The best choice we made for our wedding. Period. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is not only stunning, featuring picturesque views of enormous trees and surrounding farmland, but it is the most thoughtfully curated venue to celebrate any occasion with friends and family. There was enough space for our guests to move around and enjoy what pleased them most, from the fire pit to the corn crib to the dance floor to the patio and so on. We felt confident that our guests were comfortable and engaged the entire time, which allowed us to be present with each other and just have fun! We will remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives as the best day of our lives, and so much of that is owed to this awesome place.

The Farm at Eagles Ridge is not only stunning, featuring picturesque views of enormous trees and surrounding farmland, but it is the most thoughtfully curated venue to celebrate any occasion with friends and family. There was enough space for our guests to move around and enjoy what pleased them most, from the fire pit to the corn crib to the dance floor to the patio and so on. We felt confident that our guests were comfortable and engaged the entire time, which allowed us to be present with each other and just have fun! We will remember our wedding day for the rest of our lives as the best day of our lives, and so much of that is owed to this awesome place.

Our wedding day was nothing short of an absolutely perfect day in large part due to this incredible, gorgeous venue and their amazing team! We’re still getting compliments weeks later from guests about how smoothly everything went and how beautiful the venue was. My uncle kept saying “I understand why you picked this place, it’s absolutely spectacular!”We looked at tons of venues in the tri-state area and my fiance was just not wowed by any of them until I showed him pictures of the Farm at Eagles Ridge and he was immediately sold. We don’t live in the Lancaster area so we couldn’t tour in person, but the team at the Farm shared a pre-recorded video tour of the property and did a live Facetime tour with us. We were so sold on the venue and their team after that, we booked it without even seeing it in person! We eventually were able to tour in person several months later and it was even better than we expected. The grounds are well-kept year round and set up so your wedding flows seamlessly across the property. After we booked, everything ran so smoothly. Almost all of our vendors were from the recommended vendor list that the Farm provides and every single one was outstanding. Our day-of coordinator, Mickey, was so helpful in keeping us organized. And the actual wedding day ran so perfectly. If there were any “fires” the day-of, I still don’t know about them because Mickey is a rockstar and handled them all. Mickey is ready to go to bat for her couples and we could not be more grateful to her for her part in our amazing day! I could spend days gushing about this venue but I’ll leave it at: Book the Farm, you won’t regret it!

The most beautiful place. Amber our coordinator helped to the most extreme measure and stayed calm and organized the whole time. It was a relief to be using this place because they were so organized and we could all enjoy our day without any worries. I couldn’t imagine the wedding anywhere else!

The Farm at Eagles Ridge was the first venue that my fiancé and I toured, and after that, nowhere else could compare. Absolutely blown away by this venue. While everything they do is top tier and the other rave reviews capture it pretty well, we’d especially like to call out the accessibility measures taken: lots of ramps, grab bars, and a golf cart for folks who need it. Additionally, they have a lot of “decompression spaces” - outdoor spaces or little corners where you can get out of the noise and catch your breath for a minute. Having access to the farmhouse all day was such a fun way to hang with the wedding party and get ready together. Special shout-out to Taylor, coordinator extraordinaire, and Mick, who got my mom (who has MS and mobility impairment) everywhere she needed to go in style in the golf cart.

There is not a better venue than the Farm at Eagle's Ridge! We still cannot believe we were lucky enough to celebrate our wedding day at such a spectacular, magical place. There is no need to pick a style of venue when you hold it at the farm. A beautifully renovated and breathtaking barn, modern stone house, brand new first floor rustic rain option and carriage house, ponds, gardens, corn fields, corn crib, patio with twinkle lights, weeping willow trees... there are no words to describe. On top of that, when it comes to staff and the planning process, we have not one negative thing to say. The entire experience was flawless working with Betsy - they are so accommodating. You will not regret booking here. Thank you for the most perfect wedding day!

Truly not even sure where to begin. This venue is absolutely perfect. After our first tour at the farm, my now husband and I knew this was \"our\" venue. The feeling you get as you drive up the lane to the farmhouse and venue itself alone is enough to write a review on. The landscaping throughout the grounds is stunning & Paige/Betsy have thought through every detail to make every inch of The Farm gorgeous-and it doesn't look like they're stopping anytime soon with their latest renovations and additions. Then you get inside the farmhouse, where the bridal suite brought this tough exterior girl to tears (not many know this, but here I am writing a review about it). Our groomsmen also loved getting ready here & had room to spread out. Paige/Betsy & staff members were responsive and open to all of the ideas I had for the venue, although even with the \"bare minimum\"-the spaces are enough & speak for themselves. In corresponding with other vendors (including hotel staff members!), Paige & Betsy have developed a name for themselves because of the truly beautiful venue. Throughout my wedding night & pretty much each day since, I have said/thought to myself \"I want to live there\". The location of the venue is convenient, as it is located nearby multiple hotels. The venue also includes chairs (ceremony & reception), round tables, rectangular farmhouse tables, sweetheart table & chairs. I cannot say enough about how spectacular The Farm at Eagles Ridge is. This venue is EVERYTHING!!! It was the first place we looked at, and the place we compared to everything else. From start to finish, this venue makes it happen. We worked with Betsy, who was a such a joy. She truly loves what she does and was able to answer all our questions along the way. Our day of manager, Alison, kicked a$$. She helped make sure everything ran smoothly and made sure everything was perfect, even when it rained and we had to move things inside. The indoor option is beautiful, and actually made our ceremony so intimate. It was many of our guests' favorite part of the wedding. Everything about this place is stunning. The landscaping, the carriage house, the light fixtures, the barn, EVERYTHING. I had so many compliments from guests saying how the venue was incredible. We can't thank them enough for providing the perfect place to get married!

This was the most amazing venue. The landscaping , every little detail and location is absolutely breath taking. The most amazing part about This venue was the staff. They are so helpful, comforting, and make you feel like family. We had a beautiful September wedding and I wish we could go back and do it all over again! If you want to get married here(which you should!!) hurry because everyone else is noticing how absolutely beautiful this venue is and snagging all the following years dates. I don’t regret one bit having our wedding here and I would tell everyone this is the place to book!

Where do I even begin?! We could not have found a more perfect venue for the greatest day of our lives. The farm was the one and only place that we looked at. The moment we traveled down the drive to the amazing property, we knew it was the place for us. The grounds are simply incredible. It is truly like walking into a dream with how beautiful the property is. If you are looking for that rustic elegance in a wedding venue, look no further. Every part of our wedding was like a new surprise for our guests. From the amazing carriage house that welcomed our guests before walking down to the beautiful ceremony site by the pond, to the beautiful hardscaped patio for cocktail hour, to the absolutely incredible reception barn and outdoor patio, it is all absolutely incredible. What makes the venue even more perfect are the people who own it. Betsy is absolutely incredible. From the moment we met her, we knew she was going to help make our dreams come true at the farm. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our planning process. She allowed us to visit the farm for our photo and video shoots and was always keeping us up to date on improvements at the venue. Betsy and the entire team at the farm care so much about their guests and are constantly working to improve their venue and make it absolutely perfect for everyone. They are so incredibly accommodating for not only the bride and groom, but for everyone involved in the wedding day. Our parents, bridal party, guests and even vendors were so well taken care of. Our guests could not stop telling us how incredibly beautiful and perfect the venue was. We were so thankful to have had perfect weather for our wedding, but we also knew that we were going to still have the most beautiful day with the farm’s AMAZING rain option. Every time I was able to visit the farm, I had tears in my eyes. Between Betsy and the entire Farm at Eagle’s Ridge family, to the incredible reception barn with its new rain option, to the absolutely breathtaking outdoor scenery, it is simply perfect. We could not have pictured a more perfect venue for our wedding, and we simply cannot thank Betsy enough for everything that she did for us throughout our entire wedding planning process! If we could, we would get married over and over again at The Farm at Eagle’s Ridge!!

Got married at this amazing venue in July 2018. I cannot stop staring at my pictures and get over how beautiful this venue truly was. Every single thing about this place is just incredible. It is so peaceful and they only have one wedding a day so you have the place all to yourself, which is awesome. We just had our wedding here on August 10th & I wish I could replay the day over and over again! It was absolutely perfect. From the minute I stepped onto the property, I knew it was special. The long winding driveway lined with trees leading to a breathtaking farmhouse and barn, with a picturesque pond in the background. It was like out of a movie. Betsy & all of the other staff at the farm are some of the kindest people I've ever met! They were quick to reply to emails and offered guidance with any questions I had. After the wedding, I kept having guests tell me it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever been to. I really can't say enough nice things. Hands down the best decision we made was to have our wedding at The Farm at Eagles Ridge!!! From the minute I stepped onto the venue, I knew it was the place. I booked it while my groom-to-be was deployed (after sending him lots of videos and pictures), and Paige let us come back to visit it as soon as he came home. He fell in love with it immediately too. Because both of our families were not local, we wanted a gorgeous venue close to downtown Lancaster that could make our rustic elegance wedding dreams come true. From the stunning barn, to the twinkle lights in the courtyard, to the corncrib, to the willow trees and ponds on the property, this venue is absolutely gorgeous. It has that farmland feel without sacrificing any comfort or glam, from heaters and air conditioning, to beautiful landscaping and a luxurious farmhouse. Paige, Alison, and Betsy were prompt in their email responses, and unbelievably helpful with any and every question. They gave us lots of ideas for other local vendors to hire and helped with all logistics for the day of. When it decided to rain the entire week of our wedding, Alison and Betsy organized the tent set up, and helped us shift the ceremony inside. Our plan B was so perfect that it was more like plan A, and neither the groom nor I could have pictured getting married anywhere other than in the barn. We loved having the farmhouse to get ready in, and the corncrib for cocktail hour. Our guests haven't stopped telling us how beautiful the venue was. Thank you so, so, much for everything you all did to make our day the best!

The Farm at Eagle's Ridge was a wonderful experience from start to finish. When my parents were trying to persuade me to have my wedding in Lancaster (I live in Los Angeles), I told them I would only do it if I could find a venue that was so spectacular and beautiful and perfect that I would have chosen it even if it wasn't in Lancaster. As soon as I found The Farm at Eagle's Ridge I knew it was right - and the venue only exceeded my expectations from then on.From the very first Skype I had with Paige, it was an absolute pleasure. She is kind and professional, and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made me feel comfortable planning my wedding across the country, and her organization and attention to detail made everything go off without a hitch.The day of the wedding was fantastic for so many reasons - the venue is of course beautiful, but also the facilities were perfect. My photographer even remarked that he saw one of the venue staff clearing leaves from the walkway! I loved having use of the Stone Farm House to get ready with my squad the day of - and it was so convenient that there were so many bathrooms, a kitchen, a room to put my dress on with a full mirror, stations for all of the hair and makeup, etc. It was just so pro!!The flow of the evening was great - we did a \"ceremony in the round,\" cocktail hour was perfect (loved using the trough for the oysters), and the barn was gorgeous. SO many of my friends and family told me what an amazing venue it was - there was a lot of \"I can't believe how beautiful Lancaster is\" from my Los Angeles friends - and everyone especially loved how the barn doors opened halfway through to show a whole other location complete with ice cream parlor, fire pit, coffee cart, donuts... I honestly only made it out there for a second myself but it was awesome.It was beyond perfect.

My new husband and I just got married here this past Saturday, 10/14/17, and this place is, hands down, the most amazing venue in the Lancaster area! If you're looking for the most perfect barn venue, with some dressed up (but still rustic) charm, this is THE place! The Farm was the first venue we looked at when we got engaged close to 2 years ago now, and we knew from the moment we pulled in the driveway that this was the place we were getting married. The scenery is vast and beautiful, while still feeling intimate, since they only host one event at a time. The barn is climate controlled, while still having an old, rustic charm; we barely did any decorating inside the barn outside of centerpieces because it's such a beautiful space all on its own! From the string lights over the corn crib/patio area leading into the barn, to the large fields of green next to a beautiful lake and dock, the gorgeous scenery at this place never seems to end. The stone farmhouse was absolutely perfect for getting ready the day of the wedding; we had sandwich trays delivered for lunch, and all of the ladies got ready upstairs in the beautiful suites on the second floor, while the fellas got ready downstairs, which made taking photos of us all getting ready really easy for our photographer. We worked with Betsy Herr-Montgomery from beginning to end, and she was absolutely fabulous to work with! Super professional, friendly, and quick to get back to us whenever we had questions (especially in the 2 weeks leading up to the wedding when we were running around like crazy!). It's also very clear that Betsy genuinely loves her job; she puts her heart and soul into this place, and into each event that she helps plan here. She made Joe and I feel so welcome from the moment we met, and was sincerely excited to host our wedding at her venue. And while yes, the Farm is a little more expensive than other \"similar\" venues in the area, it's well worth the extra money – you will not be disappointed!

The Farm at Eagles Ridge will always live in my heart. I am so happy it was apart of the happiest day of my life thus far. Paige Flowers was bright and friendly the moment we met her and she felt like a friend at the end of the process. She is a warm, caring, genuine person and my husband and I think the world of her and her business. This was the first venue my husband and I saw and we fell in love. We visited 2 other locations that day and everything felt flat and uninspired. I wanted something rustic yet chic and refined and that's exactly what The Farm at Eagles Ridge provides. I knew I wanted numerous outdoor photos; the venue is impeccable. We went there for our final walk through and witnessed the labor they take to keep the grounds beautiful and clean. I cannot recommend this venue enough. Paige was so easy to work with, they gave us helpful advice any time we needed it. We were given a helpful list of possible vendors and each one I chose was amazing. I had the perfect wedding day at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. The farmhouse where we got ready was so beautiful, all my guests and my entire bridal party was so impressed with every detail of The Farm. I want everyone I know now to get married there so we can go back! Thank you eternally from the bottom of our hearts for the most perfect day at the most perfect place.

Hands down, amazing venue. It was on the higher end of our budget, but it was absolutely worth it. It checked all the boxes for us and more with being quiet and secluded, but also near a downtown area and being a gorgeous farm venue with lots of amenities. Both Betsy and Paige were very responsive, organized, and easy to work with. We had a long engagement and they both let us see the venue again after our initial walk through so we could plan out décor and see what the venue would look like when we would get married. Their blog was a great resource while planning décor as well and getting ideas. The Farm gave us a list of recommended vendors, but we were open to choose whomever for the most part. We needed to choose from their list of caterers, but that list was fairly robust. They also require a Day of Coordinator, though we were planning to have a coordinator regardless. Our only issue was there was only one vendor that could hang the drapes and it was a bit overpriced in our opinion. Overall, the venue was a big reason why we felt our wedding was exactly what we wanted and a success.

I had seen a handful of venues with my mom and nothing made me feel the way I did at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. From the ceremony locations (we did ours by the dock) to the Stone House, to the Barn, it’s simply the most beautiful venue I’ve ever been to. The Stone House was actually a big selling point for us. On your wedding day, you spend almost as much time getting ready as you do actually getting married and enjoying your reception. I fell in love with the idea of being surrounded by my family and girlfriends in such a beautiful and comfortable space while we all got ready. Everything at the Farm is so beautifully maintained and you can tell that Betsy and Paige take their business very seriously. Betsy was such a joy to work with. She immediately felt like a friend and guided us through all the extra steps that arise when you’re planning a wedding from far away. She was so gracious every time I wanted to come visit before the wedding and answered all our emails so promptly and professionally. Betsy – we cannot thank you enough. We’re already trying to figure out how to throw ourselves another wedding (one year anniversary party?) at the Farm.

From the ceremony locations (we did ours by the dock) to the Stone House, to the Barn, it’s simply the most beautiful venue I’ve ever been to. The Stone House was actually a big selling point for us. On your wedding day, you spend almost as much time getting ready as you do actually getting married and enjoying your reception. I fell in love with the idea of being surrounded by my family and girlfriends in such a beautiful and comfortable space while we all got ready. Everything at the Farm is so beautifully maintained and you can tell that Betsy and Paige take their business very seriously. Betsy was such a joy to work with. She immediately felt like a friend and guided us through all the extra steps that arise when you’re planning a wedding from far away. She was so gracious every time I wanted to come visit before the wedding and answered all our emails so promptly and professionally. Betsy – we cannot thank you enough. We’re already trying to figure out how to throw ourselves another wedding (one year anniversary party?) at the Farm.

Finding a venue like the Farm at Eagles Ridge is like finding a needle in a haystack. It is the most picturesque location, and the photo opportunities are endless from the farmhouse where you get ready, to the various ceremony sites, the corn crib, the corn fields, the treeline, the water trough, the BARN! Really, I could go on. Even our photographer said it was probably her favorite place to shoot. Our wedding looked like it came out of a magazine, (or your dream wedding pinterest board). Thankfully there was no rain on our wedding day. However, when looking at venues my biggest concern was finding a place with a beautiful back up ceremony location in case of bad weather. Everywhere I went before the Farm was terrible. Eagles Ridge had TWO amazing rain locations. That was probably when I realized it was a done deal. We had the pleasure of working with Betsy. Her hospitality was impeccable. Her and her sister, Paige have literally thought of everything for this venue. There is even an awesome bridal suite on the top floor of the farmhouse. I am so grateful for how helpful Betsy was throughout the planning process with answering questions and accommodating our needs. If I did it all over again I would not change a thing. Actually, one of the first things my husband and I talked about when we finally got alone after the wedding was that we wished we could have experienced being guests at our own wedding. Honestly, it is such a lovely place. We are hoping that one day we get invited back as guests!

As we reached the curvy driveway leading towards The Farm at Eagles Ridge, my grin was impossible to ignore. From the very start, I knew this would be a remarkable place. The driveway was lined with beautiful trees that would shout amazing colors during the Fall season, and just below that a sky high willow tree, one I was already picturing wedding photos being taken under. You could see the beautiful Lancaster horizon rich with color and beauty. As we all soaked in the scenery, we finally decided it would probably be a good idea to park the truck and introduce ourselves so we don’t come off as wedding crazed creeps! Just as we parked our truck, a woman with long dark hair and a smile from ear to ear eagerly ran up to introduce herself, it was Paige, and little did I know, this woman would become my right hand and more. She gave us a tour of the grounds; the beautiful stone Farm House which had all of its original architecture, a stone path that lead toward another house where my bridesmaids and I would hide while guests would be seated, then the pathway to what would eventually be our ceremony location. The dock has trees that hugged around it making a natural alter with a pond just behind it. As I walked toward the dock, I envisioned walking down the aisle. I could picture my guests looking at us during our vows and being able to soak in the view all around them, and if we were lucky, some of the wildlife as well. Our next stop was in front of the barn where we would have cocktail hour, keeping true to it’s natural roots, it even included a trough! It was finally time to view the barn, I was not expecting what I saw as the doors opened. To say the barn was beautiful is a deep understatement, it was breath taking and left me speechless. We walked up the original wood steps to a wide-open pallet of endless opportunity. The beams that we could wrap with drapery, three very large chandeliers that would give the perfect dim light to set the mood for a fun evening, large windows that invited you to take in the scenery. Everything was exceeding my expectations, and just as I thought it couldn’t get any better, our tour ended in the stone court yard and corn crib. There was a string of lights connecting the barn to the corn crib that would light our way from location to location, giving our guests endless options of where they could be during the reception. When I entered the corn crib and stood near the back wall and looked out at the landscape, it was then I felt the butterflies I had been searching for from the start. I could envision our entire wedding before me, I could see myself marrying the love of my life here, and lucky for me, I did. From the very first e-mail, to the last steps we took on the farms property, we were so very well taken care of. Paige was an angel in disguise when it came to planning our wedding, especially because we live two hours away. Paige would answer every single e-mail in a timely fashion, and she was filled with so much information and recommendations. She made sure any wish or desire we had, it would be fulfilled. When we had minor bumps in the road in regards to a vendor, she was on the phone with me immediately giving me advice and leading me toward the right direction. She was my eyes and ears and so much more. To simply thank her is not enough!

The Farm at Eagles Ridge was the first venue we looked at for our wedding and after meeting Betsy and seeing it in person we knew this was the place for our wedding! Betsy was so amazing to work with, so helpful in giving advice during the planning process and I always felt like she truly cared about what we wanted and that our wedding went perfectly! She didn't just think of us as just another bride and groom, she took the time to get to know us and made our day perfect! The Farm at Eagles Ridge was the perfect venue! I loved that we could have the ceremony and reception at the same place! Most of our guests traveled in from out of town and could not believe how beautiful the location and views were! I would not think twice about recommending The Farm at Eagles Ridge to anyone for their wedding, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the farm itself, Betsy, and her family!!! There are too many words to describe The Farm at Eagles Ridge, but the one that resonates is incredible. The entire property alone is so beautiful and elegant. But Betsy is what really sold the place to us. Betsy and her family are all amazing people who provided every service in their power to make sure we had the most incredible wedding. From the beginning of the whole process, my mind had a piece at ease because of the wonderful work she did. I am just blown away by how perfect everything turned out and of course I've married my sole mate, but I'd do it again for a chance to have it at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. If anyone is looking for the perfect wedding venue with the most amazing staff, then The Farm at Eagles Ridge is the place. The entire night went so smoothly and I was actually able to enjoy every moment rather than worry about every detail during the wedding. I am so happy with how amazing our wedding was and all of our guests were so complimentary of everything. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was such a fun spot to have our wedding! From the old farm house where we all got ready in the morning, to the corn crib, and barn! The farm is romantic and the backdrop is surreal. I saw this venue online about a year before I got engaged and knew that I needed this place to hold my ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception when the time came that I would be getting married. I was in a different country when I got engaged and before I even got home, my mother booked an appointment with Betsy to meet her. I don't even think my fiance (now husband) and I were out of the car yet and we knew it was the place we would pick. The grounds were absolutely amazing. The hill that you have to go over on the driveway that looks down onto the property is literally breathtaking. We walked around with Betsy to the different ceremony areas, the different cocktail areas, and the reception area. It was the first place that we saw and I knew I wanted to get married here. We put a date on hold and booked it 2 days later. I mostly worked with Betsy during the whole planning process but did speak with Paige (her sister) a few times. They both were always very responsive with emails when I would ask them something which is key in planning a wedding. They both were SO friendly and very professional. When we would meet in person, I felt like I was talking with one of my friends with how comfortable they made me feel. They accommodated so much for us too which I wasn't expecting at all but Betsy always said, \"It's your day, we'll make it happen\". The grounds at the venue are amazing. Everything is VERY well kept. On the morning of the wedding while I was getting ready in The Farm House (which is my dream home), there was about 20 grounds crew getting everything ready. I am pretty sure a guy was going around picking up every leave too. There wasn't any weeds or dead leaves anywhere. It was beautiful. The Farm House offered SO much! I had an entire bridal suite for me and my girls to get ready in. Once it was my turn to put on my dress, I went into the \"bride room\" which was gorgeous! It had a huge silver mirror, a unique rug, and 1 chair in it. I got so many pictures through The Farm House since everything was so pretty. Also, so much natural light came in which made the pictures come out even better. The guys were able to hang out and watch TV and relax before the ceremony started too. There is a full kitchen so we brought a place in to caterer lunch which was good. The Farm House crew cleaned up lunch too so we didn't have to worry about that which was nice. I had my ceremony on the grounds in front of their pond. The trees at the end of October were beautiful and colorful. I had the cocktail hour in the Corn Crib area. It has a covered barn area in case guest wanted to hang out in there as well as strung lights throughout the area. Again, everything was well kept and the grounds were beautiful. I cannot say enough about the inside of the The Barn (the reception area). Everything is absolutely stunning. I had so many guests come up to me during my reception asking me how I found this place and saying, \"This is the most beautiful wedding I have ever been too\". Betsy and Paige had little details around the venue which made it unique and special then any other places I've been too. I could not recommend this place enough. It was an honor to be able to have my wedding at their location. I am SO thankful that I was able to have my wedding there. It you are reading this review, I would probably stop now and go and book an appointment with them. I promise you, you will not be disappointment. It is one amazing venue.

This venue is stunning. Our guests told us it was one of the most beautiful weddings they’ve ever attended. The minute we took the tour with Betsy we were sold. We were lucky to even get a date this year, as nearly every weekend was booked out. We ended up booking a Sunday night, and got a nice discount as a result. The ceremony by the pond made for amazing photographs. The farmhouse was ideal for getting ready beforehand. Honestly, I’m trying to find something to critique here and it’s nearly impossible. The only thing that slightly frustrated me was that the wedding couldn’t be longer. Our ceremony was at 3:30pm and we had to end at 9:30pm. Our guests were having so much fun everyone would gladly have stayed for a couple of hours longer. Betsy was so accommodating with our vision. She let me ride my Vespa down the aisle! And also let us covert the corn crib into a hookah lounge which was such a fun transformation of the space! You will not be disappointed should you choose to get married at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. I would say it is by far the best spot in all of Lancaster county, if not the entire state of Pennsylvania!!

Before I was engaged my sister found this venue when she was looking for venues for her wedding. I fell in love. I knew right away this is where I wanted to get married. All the pictures were amazing, it fit our vision perfectly. The day after I got engaged, I was looking at the availability the farm had for 2015. I reached out within three days of getting engaged to set up a tour. Only problem, I lived 3000 miles away. Insert my parents, my pregnant sister and technology--we took the tour two weeks later. Even in the winter the venue looked amazing. After the tour, I called my mom and asked her honestly what she thought and if I should schedule tours with other venues. My mom said \"no this is it, this is the one\". At our wedding all of my guests were blown away, it was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are so pretty. Best and easiest decision!

If you're looking for a barn, country, landscape, or outdoor wedding, you will not find a better venue than the Farm at Eagles Ridge. My wife and I got married here this summer and everything was absolutely perfect. The planning, the people who work there, the stone farmhouse, the barn, the patio area, EVERYTHING was just beautiful and perfect.I really don't have anything critical to say. Our event went off without a hitch because of their staff, and every guests I talked to complimented us on our great choice in venue.Thanks so much, Farm at Eagles Ridge!

If you're looking for a barn, country, landscape, or outdoor wedding, you will not find a better venue than the Farm at Eagles Ridge. My wife and I got married here this summer and everything was absolutely perfect. The planning, the people who work there, the stone farmhouse, the barn, the patio area, EVERYTHING was just beautiful and perfect.I really don't have anything critical to say. I wanted a barn wedding and what better place to start than in Lancaster. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was just what I was looking for - elegant, rustic, charming, romantic, to name a few. It is truly a BEAUTIFUL venue with a gorgeous (renovated) barn, amazing patio and corn crib area, and stunning views of the lake. It's tucked away from the street so it feels intimate, which I loved. Many of our wedding guests said that our wedding was the best and most beautiful wedding they have ever been to! The Farm at Eagles Ridge definitely did not disappoint. It's a family run business and you can tell by the pride and joy they take in hosting each wedding. They truly care about your experience and want you to have the wedding you have always dreamed of. The farmhouse for the bridal party is amazing, and I have yet to hear anyone say that they would not want to live in that house; truly beautiful! One of the best parts of the venue is that while in the barn (reception) you can open the large barn doors out onto the large patio area, so guests can hang out outside during the reception and it allows for more space. Our guests loved this! If you are looking for a romantic barn wedding this is the place! Shout out to Paige at the Farm who helped with all of our wedding needs, she was fantastic!

I wanted a barn wedding and what better place to start than in Lancaster. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was just what I was looking for - elegant, rustic, charming, romantic, to name a few. I highly recommend the Farm at Eagles Ridge! I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Betsy leading up to the wedding and on the day of the wedding. Betsy was accommodating, professional, and calm throughout the entire process. She responded to emails quickly to answer my questions and provide suggestions. The weather report was predicting rain for my wedding day and Betsy didn't blink an eye- she calmly provided my options and even offered for me to borrow the umbrellas she used for her wedding! Luckily, we didn't have any rain and the day went off without a hitch thanks to Betsy! I had my absolute dream wedding at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. Paige and her team are amazing to work with - so sweet, so kind, and just all in all really genuinely nice people. The venue is absolutely beautiful, with gorgeous options for both indoor/outdoor ceremonies, cocktail hour and reception. I loved having the bridal suite as an area to get ready before the wedding. The venue offers countless spaces for photos - there are cherry blossom trees, magnolia trees, tulips, grassy hills, farmland, ponds, seriously the list is endless. We were blessed with stunning weather and are just so, so grateful.

1,000 Times Yes!I really cant say enough about The Farm at Eagles Ridge and Betsy (owner). Craig and I were blown away the moment we drove up and saw the property! it was breath taking and beautiful and just what we imagined and hoped for. Betsy and her sister Paige are the owners and are doing such an amazing job. Betsy showed us around the grounds (the stone house, the pond, the corn crib and the barn) and we left that day with a potential date in mind and in Craig's mind \"the place\". I made him look at one more place and after that i knew the The Farm was the place we were meant to get married at. From day one working with Betsy was seamless, stress free and so easy. Betsy answered all my questions and emails very promptly and professionally. Craig and i love the natural, rustic beauty of the Farm. Our ceremony was by the pond and cocktail hour was in the corn crib and the reception was in the barn. I got so many compliments on hour gorgeous the venue was and i have to admit they were all right. The Farm is gorgeous. You really cant go wrong with this venue or with Betsy and Paige. If i could have every important event here i would, too by i live 2+ hours away. This place is hands down worth it.

I struggled for MONTHS trying to find the perfect venue for our June wedding. I wanted a rustic setting with modern amenities, and most other venues just did not have that combination. That was, until we stumbled on the Farm at Eagle's Ridge. We visited this venue when it was only open for 4 months and it was already becoming one of the best venues in the area. We knew the minute we walked on the property that this was the PERFECT place! \r\rThe barn was incredible - it was completely renovated with that rustic feel but with a industrialized/modern twist. And of course, heating/electric/running water (which most other barns don't have). The wide open spaces and tall ceilings were gorgeous. The corn crib outside and patio was an amazing touch that all of the guests were so surprised by. The weather was perfect, allowing us to open the barn doors and really create a special unique atmosphere.\r\rWe held our cocktail hour on the greens in between the barn and farmhouse and the scenery just cannot be beat. The lake provides gorgeous pictures and the space is so big to accommodate a large number of guests.\r\rThe farmhouse is so special and decorated gorgeously. As it comes with the rental of the property, it is the perfect place for the bride to get ready. There is a second story suite that allows for hair/makeup and huge mirrors for great pictures of getting dressed.\r\rWe chose to stay on the third floor bridal suite and we could not recommend it more. It was a perfect oasis that we could retreat to after the wedding was over and guests left. It is decorated beautifully, along with the rest of the house, and creates an incredible memory. Our bridal party did surprise us by decorating the room with flower petals, candles and champagne - so something to definitely keep in mind!\r\rI HIGHLY recommend this venue and I am desperately trying to find another reason to have a party and have it at the farm!

I can't say enough about this venue. Simply the best.\r\rOn our wedding day last Saturday, from the second we arrived until hours after we left, Paige & Betsy worked constantly to make our dream come alive (with smiles on their faces the whole time!). It was perfect. We did not have one hiccup. It wasn't just our big day though, they were beyond organized & helpful every step of the way, and always responded quickly & thoroughly. I have nothing but praise for the way the conduct their business, and am so thankful we were lucky enough to get married here. \r\rAnd the venue itself is simply amazing. From the spacious farmhouse we got ready in (makeup, hair, the whole 9 yards, and the guys took over the first floor -- plenty of room) to the beautiful ceremony site, pond and all, to the corn crib and patio for cocktail hour (fire pit optional, highly recommend), to the remarkable rustic barn, it was truly breathtaking. You don't even have to decorate and it would still be gorgeous. Our pictures are stunning. \r\rBrad and I are still thrilled. If we got married again we wouldn't change a single thing. No wonder Vogue rated The Farm at Eagles Ridge one of the top barn venues in the country, they truly went above and beyond all of our expectations. The Farm is by far one of the most beautiful venues in Lancaster, PA to get married! There are so many different features offered! Our wedding day was more then perfect because of it being at the Farm at Eagles Ridge. Paige was more then a pleasure to work with! She was quickly responsive and made sure I was happy with everything for our special day. She had back up plans ready in case the weather didn't work out in our favor. The Farm house was an amazing and relaxing place for me and our bridal party to get ready. It was very welcoming and clean! The ceremony site was more then memorable! The different locations on the farm are more then perfect for photographs! Our photographer was so happy with all of the different places to take photographs! The only down fall of the farm is it was a bit pricey. Ceremony chairs were not included in the rental price of the venue and we wish they would have been! To us it was well worth it having our wedding at the farm! Any bride would be more then pleased getting married here!

My husband and I got married here in October 2015. We loved working with Paige; she was very kind, friendly, organized, and ready to meet our specific needs. She was genuinely excited about our day and really cared for us, which made our interactions special. We had to switch to plan B because of rain, and moving the ceremony inside the barn, with the cocktail hour outside in a tent, was so beautiful and intimate. I had an aisle to walk down and having 225 guests didn't feel crowded! The reception did not feel crowded even with having 2 buffet lines, DJ, dessert table, and spacious dance floor. The farmhouse was so beautiful to get ready in (we paid to get in an hour earlier); also a great place for the bridal party to hang while we got our intimate pictures. It was a magical day at the Farm and I highly recommend the venue!!!

The farm is absolutely breathtaking. My guest could not stop complimenting the venue. From the views of the rolling hills to the stunning barn, the venue is simply perfect. One of my favorite parts about this site is the farmhouse used for the bridal party to get ready in. The upstairs is a beautiful, homey space with stations for girls to get their hair done, couches to relax, and big closets for the dresses. The groomsmen have 2 rooms downstairs to get ready while the family can hang out in the farmhouse style kitchen and living room. The venue is so gorgeous with the beautiful scenery, tall ceilings, and chandeliers it doesn't need much decorating to make it ready for a wedding. Betsy and Paige are amazing at what they do and were always very quick to answer any questions and concerns that I had.

Our guests cannot stop raving about The Farm at Eagles Ridge! It is absolutely stunning. Every aspect of our wedding day was just perfect. Betsy and Paige are so friendly and wonderful to work with. Betsy responds quickly and courteously to emails, and The Farm looked impeccable for our wedding day. The venue was clean, well landscaped, and just plain gorgeous. Staff from The Farm helped our guests with parking and directions throughout the evening. They discreetly started the fire in the fire pit, and helped clean up quickly at the end of the night. We did our ceremony in front of the pond, and then our guests were able to seamlessly head over to cocktail hour on the underside of the barn while we retreated into a smaller barn. Guests then went up the stairs after cocktail hour and in to the stunning barn. The large barn doors were opened after dinner, and everyone loved being able to head outside for dessert and to sit by the fire pit. We brought in lounge furniture, corn hole, and a cigar bar, and it was magical! The bistro lights over the patio really helped set the scene. It was a remarkable day from start to finish. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is an incredible venue, and worth every penny. I absolutely loved it for our wedding day!!

Absolutely beautiful!!! I had so many complements on this site, and I think the main reason my wedding was such a huge success was because of the Farm. The flow of everything is just perfect- from getting ready in the absolutely adorable farmhouse to walking to the picturesque ceremony site on the lake to everyone heading to the cocktail hour in front of the barn to walking up into the barn for the reception and finally opening the doors outside to the beautiful patio. It was so nice having the farmhouse to store belongings during the day and it was so much fun to get ready in. The site couldn't be more beautiful- we even had bald eagles flying above us during cocktail hour! The barn is so perfect for a beautiful setting and dancing, and the back patio that opened up at the end of the night was beautiful with little lights and and space heaters with chairs and a corn crib with chandeliers. Everyone was very comfortable moving from the dance floor to their tables to the patio and it was just all so perfect. Paige and her whole family are all so accommodating and responsive and just great people to work with. The chairs and tables provided are in perfect condition and look great in the barn. Because of how beautiful the setting is, you don't even need to get any extra props, just some nice linens and flowers on the table are enough to make the whole place look stunning. I was so thrilled with how my wedding turned out, I highly recommend this site for anyone that wants a beautiful country barn wedding.

I can not think of another place that was that perfect to create such a beautiful, warm, and welcoming atmosphere for both our guests and us! Whenever we needed to meet with them to discuss the layout or just to make sure everything was ready and set for the wedding they responded right away and got us over to the farm as soon as they could. They were very helpful and they barn and farmhouse were just breathtaking! We enjoyed every moment spent at the farm and Paige and Betsy. The Farm At Eagles ridge is the most beautiful place to get married. Our wedding day was perfect because of the place itself and because of the wonderful staff that works there. The Farm at Eagles Ridge was the perfect venue for our wedding. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and the pond makes a beautiful backdrop for the ceremony. The barn is beautifully refurnished into rustic elegance (not just \"rustic\" like so many others). It also has AC which is not a common find for barn venues. The farmhouse where the bridal party gets ready is also gorgeous. Paige (one of the owners' daughters) who manages the venue and who we worked with directly the entire time was so very helpful and nice and always available to answer any questions and make sure all goes smoothly. We received so many comments from guests on how they loved the venue we chose.\r\rThe only 2 areas that I feel they could improve would be the fact that they don't have a real back up option for the outdoor ceremony if it rains (yes you can move inside to reception space or in the corn crib but they are not adequately set up for a ceremony). Luckily it did not rain but it did make us a bit nervous. Lastly, the contract rules and terms are very strict. Other venues seem to have a bit more flexibility in allowing you to bring things in ahead of time or arrive /early stay a bit later without additional charges. Many of the extras (fire pit, chairs, room on 3rd floor etc) warrant additional charges when the rental fee is already a bit pricey.\r\rOverall, a fantastic venue and great experience!!!!

It had the rustic vibe we wanted and the amenities our families wanted (air conditioning, nice bathrooms, easy parking,and golf carts for grandma). The grounds are perfect, the barn is beautiful, and Betsy and her family were amazing to work with from start to finish. At our wedding we had a lot of moving parts on different areas of the property. Getting ready in the stone house, a traditional pre ceremony in the corn crib, the ceremony in front of the dock, the cocktail in front of the barn, and the reception inside the barn. The flow of our wedding was exceptional and everyone had a wonderful time. Multiple people came up to us and told us this was the best wedding they had ever been to. I cannot say enough about this venue and the Herr family. My husband and I talk all the time that we want to do it all over again and change nothing. Everything was perfect and even better than we ever could have imagined.

My husband and I visited and ended up booking The Farm at Eagles Ridge before it was fully renovated. At the time, we were feeling a little unsure about booking because the venue wasn't finished. Now, we are so happy that we did! We looked at many different venues in the Lancaster area and nothing quite compares to the setting, amenities, and environment at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. The beauty and possibilities of the venue are endless!\r\rI primarily communicated with Betsy, and she was always very professional, helpful, and responsive. Betsy has a wonderful demeanor that always put me at ease even when wedding stressors started to get the best of me. I didn't have as much contact with Paige, but all of the interactions we did have were very pleasant. I had quite a bit of decorations for the wedding and Betsy was very accommodating by letting us drop off everything the night before the rehearsal. The day of the wedding ran very smoothly. All of Eagles Ridge's employees were very professional and helpful. \r\rWe used the house for the bridal party to get ready. The entire house is beautifully decorated and made a great location for pictures before the wedding. Our ceremony was by the pond, and the scenery was stunning. The cocktail hour was on the patio and in the corn crib. The reception took place in the air-conditioned barn. We definitely got the best of both worlds for a summer wedding- outdoor beauty and indoor climate controlled comfort!\r\rOf course we had a wonderful wedding day; it was better than I ever could have imagined! Thanks so much to Paige for all she did to make Amy's wedding so beautiful. From designing the venue to upkeep of the property and seeing to our needs Saturday, she and her family have been, giving, gracious and caring.\r\rOur experience with the Farm at Eagles Ridge was positive in every way. It is a peaceful, pristine venue for couples to celebrate the beauty of their love as they begin their life together. The Herr family has given a precious gift to others that allowed us to share and enjoy such an awesome location.\r\rIt was a beautiful, wonderful day for our family, and I really appreciate the opportunity we had to use this venue. All our guests raved about the beauty of the surroundings and clean and freshness of all parts of the barn area itself. It's not easy to keep it that way with families celebrating with gusto every weekend. I have friends that attended that already want to have their weddings there. \r\rPaige connected us with Fiffer at Treasured rentals and she really helped us get the look just the way we wanted it. It may be more involved than going somewhere that the catering, etc. is already on site, but we worked with Rettew's who were tremendous and made it seem easy. \r\rWe would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. It was definite worth it.

From designing the venue to upkeep of the property and seeing to our needs Saturday, she and her family have been, giving, gracious and caring.\r\rOur experience with the Farm at Eagles Ridge was positive in every way. It is a peaceful, pristine venue for couples to celebrate the beauty of their love as they begin their life together. The Herr family has given a precious gift to others that allowed us to share and enjoy such an awesome location.\r\rIt was a beautiful, wonderful day for our family, and I really appreciate the opportunity we had to use this venue. All our guests raved about the beauty of the surroundings and clean and freshness of all parts of the barn area itself. It's not easy to keep it that way with families celebrating with gusto every weekend. I have friends that attended that already want to have their weddings there. \r\rPaige connected us with Fiffer at Treasured rentals and she really helped us get the look just the way we wanted it. It may be more involved than going somewhere that the catering, etc. is already on site, but we worked with Rettew's who were tremendous and made it seem easy. \r\rWe would definitely recommend this venue to anyone. It was definite worth it.

For those of you who are searching for a rustic, elegant barn wedding, your search now ends! We highly recommend The Farm at Eagles Ridge in Lancaster, PA. We so enjoyed working with Betsy Herr through the last year+. The very first time we saw the Farm, it was in the midst of construction….dust, drop cloths, floor wasn’t\rre-done and dirt everywhere, even weeds where the beautiful hardscape area is now. But we were impressed with the the venue and beautiful landscape and somehow, could see their vision of what the farm is today. We thought long and hard because we had another beautiful, rustic place in mind, but we decided to gamble on The Farm at Eagles Ridge. And boy did we get more than we thought in return! The Farm at Eagles Ridge is immaculate! It provided a beautiful backdrop to create my daughter's vision of the wedding she’s always wanted! We so appreciate all that Betsy did for us and also answering the barrage of emails that I’ve sent over time. There are lots of beautiful places to have weddings, but it’s always customer service that sets the good ones apart. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is definitely one of them and is top on our list. o\tI cannot describe our wedding day as anything but perfect. My husband and I knew we would choose the Farm at Eagles Ridge immediately after we got out of our car upon our first visit. We had high hopes for an amazing wedding day, but we could not have imagined that it would be as great as it was. The grounds are beautiful, the facilities are impeccable, and Betsy and the Farm’s support staff was absolutely first class. They made the process of planning a wedding at their venue easy and fun, and the day-of staff helped to ensure everything went off without a hitch. None of the small details went unnoticed – from shuttling elderly guests around the property on a golf cart, to directing our vendors to the appropriate places, we couldn’t have asked for more. Our guests have not stopped telling us how beautiful the farm was, and how lovely the staff was!

My husband and I recently were married at The Farm at Eagles Ridge. As we began planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a rustic farm setting that allowed us to find and bring in all of our own vendors. After a few google searches, The Farm at Eagles Ridge popped up and although they didn't have a website yet and there were only maybe two photos of the venue, I immediately contacted them. I promptly received a reply from Paige with additional information about the venue and an offer to come take a tour. We set up a tour and drove out to Lancaster to meet Paige. At that time the farm was still under renovations, but I knew immediately that this was the place where I'd have my wedding. We signed the contract that same night. It was the first and only venue that we toured. I can't say enough good things about the farm, it is beyond beautiful and is set back in the gorgeous rolling hills of Lancaster. The convenience of the farm house is fantastic, it provides a place to get ready as well as a place to spend the night. The farm is located near many hotels so it is convenient for out of town guests who need a place to stay. My experience working with Paige at the farm was incredible. She was so responsive and beyond helpful and answered every possible question that I could have thrown at her. She made me feel completely at ease. I would absolutely positively recommend the farm to anyone looking to have a unique, beautiful, memorable, rustic wedding.

Eagles Ridge is truly one of the most beautiful properties you'll find, and the staff was such a pleasure to work with. I can't recommend Paige and Eagles Ridge highly enough. The grounds are so naturally beautiful with the pond (and dock!) and trees. And both the farmhouse and barn are spectacular. It's a photographers dream. They did such an amazing job renovating the barn to preserve it's authentic charm while making it perfectly comfortable. The Farm at Eagles Ridge is such a beautiful venue. The beauty is immediately present as soon as one enters the long drive down to the grounds. It continues for the bride to be while she is getting ready in the Farm house. The renovations to the house are so nice and it is the perfect place to get ready and relax. We had our ceremony out side near the pond, the cocktail hour at the foot of the main barn and then the reception in the barn. We had a bar out in the corn crib, with inside bars. There was so much space to accommodate our large wedding, but it still felt incredibly intimate. All of our guests could not stop raving about how beautiful everything was. \r\rAs amazing as the Farm grounds are, we felt that dealing with the owners was an equally wonderful experience. The Herr family could not have been more gracious and pleasant to work with. The best compliment I can try to offer is to say we never felt like 'customers', rather we felt like 'friends' who were having one of the most important days in our family's life on their property. \r\rOur last note of worth would be to say we had 2 guests who had to go back and forth between our wedding andanother wedding in Lancaster at another Barn. They said it (the other barn and grounds) didn't come close to comparing to the beauty of the Farm at Eagles Ridge.

Initially, we were having a tough time looking for a modern rustic look for our wedding site but we finally found it at Eagles Ridge. From our first tour, Paige and Betsy (sisters and co-owners) have been a dream to work with. They have been so generous and flexible in allowing us to make our wedding day uniquely perfect for us. We enjoyed every aspect of our special day from the beautiful ceremony with a backdrop of the glistening pond to our family and bridal party pictures taken on the farmhouse front porch. The renovated barn offered the perfect amount of space for our 200 guests to dine and dance. And because of the versatility of their indoor and outdoor space, our photographer was able to snap beautiful portraits from so many different locations on site. Not only did the photographer benefit from the versatility but so did we. From preparations and first look, to ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception - we didn't have to leave the venue at all! We were able to have our dream wedding because of this dream site and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Thanks Paige and Betsy!
