After exchanging vows, you can venture into The Tavern to wine and dine with your loved ones. Dating back to the 1920s, this facility was an antique store before it became a banquet hall in 2002. Those who wish to spend the night are bound to be endeared by the Estate House, a vintage home that has a pool and grill. Further spaces include the fairytale-inspired Snow White’s Cottage and the distinctive Club Car. At Estate on the Halifax, several hundred of your friends and relatives can join you to celebrate your new chapter. Can I give this venue 100 stars???? They were absolutely phenomenal! This place is gorgeous and honestly worth every penny. There's so much room because you have access to all the grounds and it was so nice to be able to stay the night here on our wedding night. We got to have a few close friends hang out with us that night and have a little after party as well. It was also perfect to be able to roam the grounds the next morning as they didn't have a wedding the day after ours. Cara and the team were excellent and we couldn't have picked a better, more beautiful venue for our wedding <3

Loved this venue for our wedding. We loved the space it offered everything is in one place, people can wander. Having the guest house for basically 24 hours is such a huge plus, and amazing for getting ready.

We had the best wedding ever at the Estate! Cara was so helpful through the process. We’ve had many people tell us it was the most beautiful venue they’ve been to! With over 150 guests, we felt there was enough space and comfortable. Most of our crowd danced all night and there was enough room for that as well! It even started storming during cocktail hour and guests were seamlessly transitioned inside. On another note, it’s the most beautiful place for photos too!!! There is so many picturesque settings throughout the grounds that made our wedding photos gorgeous. Can’t recommend the Estate on the Halifax enough!

We had the best wedding ever at the Estate! Cara was so helpful through the process. We’ve had many people tell us it was the most beautiful venue they’ve been to! We’ve been looking for a venue what fits our criteria, budget and overall vintage glam for couple months and when we went to see this gorgeous venue, we got the feeling that’s the one. Everything is perfect and gives you more than you expect: from stunning view and choices to list of vendors to work with (this is not all inclusive but they help you with everything in the same time), the whole vibe just fairy tale comes true. Our wedding day we had blast, our guests were in wow. I’m super happy we choose to celebrate our big day there.

I don't even know where to start because 5 STARS and the word amazing does not do the Estate on the Halifax and team enough justice!! After watching the youtube tour of the Estate I thought, I need to go see this place now! In all honesty seeing it in person will blow you away, because the video tour was great, but in person it is actually a thousand times better!! We got married on 9.10.22 at The Estate, and it was BEYOND PERFECT! Not only is the venue one of the most beautifully manicured places I’ve ever been to for an event, Cara and her team/family are PHENOMINAL!! I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve ALL THE STARS!! This location has all the charm! From the beautifully landscaped gardens, to the ornate on-site locations for day of wedding party prep, it was all so over the top!! This venue literally has it all!! I looked all over Florida for the perfect venue for our wedding, and nothing compares to this Estate! The gardens, the warm glow of the reception hall, the fun train car / man cave, the oh so sweet Agatha’s house with all the vintage charm, the whimsical oak trees, the lush greenery, a fun Snow White Cottage in the garden, the ponds, the statues… it literally checks ALL the boxes!! On top of the great things I just mentioned; the process was made so seamless! From our first chat at the open house on the Estate, to the contract, easy payment options, helping answer any questions quickly, then the meeting before the event, Cara was so on point and made it so easy on me!! She really was on top of everything, and anything I was worried about, she took care of it all!! You are wonderful and so appreciated!!!

I've been to many many many weddings in the Orlando area, but none at as nice of a location as Estate on the Halifax. You get exclusive use of the property on your wedding day and a free night stay on the night of your wedding at Agatha's Guesthouse on property. The property has ceremony locations for everyone: inside the chapel, underneath a large oak tree or outside a beautiful pavilion. My guests still rave about how beautiful the property was and how they enjoyed exploring the gardens and koi ponds during cocktail hour.

First of all, I want to thank Cara (the owner) for being so personable and helpful since we booked our wedding in 2020. The Estate constantly invests back into their venue creating new bathrooms, train car seating areas, and paved walkways to show they want the best experience for their guests. We have seen the place change for the better over the past two years since deciding to make this our venue. Cara’s preferred venue list is solid and professional. The staff on the day of the wedding was so much fun and delightful. Everyone had an amazing time. I highly recommend booking your wedding here. They are the best!!

The most beautiful wedding venue and no 2 weddings will ever be the same here! There’s so many locations on the property to choose from. We chose the chapel for the ceremony and it did not disappoint! Coming from someone who always wanted to get married in a church, it was a dream. And we had the convenience of not having to drive to a second location for the reception. Now, it did rain (and very hard) all day, but it was still the most beautiful location for a wedding and options to have everything indoors. The venue manager was so helpful as well with the whole process! Even with the weather, it was the most perfect day.

Cara and her team are exceptional and were very accommodating to any ideas or changes we wanted. Cara was very professional and I really felt like she cared about our wedding and making sure it was perfect. I am so happy we went with this venue. You get so much value for the cost. Everywhere on the estate is beautiful no matter where you have your ceremony. We chose to do our ceremony in the chapel since we had a small size wedding and also didn't want the stress of worrying about Florida weather. I'm pretty sure my husband was more obsessed with the venue than I was. The tavern is a great space for the reception. Our guests had such a great time taking photos all over the estate. We also rented the house for our wedding party which was so nice for us not to have to worry about traveling anywhere the day before or after. Also having the cottage for my husband and I the night of the wedding is a great added touch. This venue is truly a hidden gem located in central Florida. Cara is very nice and was very flexible working with me since I was planning our wedding from out of state. She was always very responsive to our e-mails and questions we had throughout the process. She also provided some great recommendations for other vendors in the area. Also the catering was delicious, some of our guests had 3 plates worth of food because they liked the food so much. I would definitely recommend this venue to any couples looking for a one-stop shop type of venue and don't want the hassle of moving from one place to another the day of their wedding or for any couple just looking for a beautiful venue.

We had our wedding here on March 26, 2021 and I can say it was hands down the best weekend of my life. My family is from out of town and we decided to rent the Estate House on the property for the entire weekend. It was incredible! Everyone who came to the wedding couldn't stop talking about how incredible the venue and property was. They all said over and over again how they have never been to such a unique place and everything was so nice. I would recommend having your wedding at The Estate on the Halifax and if you can, stay at the property as well. Cara and her team did a great job and were flexible when challenges with Covid came up. I wouldn't change one thing about the weekend and would do it again if we could!

It had everything I ever dreamed of, from getting married in an adorable chapel to historic charm in the reception hall and guesthouse! Everyone said that it was such a gorgeous venue and had such an amazing time! Cara was awesome and so accommodating and worked really well with my coordinator! Everything ran smoothly (at least of my knowing haha) the only two things I would mention are the bugs; the day ended up being a little humid so the bugs came out strong and since there’s a lot of greenery and gardens they were OUT. My family and I got bit all over, so I would just suggest maybe spraying a little more. The other thing was our hot tub in the guesthouse didn’t work so we were kinda bummed that we couldn’t use it:/ Still wouldn’t change my venue for anything else!!

With under three weeks to the wedding, we found out our original venue wasn’t going to have their CO in time and had been canceling other weddings they were to host. So we immediately went into action to find another. By some miracle, The Estate on the Halifax was available. We could not of been happier having our daughter’s wedding here. Between the staff and location they made our stressful situation turn into a dream. It is a breathtaking piece of property, so many beautiful photo ops. This venue truly creates a fairy tale setting. Even in the hot July temps our outdoor ceremony was exquisite, Cara had the best suggestions on keeping our guests comfortable. She is unbelievable how organized she is. They went over so many details prior to the wedding day so as to have a stress free day. Everyone who attended were amazed at how wonderful this venue is in every way you can possibly imagine. The Estate on the Halifax knows what they are doing, they had a short amount of time to work with in our situation and they honestly amazed us. We could not of been happier.

Between the staff and location they made our stressful situation turn into a dream. It is a breathtaking piece of property, so many beautiful photo ops. This venue truly creates a fairy tale setting. Even in the hot July temps our outdoor ceremony was exquisite, Cara had the best suggestions on keeping our guests comfortable. She is unbelievable how organized she is. They went over so many details prior to the wedding day so as to have a stress free day. Everyone who attended were amazed at how wonderful this venue is in every way you can possibly imagine. The Estate on the Halifax knows what they are doing, they had a short amount of time to work with in our situation and they honestly amazed us. We could not of been happier.

Working with the Estate was absolutely amazing! The venue is gorgeous and I knew the moment I visited an open house that I would get married there. Cara worked with us and did a fantastic job! We also rented out the Estate house for the wedding party and it was PERFECT! Plenty of space for a party of 14 and so much fun! My husband and I fell in love with the Oak Tree and had our ceremony there. We also loved how the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all at the Estate but each took place at a different part of the Estate. We love how it is a family run venue with so much history. This is an amazing venue! The day my maid of honor and I went for our appointment, we knew this was the place I should get married at. Cara and Katy are so helpful and knowledgeable. The property is beautiful and if you can, I recommend having a long weekend wedding event. Rent out the Estate House-you won't regret it. It was wonderful to have the entire family and wedding party able to stay on property. It was a great bonding and relaxing time leading up to the wedding. The most magical day of our lives on the most magical grounds. My husband John and I got married a few weeks ago on Sat 5/11/19, the day was perfect! I know everyone says that about there weddings but thanks to The Estate & all the amazing staff there it was truly magical. I can not say enough about Cara and her support, kindness and knowledge throughout our wedding process. We had a destination wedding having come to FL from NJ so everything we did was pretty much long distance and Cara made us feel 100% confident throughout the 15 months leading up to our wedding, she was SO responsive and helpful whenever we needed anything. Florida has always been my second home and the second my mom who lives there found this venue I knew it was the one. The grounds are breathtaking, so well kept and were like they drawn up from my imagination. I am in the photography / wedding planning business myself and never have I had guests rave about a venue more...and who knew it would be for my own wedding. Its only been two weeks and we've had every guest tell us how kind all the staff was and how the grounds were like a fairy tail dream! I would recommend Cara & The Estate on the Halifax to anyone wanting a dream wedding! You will NOT be disappointed! Special thank you to Cara, who helped to make our day special. She was very knowledgeable and promptly responded to all of our questions/concerns. During our planning, she was always helpful and easy to deal with. A month before the weeding, our DJ cancelled on us due to personal circumstances. I was extremely stressed thinking we won’t be able to find anybody a month before the event. After talking to Cara, she was able to find us a DJ within an hour. And he was the BEST!!! We can’t say enough about how great everything turned out.

During and after our wedding, our guests kept coming up to us telling us how beautiful and enchanting the space is. It's so unique and big enough to host a wedding of a decent size. You really can't go wrong getting married at any of the spots on this property.

The Estate on the Halifax is a place like no other!! As soon as we toured the venue we knew this is where we wanted our wedding to be. Cara was extremely helpful and always very quick to respond to our many questions. She even responded while she was away on maternity leave, which was highly unexpected. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous!!!! There are so many unique and beautiful places throughout the property for amazing pictures. We have guests still commenting on how beautiful our wedding was there. Not only is the Estate a beautiful place to get married, but they also go above and beyond what I thought a venue would be. Our day was amazing and that was mainly due to the staff. We also used a lot of their preferred vendors and they were all fantastic to work with!!! The Estate has everything you could ever dream of in a wedding venue.

This past July, I got married at the Estate on the Halifax, and it was everything I dreamed of! It was the first venue we looked at and knew from the start it was the one. We chose to have a small intimate wedding weekend. Because it was a destination wedding, I had initially been nervous about figuring all the details out but Cara was incredible to work with and was always on top of everything! My family stayed in the Estate House and it was straight out of a movie! We had our rehearsal dinner there and everyone was raving about how beautiful the house and the surrounding property was! I loved that everything was contained on one property. We got married in the chapel, which was perfect for our small amount of guests. Our reception in the Tavern was gorgeously decorated and the Estate staff were excellent. We had an open beer and wine bar (and added on a mojito package) and it was a great addition to the evening. We also had photo booth, which fit perfectly inside the venue, and the guests loved. It’s been a month since the wedding and our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful the wedding was. They all wished they had more time there!

Let me say this place is absolutely beautiful our guests could not stop talking about how wonderful the place is. We had planned on getting married outside under a beautiful oak tree but just as our guests started to arrive a big rain storm came so we changed to the chapel which is absolutely adorable and have no regrets on having to change spots for the ceremony. Honestly you can’t go wrong with this place everything is just beautiful. Working with Cara was wonderful they definitely know what they are doing and keep things running. Highly recommend

Since we are both originally from out of state, we were looking for a venue that could host the entire event so our out-of-state guests didn't have to travel between the ceremony and reception. After our first tour of the grounds we knew The Estate On the Halifax was the place we wanted to host our special day. Cara, who was our main contact throughout the booking and planning process, was absolutely wonderful. She guided us through every step of the process, was always professional, and very responsive. The chapel was such a great place to exchange our vows! Although it rained on our wedding day, our guests still got to explore the beautiful garden and grounds. The Tavern offered a great layout for our reception, in contrast to a traditional reception hall. We had exclusive use of the property and loved our individual spaces we had to get ready. Having Agatha's Guest House to spend the night in after our wedding was a great bonus. We couldn't be any happier with The Estate On the Halifax and the entire staff!

I was blown away not only with the beauty of this venue but with the staff as well. Cara is amazing to work with. She is super responsive and if for some reason she cannot talk to you at that moment, she will call you back right away. From the very first time my husband and I toured the venue (which we fell in love with) to the actual wedding day, everything was amazing. The venue is just breathtaking. There are so many neat little hidden areas of this venue, makes for a neat cocktail hour, guests can wander the land and take in all the beauty. Cara was amazing with helping with pairing us with some of their preferred vendors, she even took over some of the communication with the caterer for me since they work together so frequently. I would defiantly recommend renting the estate house if it is available for your day. It made it so much more convenience for us to actually be on the property during our wedding weekend. Then you get to spend your first night as husband and wife in the guest house which is just the cutest. The staff that was there the night of the wedding, I believe Cara's dad and brother (this is a family estate and business), were just so helpful and delightful. Anything and everything we needed or had questions about they were right there to help with. I could not have had a better wedding night and I owe a great deal of that to Cara and the entire staff at the Estate. They helped to give us a perfect wedding! Thank you!

When my husband and I got engaged I knew I didn’t want to get married at hall or in a hotel. I wanted something unique. The Estate on the Halifax was 150% that and more! She ensured that my day went by without a hitch. The property is absolutely stunning and I knew immediately I wanted to get married here. There are so many options as to where to have a ceremony but my husband and I chose to get married in the chapel. It was such a sweet, intimate setting and it was a beautiful spot for us to exchange our vows. The reception space is perfect for a wedding of any size and we opted to use their preferred vendor Aunt Catfish and the food was OUTSTANDING. My guests loved the prime rib and chicken marsala. Overall, I loved everything about my wedding day and would recommend this place to anyone looking to get married in the Central Florida area.

If there is one word that our guests continued to use to describe our wedding venue, it is “magical”. There’s little else to describe the intricacies, the diversity, and the quaint elegance of the Estate on the Halifax. When my wife and I first pictured our wedding, amongst gardens, spanish-moss draped trees and dancing in a rustic hall, our delight could not have been greater. Having all of the facilities located one place also made logistics and timing much more convenient. Far from just a beautiful place, Cara and rest of the Estate team were always responsive, flexible and insightful in coordinating and preparing our day. Their team has excellent relationships with local vendors, and this familiarity with the venue made planning that much easier. If there is one word that our guests continued to use to describe our wedding venue, it is “magical”. There’s little else to describe the intricacies, the diversity, and the quaint elegance of the Estate on the Halifax. When my wife and I first pictured our wedding, amongst gardens, spanish-moss draped trees and dancing in a rustic hall, our delight could not have been greater. Having all of the facilities located one place also made logistics and timing much more convenient. Far from just a beautiful place, Cara and rest of the Estate team were always responsive, flexible and insightful in coordinating and preparing our day. Their team has excellent relationships with local vendors, and this familiarity with the venue made planning that much easier. This was the first venue we visited when looking for a place to have our wedding. The photos online looked beautiful, but I wasn't sure how the venue would look in person as sometimes photos can be deceiving, but it did not disappoint and we didn't even bother visiting any other venues. We just knew this was the one! The estate is very unique and beautiful with lots of history. All of our wedding guests kept complimenting the venue by saying how much they loved it. We loved the exclusivity of the estate and that we could have both the ceremony and reception at the same venue. As well as with our package we also got to spend our wedding night in Agatha's guesthouse on property.Cara and her family/team take great care in the upkeep of the property. Cara was our main contact person and she was always super nice and quick to answer emails/questions and made the whole process go very smoothly. When we booked they provided us with a list of trusted vendors that they have worked with in the past (you do not have to use them), which greatly helped us in making good choices and ensured that our wedding went smoothly since they were all so familiar with the property. I couldn't have asked for a smoother day!Many thanks to the Estate for making our wedding day so perfect!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET MARRIED!!!! When my husband and I were searching online for wedding venues, we were immediately impressed by this gorgeous 10-acre estate. We visited with high hopes and we were blown away with how much better it was in person! This was the first and only venue we visited in person and we knew the second we left (since we immediately wanted to go back and spend as much time there are possible!) that this would be where we held our ceremony and our reception. Not often are places better in person than in pictures, but this place certainly is! This is not just a venue, it's a family owned property with heart and history and with little pieces of heaven sprinkled all around. There's a chapel, there's a gazebo, there's Snow White's cottage, there's a tavern, there's a train car (that actually used to run!), there's a BEAUTIFUL guest house, (well, 2 actually!), not to mention the grounds are kept so nicely and the gardens are stunning. It's basically a bride's paradise! The staff is outstanding and if you get the pleasure of working with Cara, you won't be disappointed. She's the best!

We got married at the Estate on the Halifax last month and it was AMAZING! Everything was absolutely gorgeous. Cara and the whole team at the Estate were so incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole planning period. I was planning the wedding from Colorado so there were a lot of emails. They all answered questions very quickly and helped me find local vendors for everything we needed. Even while Cara was on leave, she and her team still responded to my emails. I was not the most put together or on top of everything bride and they helped guide me through everything. When it came to the final planning meeting and they were asking me questions for things that I hadn’t even thought of, they reassured me that they would take care of everything. We also used their coordination services, White Blossom Weddings, and our coordinator Emily was fabulous. Cara and Emily also helped me add in some little details with suggestions to really make the ceremony and the reception special since we did most of the décor ourselves. Emily kept everything during the rehearsal and the wedding on-time and flowing seamlessly. She was there with any questions I had and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and when. The day of the wedding I was so overwhelmed and overjoyed. The weather did not participate and it rained all day so we had to move the ceremony from the gardens to the chapel, but I had absolutely nothing to worry about and was able to enjoy my day. Emily took care of getting everything moved and let everyone know; she is so organized and on top of every detail. The venue itself was breathtaking and I got so many compliments from all of my guests. It was every bit the fairy tale I wanted. Thank you to the whole team at the Estate and White Blossom Weddings!

The Estate on the Halifax is a diamond in the rough. I searched for months and months to find the right venue. I visited several venues and nothing could compare to this place. The guys get to get ready in an awesome old fashion train car (with a bar in it) and us ladies got to get ready in an absolutely gorgeous home on the property!! The venue speaks for itself, ceremony and reception site require very minimal decorations because the venue is gorgeous in itself. It makes for breath taking pictures. I also must add Katie the coordinator at the property was amazing. She was perfect for our wedding day. She took care of everything and I had not one worry on my wedding day & that was all I could ask for. You get so much for your money & once you find this place look no further, this is it!! From the chapel, to the gardens, gazebo and beautiful tavern this place has it all! It made our wedding day perfect.

I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this venue is. From the booking to the actual day of, everything is seamless. The property is absolutely breathtaking and made for unforgettable wedding pictures. The process of booking was so simple and once we did we started collaborating with Katie. One piece of advice, she offers her services for coordination for the day of, take it. On the day of she gave me her cell phone number and if I had a question or needed something I would send her a text and would get an immediate response. One of the best parts about this property is the actual size. My husband and I were able to both get ready on the property which was awesome for our photographer because he could bounce back and forth. Both of the areas for prep were spacious air conditioning and stocked with items such as sodas. A couple weeks before the wedding we were able to sit down with Katie for the final meeting and she covered every possible question, concern, and we went over the schedule.\r\rThe day of was an absolute dream, I only had to worry about getting ready, married, and having fun. Every little detail was handled by Katie and she did a spectacular job taking items from the church and incorporating them into the reception (so we got a full day's worth of use out of every item). \r\rOne thing that I struggled with at first was the name of the caterer, Aunt Catfish. When we first booked the venue we knew we couldn't afford Puff n Stuff, but I was worried about the food from Aunt Catfish. I am here to tell you do not worry. Aunt Catfish supplied some of the BEST filet mignon that I have ever had for an incredibly reasonable price. \r\rI honestly can't say enough good things about this venue, if you are hunting for a wonderful place to get married this is it!

When my husband and I moved to Florida in the middle of planning a New York wedding and then had to drop all our plans and move the wedding to Florida as well, we were beyond stressed. After a year of planning everything we'd had in place was gone, and we were certain our day couldn't be everything we had dreamed--until we found the Estate on the Halifax. The grounds are beyond gorgeous and offer so many options for any kind of wedding (we had ours at the gazebo, but had a storm rolled in we had the option to move everything to the chapel which is also on site). Having the ceremony and the reception locations on the same property made everything simple for not only ourselves but our out-of-town guests, and our families are STILL talking about what an incredibly beautiful and unique venue the Estate was. Beyond aesthetics, we couldn't have received more helpful, personal, caring, and cheerful assistance from the onsite staff. The director of hospitality, Katie Hunt, helped us not only get excited about our day again but assisted us in making our wedding dreams come true. We can't begin to thank Katie, Linda, and Cara for all they did for us (and their patience!), but if you're looking for a gorgeous venue with incredible staff and to make your day unforgettable for not only yourself but for your guests as well, be certain to check out the Estate!

The Estate on the Halifax is gorgeous! My daughter's wedding day was perfect, thanks to Katie and her amazing team! From the beginning they said they wanted the process to be stress-free for us. I love Tavern and Chapel in the Garden!!! We had our wedding September 28, 2013 at the location and rented the whole property!! The property is gorgeous we got married in the Chapel and took picture all around the 10 acre estate. Everyone that came could not get over how beautiful the property was but they also had never been to such a beautiful wedding! We hired Katie to corrdinate our wedding the day of. If it wasn't for Katie (Wedding coordinator with the Estate) we don't know how our wedding would have turned out. I recommemd this place to anyone still searching for a venue.

the property was just so beautiful. most of the issues that we did have were completely resolved. only issue that was not resolved was they said that in order to have someone help walk us thru the rehearsal and making sure everyone got down the aisle in order and on cue we would have to pay more money. but when we signed contract we were told that would all be included. we looked thru our paperwork several times and never saw where Katie was stating that the additional charge was indicated on the contract. possibly on the new contracts there is that charge but on our older contract it wasn't. luckily we had the issue resolved on our own. but just make sure you ask all the right questions in advance. the property is just amazing. the views for photos is unbelievable! we only used the property for the ceremony but the reception hall is fabulous as well.

Choosing Tavern and Chapel (The Estate on the Halifax) for the location of my ceremony and reception was probably the BEST decision I made during the entire wedding. The location is absolutely stunning and my guests loved walking around the grounds and exploring all the creative and beautiful gardens and statues. Also working with Katie was amazing! She worked as our day of wedding coordinator and was an absolute gift from God. She made sure everything ran smoothly and checked on me frequently to make sure I was okay while simultaneously making sure the guests knew where to go and confirming that all the vendors were accounted for. We had a fairytale themed wedding and all out guests agreed that the venue could not have been more perfect!

I grew up in Volusia and always wanted to get married in the Chapel. The scenery is beautify and I feel like I truly had a lovely wedding at this venue. However I do not feel like the service of the staff was very good. I did not have my reception at this site and think that caused some consternation. There was only one member of staff on site for my Saturday afternoon wedding and no one really checked in to see if we were okay or helped in anyway.

My wedding day was more than I could have imagined and that was made possible by Katie & the venue staff. The property is beautiful and well kept, and every question or concern I may have had was taken care of with ease. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my special day, and I'd recommend this venue to anyone!

My wedding day was more than I could have imagined and that was made possible by Katie & the venue staff. The property is beautiful and well kept, and every question or concern I may have had was taken care of with ease. I wouldn't have changed a thing about my special day, and I'd recommend this venue to anyone!

I could not have found a better venue if I had tried. Katie was amazing, the venue was amazing, honestly, it couldn't of been better! They are so easy to work with and will do all they can to make the wedding of your dreams a reality.

Our ceremony was outside in the gazebo and the reception in the tavern. Everything was absolutely perfect and Katie, our coordinator, made sure that everything was so simple for me. She pointed everyone in the right direction at the right time, I never felt lost, I never felt stressed (beyond normal nerves!), everything was in the right spot, I cannot say enough! The beautiful gardens were just amazing for pictures and everyone was so impressed with the lovely grounds. Our wedding was in late March and the temperature was just perfect. About 80 degrees with a great breeze off the river. I was so happy and so impressed with everything. All we had to do was show up and have fun. Thanks! \r\rOh, and they have an incredibly affordable \"weekday package\" that includes almost everything you need. That's what we did and it was great!

Kellie and Katie were genuinely interested in making our day perfect, and they delivered! We have and continue to receive so many compliments from our guests. Our day turned out better than my husband or I could have imagined, and the whole process (and day of) was very stress free for both of us. \r\rMy husband and I highly recommend anyone looking for a unique, beautiful, and fun venue (with coordinators who you can trust and genuinely care about making your day special) consider looking here. As soon as we stepped foot onto the property we immediately knew we found ourselves a gem. We had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Ms. Katie, were she gave us the grand tour of this secret garden estate. As soon as she opened the Chapel doors I saw myself walking down this aisle and only this aisle. My fiancé and I looked at each other at the same time and said this is it and we want it all! \r\rJohn and I married on September 24, 2011. We acquired the entire property all day and stayed in Agatha’s Cottage on our first night as husband and wife. I was so glad that we almost attended every open house. The vendors that they brought in were amazing, professional and just the perfect accessory to our big day! The beautiful cottage waited our arrival and had everything ready for her bride and bridal party. The bridal suite, the spiral staircase, the views of the garden and Halifax River were even more beautiful from the first day I lay eyes on it. My handsome groom and groomsman were greeted by a very manly Sunshine Express train to get ready in. The slick jukebox waited for them to plug in an iPod so they could just fill the air with some good music, laughs and just the perfect atmosphere to get decked out for the big day. \r\rThe gardens in this place are exquisite! No stone was left unturned, every thing about it was neatly manicured, placed and even the Koi fish seemed to be right on cue to impress us with their beautiful colors. The trees are art work. Not one looks the same and it’s as if they all have a story to tell. As soon as I walked into the white chapel I saw my future in front of me. Not only having the man of my dreams but it being the perfect place to say my “I do’s” forever. I love the smell of the wood, the stained glass windows and of course the bell tower just ringing for joy of a new covenant made. Our reception was in the Tavern and it welcomed each one of guests with great food, flowers, dancing, and celebration. It was just enough room for everyone to feel this was a special treat for them too! At the end of our evening we had a beautiful horse drawn carriage to carry us off to our happily ever after. \r\rIt was the perfect day and couldn’t have gone any better than it did. The Tavern and Chapel have a fun, loving, organized team that is there for you. It was truly a blessing and an honor to not only acquire the property but acquire the people that keep it beautifully maintained and ready for any event you may have. This was where we began our lives together and where I became Mrs. Wright. Thank you! \r\rLove, \r\rDahlia & John\r

“I really think everyone had a great time… There was plenty of great food, beer & wine, and country music....and I can't believe how much everyone loved that photo booth!?! I'm so glad we chose to have the wedding there … Jenn was looking for something so much more cozy and intimate and she definetely got her wish. \r \rKellie did such a great job keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes and we could not have done it without you! This venue is amazing. When we first toured the property I cried, and knew instantly it was where I wanted our wedding to take place. We chose to use Kellie and Katie as our coordinators, and that was probably the next best decision we made besides picking this venue. Our wedding day was challenged by a tropical storm (with wind gusts throughout the day and night of 70 mph). Even with this horrible storm going on during our ceremony in the chapel and our reception, you would have never known what was going on outside. Katie and Kellie were AMAZING in helping us throughout the day prepare for this disaster weather. They ran through the rain back and forth on the property getting everything in order, and held umbrella's up for all the bridal party and bride and groom while we fought the weather to get to the chapel. I don't think even a drop of rain fell on me or my dress! I really don't know what we would have done without them. Even while soaking wet, they kept a smile on their face for me and my stressed out mom and sister. Anything we needed, they were right there to do or get for us..rain or shine! Although we couldn't get all the wonderful garden shots with the photographer, we were able to stand under awnings and get the backdrop of the gardens in photos. And while inside the chapel and tavern during the storm, you couldn't even hear, much less pay attention, to the weather outside. All our guests loved the venue, and the atmosphere. The power did go out about 2 or 3 times, but it always came back on and the fun would go on! We really did have a candlelight dinner. The vendors they recommended were also amazing. Encore catering and their staff did a great job and everyone loved the food and service. Daytona photobooth was the hit of the night! Certainly recommended (especially in case of bad weather!!!) And Rachel Kasie designs for flowers was beautiful. The flowers and the last minute use of the chapel and how she decorated it was wonderful. I hope to maybe use this venue again somewhere down the line for vow renewals and get the great photo shots in the gardens, and enjoy this wonderful venue again! The only thing I would have changed about my whole wedding experience here is the weather. Which we all know is something we can't control. This place and Katie and Kellie are gems!

Planning any wedding is stressful. Planning a wedding, with the venue sight unseen, from 1000 miles away sounds like a recipe for disaster...but not if your wedding is held at the Tavern and Chapel and not if the faraway planning takes place under the careful watch of Kellie Cooper and Katie Hunt. \r\rThe venue was intimate and striking -- from the simple charm of the chapel to the lush garden spaces, and the recommendations that I received for local vendors proved spot on. Exquisite flowers from Pink Flamingo at Petals, a breath-taking (and delicious!) cake from Pastry Studio, and the intuitive, creative, but respectfully unobtrusive photography of Mark Dickinson -- I never could have found these artists on my own. Frayed nerves on the day of the wedding? Not a chance, with these two in charge ...every detail was quietly and perfectly taken care of. And, did I mention that the bride and groom (and the little flower girl and ring bearers!) got to use a rope bellpull to sound the chapel's sweet, old bell? Perfection, indeed.

This has been mny dream place to get married since i was little! It is an amazing non dinomination chapel with a beautiful garden surrounding it. It also has a area outside with columns if you would like to get married there! Everytime we went in Katie was VERY nice! IE it is alittle pricey, we did it on a fri instead of sat to cut down the cost a bit. it was 1200... just to get married there. This venue is just absolutley gorgeous! The first time I saw this place I knew this is where I was gong to have my wedding. The pictures on the website do not do it justice you must go and check this place out. I got great feedback from my guests and everyone said it was so elegant and classy. Kellie Cooper and her professional group of staff, were just AWESOME! The venue is absolutely beautiful, whether you choose an outdoor setting with beautiful mature oaks, palms, or riverfront as your backdrop, or the quaint air-conditioned chapel. Being a June wedding, we chose the Chapel and still used the gorgeous grounds for pictures. The Tavern was a perfect spot for the reception, and the caterer (Aunt Catfish) was excellent and a great choice in food at a reasonable price. We used New Smyrna Beach Florist, who did a superb job working with The Tavern and Chapel in the Gardens. Publix makes an awesome cake and very cost affordable. Kellie didn't leave any stone uncovered. She is very detailed oriented and knows her business. Was a pleasure to work with. Would HIGHLY recommend on all levels!
