After, you can slip out for your portrait session while your guests celebrate over cocktails. Later, you can reunite with up to 300 loved ones in the main event space for your reception banquet. This room is perfect for a minimalistic celebration, featuring double-height ceilings, white walls, and sparkling chandeliers. This venue is breathtakingly beautiful and perfect in every way!! We knew the moment we drove up that we were going to fall in love with this beautiful space. Our feelings were solidified after meeting Megan and touring the entire venue! It was important to us to have a venue where we could get married and have our reception at the same place, have enough space for a large wedding (yet feel personable), and be able to get ready there the morning of our big day. The Farms at Woodend Springs checked every box and then some! I knew we made the right choice each time we told our vendors this was our venue because the response was \"WE LOVE THAT PLACE!\" every single time!We loved that the venue had a list of recommended vendors to help with our planning process. Megan also offered a wedding coordinator well known to the venue that was extremely helpful for the rehearsal and day of. The venue also has a list of rental items available that are beautiful and add some special touches to the space. We couldn't have dreamt of a better place to get married. We were able to have our ceremony outdoors, have cocktail hour on the veranda, and then move our reception inside which was our exact vision! Megan and her team consistently professional throughout the planning process, very quick to communicate via email, and available the entire day of our wedding as we set up to help answer any questions and provide guidance. The Farms at Woodend Springs team made a bride feel stress free the day of and I cannot say thank you to them enough!!

The most important thing to me was making sure I had a venue that had all 3 spaces (ceremony, cocktail/terrace, reception) and that IF we had to go inside I would be happy with the interior for the ceremony. Out of 50 venues I researched price, packages, food/drink, location, etc…. This was the only one that checked every box. Megan has excellent communication, multiple meetings to make sure I was on track, has items you can rent from venue, open houses monthly so you can continue to visit as you solidify your vision. We loved working with this venue and with Megan! The space accommodated our large wedding and offered the perfect flow from our ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. BEST VENUE EVER! We had such an amazing experience with The Farms at Woodend Springs. From the very first tour, to their recommended vendors, and to the venue team on wedding day...it was all amazing. Megan was communicative, flexible, and was such a positive addition to our big day. The venue was absolutely beautiful, inside and out, and the cocktail hour flip from the ceremony set-up to the reception set-up was SO FAST and SO SEAMLESS. Our day could not have been better. I cannot recommend this venue enough!!!

choosing the farms as our venue was a no brainer! megan was so helpful throughout the entire process and made us feel like we were a special couple. the venue itself is beautiful but the location with all the trees, the long walk down the outdoor aisle and so much more made it extra stunning! the bridal and groom’s suite was super convenient for our group, and we loved that there was free parking available, too. if we could do it all over again we would 110% choose the farms!

This was THE BEST venue we could have asked for on our wedding day! Megan was so responsive throughout our entire planning process, and was so quick to answer all of our questions. The space was exactly what we wanted for our group - we had yard games set up out front and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved having the patio set up! The venue was so beautiful, and all of our pictures inside and outside turned out even better than we thought they would. Would highly recommend working with The Farms and Megan for your big day!!!

This was THE BEST venue we could have asked for on our wedding day! Megan was so responsive throughout our entire planning process, and was so quick to answer all of our questions. The space was exactly what we wanted for our group - we had yard games set up out front and we had so many guests tell us how much they loved having the patio set up! They were very responsive to communication and helped me strategize with layout, rentals, vendors, etc. They had everything we needed right onsite. We got table clothes through them and they also had bartenders we could hire which made things super easy. The venue itself was spacious and could easily be transformed based on style preferences. The recently got new flooring and patio furniture too. 10/10 would recommend this venue and team!

What an incredible venue! My husband and I got married here on 9/25/21. We had a two year engagement, and throughout the process, Megan was amazing to work with. She was timely in responding to emails, never missed a single detail, and was gracious enough to allow us to do our engagement photos on the property. Megan and her team at The Farms at Woodend Springs were very helpful throughout the booking, planning and event process. The space itself is beautiful and gives clients the opportunity to decorate as they wish. There’s many areas and spaces to use that worked great for my wedding- the outdoor ceremony space, the veranda for cocktail hour and the inside for our reception of about 250 people. We loved having everything in one space to prevent guests from driving between events. Two major bonuses are the kitchen space downstairs and the suites for the bride and groom upstairs. We were able to get there and get ready all in one space, again preventing wasting time driving! If there was anything I would change, it would be better street lighting as guests are leaving the Bonner Springs area and for more hotels nearby for guests. However, neither of things are the venue’s responsibility, so overall it was great!

The team at The Farms was easy to work with and accomodating to what we wanted and envisioned for our wedding. We absolutely loved this wedding venue! Megan was so great to work with and accommodating throughout the planning process. She was so flexible with us being on the fence about an outdoor ceremony due to the weather and let us make that decision a couple of days before. The venue is gorgeous and everything that we wanted and more! Thank you Megan!Our Day of Coordinator Allie Sanchez was the best. She made sure the day ran smoothly and provided extra touches like handing us our favorite drink right after the ceremony and a plate of our appetizers. She was very professional and all my bridesmaids and bridesman said how awesome she was and they hope to have a Coordinator like her at their weddings. Thank you Allie!

We simply LOVED this venue! Megan and her family are absolutely WONDERFUL to work with! We did both our ceremony and reception inside. Not only is their venue gorgeous but their on site staff that helped flipped the venue made our flip and transition so smooth! Megan was always so quick to respond with any questions or issues that arose. If you are looking for that elegant rustic venue, THIS IS IT. It was the perfect cross for my husband and I when we wanted both of our tastes in our big day. The amount of rental items available and the options you have to bring in any outside vendor you want were our selling points! We loved that we were able to cater to our wants of the big day by bringing in whichever vendors. Most of our vendors had already worked with Megan and The Farms in the past and had nothing but great things to say in regards to being a vendor there. We're so thankful for the support from the venue we received during many changes in this COVID season and that they pulled our day off with plenty of sanitary measures and precautions to help keep our guests safe. Thank you again to The Farms and Megan for making our day so perfect!

The Farms was a dream come true! This beautiful venue was everything I imagined in a wedding venue for our big day. It was both stunning inside and out. The bridal suites were glorious for getting ready and we were able to o everything on site for the entire day without having to stress about traveling etc. The staff member on site for our day was Lisa and she ran around making sure everything was perfect from keeping the temperature cool in the suites, to driving Grandpa around in the golf cart she was AMAZING. Then Megan was super responsive to all of our emails and helped us manage our big day during the COVID pandemic. We were like many other couples who had to reschedule and they made the process flawless even sending us vendor information with discounts to help us make our “new date” perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Not to mention they are super affordable for such a large venue, you won’t be disappointed with their services!

We absolutely loved our experience with the Farms at Woodend Springs! We got married in October there and it was so beautiful outside for pictures! We did an indoor ceremony and reception, and the staff flipped the room during our cocktail hour. Megan was amazing and coordinated our wedding for us. I did not have to worry about anything the day of the wedding! Megan also did a great job of communicating with us at timely intervals during the year leading up to our wedding. The venue is gorgeous and the bridal suite was perfect for getting ready, and had enough room for myself, 7 bridesmaids and my mother and MIL all to get ready without being too crowded. I would definitely recommend this venue! Thank you so much for making our special day so beautiful and perfect!

Let me first start out by saying we loved this venue and the owners are amazing! A++Our original venue (Noah’s) closed abruptly and we were frantically trying to find a new place. We came upon this venue and to be honest, it’s a blessing Noah’s left because we loved this venue even more! They have beautiful white shiplap walls and chandeliers. It’s basically a blank (yet beautiful) canvas for a bride and groom to work with and make their dream wedding come to life. We had a winter wedding and used a lot of candles and flowers and the venue looked so beautiful! We received SO many compliments. We had a lot of guests from South KC/MO and no issues with getting there/distance. Uber goes there too. The bridal and grooms rooms are big and roomy. My husband is big on customer service and the owners were all amazing! We really liked them from the time we met them, felt comfortable and confident with them. We rented our linens through them and they helped us set up a floor plan that I loved. I put my dance floor by the front doors versus the middle and it worked great! They also have a beautiful spot for outdoor weddings but I got married in February so I did reception only but that’s a perk for brides looking for an outdoor venue. Can’t say enough great things!!

We absolutely loved this venue. We got so many compliments throughout the wedding. It was beautiful and Megan was such a pleasure to deal with. She always responded in a prompt manner and gave me zero stress in the whole process. We went with their bartenders and they did an amazing job!! I would highly recommend this venue! I could not express how perfect and beautiful our day went at this venue. Our eyes were already on this lovely venue the second we were engaged. We contacted them right away and they were just as quick to get back to us! All our communication leading up to the event was quick and smooth. I felt like I didn't even have to reach out to them with questions or concerns, they were on top of it.When the day came everything I pictured came to life. The space was incredible, more than enough for our 275 crowd. I felt like I didn't even have to decorate because the place was beautiful as is. Both the inside and outdoors worked perfectly for pictures and our guest couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous it was.I would highly recommend this venue and their team. This venue is the BEST in the Kansas City area! We chose the Farm at Woodend Springs thinking it was a beautiful backdrop and facility for our daughter’s mid July wedding. What we didn’t expect is the great care and promptness and and outstanding thoroughness of detail we received from the staff at the Farm at Woodend Springs. They helped the day go worry free and so smoothly that it made us the parents and wedding party enjoy the love and celebration of a sweet couple. We truly loved working with the staff and the facilities are outstanding. At the end of the night as we all reminisced and said WOW what a perfect day, none of that would've happened better at any other place....the venue was extrodinary-ly PERFECT. Thank you.

Our DREAM venue! Pictures do not do this venue justice - you have to see it for yourself. It is so nice to be able to have a ceremony, cocktail hour and reception all at the same location and it is extremely convenient for guests. The beautiful outdoor area was perfect for photos! Our hair and makeup artists said the bridal suite was the largest and comfiest they have ever worked in. Megan was quick to respond to questions, always made us feel comfortable throughout the process, and even calmed us down when we had to think of a rain back up plan (didn't have to use it, luckily!) :) Megan even worked with my uncle who wanted to surprise us with margaritas for our guests for cocktail hour and stored the alcohol in her own home for weeks! The staff day of were helpful and even communicated with us after the event to ensure we didn't leave anything behind, etc. You would be missing out if you did not go see this new venue for yourself!

We absolutely loved our wedding at the Farms! It was everything we hoped for in a venue! Megan, the coordinator, was so helpful, quick to answer emails, and definitely knew what she was doing! The staff worked so well with us and accommodated everything we asked. Specifically, we wanted the venue to be flipped between the ceremony and reception, and they accomplished it in under 30 minutes - very impressive! Overall, our experience was excellent and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a barn venue for their wedding!

She was even on site the day of the event to make sure everything went smoothly. 10/10 would recommend! The venue itself has beautiful, chic farmhouse vibes. The classic pieces and design provide the perfect blank slate for decorating the reception of your dreams.There is room for larger weddings, a big dance floor, nice bathrooms, and multiple bars. We really appreciated that we could hire our own food and alcohol service!

They opened this summer and had multiple weddings before ours. They did set up and break down of just the tables/chairs/linens only. They didn't assist with any decorating. You can pay to set up the day before, which might be worth it. I paid extra to get in at 7:30 to use the bridal suite upstairs which was nice so we could get ready and set up at the same time. ***You can bring in your own caterer and Liquor! It was a great savings.

This venue was perfect and beautiful. The outdoor ceremony area provided a wonderful backdrop for pictures. Everything is very well though out, making for a lovely environment. Would highly reccomend

This venue is hands down, one of the most beautiful venues in the Kansas City area. The space is elegant, simple, and provides the perfect setting for an intimate and special event. Every detail has been thought about in the creation of the venue. From the bridal and groom suites, to the use of the indoor and outdoor space, Megan's knowledge of the industry and what couples want/need from a wedding venue is evident in it all. Megan was super responsive and never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. The items available at the venue (tables, linens, bars etc.) made planning so much easier. We continue to get compliments on how incredible The Farms was from friends and family and heard from our vendors how much they enjoyed working with them as well!

I could not have asked for a better dream wedding venue!! Everything was absolutely amazing! Megan and family were incredible and made our Wedding Day so wonderful. They were so easy to communicate with and Megan was always quick to respond. Her background as a wedding planner was evident and was so helpful when it came time to finalize our wedding day timeline. We are so appreciative and thankful from the bottom of our hearts for you making this dream of yours a reality, it made our Wedding Day unforgettable!

This venue is a hidden gem in Bonner Springs. The facility allows a variety of decor styles. The staff is experienced and professional. I highly recommend a visit. We look forward to working with Megan and her staff in the future.

Megan and the staff were great to work with. They answered all questions in a timely manner leading up to the wedding day as well being helpful the day of. Venue and grounds are beautiful.
