We just had our wedding at The Three Village Inn (Nov. 11th) and my husband and I were thrilled! It was the best day of our lives! We worked with Tom, who was a SAINT patiently dealing with every question and email we had for him. They were communicative and responsive. We did NOT have a day-of-coordinator, but it was not needed. Our Maitre dâ (Winnie) was professional, attentive, and organized. Our bridal attendant was the only one with the key to our bridal suite so all of our belongings were safe and secure the entire night. Everything ran smoothly the entire day. My husband and I never NOT had a drink in hand! We stayed at the Inn (Suite #16) the night before our wedding day. The morning of the wedding, we used this room for my bridesmaids and I to get ready in. It was spacious enough for 10 women to get ready in and had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient! It was centrally located between the main building and all of the guest rooms (not to mention, walkable to the water/marina across the street). We also utilized the attached tavern for our after-party. The food was fresh, delicious and plentiful! The bar well-stocked and bartenders worked quickly. The building itself has old-timey, rustic, classy charm with original architectural features. The grounds lent itself to stunning photos with little nooks and crannies to hide away to but also had the scenic water and marina across the street. Our entire wedding from start to finish took place at this venue and we couldnât have been happier with how it turned out!

Our wedding at Three Village Inn was a dream come true! Tom from Lessings was calm, reassuring, and was able to answer all of our questions whenever we had them. He made it easy for us to remain calm throughout the wedding planning process. On the day of, we had Winnie and Sophia as our staff and both handled everything through the evening flawlessly, even the things we didnât think of. The rest of the staff was professional and always greeted everyone with a smile. Would highly recommend having your wedding or really any event at Three Village Inn.

We had our wedding over the summer at TVI (7/14/23) and it was the best experience we could have asked for! From booking the venue all the way to the wedding day, Tom and Winnie made the entire wedding planning process a breeze. They really know how to minimize the stress! We loved the location for the history but honestly, everything about TVI is quaint and beautiful. Our guests really enjoyed the space and the quality of food. We went with the package that was offered and all the vendors associated with TVI were great to work with as well. Would recommend 10x over.

Look no further for a venue. Everyone at the Three Village Inn was Informative, attentive, and so nice! We just had our wedding here and everything was amazing. Tom, Winnie, and Hannah and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. The venue itself is beautiful! The ceremony during the sunset was gorgeous. The cocktail hour was amazing with delicious food that all our guests raved about. The reception room is newly renovated and beautiful. Book with the Three Village Inn. You wonât be disappointed at all.

Look no further for a venue. Everyone at the Three Village Inn was Informative, attentive, and so nice! We just had our wedding here and everything was amazing. We just had our wedding last week (9/29/23) at TVI and it was absolutely incredible. I am so impressed by the fluidity of the evening, they are a well oiled machine with their vendors! We had such an incredible experience working with all the team at TVI. Every step of the way we were met with patience and so much helpfulness. We worked with John for the initial organizing process, and are so grateful for his coordination and communication while we were planning this all from out of state. For the wedding day, we had Winnie and Raemarie helping coordinate events. We had a lot of curveballs thrown their way, (last minute photos in the cocktail antechamber due to rain and more!) and they handled everything with grace and accommodated us and our bridal party. If we ever needed anything, they were right at our side ready. At one point my bustle ripped and a bridesmaid was helping me, when suddenly Raemarie and Winnie appeared with safety pins and had me ready to dance within less than 15 seconds. The service was incredible and they were so kind! All of our guests also cannot stop raving about the food! The cocktail hour was so delicious, we had three stations and passed canapĂ©s. For dinner we had multiple choices for guests, also available GF/Veg options. I have been told by many of our guests it was the best food theyâve ever had at a wedding! We are so thankful we went with TVI and just had such a marvelous experience! I highly recommend their venue you will get the best experience! Thank you to the team for your incredible work on our wedding we are so grateful!

We got married on 623/23. Our entire wedding experience was a fairytale and it is all thanks to the amazing staff. From the start Tom made us feel at home. It was the perfect location for the private, intimate, rustic wedding we were looking for. He answered every email and truly made our day come to life. We opted for the wedding package working with their vendors who were all so professional and amazing. We had a 95 person wedding with an outdoor ceremony and after party at the tavern. The food was absolutely delicious which our family and friends continue to talk about. Our Maitre D was Winnie who made our entire day run smoothly. She helped coordinate the whole day from helping us have our ceremony outside with 20 minutes to dry the chairs from the train earlier that day to battling every crisis and potential problem that came her way without batting an eye. We gave them items to set up and they were displayed and decorated in a way I would have never been able to imagine to truly make the day special. Our bridal attendant was Emily who made sure all my needs were met and I was never without food, water or the bathroom break. The entire staff at the inn was so friendly that it made everyone feel welcomed. We stayed the night prior at the cottages where the bridal party got ready, was more than enough space for 10-14 people to get ready and do photos. I will definitely recommend the 3 village inn to all potential brides to have their perfect day come true.

My wife and I got married at Three Village Inn a few days ago. It was the best day of my life, and the staff at the inn was instrumental in making everything go so well.We planned the wedding with Tom Wright from Lessing's. He was very easy to work with in person, and made the planning process go very smoothly. Our Maitre D', Winnie (Winifred Schaffer), was absolutely wonderful. She ran our rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception, and did a great job. I was initially skeptical of how much a Maitre D' could matter, but she had a massive impact on our day; directing the entire show, making sure everything went exactly as we wanted, and in keeping us calm and in the moment.Our bridal attendant, Emily, was similarly incredible. When my wife wanted to change out of her heels before our first dance, Emily ran (I'm pretty sure she **sprinted**, considering how quickly she returned) up to our cottage not once, but TWICE, to retrieve two different shoe options. She even found socks that we were unsure if we'd even packed! She made our day SO much easier and more enjoyable, and really allowed us to bask in the love of our family and friends, directly in the moment. She has a flower preservation business Saving Stems (@savingstemsco) that we will absolutely be patronizing!The food at TVI was spectacular. Everything we ate, from the appetizer at our rehearsal dinner (burrata), to the hors d'oeuvres (the chick pea fries in particular), to the dinners, right down to the perfectly crispy chicken fingers at the after party, was delicious. We're excited we can relive some of it by going to the restaurant, where most (all?) of the dishes we had are served. Even the bar tenders and serving staff were spectacular. Friendly, polite, and calm in a way we really appreciated. The accommodations at the inn, specifically the cottages where we and many of our friends and family members slept either one or two nights, were fantastic as well. Spacious, comfortably air conditioned, clean, and generally beautiful. All of our guests had positive things to say!We got a package with Lessing's that included the venue, food, DJ, photographer, cake, and flowers. We forewent the Limo and got a credit for it. While we did add various things with each vendor (the after party, more photographer time, a videographer, ceremony music, an MC, and a few other things) we ultimately felt the package was well worth it, particularly in comparison to all the other potential venues we had investigated (most with more expensive packages that seemed to include far less).Overall, our feelings on the Three Village Inn, as a venue, are overwhelmingly positive. We can not recommend them highly enough for any wedding or celebration. We are so, SO glad we decided to have are wedding there!

From the moment we sat down with Tom, we were in! He was attentive, thorough, responsive and down to earth. He flawlessly went through every detail with us and kept everything organized and coordinated. We were looking to have a small wedding and Three Village Inn was right up our ally; it was historical and quaint- they needed to do emergency renovations and even though things became more modernized, they still kept the antique-historical look and the renovations came out absolutely amazing! We also dealt with Nicole, the hotel manager, and RaeMarie, the general manager; both extremely responsive and handled our slight hiccups with ease and efficiency. The day of our wedding went seamlessly as well. The food was delicious, timing was perfect and we partied hard! We had Whinny as our Maitre âd and Hannah as our bridal attendant and damn they were amazing!! They both made sure we ate, stayed hydrated and had fun. Theyâre a huge asset to have and we were privileged to have had our wedding there!

From the moment we toured TVI back in August 2020, my husband and I knew this was the perfect venue for us! It couldnât be more charming. The grounds are so beautiful, and we adored the vintage cocktail hour space and quaint reception room. It was the perfect size for our 145 person wedding! We had a few little bumps in the road due to some wonky communication since they had some employee turnover, but aside from those few blips we truly have nothing but wonderful things to say about Three Village Inn. It really was the wedding venue of our dreams! Our MaĂźtre d', Winnie, was very nice and remained on top things on the big day. Who really stole the show for us was our bridal attendant, Emily! She was so sweet and didn't skip a beat. She was a calming presence in my bridal suite before the ceremony, as well as right after, waiting at the end of the aisle with our signature cocktails in hand for us! She even packed up a few slices of our cake and dropped it off to us at the after party since we didnât have the opportunity to eat much of it during the reception! The food at our wedding is STILL talked about by our family and friends. Cocktail hour especially blew us away. The seafood paella (one of our âaction stationâ picks) was out of this world!

I had the most beautiful wedding this last June at three village inn. We got married on site in the garden with its magical lighting, and enjoyed a fun and delicious cocktail hour. The food was amazing and the Matrâd Tom made sure everything was exactly how we pictured it! It was the perfect ambience for an intimate wedding that felt very personalized. We continued our night with the after party in the tavern, and stayed at the cottages with many of our guests. There are so many cute spots for photos - the park, the beach, and the venue itself are so beautiful and special. Could not recommend it more!

My husband and I always knew we wanted our reception to be at Three Village Inn. We were married on November 25, 2022, and knew that this venue would be the perfect place to kick off the holiday season and celebrate our wedding! From the second we walked into TVI to meet with RaeMarie to start planning we knew we had made the right choice. RaeMarie was communicative and professional throughout the entire planning process and made sure to always get back to us with our many questions. We also utilized the hotel to block book rooms for our out of state guests. Nicole was a huge help with the room block and booking process and ensured that everything went smoothly and that our guests staying at TVI were well taken care of. When it came time to select our menu, my husband and I were thrilled with all of our options. Our cocktail hour was a complete knockout! All of our guests were raving about the selection and variety of our passed hors dâoeuvres such as duck tacos, baby lamb chops, bacon wrapped scallops, and patĂȘ! The stations at our cocktail hour were also a hit! We selected a BBQ Chefâs Action Station with Pulled Pork and Macaroni and Cheese, WOW it was delicious. As if that wasnât already enough, our guests enjoyed a delicious broken burrata salad with entrĂ©e options of chateaubriand, stuffed chicken breast, herb crusted striped bass, and a stuffed acorn squash. The meats and fish were delicious and well-seasoned, veggies fresh and flavorful, and presentation absolutely superb! The staff working our event were also incredible, Winnie our maĂźtre dâ was nothing short of amazing. She ensured timing of everything from cocktail hour to cake cutting went off without a hitch and truly was such a kind and wonderful person to work with. Our bridal attendant, Alana, was so attentive and helpful, she ensured that my husband and I got a chance to eat, our glasses were never empty, and that we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves at our reception. A special shoutout to Alana since she helped me, a slightly klutzy bride, get a drop of penne alla vodka out of my gown before the reception started! She was truly wonderful! Now, the actual space where the reception was held at TVI was absolutely beautiful! Our florist decorated the tables with simple greenery with accents of white flowers and candles, and the room looked perfect. When Winnie and RaeMarie got my husband and I before the reception started so we could see the ballroom all put together, I actually got teary eyed! I could not have asked for a more beautiful space! We also brought some of our own dĂ©cor to TVI a few days before our wedding to be utilized throughout the space. I went over everything with RaeMarie and Winnie and what I had envisioned for the items I brought, I could not have been more thrilled with how our pieces were incorporated into the overall dĂ©cor. The next day after our wedding, all of our items were neatly packed back up in their original boxes and ready for us to take home with us, a totally perfect and seamless process! My husband and I truly had the absolute best night of our lives and that was in large part due to our amazing experience from beginning to end with Three Village Inn! RaeMarie, Nicole, Winnie, Alana and the incredible culinary team, truly made our wedding what it was. Three Village Inn was the most perfect place for our reception and we look forward to going back for years to come to celebrate our anniversary and other special occasions!

We looked around for a while before deciding on the Three Village in for our wedding. The other places we looked at were either over the top or just plain smelled bad. Three Village was the obvious choice Tom was attentive, and extremely helpful every step of the way. The day of the wedding it rained, and the staff very quickly transitioned from an outdoor wedding to an indoor wedding. The personal attention we received during the event was second to none. The day was perfect every step of the way this was all due to the venue, and the staff. Thank you Tom and Three village in for making our special day even better.

My husband and I had our reception at the Three Village Inn in August 2022, and we had the wedding of our dreams! We were over the moon happy with every detail, and every single guest we have spoken to in the months since the event has said it was the BEST wedding they've ever attended.The staff at Three Village Inn, especially Winnie and Tom, were so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. I planned the wedding myself, and it was incredibly easy to manage with their advice and quick answers to my questions. Winnie made sure in the days leading up to the event and day-of that every aspect was seamless. She guided us so smoothly through the various parts of the reception, we didn't have to worry about a thing, and the day felt like a breeze. We are deeply grateful for everything she did to make our wedding such a spectacular event.The Three Village Inn is a wonderful venue with a lot of historic charm, which is something we definitely wanted. The ballroom looked beautiful, and our guests also really enjoyed being able to step outside and enjoy the summer evening on the patio. The dance floor is just the right size so it felt full and lively but not overly packed, and our guests were out there dancing at every opportunity.The food was INCREDIBLE both during cocktail hour and at the seated dinner. We also chose to add a pie station for dessert, which was a huge hit. Once again, people keep telling me that it was the best they've ever had at a wedding. We had a lot of guests come from out of town, and hosting them at the Three Village Inn was a perfect way to introduce them to the things we love most about Long Island. An additional really nice element is the rooms and cottages onsite. It was so convenient, and the location is really lovely right by Stony Brook Harbor.I would not change a single thing about our wedding, and would do it all over again if I had the opportunity! I'm just hoping I can go back and enjoy it again as a guest. One more big thank you to Winnie and the Three Village Inn for making it such a memorable and special day for us and our guests!

We just got married here this past weekend, and I cannot recommend this venue enough! The staff, the food, and the atmosphere created the most perfect wedding environment that we could have imagined. I wish I could give it NO stars. Just went to a wedding held there on Aug.5th2022, it was hott out that day but the cocktail hour had no ac in the room. the staff knew the venue knew but guess who they didn't tell... the bride who paid for it. it was hotter inside than outside on a 90° summer day. we asked the staff why it was so hot and they said it's always hott in here and the manager never does anything about it. I have celiac so it can be hard for me to eat, I usually don't eat at wedding because of this but the staff informed me the meal was definitely gluten free and safe for me... wrong I had to send it back twice and I did eat gluten. I go to the kitchen to ask them if it was gluten free after the first dish wasn't. they tell me to go back to my seat and they'll have someone come out to me. I told them not to do this and they did and it caused a scene! I had to ask them once the staff swarmed me to step outside with me so we wouldn't embarrassed the bride. HORRIBLE HOSPITALITY. oh they ended up coming back out a 3rd time to tell me they were mistaken and the dish they said had gluten (which i ate) was actually gluten free.. and now im have a reaction. so they lied on top of it. don't book your wedding here your overpaying for poor service

We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19, but it was well worth the wait! This is a gorgeous venue with exceptional food and professional staff. We received tons of compliments regarding the food (everything was delicious) and the atmosphere of the venue in general. The venue itself is quaint & charming â the garden is perfect for an outdoor ceremony during the summer and the reception hall is elegant. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID-19, but it was well worth the wait! This is a gorgeous venue with exceptional food and professional staff. We received tons of compliments regarding the food (everything was delicious) and the atmosphere of the venue in general. The venue itself is quaint & charming â the garden is perfect for an outdoor ceremony during the summer and the reception hall is elegant. Coindre Hall was amazing! Our original wedding date was 6/13/20, but we postponed in April to 9/4/20. Rae kept in constant communication with us anytime we had questions. We were told we could have postponed again, or even cancelled, and they would have fully reimbursed us. They honored all of the terms of our contract, we had a package which included vendors, and they let us keep everything as it was set originally. We did have to limit our guest list to 50, and we couldn't have dancing, but everything else remained the same. It was amazing! John was our maĂźtre d , and he was everything everyone says he is! He made everything about our day amazing! They are so welcoming and accommodating. The vendors who they recommend and who are on their packages are great too! The staff made sure our whole day was planned just as we envisioned it, and when we arrived on our wedding day John made sure every single detail went exactly as planned. Everything was exceptional! We had our ceremony socially disntaced on the lawn in the front, under a big beautiful tree, and John made sure all the decorations and small details were not just in place, but perfect! The rooms were all decorated so beautifully, the vendors were all familiar with the grounds, the food was great, and everything all day ran so smoothly! Even without dancing our guests had a great time, it was exciting and fun and magical! We could not have been more happy with how our day went! The grounds are beautiful, the staff is excellent! Covid did not stop us from having the picture perfect beautiful wedding we dreamed of! Coindre Hall is a beautiful venue, and I can not say enough of how amazing the staff is!

Amazing! Our wedding at Three Village Inn in December was an absolute dream. Every aspect of our day was handled perfectly. The food was amazing, the decor blended perfectly with our theme, and the staff was more than accomodating! Our guests are still talking about how it was one of the best weddings they have ever been too. The cottages on the grounds turned our wedding from a one-night affair to a \"destination\" like weekend event even though we are local to the Three Village area. We can not wait to go back and celebrate our anniversary there!I feel the need to separately highlight our Banquet Manager & Maitre D', Stephanie Rossi. Stephanie is everything you could ever want and hope for in a Maitre D'. She had every aspect of our day organized and under control starting months before our wedding day! I would like to share a story about Stephanie and her team which may at first seem like a negative but I can assure you is a HUGE positive and testament to the fact that TVI will make sure your day is PERFECT! We decided to also have our rehearsal dinner at TVI the night before our wedding which gave our bridal party the destination type feel of being away for the weekend. When we arrived for the rehearsal the night before the wedding there had been a miscommunication in our booking and they were not prepared for my group of 30! I was about to panic thinking how could I host/feed 30 people the night before my wedding when Stephanie looked at me and said \"take a deep breath and do not worry. I've got this all under control.\" By the time my bridal party could order a drink, Stephanie had the back room completely set, custom menu's printed, and staff ready to go. My bridal party didn't even know there was a little hiccup. She gave us the perfect start to our weekend and really let me know we were in great hands. My bridal party is still talking about the menu from our rehearsal dinner! If you are looking for someone who treats you as if your day is just as important to them as it is to you then Stephanie is it! We can't wait to go back and visit!

During the crazy and sad process of postponing our 2020 wedding, RaeMarie at Three Village Inn kept each step clear and simple. We were able to select a new date next year that worked for us and all the rest of our vendors, and were able to change things over with little additional cost (increase in administration fee from 20% when we booked to 22% for 2021). While initially they asked us to wait to postpone, until there was more guidance from local government, when we decided the variables all added up to necessitate postponing RaeMarie accommodated us. It was a relief to feel that the staff at Three Village understood and respected our concerns and didn't try to push us past our sanity in either waiting to postpone or in securing a new date. With a family loss from the virus, a number of family and friends in high risk essential service jobs, and the stress of planning a wedding back home while out of state, it was such a weight off our shoulders to know our venue, and all the vendors recommended by Three Village Inn's package, were really trying to work with us to find the happiest resolution possible under the circumstances. No one knows exactly what the situation will be a few months or even a year from now, but it's good to know that we have entrusted this milestone in our life to a group of businesses who balance business sense with empathy.

The staff was super accommodating and throughout the process they made us feel like we were their only clients and their priority. I loved having the ceremony, reception, after party, and hotel rooms all onsite. Plus a beautiful backdrop for pictures right across the stress in Stony Brook harbor. The room was decorated exactly as I envisioned it, everyone said the food was phenomenal, and the space was just so beautiful. I canât imagine another venue being such a good fit for us, and Iâm so grateful we found TVI. Plus, now we get to go to anniversary dinners at their restaurant Mirabelle đ Would 100% recommend!

The inn sits among the trees in a lush green space, offering the perfect setting for an outdoor ceremony. Venue: the owners of TVI have done an incredible job of maintaining the old charm of the inn, coupling that with modern updates to the ballroom spaces and interiors to bring to life the elegant experience we were looking for. We hosted our rehearsal dinner at the Mirabelle restaurant the night before the wedding, stayed in the cottages that night for wedding prep the next day, and utilized just about all the spaces on the venue on our big day. I loved absolutely everything about TVI! Stephanie, our banquet manager and Maitre D was incredibly responsive, so sweet and really SO amazing on the day. She helped navigate every single issue that came up and made it so that my husband and I didnât have to worry about a thing. The ceremony was a dream, cocktail hour was beautiful (people are still raving about the food!) and the reception was so. much. fun. We even held an after party at the bar because my guests simply didnât want the night to end. Stephanie, Dan, Rae Marie and everyone else at TVI- thank you!! From the bottom of our hearts. Looking back, I wouldnât change a thing about my wedding day and I owe those feelings of joy to you!

The location of the venue is beautiful in itself. We love Stony Brook Village, it is so charming and quaint. We had our ceremony in the garden and it was exquisite. The garden is so beautiful that we didnt need to add anything to it- it is very well kept, tons of beautiful greenery and flowers. It was stunning with a nice breeze from the harbor.The interior of the venue is gorgeous and has a Hamptons feel to it and we loved it. The cocktail hour and reception was beautiful and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Between the location and the appearance of the venue, It is completely charming. TVI delivered on their reputation for having the best food- everything was PHENOMENAL from the cocktail hour to the dessert. I had many guests (Italians are hard critics) raving about the food and everyone went home stuffed.Stephanie our maitre de was EXCEPTIONAL- very sweet, understanding, supportive, down to earth and easy to work with. She was behind the scenes all day/night running around making sure our day went smoothly and it did. She was wonderful and we enjoyed working with her. All of the staff at TVI was awesome. They worked nonstop in a heatwave fast and sufficient. They were wonderful. Food was delivered hot and fast. And they were extremely polite and wonderful. If we had a chance to do it all over again, I would pick the TVI in a heart beat. Beautiful and charming venue, terrific staff and food is phenomenal.

I felt it was worth it to not have to spend the time cherry picking vendors. The venue is amazing and you honestly can't beat the convenience of having the inn for out of town guests and/or for you to get ready, the picturesque views to take pictures, being able to have the ceremony and party there. The food was spectacular and the service was excellent. Everyone keeps on raving about the food.

TLDR: A great venue, lovely place to have a ceremony, great recommended vendors; small issues but the beauty & happiness surrounding our day outweighed anything remontely negative.A genuinely stunning venue. I do believe they're considering a catering hall but you never get that feeling at all during your wedding. The food also was nowhere near what you'd expect out of a mass-production catering hall type venue. The recommended vendors provided to us as part of the Lessing package were all outstanding & I will be leaving separate reviews for them all (florist, DJ, photographer/videographer, cake). We were lucky enough to be able to have our pictures & ceremony all done outside. We had 125 guests at our wedding & The TVI is perfect for that size wedding/party. Their profile says that they can hold up to 200 guests but I find that hard to imagine based on the size of the dance floor with our number of guests. Some key highlights from the day include how neat they keep the grounds, outstanding food (for both dinner & the cocktail hour), the accommodations, & the friendly wait staff. There's also a small beach around the block that close enough to go down to do capture a few more unique pictures. The after party & morning-after brunch were also very good. During the cocktail hour, when it was time to bustle my dress, my maitre 'd went full superwoman seamstress & actually re-sewed a loop that had broken, thus saving the third bustle I had had put into my dress. We did have a few hiccups throughout the day, the most glaring of them being that the table numbers weren't placed on the dinner tables while cocktail hour was going on. When guests walked in to our reception hall, they had no idea where to sit. This created confusion seeing as some tables had more chairs than others so while one table had five empty chairs, one table had five too many people vying for seats. They wound up having to set up another table in the way back of the room with enough chairs to account for people that weren't seated properly. I was thoroughly embarrassed seeing as I thought that I had miscalculated the number of guests but I had a few guests tell me they heard some of the wait staff discussing how the numbers were never put on by whosoever job it was supposed to be. Neither my maitre 'd or bridal attendant came to apologize to me. I also had to call down to the front desk to have the champagne, water, & fruit & cheese platter that was supposed to be set up in the bridal suite brought up. This was quickly resolved by Rae Marie and the gentleman behind the front desk.I only saw my maitre 'd at the beginning of the day, shortly during cocktail hour when it was time to bustle my gown, & towards the end as things were wrapping up & I never saw my bridal attendant. Overall, the beauty & happiness of my guests outweighed the few issues we had at the beginning of our day. TVI/Lessings does a great job hosting a wedding.

Weâre from Long Island, but wanted a destination feel that didnât break the bank for our guests. Our wedding on 6/22/19 was absolutely perfect and thatâs thanks to Stephanie and the incredible staff. It was everything we wanted it to be. The food was incredible, the setting picturesque and was so cozy that it didnât feel like a manufactured reception hall at all (which was what I was desperately trying to avoid). Our guests were all happy from cocktail hour to the after party in the Tavern (which I couldnât recommend more if youâre looking to be able to let your hair down and really connect with your guests after the wedding).In addition, having guest rooms on site was key. We had our reception at the Three Village Inn in October 2018. The beauty of the Inn is captivating and it is unlike any other venue in the area. We were looking to plan a simple, intimate wedding without all of the frills. The Three Village Inn offered a cocktail reception option that was right up our alley. We had our ceremony in the garden (thankfully, it turned out to be a beautiful day!) and it was breathtaking. The planning process was okay. Stephanie was our coordinator and maitre'd. Although she was responsive to emails and attentive, I would have appreciated a little more guidance. It is hard to envision how the day will go, especially when you are planning an on-site ceremony with no rehearsal. My mother, maid of honor, and I were staying in the cottages the night prior to the wedding, which I had thought would make things easier but it didn't seem the TVI staff were familiar with having a bride on-site the morning of the wedding as we had no communication with wedding staff until we walked over to the Inn to begin lining up. When we walked into the Inn, we were surprised to see many of our guests in the sitting area and at the bar. I was upset because they then saw me before the ceremony, and I also paid for a guitarist to play and sing in the garden area as guests arrive. I was told that our guests were not directed where to go upon arrival. Stephanie informed me that there was a plate of cheese and crackers and a bottle of champagne in the bridal suite, but by the time we were told about this, it was almost time to line up. I wish someone had come to our cottage to inform us of this.The ceremony was absolutely beautiful. The food was great. I was told that the buffet lines were very long and the lines for the bar were long throughout the day. Luckily, Stephanie was providing my husband and I with refilled drinks and plates throughout the day, so neither of us experienced this first hand. We had about 140 guests, and I don't feel that they were properly organized for a larger wedding size.I did not want to partake in many of the traditional wedding activities, which I had told Stephanie about in a prior meeting with her. For instance, we did not want to cut the cake. However, at one point I heard the DJ announce that it was time to cut the cake. I had to remind Stephanie that we were not doing this, and it was a bit awkward since guests had heard the announcement. All in all, the Three Village Inn is a stunning venue. Our guests commented that it made for an intimate, personal and non-traditional wedding. It was nice to be able to stay in the cottages the night prior to the wedding, and to have our guests stay the night of the wedding as well. I would recommend the TVI to any bride looking for a simple, rustic wedding.

TVI was the absolute perfect wedding venue. I was a little anxious choosing a venue from a \"catering\" company, as we did not want something cookie cutter, and I have to say - they did an amazing job helping us make our wedding the most personal and wonderful celebration. We highly recommend this venue for an inclusive, rustic/cozy wedding that feels old world. While the room fits 180, if you have a big dancing crowd, 160 is probably the comfortable max with a good dance floor. We had 160 guests and the room was perfectly sized and comfortable. There was definitely a little anxiety when in the 10 months we had planning our wedding, the sales woman we signed our contract with, and the maitre d we started with both left, but Stephanie took over without missing a beat, and truly helped make our day wonderful. She answered all our emails, followed my crazy diagrams for item placement, and did everything she could to provide us with all we needed/wanted. She even worked with my mom secretly who was planning a few surprises, and executed them into our vision seamlessly. The food was wonderful, and the hotel was great! The only thing - if you have a lot of out of town guests and your wedding is on a Sunday, it may be difficult to get a room block for Saturday night if it is prime wedding season. If this is something very important to you, double check with the inn before you book, especially if it is prime wedding season, but Ryan - the hotel manager, is amazing to work with and allayed all our nerves. Other than that, everyone there was great, friendly, and I only hope to go back as a guest to experience the inn again!

She even worked with my mom secretly who was planning a few surprises, and executed them into our vision seamlessly. The food was wonderful, and the hotel was great! The only thing - if you have a lot of out of town guests and your wedding is on a Sunday, it may be difficult to get a room block for Saturday night if it is prime wedding season. If this is something very important to you, double check with the inn before you book, especially if it is prime wedding season, but Ryan - the hotel manager, is amazing to work with and allayed all our nerves. Other than that, everyone there was great, friendly, and I only hope to go back as a guest to experience the inn again!

Stephanie the banquet manager is the gem at this place. She was so accommodating, incredibly enthusiastic, and super helpful in everything I needed leading up to the day and the day of. This review is long over-due, but it definitely needed to be done! I had my wedding at Three Village Inn on June 2nd and I can honestly say that the reason my wedding felt so perfect was because of the staff (specifically Stephanie, Karen, and Ryan). From day one until the day after, everyone we had to come in contact with was nothing short of accommodating, professional, and friendly! Communication was also seamless for the entire year and a half that I had my date booked. The fact that the venue and setting are absolutely gorgeous and the food is phenomenal helps as well :) Seriously, guests are still raving about the food and were so impressed by the service! 3VI was the first venue we looked at (and I looked at MANY both here and where I live in DC). Something about the inn is just so special and intimate that you can't get at many other places. My immediate family and bridal party all stayed in the cottages and rooms in the house - which made the whole weekend a breeze. We didn't need to travel once, except to Port Jeff for the rehearsal dinner. Being that my husband's family is from NJ and our bridal party was from all over - this was extremely important. We had both our ceremony and reception there as well as the after party and stayed on Sunday for the brunch that's included with your hotel stay. We were so lucky and got to have our ceremony outside even with the threat of rain - I was so nervous that 3VI was going to tell us we need to be inside, but nope - they were sweating it out with us! I brought a TON of DIY things with me and ran short on time to write out directions on how to set everything up, but when I walked into the room and cocktail hour space, I was seriously blown away - it was exactly how I pictured it. We had a few times throughout the evening when we were off schedule, but none to the fault of 3VI. My bustle also had some issues and Stephanie didn't hesitate to fix it while the reception went on! Throughout the whole evening, me and my husband felt extremely taken care of and constantly checked on (given all the passed appetizers, wine I brought, all the entree choices, our pastries and cake packaged for us to go...) We also did the package - which I think helped with costs, but its hard to tell. If I had to give any constructive criticism, I would say that the outlet where the bistro lights plug into is a little temperamental. Guests wanted to keep walking behind our sweetheart table and when they did they would hit the plug and the lights would go off. Very annoying, but minor in an otherwise perfect wedding. I cannot wait to visit again for dinner! If you can't tell, I highly recommend having your wedding here!

We had a great time at our wedding at the Three Village Inn, despite just a few mishaps along the way! First and foremost, the food was great. They had a good number of dishes to choose from, and we didn't feel like we needed to add any upgrades, as everything that was already included was delicious enough. The banquet room was beautiful, as was the garden area where we had our ceremony. A few small things that I felt could be improved - most importantly, our maitre'd, while very kind and patient, definitely could have been more organized. She didn't take charge of the ceremony, leaving me to have to worry about getting the group together and gather people from the ceremony area who were supposed to be part of the processional. Unfortunately, the guests weren't directed to the garden area upon arrival, so when it was time to start, they had to be herded out of the bar area and into the garden, where we had hoped they would already be waiting, as we had paid for a string quartet to play prior to the ceremony starting. And then there were things that we had gone over with the maitre'd prior to the day of the wedding that were left out, like they had offered us a white runner for the ceremony which we accepted - then the day of, no runner in sight. We had also paid to have bistro lights strung across the dance floor, but they kept going on and off due to a loose plug - this was distracting, and no staff member ever acknowledged it, just let it keep happening. It made the reception seem a little cheap. Lastly, the maitre'd also doubled as the bridal attendant, but I had to go searching for her multiple times throughout the evening. I think they would do better to have a separate maitre'd and bridal attendant.All those little things, however, were probably noticeable only to myself and my husband. All of our guests said that they had a great time and loved everything, which, in the end, was all that mattered. Three Village, as part of Lessing's, was very helpful leading up to the wedding. Everyone I communicated with was very responsive via email, even if I couldn't keep track of who was who (coordinator, maitre'd, finance person, etc). The only issue we had in this area was with the finance person. We took advantage of the package they offered and were very appreciative of that. However, we had fewer adults than the minimum count, which we didn't think would be a problem, as we then had a number of children, for which we were willing to pay the adult price for. Nope, we were told that we couldn't pay the adult price for them, we had to pay up to the minimum, and then extra children on top of that. I didn't see why this would be an issue as we weren't asking to drop the adult minimum, only to count some of the children as adults, and pay adult prices for them. After a lot of back and forth, they allowed me to pay the adult prices for the children, but for anyone booking a small wedding there, I would recommend that you clarify this prior to signing the contract. Our contract was not clear on this point, and it caused a lot of distress a week prior to the wedding, when we were already stressed out about other things.As far as their recommended vendors went, we specifically had great experiences with the DJ and the florist they recommended to us. All in all, a wonderful time!

I loved this venue from the moment we walked inside. It doesn't feel like a catering hall, but they have done a lot of weddings and have a pretty great staff, overall. The ceremony was outside in the courtyard which was gorgeous. The hedges blocked the road and you didn't hear any traffic even on busy Memorial Day weekend. The cottages were pretty -- Our A/C was broken and it did take some time to rectify it, but they have sense offered us a few things to make up for the inconvenience. We couldn't make many trips up to visit with Stephanie which was unfortunate and I think would have helped things the day of, but they were pretty quick with responses. What I will say is that because we weren't sure what to ask, it would have helped to have a better list of questions or what to expect day of. This again could probably have helped to have more meetings with Stephanie. They told us we would not need a rehearsal, which only became an issue when there was confusion of where our parents should sit and we thought it was being handled by staff, but there just weren't enough hands on deck.During the cocktail hour, a few guests had an emergency and so we combined two of our tables. Stephanie was quick to do it after asking if it was ok that they do it while guests saw, and we were fine with that.It truly is a beautiful location. They also did our food. For food I would give 5 stars. Everything was delicious. Seriously, amazing food. I tried to eat everything because I wasn't going to be a bride who said \"I forgot to eat!!\". I missed some of it still, but that was really because there was a lot of food. I heard that it took awhile for passed apps to come out which was a little disappointing, but once they were coming around, I had several servers come right to me (probably because I was in a big white dress) and what I had was great. Of course, they also put a tray on our table, too. The only other issue we had was because we had a few no-shows and were already below our numbers, we were supposed to have a lot of meals wrapped to go. There was some disagreement about just how many meals we were to have and we ended up walking away with fewer than expected. However, again, after reaching out to the venue, they have offered us a solution to this. I appreciate that they are willing to work with us and they get kudos for that. What bumps them BACK to an +A is that when our tray of apps was taken away because we hadn't had a chance to eat it yet and my Hubby mentioned he was still working on it, they brought us a new plate and even added some sliders to it since they had run out of some of the other apps.

I'd have to say I was a little needy and a little obsessive with details, Karen and Evelyn were so amazing. They dealt with my crazy constant questions and kept me calm. And they were both also very helpful considering how crazy the hours my wife and I work.The day of was absolutely perfect! We didn't have the best weather, but Evelyn was prepared for everything. She kept us dry and kept us on top of everything. We were very lucky to have her with us all day.The food here was so perfect, although I didn't get to enjoy my ice cream bar...but all our guests did! I ate everything they put in front of me, and nothing was spared. Luckily, the Three Village Inn isn't very far from home, so we can enjoy a good brunch here often!If you've never been, you should go!

My daughterâs wedding was at the Three Village Inn in Stony Brook New York in June 2018. We live in Iowa and booked the Inn thirteen months earlier and making the arrangements via e-mail and on the phone was easy. We did go in for the tasting and wedding details in at our convenience and they were extremely accommodating. My daughter and several guests have food allergies and they were very accommodating. Dan, Stephanie, Evelyn and Ryan are thoroughly professional and seasoned. The contingency plan for rain was a comfort but we did not need it; the outside ceremony was beautiful and flowed. The cocktail hour and reception was extremely well executed and delicious, including the allergy accommodations. The Bridal Suite was very convenient. And many of our guests stayed at the Inn and that was lovely. I recommend the Three Village Inn wholeheartedly.

Planning the wedding was pretty seamless and the staff was incredible.Evelyn, our day of coordinator was amazing. She really took care of us throughout the entire night and made us feel like there was nothing to worry about it.The location is great, the food is great, and the people are great. I would highly recommend looking here for your wedding reception as well as ceremony.

We knew this was the place for us as soon as we walked in! Wehad a small, intimate wedding and the Inn was the perfect atmosphere for us without being TOO formal. Everyone we worked with was amazingly helpful and pleasant and on top of things! Even over a month later our guests comment on how great the food, service, and everything else was! I was recommended Lessing's by a friend and will definitely recommend them, especially the Inn, to anyone who asks!

I got married at the Three Village Inn this past September. The venue is gorgeous and the staff is accommodating. It was raining on and off on my wedding day and the staff was able to pull the wedding together very quickly to have it outside at the last minute. Evelyn served as our maitre de and was absolutely incredible at the reception. My bustle kept coming undone and she literally sewed me into my dress so that I wouldn't have to worry about it. She made sure me and my husband ate, continued to refresh our drinks and even brought out french fries when I jokingly said I wish I had them. She was 100% there for us throughout the reception and was amazing at making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Anytime we thought to look for her, she was already there. She was fantastic and a huge asset of the Three Village Inn. My only comments for improvement is that the wedding ceremony was a bit chaotic and the groomsmen/bridesmaid were unsure what to do prior to the start of the wedding. We did feel a bit on our own prior to the ceremony but I think that can be attributed to the fact that the rain through off the schedule. I would definitely recommended the TVI (and especially Evelyn) to anyone planning a wedding.

We had our reception at Three Village Inn on July 3, its been 3 months and I still can't even begin to describe our experience of how memorable it was. From the time of booking to the end of our after party the TVI staff were wonderful, warm and accommodating. The details of planning a wedding had us a little stressed but any questions or concerns we had about our big day were answered quickly and helped put us at ease. The grounds were well maintained and the quaint Inn provided the perfect \"weekend getaway\" feeling without actually having a destination wedding! The food was AMAZING and the plates were BEAUTIFUL. Most of our friends and family are in the fine dining restaurant business and we're still hearing about how great everything was. We were so impressed because every server seemed happy to be there and you could tell they had great teamwork between them. We cant thank Three Village Inn enough for being such a special part of our big day - I speak for myself and my Husband (YAY!) when I say it was a truly remarkable experience and we wouldn't have it any other way!

When my husband and I began searching for wedding venues on Long Island, we were quickly becoming disheartened by the high prices and similar layouts most venues offered. However, the day my husband and I walked into TVI, we immediately knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding. My husband and I had our wedding reception at the TVI on 7/14/17. We could not have asked for a more perfect day. Leading up to our wedding, many people had told me, \"Something always goes wrong wrong on your wedding day\". However, I can honestly say that not one thing went wrong the day of our wedding, because of the dedication that the TVI has for each event they host. Our wedding day was everything we expected, and more. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful, the house vendors worked together flawlessly, and the service was amazing. All of our wedding guests had a wonderful time celebrating with us at our wedding, and we are still getting compliments on how special the day was. I am so thankful for all of the personalized effort the TVI put into our wedding day and the endless support each staff member provided in the months leading up to our wedding. My husband and I can't wait to return to the TVI for our anniversary next year!

What a perfect dayâminus the weather! Unfortunately, we received over a foot of snow and had a full on blizzard the day of our wedding. That said, it was still the best day of my life and I wouldn't change a thing. On the bright side, it did make for the most fabulous snow pictures! As far as my experience with Three Village is concerned, I have a few minor complaints. I didn't appreciate that another wedding was booked at the venue on the same day as ours. When we arrived, I not only bumped into the other bride numerous times but her friends and family were still flooded around the venue (they were also very inebriated). Correct me if I'm wrong but it's supposed to be a day all about the bride, not brides. It just took away from my \"moment\" and I wish they would have planned their time more wisely. I understand that weddings are a business but it took away from my overall experience, that's all. My bridal suit was also not ready in time because of the earlier wedding and by the time I got in there (30 minutes late) the room reeked of alcohol and God knows what else. Anyways, everyone was super apologetic and could sense my frustration and the room was cleaned right away. Service and food wise, everything was GREAT. The food was the real winner of the night. You really can't compare. To this day my guests are still talking about the cocktail hour and how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. Evelyn was also great and made sure to keep me calm, cool, and collected throughout the evening. Overall, I think they just need to pay a little more attention to detail to make for a happier bride and experience. That would have solved a lot of the issues. For example, when I walked into the banquet hall one of the first things I noticed was a stain on my chair. I'm assuming it was cake from the previous wedding. Little things like that are unnecessary, especially for Three Village. I didn't bother to say anything because on your wedding day you learn to let everything go, and I mean everything! All in all, I would still go back to Three Village. Despite the minor hiccups along the way, it was still a day I will never forget.

Our reception was here over the Memorial weekend, and it went great! We worked with Evelyn who was cool, calm and collected - and really made us feel welcome and prepared! We had the whole hotel booked for the night of the wedding and the hotel/front desk staff were also amazing with us and our guests. It's such a beautiful setting - cool historic building, New England feel, close to the beautiful village stores, and next to the amazing shore and Mill/duck pond! The cocktail hour and reception never felt rushed or crowded, and the night went by great! Food was really good, and we had great choices to pick from. The hotel bar stayed open later for us as well which was a really nice gesture! Big thumbs up to the TVI, Evelyn and the entire staff.

The minute i walked into this place i knew this is where i wanted to get married. They had a specific space for anoutside ceremony. They even allowed my small puppy to be part of our special day (that was super important). From ceremony to reception it was all a smooth transition. Evelyn and her staff was amazing throughout the whole day. Food was amazing. My guests loved it. Everyone had a good time and couldn't believe the night flew by so fast. We even had some guests ask us about the venue because they were considering the place for their special day. Overall i couldn't ask for a better venue to have my dream wedding. Its the small things they did that made it even more of a special day for us!

I have no words that can do justice to how incredible the Three Village Inn was for our wedding. We were looking for a more rustic/intimate feel and when we came to TVI it all just felt right! The outside garden was absolutely beautiful for our ceremony and the inside was just as gorgeous. The food is out of this world. We tasted everything from cocktail hour and they even served us all 3 of the main courses during the wedding and everything was DELICIOUS! Our friends and family are still raving about how amazing it was and we heard many times that it was the best wedding people had been to in a very long time!Another thing I loved about TVI is how convenient everything was. It is a venue/restaurant/hotel all in one. After our wedding, our guests were able to go right into the restaurant to continue celebrating with us. At the end of the night we all stayed in the Inn and they even included an awesome complimentary breakfast the next morning. It felt like our celebration continued all the way until the breakfast was over and EVERYONE appreciated how convenient it all was!I think the best part about TVI is the staff and how helpful and friendly they are throughout the whole process. Wedding planning is a lot of work and at times can get stressful. The ENTIRE staff truly goes above and beyond to help in any way they can. We worked most closely with Evelyn and she really was a dream come true!!! From the first day we met her, she put my husband and I completely at ease and we instantly knew that everything would be well taken care of in her hands. We appreciated Evelynâs easy going nature, advice, and expertise. She had an answer to every question, and a solution for every problem we came across. She always responded to our emails thoroughly and promptly. She even accommodated me and met me in person for an extra meeting right before the wedding.  I always felt like a priority to Evelyn and it quickly become apparent how much she genuinely cares about her brides/grooms and their experience during the entire process. My husband and I were blown away by all that Evelyn did on the wedding day. Even though I left minimal instruction, she decorated the entire venue so beautifully!! It exceeded our expectations. She anticipated our needs before we even had them and throughout the entire day/night my husband and I didnât have a worry in the world because Evelyn handled everything so well! She also had such a calming influence on us throughout the entire day, as well. I remember feeling jitters as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle.  But when I saw Evelyn â she was so calm, had such a genuine smile on her face, and instructed me on exactly what to do that her calmness wore off on me and I felt relaxed and excited instead of nervous! We truly appreciate all the little things Evelyn did throughout the night that made it so perfect. We felt like celebrities! She met us at the end of aisle with champagne, carried my dress for me, helped with my bustle, had food from cocktail hour waiting for us when we sat and made sure we actually had the opportunity to eat, and she even helped me get my shoes on my swollen feet!! She goes above and beyond what we had ever imagined. We are so grateful to her and the entire TVI staff. After the wedding we kept saying that we couldnât believe how smoothly the day had gone and this was all due to them. Everything was seamless and we couldnât have pictured a more perfect day.

The outside garden was absolutely beautiful for our ceremony and the inside was just as gorgeous. The food is out of this world. We tasted everything from cocktail hour and they even served us all 3 of the main courses during the wedding and everything was DELICIOUS! Our friends and family are still raving about how amazing it was and we heard many times that it was the best wedding people had been to in a very long time!Another thing I loved about TVI is how convenient everything was. It is a venue/restaurant/hotel all in one. After our wedding, our guests were able to go right into the restaurant to continue celebrating with us. At the end of the night we all stayed in the Inn and they even included an awesome complimentary breakfast the next morning. It felt like our celebration continued all the way until the breakfast was over and EVERYONE appreciated how convenient it all was!I think the best part about TVI is the staff and how helpful and friendly they are throughout the whole process. Wedding planning is a lot of work and at times can get stressful. The ENTIRE staff truly goes above and beyond to help in any way they can. We worked most closely with Evelyn and she really was a dream come true!!! From the first day we met her, she put my husband and I completely at ease and we instantly knew that everything would be well taken care of in her hands. We appreciated Evelynâs easy going nature, advice, and expertise. She had an answer to every question, and a solution for every problem we came across. She always responded to our emails thoroughly and promptly. She even accommodated me and met me in person for an extra meeting right before the wedding.  I always felt like a priority to Evelyn and it quickly become apparent how much she genuinely cares about her brides/grooms and their experience during the entire process. My husband and I were blown away by all that Evelyn did on the wedding day. Even though I left minimal instruction, she decorated the entire venue so beautifully!! It exceeded our expectations. She anticipated our needs before we even had them and throughout the entire day/night my husband and I didnât have a worry in the world because Evelyn handled everything so well! She also had such a calming influence on us throughout the entire day, as well. I remember feeling jitters as I was getting ready to walk down the aisle.  But when I saw Evelyn â she was so calm, had such a genuine smile on her face, and instructed me on exactly what to do that her calmness wore off on me and I felt relaxed and excited instead of nervous! We truly appreciate all the little things Evelyn did throughout the night that made it so perfect. We felt like celebrities! She met us at the end of aisle with champagne, carried my dress for me, helped with my bustle, had food from cocktail hour waiting for us when we sat and made sure we actually had the opportunity to eat, and she even helped me get my shoes on my swollen feet!! She goes above and beyond what we had ever imagined. We are so grateful to her and the entire TVI staff. After the wedding we kept saying that we couldnât believe how smoothly the day had gone and this was all due to them. Everything was seamless and we couldnât have pictured a more perfect day.

They answered every question, tailored every need, and created the best experience we hoped to have during our wedding planning. Our guests continue to rave about how delicious the food was; from the seafood station at cocktail hour to the entree during reception, everything was incredible. The entire staff was pleasant and professional. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding and it's all thanks to our friends at the Three Village Inn.

It was smooth sailing from the moment we booked to the moment we were saying goodbye to our guests at the end of the night. Evelyn, John, and Dan were all a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. Our family and friends are still raving at how beautiful TVI and its property are, how delicious the food was, and what an overall great experience they had. Evelyn, who was our maĂźtre d' and wedding coordinator, was there every step of the way while planning and organizing our reception. Every detail and decoration was placed exactly where we had wanted it and all items we gave to the staff to put out at both the cocktail hour and reception (Cake knife and server, champagne flutes, picture frames, guest book, etc) were all packed back into the boxes neatly and carefully. We are keeping TVI in mind for any future occasions we may be celebrating. Also, another great feature of TVI was having the cottages and inn right in the same place so guests who were staying over did not have to travel to a hotel. It was a great experience to wake up and have brunch with family and friends the next morning. Having Mirabelle restaurant and tavern is great to be able to go back and visit and share a meal together now as a married couple. We are so beyond thrilled with all results of our wedding and would highly recommend The Estate at Three Village Inn to anyone and everyone looking for a classy, elegant, yet intimidate feeling for their wedding.

I can't express how wonderful it was having our wedding at the Three Village Inn!! From the beginning, Kaitlyn made me feel so welcome and important. Evelyn was so attentive and accommodating to our unique situation. I was living out of state and my (now) husband was stationed overseas during the whole wedding planning process. They were able to work with us to make sure he got all the information, the tasting was moved to accommodate the few days he was in the states, and they made me feel completely confident that I was making the right choice for both of us. The venue was perfect for a ceremony, so incredibly beautiful! And being right across from the river? Our pictures turned out better than I imagined. The reception hall worked perfectly and all our guests raved about the venue and the food. The Three Village Inn was an absolutely perfect way to start off our marriage. I can only say wonderful things about The Three Village Inn. It's such a unique venue with a vintage/rustic feel. EVERYONE we worked with to make our day come together was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond with everything. EVELYN was our maitre d' and she was on top of EVERYTHING . She thought of things that I wouldn't have even dreamed of. John and Kate were amazing too. I was planning our wedding from Spain, so most of my communications with them were through Email or through my mother which was not easy but they made it work! The food and waitstaff was absolutely AMAZING! Everyone who worked our wedding was so sweet and friendly. Right before the ceremony we realized we didn't have the petals for the flower girl to throw. They somehow got lost in the commotion of the day and Evelyn was right on it! She had someone go out into the garden and pic flower petals right off the stem! We used all of The Three Village Inn vendors and they were all amazing! My flowers came from Lake Grove Florist and they were gorgeous! They delivered them right on time and they were very friendly and easy to work with. My DJ came from TGIF Entertainment. I have literally never had so much fun dancing! He played a mix of Spanish and Dance music for my husbands family and mine. There was not one moment that people weren't up dancing! We used Park Avenue Studios for our photographer. Tom was great and although we haven't gotten our photos yet I'm confident they will be amazing! Overall I had the most amazing day and everyone at Three Village Inn made that possible! I am so grateful to all of them!

Three Village Inn was the perfect place to have our wedding. From start to finish, everyone we worked with ( Dan, Evelyn and Emily) were professional, friendly and so patient, answering so many emails and questions. We can't put into words how perfect our wedding was, it was more than we even pictured it would be. I brought SO many decorations that I created and Evelyn put them together just how I imagined. She is incredible and is willing to answer any and all questions and will really do anything to make your dream wedding come true! Our wedding was 3 weeks ago and all we hear from our guests was how amazing the service and food was the whole night. I can't say enough about the food and service! We had booked the whole Inn for the night before our wedding and the night of our wedding. Our rehearsal dinner was at the restaurant at the Inn and it was perfect! My Mother-in-law loved working with Kaitlyn and the food and service was incredible. When booking all of the rooms and having guests reserve rooms, Emily was so incredibly helpful and accommodating! It felt like a destination for our guests at an intimate and whimsical place with so much history. The whole two days surrounding our wedding exceeded our expectations BY FAR. When we walked into the Cocktail Hour room and Reception room, tears filled my eyes with how romantic and pretty it was put together. There is not one thing that we would change and so much of that is because we chose Three Village Inn. We can't wait to spend more weekends there for anniversaries and just to eat some more of the delicious food at the Tavern. We will forever remember the Three Village Inn! If you want an intimate, romantic wedding that is not like your typical wedding hall, you can't go wrong choosing the Three Village Inn!

Katelyn is a pro all the way. She always responded. On her day off Evelyn picked up my messages to see if she could help. I was planning a vow renewal ceremony for my son on short notice as a first timer. This was a small affair 30-35 people. Katelyn made me feel equally as important as a large wedding. I was so nervous but I was so confident with her. It is difficult to find venues for a small wedding. TVI works with all sizes. The venue is gorgeous. The food is superb. We have had family parties here before.They have a hotel and restaurant as well. This venue is great for rehearsal dinners and day after brunch as well. The people at TVI are professional and so nice with good karma. From personal experience I look for all those qualities when looking for services and it is not the norm. Katelyn and the staff at TVI have it all.
