The Factory Events is a wedding venue located in Cincinnati, OH. The property combines a historic location with forward-thinking style, great service, and private outdoor space. Couples seeking a distinctive setting in which to host their big day need look no further. The Factory Events welcomes guests to the diverse and creative neighborhood of Northside. A haven for the city’s creative community, it is the heart of hip Cincinnati and well represented by The Factory Events’ stylish offering. Like many of the surrounding buildings, this is a historical venue that has been reimagined for contemporary events. Constructed in 1902 as The Parks Machine Tool Co., the space was used as studios for local artists, which still occupy the upper floors of the building. The owners have strived to maintain the building’s historic character and guests will be charmed by its chic, urban aesthetic. The Factory’s industrial charm has been accentuated by a simple yet refined renovation, with its defining elements resting unaltered. Its white-washed walls create a light tone and allow the rugged nature of the space’s timber beams and original floors to shine. A sizable gathering of friends and family can toast to the love of the happy couple in the Machine Room. This event hall can be decorated as couples wish and its large windows welcome in ample natural light. Outside, the Cocktail Garden provides a charming backyard-style setting in which to host an intimate ceremony. Canine guests are welcome in this space so couples can say "I do” with the whole family in attendance. In 2021, getting wedding suites were added to the venue, so wedding parties can prepare and pamper in style before the ceremony and reception - all included! The Factory Events offers both style and substance, as proved by its staff’s dedication to great service. Wedding parties are welcomed with a smile, open arms, and thorough support for their event. The bar team can whip up delicious drinks all night long as guests mingle, chat, and dance. The management has selected a premier list of caterers so couples can count on a perfect meal by choosing professionals who can match their theme and vision. The Factory was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved the vibe/aesthetic of the actual venue and the staff was amazing. April (Venue Director) is a great asset to have on your team as you plan your wedding. She was great at helping us understand and visualize what our day would look like at the venue. Her and her event team were extremely helpful on our wedding day helping us set up, stay on time, and stay organized throughout the day. The bartenders were also amazing. They were both friendly and efficient while going above and beyond to make our day run reception run smoothly.

The Factory was the perfect venue for our wedding! We loved the vibe/aesthetic of the actual venue and the staff was amazing. April (Venue Director) is a great asset to have on your team as you plan your wedding. She was great at helping us understand and visualize what our day would look like at the venue. Her and her event team were extremely helpful on our wedding day helping us set up, stay on time, and stay organized throughout the day. The bartenders were also amazing. They were both friendly and efficient while going above and beyond to make our day run reception run smoothly.

Best choice ever! My husband and I were instantly in love with the aesthetic of The Factory. I always envisioned a back yard wedding with a simple reception and I was able to achieve all of my wishes in one place. The inside has an industrial/romantic feel and the outside is so romantic and beautiful. They have beautiful blooms outside so you really do not need to decorate much at all. The shingles on the side of the building are the best back drop for photos. The reception space has beautiful lights stung up that gave a glowing ambiance. They have a bridal suite that feels like home. It’s like a mini apartment. So, my girls and I were able to be comfortable while getting ready. They have plenty of space for the chaos of hair and make up. The groom suite is also an option and it was great knowing everyone was on site and ready to go verses having to travel. We opted in to having our rehearsal dinner at The Factory after our ceremony rehearsal. They have an indoor and outdoor ceremony option in case of rain. We luckily had rain on our rehearsal day so we practiced inside. Then on the day of April took time to rehearse with the wedding party to make sure they knew where to stand.We chose to have their open bar. The menu selection was a great variety that did not disappoint. They did NOT run out of liquor/alcohol. And all of our guest were very happy with the bar staff. They were quick on their feet and very polite. The factory is in a strange location with terrible parking but there is a valet option. The valet took care of everyone’s cars and took that stress away from our guest. It was totally worth it. There are also a bunch of photo-ops that are free around the outside of the factory. We did a sparkler send off and the staff helped light the sparklers it was great.April and Christina were so nice, patient and responsive. They assisted us in making a day of timeline. They made sure every thing was set up exactly the way we wanted the day of our wedding. The entire staff was so hardworking and kind. We cannot thank them enough. I urge you to just schedule a tour. I know you will fall in love.

Cannot even begin to describe the level of satisfaction we had booking our wedding at The Factory! From the beautiful venue, stunning courtyard & bar - we couldn't have been happier! April was AMAZING! She helped calm my nerves leading up to our wedding & day of with not having a planner I was at ease & not stressed one bit! She helped so much throughout the process, her generosity and positive energy was very much appreciated. The bartenders that worked our wedding had great reviews from guests for their drinks and mocktails! Plus having help from some of April's team during clean up was SO helpful! April was best in class and she made the entire wedding venue experience seamless. She had exceptional communication throughout the entire process and really tried to make our day as stress free as possible. The venue itself was perfect for our 120 person wedding & reception and the modern industrial feel was right up our alley. Would book with them again!

Our wedding was the perfect day thanks to The Factory Events!! April was so helpful throughout the planning process. The staff helped our day run smoothly and everything was taken care of, which was fantastic because I was stress free and able to enjoy my day to the fullest! I can’t thank the factory events staff enough! The venue is a beautiful space, it’s the perfect combo of a rustic & modern feel. Our wedding was the perfect day thanks to The Factory Events!! April was so helpful throughout the planning process. My daughter was just married at The Factory Events Friday 10/27/23. I cannot say enough about the staff at the Factory. April was our coordinator and she and her staff went above and beyond to make the day special. They are well organized and all went as planned. Thank you Factory for making it the Best Day Ever!!

April and her staff were amazing for our wedding on Friday! They went above and beyond and everyone was in love with it. It was raining on and off all day, but they were very accomodating and ready for anything. The table, chairs, and linens were all provided. You do have to use their valet and their preferred caterers but my guests loved the food. Majority of my guests had mixed feelings about the valet. Overall, my guests said this was the best wedding they've ever been to and I thank April and all of the staff for that!

April and her staff were amazing for our wedding on Friday! They went above and beyond and everyone was in love with it. It was raining on and off all day, but they were very accomodating and ready for anything. The table, chairs, and linens were all provided. You do have to use their valet and their preferred caterers but my guests loved the food. Majority of my guests had mixed feelings about the valet. Overall, my guests said this was the best wedding they've ever been to and I thank April and all of the staff for that!

The outdoor space was really an amazing asset, there is so much beautiful greenery and flowers that made it the perfect backdrop for photos. There is a lovely getting ready suite for the bride/bridesmaids. It opens early in the morning and had so much space, a large bathroom, and a whole kitchen for anything you may need to do the morning of. April, the venue director, was super responsive throughout the whole planning process. We had just a 6-month engagement and she always helped us feel prepared and ready. She gave us several good suggestions about vendors, the flow of the evening, and the layout of the space. Every staff member who worked the night of our wedding was very professional. 10/10 recommend The Factory!

I’m so glad we chose to have our wedding at the Factory Events! It’s a gem in Northside, with plenty of unique and beautiful spaces both indoor and outdoor. April and the other girls were lovely to work with and were responsive to all my questions throughout the whole process. A big plus for me was that they provide all the chairs, tables and linens I needed which not every venue does, so one less this to rent and worry about. There was so much that happened behind the scenes on my wedding day that I have no idea about because because between the staff and my wedding coordinator, they worked their magic and got everything done. Our experience with The Factory was nothing short of amazing! From the time we booked with them in late October until our wedding in June, communication and service were outstanding. The team at the Factory was great to work with. They were quick to answer questions we had throughout the process, offered suggestions as we planned the wedding, and the day of they were able to help us stay on schedule. They're also located in a great neighborhood that has a lot of businesses for guests to hang out at before and after the wedding ends.

The venue set up was nice, Parking was a problem. The outdoor garden set up was nice with the wood and brick, loved that the wedding party was elevated for all to view. They need to hire someone to attend to their flower garden they could be a great source of beauty. Also I believe that anytime the Venue is being used they should have a staff member on the property. The groomsmen were unable to get into their room on time, we went as far as booking a hotel room till, someone was able to unlock the doors. The remodeled sweet for the bridal party was great. Sound system was great and the service during the ceremony was nice. I know they are a new business, they have an opportunity to grow.

From our tour to our big day the staff was amazing to work with. Very responsive and all around experts in the business. We felt so at ease that our day would be taken care of by all the staff. The space is beautiful and you don’t need much decor as the building does most of the work. I could recommend The Factory for any event over and over again.

April and the folks at The Factory did an AMAZING job hosting our wedding. They were “on-it” coordinating the day-of process, they gave us resources and instructions all the way through, and they were kind and helpful (and budget-friendly) the whole time. They were on-time the entire time. I recommend having a wedding here 10/10. We received so many compliments from our wedding party and the attendees about the venue and the KINDNESS of the bartenders, staff and everyone working the event.

I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue! From start to finish The Factory Events made the process so easy and enjoyable. April was a wonderful coordinator- so quick to respond to emails and questions, very flexible, and offered so many resources for making my dream wedding come alive. On the day of the wedding, Gretchen handled every detail with ease with the behind-the-scenes stuff and helped everything run so smoothly. The beauty of the venue alone speaks for itself! So many family members and friends were raving over the gorgeous grounds, the lights, the awesome bar... just magical.

It downpoured on and off throughout the afternoon of our wedding day, and the Factory team ended up having to quickly towel off the chairs so that we could get underway as planned. The rest of the evening was a dream, and this is largely due to April and her team working so seamlessly behind the scenes. The Factory is quickly becoming one of the hot places to get married in Cincinnati, so book a date while you can!

We loved the aesthetic and our guest loved the yard games that the factory provided. It was truly a night that we cannot forget and The Factory was a big part of that.

Very enjoyable event space with room inside and outside. April was great to work with. The wedding pricing was very straight forward and everything was included in the price except catering. We hired Urbana Coffee to provide an espresso cart in the shade and it was a huge hit! Factory staff was able to make espresso martinis for guests. The event was well staffed and we had access to the bridal suite early. All who attended said it was a great place in a cool neighborhood.

The outside ceremony area/patio was beautiful and gave guests a great option to catch some fresh air. The inside has a historic, yet updated feel to it, with plenty of room on the dance floor! The staff were also fantastic. Christina, the Venue Director, was hands on and left no aspect of the event falling through the cracks. From coordinating with us and the couple, to execution day of the wedding, Christina had it all under control. From the garden outside, the cement bar, the ceremony space, and all of the other small details that they have incorporated to make it such an awesome space. Christina, the venue coordinator is the absolute BEST. She was on top of everything and I don’t think our day would have been what it was without her and her staff there to guide us through everything and coordinate the other vendors coming in. The bartenders were so wonderful and there weren’t long lines like I’ve sometimes experienced at weddings. Yes, we booked this place because we really liked the esthetic and vibe but we got so much more than we thought and we couldn’t be happier. Christina and staff were so so so so so so amazing. The bridal suite (recently renovated) was perfect for getting ready and was stocked with coffee and mimosas. We had our ceremony in the garden and the Factory was able to include heaters and a fire pit in our rental, which our guests really appreciated. The space is absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with it immediately. Unfortunately I am not having my wedding reception there due to the manager and owner's lack of service and accommodation when it came to the contract. They acted like they would work with us to make our wedding reception unique and promised things that weren't actually in the contract. I understand they are a new venue and still learning, but when the manager is a wedding planner and had her own wedding there, I expected more. She couldn't even get my name right and thought we changed our guest count (I think she was confusing me with another bride but never admitted it). All we wanted was for their vague contract to be clarified in writing and signed by them. They refused and sent us away. They also only allowed 2 hours for set up directly preceding the reception (aka when all of our friends and family would be at the ceremony!). This venue really only works if you have your ceremony and reception there and hire a wedding planner. Thankfully we found another highly experienced venue that sat down with us and literally wrote clarifications and modifications on the contract and signed her initials next to it without us even asking. That was all we ever wanted from the Factory but didn't get. I really hope they learn from their mistakes because they have a really unique and beautiful venue.

The space is absolutely beautiful and I fell in love with it immediately. Unfortunately I am not having my wedding reception there due to the manager and owner's lack of service and accommodation when it came to the contract. They acted like they would work with us to make our wedding reception unique and promised things that weren't actually in the contract. I understand they are a new venue and still learning, but when the manager is a wedding planner and had her own wedding there, I expected more. She couldn't even get my name right and thought we changed our guest count (I think she was confusing me with another bride but never admitted it). All we wanted was for their vague contract to be clarified in writing and signed by them. They refused and sent us away. They also only allowed 2 hours for set up directly preceding the reception (aka when all of our friends and family would be at the ceremony!). This venue really only works if you have your ceremony and reception there and hire a wedding planner. Thankfully we found another highly experienced venue that sat down with us and literally wrote clarifications and modifications on the contract and signed her initials next to it without us even asking. That was all we ever wanted from the Factory but didn't get. I really hope they learn from their mistakes because they have a really unique and beautiful venue.

My husband and I held both our wedding ceremony and reception at The Factory. The experience was amazing from start to finish! We had the ceremony and cocktail hour outside in the immaculately gardened courtyard. Then everyone moved inside for the reception and live music. The space is super unique because it works both as a 'blank slate' that can function with any style but also has lots of amazing touches of character from when it was an actual factory. It's located in the heart of the cool and quirky Northside neighborhood, just a 10 minute drive to downtown. Our out of town guests loved being so central to bars and restaurants. Other perks included tables and chairs in the rental pricing and being able to choose whatever vendors we wanted. If you're looking for a unique, affordable, and beautiful space to host your wedding or event don't sleep on The Factory!

My (now) husband really wanted to have an outdoor ceremony. Everywhere I looked was rather expensive for a 10 minute gig- add on top of that: a reception hall. The Factory had just opened and offered everything we wanted in one spot for a fraction of the cost of other venues I looked at. Everything was beautiful and my day was perfect. Luckily, the weather turned out great, but it was scheduled to rain that day. They did have back up plans just in case. Despite being the third event, everything was very well organized. I can only imagine they just keep getting better.
