Welcome The Florian Event Venue is a full service, elegant ceremony & reception venue located in Germantown, Wisconsin that can accommodate up to 425 guests. We hope to have the opportunity to work with you to to create a one-of-a-kind experience for you & your guests! Rentals Your venue rental at The Florian includes, access to the building & outside grounds, professional event coordinators, service staff, staging, dancefloor, tables, chairs, pipe & drape backdrop, linens, china, flatware, glassware, marquee sign welcome & parking lot for 180 vehicles. Ceremonies Choice of ceremony site, either at our classic white gazebo, or under our large, stately willow tree. Prepare to be enchanted by the beautiful tranquility our Willow Gardens have to offer as you & your guests enjoy the gentle sounds of our fountain & waterfall as a backdrop to your ceremony. Menu & Packages Rave reviews surround our palate pleasing menu, all of which is prepared fresh in house! It is our belief that your wedding should be as unique as you are, therefore we are pleased to offer couples the opportunity to work with our skilled event coordinators to create your very own individualized wedding "package" based on the menu, service & rentals we have to offer. Location & Accommodations Conveniently located off Hwy. 41/45 on Mequon Road, our property is distinct in that it is a private venue, however we are located right next door to a newly renovated Country Inn & suites. A connecting, lit walking path & frontage road are available to transition your guests safely to their lodgings for the rest of the night. The Florian was the reception of our dreams. Christy (our event coordinator) was so nice and professional. From first contact to the day of the wedding, they were nice every time and highly responsive. The food was amazing. and bar service was great. They recommended our DJ and he was amazing. He made sure everything ran smoothly and was fun to have and work with 10/10 would recommend!!

My husband and I got married at the Florian in September 2023 and we had a great experience overall. Christy was our event coordinator throughout our time leading up to and on the day of our wedding. She was so helpful with the planning process and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly, she was a great resource to have. I only gave 4 stars due to the fact that a few months after booking our wedding, the prices of the venue rental and menu/beverage offerings were increased which did apply to us. We were aware this was a possibility as stated in the contract however I feel that the raise in prices should not have been applied to those who signed a contract prior to the new price changes that were made. We signed a contract based on the previous advertised prices at the time and then a few months later were expected to pay more in which we had not budgeted for. Besides this, I enjoyed working with the Florian and their team and was pleased with how my wedding day turned out.

We worked one on one with Christy for our wedding at the Florian and everything went beautifully! She was super kind, answered every question we had and helped us keep on schedule ont he big day with no stress! It was the most amazing, gorgeous venue, delicious food and great bar service! They worked wonderful with our photographer and Dj!

Absolutely beautiful venue with an excellent staff! Christy was our event coordinator & she made everything run smoothly in the days leading up to & of our wedding. Their outdoor area is gorgeous - we hosted our ceremony at their gazebo & took a lot of outdoor pictures - aren't expecting our professional ones back for a bit, but those that guests shared look great!Received so many compliments on the food - buffet style provided on-site for a wedding isn't always something to rave about, but the Florian knocked it out of the park! Bar service was stellar & we used some of their recommended vendors & were pleased with all of them as well. Cannot recommend this venue enough! :)

The Florian is a beautiful venue, and a great option if you are on a budget and have a large guest list. We especially loved the outdoor space and had our ceremony at the gazebo. All staff, especially Amy (coordinator), were friendly and easy to work with. They communicated well with our vendors to pull the day together seamlessly. Our only complaint was the food. We received several complaints from guests that the food (specifically the caprese chicken) was inedible. My husband and I tried all the food at the group tasting. We enjoyed and chose caprese chicken as an entree, but it was very different at when served at our wedding. We are not picky eaters and neither my husband or I ate the chicken that we had ordered as it was dry, rubbery, and flavorless.

Codey and I are so glad we chose The Florian as our wedding venue! The food was absolutely delicious! We had so many people come up to us raving about how great the food was and how beautiful the space was as well! Definitely have a lot of great spots for photos!!We had Christy as our coordinator and she was so sweet and very accommodating, especially with all the questions and a few concerns I had leading up to the day. She really helped make our day run so smoothly! We asked if we could get access to the bridal/groom suites earlier, that way we could get some photos done before everyone arrives for the ceremony and she has no problem with that. We had our ceremony outside by the willow tree and leading up to the wedding the tree was struck by lightning twice and Christy immediately contacted me with pictures about the situation and gave us options on what we could do. When we looked at it during our 10day meeting, we decided to stick with the willow tree (as the damage was more so on the back side of it). I'd 100% recommend getting married here!

One of the best parts about this location is the convenience of a hotel right next door. Our guests loved the lit path between the venue and the hotel, and no one had to drive which was a huge plus! Our only complaint was slow dinner service but like the rest of the world they are short staffed and it was difficult to control the temperature with a full dance floor.

All of our guests repeatedly complimented the beauty of the venue and outdoor scenery. Our pictures were stunning with all of the trees, gazebo, pond, etc. behind us. We're so glad we chose The Florian as our wedding venue! We got married on Friday 8/19/22. Amy was literally the best coordinator I could have ever asked for. I can't recommend her enough. She's so sweet and understanding of all my worries and concerns, and even came to the rescue with safety pins for me when I was tripping on my dress! The Florian is a beautiful venue both inside and out! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to have our wedding. Amy and Florian team were so easy to work with. They were friendly, organized, timely, and provided great ideas and guidance. They ensured that everything went smoothly for us and always checked in to see if there was anything else they could do. The food was delicious including the late-night snacks (pizza and mac-n-cheese bar) and the make your own ice cream sundaes. Our wedding day was perfect thanks to Amy and the Florian staff.

We had our wedding here June 25th, the venue itself was a beautiful location for our outdoor photos. Inside was updated and neutral enough to decorate. We had about 200 guests and there was plenty of room. The food was fantastic, we received multiple comments from guests saying it was the best \"wedding food\" they've had. Everyone on the bar team was friendly and responsive. Christy, our coordinator, was fantastic! Everything was organized, well run and she was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. I would definitely recommend.

The Florian is an absolutely beautiful place for a wedding. The grounds, food and atmosphere made our wedding day more than we could have ever imagined. Stephanie was an absolute dream to work with! She was easy to talk to and helped us make the perfect choices for our food (I highly recommend the chicken cordon bleu), the table settings and she had great recommendations for the other vendors that we chose! We had a duet plate of chicken and fish which was a great option for guests - we received multiple comments on how good the dinner tasted. Also they have the best dinner rolls!!!We did a beer, wine and soda package for our guests which I feel was a good mix and option. We had a special tab with a passcode for a small amount of our guests that was charged to a credit card at the end of the night for any orders that were not included in our beverage package. This was easy to make happen. The bartenders that served us throughout the night were funny, kind and personable and I even taught one of them how to make a white sangria haha!!We could not be more happy with The Florian and highly recommend this venue for any celebration.

Wow, in reflecting on our absolutely incredible wedding day, I honestly cannot have pictured a better day. My husband and I were married on 10/2/20 at The Florian.From the second we toured it it a year ago, I knew that it was the setting in which I wanted to marry my best friend! We signed the contract pretty much right away- before having tried any of the food. The Florian does Bridal Events seasonally for interested couples to try food, see how the venue can be set up, meet vendors, etc. We attended 3 of them prior to our wedding so we could sample all the food options. I highly recommend doing this. Each and every time we attended a Bridal Event, I was more and more giddy about our wedding.Like many couples, my husband and I went back and forth about whether to continue forward with our wedding or not, but ultimately, we decided to keep our wedding date. I was incredibly satisfied with how The Florian handled COVID precautions. They were upfront and and had guidelines in place- and though they couldn't enforce mask wearing and such, the staff was very professional and took the guidelines seriously. Many of our guests even commented on how much that gave them comfort and reassurance in attending our wedding. Afterwards, my husband and I were really happy that we moved forward, despite our worries and some family not being able to attend.Both Stephanie and Danielle are honestly amazing and so nice- I truly felt they cared about the couples and waned to be sure our wedding was exactly what we imagined. We primarily worked with Stephanie, and the day of, she was honestly a God-send. She made sure everything went off without a hitch and I had not a single concern (I am normally a strong type A personality, but I had every bit of confidence in Stephanie and her experience). Stephanie was very attentive and prompt in responding to my many emails and phone calls. She guided me through the rough patches of wedding planning and offered comfort and reassurance as we finalized plans. On our wedding day, she made sure that we had every detail covered and was so gracious in accommodating my requests.The food was out of this world delicious! I was so pleased with everything and we had so many compliments on the food!! (Our menu included: bacon wrapped water chestnuts/bruschetta, salad, grilled chicken breast marsala and slow roasted boneless BBQ short ribs with honey butter carrots and roasted red potatoes with rosemary.) The staff were all very friendly and professional. And of course the bar staff was awesome, on point and kept everyone happy!I cannot say enough good things about The Florian. I would choose to have my wedding there over and over because it truly was a dream wedding come true! Thank you to The Florian staff for making sure our day was absolutely incredible! <3

From planning and tasting events to our wedding day, everything was executed wonderfully. Stephanie and Danielle are so helpful and organized – easy to work with. The venue itself is stunning. The only thing we did not appreciate was the inflexibility surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. Ultimately we are glad we decided to move forward with our wedding, but for awhile we were considering moving the date (which friends and relatives had no problem doing – multiple times – at other venues) and were frustrated that the venue was not more flexible given the current situation. However, our wedding day was PERFECT, and that was in large part to the amazing food, the event management team at the venue, and its beautiful setting.

I never had a dream location in mind for my wedding but what I did know was that I pictured a gazebo and wanted a coordinator who cared about my needs. I found The Florian while searching for venues near me and was quickly drawn in by their outdoor setup. The gazebo, willow tree, pond with a fountain, rock garden, and lit up cocktail area were very picturesque. On the day that we met with Stephanie, we were charmed by how friendly, supportive, and organized she was. She helped us feel important and cared for right away. Did I forget to mention that the indoor areas are JUST as beautiful as the outdoors? We had the opportunity to converse with Danielle through emails and she was just as willing to help us in any way that she could.I am a huge planner at heart so I truly appreciated how prompt Stephanie was with her responses and how kind she was, even when we were asking TONS of questions! She made wedding planning much easier than I expected because she took on a lot of the responsibility and provided us with detailed plans so we could design our dream wedding.Even when COVID frightened us, Stephanie kept us informed with any/all adjustments that were needed. Our fears were quickly eased the month before our wedding when all of the small details were hammered down. Stephanie helped with everything and offered needed suggestions. With everything going on in the world, we didn't expect our wedding to pan out as we intended.It was even better. Our wedding was lovely and The Florian's staff treated us with the utmost respect. We couldn't have been happier with our experience and our guests raved about the location and the services they received as well. We were originally planning to have the ceremony outside under the willow tree, but weather forced us inside the day before the wedding - yes, it was the first weekend of November, but it was 65 and sunny the week before :). Danielle had several set up options ready to go before we even asked her. She made sure that the ceremony and reception ran smoothly. The food was excellent; we appreciated the bridal fairs they throw quarterly where you can taste the food options. It was also how we met most of our vendors. It was nice to know who they had worked with in the past and recommended. Guests even commented how great of a venue it is! We had a lot of people traveling to the wedding and they appreciated how close it is located to hotels. We HIGHLY recommend the Florian Event Venue to anyone looking for a beautiful, all-in-one space to get married.

Where do I begin with our amazing experience? We booked The Florian for our wedding Oct. 11 2019. We met with Stephanie for our original meeting and she was sweet and wonderful, then worked with Danielle the rest of the time and she was super great, too! The venue was perfect for what we wanted, ceremony and reception in 1 place, food and drinks provided on site, basically a one stop shop for everything we would need. Leading up to our Wedding, Danielle was very informative and responded quickly with any questions. She was sympathetic to our concerns about the rain in the forecast and was willing to work with us up to the last minute in case we had to move the ceremony inside. The chairs were already set up outside and it had been raining earlier in the day, but we watched the whole staff work frivolously to dry them off before the ceremony started, and they let the guests wait inside the lobby where it was dry and warm before heading down to the gazebo. The ballroom turned out beautiful, the up lighting is 100% worth the price, and the added draping table linens on the Headtable was the perfect touch. Danielle was available every step of the way, even offering to help with any setup needs we had. The bathrooms are big enough and clean, the Bridal and Groom suites are a nice private area to do touch ups, dress bustling, pictures, and even used for some guests to nurse their babies. The food was the best wedding food I've had, and we had a lot of people compliment on how delicious it was! I recommend going to as many bridal fairs as you can that they have throughout the year to do taste testing. Make notes on the menus and save them to compare later! The bartenders were friendly and worked quickly throughout the night. Beautiful site, so many areas for some great photos, you won't need to go anywhere else!

Where do I begin with our amazing experience? We booked The Florian for our wedding Oct. 11 2019. We met with Stephanie for our original meeting and she was sweet and wonderful, then worked with Danielle the rest of the time and she was super great, too! The venue was perfect for what we wanted, ceremony and reception in 1 place, food and drinks provided on site, basically a one stop shop for everything we would need. Leading up to our Wedding, Danielle was very informative and responded quickly with any questions. She was sympathetic to our concerns about the rain in the forecast and was willing to work with us up to the last minute in case we had to move the ceremony inside. The chairs were already set up outside and it had been raining earlier in the day, but we watched the whole staff work frivolously to dry them off before the ceremony started, and they let the guests wait inside the lobby where it was dry and warm before heading down to the gazebo. The ballroom turned out beautiful, the up lighting is 100% worth the price, and the added draping table linens on the Headtable was the perfect touch. The building and ballroom were spacious and beautifully arranged, with exceptional uplighting. Stephanie was a dream to work with and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. I had some picture frames break and Stephanie was there to the rescue with a replacement frame for me, my sister kept forgetting table numbers and she rescued me again! The Florian had all of these and so much more! The food, as we had heard from many, was amazing! The outdoor venue space is breathtaking, offering a gazebo, pond, and a willow tree, my personal favorite. Our guests were blown away by how amazing the venue space ( and bars) were. However, I think the best part of this venue is its staff. Stephanie was nothing short of perfection. She was always kind, personable, and felt like a best friend during the wedding planning process. Her concern and well wishes were always completely genuine and her organizational skills cannot be matched. I truly did not have a single worry on my wedding day because she had it all under control. If anything went wrong, I certainly didn't know! I cannot say enough about her and the venue! My husband and I would pick this venue all over again without a second thought.

My husband and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Florian on 5/19/18. We booked the venue almost two years prior, so we had the privilege of working with the team for quite some time. The planning process was so smooth and easy. Danielle and Stephanie were always quick to respond to any questions we had (and there were lots)! Since Florian is a newer venue, the menu and packages changed slightly over the past two years, but the chef and event coordinators were always willing to work with us to have what we originally planned on. The open house events were great - we had plenty of opportunities to try all of the menu options and to meet various vendors that were already familiar with Florian. The day of the wedding, my family took care of setting up the hall and they raved about how helpful both Danielle and Stephanie were. They kept us on track the entire night and ensured everything went smoothly. When the bustle on my dress broke during the reception, both ladies were by me within seconds asking what they could do to help. We had a bottle of champagne waiting for us at the head table, as well as plates of hors d'oeuvres since the bridal party was outside for pictures when they were served. Our guests can't stop talking about the beautiful outdoor ceremony, the elegant hall, and the DELICIOUS food. I have heard many times that the food didn't taste like traditional wedding food. Honestly, if we could give Florian more than 5 stars, we would. From the planning process, to the day itself, the entire team made our wedding day everything we hoped it would be and more!

My husband and I had both our wedding ceremony and reception at Florian on 5/19/18. We booked the venue almost two years prior, so we had the privilege of working with the team for quite some time. The planning process was so smooth and easy. Danielle and Stephanie were always quick to respond to any questions we had (and there were lots)! Since Florian is a newer venue, the menu and packages changed slightly over the past two years, but the chef and event coordinators were always willing to work with us to have what we originally planned on. The open house events were great - we had plenty of opportunities to try all of the menu options and to meet various vendors that were already familiar with Florian. The day of the wedding, my family took care of setting up the hall and they raved about how helpful both Danielle and Stephanie were. They kept us on track the entire night and ensured everything went smoothly. When the bustle on my dress broke during the reception, both ladies were by me within seconds asking what they could do to help. She was responsive to all questions, attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The staff we met the day of the wedding were all fantastic too.The food and drinks were delicious! The atmosphere is also excellent. It accommodated our size of 196 perfectly with room to spare and plenty of space to move. Beautiful bride and groom room, effective venue layout, and beautiful decor. The location was perfect for our families too and it is SO convenient being next door to country inn and suites. We had the best night of our life and a lot of that is due to Florian!

Stephanie, the venue's event planner was knowledgeable, accommodating and truly available during the entire process. The food was great, the space is scenic and beautiful. And everything went smoothly. I was even able to decorate the day before my event because another event wasn't scheduled, which lightened the load on the actual wedding day. It's more on the expensive side, but you really get your money's worth!

We had our wedding at Florian Park and it was everything we wanted! We loved the layout of the venue; it had a beautiful outdoor setting for the ceremony (with an indoor back up), a room for cocktail hour where guests could also be outside on the patio, and then a separate room for the reception. It really seemed to help the whole day flow!The coordinator, Stephanie, was so amazing to work with and it is obvious that she loves her job. Throughout our whole experience, she was quick to respond to any of our questions, attentive to all the details of our day, and just on top of everything. She did everything she possibly could to make sure that our day was nothing short of amazing! The food there was delicious and the portions were extremely generous...we received so many compliments from our guests on it! If we could do the whole day over again, we wouldn't change a thing! We picked 6 different appetizers to be served and our quests totally enjoyed the dessert tower that had over 9 different choices of sweets. The menu is fantastic. Because Stephanie and the wait staff ran the night so beautifully, we were COMPLETELY stress free. We couldn't be happier with how the night went. Our friends are still commenting on how tasty the food was! You seriously have to check this place out! Best news for me is that I have three more children of marrying age and you can bet that Florian Park will be the first call i make should we need to plan a wedding again. I can not say enough about Kelley and everyone at the Florian. I am so happy that we chose to have our Wedding Reception here! Kelley went above and beyond when it came to helping us plan our Wedding. She was there every step of the way. She would periodically check in on me to see if I was doing ok, if I needed anything, had any questions, etc. If I ever had a problem or questions I could always come to her and she would be more than willing to help me out in the best way possible. The food was out of this world. 2 months later and I still have people telling me how good the food was, and how much fun they had and how they loved our venue. They let me set up all my tables with all of my wedding center pieces that I made myself and the room was gorgeous. I can't really even think of any problems that occurred that day. If there was, Kelley was right on top of it and took care of them and I probably never even noticed. I highly recommend the Florian to anyone who is thinking of having their wedding there! Such a great place! We had so much fun and it went by so fast, but it was a great day! Wish I could go back and enjoy one more time!

First, let me quickly review the venue and location. The venue is gorgeous. They did an incredible job with the remodel and the cocktail hour space and the main ballroom are both fabulous. And the outdoor space – it’s BEAUTIFUL! We lucked out and had the most amazing weather, so it was really, really picturesque! I loved seeing on social media our guests posting pictures out by the pond and others commenting, “Where are you? It looks gorgeous wherever you’re at!” Well, that was the truth! Second, the food – the FOOD!!! Although I didn’t get to eat nearly as much as I had hoped, our guests are STILL talking about the food. I’ve never heard so many comments at an event about how incredible the food was. We did a custom menu of all of our favorite foods and the chef at the Florian delivered and then some! The way they coordinated/decorated our dinner stations was even better than I had imagined. Finally, and what I think is the most critical part of any event is the venue staff you must work with during the planning process. Kelley is a phenomenal event coordinator and is so great at her job!! Seriously, you rely so heavily on the venue staff to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch – Kelley went far beyond that! She was so timely with her responses, she is extremely detailed and is so upbeat and positive. Trust me, you don’t find those qualities in every event coordinator you work with! All of the staff at Florian Park, from Chef to the AV tech to the bartenders provided outstanding service. Overall, I’d highly recommend Florian Park to any bride or any meeting planner looking for a space to host their next event. Keep up the great work!!

I’ve never heard so many comments at an event about how incredible the food was. We did a custom menu of all of our favorite foods and the chef at the Florian delivered and then some! The way they coordinated/decorated our dinner stations was even better than I had imagined. Finally, and what I think is the most critical part of any event is the venue staff you must work with during the planning process. Kelley is a phenomenal event coordinator and is so great at her job!! Seriously, you rely so heavily on the venue staff to ensure that your event goes off without a hitch – Kelley went far beyond that! She was so timely with her responses, she is extremely detailed and is so upbeat and positive. Trust me, you don’t find those qualities in every event coordinator you work with! All of the staff at Florian Park, from Chef to the AV tech to the bartenders provided outstanding service. Overall, I’d highly recommend Florian Park to any bride or any meeting planner looking for a space to host their next event. Keep up the great work!!

We got married here about a month ago, and it was perfect. We don't think anything could have gone better. Every guest in attendance said it was the best wedding they've been to. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, the space looked beautiful, and the wedding coordinator did an amazing job making everything run smoothly. It got pricey with everything, but was completely worth it. We're so glad we had our wedding at Florian Park!!!

Florian Park was an amazing venue for our wedding. I couldn't believe how beautifully it was layed out for our wonderful evening. Kelley the event coordinator was there every step of the way to help whenever needed. She did a great job of offering her assistance and always having a smile on. Kelley had a timeline layed out for us and made sure it was executed as best anyone could with such a large wedding. The food was absolutely amazing. We did the buffet style. All of the workers were wonderfully helpful in every part. There are always a few hiccups in every wedding but they were quickly put to rest and were very very minor. I would highly suggest this venue to anyone out there starting to plan a wedding etc.

I am THRILLED with the service the Florian Park gave to me, as well as my sister and my mom. I attended the Florian Park Bridal show and was amazed by everything the Florian provided. Both Kelly and Patricia were extremely accommodating to our family due to our dietary restrictions. Kelly and Patricia made me feel as though I was the queen. The landscape of the Florian is breathtaking, too. I am beyond excited to have the wedding reception at the Florian!!
