding but if we had the choice to do it over, we would’ve gone somewhere else. Right off the bat, the (I assume) owner was rude (we almost didn’t go with this venue because of her tone with us) she essentially told my husband it was my decision and not his and that if we didn’t book with them that day, we wouldn’t be finding anything else. After we booked there was so much back and forth/miscommunication with the coordinators on things I had already thoroughly detailed for them. They ruined several decor items (wrote on our expensive hand-calligraphy name tags and spray painted my wedding signage stands without permission). There was so much ambiguity within the “day of schedule”, so they called me 6 days before the wedding and let me know the schedule was wrong and it was a $600 mistake. They ended up honoring their mistake but finding it 6 days before the event and blaming me for it is not acceptable considering I had all the receipts to prove I did my due diligence. The process was a headache, to say the least. And come the day of the wedding, I had a completely different coordinator that I had never worked with. Our previous coordinator stopped contact with me altogether, and when I’d send an email, I’d get a text reply from someone else speaking on her behalf. Also, if you upgrade your meal package for a champagne toast, make sure you get one because about half of our guests got champagne and the other half didn’t….including the bride and groom which is ridiculous. We even upgraded to nicer champagne coupes just for the toast, and we’re so disappointed. And like other reviews point out, if you think this is an “all-inclusive venue” that just covers the bare minimum. We thought we’d be spending around 15k but once the ball got rolling with florals and linens and everything else that we thought would be included, we were closer to 20k in just venue costs. Some of those upgrades were personal choices that we fully understand but some were so outlandish. Like paying tax through Fiori but then the venue hitting you with a floral tax as well. Or paying for furniture rentals that showed up but never got put out on the day of the wedding. The in-house DJ, Catering, and Florists were fantastic, however. They really made the wedding beautiful. Not sure why there’s a service charge for them though considering I found out they don’t receive tips for their hard work. I ended up tipping everyone that night when I found out and afterward, I couldn’t get a clear answer on what the service charge (over 3k) was for. We so badly wanted to love this experience but it definitely fell short for the price.

My husband and I just had our wedding at The Estate this past weekend and cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue! Throughout the entire process, Danielle, our main contact was there to answer any and every question I had. The all-inclusiveness of the venue made it so much more streamline in terms of booking and connecting with vendors. The all inclusiveness of The Estate was the main reason we first chose this venue. They make planning very easy and take a lot of the stress out of planning such a big event. They offer a lot of great add ons, but they are very supportive if you want to use your own options which can make things more affordable. Danielle, our event coordinator, was very responsive and helpful with questions, and she was fantastic the day of! Every time I turned around she was there offering me help (and my favorite, more beer). Our provided DJ, Mike, was very professional and helpful during the rehearsal and day of. We had nothing but good comments from our guests. This is a beautiful venue with a great staff.

This was the wedding of our dreams! Everyone always says how stressful wedding planning is, but not with the Estate! It was so organized and easy, I didn't have to stress about a thing on the day of! Like others mentioned, you are getting the bare bones and will be upcharged for anything you want to add, but it was all worth it in the end.

The Venue is wonderful. Lovely building, lovely interior and exterior setup. My wife and I visited a plethora of wedding venues. What initially set this venue apart from the others was the \"All Inclusive\" package this venue offered. Rather going shopping for different vendors such as: Cake, Table Linens, Music, Flowers etc; this venue provides it all. HOWEVER the all inclusive package is a basic bare minimum package. The venue provides the basic necessities but you will definitely be hit with up charges on everything! ( This was not articulated thoroughly nor conveyed during the initial sales meeting) Communication was not the best. Regarding these up charges, again we were sold on everything being included with our wedding package yet when we attended our Floral appointment (for example) we are that the told only items included are centerpieces. Bouquets, ceremonial floral arrangements, reception arrangements etc were extra $$$. Every vendor appointment, expect an upcharge. The sales rep did not do a great job explaining all the details regarding these services. Hindsight, the sales rep definitely seemed like a used car salesman using the \"dates are filling up quick tactic\" \"hey we are all inclusive, all in house vendors 1 stop shop sales pitch. Sounds nice but you do not get what you imagine unless you are willing to pay well above your budget. Lastly on the communication, the representatives were not very accommodating. They were really \"matter of fact\" about everything \"it is what it is\" mentality and didn't really cater to our needs and requests to make the day blissful. This is not the professionalism you expect for a monumental moment in your life and for the amount of money you are spending. If it wasn't for us bringing our own DJ, this experience would of been horrible. Again great venue, but the service and accommodations are not worth the 10s of thousands you are paying!

We had our dream wedding at the Estate in July! Everything was perfect & so organized. In the planning process we were informed of all deadlines & could easily make contact with all members of the staff with questions or changes to our big day. The Estate took care of everything & as a bride I was so thankful! They really take away most of the stress of wedding planning & provide excellent ideas throughout the process. All of our vendors through The Estate (food, cake, DJ, and florals) were so helpful and extremely professional. My husband and I truly enjoyed meeting with all of our vendors and brainstorming different ideas with them!We are still receiving commentary about how great our wedding was, and we couldn't agree more! I can't thank the staff enough for hosting, organizing, and ensuring our day was exactly how we envisioned it. Cheers to The Estate!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed meeting with all of our vendors and brainstorming different ideas with them!We are still receiving commentary about how great our wedding was, and we couldn't agree more! Each of their vendors is every bit as professional and friendly as the venue itself. Each person offered wonderful ideas. The venue is a clean slate, you can literally turn it into anything you could imagine, it’s huge but warm and simple and beautiful. Jenna was out day of coordinator and she was super helpful in making sure every single detail was exactly how I wanted it to be. If I would do the day over, 400% of the time I would do it there. Every person has told me the food was amazing, our DJ absolutely brought the party, the florals were exactly what I had imagined and our cake was stunning and delicious.

When I walked into the venue the morning of my wedding I could not believe how perfect everything was. Planning a wedding from a different city can be difficult but The Estate made it so simple by coordinating all communication and appointments with the DJ, florist, and bakery. Having hotels walking distance was also a huge perk. Guests raved about how beautiful our venue was and continue to tell me how much they enjoyed our wedding. I cannot thank this venue enough for running everything so smoothly from day one to our final wedding day! We had booked right before Covid, and all through Covid we were biting our nails on how our wedding day would look. It was impossible to reach anyone higher up to try and talk about our contract. However, the team that actually works in the Estate (4 girls) are incredible and we’re nothing but a delight to work with. Kylie was the one communicating with us throughout the process and we loved her. Everything was so so easy. I want to write this review to warn other couples who are thinking of planning a wedding with The Estate. Two days before our wedding date in October 2020, my husband tested positive for Covid-19. We spent thousands of dollars for this day and it was essentially thrown down the drain because The Estate was unwilling to refund us a single penny. We were not given an option to somehow give our guests the dinner/cake/alcohol that was paid for as well. We understand that we signed a contract with this venue, but due to the circumstances that were completely out of our control, we felt that asking for something in return was not unfair. We were left with absolutely nothing to show for from this venue. I truly don’t know how these women sleep at night, knowing how wrong this is. I am writing this review because we want to make other couples aware of our experience. Knowing what I know now, I would never recommend this venue to anyone.

They lived up to that name because by the end I felt so grateful for Kristen, Kylie, and Maggie that words or a review don't do them justice for everything these ladies helped me with. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. After my tour I truly couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. All of our guests were talking about how good the food was and how beautiful the venue was. As someone with little experience and knowledge in planning a wedding, they made every step and every decision easy. It was extremely helpful to have catering, alcohol, florist and dj all in one. If you’re getting married, get married here! This team of amazing ladies, Kristen, Kylie, and Maggie made our wedding day the most beautiful day in history, yeah! In history! These ladies work so well together, are so coordinated in their work, it’s easy to put complete trust in them to handle your day (a hard thing to do for anyone)! We planned our wedding with them in under 6 months (2 detail meetings and multiple email correspondences)! They had amazing recommendations for other vendors aside from the florist, caterer, cake, and DJ that they regularly work with. Additionally they had in house decor items, we used a beautiful copper arch for a nominal price, as well as decorative lanterns for the foyer. They were so accommodating to last minute changes and additions. An absolute pleasure to work with! Maggie made the rehearsal seamless despite having to manage a very large social family, not in like herding cats. The venue itself is dreamy! Open and crisp, a lovely bar, and separate rooms for the bride and room to get ready. Everything was coordinated and lovely! Friends told me “something will go wrong on your wedding day, just accept it”; but at the estate, everything was perfect. I wish I could get married again just to work with this wonderful group! Truly a gem!

Great venue that made our day stress free! I wanted to to an outdoor ceremony, but was worried about the chance of rain on the day of our wedding. The Estate worked with us to develop an indoor ceremony plan as a back up in case it rained. Although it ended up being a gorgeous day, this really helped put me at ease the day of the wedding! We also really loved the packages that were offered! They had great options and made the planning process so much easier! The Estate did a great job at making our day special! Things definitely went smoothly the day of. My only complaint is that they did not provide us with a coordinator the afternoon/evening before the wedding to rehearse. They told us if we wanted to rehearse, it would have to be in the morning. There was another wedding happening at the venue so we ended up rehearsing across the street at The Marriott. They truly went above and beyond during are extensive 18 month planning process. On our Wedding Day, Kylie was there to direct the vendors and make sure everything was PERFECT! We did custom draping for our outdoor ceremony and behind the head table at the reception which was done by Serendipity Design and it was STUNNING! We wanted a little spin on our reception and had Handel's Ice Cream Cart swing which the Estate handled wonderful! We had a few additional vendors- which the Estate accommodated wonderfully. We received so many compliments from our friends, family and even the vendors on how well the Estate handled absolutely everything. We wouldn't change a thing about our day!

We did not have our ceremony there, but we got ready in the bridal party rooms and had our reception there. We wanted to do a couple things that were unique to us and they were more than happy to help us accommodate. Every question i had was answered, every request was tended to. However, on our wedding day they were seriously incredible. We had a little snag with one of my table numbers, but Maggie handled it without me even knowing. We brought a lot of our own decorations, but they also provided some to help round out the look. Everyone loved the food. We used the DJ that was included with our package and he was amazing. He had our guests dancing every minute until the very end. They cleaned up and packaged all my decorations and it made it SO easy for us. Simply stated, I cannot recommend The Estate enough. My daughter’s wedding was flawless and I attribute it to the professionalism of the planners at The Estate. The rehearsal was on time with guidance and the day of the wedding they stayed on top of each detail from starting on time to informing the guest of the bridal party’s entrance, DJ was great and kept things moving as scheduled. The Venue was set up as we requested and was beautiful. Loved the vendors that the Venue connected us with except I was disappointed with the cupcake paper cups from the cake person and wished we could have had fancier cupcake paper cups. Aside from that I was absolutely pleased with the wedding day!

My now Husband and I had the most incredible experience working with the team at The Estate from our very first meeting until our sparkler sendoff on our wedding day. Every planning session was executed perfectly and everyone was opening to our suggestions and wanted to make our wedding day ours. We had the great please of starting our planning with Alyssa who is absolutely incredible, and later was able to work with Kylie (who I believe may be Wonder Woman), for the rest of our planning and into our wedding day. From the outdoor ceremony to the cocktail hour in the foyer and our reception, everything was perfect, beautiful and exactly how we had imagined it. We are so extremely and forever grateful for the entire team and their support, love, and dedication to our best day ever.

The Estate at Nee Albany was such a stunning venue and perfect for my wedding!! It has great functionality and lots of room for each part of the day! The staff were accommodating and when we had an issue with the toilets they very kindly refunded us some of our payment! The food was all great and the cake they include to die for!! So happy with the photo opportunities around the venue as well as the closeness of hotels!! Would absolutely recommend to others!!

We absolutely loved getting married at The Estate an New Albany!! Kristen and her team were incredible to work with and were such a great resource throughout the whole process. From the moment we toured to our big day, they were so attentive, friendly and fun. The Estate is gorgeous and has everything you could need - Bride suite AND groom suite (which was impossible to find anywhere else and a huge hit with the guys), indoor and outdoor ceremony space, and tons of beautiful room. One of the best parts about The Estate is that some of your vendors are included, which saved us money and TONS of researching time. Each vendor we worked with was extremely professional and did a great job. When we were still looking, other venues had confusing pricing models, and The Estate gives you a folder that really spells everything out and gives you ton of options to customize your day exactly how you want it. I seriously could not recommend this place more and I can't imagine getting married and having this great of an experience anywhere else! THANKS Kristen and team!!!

My husband and I decided to get married only 4 months after our engagement. We had our ceremony and reception at The Estate. Kylie was so helpful with connecting me to our vendors and making sure I had all the big details figured out in such a short time. Everyone there worked well together and the whole day went smoothly. When a couple minor issues came up, the wedding coordinator took care of it right away. I highly recommend this venue as it’s staff and vendors all did a wonderful job!

I had my wedding at The Estate in July. My experience wasn't as great as most brides there. it started after I put down the deposit. At first, the primary contact Alyssa was slow to respond to questions via email. We were invited to their open house for booked couples last minute as if we were an afterthought. We weren't invited to try the plates meal portion of the evening, even though we booked plates meals for our package. Instead we had to go to a private tasting at an off site location and were limited to two options even though it wasn't our mistake. On the wedding day, we had a different coordinator that we had never met or worked with Jade. She was nice but flat in personality. I don't think she knew who the bride was when we first arrived. They let guests in the venue as early as 1 hour prior to start time even though I was completely pre-ceremony pictures. Flowers were dropped off by the florist earlier in the day. Was expected to give approval for arrangements via pictures I was sent through text message, however florist left before I could respond. included centerpieces were much smaller than anticipated. bridesmaids bouquets (not included) were much smaller than anticipated. was misquoted for pricing by florist at initial meeting so when I came to paying in full I had to pay the difference or I wouldn't get all my expected items. cake was delicious, however the flavors on each tier were mixed up. ribbon color on cake was wrong. we ordered a small grooms cake and never received it. DJ played half of our requests and the other half of music was the standard cheesy reception music that we did not want. Guests were complaining music was too loud. had to tell DJ to turn down music twice then he would just turn it back up. ballroom got very hot. had difficulty finding Jade to turn down the air. I asked to move my sparkler send off early so that I can have the maximum amount of guests for pictures. DJ kept playing music and delaying. I finally got him to get the guests outside and then he announced the last song and they shut down the bar 20 minutes early. just because the sparkler send off was moved up didn't mean to end the reception early. it was nice that they had everything packed up for u at the end of the night. never received follow up for how we felt the wedding went. venue was beautiful but definitely did not feel as cared for. would book somewhere else if I had to do it over again due to customer service.

All I can really say is WOW! We got married at the Estate in early June and it was the best day ever! And that is all due to The Estate. When we started wedding planning, I was having a hard time committing to a venue. Kristen sold me on how great she was to talk to and with the promise of keeping our day on track. They lived up to every promise and MORE. Kristen and Alyssa responded to my emails so quickly and they let us completely customize our day to our budget and preferences. That was huge for us. We never felt like there were hidden costs and the packages gave us everything we wanted. Kristen set up ALL of the crazy details I insisted on and they torn everything down. Our day was so stress free for me as a bride and for my family - which was priceless to us. Our guests raved about the venue - how beautiful it was and how great all the food was! The Estate includes a TON of checklist items for you, like your DJ, wedding cake, linens making it all a one stop shop. All of those items were top notch, I couldn't have picked them better if I had to. I wish I could give them 10 stars, I couldn't recommend the Estate more. If you're an indecisive person like me, do yourself a favor and book with the Estate as fast as you can! We can't thank Kristen and Alyssa enough.Brittany & Austin

Our wedding day was the absolute BEST day of our lives, thanks to the lovely staff/owners of The Estate at New Albany. The vendors they recommend/offer in house are absolutely wonderful to work with and the end results were more than we had envisioned. We had so many compliments from our guests that this was the best wedding they had ever been to. The staff was very quick to respond to every single question we had and was willing to go above and beyond to help us create the wedding of our dreams. The Venue is naturally beautiful, with the neutral decor, elegant lighting and the lush greenery. This gave us the ability to customize the space to our style and color scheme.The food was flavorful and fresh, our cake was just as delicious as it was beautiful, our flowers were bright and colorful and the staff was lovely. I would recommend this gorgeous venue to everyone. The staff reassured me that they would take care of EVERYTHING and what we received was honestly perfection.

Our wedding day was absolutely PERFECT! I know, I know, everyone says that about their special day but I can honestly say that ours was PERFECT all thanks to the amazing people at The Estate at New Albany!! We worked with Alyssa the whole time leading up to the wedding and Jade was our person on the day of. They both were such a joy and pleasure to work with! There was not a single hiccup that we knew of and if there was the staff did an amazing job at handling it! Cause literally everything went so smooth for us. All of our guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was! We had the flank steak and blackened chicken and it was cooked perfect! You don’t see that often but the people at The Estate really out did themselves! I would recommend this place a million times over for anyone planning a wedding! Oh! And I can’t forget that they also set EVERYTHING up and boxed it up afterwards! They seriously make the whole wedding experience as stress free as possible! Thank you to all the staff!! We held our wedding reception at the Estate in February. It was a truly beautiful day and the folks at the Estate made it even better. Kristen and Alyssa handled all the details professionally and efficiently. A month later, guests are still commenting on how great of an evening it was, and the Estate was a big part of it. When planning for a wedding, you should definitely consider the Estate. The experience was worth it, and we'd do it all over again if we could!

The Estate was amazing. I had Alyssa help plan the big day and she was so organized, listened to what I liked, and made everything I wanted come to life. The prices are very reasonable. The packages made planning a wedding super easy, especially because I didn't have to research and interview multiple vendors. The venue handled everything the day of; if there was anything that went wrong I would have no idea because Alyssa handled it all before we got there. This venue was definitely the way to go, I was able to enjoy my special day instead of worrying about all the logistics. It was great having the ceremony and the reception all at one place. The guests loved how convenient it was to have everything there and then the hotel right across the street. I would definitely recommend!

Preparation for the wedding was so easy and stress-free, eliminating the need to search for and coordinate DJ/food/dessert/decor since it's all included. The Estate offered an open house, which was helpful for sampling food, viewing different table setups, and meeting with vendors. We worked with Alyssa, and she was extremely friendly, responsive, and did a great job guiding us along the way. Any questions or alterations were taken care of immediately. The venue itself is gorgeous, with an awesome atrium (that makes you go \"Wow!\") and plenty of space for a wedding ceremony and reception. There are several hotels within walking distance, which is very convenient. Our wedding day experience was fantastic; our guests raved about how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. Several members of our wedding party and guests have dietary restrictions, and it was no problem coordinating gluten-free and vegetarian options for individuals who needed them. It was great to have our ceremony and reception in one place, with guests able to mingle and eat in the atrium during the cocktail hour. We don't have a single complaint about our overall experience; it was all so enjoyable!

We planned on having an outdoor ceremony, but due to some unfortunate weather we had to move the ceremony inside and the estate was able to do so and have the backup room set up within minutes. They make sure everything is in order every step of the way. We had multiple meeting with the planners throughout the planning process to ensure that all was getting done when it needed to be. Also, when the day came, we simply handed over our decor and the folks at the Estate did all the setup and decorating. It looked beautiful.

This is the one and only venue you will ever need to see, just go and book it!! Its gorgeous inside and out, couldn't be happier with this place. We had the ceremony and reception there. The food, alcohol, cake, DJ and centerpieces are all included in their already amazing price!! I've looked at at many venues non of which even slightly compared to The Estate. I had a smaller wedding and it was still perfect. The vendors are amazing to work with especially the baker and DJ. Everything is so well organized and detailed. This is the one and only venue you will ever need to see, just go and book it!! Its gorgeous inside and out, couldn't be happier with this place. We had the ceremony and reception there. The food, alcohol, cake, DJ and centerpieces are all included in their already amazing price!! I've looked at at many venues non of which even slightly compared to The Estate. I had a smaller wedding and it was still perfect. The vendors are amazing to work with especially the baker and DJ. Everything is so well organized and detailed. Alyssa was so easy going to work with and very responsive. Thank you all so much for the wonderful wedding day!

The Estate saved the day for our wedding! We lost our previous venue with just 4 months to go due to construction/permitting issues. My fiance called 40 different venues in Columbus trying to find one that was available on our date. We took a chance to drive out to The Estate and they just happened to have our date still available. It was meant to be! Kristen and Alyssa were wonderful to work with and very responsive. There is certainly a lot of add-ons that can run up the bill fast, but that is true of any wedding venue. The day of our wedding, we didn't have to worry about a thing! It all went seamlessly and looked amazing - better than we could have ever dreamed! I can't say enough about this venue. They made our day so special and it was truly the best day of our lives.

I cannot say enough good things about The Estate! My husband and I just got married there this last Saturday and our experience was so amazing that I had to write this review during our honeymoon. From the moment we met with Joy when the venue wasn’t even built yet, we knew that the all inclusive package would be the most stress free wedding planning experience we could have. Everything from our first tasting of the food to the last song played at our reception was fantastic. It’s so great that you can have the option to do an outdoor or indoor ceremony. We had hoped for outdoor, but made the call to have it indoors and Kristen and Alyssa went above and beyond to make the indoor space amazing. Gayle did an absolutely amazing job with our flowers and our DJ Mike kept EVERYONE dancing all night. Ben was our bartender and made sure the drinks were flowing during the cocktail hour and reception. The food was amazing and we’re still getting compliments on how great it was! Any questions I had were promptly answered by Kristen and Alyssa, down to last minute additions on the day of, and we truly cannot thank them enough for making our wedding day the best day of our lives!

One of the BEST venues in Columbus! It has a beautiful modern feel with a lot of clean space to do what you want with. If you want a wedding with a clean, light and airy look, this is the perfect place for you. Even the indoor ceremony spot is a beautiful room! There are so many places for photos (even some amazing indoor options in case of bad weather, which is hard to come by in a venue!) and I love how they have separate getting ready suites for the bride and groom. Logistically, it makes the day run very smoothly! Not only is it a beautiful venue, the staff and owners are nothing short of incredible to work with. As a photographer, I've had the pleasure of working with them at a few different shoots and a wedding and have been blown away by the service they provide. They treat everyone with kindness and professionalism. I recommend this venue to every couple that asks! They are on top of everything and are the kind of venue you need to have for your wedding day. One of my favorite venues in central Ohio! Trust me, as a wedding professional, you will NOT regret booking it for your wedding day!

We had the most wonderful experience finding the perfect wedding and reception venue for our daughter's wedding. Kristen was waiting for us upon arrival with a warm welcoming. She proudly showed us The Estate at New Albany and all of it's beautiful features. She took her time while answering all of our questions and made my husband and I feel like our daughter's wedding will be everything we wanted and more! By far the easiest decision we've made throughout our wedding planning process! The Estate at New Albany truly had everything we hoped for in our venue! It is a modern space located on the most beautiful nature preserve (so you get the best of both worlds!). We loved the gorgeous outdoor ceremony space, but we were also so relieved to see their indoor ceremony space, which could accommodate for a rainy day if needed. We loved the high ceilings, modern flooring, both the bride & groom suites, and the light & airy feel of the space. But the icing on the cake is the team at The Estate, especially Kristen. She made us feel so at ease during our tour and really listened to our ideas/concerns along the way. And she shared so many fun ideas with us that we didn't even realize we're possible! You can tell she really cares about her couples + making each wedding really unique & special. If we could give 100 stars we would - because The Estate at New Albany & Kristen deserve them all!

The Estate was beyond perfect for our big day! We booked with Joy immediately (our first and only venue “visit”) before the venue was even built based on the renderings and their kindness alone. We were blown away with how the whole venue came together, even more perfect than a rendering could depict. The space is so light and airy and it can transform elegantly into whatever fits your personality- the options are endless! We absolutely loved the all-inclusive style and it was such a stress reliever and time saver that allowed us to enjoy our time being engaged instead of spending our time stressing and researching vendors. Kristen and Alyssa were so responsive to our every question and request, Michelle went above and beyond for our cake tasting, Gayle nailed the reception flowers to a T of what we described, and DJ Mike kept our party going all night long. We also got an insane number of compliments on the food (we went with jerk chicken and maple bourbon steak), and everyone continues to compliment us on the venue and how it perfectly fit us- and that was because of all the hard work they put in to make sure it was exactly what we wanted! Oh- and did I mention that it rained for 24 hours straight on our big day? We were able to change the set up of the ceremony from outdoors to indoors seamlessly and stress free the morning of, and it looked just as beautiful as I imagined, even though we ended up in an entirely different space than planned. I wouldn’t change a single thing about our day or about the people who made it happen! Huge thanks to the Estate!!!
